A new report reveals that Joe Biden, while in the White House, pressured a dozen corporations to debank Donald Trump, sending regulators to harass and investigate banks, even fining them, until they cooperated.
And a report in the Washington Stand reveals they used the concept of "reputational risk" in their threats against the banks.
The report comes on the heels of Trump actually signing an executive order that intends to do away with that option.
His "Guaranteeing Fair Banking for All Americans" was just announced.
The report explained that the New York Post documented how Biden pushed for "at least 12 financial institutions to either refuse to do business with Trump or close accounts that he already had."
Trump earlier identified two of those who gave in to Biden's pressure as JPMorganChase and Bank of America.
The Stand explained, "The Biden administration used 'reputational risk' to send regulators to pressure major banks, harassing, investigating, and even fining banks until they complied. The 'reputational risk' rule was originally designed to be used against criminals, like mass fraudsters or notorious sex trafficker and self-styled financier Jeffrey Epstein, but the Biden administration cited the events of January 6, 2021, to turn 'reputational risk' against Trump."
Trump's new order now gives banks and others 120 days to rescind policies discriminating against clients on the basis of political or religious views. And they've been ordered to track down those they already punished, and offer them services.
The Post said the Biden campaign to harm Trump's banking abilities came in the months after Trump left the White House in 2021.
The Post warned, "It should be reported as much as possible for the simple reason that if any big bank can cancel a former president over politics as opposed to illegality, then every American citizen is in danger of facing the same mistreatment."
The Post reported, "Keep in mind, there are already laws preventing the likes of JPMorgan, BofA and Capital One — the banks Trump has publicly stated canceled him — from being conduits for drug kingpins and Mafiosi. (Trump has sued Capital One, which denied Trump's allegations.) Debanking takes it further. It forces banks to remove customers who might pose nothing more than 'reputational risk,' a flighty rule enforced by bank regulators in recent years to keep financial institutions from doing business with people like Jeffrey Epstein."
The Post explained Biden unleashed his "bank regulatory cops at the Office of Comptroller of Currency, the FDIC and the semi-independent Federal Reserve to go beyond nixing perverted financiers from their platform."
"They used the amorphous nature of what is reputational risk to enforce a political regime, the bank officials said."
In the bull's-eye then was anything to do with Trump, anything to do with crypto, as well as things to do with guns and "certain conservative religious organizations."
It explained, "As bad as the events of Jan. 6 were, Trump did tell the crowd that crazy afternoon to protest peacefully. Trump didn't break the law holding a rally."
Trump's new order says, "Bank regulators have used supervisory scrutiny and other influence over regulated banks to direct or otherwise encourage politicized or unlawful debanking activities. 'Operation Chokepoint,' for example, was a well-documented and systemic means by which Federal regulators pushed banks to minimize their involvement with individuals and companies engaged in lawful activities and industries disfavored by regulators based on factors other than individualized, objective, risk-based standards.
"As a result, individuals, their businesses, and their families have been subjected to debanking on the basis of their political affiliations, religious beliefs or lawful business activities, and have suffered frozen payrolls, debt and crushing interest, and other significant harms to their livelihoods, reputations, and financial well-being. Such practices are incompatible with a free society and the principle that the provision of banking services should be based on material, measurable, and justifiable risks. Such practices, when wielded to discriminate against customers and businesses in credit transactions due to their religion, are also unlawful under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (15 U.S.C. 1691 et seq.). They further undermine public trust in banking institutions and their regulators, discriminate against political beliefs and free expression of those beliefs, and weaponize a politicized regulatory state. "
He said, "It is the policy of the United States that no American should be denied access to financial services because of their constitutionally or statutorily protected beliefs, affiliations, or political views, and to ensure that politicized or unlawful debanking is not used as a tool to inhibit such beliefs, affiliations, or political views. Banking decisions must instead be made on the basis of individualized, objective, and risk-based analyses."

