There have been more than 70 lawsuits launched, already, against President Donald Trump and his agenda to root out corruption, inefficiency, fraud and the like from government spending – essentially a continuation of the lawfare Democrats and other leftists have organized against him since his first presidency.
And some of the judges' rulings so far have been intended to block the president from exercising the authorities of the executive branch with Congress now reacting with plans to impeach some of those decision-makers.
"You're not just hurting the president. You're hurting the American people because they're the ones who elected him, and they're the ones who want him to do this – to exercise these specific authorities. And these judges are really denying the American people their rights," explained U.S. Rep. Andrew Clyde, R-Ga.
He is working with Rep. Eli Crane, R-Ariz., on articles of impeachment against U.S. District Judge Paul Engelmayer specifically, who has blocked Trump's Department of Government Efficiency from even accessing some information about how taxpayer moneys are turned over to various leftist organizations.
A report at Fox News explained Clyde also has considered the same action against Judge John McConnell, who, at the time, ordered the Trump administration to follow his own ideology, expressed in a restraining order temporarily blocking efforts to pause the handout of federal money through grants and loans.
McConnell's claims to impartiality, as required of federal judges, took a hit, Fox reported, when a video from 2021 of him appeared saying courts must "stand and enforce the rule of law, that is, against arbitrary and capricious actions by what could be a tyrant or could be whatnot."
"You have to take a moment and realize that this, you know, middle-class, white, male, privileged person needs to understand the human being that comes before us that may be a woman, may be black, may be transgender, may be poor, may be rich, may be – whatever," McConnell said in the video, the report said.
Clyde said judges, of course, have their own opinions, and are entitled to them, but they should not be "overt and political in mentioning them" if they "don't want to be seen as potentially having a conflict of interest."
Clyde said he expects eventually Trump will prevail on the merits.
"He has the authority under Article II of the Constitution," Clyde said. "But yet for the entire time of the restraining order, the judge will have prevented this duly elected authority from being exercised by the president. And also, they will have prevented the American people from dealing with waste, fraud and abuse in their government."
Clyde warned that judges "can't just stop the president from doing what the Constitution gives him the authority to do, and the people have given him the authority to do."

During President Donald Trump's first term in the White House, his maximum pressure agenda for Iran brought the rogue Islamic regime's terrorism to a trickle, as the government there simply didn't have the funding it wanted to pursue violence against the world.
Joe Biden's term reversed that, in that it opened the door for hundreds of millions of dollars to flow into the coffers of the Islamists.
Now Trump is turning that back again.
The Washington Examiner is revealing Trump has confirmed a new round of sanctions on Iran's "shadow fleet" of oil tankers used to deliver its oil to overseas customers and return with piles of cash.
The sanctions were announced Monday by the office of Foreign Assets Control in the Treasury Department along with the State Department and are just a part of Trump's restored "maximum-pressure" efforts to cut Iran's access to cash, in order to reduce its sponsorship of terror, which in recent years has included Hezbollah in Lebanon and Hamas in Gaza.
"Iran continues to rely on a shadowy network of vessels, shippers, and brokers to facilitate its oil sales and fund its destabilizing activities," explained a statement from Scott Bessent, the U.S. treasury secretary.
"The United States will use all our available tools to target all aspects of Iran's oil supply chain, and anyone who deals in Iranian oil exposes themselves to significant sanctions risk."
The administration has placed sanctions on more than 30 people and vessels in Iran, the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, India and China, the report said.
"This includes Hong Kong-based oil broker Petronix Energy Trading Limited, which the Treasury Department said used two shadow tankers under Panama and Cook Islands flags to transport hundreds of thousands of metric tons of Iranian crude," the report said.
Entities based in Malaysia and Seychelles also were listed.
What the move means is that those people and groups are blocked from the U.S. financial system, halting access to property and interests in America.
The report said such ships are "dark fleets," which ship Iranian oil to customers under the radar.
The Trump administration has set a goal of limiting Iran's oil production and sales to 100,000 barrels a day, when that figure of late has been 1.6 million barrels a day.

