The lawfare agenda against President Donald Trump includes a long list of cases and claims.

Assembled by Democrats, some of whom actually campaigned on the ideology of getting Trump to "bring him down," they include documents disputes, arguments about his free speech, his business operations and in one case they changed a state law to allow a woman to bring a claim against Trump.

One of those, however, apparently now is facing a rugged road at an appeals court.

The case is New York Attorney General Letitia James' claims that Trump changed the value of his properties to obtain better interest rates for his business operations.

She brought the complaint on her own, as no one had registered any dissatisfaction with their deals with Trump and his corporate organization. In fact, during the trial before Democrat donor Arthur Engoron, witnesses testified all the loans were repaid on time and in full, they had no concerns about their agreements and, in fact, would like to do business with Trump again.

The upshot, from Engoron, was a fine of some $350 million for Trump in a case with no damages. Then interest would add another $100 million – or so.

It is commentator Byron York, in the Washington Examiner, who now has listed some of the concerns raised by the judges in the appeals court who are reviewing Engoron's agenda.

York described the case as "the most damaging, at least monetarily," for Trump.

"It was a weak case, at best, for two reasons. First, it was politically motivated. James had run for office on a platform of pursuing Trump. 'We will all rise up and resist this man,' she once told a campaign crowd, 'and ultimately, we'll bring him down.' Second, the trial revealed, in the words of this newsletter, 'that there were no victims, that the loans were paid back in a timely and total fashion, that the lending institutions made the loans based not on Trump's representations but on their own research, and that some of those institutions were eager to do business with Trump again,'" York reported.

James maneuvered the case so that Engoron, a "longtime Democratic donor" would decide the case alone, resulting in the nearly half billion dollar decision.

York noted, though, that appeals judge David Friedman pointed out it was not a case of a naïve victim being hurt. "It hardly seems to justify bringing an action to protect Deutsche Bank against President Trump, which is what you have here. You have two really sophisticated players in which no one lost any money."

Then Llinet Rosado, another judge, expressed concern because the case had "little to no impact on the public marketplace."

Further, Peter Moulton said, "The immense penalty in this case is troubling. … How do you tether the amount that was assessed by [Engoron] to the harm that was caused here, where the parties left these transactions happy?" He added, "There has to be some limitation in what the attorney general can do in interfering in these private transactions … where people don't claim harm."

And a fourth, John Higgitt, said any conflict would be a commercial dispute, and openly questioned whether James needed "guardrails" to keep her out of "an area that wasn't intended for her jurisdiction."

York pointed out the court's decision, coming later, could affirm the whole penalty, throw it out, or anything in between.

"Even with all of her anti-Trump animus, James couldn't figure out how to charge Trump with a crime, so she settled for trying to bankrupt him. She found a willing judge to make it happen. Now, we'll see if the damage they did survives judicial scrutiny," he said.

President Donald Trump, seeking this year to be re-elected to the White House over the opposition, lawfare and hate from Democrats who openly have advocated for him to be "extinguished," has survived two apparent assassination attempts in just the past few weeks.

One attempt left him injured, a bullet grazing his ear literally a second after he suddenly turned his head, and another where a gunman had stationed himself on a golf course where Trump was playing a round.

There have been other threats, with an Alaska man arrested for those.

But now a new, and possibly more dangerous, circumstance has developed: Reports of heating-seeking surface-to-air missiles being smuggled into the United States, and "kill teams" assigned.

The Times Now publication explained, "An international war correspondent on X, platform formerly known as Twitter, on Thursday claimed that nine surface-to-air missiles have been smuggled into the U.S. to target Trump Force One."

The report added, "Ann Vandersteel added that the operation will allegedly be led by Sinaloa Cartel of Mexico. However, she did not provide any concrete evidence to back the story."

The report said, "In a tweet, which is now going viral, Vandersteel said that the surface-to-air missiles could be of Iranian origin. This comes after former President Donald Trump said that the U.S. will blow Iran to 'smithereens' if Tehran is involved in assassination attempts on former presidents and presidential nominees. The Republican candidate survived an assassination attempt in July. The FBI is also investigating another apparent attempt in Florida earlier this month."

On social media was, "Intelligence just in from the southern border that 9 surface to air missiles have been smuggled into the U.S. across the New Mexico border. Intended target: Trump Force One."

It linked to a statement from Trump about the ongoing threats on his life, especially after several Iranians were indicted for hacking into his campaign.

