Whatever the mainstream media might say about President Donald Trump, there’s no denying the love he has for his supporters.
In fact, the president was so set on thanking all those who came out to pray and wish him well outside Walter Reed Medical Center following his positive COVID diagnosis, that he decided to surprise them with a drive-by hello in the White House motorcade on Sunday.
The president’s ‘little surprise’ visit
Trump released a video from the VIP quarters at Walter Reed on Sunday announcing the visit.
He looked healthy, sounded cheerful, and promised that he had a “little surprise” for those who came to the hospital to show their support. As Trump promised, shortly after his announcement a black SUV emerged on the street. The president rode in the backseat, wearing a mask and waving to supporters who lined the streets. Watch:

The left’s attack
It took about ten minutes for the left to launch their attack against the president for the drive-by, with some even calling for an indictment against him for allegedly putting lives at risk.
I would hope that if any harm comes to those agents the attorney general of MD will indict Trump for reckless endangerment, assault (yes the virus he gives off count), etc.

As Fox News reported, the administration made clear that the brief visit had been approved by medical staff and all necessary precautions had been put in place, but, of course, that didn’t stop the attacks.
The White House Correspondents’ Association President Zeke Miller was among those leading the charge against the president. “It is outrageous for the president to have left the hospital — even briefly — amid a health crisis without a protective pool present to ensure that the American people know where their president is and how he is doing,” Miller said, according to The Hill.
Trump isn’t trying to please the media
As Trump pointed out in a tweet on Monday, the media would have a problem with whatever he did, whether he made the visit or not.
It is reported that the Media is upset because I got into a secure vehicle to say thank you to the many fans and supporters who were standing outside of the hospital for many hours, and even days, to pay their respect to their President. If I didn’t do it, Media would say RUDE!!!

Trump does not act like a typical politician and insists on doing what he thinks is best for the American people despite the cries and pearl-clutching from the media. It is for that very reason that the establishment and the media despise him — and exactly why hundreds of Americans were standing outside of Walter Reed to show their support for him.
