President Trump slams Robert Mueller in CPAC talk

Democrats are kicking their witch hunt into overdrive, so President Donald Trump is doing the same with his attack on Robert Mueller’s investigation.

“You put the wrong people in a couple of positions and they leave people for a long time that shouldn’t be there, and all of a sudden, they’re trying to take you out with bull***t,” Trump said at an appearance at CPAC last week.

Going on the Offensive

President Trump used his appearance at CPAC to rally the troops.

For two years, he has been under investigation by Robert Mueller for collusion. And in two years, we have not seen a single shred of evidence that has proven collusion.

Mueller’s investigation should have already been concluded, but it seems that Mueller just keeps pulling at threads in the hope of finding something. Now, Trump’s finances are under attack.

Even freshman congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has tried to generate questions about the manner by which Trump did business before he took office as a reason to kick him out of the White House.

(Mind you, they still have no proof of wrongdoing — only the word of Michael Cohen, a man Robert Mueller himself has all but openly called a liar.)

Not On My Watch

After he ripped Mueller and his former attorney general, Jeff Sessions, Trump shifted gears in his CPAC talk to go after the new breed of Democrat headed by none other than AOC.

Indeed, Ocasio-Cortez seems determined to turn the U.S. into a socialist haven, and Trump wants nothing to do with it. He even slammed the Dems’ “socialist takeover of health care.”

There are more than a few conservatives who believe that if the government controls your health care, it is the first step in controlling everything. That is why conservatives like Trump are fighting government-controlled and supplied health care so adamantly.

Not only that, but the system just won’t work. The tax increases to cover the costs of health care alone would be enormous, crippling middle-class America.

The taxes on businesses would also be catastrophic — no businessman in his right mind would keep a headquarters here in the United States. That, of course, would cripple the economy as well as begin an unemployment crisis.

All this would be happening while Democrats would be stuffing states to the breaking point with more immigrants.

But Trump has vowed that will never happen on his watch. Period.

And based on the reaction from the attendees at CPAC, it seems the Americans with common sense feel the same way.
