There's an organization called the World Professional Association for Transgender Health that promotes that particular ideology, the scientific impossibility that men can become women or vice versa.
It even offers "guidelines" for imposing such chemical alterations and body mutilations on children.
Now members of Congress are investigating whether the Biden-Harris administration tried to influence that group to remove age minimums for those surgical body invasions.
The Washington Stand reports it is the House Oversight Subcommittee on Health Care and Financial Services whose members are reviewing the Biden-Harris role in "shaping guidelines for the provision of gender transition procedures to both adults and minors."
The New York Times previously confirmed federal Health and Human Services officials two years ago "lobbied" WPATH to take away age minimums.
Rep. Lisa McClain, R-Mich., chief of the committee, said in a letter to HHS, "We are concerned that HHS officials, acting in their official capacity, inappropriately applied pressure for change to international pediatric medical standards."
Cited were Rachel Levine, an official at HHS, a man who identifies as a woman, and his aide, Sarah Boateng, as "key actors involved in pressuring WPATH, according to email records disclosed in a court filing."
The leftist organization had proposed in 2021 "Standards of Care" for such procedures, and had recommended giving cross-sex hormones to children as young as 14, mastectomies to those as young as 16, and genital surgeries or hysterectomies at 17.
The Stand reported then Levine and Boateng asked that age minimums be removed, over political issues, not medical, the report said WPATH emails confirmed.
"According to one email, Boateng 'is confident, based on the rhetoric she is hearing in D.C., and from what we have already seen, that these specific listings of ages, under 18, will result in devastating legislation for trans care. She wonders if the specific ages can be taken out,'" the report said.
Another charged that Levine was "very concerned" that specifying ages "will affect access to care for trans youth and maybe adults."
"Health care" is what pro-transgender radicals use to described the chemicals given, and surgeries done to patients.
Ultimately, WPATH released its document without those age recommendations.
Transgender promoters in the U.S. often have used WPATH citations to promote their ideology, arguing that gender "procedures" are in accordance with WPATH "standards" for care.
The report noted, "The publication of these emails provoked criticism at the Biden-Harris administration's apparent political interference in medical recommendations. According to a nationwide study, in 2022 nearly 80% of Americans opposed gender transition procedures for minors."
McClain wrote, "The Biden administration's advocacy for expanding the pool of vulnerable children subjected to life-altering procedures they may later regret is reprehensible. Emails indicating that this advocacy was done for political advantage — possible to satisfy extremist elements of its base — is [sic] even more outrageous."
The House subcommittee also wants to look at HHS records on the issue, and is requiring the agency to turn over relevant documents and communications involving WPATH.
A congressional letter to HHS said, "The committee expects your full cooperation with these requests. Under your purview, HHS has not cooperated in good faith with the committee's oversight of HHS and its subagencies. … HHS and its subagencies have been recalcitrant in responding and producing documents …. It is unacceptable for HHS to interfere with congressional investigations by refusing and delaying cooperation with the committee's oversight."

Vice President Kamala Harris has played a vital role in what is unquestionably the worst border crisis in American history. Over the past four years of the Biden-Harris administration, millions of "undocumented" illegal aliens have poured over the southern border, and this disaster promises to grow much larger if Harris is able to pull out a win over former President Donald Trump in November's election.
Although numbers vary, it is estimated there could be upward of 10 million illegal aliens who have made their way across the border since January 2021. That crisis, in turn, has precipitated a flood of criminal activities. Human smuggling and trafficking, sex trafficking, drug trafficking and gun running are rampant.
Harris officially was given the task of stemming the flow of migrants at the southern border in March 2021, and according to a report from NBC News, Harris' role was to focus on both curbing migrants crossing the border, and implementing long–term strategies to "address the root causes of migration." She was quickly dubbed, and universally acknowledged, as America's "border czar," a title she now denies.
Harris was tasked to work closely with Secretary of State Antony Blinken and other Cabinet members on the catastrophe, triggered by the Biden-Harris decision to trash all of President Trump's largely successful border-security efforts. It wasn't long before illegal crossings reached truly epic levels.
Undocumented migrant numbers explode while Harris fumbles the job in her first year
NBC News further reported crossings at the southern border had hit a 21–year high, with over 188,000 border crossers reported just in June of 2021. Approximately 105,000 were sent back to Mexico using a Trump-era Centers for Disease Control and Prevention authority called Title 42. Around 8% of undocumented migrants crossing into the U.S. in March 2021 had been children, a number that increased in June. But children were not subject to expulsions under Title 42, and were instead sheltered within the U.S., and paired with a sponsor.
