Just days before his big debate with Kamala Harris, former President Trump is slamming the Democratic presidential nominee for "completely hiding from the press," and vowing to put anyone engaged in election fraud into prison should he win the election.

"Comrade Kamala Harris 'is completely hiding from the press. She's not even taking short, quick questions at the plane. It's not normal to have a candidate running for President who is hiding from the press," Trump posted on Truth Social.

"Harris is copying Biden's self-protection strategy, duck tough interviews and limit improvisational moments … The last thing we need for our Nation in Decline is another President who is not smart enough to answer reporters questions. We just went through that, and we don't want to do it again!"

Trump also posted a "cease and desist" order online, indicating: "I, together with many Attorneys and Legal Scholars, am watching the Sanctity of the 2024 Presidential Election very closely because I know, better than most, the rampant Cheating and Skullduggery that has taken place by the Democrats in the 2020 Presidential Election. It was a Disgrace to our Nation!

"Therefore, the 2024 Election, where Votes have just started being cast, will be under the closest professional scrutiny and, WHEN I WIN, those people that CHEATED will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law, which will include long term prison sentences so that this Depravity of Justice does not happen again.

"We cannot let our Country further devolve into a Third World Nation, AND WE WON'T! Please beware that this legal exposure extends to Lawyers, Political Operatives, Donors, Illegal Voters, & Corrupt Election Officials.

"Those involved in unscrupulous behavior will be sought out, caught, and prosecuted at levels, unfortunately, never seen before in our Country."

For weeks after the Democrat Party's elites picked Kamala Harris to replace the aging and ailing Joe Biden at the top of their 2024 ticket, she wouldn't sit down for interviews.

Or, really, answer questions of any kind, when her policies and plans would seem to be important to voters.

Even now, after sitting down with CNN for an interview with her VP pick, Tim Walz, and revealing almost nothing, her agenda of being silent and letting voters wonder appears not to have changed.

Now that agenda has been confirmed by a campaign official.

According to a report at the Gateway Pundit, campaign spokesman Ian Sams was on CNN and talked about … not talking.

"This gives away their whole game. Democrats and the Harris people want voters to forget the fact that Harris has been part of the Biden administration and is directly responsible for what has transpired over the last three and a half years," the Gateway Pundit report said. "That's why they keep pushing the whole 'new way forward' nonsense. It's a feeble attempt to erase recent history so that Harris isn't held accountable by voters."

The report cited a transcript of Hunt's comments from Real Clear Politics, which revealed when asked about Harris being an integral part of the Biden administration, and being linked to all of its problems, Sams said, "Well, I think, again, we're trying to talk to the voters and explain this message. We've got 60 days until the election. You know, we don't have time to sit around and think about why, over the last few years, certain things may have happened or may not have happened."

He established the goal for Harris: "We've got to go win an election. And the vice president's doing that by talking about her economic vision."

The Biden-Harris administration has, in fact, allowed 20% inflation to hit consumers, has made a priority of pushing for leftist ideologies like abortion and transgenderism, has allowed the U.S. military to decline, has refused to pursue Biden's claim, when elected, that he would bring Americans together and instead has pursued a long list of divisive agenda points.

Harris has revealed a beginning to her economic plan: price controls to address what she called "price gouging," a scheme often used by repressive governments to make their economies look better than they are.

The Gateway Pundit said Harris clearly wants to "try to run out the clock without answering for the last few years. It's so obvious."

New York Judge Juan Merchan created controversy for himself, and for President Donald Trump, by refusing to recuse himself from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's odd legal claims, including that misdemeanor business reporting violations in Trump's businesses were felonies because of some other, undisclosed, crime.

Merchan pointedly stayed on the case despite the obvious conflict that was created when his daughter was being paid by Democrat political campaigns, including that of Trump's 2024 election opponent, at the same time as her father was ruling against Trump in the courtroom.

Now Merchan is in more trouble: He's being sued for concealing his financial records, which are required by law to be disclosed.

American First Legal confirmed it is suing the New York State Ethics Commission and Merchan "for illegally concealing Judge Merchan's financial disclosures."

Dan Epstein, America First Legal vice president, explained, "The law is clear that judicial financial disclosures must be released to the public. New York's highest court has stated that such disclosures are necessary for parties before the courts to get a fair shake. The public needs to know what Judge Merchan is hiding or even if he failed to file financial disclosures at all.

