The United States Supreme Court has affirmed an injunction against the plans by Democrats Joe Biden and Kamala Harris to rewrite the definition of "sex" in federal law so that transgender politics are reflected – and protected.

The ADF, which has fought numerous court cases over the dispute, said Friday that it is representing female athletes, Christian teachers and a school board in two lawsuits that challenge the administration's willful decision to simply change the definition of the word – and create an entirely new law in the process.

Laws, of course, are created by Congress, not the White House.

What happened was that the court denied the Biden-Harris demand that would partly reinstate its "illegal attempt to change the meaning of the word 'sex' to include 'gender identity' in Title IX," the ADF said.

That's a federal law that protects equal opportunity for women in education and athletics.

The ruling came in two different legal challenges to the Biden-Harris scheme, the Cardona v. State of Tennessee case and the U.S. Department of Education v. State of Louisiana.

"The Supreme Court's decision upholds two recent federal appeals court rulings that halted the administration's unlawful rules in the states of Tennessee, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, and Virginia; and Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, and Idaho. In one case, Alliance Defending Freedom attorneys represent a West Virginia high-school female athlete and Christian Educators Association International; in the other, they represent a Louisiana school board serving more than 20,000 students," the ADF explained.

Jonathan Scruggs, an ADF official, said, "The Biden-Harris administration's radical redefinition of sex turns back the clock on equal opportunity for women, undermines fairness, and threatens student safety and privacy.

"The Supreme Court rightly affirmed the 5th and 6th Circuit decisions to restrain the administration's illegal efforts to rewrite Title IX while these critical lawsuits continue. This administration is ignoring biological reality, science, and common sense. Female athletes, students, and teachers across the country are right to stand against the administration's adoption of extreme gender ideology, which would have devastating consequences for students, teachers, administrators, and families."

Transgenderism, and abortion, actually, have been two of the key agenda points of the Biden-Harris administration.

Their tenure in the White House has accomplished little else, what with inflation of more than 20% hitting consumers, a wide-open southern border through which terrorists have entered the country, massive "climate" spending, and more.

The Biden-Harris team demanded last spring that it would redefine "sex" in Title IX rules so that the law then would demand that "schools … ignore the biological distinction between male and female in favor of 'an individual's sense of their gender.'"

The ADF said that injuries would follow.

"The Department of Education's fundamental and radical rewriting of federal law would force schools across the country to embrace a controversial gender ideology that harms children—including the very children it claims to help. Schools will be required to allow males who identify as female to enter girls' private spaces like restrooms, locker rooms, and showers; to participate in girls' physical education classes; and—despite logically inconsistent disclaimers saying otherwise—to play on girls' sports teams."

There also are injunctions in several other cases that oppose the Biden-Harris ideology, including State of Kansas v. U.S. Department of Education, Carroll Independent School District v. United State Department of Education and State of Arkansas v. U.S. Department of Education.

Tim Walz, the radically left Minnesota governor who has been linked to a Hitler-promoting Muslim leader and whose state gave $2 million in grants to a group that is linked through its fundraising to an al-Qaida affiliate, visited China 30 times.

He's been a "fellow" at a Chinese foundation that is devoted to the Chinese Community Party.

He spoke alongside the chief of a Chinese group that the State Department has condemned as a CCP effort to "influence and co-opt local leaders."

And now, based on that evidence, he's under investigation by the U.S. House.

The Just the News publication noted House Oversight Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., confirmed on Friday Walz, picked by Kamala Harris to be her VP on the Democrats' presidential ticket this year, is under investigation for his alleged links to CCP officials.

His committee confirmed, "Mr. Walz has visited China 30 times, served as a fellow at a Chinese institution that maintains a devotion to the CCP, and spoke alongside the President of a Chinese organization the State Department exposed as a CCP effort to influence and co-opt local leaders."

The committee announcement continued, "FBI briefers recently informed the Committee that the Bureau's Foreign Influence Task Force investigates CCP activity that is similar to China's engagement with Governor Walz. In a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray, Chairman Comer is now requesting information, documents, and communications related to the CCP-connected entities and officials Governor Walz has engaged and partnered with."

The Gateway Pundit documented that Comer's review of Walz is a "high-stakes investigation."

"The inquiry comes amid growing concerns over Governor Walz's reported connections to Chinese Communist Party (CCP) entities and officials," the report said.

