Stunning revelations about the extent of his incapabilities while he was in White House

The fact that Joe Biden was declining mentally was no secret to anyone who saw him walking or talking or interacting with people during the last part of his presidency.

After all, he already had been described by a special counsel who gave him a pass for violating federal law regarding government documents as a senior citizen with a failing memory.

But just how bad it got will surprise many: He "needed fluorescent tape fixed to the carpet to show him where to walk at events."
That's according to a report assembled by the Daily Mail.

"That way the octogenarian would know where to go without having someone to guide him," it explained.

And when he was preparing for his now infamous debate with Donald Trump, he "seemed to think he was 'President of NATO' rather than the United States."

The report cites several books, probably at least four, that are being prepared about his term in the White House.

In a book planned by author Chris Whipple, Ron Klain, Biden's chief of staff for two years and adviser for the 2024 campaign, talked about preparing for the debate that ended Biden's career.

"We sat around the table. [Biden] had answers on cards, and he was just extremely exhausted. And I was struck by how out of touch with American politics he was. He was just very, very focused on his interactions with NATO leaders. He just became very enraptured with being the head of NATO."

Whipple noted Klain "wondered half-seriously if Biden thought he was president of NATO instead of the U.S."

The tape was needed in New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy's house so that Biden "wouldn't get lost" after the debate, the report said.

Tape on stages to mark locations is routine for politicians, but "Biden needed the trail of bright markings to serve as 'colorful bread crumbs [that] showed the leader of the free world where to walk,'" it explained.

Authors Jonathan Allen and Arnie Parnes have another planned book, and explained Biden would know "to look for that."

His verbal and mental flubs already are legend, with a book detailing the multitudes, including when he told an audience member to stand up and let others see him, even though the person was in a wheelchair.

He also called, during news conferences, for dead people to be noticed.

Further, Josh Dawsey, Tyler Pager and Isaac Arnsdorf have yet another book coming out, and though Biden gave no interviews to the writers, more details are expected to be revealed.

Klain told Whipple that during preparations for the debate, Biden lasted only 45 minutes during a scheduled 90-minute mock debate, and didn't seem to grasp the topics.

The second mock debate ended even more quickly: "I'm just too tired to continue and I'm afraid of losing my voice here and I feel bad. I just need some sleep. I'll be fine tomorrow," Biden said.

Prominent Democrats defended Biden's capabilities up to the point of the debate and for a few, even after.

In a report at Fox News, Biden campaign aide Ashley Allison charged she felt "lied to" over what she had been told about Biden's status.

"I think I hadn't been around the president before that debate, and I worked for Joe Biden. And if the people around him knew that he was not capable, it is unacceptable to me that they allowed him to go onto that stage. I deserve better as a voter, not even as a Democrat, as a voter and as an American, I do."

Barack Obama, who since his term in the White House ended regularly has pushed himself into the news cycle, is going for headlines again, this time encouraging law firms and universities to fight President Donald Trump's crackdown on anti-Semitism and weaponization of the government.

During a recent speech, he cited Trump's efforts to eliminate anti-Semitism in public education systems, where pro-Palestinian violence has become common.

report in the Washington Examiner explains that Trump has been pulling federal funding from schools where anti-Semitism is allowed "to foment" during those episodes of violence.

"Several students in the United States on green cards have also been arrested due to the Trump administration's accusations that they have supported terrorists and participated in pro-Hamas activity," the report said, citing the Gaza-based terror organization.

Speaking at New York's Hamilton College, Obama claimed that the Trump administration's efforts to curb anti-Semitism, which has included calls for Israel to be eliminated, is an "attack on First Amendment rights," the report said.

He said schools aren't doing enough to fight Trump's agenda, and he is "deeply concerned with a federal government that threatens universities if they don't give up students who are exercising their right to free speech."

He warned, "If you are a university, you may have to say … 'Are we in fact doing things right? Have we in fact violated our own values, our own code, violated the law in some fashion?' If not, and you're just being intimidated, you should be able to say, 'Well, that's why we've got this big endowment. You know, we'll stand up for what we believe in, and we'll pay our researchers for a while out of that endowment, and we'll give up the extra wing or the fancy gymnasium.'"

In some cases, Jewish students were banned from parts of their own university campuses by pro-Palestinian radicals.

In fact, Harvard, Columbia University and UCLA have admitted their work to fight anti-Semitism had failed and they have developed new strategies to protect Jewish students.

He also complained that some of the country's "leading law firms," including the long anti-Trump Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, which were identified by the White House as weaponizing the legal system against conservatives and Trump, now have negotiated with Trump to be restored to his "good graces."

In fact, all they did was pledge to "be fair and nonpartisan for all" and to represent the "full spectrum of political viewpoints of our society…"

Trump's move simply was to say that government contracts cannot go to law firms that had weaponized the justice system again conservatives or pro-lifers.