One of the leftover pro-abortion schemes assembled while Joe Biden was in the White House has taken a direct hit in an appeals court.
It is a Biden administration rule that allowed elective abortions to be covered by the federal government under the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act that now is in jeopardy.
What happened was that the law was adopted with bipartisan support in 2021 to provide accommodations for workers who are pregnant, recently had given birth, or have "related medical conditions."
But then Joe Biden's EEOC changed the law by creating a rule that provided for abortions under "related medical conditions."
The state of Tennessee and 16 other conservative states sued under the Administrative Procedures Act but a Barack Obama-appointed judge threw it out.
Now those claims have been reinstated by the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals which concluded the states have standing.
A report at Courthouse News explains, "The order reverses a lower court finding that the states failed to cite specific injuries and hadn't made a compelling case for enjoining the regulation nationwide."
Chief U.S Circuit Judge Steven Colloton has ruled states are, in fact, the object of the Biden regulation, as they are employers under the act.
His decision said, "Because the states are the object of an agency action, they are injured by the imposition of new regulatory obligations. The injury is caused by the agency's action, and a judicial decision setting aside the action would remedy the injury. The imposition of a regulatory burden itself causes injury."
Jonathan Skrmetti, the Tennessee attorney general, said the ruling was a win after the "Biden-era EEOC tried to rewrite the bipartisan Pregnant Workers Fairness Act into an aggressive abortion mandate."
The case was sent back to the lower courts for results in alignment with the decision.

There's no doubt that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. had in mind a thorough rebuild of the American healthcare system for his tenure as Secretary of Health and Human Services.
He's long objected to some parts of America's vaccination regime and has been a harsh critic of the fact there are so many chronic diseases in children.
He just started on his agenda, with two orders.
The Daily Mail reports he has pulled a campaign that was intended to promote flu shots to Americans, and he has postponed a meeting of a team of vaccine advisers.
The first order concerned the CDC's "Wild to Mild" flu shot promotions, the report said. They "juxtaposed" a lion next to a kitten in a claim that the shot "tamed" the virus.
Kennedy's goal, however, is to move the CDC away from such pushy tactics so that its communications focus on "Informed consent," literally that patients are told the medical risks and benefits and are allowed to come to their own decisions.
The report claims that the primary side effect of most shots is the pain from the injection.
And doctors have expressed concern that not launching a persuasion campaign will result in fewer people getting the shots.
Kennedy long has been a critic of some parts of America's shot agenda, including his concern that they need more testing before being used widely.
"During his Senate confirmation saga, RFK was pressed on the issue of vaccines by Louisiana Republican Bill Cassidy, a physician and staunch advocate of vaccinations," the report said. "Sen. Cassidy was particularly alarmed at Mr. Kennedy's repetition over the years of controversial claims that vaccines are linked to rising rates of autism."
In fact, the number of autism cases diagnoses has exploded exponentially in recent years.
Kennedy explained he wouldn't change the existing shot schedule and would provide Congress with notice of changes to guidelines.
Kennedy in the past has suggested reevaluating recommended vaccinations, shifting research priorities, and removing legal protections for vaccine makers. He's also lobbied for changes in drug advertising practices.
He has suggested "subjecting vaccines to the same rigorous approval process as other drugs, mandating automated adverse event reporting, eliminating conflicts of interest in federal vaccine approvals, and reevaluating all vaccines recommended before evidence-based guidelines were established," the report said.
The issue of vaccinations is a flashpoint right now because of the experimental COVID-19 mRNA shots forced on millions of Americans by government or employer mandate, and the fact that the evidence now shows they largely didn't accomplish their goal of preventing infection. Further, side effects have been documented up to and including death.