"This is especially important given the fact that Merchan appears to have engaged in unlawful campaign contributions and is on the precipice of criminally sentencing the former president of the United States. Fundamental fairness dictates a resolution of America First Legal's suit in its favor."

The disclosures being sought are from 2018-2024.

New York law requires judges to file annual financial disclosures and those must be available for inspection on request.

AFL previously requested these disclosures on June 6, 2024, and has yet to hear back.

The legal team last month wrote to the commission promising legal action if the records remain concealed.

At ResistTheMainstream was the comment that there remain "concerns about potential conflicts of interest, particularly regarding his daughter's employment at a Democratic-affiliated firm."

The report explained the background: "Merchan was the presiding judge who oversaw the six-week trial of former President Donald Trump in the New York v. Trump case. The trial resulted from a lengthy investigation conducted by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's office. Trump was convicted on all 34 counts of first-degree falsifying business records. He has since appealed the decision and urged Merchan to overturn the verdict."

The report explains Loren Merchan currently serves as the president of Authentic Campaigns, a company that has handled political work for prominent Democratic clients, including President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

"Clearly, Justice Merchan's daughter and her clients stand to profit handsomely from lawfare against President Trump," the lawsuit states. And the judge also has been caught contributing to Democrat causes, including Biden's campaign, the case charges.

"The lawsuit states that in July 2023, the Commission on Judicial Conduct issued a caution to Merchan for making 'improper political donations to the Biden campaign and Stop Republicans,'" the report said.

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, the Democrat party's choice to be the vice presidential nominee alongside leftist Kamala Harris, has been subpoenaed by Congress as part of an investigation into the mishandling of COVID-era federal child nutrition cash.

report from Trending Politics explains the subpoena is from the U.S. House Committee on Education and the Workforce, headed by Rep. Virginia Foxx, R-N.C.

She is demanding documents and communications involving Walz and his administration regarding their role in the child-nutrition program funds consumed by the Feeding Our Future program.

Walz already has admitted there wasn't as much "due diligence" by his officials as was needed by the handout program.

The report said the target of the review is how Walz's Department of Education managed federal money during the pandemic.

"Feeding Our Future, a nonprofit organization, was implicated in one of the largest fraud cases in the country, accused of misappropriating tens of millions of dollars meant to feed hungry children. Despite red flags and warnings, the MDE resumed payments to FOF," the report confirmed.

The scandal broke in 2022 when federal authorities charged dozens of people who were linked to the FOF spending agenda with fraud, apparently based on allegations the nonprofit gave millions of dollars from the federal Child and Adult Care Food Program and Summer Food Service Program to various shell companies, which then spent the dollars on expensive cars, homes and vacations.

The report confirmed Walz already has been under criticism for failing to prevent the alleged fraud.

The subpoena, a copy of which was obtained by Punchbowl News, said, "The actions taken by you and other executive officers were insufficient to address the massive fraud."

Members of Congress earlier had requested information, but what the state provided was inadequate, prompted the subpoena.

Walz admits oversight could have been better, but said no state employees were involved in fraud.

He said state workers "simply didn't do as much due diligence as they should have."

The report said the committee, however, has cited public statements and media reports that Walz and his cohorts might have been more involved in the programs than has been admitted so far.

Specifically, the committee wants details on how and why the state resumed payments to FOF, despite "concerns."

Foxx wrote, "The fraud in the FCNP is within the committee's jurisdiction and is a subject on which legislation could be had."

So far, some four dozen individuals have been charged with misusing a quarter of a billion dollars in federal child nutrition program funds in the FOF scandal.

The daughter of Fani Willis, the anti-Trump Georgia prosecutor whose case was thrown into disarray by revelations about her relationship with a special prosecutor she paid more than $600,000 to work on charges against the former president, has been arrested for allegedly driving on a suspended license.

And even that seemingly unrelated incident has thrown a further cloud over her mother's prosecution of Trump, which now is pending before an appeals court on claims by Trump's lawyers and others that Willis should be disqualified for her conflict of interest.

The central figure in that conflict is Nathan Wade, a lawyer Willis hired to work on her lawfare agenda against Trump. He was thrown off the case by a lower court judge who cited the stench of impropriety in the case. But the judge left Willis on the case, and that's what's pending before an appeals court now.

The Daily Mail explained it obtained body cam footage of Willis and Wade showing up at the scene of the arrest of Kinaya Willis on August 24, "for allegedly driving with a suspended license."