Lara Logan also posted on social media, "Acc to an informant in New Mexico – Trump's plane is the next target for assassination. Nine heat-seeking surface-to-air missiles have been smuggled into the U.S. for this purpose. And there are three kill teams already inside the country. Trump has been informed, so have the U.S. intel agencies &I other authorities. Money has been transferred to a cartel to push this over the border."

A federal judge in New York has decided that pro-life centers there are allowed to promote the abortion pill reversal protocol as both "safe" and "effective," dealing a blow to the state's pro-abortion campaign that seeks to suppress such health care information.

According to a report from Liberty Counsel, a preliminary injunction from District Judge John L. Sinatra, Jr., now protects Summit Life Outreach Center and The Evergreen Association.

The state has threatened and intimidated them, wildly claiming they are participating in false advertising.

The state's top legal officer has made the claim that the process is "unproven," so that the centers could be accused of fraud.

"However, Summit and Evergreen allege the state's actions violate the First and Fourteenth Amendments and that [Attorney General Letitia] James' illegal targeting of pregnancy centers unconstitutionally censors their speech about the safety and efficacy of abortion pill reversal," Liberty Counsel reported.

The judge already had decided that the pregnancy centers are likely to succeed with their Free Speech allegations against the state.

The judge's order explains the centers "are free to promote the abortion pill reversal (APR) protocol and say that it is 'safe and effective' while their lawsuit moves forward."

The injunction consolidates this case with his own previous ruling from August that at the time blocked James from targeting other pro-life pregnancy centers with attacks for their work to protect women and babies.

Liberty Counsel explained, "The APR protocol can reverse the effects of the abortion pill Mifepristone if a woman changes her mind within 72 hours after taking the drug. Mifepristone starves the baby to death by blocking the naturally-occurring progesterone that helps a woman's body sustain the baby. The APR protocol consists of giving extra progesterone within 72 hours to 'outnumber and outcompete' the abortion drug so the baby can survive."

Studies show it has saved more than 5,000 unborn children.

The order lets the centers make statements "using the terms 'Abortion Pill Reversal' or 'APR' related to chemical abortions," "referring to the APR Hotline or AbortionPillReversal.com," "indicating that Abortion Pill Reversal (or APR), or progesterone is safe," and "that Abortion Pill Reversal (or APR), or progesterone, is effective."

Liberty Counsel chief Mat Staver said, "The abortion pill reversal protocol gives a woman a chance to save her unborn baby by safely reversing an abortion. The government does not have the power to chill the free speech of pregnancy center staff and take away a woman's option to safely stop an abortion. New York's attempt to censor live-saving treatment is blatantly unconstitutional and should be permanently struck down."

There's been another alleged threat against the life of President Donald Trump, who has survived two apparent assassination schemes in just the last few weeks, and a spokesman for his campaign blames it directly on the "violent rhetoric" of Kamala Harris and other extremist Democrats.

report in the Daily Mail explains Warren Jones Crazybull, 64, of Sandpoint, Idaho, allegedly made at least nine calls to Trump's Florida residence, saying he was going to kill Trump.

The calls came July 31, just weeks after Trump was shot and injured in the ear in an assassination attempt during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

"In one call, according to a criminal complaint and affidavit first reported on Monday, Crazybull threatened to 'find Trump' and said he was 'coming down to Bedminster tomorrow,' which is the town where Trump National Golf Club is located in New Jersey," the report said.

Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung said the threats were because of the rhetoric from Harris.

In fact, Joe Biden, Harris, and a long list of other extremists in the Democrat party have for several years described Trump as a "Hitler." They've insisted he would be a dictator if he ever returned to office. They make wild claims that he would destroy "democracy" if elected. Such rhetoric is widely considered to be one of the reasons for the sudden spate of threats against and attacks on Trump.

"Kamala Harris and liberal Democrats are the ones who are deranged," Cheung said in a statement Monday. "There have been two heinous assassination attempts on President Trump, and their violent rhetoric are directly to blame."

He said Harris should "apologize for their hateful rhetoric" and to "tone down" the attacks on Trump.

Otherwise, he charged, Democrats are "explicitly advocating for and inciting more bloodshed" against Trump and Republicans who support him.

Crazybull's identity was confirmed by Secret Service through phone records and comparing the voice of the threatening calls recorded by the Mar-a-Lago security staff with a video he posted to Facebook.