Comer continued, "The CCP has sought to destroy the United States through coordinated influence and infiltration campaigns that target every aspect of American life, including our own elected officials. Americans should be deeply concerned that Governor Walz, Kamala Harris's vice-presidential running mate, has a longstanding and cozy relationship with China."

A statement from the committee noted, "Reporting indicates Governor Walz has concerning ties to the People's Republic of China (PRC). In 1993, according to the Star-Herald, as a teacher, Mr. Walz organized a trip to the PRC with Alliance High School students, where costs were paid by the Chinese government. In 1994, Mr. Walz set up a private company named 'Educational Travel Adventures, Inc.,' which coordinated annual student trips to the PRC until 2003 and was led by Mr. Walz himself."

During his time in Congress, Walz was a "fellow" at the Macau Polytechnic University, which the report called "a Chinese institution that characterizes itself as having a 'long held devotion to and love for the motherland.'"

Kamala Harris has been caught lying in her campaign promotions and now a family whose broadcast outlet was abused and whose reputation possibly was damaged is considering legal action.

The situation is that the Harris campaign has been buying online ads and making up headlines and story descriptions, then using the names of established publications in the ads. The ads link to real news organizations, but those stories don't support the headlines being fabricated by the Harris campaign.

It is an ad scheme that other Democrats earlier had used.

Now the Daily Caller reports it is WDAY Radio, a broadcaster based in Fargo, N.D., that is reviewing its options for legal action.

The report notes "The Kamala Harris campaign deceptively edited WDAY headlines to make it look like they supported her in an ad campaign."

Harris's campaign has taken advantage of the names of publishers including NPR, CNN, the Guardian, Independent, Reuters, AP, and WDAY, the report said.

"We feel insulted and violated by what was done here," explained Steve Hallstrom, president of Flag Family Media, which owns WDAY, in an interview with the Daily Caller.

"You have a political campaign that used our news brand and our URL to effectively lie to people about the headline we wrote. They lied to every single person that saw that ad. It's misleading, it's dishonest, and it hurts us as the company, our news brand. So as of today, we're starting to make some calls here. We are considering all of our options here, including legal action," he said.

The report explained Harris used three "variations" of an ad that linked to WDAY's website: "Harris Picks Tim Walz – 215,000 MN Families Win," "Learn About VP Pick Tim Walz – Harris Picks Tim Walz," and "Harris Picks Tim Walz – Tim Walz Tapped For VP," the report said.

The ads are then linked to actual articles published by news organizations. But critically, the articles "did not have those headlines, nor did they include parts of the text included underneath," the report noted.

Hallstrom charged, "We never wrote anything close to what is alleged here. They took two different unrelated stories that we did have on our website, sort of mashed them together, and then from there, they rewrote a few words to make it look like our news organization was cheering on the selection of Walz."

Google officials said the scheme doesn't violate any of the leftist company's policies.

Hallstrom said that's part of the problem.

"I've heard the excuses about how this meets the approval of the Google Ad criteria people, and I don't care. When you see that ad, you may understand that it's an ad, that any reasonable human being would look at that and say, 'Oh, the campaign, they found a story or headline on a website that's good for them. Who would not use that? Who wouldn't use that?' But that's not what happened here."

An AP spokesman told the Daily Caller the legacy wire service was unaware of the Harris campaign's use of its name.

Hallstrom questioned the integrity of the Harris campaign.

"There are things that are right and there are wrong, and this is wrong. This is leading, it's deceptive, it's dishonest, and it was done recklessly without thinking about what's happening here. And I don't know who on the Harris staff decided that this was a good strategy. But I can't believe that on the whole that organization, that campaign would, top to bottom, feel like this is a tactful and a principled approach to getting the word out about their candidate."

Joe Biden, out of office as of next January 20 when a new president is inaugurated, then most probably will be a retiree.

He'll have government-paid protection, multiple government pensions, the millions of dollars he's made over the years, his primary home and a massive vacation home, a long list of other government perks, all to sustain his "senior" years.

Many American seniors aren't so privileged.

And many of those seniors have been staying in the workforce longer, or actually are giving up on their retirement and returning to the workforce, because of Biden's economic policies – Bidenomics.

That would be the agendas Biden has pursued that have given Americans inflation of more than 20% since he took office, that have priced food and fuel up by 20%, 30%, even 40% since Biden's reign in the Oval Office began.

A study from caring.com reveals the tragic situation facing America's seniors because of Biden's tenure:

"1 in 3 working seniors 'unretired,' returning to work after retirement."