Harris was so bad at her job of overseeing the border, even CNN had to report honestly on her performance during her first international trip as vice president to Mexico and Guatemala. Harris was yet to visit the southern border. CNN analyst Maeve Reston wrote that Harris' trip was overshadowed by her previous insistence that she does not run the southern border, and that she was only tasked to focus on the conditions pushing Central American migrants to the U.S. border.
"Biden cranked up the heat on Harris by handing her a portfolio of immigration issues that is the political equivalent of dynamite at a time when her critics are parsing her every move, often vilifying her in the same way they made Nancy Pelosi and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez their boogeymen in prior election cycles," Reston wrote.
Meanwhile, Harris told NBC's Lester Holt the administration had "already seen success at the border," but balked when Holt stated Harris had not even been to the border, despite her insistence that she had.
"And I haven't been to Europe. I mean, I don't understand the point that you're making. I'm not discounting the importance of the border," Harris told Holt while nervously giggling her way through her answer.
At the end of June 2021, NPR reported that Harris finally visited El Paso, Texas, which notably is thousands of miles from where the actual border crisis exists. During her visit, instead of coming up with any solutions to solve the issue, Harris instead retreated into humanitarian open-border rhetoric, using undocumented children she met at an El Paso detention center to pull viewers' heartstrings.
"This issue cannot be reduced to a political issue. We're talking about children. We're talking about families. We're talking about suffering," Harris said. "Our approach has to be thoughtful and effective."
In July 2021, a White House press release falsely claimed the border crisis at that time was not as severe as it was under Trump's leadership in 2019, prior to the pandemic. However, Trump had implemented his highly effective "Remain in Mexico" policy in 2019, administered by the Department of Homeland Security, which required undocumented migrants to wait in Mexico until their U.S. immigration court date.
Biden nixed the policy during his first month in office, and was backed by the U.S. Supreme Court in a 5-4 decision in June 2022, which ruled that the Biden administration had the right to end the policy. But after a federal judge blocked the Biden administration from actually ending the policy in December 2022, the Supreme Court let the judge's decision stand. The attacks on Trump's supposed "cruelty" and "recklessness" quickly followed.
"The Biden-Harris administration has accomplished this and more while reckoning with the prior administration's cruel and reckless immigration policies, which exacerbated long-standing challenges and failed to securely manage our border. Case in point: the total number of unique encounters at the Southern border to date this fiscal year remains below the total number of unique encounters to date during fiscal year 2019 under the Trump administration," the White House statement read.
However, a report by the nonpartisan Pew Research Center told an entirely different story. According to Pew, FY 2021 had the highest number of migrant encounters on record, outpacing the spikes seen during the 1980s and late 1990s/early 2000s.
Around 66% of all migrant encounters ended in expulsion between April 2020 (when Title 42 was first invoked) and the end of FY 2021 in September. But expulsions dropped precipitously once Biden took office, plunging from a 74% expulsion rate in February 2021 to 54% seven months later in September 2021.
The U.S. Border Patrol reported 1,658,206 encounters with migrants in the U.S.–Mexico border during FY 2021, according to Pew. But between 2020 and 2021, around 27% of those crossers were repeat offenders.
Pew further noted multiple nationalities were encountered at the border in 2021, with only 37% of those crossing being Mexican nationals. The remaining 63% came from the Northern Triangle countries of Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador, equating to over 600,000 undocumented migrants entering the U.S.
The number of encounters from countries further abroad also became more frequent during 2021. Migrants from Brazil, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Haiti and Cuba poured in by the tens of thousands. Romanian and Turkish nationals were also encountered, increasing from between 100 and 266 in FY 2020, to over 4,000 encounters respectively.
Harris opts for false narratives
Migrant encounters have continued to break records year–over–year, as the Biden administration undoes all of the Trump-era policies. To change the subject, the media, alongside the administration, have wildly propagandized incidents at the border between Border Patrol and illegal aliens.
For example, Harris pushed a totally false narrative about Border Patrol agents in the Del Rio Sector whipping undocumented migrants from Haiti to push them back.
"What I saw depicted about those individuals on horseback treating human beings the way they were is horrible. And I fully support what is happening right now, which is a thorough investigation into exactly what is going on there. But human beings should never be treated that way. And I'm deeply troubled about it. And I'll also be talking to Secretary Mayorkas about it today," Harris told reporters.