The report said Crazybull was tracked, through his phone, into Montana, where he was arrested and then indicted. A trial is scheduled October 28.

He's accused, in one call, of saying, "I am going to down him personally, and kill him."

He's pleaded not guilty to the crimes.

The Secret Service was informed after the threatening calls were received.

The first assassination attempt was by the now-dead Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20, who shot at Trump at the Butler rally, nicking his ear.

Then weeks later, a Secret Service agent shot at Ryan Wesley Routh, who had positioned himself, with a rifle, on a golf course where Trump was playing a round.

Routh, 58, fled and was arrested a short distance away.

The American economy, under the leadership of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, added only 142,000 jobs in August, far below expectations.

It was the next step in what analysts have called a "downward" trend.

Then unemployment also was reported at 4.2%, which while it is lower than the 9.1% seen earlier under the Biden-Harris regime which has left Americans paying some 21% more for the same lifestyle as when President Donald Trump was in office, still is far higher than when Trump turned the economy over to the Democrats.

Now a report in the Washington Examiner notes that America, under Biden and Harris, has been hit with a third strike: a massive plunge in consumer confidence.

"The Conference Board's consumer confidence index fell to 98.7 in September, down from 105.6 the month before, the group announced on Tuesday," the report said, calling it "another warning signal for Vice President Kamala Harris, who has been working to convince voters she is the right choice for president."

The report said the plunge was the biggest slide month-to-month since August 2021 for the numbers that assess consumers' opinions regarding the labor market and business conditions.

The report continued, "The expectations index, which is derived from consumers' short-term outlook for business, income, and labor market conditions, declined by 4.6 points to 81.7. If the index is below 80, it typically signals a recession ahead, according to the Conference Board."

Dana Peterson, economist for the board, said, "Consumer confidence dropped in September to near the bottom of the narrow range that has prevailed over the past two years. September's decline was the largest since August 2021 and all five components of the Index deteriorated. Consumers' assessments of current business conditions turned negative while views of the current labor market situation softened further."

A report from the Daily Caller News Foundation also noted that Art Laffer, an economist who worked with President Ronald Reagan, confirmed the rise in unemployment rates can be traced to the "bad policies," and that Trump's economic plan for his presidency would bring back growth.

Federal Reserve chief Jerome Powell when he said only days ago the organization was lowering its federal funds rate by 0.5% confirmed that the Biden-Harris open borders agenda was allowing an "influx" across the border that was helping push unemployment rates up.

Laffer pointed out the problem with Powell's claims, the report said, citing a lack in growth in employment.

"If unemployment went up because of illegal immigrants coming in, wouldn't employment have gone up as well because they've come in — some of them get jobs, some of them don't in the labor force, but when you look at employment growth, it's been declining dramatically … and that's really the problem," Laffer said.

"The unemployment rate — and Trump is completely right, by the way, in this. The unemployment rate increases [are] because of bad policies not because of illegal immigrants. Their tax policies, their spending policies, have led to a decline in the rate of growth of the economy and lessened employment. And that's really a serious problem."

He suggested Trump's plans would "lead to enormous expansion of employment. I mean, you look at some of these things on the tips — no taxes on tips. You remove taxes from overtime, those are all marginal tax rate reductions that would have an enormous impact on jobs output. Can you imagine how many more service employees you'd find if you didn't get taxes on tips? Or how [much] overtime work we'd get — how much more we'd get if we didn't have taxes on overtime work?"

Democrats and other leftists have been demanding changes at the Supreme Court since President Donald Trump appointed three justices, all relatively conservative, taking away a majority liberals had held for decades.

Some extremists have gone way over the edge of reality.

Recently Panos Anastasiou, 76, of Alaska, was indicted for threatening to torture and kill six of the justices, presumably the conservatives.

Another suspect, Nicolas Roske, 28, will be on trial next year for trying to assassinate Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

Even a political icon like Sen. Chuck Schumer took his turn attacking and threatening the court – verbally at least.

He said, at a rally promoting the deaths of unborn children, "I want to tell you, [Neil] Gorsuch, I want to tell you, [Brett] Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price."

But now the attacks on the court appear to be coming from inside, and not just from a clerk or other employee who might have violated ethics codes and prematurely released the opinion that overturned the long-held but faulty Roe court opinion from 1973 that created a federal right to abortion without having any grounding in the Constitution.

