Donald Trump, Jr.’s wife Vanessa files for divorce

There had been unconfirmed rumors, but now a devastating happening in the family of President Donald Trump has been confirmed.

It has been announced that Donald Trump Jr. and his wife Vanessa are getting a divorce.

Long Time Coming.

Vanessa Trump, who married Trump Jr. in 2005 and has five kids with him, filed for divorce from the president’s son on Thursday in Manhattan Supreme Court, The New York Daily News reported.

The split, by every account, appears to be amicable and the divorce was listed as uncontested.

“After 12 years of marriage, we have decided to go our separate ways. We will always have tremendous respect for each other and our families. We have five beautiful children together and they remain our top priority. We ask for your privacy during this time,” the pair said in a joint statement,

One issue the pair had appears to be Trump Jr.’s busy schedule.

“The problems have been there for a long time, the couple had hoped to stay together during the president’s time in office, but it is getting harder to resolve their issues. He’s never there,” a source told the New York Post’s Page Six.

Spotlight And Danger.

A source told Page Six that it has been tough on Vanessa because she prefers her privacy, something that is not afforded to the first family.

“Vanessa is by nature is a very low-key person, and she is uncomfortable with the attention her family is getting now the Trumps are on the world stage. She is also worried for her kids, particularly after she received the threatening letter containing the white powder,” the source said.

It is sad to think that a person who despises the president and his family enough that they sent a white powder to his son and grandkids could be, in part, responsible for a divorce.

But this is the era of The Resistance, who have no boundaries and whose unhinged contempt for the president knows no bounds.
