During a brief gaggle with journalists on Sunday, President Donald Trump shredded a "fake news" reporter as he lamented about Russian President Vladmiir Putin's continued bombing of Ukraine.

Trump began his analysis in Morristown, New Jersey, saying: "I'm not happy with what Putin's doing. He's killing a lot of people and I don't know what the hell happened to Putin.

"I've known him a long time, always gotten along with him, but he's sending rockets into cities and killing people. And I don't like it at all! OK?

"We're in the middle of talking and he's shooting rockets into Kyiv and other cities. I don't like it at all. I'm surprised, very surprised."

That's when a reporter asked Trump: "Mr. President, what do you want to do about that?"

Trump replied: "We'll see what we're gonna do. What, am I gonna tell you? You're the fake news, aren't you? You're totally fake."

The president then resumed his opinion about Russian aggression: "I don't like what Putin's doing, not even a little bit. He's killing people. And something happened to this guy, and I don't like it!"

The comments about Putin come in the wake of a massive drone and missile barrage against Ukraine overnight Saturday into Sunday, killing at least 12 people and injuring dozens more.

The New York Times called it "an hourslong assault that Ukrainian officials said showed Moscow had no interest in a truce.

"It was the second large-scale attack in two nights and the third in just a week, part of a broader, recent escalation by Russia that has brought a spike in civilian casualties despite cease-fire negotiations. Ukraine has also stepped up its own air attacks on Russian territory, though on a smaller scale and with far fewer civilian deaths."

Andrii Sybiha, Ukraine's foreign affairs minister, said: "A difficult Sunday morning in Ukraine after a sleepless night. The most massive Russian air attack in many weeks lasted all night.

"Russia launched hundreds of drones, cruise missiles, and ballistic missiles into Ukrainian cities and communities during the night, injuring and killing people, including at least three children.

"When the entire world calls for an end to the killing, Putin orders even more strikes, attacks, and murders of children.

"This once again emphasizes the imperative of a full, unconditional, and durable ceasefire for any meaningful peace effort. The world must pressure Russia to accept it and put an end to the killings immediately."

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi says an American man is facing serious charges for allegedly planning a "devastating attack targeting our embassy in Israel, threatening death to Americans, and President Trump's life."

Joseph Neumayer, 28, a dual American and German citizen, was arrested Sunday at John F. Kennedy Airport in New York, for his alleged plot last week.

"The department will not tolerate such violence and will prosecute this defendant to the fullest extent of the law," Bondi said.

Officials say Neumayer went to Israel in April, and on May 19, he "arrived outside of the U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv carrying a dark-colored backpack. Without provocation, Neumayer spit on an Embassy guard as he walked past. Neumayer managed to break free as the guard attempted to detain him, leaving behind his backpack.

"A search of Neumayer's backpack revealed three rudimentary improvised incendiary devices commonly known as Molotov cocktails. Law enforcement tracked Neumeyer to his hotel, where he was arrested.

"Neumayer's social media revealed that earlier in the day on May 19, he posted, 'join me as I burn down the embassy in Tel Aviv. Death to America, death to Americans, and f*** the west.'"

"Law enforcement authorities confirmed the presence of flammable fluid in the devices. Other social media posts from an account believed to be used by Neumeyer revealed his threats to assassinate President Trump."

On Sunday, Israeli authorities returned Neumeyer to the United States.

FBI Director Kash Patel said: "The defendant is charged with attempting to firebomb the U.S. Embassy and making threats to President Trump.

"This despicable and violent behavior will not be tolerated at home or abroad, and the FBI, working with our partners, will bring him to face justice for his dangerous actions."

If convicted, Neumayer faces a minimum of five years in prison and a maximum of 20 years in prison, and a maximum fine in the amount of $250,000.

Radically pro-abortion? Check. An extremist on the LGBT issues, especially body mutilations for kids? Check. A long series of blatantly anti-Christian attacks on people of faith? Check, and check again. Specifically trying to hurt parents? Check. Orchestrated attacks on President Donald Trump. Again, check.

So what else is needed in a state that has gone so far left that some of its agenda points are being shunned even by California?

Of course, gun control.

That's exactly where Colorado has gone with a new law that now is being condemned as a "grotesque misuse of government power."

And, a report from the Rocky Mountain Voice explained officials in one Colorado county now have asked the Department of Justice to move against the latest leftism.

The state already has called abortion a "constitutional" right. It pushes for the LGBT agenda to the point of repeatedly losing at the Supreme Court. Its lawmakers considered a plan that could have been used to eliminate parental rights if they "deadnamed" a child. And the all-Democrat state Supreme Court tried to skew the 2024 presidential election with its attempt to remove Trump from the ballot.

