Lara Trump blasts Bill de Blasio for ducking tax questions

Lara Trump, the wife of Eric Trump and one of President Trump’s senior advisers for his re-election campaign, recently appeared on Sean Hannity’s Fox News show to hammer 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Bill de Blasio.

Lara shocked the family by pointing out that, while de Blasio stated he would be taxing the rich, he refused to explain exactly how he would go about doing that.

Watch below:

Typical Politician

If people learned one thing about Bill de Blasio during his appearance on Hannity, it is that he does not like giving real answers.

Oh, he replied to Hannity’s questions, but very rarely did he give an actual answer. In the case of taxes, De Blasio merely hinted that people’s money is in the wrong hands. When Hannity grilled him on it, he refused to commit to anything.

Gun Control

One of the more telling parts of the interview came during a discussion on gun control. Hannity tried to get De Blasio to commit to the fact that every American, provided they are a law-abiding citizen and pass any background check Dems want to throw at them, is entitled to own a gun.

All De Blasio would admit was that every American is entitled to be safe. Meanwhile, he showed up for the interview with a slew of armed officers dedicated to protecting him.

Yet, he will not protect Americans’ constitutional right to arm themselves, even if they jump through hoops to exercise that right.

The man is a slimy politician that has abused his office and wants nothing more than to take money away from Americans.

Mind you, while in office, De Blasio has amassed a net worth of an estimated $1.5 million. Isn’t it funny how all of these politicians whining about the system have exploited both the system and their connections to get rich?

Now that they have bankrolled their future, they want to keep everyone else from being able to do the same.

I could be mistaken, but I am pretty sure that is the exact type of government our Founding Fathers fought so hard to get away from more than two centuries ago.