Dozens of Christians have been slaughtered, and dozens more kidnapped, in a string of attacks by Islamists across the expanses of Nigeria, according to a new report.
It is Baptist Press that described the massacre that has been documented by Christian Daily International-Morning Star News across Nigeria since just late last month.
"At least three pastors were killed in attacks in Kaduna in north-central Nigeria and Gombe in northeastern Nigeria. In the most recent attack, Islamic extremist group Boko Haram is accused of killing Bala Galadima, an Evangelical Church Winning All pastor, in an attack at his home in Lubo, Gombe, on Feb. 9," the report documented.
The violence that is estimated to have cost at least 50 lives so far is being blamed on Boko Haram, an Islamist gang, as well as Islamist Fulani tribesmen, with the violence being described as extreme.
Galadima, for example, reportedly was shot to death at point-blank range in his back while he was in his own bed at 1 a.m.
Another ECWA pastor, Bitrus Saleh Africa, was killed Feb. 5, with three other Christians, the report said.
Yet another ECWA pastor, "identified only as Rev. Ezekiel," was killed Jan. 30 by attackers identified as Fulani bandits in Kaduna.
In what probably was the deadliest single attack, the report said, 16 people in The Lord Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministry were murdered Feb. 2 when Fulani militants reportedly stormed a village in Ebonyi state.
International Christian Concern reported that attack culminated when the attackers burned down many homes.
Another six Christians were killed, eight kidnapped, and more homes were burned in three villages in Benue state.
A series of attacks from Jan. 27-Feb 1 in Plateau state left at least 11 Christians dead and more kidnapped.
"Dear God, please come to our aid. We need you here in Mangu, Plateau State. My heart bleeds," CDI-Morning Star reported local resident Nanbam Denan texted to news outlets.
Another resident, identified as Bankat, said, "Terrorists we know to be Fulani herdsmen invaded Lightitlubang village and killed five Christians – a man, his wife and a child, alongside another Christian couple. The victims were slaughtered by the terrorists."
Fulani tribespeople are predominantly Muslim and comprise numerous clans totaling millions in Nigeria.
Open Doors, the report said, ranked Nigeria as the 7th most dangerous country for Christians in its 2025 World Watch List.

Whether Democrats have learned from the 2024 election blowout they sustained isn't clear.
After all, their landslide loss in the presidential election, and their loss of the Senate, combined with their inability to gain a majority in the House, may have changed some minds.
It just isn't apparent from their statements and actions yet.
But what is apparent is that voters don't believe they've changed.
Because a new polling shows that only 22% of voters approve of the way Democrats in Congress are doing their job, an all-time low.
Sixty-eight percent disapprove, putting them 46 points underwater.
For Republicans, there's a 40% approval to 52% disapproval result, meaning the GOP is 12 points underwater.
Twitchy opined, "Donald Trump has been president just about a month and early on it became clear that the Democratic Party learned absolutely nothing from what the voters made abundantly clear in the November election."
It added, "A new all-time low for congressional Dems has been reached and the Left seems determined to keep digging."

DOGE, President Donald Trump's Department of Government Efficiency, which is led by Elon Musk and tasked with eliminating fraud, waste, and corruption in federal government spending, actually is an agency that was created by Barack Obama.
All Trump did was change the name and give it a new assignment and staff.
But the funding paths and authorities were already established.
It was Obama's United States Digital Service, created in 2014, that was gutted and transformed into an organization that is expected, by its own estimation, to cut hundreds of billions of dollars a year from federal spending.
It's already inserted itself into dozens of federal agencies, including the Defense Department and the IRS, and it has largely eliminated the U.S. Agency for International Development, transferring only some of its workers and responsibilities to the State Department.
Multiple reports have defined how Obama launched the agency in an attempt to make the federal government's digital capabilities better, following the disastrous rollout at the time of HealthCare.gov, the Obamacare website.
Trump moved the organization from the Office of Management and Budget to the Executive Office of the President, appointed "special government employee" Musk to run it, and unleashed it.
It already has been targeted by a long list of lawsuits from lawfare schemes launched by Democrats against Trump and his plans. And Trump has made it clear that he is the decision-maker for DOGE plans to cut spending, eliminate grants, and more.
The founding of DOGE was the topic of comment by Ed Dowd just days ago on the Charlie Kirk podcast. Dowd's comments come at about the 24-minute mark of Kirk's recent podcast, "JD Vance Buries the Globalists."
Dowd, a real estate investor, financier, and philanthropist, explained the brilliance of the Trump plan to take over the agency already created by Obama and turn it into DOGE.
He explained the move gave it oversight of the bureaucracy and gained immediate access to many government offices.
And, he said, there's "nothing that the Deep State can do."
The move, he described, amounted to a Trump "blitzkrieg" against the Deep State, the establishment in Washington, the funding routes and procedures.
"The big point, I'm very impressed, with the foresight, planning before they even hit the ground on Jan. 20," he said.
Democrats have been left gasping for breath with how quickly Trump and DOGE have moved against fraud, with announcements about the elimination of thousands of federal jobs.