The New York Times was forced to publish a correction after an investigation found the agents had not whipped the migrants.
Harris attended the Summit of the Americas in Los Angeles in June 2022, where she announced $3.2 billion in commitments had been made by the private sector to combat the crisis, and insisted the migrants are flooding the southern border because they are fleeing unsafe homes.
"First, I do believe most people don't want to leave home. They don't want to leave their grandmother. They don't want to leave the place where they worship and the community that they've always known. And so, when they do, it is usually for one of two reasons: They are fleeing harm or to stay means they simply cannot satisfy their basic needs or the needs of their family," Harris said during her address to the summit.
Unfortunately for Harris, multiple reports reveal migrants telling reporters the only reason they came to the U.S. was for free money.
After a record-breaking summer in 2022 at the southern border, Harris then told Chuck Todd during an interview for NBC's Meet the Press, the border is secure, while implying it was the fault of the Trump administration.
"The border is secure, but we also have a broken immigration system, in particular over the last four years before we came in…We have a secure border in that is a priority for any nation, including ours and our administration," Harris told Todd.
Except it wasn't that much of a priority, as Harris' first visit to the southern border in 2021 was her last, despite being in border–state Arizona in January 2023.
Undocumented migrant numbers continued to break records over 2023, Harris was nowhere to be seen. Instead of visiting the southern border, Harris instead went to Africa where she promised the U.S. would help Ghana reduce its debt.
More than 2.4 million encounters with illegal aliens were recorded in fiscal year 2023. Harris supported a bipartisan Senate agreement to provide funding for the border, and further supported executive orders by Biden who wanted to implement limits on asylum, and create pathways to citizenship for spouses of U.S. citizens. Nevertheless, the crisis continued to deepen.
In July 2024, Politifact claimed it was "mostly false" that Harris wanted to provide universal healthcare to undocumented migrants residing in the U.S.
However, in a 2019 video of Harris being interviewed by CNN's Jake Tapper, Harris says precisely that: "Let me just be very clear about this, I am opposed to any policy that would deny in our country, any human being from access to public safety, public education, or public health. Period," Harris told Tapper.
The Media Research Center recently released a study which documented how the media have been showing a huge amount of favoritism towards Harris since she replaced Joe Biden as the Democratic Party's 2024 presidential candidate.
According to the study, the mainstream media has boosted Harris with positive publicity. Harris has received 66% more airtime than Trump, with Harris coverage being 84% positive, while Trump's coverage has been 89% negative.
Harris even got a Time cover, despite not giving an interview and her abysmal record as border czar.
In a presidential campaign ad, Harris audaciously claims she wanted more Border Patrol agents, but again blamed Trump for "blocking" her bipartisan bill. Harris further blames Trump for the fentanyl crisis, with the ad claiming Trump "blocked spending money to stop human traffickers."
Trump shot back at Harris during an August 9 rally in Bozeman, Montana, playing a gaffe supercut on the jumbotron for his supporters. Trump called Harris "grossly incompetent" and "low IQ."
"So, if you listen to Kamala's speeches, you'd never even know she's been running the country, she's been running the country for four years and doing a horrible job. Look at what's happened to our country. We are a failing nation, I hate to say it, we are a failing nation. I wish I didn't have to do this…I wish they were great, I wish they'd make our country great, but they're gonna destroy our country," Trump said during his rally.
Harris is now challenging Trump during her rallies, saying she has no problem comparing her record on the border with Trump's record.
Harris' challenge to Trump, however, was an admission that she was, in fact, the Biden administration's border czar, despite her repeatedly denying her role in the nation's border crisis.
Trump accepted the challenge, and said Harris has one of the worst records "anywhere."
"Well Kamala lets go! Challenge accepted, are you ready? Let's compare our record point by point," Trump said.
In February 2024, an undocumented migrant brutally murdered Laken Riley, a 22-year-old nursing student from Augusta, Georgia.
Law enforcement officers were also caught in the cross–fire of criminal migrant gangs, and their associates.
Innocent children were brutalized and murdered under the Biden-Harris administration.
Along with countless other innocent citizens who were murdered by an illegal alien are the tens of thousands of mostly young Americans who have died as a result of the fentanyl that continues to flood across the border thanks to Mexican cartel drug smugglers.
The extremely high cost of illegal immigration
The Immigration Integrity, Security and Enforcement Subcommittee of the House Judiciary Committee released a report in January 2024 detailing the negative impacts of illegal immigration and how ultimately it is devastating to the U.S. economy.