The gun issue is a reach as far as any.

The report said, "Would you need a perfect GPA to speak your mind or worship freely? Mesa County officials say Colorado's new gun law is treating the Second Amendment that way – and they've asked the U.S. Department of Justice to intervene."

Commissioners in a three-page latter have urged the feds to review Senate Bill 25-003, calling it a "grotesque misuse of government power."

That's because it "effectively imposes a discriminatory test on anyone wishing to lawfully own or carry a firearm.

The law, which takes effect in August 2026, requires residents to complete state-approved firearms training, score 90% on a written exam and obtain conditional approval from their sheriff's office every five years in order to receive or renew a permit."

Commissioner JJ Fletcher explained to the Rocky Mountain Voice the county was left with no choice, when leftists in Denver ignored public concern.

"I feel strongly… that our constitutional rights as citizens have been violated by SB3," Fletcher said. "It violates our residents' civil rights. We want to have the ability to exercise our Second Amendment rights."

The commissioners pointed out things the leftists in the legislature apparently could not see: "As a nation, we do not require citizens to pass an exam to speak freely under the First Amendment, or to vote under the Fourteenth or Fifteenth Amendments. Yet, in Democrat-controlled Colorado, the right to keep and bear arms is being conditioned upon financial means, test-taking proficiency, and the ability to navigate government bureaucracy."

In fact, the letter charges the Democrat majority in Colorado's government with having re-enacted earlier American history, when the nation used "poll taxes, literacy tests, and voter intimidation imposed by Democrats in the post-CIvIl War South."

"Today, state policymakers have enacted a disturbingly similar framework – not to block voting, but to obstruct the constitutional right to self-defense," the commissioners wrote.

Further, the commissioners warn the state likely is in violation of "District of Columbia v. Heller, McDonald v. City of Chicago, and New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen."

"Those all affirm that the right to bear arms is individual and that states cannot impose excessive or arbitrary restrictions," the letter explained.

Multiple reports have revealed that Disney boss Bob Iger is imposing a new talk show standard on "The View."

And without other changes, too, it could end up being the first talk show featuring … silence.

The idea is for the personalities on the program to talk less about politics.

RadarOnline explains Iger has "put his foot down when it comes to bashing President Trump on The View."

Also bashing MAGA, Republicans, conservatives, and others who are disfavored by the extremists on the far-left tip of America's politics.

"RadarOnline.com can reveal the 74-year-old media exec told Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar and the other ladies of the ABC talk show to 'tone down their political rhetoric,'" the report said.

It reportedly was Iger and ABC News President Almin Karamehmedovic who have stepped on the program's long-existing format.

"Over the years, and especially after President Trump won the historic 2024 presidential election, the ladies of The View have spent a large amount of time on air bashing him, his administration officials and his policies," the report said, prompting the reported intervention.

The report noted sources have told the Daily Beast Karamehmedovic, in a meeting with the program executive producer Brian Teta and show hosts, delivered the message to "broaden" the conversations.

RadarOnline said, "According to the site, the hosts didn't take the suggestion too well and pushed back on the idea and found the requests 'silly' and that 'they were just going to keep doing their thing.'"

Some of the comments have been well beyond cutting edge. For example, when Trump beat by massive numbers Democrat Kamala Harris in the presidential race, Sunny Hostin unleashed a rant: "I'm profoundly disturbed. We know now that he will have unfettered power. … Black women tried to save this country again, last night… what we do not have is white women, who voted about 52 percent for Donald Trump — uneducated white women, is my understanding. You have Latino men actually, voting more for him. So why do you think uneducated white women voting against their reproductive health freedoms, and why do you think Latino men voted in favor of someone who is going to deport a majority of his community."

The Supreme Court this week ordered the Democrat majority in the Maine legislature to dissolve its "censure" of a Republican member whose was being punished for expressing her opinions about a boy being allowed on a girls athletic team in the state.

Justice Ketanji Jackson, who infamously could not, or would not, tell a Senate committee the definition of a "woman" during her confirmation hearing, opposed that move.

She claimed Laurel Libby, the state representative, has "not asserted that there are any significant votes scheduled in the coming weeks [or] that there are any upcoming votes in which Libby's participation would impact the outcome."

Now a commentary at the Daily Signal is pointing out her hypocrisy, as that expression didn't even align with Jackson's own earlier arguments.

"In other words, Libby's exclusion from voting in the Maine House of Representatives deserves emergency relief only if she can show that relief would change the result of a vote. As Justin Evan Smith writes at 'Ordered Liberty,' Jackson's reasoning implies that 'political participation is only meaningful if its outcome determinative,'" wrote GianCarlo Canaparo, a legal fellow in the Edwin Meese II Center for Legal and Judicial Studies at The Heritage Foundation.