"52% of unretired seniors cite inflation as a primary reason they had to return to work."

"Almost half of working seniors don't plan on retiring in the next 5 years."

"14% of retired seniors say they are likely to return to work."

"1 in 15 seniors fear they could become homeless."

The survey, with the help of Pollfish, took the opinions of 1,500 Americans ages 62-85.

It found that one-third of respondents now are working either part of the time or fulltime.

The report said, "Inflation is unpleasant for nearly all consumers, but it hits especially hard when you're on a fixed income. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported in May 2024 that consumer price indices for shelter and food continued to rise. According to the Senior Citizens League, adults who retired in 2000 have lost 36% of their buying power to inflation. Put another way: Retirees need over $500 more a month to maintain the lifestyles and buying power they had when they first retired."

Faced with drastic lifestyle changes, including possibly selling their homes, the seniors instead have returned to work.

"Retirement plans for many seniors have been impacted by inflation — both due to a desired timeline for retirement and a less clear template for success with their investments amid inflation's impact. These problems only compound for seniors relying on fixed income," noted John Farrell, of Caring. "This has caused seniors to stay in the workforce longer, or come out of retirement to maintain their existing lifestyle or cover growing needs such as medical expenses."

Other reasons cited by working seniors included paying medical debt, other debt, not enough savings, to learn a new skill and even to battle boredom.

Many also reported cutting back on leisure activities (60%), food (47%), and travel (57%) to cope with inflation.

And those seniors back at work report cutting back on the same items, "primarily to maintain their current living situation."

Officials for President Donald Trump's 2024 election campaign are telling officials of the European Union to mind their own business and quit interfering in America's presidential vote this year.

The comments came after an EU operative issued what amounts to a threat to Elon Musk's X platform on which Trump was scheduled for an interview with Musk on Monday evening.

"The European Union should mind their own business instead of trying to meddle in the U.S. presidential election," Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung wrote on X. "Only in Joe Biden and Kamala Harris' America can an un-Democratic foreign organization feel emboldened enough to tell this country what to do.

"They know that a President Trump victory means America will no longer be ripped off because he will smartly utilize tariffs and renegotiated trade deals that puts America First."

He continued, "Let us be very clear: the European Union is an enemy of free speech and has no authority of any kind to dictate how we campaign."

The Washington Examiner reported the reaction came after a bureaucrat named Thierry Breton wrote a letter to Musk warning, or threatening, him.

Breton wants only what he considers approved messaging to be allowed on X.

The Examiner explained, "Breton reminded Musk he has an obligation to comply with standards set by the Digital Services Act, which addresses the regulation of illegal content and disinformation across social media and other online platforms."

Breton said if X fails to regulate what he calls disinformation, which could be nothing more than an opinion he doesn't hold, it could "generate detrimental effects on civic discourse and public security."

"This is important against the background of recent examples of public unrest brought about by the amplification of content that promotes hatred, disorder, incitement to violence, or certain instances of disinformation," he said.

The United Kingdom has been rocked by violence in recent days because of the lethal stabbings of three girls by a 17-year-old that sparked widespread immigration protests.

The police in the U.K. have become so concerned about online statements with which they disagree they've threatened to try to arrest and charge even people from other nations.

Musk responded with a meme that essentially told the EU he was not concerned about being compliant with its politically and socially correct agenda.

Gov. Gavin Newsom for years has taken California more and more left, into territory that even Californians don't like as thousands of them are moving to other locations.

One of his biggest agenda points for his tenure in office has been to promote transgenderism.

He recently signed a law that would destroy any procedure or provision in school districts in the state to notify parents if their child demands to be called a name other than their own, or want to call themselves by incorrect pronouns.

But now there's pushback on his scheme. Liberty Justice Center has filed a lawsuit challenging his plan. It is asking the court to bar California from implementing Newsom's plan, AB 1955, because the legislation violates the First Amendment.

The case already is involving the Anderson Union High School District and the Orange County Board of Education and others.

The legislation reaches far into the rights of parents, the organization reported, and "prohibits California schools from enacting parental notification policies – that is, policies that require schools to inform parents if their children ask to be referred to by a name or pronouns that differ from their gender at birth or to access sex-segregated school programs or bathrooms for the opposite gender."

Not only would it destroy a number of existing parental notification policies but would require employees to keep secrets from parents about their own minor children.

The action challenges Newsom's agenda under the First and Fourteenth Amendments and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.