That is, in addition to all the destruction to American society — the massive crime, the gangs, drugs, sex trafficking, tens of thousands of unaccounted-for children, the problem of illegal alien voting, and all the other cultural and societal devastation that flooding America with illegal aliens is causing — it is also a net fiscal drain. Contrary to what Democrats from Biden on down routinely profess, their presence is not good for the American economy. In fact, according to the report's summary, illegal aliens "receive more in government services than they pay in taxes. This result is not due to laziness or fraud." Putting aside the large criminal component, "illegal immigrants actually have high rates of work, and they do pay some taxes, including income and payroll taxes. The fundamental reason illegal immigrants are a net drain is that they have a low average education level, which results in low average earnings and tax payments. It also means a large share qualify for welfare programs, often receiving benefits on behalf of their U.S.–born children. Like their less–educated and low-income U.S.–born counterparts, the tax payments of illegal immigrants do not come close to covering the cost they create."
In May 2024, the House Budget Committee held a hearing to highlight the need for effective border security and the high cost to the economy.
Committee Chairman and U.S. Rep. Jodey Arrington, R–Texas, said during the hearing that open borders under Biden and Harris are the "greatest national security threat to the American people" and that the fiscal impact of it is not spoken about nearly enough.
"The greatest national security threat to the American people is posed by these open borders. The social cost has consistently been well in front of the American people. But I don't think we've talked enough about the financial burden to taxpayers and the fiscal impact," Arrington said.
Arrington added while the Federation for American Immigration Reform estimates the cost sits around $150 billion, some studies suggest the cost is upwards of $400 billion.
"The lion's share of that cost is borne by state and local governments. State and local governments can't borrow or print money like the federal government, so they have to balance their budgets by either absorbing this cost through raising taxes or they have to cut services to their citizens," Arrington said.
Globalist ideologies and open border policies backed by elites
While everyday Americans buckle under the weight of the catastrophic policies of the Biden–Harris administration, unelected bureaucrats and leftist global billionaires are just some of the people ultimately behind the crisis.
Globalist agitator and billionaire leftist funder George Soros openly admitted he has donated hundreds of millions of dollars to his Open Society Foundation to fund migrants and "social justice groups."
"We support a range of groups that work on immigration issues, from local and state organizations that provide front-line legal advice, to individuals seeking asylum or facing deportation, to national groups such as the National Immigration Law Center, United We Dream, and the Black Alliance for Just Immigration that advocate for fundamental reform," the Open Society Foundation website states.
The World Economic Forum also advocates for open borders, and in partnership with the United Nations (funded by American tax dollars) funds several non-government organizations that help undocumented migrants enter the U.S., including UNICEF, and the World Food Program.
Americans fighting back against open borders
U.S. Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R–Tenn., introduced a resolution on August 20, condemning the handling of the border crisis by Harris and her abject failure in improving what many see as an existential crisis for America.
"Since her very first day in office, Vice President Harris – President Biden's designated Border Czar – has refused to take the national security and safety crisis at our southern border seriously. The Biden-Harris administration has presided over more than 10 million illegal border crossings and has released nearly 100 individuals on the terrorist watchlist into our country. Vice President Harris can run, but she cannot hide from her disastrous record that has killed countless innocent Americans," Blackburn said in a statement on her website.
In early August, the House Oversight and Accountability Committee launched a probe into Harris' efforts on the border. Committee Chair James Comer, R–Ky., sent a request to have all of Harris' work on the border handed over to the committee.
Heritage Foundation President Dr. Kevin Roberts said during a World Economic Forum meeting in Davos in January 2024 that it's laughable anyone would describe Davos as "protecting liberal democracy."
"Elites tell us that open borders and even illegal immigration are OK. The average person tells us in the United States that both robbed them of the American way of life. Elites also tell us that public safety isn't a problem in big American cities. Just travel to New York or Washington [DC], or Dallas, Texas, the average person will tell you lack of public safety damages not just the American way of life, but their life," Roberts said.
Roberts added that the next conservative leadership in the White House should unequivocally reject all of the policies proposed by political elites and unelected technocrats.
"The kind of person who will come into the next conservative administration is going to be governed by one principle, and that is destroying the grasp that political elites and unelected technocrats have over the average person… If I may, I will be candid and say the agenda that every single member of the administration needs to have is to compile everything that has been proposed at the World Economic Forum and object to all of them," Roberts said.