A whistleblower has charged that Adam Schiff, now a Democrat senator from California, approved the intentional leaks of classified information to hurt President Donald Trump.
Constitutional expert Jonathan Turley warned the allegation, if documented, "would involve criminal and unethical conduct of the highest order."
"The whistleblower is described as working for the House Intelligence Committee for over ten years and reported Schiff's alleged conduct in 2017, according to documents obtained by Just The News," he explained. "The staffer described Schiff's conduct as 'treasonous' and 'illegal.'"
He explained Schiff previously was accused of politicizing intelligence, "including his claims (after the special counsel rejected the Russian collusion claims as unsupported) that he had secret evidence in the committee proving such collusion. He never produced that evidence, and it is widely believed that it did not exist."
He continued, "This is different. This would be a premeditated criminal act. It is hard to believe that a 'player' like Schiff would be stupid enough to openly discuss such a criminal act in a staff meeting. However, the fact that the whistleblower made this allegation in a report to the FBI is equally probative. It is a crime to lie to federal investigators," Turley wrote.
He pointed out that it was "notable" that at a time when the congressional committee and the FBI were "leaking sieves of classified and embarrassing information targeting Trump and his associates," this allegation about Schiff "never leaked."
The details say: "When working in this capacity, [redacted staffer's name] was called to an all-staff meeting by SCHIFF. In this meeting, SCHIFF stated the group would leak classified information which was derogatory to President of the United States DONALD J. TRUMP. SCHIFF stated the information would be used to indict President TRUMP. [The whistleblower] stated this would be illegal and, upon hearing his concerns, unnamed members of the meeting reassured that they would not be caught leaking classified information."
The bottom line, he said, is that "Either Schiff ordered the commission of a serious felony or this whistleblower made repeated false statements to the FBI. The public — and Congress — has every right to know the answer."
According to the Gateway Pundit, the "classified information" concerned the Russiagate Hoax, fabricated by Democrats, apparently to include Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, in their campaign to destroy Trump.
"The whistleblower said Democrat Rep. Eric Swalwell was likely the source of the classified leaks. At the time of the leaks, Adam Schiff served as the ranking member (and later the chairman) of the House Intelligence Committee," the report said.
And, the report noted, "The Democrat whistleblower was abruptly fired for reporting Schiff's leaks to the FBI."

The former chief of the United States Capitol Police is firing back fiercely against former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi who blasted President Donald Trump on Monday for deploying the National Guard to the District of Columbia.
In the wake of Trump's announcement of a federal takeover to beautify D.C. and make it more safe, Pelosi said, "Donald Trump delayed deploying the National Guard on January 6th when our Capitol was under violent attack and lives were at stake.
"Now, he's activating the DC Guard to distract from his incompetent mishandling of tariffs, health care, education and immigration – just to name a few blunders."
Her comments did not sit well with former Capitol Police Cheif Steven Sund, who exposed the failures of the California Democrat in January 2021, as he directly responded to her.
"Ma'am, it is long past time to be honest with the American people," Sund began. "On January 3, I requested National Guard assistance, but your Sergeant at Arms denied it.
"Under federal law (2 U.S.C. §1970), I was prohibited from calling them in without specific approval. That same day, Carol Corbin at the Pentagon offered National Guard support, but I was forced to decline because I lacked the legal authority.
"On January 6, while the Capitol was under attack and despite my repeated calls, your Sergeant at Arms again denied my urgent requests for over 70 agonizing minutes, 'running it up the chain' for your approval.
"When I needed assistance, it was denied," he concluded. "Yet when it suited you, you ordered fencing topped with concertina wire and surrounded the Capitol with thousands of armed National Guard troops."
At Monday's news conference at the White House, President Trump himself called attention to Pelosi's failure regarding Jan. 6 security, referring to her a "certain person."
"You remember I said I offered 10,000 once, remember I said to a certain person, a person who I thought always was highly overrated, not very competent," Trump indicated.
"But I said, 'If you need 'em, we'll give you 10,000 of the military or the National Guard.' They turned me down."
As WorldNetDaily reported in June 2024, an explosive video was posted online in which Pelosi was seen admitting "responsibility" for the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol.
"This is ridiculous," Pelosi says in a phone conversation as she's being chauffeured. "You're going to ask me in the middle of the thing when they've already breached the inaugural stuff that should we call the Capitol police, I mean the National Guard? Why weren't the National Guard there to begin with? … And I take responsibility for not having them just prepare for more."

