Trump prefers to run against Joe Biden over Hillary Clinton

As we get closer to the first set of campaign trail debates, President Donald Trump offered some insight into his preferred candidate.

Rather than have another go at Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump went on the attack against someone new, saying he would prefer to face off against “sleepy” Joe Biden.

Vicious Woman

President Trump actually offered a backhanded compliment of sorts to Hillary.

“I actually think that Hillary Clinton was a great candidate. She was very smart. She was very tough. She was ruthless and vicious. [Biden’s] sleepy. She was not sleepy,” Trump said.

That characterization of Hillary falls in right in line with what most people that have crossed her have experienced.

Look at the carnage left behind from Bill’s presidency, and it’s easy to see just how vicious Hillary can get.

Joe IS Easier

While Trump has dubbed the former vice president as “sleepy” Joe, he should probably be calling him “self-destructive” Joe.

Twice before Biden has run, and twice before he has torpedoed his own campaign. After announcing his candidacy, Biden was handed what should have been an insurmountable 20-point lead.

It took Joe about two months to lose that lead and invite all the other candidates back into the race.

Now, Biden’s lead is down to single digits and even Elizabeth Warren is a contender!

Whether Trump actually faces off against Biden in the general election remains to be seen.

However, if the current trends continue, Biden will have been his own undoing and Trump may be looking across the table at Elizabeth Warren when all is said and done.