A new ad is delivering a message to the world about America's new border security measures under President Donald Trump.
Kristi Noem, the secretary of the Department of Homeland Security gets blunt, charging that, "If you come to our country and you break our laws we will hunt you down. … If you try to enter illegally you will be caught. You will be removed, and you will never return."
Noem's message:
I'm Kristi Noem. United States secretary of Homeland Security. Thank you, President. Donald J. Trump for securing our border and putting America first.
Let me deliver a message from President Trump to the world. If you are considering entering America illegally, don't even think about it. Let me be clear. If you come to our country and you break our laws, we will hunt you down. Criminals are not welcome in the United States.
For too long weak leadership has left our borders wide open, flooding our communities with drugs, human trafficking and violent criminals. Well, those days are over.
Under President Trump we are defending American families and restoring their safety. If you try to enter illegally you will be caught. You will be removed, and you will never return. Follow the law, and you'll find opportunity, if you break it you'll find consequences. Strong borders mean a stronger America.
In fact, Trump's orders to secure the border already have resulted in daily encounters of illegal aliens that numbered in the thousands and tens of thousands during Joe Biden's occupancy of the White House to a few hundred now. Some patrols along the border happen without officers encountering a single alien breaking into the country.

It's true that President Donald Trump's new Department of Government Efficiency and its chief, Elon Musk, have been given great authority.
Under the constitutional powers of the executive branch, they are looking for waste, fraud and inappropriate spending by the federal government and shutting it down.
They're even trying to claw back some distributions that are out of line.
But one critic and opponent of the efforts to save American taxpayers' money, Rep. Melanie Stansbury, D-N.M., has a strangely wild assumption about the power of DOGE.
She thinks that have auditors and economic inspectors in the offices of the Environmental Protection Agency will mean that Americans will have to start boiling their water.
The Whatfinger website posted a number of comments responding, including that, "Congress surely needs to include a basic intelligence screening, when its members believe islands might capsize."
Stansbury said, "I don't think there is anyone in America that wants to wake up tomorrow and find out that they have to boil their water because the EPA's workforce has been escorted out of the building," she said.
She said that's a result of DOGE "already here."
She said she is trying to "make sure that doesn't happen."
Actually, local water systems across the nation need to meet state water quality standards and are tested regularly by their operators.
And she claimed DOGE already has "hacked" the EPA system, but actually, under DOGE authority from the White House, they would be given access.
She also complained workers were told their jobs were not secure and they could be escorted out of the building, which, in fact, already has been happening under DOGE campaigns to reduce spending, eliminate fraud and corruption and save tax money.
In fact, there even have been White House orders to review what jobs are being done, and whether those are required by law, in light of the fact federal agencies many times have expanded their authority beyond what their original assignment had been.
Sen. Ed Markey, D-Mass., joined Stansbury, advocating for more government spending on the same programs. He called himself a latter-day Paul Revere.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, a member of the extreme left "Squad" in Congress and a Democrat from New York, should be investigated by the federal government for impeding its work.
That's according to President Donald Trump's border czar Tom Homan.
It seems that AOC ordered her congressional office to hold a webinar to teach illegal aliens about their legal rights and how they can avoid being deported under Trump's campaign to secure the border and remove illegal alien criminals.
The so-called "Know Your Rights with ICE" scheme was online Tuesday, orchestrated by Cortez's office and lawyers with the Immigrant Defense Project.
And on her website is a warning to illegals: "You do not have to open the door" for ICE agents, and that they don't have the right to enter a home without a warrant signed by a judge.
"You can ask them to slip the warrant under the door," the flyer states.
She also lists pro-bono lawyers in New York, because immigrants have a right to remain silent and a right to a lawyer.
Homan suggested that all may amount to more than just friendly counsel.
He was asked about the situation by Laura Ingraham on Fox News.
"I sent an email today to the deputy attorney general. At what level is that impediment? Is that impediment? I'm not an attorney. I'm not a prosecutor. Is that impediment? Is that impeding our law enforcement efforts. If so, what are we going to do about it? Is she crossing the line? I'm working with the Department of Justice and finding out where is that line that they cross. So maybe AOC is going to be in trouble now, but I need the ALG to opine on that because there's an impediment. It's an impediment, in my opinion. I'm not a prosecutor, but we need some further guidance on that. But again, if we have to take every federal dollar out of the city, we'll do it. I mean, we're done," he said.
He went on, explaining how this is about public safety.
"This is about community safety. Knowingly releasing a public safety back in the public, it's just stupid. You're putting the public at great risk. You're putting our officers at great risk. You're even putting the illegal alien at great risk because anything can happen on arrest on the street. We just want to make common sense."