Obama said those corporations might have to "lose some business" in order to maintain their ideologies.

Democrats in the state of Colorado are working hard to make it a crime to call a man by his name. Or call a woman by her name.

Instead, they want to demand that men who say they are women, or vice versa, be addressed by a new name they have chosen.

In fact, they want to make it a state "discrimination" offense to use the person's legal name.

It's all part of the radical transgender ideology Democrats in the state have promoted, a campaign that aligned with Joe Biden's official practice in the White House to promote transgenderism worldwide. President Donald Trump reversed that upon taking office, deciding that the U.S. government recognizes only two genders, male and female.

report in the Washington Examiner explains some Democrats in Colorado's legislature have proposed a law to require courts to consider "deadnaming" and "misgendering" in court battles regarding child custody.

State Sens. Faith Winter and Chris Kolker and state Reps. Lorena Garcia and Rebekah Stewart, all Democrats, are pushing for their social agenda in the plan.

"The legislation claims to strengthen legal protections for transgender people, including adding to prior laws that it is 'discriminatory practice and unlawful to, with specific intent to discriminate, publish materials that deadname or misgender an individual' in places of public accommodation."

So-called deadnaming is using a person's legal name instead of a different moniker they have chosen.

The Democrats also would order courts to take into account "deadnaming, misgendering, or threatening to publish material related to an individual's gender-affirming health-care services as types of coercive control."

They want to ban courts from "applying or giving any force or effect to another state's law that authorizes a state agency to remove a child from the child's parent or guardian because the parent or guardian allowed the child to receive gender-affirming health-care services."

The leftist Democrats in California, the Examiner report noted, already adopted similar transgender ideology demands, but Gov. Gavin Newsom, also a Democrat, vetoed that plan.

'Just the existence of the possibility ... gives Trump power'

A new report has confirmed there is a constitutional path for President Donald Trump to serve a third term.

The 22nd Amendment to the Constitution, adopted after the 16 years of Franklin D. Roosevelt's reign in the White House, states a person cannot be elected a third time.

But Trump himself has been teasing the idea, recently telling NBC, "A lot of people want me to do it. I'm not joking."
The report, at the Washington Examiner, notes that the issue is being debated by legal scholars, with leftists and Democrats rejecting the idea.

But others have noted, including in a 1999 law review article, that Trump could be Vice President JD Vance's running mate in 2028, assuming that presidential bid develops, and then trade places. Or Trump could be appointed to the vice presidency through a resignation, then move up to the higher office through a resignation.

That article brought out the possible open door about whether the writers of that amendment wanted presidents unable to be "elected" a third time, or to "hold" office a third time, eventually suggesting the "elected" understanding is best.

The explanation is that Vance could resign, elevating Trump to the Oval Office again.

New York University law professor emeritus Stephen Gillers said during an interview that it is plausible but not likely.

He explained, "Just the existence of the possibility … gives Trump power."

Further U.S. Rep. Andy Ogles, R-Tenn., has proposed legislation that would allow presidents to serve for 12 years, a move that would require a two-thirds vote in both the House and Senate, and ratification by three-fourths of the state legislatures.

"If the man who created the disastrous 'New Deal' gets more than two terms, then the man who created the 'Art of The Deal' should get the same," he said.

Jeremy R. Paul, a law professor at Northeastern University, claimed any "reasonable interpretation" of the 22nd Amendment would mean Trump cannot "run again."

The report said, "Paul points to the 12th Amendment, which states that 'no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President,' as an additional barrier. Though some might argue that Trump is not ineligible to serve, only to be elected, Paul calls that a 'ludicrous argument' that would lead the courts into lawless territory."

House Majority Leader Steve Scalise, R-La., said, "There's a lot of things the president talks about … ultimately it gets people talking and addresses some other issues too," Other controversial Trump topics have been takeovers of Greenland or the Panama Canal.
WND recently reported that Steve Bannon, former Trump aide and popular talk-show host, suggested Trump will run, and win.

"I'm a firm believer that President Trump will run and win again in 2028. So I've already endorsed President Trump," Bannon told NewsNation anchor Chris Cuomo.

"A man like this comes along once every century, if we're lucky. We've got him now, he's on fire, and I'm a huge supporter, and I want to see him again in 2028."

Bannon said at the time, "I think we'll have a couple of alternatives, let's say that. We'll see what the definition of term limit is."

"We've had greater long shots than Trump 2028," Bannon said.

PALM BEACH, Florida – The father of high-profile Jeffrey Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre is speaking out upon learning his daughter claims she has "four days to live" after being hit by a school bus, leaving her with kidney renal failure.

"I'm sick to my stomach. I feel like crying because I love my daughter more than life," Sky Roberts told the Daily Mail from his Florida home.

"If there's anything I could do, I'd do it."