President Donald Trump is launching a fresh attack on U.S. Rep. Nancy Pelosi, calling the California Democrat a "disgusting degenerate" as he again called attention to alleged insider stock trading by the congresswoman and her husband.
"Crooked Nancy Pelosi, and her very 'interesting' husband, beat every Hedge Fund in 2024," Trump said Saturday night on Truth Social.
"In other words, these two very average 'minds' beat ALL of the Super Geniuses on Wall Street, thousands of them. It's all INSIDE iNFORMATION! Is anybody looking into this???"
"She is a disgusting degenerate, who Impeached me twice, on NO GROUNDS, and LOST! How are you feeling now, Nancy???"
This isn't the first time Trump is shining the light on Pelosi's Wall Street acumen.
On July 30, as WorldNetDaily reported, Trump said Pelosi "should be investigated" for insider trading.
"You know, Nancy Pelosi became rich by having inside information," Trump indcated. "She made a fortune with her husband and I think that's disgraceful."
"What I do think is Nancy Pelosi should be investigated. She has the highest return of anybody, practically, in the history of Wall Street, save a few. How did that happen?
"She knows exactly what's gonna happen, what's gonna be announced. She buys stock and then the stock goes up after the announcement's made. And she ought to be investigated."
Pelosi has called Trump's allegations "ridiculous."
Trump was echoing sentiments expressed by popular podcaster Joe Rogan, who indicated: "Nancy Pelosi's the head witch."
"There's like a system and they all get funded, and they all make sure that there's this kind of crooked system that will allow someone like Nancy Pelosi who – what does she make like $200,000 a year? She's worth $150 million! How the f*** did that happen?" Rogan wondered.
"If insider trading is illegal, how the f*** is it legal for her husband to make all these purchases of stock right before these giant deals came out that she negotiated? And then he gets this windfall and they get insanely wealthy! Over and over and over again!
"And there's no investigation into it, there's no talking about it. It's f***ing wild, man, It's wild sh**. And they think Putin's a mobster. What are YOU?"

Would three be better than two? While President Trump announced Friday that he'd be meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Alaska Aug. 15, word is now coming out of the White House that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky may also get an invitation.
According to NBC News, a senior U.S. official and three people briefed on the internal discussions say it is a possibility.
"It's being discussed," one of the people briefed on the discussions said. "Everyone is very hopeful that would happen."
Asked by NBC whether the U.S. had officially invited Zelensky to Alaska, a senior White House official said: "The president remains open to a trilateral summit with both leaders. Right now, the White House is focusing on planning the bilateral meeting requested by President Putin."
Hope is that Trump can effect a ceasefire or end of the Ukraine-Russia war, as he has with other global conflicts during his second term in office.
If Zelensky were to travel to Alaska, it is not clear if he and Putin would ever be in the same room, one of the people briefed on the discussions said.
Putin has not agreed to a ceasefire but proposed the outlines of an agreement to end the war that would allow Russia to keep large swaths of Ukrainian territory. Zelensky said Saturday that Ukrainians "will not give their land to occupiers."
Trump Friday spoke of "some swapping of territories to the betterment of both" nations.

A judge has scolded Democrats in Fulton County, Georgia, for creating a new definition of "shall" to include that when lawmakers used that word in a law, they really meant that something should happen, or could happen, but only if the politics line up with a leftist agenda.
The fight was over the appointment of two Republican-nominated individuals to be on the county board of elections.
The law says that Democrats shall nominate two candidates, Republicans two and the county a fifth.
However, Democrats on the board of county commissioners decided they didn't like the opinions of the two Republicans nominated, so they were going to ignore the law and they told the GOP to come up with other names, names of individuals that the Democrats would like.
David Emerson, Fulton County Courts judge, demolished their ideology.
"The court … notes that the appointment statute contains no provision to support the respondents' position that it should have the power to veto any given nominee and force the county chairperson to submit other nominees. There is nothing in the statute to support the BOC theory that the county commissioners can veto the chairperson's nominees other than for failure of the nominee to meet the two qualifications and one restriction (be a county resident, be an elector, and cannot be a holder of elected office).
"The court finds that the 'shall' as used here is mandatory, and the BOC does not have discretion to disapprove an otherwise qualified nominee. The court grants the petitioner's request for a writ of mandamus directing the BOC to comply with the statute: The board shall appoint the two members as nominated by the county executive committee chairperson. Those nominees are Jason Frazier and Julie Adams."
Constitutional scholar Jonathan Turley, who has testified as an expert on the Constitution before Congress and even represented members in court, said it was a loss for Democrats who now "have lost their effort to block two Republican commissioners from sitting on Fulton County's Board of Elections because of their political views."
He said significant was "not just the raw partisanship but the utter lack of legal authority of Democrats to refuse to recognize the duly selected GOP members."
The candidates to be put on the board now are Jason Frazier and Julie Adams.
One of the radicals opposing the Democratic process through which nominees are selected, Commissioner Marvin Arrington, had claimed, "I think the Republican party ought to take a look at their people and not nominate people that are on the far right and nominate people that are in the center."
Turley noted that, "While self-proclaimed defenders of democracy often seem to have no qualms about curtailing democratic choices from ballot cleansing to jurisdiction flight, this is particularly raw and outrageous. There is no law supporting this action and the state law is clear on the need to seat the GOP commissioners."
He said the board has two members appointed by the Democrat party, two named by the GOP, and a chief named by the Fulton commissioners.
The fight has resulted in the judge's decision that "crushed" the Democrats.
Emerson concluded Fulton County Commission did "not have the discretion to disapprove an otherwise qualified nominee."
The fight was over, Turley noted, the commissioners' demand to be allowed to "bar members based on their political views."
The Democrats, the judge pointed out, were claiming, "the 'shall' is not mandatory, but rather 'directory,' and that the county commissioners can exercise discretion to reject any nominee for any reason." The party members, in fact, were doing something that "harms the election process and deprives the nominating party of representation … ."

