Trump says his lawyers are already 87-pages deep into their response to Mueller

The liberal media is once again spreading fake news about President Donald Trump, and he is having none of it.

After reports came out alleging that Trump’s team was not ready to issue a response to the long-awaited Mueller report, Trump fired back, stating they are already 87 pages in!

Fake News

The media bends over backward to try to make Trump look bad.

Its latest effort is in trying to make the Trump administration seem completely unready for the results of the Mueller investigation.

Reports have been flying that the special counsel is just about ready to release his report.

Under normal circumstances, the target, in this case, the Trump administration, would have some idea of what was going to be in the report and begin its response.

Obviously, the entire response cannot be completed until Mueller’s actual report is made available, but they should know enough by now to get things rolling.

The media has insisted there was no planned response from the Trump camp, but Trump denied that this week with a quick tweet. “It has been incorrectly reported that Rudy Giuliani and others will not be doing a counter to the Mueller Report. That is Fake News. Already 87 pages done, but obviously cannot complete until we see the final Witch Hunt Report,” he wrote on Twitter Friday.

Later the same day, the president followed up with another tweet, writing, “We will be doing a major Counter Report to the Mueller Report. This should never again be allowed to happen to a future President of the United States!”

Taking a Shot

Of course, it would not complete if he did not take a shot at Mueller and the “Witch Hunt.”

One of the latest points of contention for Trump is what he deems to be a conflict of interest for Mueller. “Robert Mueller and Leakin’ Lyin’ James Comey are Best Friends, just one of many Mueller Conflicts of Interest. And bye the way, wasn’t the woman in charge of prosecuting Jerome Corsi (who I do not know) in charge of “legal” at the corrupt Clinton Foundation? A total Witch Hunt…,” Trump tweeted earlier on Friday.

Once the report is released, it is a fairly safe assumption Trump’s camp is going to attack the credibility of Mueller and his team.

From day one, Trump has complained about Mueller and his team’s ties to high-ranking Democrats, including the Clintons.

Some of that “allegiance” was made quite apparent by Peter Strzok, the anti-Trump FBI agent who investigated first Hillary, then President Trump, before being fired this year.

Look for the Trump team to come out with both barrels blazing once Mueller finally has his say, because we know that while the report is not expected to show any collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia, it will be no doubt be less than flattering for Trump and could even result in indictments for his son and son-in-law.