Roberts was reacting to a disturbing Sunday night Instagram post from Giuffre, who wrote:

"This year has been the worst start to a new year, but I won't bore anyone with the details but I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can.

"I've gone into kidney renal failure, they've given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology. I'm ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time, but you know what they say about wishes.

"S**T in one hand and wish in the other & I guarantee it's still going to be s**t at the end of the day. Thank you all for being the wonderful people of the world and for being a great part of my life. Godbless you all."

Her post was somewhat mysterious, as it included no date or location of the incident.

Roberts also told the Daily Mail: "She's in really bad shape. She's very depressed … there's everything else she's been going through with the divorce and not being able to see her kids."

He said his son is "trying to get her spirits up so she doesn't just give up."

"I'm hoping she can hang on," he said.

"She's only 41. She's got a lot of life to live. She's got a lot of things left to do – she's helping people and helping other girls."

Roberts indicated he feels helpless being stuck at his home in Florida, without the funds needed to go to Australia to be with Virginia at this crucial time.

"There's nothing I can do from here," he said.

President Donald Trump on Monday increased his warning against Iran-backed Houthi terrorists, indicating, "the real pain is yet to come."

"The Iran-backed Houthi Terrorists have been decimated by the relentless strikes over the past two weeks," Trump stated on Truth Social.

"Many of their Fighters and Leaders are no longer with us. We hit them every day and night – Harder and harder. Their capabilities that threaten Shipping and the Region are rapidly being destroyed.

"Our attacks will continue until they are no longer a threat to Freedom of Navigation. The choice for the Houthis is clear: Stop shooting at U.S. ships, and we will stop shooting at you.

"Otherwise, we have only just begun, and the real pain is yet to come, for both the Houthis and their sponsors in Iran."

A big mouth migrant who arrived in the United States promising to move into Americans' homes, claim "squatters' rights" and then control those properties, even making it a business, has been deported to Communist Venezuela.

The Gateway Pundit described Leonel Morena as a "freeloading illegal alien influencer."

The report said Moreno's return was confirmed by Venezuela Minister of Interior, Justice and Peace Diosdado Cabello, but even he said the influencer disrupted the flight and he was placed in his own plane section with security.

Moreno was ordered deported last year but at the time, Nicolas Maduro, the Marxist dictator in Venezuela, refused to accept deportees, a position that changed with President Donald Trump took office.

The Gateway Pundit had reported Moreno entered the U.S. illegally at Eagle Pass, Texas, in 2022.

He then was granted participation in the "Alternatives to Detention" program but apparently couldn't follow the rules and soon was defined as an "absconder."

His profile rose each time he posted various videos on social media, significantly when he boasted, "If a house is not inhabited, we can seize it. I have thought about invading a house in the United States. I found out there is a law that says if a house is not inhabited, we can seize it. Here in the United States, the law of land invasion applies, and I think that will be my next business: invading abandoned houses."

The video shortly later disappeared.

The New York Post cited Moreno for his actions when he "infamously flashed around wads of U.S. government cash handouts…"

He had been detained in Ohio, then moved to Texas in preparation for being returned to Venezuela.

In one of his social media rants, he charged, "I didn't cross the Rio Grande to work like a slave." He was waving $100 bills while making his complaint.

WND reported on Moreno's claims.

Moreno appears to have been referencing various adverse possession laws which in some locations, in some circumstances, allow unlawful property occupants to have rights over what they occupy.

Those situations develop sometimes when homeowners have inherited locations, but they are left vacant for a time.

When squatters take over, owners often have to go through "eviction" procedures to remove them.

Elon Musk, the owner of Tesla, Space X and X, has a fourth job as the chief of President Donald Trump's Department of Government Efficiency, tasked with finding corruption, fraud, waste, and criminal behavior in the federal government's spending programs and eliminating it.

He and his team members were interviewed by Bret Baier on Fox News, and he revealed that he believes the effort will be able to save taxpayers $1 trillion within the first 130 days of its work.

At the Federalist, a summary of the interview explained he revealed the "6 unbelievably scammy federal practices" that have been uncovered so far.

The report, from Joy Pullman, executive editor of the publication, explained Musk said if a commercial company operated the way the federal government has been spending money, it would go bankrupt, and "the officers would be arrested."

Among the revelations was that the federal government was paying nearly $1 billion for an "online national parks survey."

The problem? It "resulted in no changes or other outcomes as a result of giving the survey."

Musk said a realistic charge for such a result would be $10,000.

"It is astonishing," Musk said of the "waste and fraud in the government."

Also uncovered have been more than 15 million Social Security numbers for people older than 120.

Those all are fraud, according to DOGE's Steve Davis, since the oldest American is now 114.

Also, found have been two government credit cards, or more, for each of the nation's 2.3 million federal government workers.