The two "looked remarkably like a couple as they are seen on recent police bodycam footage obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com. The pair were filmed together at the scene of her pregnant daughter Kinaya's August 24 arrest for allegedly driving with a suspended license."

The report said, "Our footage shows them arriving in a black Ford SUV before approaching a group of cops at the roadside in Tyrone, Georgia, with casually-dressed Willis, 52, introducing herself to them as 'Fani.'"

The report said the 25-year-old Kinaya was handcuffed, then booked into the Fayette County jail.

The report said the officers mistakenly identified the pair as Kinaya's parents before Willis said Wade was "just a friend."

Apparently Kinaya's sister, Nia, 26, was a passenger and called their mother.

The report explains Willis told the officers "don't put my address down" in documents that would be public record, because she would not allow the "rest of the world" to know her residence.

Willis' daughter reportedly was pulled over because she was using a cell phone while driving.

"The Texas Southern University student told Officer Jacob Hale she was 'unaware' her license was revoked on May 13, blaming a mix up over unpaid Florida tickets," the report said.

Kinaya later was released from jail and told to appear in municipal court in October.

The arrest "comes as a fresh blow to Willis, whose bid to see Trump go on trial ahead of the November general election stalled because of her relationship with Wade," the report said.

She accused Trump and more than a dozen others of a racketeering scheme involving questions and controversies regarding the 2020 election results.

A top Republican in the U.S. House of Representatives says Democrats in power actually "want illegals to vote in this election."

House GOP Conference Chair Elise Stefanik made the claim on "Sunday Morning Futures" on the Fox News Channel.

"House Republicans are going to continue to push the SAVE Act," Stefanik said, referring to the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act, which requires individuals to provide documentary proof of U.S. citizenship in order to register to vote in federal elections.

Specifically, the bill prohibits states from accepting and processing an application to register to vote in a federal election unless the applicant presents documentary proof of U.S. citizenship.

"We're in discussions with the speaker and our colleagues, and Republicans support ensuring that we have legal and constitutional elections," Stefanik said.

"What is telling … is that nearly every single Democrat opposed the SAVE Act. They want illegals to vote in this election. We need to make sure we have a secure election, so that absolutely will be part of the government-funding discussions. It's a principle that House Republicans will fight for along with border security."

"What I do want to say is Chuck Schumer has failed to put anything on the floor when it comes to appropriations to ensure that only legal American citizens are able to vote in our elections, and we has refused to pass H.R. 2 which is the Secure the Border Act to return to President Trump's effective policies when it comes to securing our border. Kamala Harris owns this border crisis. She's trying to wipe away her history as Joe Biden's open border czar. She owns economic national security and the humanitarian open border crisis that her policies created."

Fox News host Sean Duffy, a former Republican congressman from Wisconsin, told Stefanik: "Here's the problem, and you get it, but the fact that we have, and I have individual knowledge of this but also read reports of it that you have illegals that are registering to vote, and you have the federal government and state governments and NGOs all out there trying to register illegals to vote in this election cycle. Huge problem.

"But the illegal doesn't actually have to vote. If they're registered, someone, Elise, is going to vote for them, right? Someone's going to cast their ballot. And, again, it undermines the American security in their own election. And if I win, great. If I lose, I'm going to go home and fight hard again the next time. But if you don't trust the election, because you're not sure illegals are voting in it, it undermines our whole system of government."

"You're exactly right," Stefanik told Duffy. "It undermines our whole Constitution, it undermines our system of government.

"People are losing faith in our elections because of how radicalized today's Democrat party has become, shredding our Constitution, shredding election integrity. This is why that vote was so important, and it was so revealing in terms of the vast majority of Democrats want to allow illegals to vote in our election.

The Republicans are unanimous in ensuring that illegals are not able to vote in our elections. That'a why we're going to continue to fight very, very hard, and that's why we're working so hard to elect President Donald J. Trump, because he will stand for the Constitution, and he will ensure that we have elections based on the rule of law and not allowing illegals to vote."

A top adviser to former President Trump says Kamala Harris is looking to worm her way out of a highly anticipated debate with Trump, scheduled for Sept. 10 on ABC.

"I think that the Harris campaign is looking for an escape hatch, is looking for a way to get out of this debate," said Trump campaign senior adviser Jason Miller on "Sunday Morning Futures" on the Fox News Channel.