Also fighting the Newsom scheme is the Chino Valley Unified School District.

"AB 1955 is an attack on parents' rights and a threat to children across California. Parents have a constitutional right to direct their children's upbringing and to know what administrators are telling their kids at school," said Emily Rae, counsel for Liberty Justice Center. "We look forward to challenging this legislation in court and will continue to defend Californians' rights at no cost to taxpayers."

"Parental notification policies are essential to keep students, parents, educators, and administrators on the same team and to foster trust between guardians and schools," Jackie LaBarbera, president of Anderson Union High School District. "Our board supports parents' rights and is proud to join this lawsuit."

"Our board unanimously adopted a parental rights policy in June 2023 because we believe that parents play the most integral role in protecting our students," said Orange County Board of Education President Dr. Ken Williams.

Orange County Board of Education Vice President Mari Barke added, "I think it is important that we stand with Chino Valley because parents make the best decisions for their children. This is about the type of county, state, and nation we want to be."

Joe Biden is now confirming he was basically strong-armed out of the 2024 presidential race after his fellow Democrats expressed serious fears about their own political futures.

During an interview with Bob Costa on CBS "Sunday Morning," Biden explained:

"Polls we had showed that it was a neck and neck race, it would have been down to the wire. But what happened was, a number of my Democratic colleagues in the House and Senate thought that I was going to hurt them in the races.

"And I was concerned if I stayed in the race, that would be the topic, you'd be interviewing me about why did Nancy Pelosi say – why did – and I thought it'd be a real distraction."

"When I ran the first time I thought of myself as being a transition president. I can't even say how old I am. It's hard for me to get out of my mouth. And but things got moving so quickly, it didn't happen. And the combination was that I thought it was a critical issue for me still, it's not a joke, maintaining this democracy," Biden said.

Top Democrats including former President Barack Obama, former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Sen. Chuck Schumer and others reportedly urged Biden privately to exit the White House race for weeks in the wake of his disastrous, dementia-exposing debate with Donald Trump.

On July 27, investigative journalist Seymour Hersh released a report indicating he had spoken with a senior White House official who told Hersh that Obama was "deeply involved" with the coup to remove Biden. Obama reportedly called Biden on July 20, following Biden's medical emergency, and threatened him with the 25th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution to oust the president, saying he had "Kamala's approval" to force him out.

Succumbing to the pressure, Biden announced last month that he'd withdraw from the White House hunt, and immediately endorsed his vice president, Kamala Harris, to replace him.

Regarding the remainder of the 2024 campaign, Biden told CBS: "I talk to [Harris] frequently, and by the way, I've known her running mate is a great guy. As we say, if we grew up in the same neighborhood, we'd have been friends. He's my kind of guy. He's real, he's smart. I've known him for several decades. I think it's a hell of a team."

Biden said he plans to join Harris and Tim Walz on the campaign, pouring cold water on doubts about his health or stamina as a stumbling block.

"All I can say is, 'Watch.' That's all. Look, I had a really, really bad day in that debate because I was sick. But I have no serious problem," Biden added.

Meanwhile, Pelosi has revealed she has not spoken with Biden since he left the contest, and is containing too deny she told the president to depart the race.

"Now I was really asking for a better campaign. We did not have a campaign that was on the path to victory. Members knew that in their districts," Pelosi told reporters.

During a previous appearance on MSNBC, Pelosi was asked if sh would support Biden's bid for re-election.

"It's up to the president to decide if he is going to run. We are all encouraging him to make that decision, because time is running short."

Brit Hume has admitted he's a conservative, once remarking, "No doubt about it. But I would ask people to look at the work."

That "work" he referenced includes a 23-year career with ABC News, where he worked on World News Tonight with Peter Jennings, Nightline, and This Week.

He was ABC News' chief White House correspondent for years. Then he was managing editor in Washington for the Fox News Channel, and anchored Special Report with Brit Hume.

His duties then took on the title of senior political analyst for Fox and for a time he anchored On the Record.

So conservative though he may believe himself to be, his work has spanned employers from conservative to liberal and many subjects over the years.

So many people still have regard his opinion.

And his opinion of Kamala Harris? "Giggling lightweight."

On social media this week, he said, "If VP Harris were a confident, competent candidate well-prepared to be president, she would be willing, even eager, to outline her plans and explain herself to inquiring journalists. But she is not. She appears afraid she'll remind people why so many came to regard her as a giggling lightweight."

Social media comments following Hume's conclusion ranged from a blast about him being a "racist, misogynistic, hack" to praise, in "Absolutely!"

The comments came as Harris essentially has shut out the media for nearly three weeks since the Democrat Party dumped Joe Biden under the bus and install her as the top liner on their 2024 election ballot. This was after Biden essentially had locked up the nomination by getting commitments from enough delegates in the coming convention to be nominated.

A key member of Congress says that Kamala Harris's three-year tenure as the nation's "border czar" for the Joe Biden administration will go down as "one of the most catastrophic failures in American history."

When she was assigned by Biden to work on the "root" causes of the influx of illegal aliens after he literally trashed a long list of border security measures implemented by President Donald Trump to open the border up, the invasion exploded.

The Washington Stand said Rep. Eric Burlison, R-Mo., delivered the "most catastrophic" verdict during an episode of Washington Watch.

"President Joe Biden turned responsibility for stemming the unprecedented flow of illegal immigrants into the United States over to Harris in a public event in March 2021, yet Republicans say she did little to nothing to honor that charge," the report explained.

"Give us the homework. Show us your work. Show us what meetings you had, what research you did. What fact-finding missions did you engage in?" Burlison charged.

Harris and her advocates, as soon as she replaced Joe Biden on the Democrat ticket, tried to claim that she never was the border czar or held those responsibilities, defying the printed and video evidence of exactly that assignment.

Now the House Oversight and Accountability Committee has begun looking into her efforts to effectuate "the worst border crisis in American history."

In a letter to U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials, members of Congress demand all the documents and communications with Harris's office about the southwest border or illegal immigration.

The report noted Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., separately has demanded Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas produce communications referring to Harris as "czar."

The records, and they're all bad, set by the Biden administration for illegal aliens breaking into the U.S. include 1,734,686 in 2021, 2,378,944 in 2022 and 2,475,669 in 2023.

The report noted, "Each entry has had massive consequences for U.S. citizens."

The Oversight Committee, in fact, said, "The mass illegal migration under the Biden-Harris [a]dministration has contributed to murders, sexual assaults, and serious bodily injuries committed against numerous Americans at the hands of illegal aliens."

Burlison said it was not just the open border that was the problem, but the Biden administration's messaging to the world.

"When you create handouts and other benefits for people who are able to get into the United States, you're only driving up the demand. I think that it's pretty obvious the root cause," he said.

Harris's record opposing a secure border is long and deep.

The report said, "At a June 2018 campaign stop on the Mexican border at San Diego, Harris charged that President Trump's border security policy constituted a 'crime against humanity.' In a November 2018 congressional hearing, she asked President Trump's nominee to lead ICE, Ron Vitiello, 'Do you see any parallels' between ICE and a 'domestic terrorist organization' such as the Ku Klux Klan. … and 'In 2018, 'Meet the Press' asked candidate Kamala Harris whether she agreed with her campaign supporters who held signs to 'Abolish ICE,' referring to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). When asked if she agreed, Harris replied. 'We've got to critically reexamine ICE and its role. … We need to think about probably think about starting from scratch."

The Oversight Committee said, "Vice President Harris's root causes approach to solving the border crisis has been an abject failure as encounters at the southwest border remain high. As the administration would freely admit, most root causes (poverty, corruption, violence, etc.) in those countries were long-standing and endemic, which raises the question of why apprehensions have risen since, if simply addressing root causes was the answer."

Elon Musk has posted on social media a simple statement regarding his opinion about Kamala Harris.

And the leftists are melting down.

His statement wasn't complicated: "Kamala is quite literally a communist. She wants not merely equal opportunity, but equal outcomes."

Musk then cites the social media page of a group called AsTheWorldBurnz, which has documented the Harris agenda.

It includes: abolishing ICE. decriminalizing illegal crossings, defunding the police, mandatory gun buybacks (confiscations), nationalizing energy, banning fracking, banning offshore drilling, and abolishing the filibuster.

Of course, in recent days as Harris tries to create an image as a legitimate presidential candidate, she's been reversing course on some of her long-held positions. But the Twitter posting included the receipts for Harris's extremism.

The posting list also cites Harris for her demands for an EV mandate, climate equity, banning gas stoves, bailing out criminals, and worse.

Her agenda, it explains, is a repackaged version of Karl Marx, who demanded, "From each according to his ability, to each according to his need," the mantra for communism.