Team member Tom Krause called that nothing less than "alarming."

"There's $500 billion of fraud every year, there's hundreds of billions of dollars of improper payments, and we can't pass an audit," he said. "If I was a public company CFO, I would effectively be removed."

Joe Gebbia, a team member, who launched AirBnB, condemned the process required by the government in order for federal employees to retire.

He said the paperwork involved is stored in 22,000 filing cabinets – a total of 400 million pieces of paper – in a "giant cave."

WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump delivered on his promise, granting clemency to hundreds of January 6 prisoners and defendants via an executive order on Day One of his new administration, offering survivors of Biden's weaponized Justice Department a second chance.

But for Proud Boys leaders – Marine Corps veteran Zachary Rehl, decorated Army veteran Joseph Biggs and Marine Corps veteran Dominic Pezzola – the fight for justice continues.

With their sentences commuted to time served, but not being fully pardoned like all the others, these men remain branded insurrectionists and even terrorists, saddled with nearly a dozen felony convictions each.

In bombshell court filings awaiting U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly's ruling, the trio alleges federal prosecutors and the FBI broke laws to frame them with "seditious conspiracy" during their six-month trial.

Their attorney, Roger Roots, claims the Biden-led government knew the Proud Boys had no plan to "overthrow the U.S." on Jan. 6, 2021, yet it orchestrated an informant-driven entrapment operation to "impose a one-party, slave-plantation-style government wherein political dissidents would be jailed, tormented and silenced" with wrongful convictions for merely trespassing while walking through the U.S. Capitol building.

His 19-page motion to dismiss accuses the feds of planting undercover agents among the group – some even within the group's defense team – and barring any trial mention of them.

Not only did the undercover informants influence protesters to commit crimes during the riot, but the government embedded them within the Proud Boys' defense counsel, like the confidential human source, or CHS, named "J.K." who used the alias "Aaron" when he took the stand.

"It was FBI informant 'Aaron' himself who placed furniture in a doorway area to keep the entry open for demonstrators to stream into the Capitol," the filing states. "'Aaron' also admitted that it was he – a paid undercover FBI CHS – who invited the scariest and most heavily armored marcher (Robert Geiswein) to join the Proud Boy march on the morning of January 6."

Each informant repeatedly confirmed with law enforcement officials that no plan had ever been devised by Rehl, Biggs, Pezzola, or any member of the Proud Boys organization to carry out a terror attack or violently overthrow the government.

Yet, the intel from the spooks deployed by the government to entrap the group did not stop prosecutors from advancing a fictitious conspiracy narrative, Roots says.

"[Aaron] texted his FBI handlers in real-time informing them that the Proud Boy defendants had no plan or intention of breaching the Capitol Grounds," the defense argued. "Thus, the FBI knew through the entire case that there was no plan, no seditious conspiracy, and no organized effort to riot or unlawfully obstruct the proceedings of January 6."

In addition, during the FBI's bid to attempt to entrap "Trump's army" with allegations of sedition, the Metropolitan Police Department deployed more than two dozen undercover plainclothes officers among the Proud Boys on Jan. 6, 2021.

"One of these [undercover] officers is heard on camera urging protestors to 'Go! Go! Go!' and 'Push forward!' up the steps toward the Capitol building. The defendants still have not been provided with all the body-worn camera footage of all these undercover MPD officers," the motion states. "Even with entire squadrons of informants among the defendants and the Proud Boy organization, not a single informant was able to report any plans of sedition being made by Proud Boys."

The government's key evidence, the "1776 Returns/Winter Palace" document outlining a Capitol takeover, was a fraud, Roots asserts.

U.S Attorney General Pam Bondi has delivered a stunningly bad bit of news to those criminals who are caught vandalizing Tesla vehicles because they hate Elon Musk, the owner of the corporation.

He's also running the Department of Government Efficiency for President Donald Trump and is working to defund and even eliminate many of the government cash spigots for leftists and their causes.

This has enraged many to the point they pick out the property belonging to another innocent American and vandalize it, just because of Musk's link to the company.

Dozens of cases have been reported, and there even have started being arrests made.

Bondi confirmed, "These people better look out. They better cut it out. We are coming after you and at my direction there will be no negotiations on these people. We are seeking 20 years in prison.

"They are setting off bombs," she said.

The mandatory minimum sentence for a conviction, based on the charges, would be five years, she said.

WND reported only a day earlier on an arrest of a suspect in an attack on Tesla in Las Vegas.

The suspect has been identified as Paul Kim, and he's accused of arson, shooting into an abandoned structure/vehicle, destruction of property and possession of a flammable device.

New cases are being documented daily:

The Gateway Pundit explained that Musk has called the cases terrorism.

One liberal also tried a "brake-check" scheme, which sometimes can cause drivers to crash, and ended up with her own headache instead:
