Wisconsin Democrat who wants to replace Paul Ryan has a lengthy arrest record

One of the leading blue candidates hoping to take House Speaker Paul Ryan’s seat may have just had his knees knocked out.

According to new reports, Democrat hopeful Randy Bryce has a significant list of arrests on his record.

Sordid Past

One thing we know is that anyone running for office will eventually have their past revealed.

On the surface, Bryce seems like someone the average working person can get behind.

He is an ironworker, a father, and a veteran.

He has literally helped build his community.

Unfortunately, at least for Bryce, he has almost a dozen arrests on his record as well.

In 1998, Bryce was arrested for driving under the influence.

He was arrested several more times as a result of the DUI for driving with a suspended license.

Bryce also reportedly has a history of not paying his child support.

CNN reported that in 2015, he fell behind by two-and-a-half months.

He then took more than two years to catch up on his payments.

Other charges for which Bryce found himself on the wrong side of the law were for marijuana possession, trespassing, theft, and property damage.

Is This Your Best?

Bryce has been getting a lot of face time because of the significance of the person he is trying to unseat.

Nobody on the right is pretending Ryan was an ideal conservative, but he is a far cry better than what the Democrats are coming up with.

Democrats will no doubt try to hide his past, but it speaks volumes about the man the Dems are trying to put into office.

If this is the best they have, the 2018 and 2020 elections are going to be a red sea rather than a blue wave.
