The assault against local police forces across the nation continues with the death of yet another Texas police officer.
Late Thursday night, authorities devastated the community by announcing that a Mission, TX Police Officer had been shot and killed in the line of duty.

Man with a Weapon
The unnamed officer had been flagged down by witnesses. According to reports, they reported a man with a weapon and the officer went in pursuit.
The officer confronted the individual, then things turned ugly. Witnesses stated the suspect took off running to escape but then opened up fire on the officer, striking and killing him.
The officer was taken to McAllen Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Reports stated that the police now have someone in custody for the shooting.
Slew of Attacks
Sadly, this was not the only death this week of a law enforcement officer. The Texas shooting happened only a day after a Sacramento police officer was shot and killed in the line of duty.
Officer Tara O’Sullivan, 26, was responding to a domestic violence call. During the call, Adel Sambrano Ramos allegedly shot the officer.
Ramos fled the scene, but an 8-hour manhunt and standoff resulted in him being taken into custody.
UPDATE- On Thursday, June 20, 2019, at 5:55 a.m., the Sacramento Police Department booked 45-year-old Adel Sambrano Ramos on charges relating to the murder of Sacramento Police Officer Tara O’Sullivan.

This is the new America that liberals want us to live in.
Democrats in office have created such animosity and such a lack of respect for police, they are now at risk during what would normally be considered routine calls.
Rest in peace, officers; the nation mourns your deaths. You did not deserve this fate.