Under Barack Obama, America's national debt exploded, increasing from about $10 trillion to just under $20 trillion. Under President Trump's first term, it also went up – most of the increase coming during the COVID pandemic. Under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, it's exploded by almost $8 trillion.
That's mostly from the profligate spending found in the misnamed "Inflation Reduction Act" and their massive scheme to make taxpayers pay for loans students took out and spent. It most recently passed the $35 trillion mark.
Now a report from the Washington Examiner explains President Donald Trump's planned economic agenda, if he's elected, would slow down the borrowing and increase it by only about $4 trillion over the next decade.
Of course, without his plan, American taxpayers will be on the hook for that $4 trillion over that time period.
"Trump's plans for tax cuts would see revenues fall by $5.8 trillion over the next decade, according to the estimate from the Penn-Wharton Budget Model, a group housed at the University of Pennsylvania's business school that analyzes the fiscal effects of public policies. Under current law, the government is supposed to take in about $63 trillion in revenues, according to congressional projections," the report said.
Allowing for economic growth, that would make the deficits, actually, only $4.1 trillion.
It's because Trump would want to extend expiring individual and business rate cuts from his 2017 law, eliminate taxes on Social Security benefits and cutting the corporate tax rate from 21% to 15%.
Many people think taxing corporations is an easy way to generate government revenue, but actually those taxes paid by companies actually are funded by the company's stockholders or customers or both.
"Permanently extending the expiring individual income tax provisions of TCJA would add $3.4 trillion to deficits (before interest costs) over the next ten years," the report said. "Restoring the original TCJA regime for taxing business investment adds another $623 billion to increase the total cost of TCJA extension to more than $4 trillion."
Canceling taxes on Social Security has just been "floated" for now. Seniors pay income taxes on half their benefits, or 85% depending on their income.
That would raise the deficit another $1.2 trillion over the decade, while lowering the corporate tax rate would cost $595 billion.
"Low, middle, and high-income households in 2026 and 2034 all fare better under the campaign proposals on a conventional basis," the report confirmed. "These conventional gains and losses do not include the additional debt burden on future generations who must finance almost the entirety of the tax decreases."
The report warned that "a large chunk" of middle-class voters would be hit with a huge tax hike if Trump's rates are not extended under a Kamala Harris administration.

Housing security programs that limit options for criminals are unfair, target minorities, and must be dismantled, according to the Biden-Harris Department of Justice.
Kristen Clarke, the controversial appointee who got into trouble after falsely claiming to the U.S. Senate she never had been arrested, deliberately omitting her record from a domestic disturbance, claims programs that aim to keep crime out of housing developments are wrong.
A report from Judicial Watch explains the Biden-Harris duo is "threatening – and has sued – local governments and law enforcement agencies across the country "that have implemented measures to curb an epidemic of crime, drugs and gang violence in rental properties."
The programs, Clarke has claimed, penalize communities of color and that's unfair.
"The popular laws, enacted by thousands of cities nationwide are commonly known as 'crime-free' and 'nuisance' programs that restrict housing based on criminal and arrest records and punish landlords and tenants with excessive calls to police and emergency services or those engaged in criminal activity," the report said.
"To improve living conditions in mainly low-income rentals 2,000 cities across 48 states have adopted crime-free and nuisance policies," the report noted.
But Clarke's DOJ claims they are "discriminatory."
"Even when well-intentioned, these programs can disrupt lives, force families into homelessness and result in loss of jobs, schooling and opportunities for people who are disproportionately low-income people of color – all in violation of federal law," Clarke has claimed.
"These programs can also discourage people with disabilities and their loved ones from seeking help during a mental health crisis and prevent victims of domestic violence from seeking the protection they desperately need."
She's promised the federal government, using taxpayer funding, will keep up its fight over such programs
The DOJ actually also added some bragging, noting that several cities have had to pay up under its prosecutions, for things including civil penalties, damages and lawyers' fees.
The report cited Hesperia, California, which changed its practices and paid some $1 million after the DOJ sued.
"Faribault, Minnesota doled out nearly $700,000 to settle its federal case and is prohibited from enforcing the types of criminal history that may be considered by private landlords when screening tenants. Bedford, Ohio repealed its laws after dishing out a $350,000 monetary award. Hemet, California got rid of its measures and was forced to create a $200,000 remediation fund. Anoka, Minnesota made "substantial program amendments" and paid $175,000 to settle with the DOJ," the report said.

Former President Donald Trump unleashed a storm of comments Sunday afternoon, saying Kamala Harris and Democrat operatives are working to convince voters that he – not Joe Biden – is actually the current commander in chief.