"To be clear, these are the rules that the Democrats wrote," Miller continued. "These are the rules we had in place for the CNN debate. Everyone had agreed to the rules at least informally with ABC. We have a deal with ABC, ABC has a deal, ABC is with us all the way on this.

"But here's what I think happened. I think the Harris folks started going into debate prep, and now they realize what they're working with. They realize that they're in real trouble with Kamala Harris. They also know that President Trump is the greatest debater in modern political history, so I think they're nervous and want a way out."

Fox News host Sean Duffy, a former Republican congressman from Wisconsin, seemed somewhat incredulous at the possibility Harris would back out of debating Trump, and asked Miller: "So is your point that Kamala Harris' team has not confirmed the September 10th debate?"

"Absolutely not," Miller responded.

"And it's mind-boggling because you would think that they'd want to debate. I mean, the American public does deserve this. But they refuse to accept the terms of the debate which, again, everyone had already agreed to it. We'd agreed to it, ABC's agreed to it. The rules are the rules, they're not changing."

"But Kamala Harris and her campaign, they're afraid. Think about it for a moment, Sean. Why did the they wait 39 days to even do this joint interview where Kamala Harris spoke for all of 16 minutes and 29 seconds and now this is day 42 that Kamala Harris has gone without doing a solo interview?"

"This is really bizarre. I think they're afraid and they don't want to put Kamala Harris out there. You want to know why? Because she's going to have to answer for every bit of this last three and a half years.

"You can't talk about turning the page when you're the one who broke the economy, broke the border, broke the world. That's on Kamala, and she's going to have to account for that on the debate stage."

Regarding the debate rules, Harris said Saturday on X: "Donald Trump is surrendering to his advisors who won't allow him to debate with a live microphone. If his own team doesn't have confidence in him, the American people definitely can't."

"We are running for president of the United States. Let's debate in a transparent way, with the microphones on the whole time."

The state Supreme Court in Nebraska has reversed itself in a fight over home equity that was confiscated by the government.

The change of heart might not have been exactly voluntarily, however.

It did have directions from the U.S. Supreme Court to do so.

The fight that developed is becoming more and more common across the nation, even as multiple organizations fight the trend.

It's the result of homeowners who fall behind on their taxes, and when governments then sell those debts to others and the owners ultimately lose all of their equity.

Lost many times in the judiciary finagling is the fact that homeowners have significant equity in their homes, and that value routinely was being confiscated from them.

For example one Nebraska man lost his $60,000 home over a tax bill for $5,268. When the government sold his home, he got nothing.

But, according to Pacific Legal Foundation, which has fought such cases many times, the court reversal now means that lower courts will determine the value of the property, and how much compensation must be paid.

The legal team's Christina Martin said, "We are thrilled that after years of litigation, Nebraska finally recognizes Kevin Fair's and Sandra Nieveen's right to their hard-earned equity. The Nebraska Supreme Court held that home equity is protected by the Constitution and that the government cannot take more than what it is owed. This is a great outcome for our clients and all homeowners in the state."

The situation developed when, in 2013, Kevin Fair's late wife was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and he quit his job to care for her at their Scottsbluff, Nebraska, home. Soon he fell behind on his property taxes and the county sold a tax lien for the unpaid taxes to Continental Resources, a private investor.

The county then issued a deed to the investor for the home and all of the equity.

Sandra also lost her home in similar circumstances, the legal team said.

The two sued, with the help of Legal Aid of Nebraska, but the state's high court rejected their case.

Then the PLF got involved, asking the U.S. Supreme Court to intervene.

"Last May, the United States Supreme Court ruled in another PLF case — Tyler v. Hennepin County — that if the government takes more than what is owed to satisfy a property tax debt, it violates the Fifth Amendment's Takings Clause. After the Supreme Court decided Tyler, it granted Kevin's and Sandra's petitions and sent their cases back to the Nebraska Supreme Court to reconsider their claims in light of Tyler," the PFL reported.

"In view of the Supreme Court's unanimous ruling, the Nebraska Supreme Court reevaluated Kevin's and Sandra's claims and ruled that they must be paid for the excess equity that remained after their property tax debt was satisfied. The court sent the cases back to the trial court to determine how much the homes are worth and thus how much compensation Kevin and Sandra are owed."

We now know why Tim Walz, the VP nominee picked by Democrat Kamala Harris for this year's election, made an incorrect statement – his detractors call it a lie – about his military service.