He pointed out, "Jackson may have a problem being consistent across cases when her politics align with one case but not another."

But Jackson's perspective is "deeply corrosive" "to our republican form of government because it would protect the outcomes of the representative process but not our right to participate in that process," he explained. "The Constitution very clearly protects our rights to participate in governance, even—especially—if we don't win."

Jackson's reasoning suggests her belief is that "minority voices don't count."

That, the commentary said, is wrong "according to Jackson herself."

In another case, where the politics aligned with Jackson's ideologies, Allen v. Milligan, a racial gerrymandering case, she took the other side.

In that fight, "black Alabamians argued that the Voting Rights Act required the state to create an additional majority-black congressional district."

Jackson at the time blasted the state of Alabama "for arguing that the Constitution requires the state to be colorblind when it creates congressional districts."

She said the 14th Amendment allows states to rely on race, and the Voting Rights Act actually "requires them to rely on race when they create districts because that's the only way to identify minorities 'who have less opportunity and less ability to participate' and to 'ensure that that's remedied.'"

The commentary pointed out Jackson's goal, "to protect" a minority group's" right to participate.

"What Jackson saw so clearly in Milligan, she lost sight of in Libby," the commentary said.

"When a minority in Maine—conservatives who oppose boys in girls' sports—asked Jackson to defend their right to participate in the political process, she said it wasn't important enough for the court's emergency docket. It would only be important enough if their representative would control the outcome of a particular vote."

U.S. Rep. LaMonica McIver, a Democrat, now is facing federal charges for assaulting, impeding and interfering with federal law enforcement officers over when she barged into an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility without permission.

"Representative LaMonica McIver assaulted, impeded, and interfered with law enforcement in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 111 (a)(1)," explained Alina Habba, the acting U.S. attorney for New Jersey.

"That conduct cannot be overlooked by the chief federal law enforcement official in the State of New Jersey, and it is my Constitutional obligation to ensure that our federal law enforcement is protected when executing their duties."

report at Fox News said McIver took to social media to claim she's in the right.

"Earlier this month, I joined my colleagues to inspect the treatment of ICE detainees at Delaney Hall in my district," McIver said. "We were fulfilling our lawful oversight responsibilities, as members of Congress have done many times before, and our visit should have been peaceful and short. Instead, ICE agents created an unnecessary and unsafe confrontation when they chose to arrest Mayor Baraka."

"That woman was out of control," said President Donald Trump Tuesday when asked about the arrest during a visit to Capitol Hill. "The days of that crap are over in the country. We're gonna have law and order."

Media personality Benny Johnson posted online video he said showed "clearly" that McIver was "verbally and physically assaulting federal agents in New Jersey after illegally entering an ICE detention facility. In the video you can see indisputable evidence of Congresswoman McIver (in the red jacket) punch, push and hit a federal agent, refusing to follow the ICE officers orders and impeding in a lawful arrest. In the body cam footage you can also watch Rep. McIver verbally threaten to 'put hands' on the federal agents. 'I touch whoever I want mother fu****!' Rep. McIver then threatens to destroy the ICE officers careers, 'You will pay!' before descending into a profanity-laced rampage tirade."

McIver claimed the charges are "purely political."

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem explained, "No one is above the law."

She said, "If any person, regardless of political party, influence or status, assaults a law enforcement officer as we witnessed Congresswoman McIver do, you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law."

Fox reported McIver faces several felonies and now must turn herself in.

Habba also confirmed charges against Baraka, who originally was arrested for trespassing, are being dismissed.

Baraka, McIver and Reps. Robert Menendez Jr., and Bonnie Watson Coleman, both Democrats, were outside the ICE facility last week "with a group of protesters when the gates opened to allow an ICE bus in. All four officials then allegedly rushed through the gates past security, according to officials from the Department of Homeland Security. "

"If it was a typical U.S. citizen, and they tried to storm into a detention facility that's housing dangerous criminals or any person at all, they would be arrested," federal officials said.

President Donald Trump on Tuesday vowed an investigation into the Biden administration's use of the autopen, the electronic presidential signature device, as he said, "This government was illegally run for four years."

As Trump appeared at the U.S. Capitol to rally support for his "big, beautiful bill" to lower taxes, Trump discussed at length the problems created by a mentally incapacitated Biden.

"We're gonna start looking into this whole thing with who signed this legislation," Trump began.