Jonathan Turley, the Shapiro Professor of Public Interest Law at George Washington University," said that was "one of the greatest reaches of ethics in the court's history.

But it gets even worse.

Now, he said, "the New York Times has published highly detailed accounts of the internal deliberations of the court. The account seemed largely directed at the conservative justices and (Chief Justice John) Roberts."

"Some of the information on deliberations in three cases (Trump v. Anderson, Fischer v. United States, and Trump v. United States) had to come either directly or indirectly from a justice. Some of these deliberations were confined to members of the court," he noted.

That means someone on the court, likely a liberal justice, is actively trying to manipulate the court to obtain some undefined results.

He warned the new information that was leaked "could only have originated with a justice."

Controversial decisions, like abortion, on which the court has ruled, have cut significantly until the public's approval of the court, and not even half view the justices favorably.

However, Turley said, there are those who want to express their criticism in a bigger way.

Besides the criminal cases, and the threatening Schumer rhetoric, he pointed out some have suggested cutting of the court's air conditioning to "make them retire."

The result is that Roberts now has to deal with leaks "coming out of the confidential conference sessions and memoranda of the justices."

The result, he explained, could be that case decisions could be manipulated.

The critics have discussed a mandated code of ethics, in which "lower court judges" effectively would be able to judge the justices, even order them off of cases.

Two of the leftist judges, Elena Kagan and Ketanji Jackson, have endorsed the idea.

However, such judgments could "flip the outcome on a closely divide court," Turley pointed out.

"The court is now in an undeniable crisis of faith," Turley warned. "For decades, institutional faith and fealty have maintained confidentiality and civility. Once again, that tradition has been shattered by the reckless and self-serving conduct of those entrusted with the court's business."

The FBI has agreed to compensate individuals whose personal – and valuable – property was lost when the bureau opened thousands of secured personal lockboxes at a vault company and took and kept the contents.

The resolution is being reported by the Institute for Justice, which noted an FBI agent, when learning of the bureau's loss of dozens of valuable gold coins, worried, "Uh oh."

The report explains that the government now is compensating property owners who had cash and coins vanish when the FBI raided the US Private Vaults in Los Angeles, opened the sealed safe deposit boxes and kept everything inside.

"Don Mellein was one of hundreds of safe deposit box holders at US Private Vaults who had his box opened, searched, and subjected to civil forfeiture during an FBI raid in March 2021. A federal appellate court in January held that the entire raid violated the Fourth Amendment," the IJ said.

The separate case developed because the FBI failed – or refused – to return 63 gold coins worth more than $166,000.

The FBI's claim that it was immune to a lawsuit over property that disappeared while in FBI custody was rejected by a federal judge, and after months more of fighting, "it finally gave up and agreed to compensate Don after it was ordered to produce records of instances where other box holders' property was misplaced or went missing."

"The FBI had no reason to go through my box and they were careless in losing my coins," Mellein explained. "It should not have taken a lawsuit for the government to do the right thing."

Already, an FBI agent at the raid on the safe deposit boxes said the day "didn't go down exactly as we planned it."

Agents at the search said they had planned to videotape all box searches and keep a log of people there, but simply didn't.

"In Don's case, although there was a total of 110 gold coins in his box, the agents who searched it did not list any coins on the property receipt or any other paperwork. As far as the FBI's records reflected, the coins did not exist," the IJ reported.

"Valuable property was supposed to be removed and stored in a secure valuables vault, while the boxes themselves were allowed to sit in a parking lot and eventually were taken to a less secure evidence room. When the FBI went to return Don's box, they found 47 of his coins still inside the unlocked and unsecured box, a scenario that one of the FBI's evidence technicians described as a kind of 'malpractice.' As the agent in charge later testified, 'There should not have been coins in that box.' She added, 'This is a problem.'"

The FBI, after trying to conceal the existence of the 47, eventually admitted the bureau had them and returned them.

But Mellein's other 63 coins were gone.

"The FBI is supposed to protect innocent people, but they misplaced Don's property and then fought tooth and nail to keep him from being compensated," said IJ lawyer Joseph Gay. "They stonewalled, claimed immunity, and tried to block discovery. This shows why it's so vitally important for courts to hold government accountable."

Multiple other box owners also have claimed the FBI "vanished" their property, and some of those cases also are in court.

Troublingly, however, is that although the bureau "conceded that it wrongly left hundreds of thousands of dollars in valuable property unsecured," there was no internal investigation or accountability.

"The FBI's misconduct at US Private Vaults is a shameful chapter in the Bureau's history, one for which it needs to be called to account. To be clear, the FBI lied to a judge about its plans, violated the express terms of a warrant, and lost people's retirement savings while trying to forfeit over $100 million in cash, gold, and jewels from hundreds of innocent folks. Congress should call on Director Wray and other senior officials to testify and explain how they will ensure that the FBI never tries something like this again," said IJ lawyer Robert Frommer.

Joe Biden was caught flagrantly keeping classified government papers to which he was not entitled and stashing them in an unsecured garage next to his car.

No charges. But of course the special counsel did justify that decision by noting that he was aging, and was exhibiting declining mental capabilities.

Then in a dramatic display of weaponization of the Department of Justice, Biden's bureaucrats brought a long list of charges against President Donald Trump for having government documents after he left office.

Now it appears that Tim Walz, the extremist on abortion and transgenderism who was picked by Kamala Harris to be with her on the Democrat presidential ticket this year, already is suspected of mishandling classified government documents – pertaining to nuclear secrets.

It is Alpha News that reports that a former National Guard colleague of Walz's alleges a classified nuclear manual went missing during Walz's leadership there.

Walz's guard career already is littered with scandal, with his drunken driving arrest while driving 90 mph down a deserted Nebraska highway after dark, with claims he fled the unit just before it was being sent overseas, and more.

Now the allegations come from a retired Nebraska National Guard soldier, who asked to remain unidentified, who explained in 1995, Walz's unit was upgraded with the M109A5 self-propelled howitzer, which included the capability to fire nuclear artillery shells.

"Alpha News has learned from a former National Guard colleague of Walz that, during that time, a classified document allegedly went missing—the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual detailing the howitzer's nuclear capabilities. The retired Nebraska National Guard soldier, who worked with Walz for three years, recounted the disappearance in a phone interview with Alpha News," the report said.

"Fearing retaliation, he wishes to remain anonymous but is willing to cooperate with the FBI."

The soldier said Walz had just returned from one of his multiple trips to China when the manual went missing.

"According to the retired soldier, Walz had just returned from another trip to China around the time when the manual went missing. He alleges Walz was one of the few with access to the building where the top-secret manual was stored and was 'often the only one there.' The former battalion member said he believes Walz stole the nuclear SOP manual and later returned it."

The episode apparently never was reported because unit officials at the time were more concern about Walz's "double-dipping," holding a fulltime teaching job when he was supposed to be fulltime with the unit, which apparently raised concerns to the level that an investigation was started.

"In hindsight, the soldier believes he should have reported it when it first went missing but feared repercussions for not addressing it sooner," the report said.

Alpha News reported Walz's team did not respond to questions about the situation. Nor did National Guard officials in Nebraska or Minnesota, where Walz later moved.

The report charges that it was about the time the manual incident developed that "China began developing its own version of the howitzer—the PLZ-05."

The report said military sources confirmed the two units "share striking similarities."

Congress already has begun investigating Walz's ties to China and Communist party-organizations in which Walz may have interacted.

Walz, in fact, took his honeymoon to China and repeatedly took groups of students there.

A bombshell report has confirmed that President Donald Trump authorized 10,000 troops to be at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, because of the possibly rowdy crowd he expected there for the vote in Congress to adopt the Electoral College results giving the White House to Joe Biden.

The revelation simply destroys the Democrats long-held and daily-promoted ideology that Trump was trying for an "insurrection" on that day, a move which by definition involves the overthrow of a government and the takeover by another of all finances, military decisions, foreign policy decisions and more.

That's because it would be inconceivable that a president would summon 10,000 troops who would be in opposition to him if that actually was his plan.

It is the Gateway Pundit that is citing "a groundbreaking report from Steve Baker" that revealed the evidence of that day.

"These newly surfaced transcripts, which were previously concealed, reveal the truth that many in the mainstream media have ignored," the report said. "According to the documents, General Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, confirmed that President Trump expressed concern about the potential for unrest and proactively ordered the necessary precautions."

In fact, the evidence now revealed, confirms three days before the event, Milley documented the president said, "Hey, look at this. There's going to be a large amount of protesters here on the 6th. Make sure that you have sufficient National Guard or Soldiers to make sure it's a safe event."

Trump continued, "I don't care if you use Guard, or Soldiers, active duty Soldiers, do whatever you have to do. Just make sure it's safe."

The Gateway Pundit described the details as "damning revelations" that destroy the "narrative propagated by the mainstream media and Democrats who have continuously blamed Tiump for the chaos that unfolded."

The report noted the evidence confirms Pentagon officials failed to act on Trump's requests, and when Chief Steven Sund of the U.S. Capitol Police urgently requested that Trump's offer be accepted, "the Secretary of the Army's representative denied the request, citing concerns about the 'optics' of having National Guard troops stationed at the Capitol."

In fact, the report confirms that Col. Earl Matthews, of the Washington National Guard, said his units "could've gone in right away. But the secretary of the Army did not give us the approval."

It was the Federalist that reported earlier that Nancy Pelosi's sham January 6 committee, assigned to "investigate" those events but in actuality determined to try to find ways to blame Trump, probably suppressed evidence that would exonerate Trump.

Instead, the members of that partisan committee claimed Trump "never gave any order to deploy the National Guard on January 6th or on any other day."

In fact, Washington's mayor turned down additional troops "for political reasons," the report said.

In fact, Pelosi is on a video recording released later in which she confirmed her own responsibility for failing to have the Capitol secured that day:

Pelosi later refused to turn over her communications from that day, and Democrats on her partisan committee later destroyed evidence that they had reviewed regarding the protesters who rioted that day, breaking windows in the Capitol and sitting in Pelosi's office.

In another video, she stated, "We're calling the National Guard now? They should have been here to start out. We have totally failed. We need to take some responsibility for not moving to secure…"

President Donald Trump has survived two assassination schemes in just the last couple months. In one, he was injured and apparently escaped death – by being shot in the head – when he turned his head at the last second to look at a chart displayed on his rally stage.

Instead of being hit in the head, he was hit in the ear.

The other attempt produced the arrest of a suspect, but that individual apparently did not get any shots off at Trump.

There's even been a suspicious event reported following one of his rallies in Arizona, where several dozen people sought medical help after sitting behind Trump at the rally, and immediately after reporting facial swelling and eye pain, prompting physicians to wonder if they'd been targeted with some sort of spray.

Such attacks aren't at all surprising given that Democrats for years already have defamatorily called Trump a "Hitler" and insisted he's a threat to America and absolutely must be prevented from being in the White House. Some comments actually have called for him to be shot.

But the leftist violence that put the GOP presidential candidate this year in a bull's-eye, which, by the way, is where Democrats have wanted him put, is expanding.

There's been an arrest of a man who now is accused of sending 465 threatening messages to justices on the U.S. Supreme Court.

Not all justices, just six.

And while they are not named, leftists for years have complained about the 6-3 majority of relatively conservative justices there, the most recent three appointed by Trump.

The federal prosecutor in Alaska released an indictment of Panos Anastasious, 76, who is accused of using the court's publicly accessible website to dispatch multiple threats.

"The messages contained violent, racist, and homophobic rhetoric coupled with threats of assassination via torture, hanging, and firearms, and encouraged others to participate in the acts of violence," the indictment charges.

For instance, one threat to murder included by "providing the rope" to "hang … from an Oak tree."

Then there was the "lynching" threat.

And the threat of "putting a bullet in his … head."

And to "spray" justices' homes with bullets "hopefully killing" them.

The 22-count document charges that the suspect intended "to impede, intimidate, and interfere with Supreme Court Justices 1-6 while engaged in the performance of official duties, and to retaliate against Supreme Court justices 1-6 on account of the performance of official duties."

Significantly, the justices in the majority on the Supreme Court have delivered some decisions favorable to conservatives across the nation, regarding union members, regarding abortion, and regarding voting rights.

A report at the Gateway Pundit charged, 'Not satisfied with trying to take out President Trump, it appears elements of the radical left also have their sights on killing Supreme Court justices."

Anastasious was arrested this week in Alaska and the report said, "Disgraced Attorney General Merrick Garland released the following statement after apprehending Anastasiou: 'We allege that the defendant made repeated, heinous threats to murder and torture Supreme Court Justices and their families to retaliate against them for decisions he disagreed with. Our justice system depends on the ability of judges to make their decisions based on the law, and not on fear.'"

The report explained, "While the Supreme Court justices targeted are not named in the indictment, one can read between the lines and infer that it's VERY LIKELY these are the six right-leaning justices on the court. These include John Roberts, Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett."