"Kamala and her 'handlers' are trying to make it sound like I am the Incumbent President, so that they can blame me for the failure of the past four years," Trump said on X.
"No, it was their failure! It is one of the worst Presidencies in History, and she is definitely the Worst Vice President."
"There will be no future under Comrade Kamala Harris, because she will take us into a Nuclear World War III! She will never be respected by the Tyrants of the World!" Trump continued.
"Comrade Kamala will obliterate Social Security and Medicare by giving it away to the Millions of Illegal Immigrants who are infiltrating our Country!"
"If you think things are expensive now, they will get 100 times WORSE if Kamala gets four years as President. Under her plan, Kamala will implement SOVIET Style Price Controls. She will abolish private health care, and make California's ridiculous tax policies the law of the land, meaning EVERY American will be taxed up to 80% of their income! If you want more CASH and less TAX, VOTE TRUMP!!!"

Authorities in Cochise County, Arizona, have taken into custody a man suspected of threatening to assassinate President Donald Trump, a circumstance that on Thursday triggered a widespread hunt for Ronald Lee Syrvud, 66.
A report from Daily Wire said the suspect was nabbed by authorities while Trump was visiting the state, which has been impacted by the colossal failure in the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris administration to secure the international border.
Actual details of what constituted the threat haven't been released.
Reports said charges against him for the threats could be added to his case.
The Daily Mail reported Syrvud has in the past registered as a Democrat and has a long rap sheet, including pleading no contest to second-degree sexual assault of a child in 2000.
The reports of the threats come just six weeks after Trump was targeted by a would-be assassin while speaking at a rally in Pennsylvania. He turned his head to look at a prop just as the shot was being fired and it nicked his ear, instead of hitting his head.
Fox said it reviewed court records that revealed his most recent arrest came in June when he weas accused of assault, but that later was dropped.
The sheriff's office said officers hunted Syvrud "as an investigative lead for threats to kill a presidential candidate" but did not release more details.
Fox said it later confirmed the candidate is Trump.
Fox further reported that Trump apparently had not been informed of the threat and manhunt, as he explained while he was aware there was danger for him to appear, "I have a job to do."
Questioned about the circumstances, Trump said, "I haven't heard about that. They probably want to keep it from me."
The report noted he joked, "Thank you for telling me. Let's get out of here, right now!"
Trump said the threats come because "I want to do things that are very bad for the bad guys."

The Democrat party, leading up to the 2020 election, worked to make sure socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders was kicked to the side of the road despite his significant support. That left the road open for Joe Biden.
In this year's race so far, the party elites have pushed Biden under the bus and installed Kamala Harris as their candidate, even though she's never earned a single delegate vote, and despite the votes of millions who chose Biden in primaries.
Now a former Democrat with a party pedigree second to none is calling out the current leadership for actually working to "disenfranchise" voters.
It is Robert F. Kennedy Jr., son of the assassinated Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy and nephew of the assassinated President John F. Kennedy, who cited the party's new leftist ideology, as he runs for president as an Independent.
"I shouldn't be here right now. The DNC is in Chicago talking about their commitment to voting rights. They're spending tens, maybe hundreds of millions of dollars to keep me off the ballot," he said.
"I was raised in the Democratic Party – my father Robert Kennedy and my uncle John Kennedy – at a time when the primary thrust of the Democratic party in that era was to make sure every American could vote," he continued. "There were people in the country being denied the right to vote. … there's a million people in this country who have signed petitions trying to get me on the ballot, 145,000 at least here in New York state. They want to see me on the ballot.
"Why is the Democratic party trying to disenfranchise those people?" he said. "I don't think my father would recognize this party, and I don't think my uncle would recognize this party."
Online commenter Kanekoa the Great pointed out that Democrats also are trying to remove Jill Stein from the ballot.
Commenters were not kind to Democrats:
"The 'party of democracy' removed their candidate via coup, installed a nominee without a single vote, is trying to imprison their main political opponent and keep any other potentially viable alternatives off the ballot. Democracy!"
And, "The Democrats are an anti-democratic party. They hate everything this country stands for."
WND has reported that RFK Jr. is expected to make a campaign announcement on Friday.
His campaign press secretary Stefanie Spear said the announcement will be "about the present historical moment and his path forward."
The event, slated for 2 p.m. Eastern in Phoenix, Arizona, will be live-streamed on X and other social channels.