"Who signed legislation opening our border? I don't think he knew. I said there's nobody that could want an open border. Nobody. And now I find out that it wasn't him. He autopenned it.

"Who was operating the autopen? This is a very serious thing. We had a president that didn't sign anything and he autopenned almost everything.

"He opened the borders go the United States, and I kept saying who would do such a thing, allowing criminals to pour in from all over the world? Not just South America … they came in from Africa, they came in from Asia, they came from the Congo. The prisons in the Congo in Africa, these are rough, rough people. The prisons from the Congo are empty. You know where they are? They're in this country.

"Who would sign this? Nobody would sign it. No sane person would sign it. You know who signed it? Radical left lunatics that were running our country and the autopen signed it.

"And they didn't want him (Biden), and they were disappointed in getting him because they wanted Bernie Sanders. And then, after about two weeks, they said, 'Wait a minute. This is a gift. He'll do anything. We're gonna use the autopen.'

"And they used the autopen on everything. He didn't approve this stuff, because when Joe Biden was with it, he would never have approved it. You take a look. He would never have approved open borders."

Trump also noted: "Open borders allowed 21 million people in our country, and many of this people are stone-cold murderers."

"The Democrats are destroying our country," he continued, as he was optimistic about his tax cuts being approved.

"This is bigger than any Ronald Reagan tax cut," he explained. "This is the biggest tax cut in the history of our country, or you'll get a 68% tax increase."

"It's the biggest bill ever passed, and we gotta get it done. Tremendous tax cuts for people, tremendous incentives, tremendous regulation cuts … regulations that are so horrible."

He also said there would be no cuts to Medicare or Medicaid.

"We're not touching anything. We don't want any waste fraud and abuse. … Waste, fraud and abuse, that's all we're cutting."

Wendy McMahon, the president and CEO of CBS News and Stations, is quitting the network amid an ongoing legal battle with President Donald Trump over a "60 Minutes" interview that allegedly was deceptively edited to favor former Vice President Kamala Harris in the 2024 White House race.

"Today, I am stepping down from my position as president and CEO of CBS News and Stations and CBS Media Ventures," McMahon wrote in a memo to staff on Monday.

"It's become clear that the company and I do not agree on the path forward. It's time for me to move on and for this organization to move forward with new leadership. I have spent the last few months shoring up our businesses and making sure the right leaders are in place; and I have no doubt they will continue to set the standard."

McMahon added: "This has been one of the most meaningful chapters in my career. Leading this extraordinary organization has been the honor of a lifetime because I got to work alongside all of you. Your commitment to truth, fairness and the highest standards is unassailable … At the same time, the past few months have been challenging."

Her departure follows that of Bill Owens, "60 Minutes" executive producer, who recently left the news program complaining about the show's editorial independence.

Paramount Global President George Cheeks, the head of CBS' parent company, thanked McMahon for her service.

"On a personal note, I want to thank Wendy for her partnership over the past four years," Cheeks wrote.

"Under her leadership, the competitive position and culture at our television stations have improved dramatically, and we've expanded local news significantly. Our streaming news platforms – national and local – are stronger and growing, with digital extensions now in place for several of our flagship CBS News broadcasts."

On May 7, as WorldNetDaily reported, Trump expressed outrage at CBS News and its "60 Minutes" program being nominated for an Emmy award for its interview with Harris.

"In a total slap in the face to anyone who believes in TRUTH and Honest Journalism, this Fake News Puff Piece has now been nominated for an award by the totally discredited Emmys," Trump posted on Truth Social.

"Did 60 Minutes and its Corporate Parents apply to get an Emmy for an illegally falsified interview, or did other Fake Outlets nominate them for this dubious 'honor'?

"These antics are why the American People have no trust in the Press, and demand that the Media, very much including 60 Minutes, CBS, and its owners, be held responsible for their corruption and lies, which is exactly what we are doing in Court!"

The president also noted: "The Election Interfering 60 Minutes interview with Kamala Harris, which aired on CBS just before Election Day and deep into Early Voting, turned out to be much worse than expected, with her answers being unlawfully fixed, manipulated, and doctored throughout by CBS, in order to try and make Kamala appear at least somewhat coherent."

Trump has already sued the network, seeking $20 billion for what he alleged was election interference, and as WorldNetDaily reported, mediation talks to settle the suit were said to begin recently.

A source familiar with the inner workings of CBS News told Fox News Digital: "The irony is, some folks at '60 Minutes' are popping champagne over an Emmy nomination – for the same interview that landed them in legal hot water. It's a reminder that these awards are voted on by other journalists, not the public, not their bosses – and certainly not lawyers."