There have been several of those such statements, such as his claim to be in retirement as a "command sergeant major," about which he repeatedly boasted even though it was a title for which he never was fully qualified.

This dispute is about his claim to have carried weapons of war "in war."

report in the Federalist explained the issue came up during a CNN interview with Harris and Walz.

Interviewer Dana Bash said, "I want to ask you a question about how you described your service in the National Guard. You said that you carried weapons in war but you had never deployed actually in a war zone. A campaign official said you misspoke. Did you?"

It was in 2018 that Walz pushed for gun control by saying, "We can make sure those weapons of war, that I carried in war, is the only place where those weapons are at."

But the Federalist explained, "The problem is, Walz never served in a combat zone. His unit was called up early in the war in Iraq — to Italy. Later, in 2005, he abandoned his National Guard unit as it was preparing to deploy to Iraq. Walz, who opted to run for Congress at the time, retired not long before the deployment."

Walz continued, "Well, first of all, I'm incredibly proud. I've done 24 years of wearing the uniform of my country. I'm equally proud of my service in a public school classroom, whether it's in Congress or the governor. … I think people know me, they know who I am. They know where my heart is and, again, my record has been out there for more than 40 years to speak for itself."

But the gun thing?

"Yeah, I said we were talking in this case, this was after a school shooting, the idea of carrying these weapons of war. And my wife, the English teacher, told me my grammar is not always correct," he said.

A report from the Twitchy site then pointed out another problem, with that answer, that Walz left unaddressed: His status as an English teacher.

"We will go as far as to say no one believed that excuse—or that the number of people who believe it is so low as to be indistinguishable from zero. Even if you run into people who say they believe it, we don't believe that they actually believe that. They are simply hoping you are stupid enough to believe it. No. Walz lied. And that claim that he just doesn't understand grammar runs straight into the teeth of just one fact. We will let Chinese defector Xi Van Fleet explain it to the class," the report said.

NPR even has confirmed that Walz was in China years ago, to teach English at Foshan No. 1 Middle School.

Legacy video has been uncovered of Kamala Harris' insistence that police officers be removed from schools to reach her goal of having the institutions "demilitarized."

And families of school shooting victims are not reacting favorably.

"My brother was killed in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting because of liberal policies like the one Kamala is pushing here," JT Lewis posted on social media. "I wish there had been a police officer there to protect him."

Lewis, whose six-year-old brother Jesse Lewis died in the 2012 massacre in Connecticut that also cost 25 other lives, said, "Students need more protection, not less!"

The details from a Fox News report were posted on the internet by the campaign of President Donald Trump, and it explained that Lewis was responding to unearthed footage of Harris from 2019 when, as a senator, she demanded police officers be removed from schools.

She said, "What we need to do about … demilitarizing our schools and taking police officers out of schools. We need to deal with the reality and speak the truth about the inequities around school discipline. Where in particular, black and brown boys are being expelled and or suspended as young as, I've seen, as young as in elementary school."

The Fox report said loved ones of those killed "slammed" Harris for her position.

Her comments were made during the 2019 presidential justice forum in South Carolina, shortly before she dropped out of the race without getting support from a single Democrat convention delegate.

It was the same this year, only she was hand-picked by the party's elite to replace an aging and mentally failing Joe Biden in a process, again, in which she got not a single vote.

She said, responding to a question about cleaning up criminal records for juveniles, "That's a great question and a great point, because when we talk about reform of the criminal justice system, we've got to understand that the juvenile justice system is in dire need of reform, and I know that. And I've seen it."

She said, "I will end solitary confinement of juveniles, which includes what we need to do to talk about and have a commitment for less incarceration of juveniles. And have guidelines in terms of exactly what those, those numbers should be, because right now, in so many states, children are being incarcerated for … a child being incarcerated for a couple of days is traumatic, much less the weeks, months, and years that we're seeing that happen.

Lewis was joined in his condemnation by family members of other victims of school violence.

Ryan Petty, a father who lost their daughter in the Stoneman Douglas High School in 2018, said, "[W]reckless, Radical. Kamala wants to make schools less safe. Your kids aren't safe with Kamala Harris in office."

The report said another father, who also lost a daughter, said, "This is sickening. My daughter was killed because Parkland didn't have enough security. We need more school resource officers — not fewer!"

The publication noted researchers said at least 50 school districts at that time removed police officers from campuses or slashed their budgets.