Interestingly, Trump will be attending a rally in the same area late Friday afternoon in Glendale, Arizona, fueling speculation Kennedy will be joining the Trump team, as RFK is railing against Democrats for trying to keep him off the presidential ballot.
WorldNetDaily had reported just days earlier that Kennedy is seriously considering ending his 2024 White House bid and endorsing Trump, according to RFK's running mate Nicole Shanahan.
"There's two options that we're looking at and one is staying in, forming that new party, but we run the risk of a Kamala Harris and Walz presidency because we draw votes from Trump, or we draw somehow more votes from Trump," Shanahan said on the "Impact Theory" podcast. "Or we walk away right now and join forces with Donald Trump and you know, we walk away from that and explain to our base why we're making this decision."

It's true that Kamala Harris is a latecomer to the presidential race, having been hand-picked by the elites of the Democrat Party after they threw Joe Biden, more and more exhibiting symptoms of a mental decline, under the bus.
But voters, after all, do deserve to know what she stands for and what she wants to do.
So Republican nominee President Donald Trump decided to help out.
By launching a website, Kamala2024policies.com, listing Harris' priorities and positions.
Her plans include:
Fighting to set murderers free.
More "Bidenomics' – it's "working," rising costs are nothing to worry about!
More taxes to ensure the middle-class pays their "fair share."
Bring back the green new deal.
Kamala beliefs in freedom for individuals associated with violent behavior (Formally referred to as violent criminals).
Ending "wrongheaded thinking" that more police mean safer communities.
Eliminate private health insurance.
Give Social Security and Medicare to illegal aliens.
Each of the categories provides a link to open to a page documenting the evidence that Harris holds that opinion.
The site explains, "Not only does Kamala Harris own the weakness, failure, and chaos of the Harris-Biden administration, she is so radical that she makes 'the Squad' look like moderates. She wants to abolish our borders, let criminals control our streets, surrender our communities to cartels and a plague of fentanyl, wage war on American energy, and destroy the American Dream.
"Border Czar Kamala Harris opened the southern border to illegal alien criminals and deadly fentanyl, and as vice president, was the tie-breaking vote for far-left spending bills that raised taxes and sent prices skyrocketing for families across the country. While Harris has tried to rewrite history on her extreme record, she can't hide from her promises to set murderers free, dismantle America's border security, raise costs with massive spending bills, bring back the Green New Deal Scam, eliminate private health insurance, and more."
In fact, Harris has announced one policy point: She wants to set up a procedure to have price controls, a scheme often used by repressive governments to make their economies look better than they are.
It promptly triggered one comment about having a bureaucrat in Deep State deciding on grocery prices, rather than the free market.
Fox News said a Trump press secretary explained, "Kamala Harris has yet to tell voters what her policies are, so we thought we'd help them out. Kamala Harris wants to open the borders, raise taxes, and free criminals."
The site explains, "Record high gas prices under the Harris-Biden administration is the 'price to pay for democracy.' Remember, Kamala proudly delivered the deciding vote that allowed the $1.9 trillion 'stimulus' to be passed. Don't listen to former Obama economist Jason Furman, who said the spending bill is 'too big,' or former Obama and Clinton economist Larry Summers, who said the 'tremendous wall of money' led to inflation, or former Obama economic advisor Steven Rattner, who called Kamala's $1.9 trillion stimulus 'the original sin' of inflation."
Fox wondered, "Historically, presidential candidates have had campaign policy pages readily available for voters. When President Biden was on the campaign trail in 2020, a group of advisers crafted a 110-page policy document, according to The New York Times, which also reported Harris' lack of a campaign platform on her site. Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in 2016 had a page with 200 distinct policy proposals on record."

Jack Smith is the hand-picked "special counsel" the Democrats appointed to carry a large part of their lawfare war against President Donald Trump, and he's brought a number of cases that so far have been stalled because of his decision to ignore, while creating the charges, the fact confirmed by the Supreme Court that presidents have much immunity for their acts in office.
But if one is to accept his interpretation of the federal law, it is the Democrats now who have committed a federal crime – by precipitously and arbitrarily pushing Joe Biden out of the 2024 presidential race. In fact, he already had earned the commitments of enough delegates for their convention, going on this week, to take the nomination.
Then he appeared in a debate with Trump, performed horribly, and the party elites decided he couldn't win so they pushed him out and installed their chosen, Kamala Harris.
It's that action that investigative reporter and columnist Julie Kelly now explains is a violation, according to Smith himself.