The top two officials at the Federal Bureau of Investigation appeared on national television Sunday to clarify numerous mysteries, including the FBI's role in the U.S. Capitol mayhem on Jan. 6, 2021, the two assassination attempts on President Donald Trump and the purported suicide of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

Appearing on "Sunday Morning Futures" with Maria Bartiromo on the Fox News Channel, FBI Director Kash Patel said about Jan. 6: "What was the FBI doing? Well we've got answers coming. We just found a trove of information and it's on its way to Capitol Hill right now. And they've asked, and they're getting them. And you're getting the answers on Jan. 6.

"You're getting answers on what sourcing was utilized, what money was utilized, how many assets were utilized, who made those decisions. You're getting it."

"We can only control the FBI, but you're getting it from the FBI," he added.

Bartiromo asked Patel point blank: "Were there FBI agents undercover egging people on?"

"That answer is coming and it's on its way to Congress," he replied.

Dan Bongino, deputy director of the FBI, said he personally "saw the portfolio of information."

"We dug far and wide to find it. And I'm pretty sure now we have a conclusive, definitive answer, but you and the public are gonna have it. You're gonna see it in writing over to Capitol Hill."

"There is a difference between an agent," Bongino cautioned, "meaning a trained GS-1811 federal agent, and a source or an asset. There's a difference. So when you see the material, which I promise you is coming, when you see it, I just want you to understand that.

"There a difference between agents and assets, and I just hope when people put that information out there, they make the distinction. … There's a distinction there."

Patel said: "I want the American public to go back and look at what our predecessors stated to Congress under oath: that there were no FBI sources utilized in and around Jan. 6. I'm gonna leave it at that, but go play the videotape and look for this material coming to Congress."

He added: "Every employee that acted appropriately, we're gonna defend you to the hill."

Regarding the case of notorious pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, Bartiromo asked both officials why many Americans don't buy the government assertion that Epstein killed himself in a New York City jail.

"They have a right to their opinion," Patel said, "but as someone who has worked as a public defender, as a prosecutor who's been in that prison system, who's been in the Metropolitan Detention Center, who's been in segregated housing, you know a suicide when you see one, and that's what that was."

Bongino said: "He killed himself. I've seen the whole file. He killed himself."

Regarding the two attempts on Trump's life, Patel cited two reasons for the lack of specific details released.

"Two open, ongoing prosecutions," he said. 'Two of the investigations are obviously closed because the individuals are dead, but there's two live prosecutions … so we can't get ahead of the federal court case."

"We have personally invested our time in making sure that we have looked at any possible international connections to terrorism and adversaries alike."

"Kash is not kidding," said Bongino. "We've been personally briefed extensively on every single detail, nugget, tendril of this case."

He said he's aware many feel the federal government is hiding something about the assassination attempts.

"I'm not going to tell people what they want to hear. I'm going to tell you the truth, and whether you like it or not is up to you," Bongino explained.

"In some of these cases, the 'there' you're looking for is not there. And I know people, I get it, I understand. It's not there. If it was there, we would have told you."

A new report documents that federal charges are coming for a member of Congress who was part of a leftist team that stormed into an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility.

A report from the New Jersey Globe had speculated that charges would be filed against Rep. LaMonica McIver, D-N.J., on Friday, but then later updated that to say they apparently will come later.

McIver was part of a "scrum" at the Delaney Hall detention center in Newark last week. Multiple protesters, including McIver, barged into the facility against the futile resistance of security officers.

Several sources told the New Jersey Globe that McIver already is set to be represented by Paul Fishman, who was a Barack Obama appointee as U.S. attorney for New Jersey during that administration, and Les Cortes, a former assistant.

The report explained, "On Friday, May 9, McIver and three other prominent New Jersey Democrats – Newark Mayor Ras Baraka and Reps. Bonnie Watson Coleman, D-Ewing, and Rob Menendez, D-Jersey City, – visited Delaney Hall, a 1,000-bed facility in the East Ward of Newark that began housing immigrant detainees at the beginning of this month, for an oversight visit."

The violence soon followed.

Baraka soon was arrested by authorities who said he was trespassing, a confrontation that triggered a further scuffle involving the officials, ICE agents, and protesters.

The report explained, "Video footage shows the fight to have been a general scramble. McIver in particular forcefully attempted to protect Baraka both physically and verbally as he was led away, which may be the basis for charges against her, though claims from some Republicans that she body-slammed or punched ICE officers are more dubious based on the footage available."

There's also possibly a move to expel the Democrats from the U.S. House, where the majority Republicans have suggested considering several options, from stripping the offenders of their committee assignments to more.

The Democrats have claimed they did nothing wrong.