"If we apply Special Counsel Jack Smith's interpretation of the 'conspiracy against rights' statute included in the DOJ's J6 indictment of Donald Trump, Biden and the Democrats have committed a crime," she explained.
She describes what's known about the Democrats' scheme against their own president: that ex-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi warned him, because of his apparent inability to defeat President Trump, that it could be the "easy way or the hard way."
That would mean Biden could voluntarily leave the race or be forced out through public challenges to his mental capacities.
"It is important to recall that Biden was forced out of the race not by Trump but by top Democratic Party officials including Pelosi, Barack Obama, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries. And aside from the unseemliness of it all, what happened to Biden could constitute a federal crime—at least according to Special Counsel Jack Smith," Kelly explained.
That is because one of Smith's charges against Trump is his own interpretation of 18 U.S. Code § 241, conspiracy against rights, which states, "If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States; they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years."
Smith uses that to argue "Trump's claims about voting fraud in the 2020 election and plans to delay the certification proceedings on January 6 denied the rights of the (haha) 81 million Americans who voted for Bidem." Kelly explained.
He charges that Trump conspired to "injure, oppress, threaten, and intimidate one or more persons in the free exercise and enjoyment of a right and privilege secured to them by the Constitution and laws of the United States—that is, the right to vote, and to have one's vote counted."
The analysis notes that Smith's logic then could apply such a charge to congressional Democrats, the corporate news media, and White House officials including Biden himself for "violating the rights of 14 million voters who selected Biden during the Democratic primary."
"By every measure, those parties collectively 'disenfranchised' voters by first freezing out potential Democratic primary opponents last spring and officially clinching the nomination in March only to later succeed in strong-arming Biden out of the race when it was clear he would not win," she explained.
She said the "criminal conspiracy" was launched after Biden's "disastrous debate" in June.
The New York Times already documented that the "short-tempered" Biden was "fuming" over those in his own party who began then to push him aside.
He didn't leave voluntarily, she wrote, "He got the hook."
"What happened was a number of my Democratic colleagues in the House and Senate thought that I was gonna hurt them in the races," Kelly reported Biden told "CBS News sycophant Robert Costa." "And I was concerned if I stayed in the race, that would be the topic."
"Rather than risk a loss at the polls in November, Pelosi took the losing matter of Joe Biden's candidacy into her own talons – and subsequently out of the hands of 14 million Americans," Kelly confirmed.

Politicians often get caught out when they make statements about issues that already are loaded with extremism, such as abortion.
And now one of the Democrats speaking at the party's convention this week, Gov. Andy Beshear of Kentucky, is trying to wordsmith his way out of a corner he voluntarily jumped into.
His comment was criticism aimed at GOP vice presidential nominee JD Vance, and Beshear, talking about the reasons that pro-abortion activists say support at-will abortion, said, "Make him go through this."
Vance responded, "What the hell is this? Why is @AndyBershearKY wishing that a member of my family would get raped?!? What a disgusting person."
Beshear's response to that wasn't to back down on his abortion promotion, but just to claim, "I'd never wish harm on anyone," and blame Vance for "trying to make himself the victim."
Beshear's double down:
Beshear had lashed out at Vance for allegedly calling pregnancy resulting from rape "inconvenient."
"Inconvenience is traffic," Beshear claimed. "It is, uh, make him go through this."
It continued, "Who, by the way did nothing to call Beshear out or correct what he was saying. We know, we keep saying it but it just works. When someone shows you who they really are, believe them. And we believe Beshear is exactly the sort of man he just told us he is."
A report at Revolver said, "What were the good people of Kentucky thinking when they elected Democrat Andy Beshear as their governor? After his recent comments about JD Vance's family, they'll hopefully be asking themselves that very question and reconsider electing progressive creeps like him into office.
"In a recent interview from the DNC Convention floor, Governor Beshear stooped to the lowest point of his career—maybe even his entire life—when he wished that JD Vance's wife and/or daughter would get raped and end up pregnant," it said. "Yes, you heard that right. As if this disgusting comment wasn't horrific enough on its own, the thought becomes even more repulsive when you consider that JD's little girl, Mirabel, is only a toddler. JD's wife is 39-year-old Usha Chilukuri Vance, a devoted mother of three beautiful children."
The article continued, "Yet, even so, Governor Andy Beshear is hoping little Mirabel and her mother get raped and end up pregnant, just so JD Vance will learn a lesson and be forced to 'go through it.' It's almost unimaginable that a man in such a position of power would say something so utterly twisted and demented, yet here we are."