President Donald Trump on Tuesday threatened to federalize the government of the District of Columbia after a DOGE employee was brutally attacked on the street.
In a post on TruthSocial, the president also advocated for loosening the law to allow for the prosecution of people as young as 14 as adults.
Wrote Trump: "The Law in D.C. must be changed to prosecute these 'minors' as adults, and lock them up for a long time, starting at age 14. The most recent victim was beaten mercilessly by local thugs.
"Washington, D.C., must be safe, clean, and beautiful for all Americans and, importantly, for the World to see," Trump added. "If D.C. doesn't get its act together, and quickly, we will have no choice but to take Federal control of the City, and run this City how it should be run, and put criminals on notice that they're not going to get away with it anymore."
The post included an image of a young man "beat up by a bunch of thugs in D.C.," whom Trump later referred to as someone from DOGE. According to the Gateway Pundit, the man was DOGE team member Edward Coristine — known as "Big Balls" from the early days of DOGE under Elon Musk — allegedly beaten by eight black teens after he stopped to defend a woman who was being assaulted.
Trump referred to the incident at an event celebrating plans for the Summer Olympic Games slated for Los Angeles in 2028.

President Donald Trump on Monday went on the warpath against U.S. Sen. Elizabeth Warren after the Massachusetts Democrat triggered him concerning the cost of goods and services in America.
During an appearance on CNBC, Warren indicated: "Remember Donald Trump ran for office saying he would lower costs on Day One.
"Cost of groceries are up, cost of housing is up, cost of health care is up. And where is Donald Trump? He's passing a signature bill to throw people off their health care so he can do tax cuts for billionaires.
"Democrats are the people who say billionaires actually should pay their fair share and that we need to focus on affordability for American families, and that's what we're out there fighting for."
In response, Trump fired his own figurative arrows at Warren on Truth Social: "In just 6 months, I cut costs, especially Energy and Taxes, Tremendously. Elizabeth 'Pocahontas' Warren, on CNBC, said costs have gone up. She is just angry that I blew up her terrible Presidential Campaign. Call her out!!!"
Three minutes later, he was still sending smoke signals, saying: "Elizabeth Warren is a LOSER! She lies about everything, including the fact that she is an Indian. She's NOT. She's no Pocahontas!!!"
And the president concluded by targeting the network hosting Warren, saying: "Ask Pocahontas the real questions, CNBC!!!"
Meanwhile, Warren is also making headlines by voicing her strong support for Democratic Socialist Zohran Mandani in his bid for New York City mayor, saying Mamdani does, in fact, represent the message of the Democratic Party as a whole.
"When someone stands up and says, 'I will lead this city by making it more affordable and here are my plans, real plans, plans to deliver on child care, plans to deliver on housing, plans to deliver, we're gonna experiment, we're gonna try things on groceries,' that is the Democratic message," Warren said.

White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller is calling the Russia-collusion narrative against President Donald Trump "the single greatest hoax" in American history, and that "it meets the criminal elements of an insurrection."
"The Russia-collusion hoax against President Trump remains the single greatest hoax and the greatest assault on our democracy in the history of this country," Miller said on "Sunday Morning Futures" with Maria Bartiromo on the Fox News Channel.
"It was a coup, and I'm using that term literally."
"It was a coup to overthrow a democratically elected government. A coup carried out by the intelligence apparatus of this country, by the Deep State, by Hillary Clinton and the Democrat party. The new information that has been revealed by the director of national intelligence and by the FBI eliminates any scintilla of doubt about the intention, the premeditation, the planning and orchestration of this conspiracy.
"It meets all of the criminal elements of a seditious conspiracy against the United States, it meets the criminal elements of an insurrection, it meets the criminal elements of a conspiracy against the government, and the criminal elements of a conspiracy to deprive citizens of their civil rights under color of law. One egregious felony after another."
"Because it is a conspiracy, every single individual actor is now part of that conspiracy. So that includes [John] Brennan and [James] Clapper and [James] Comey and Hillary [Clinton] and [Adam] Schiff and everybody else who knowingly and willfully perpetrated this plot, this coup, this conspiracy, this scheme against President Trump and the government of the United States, and now is the time and the hour and the moment for accountability so that we can reclaim this democracy."
Miller noted: "The cost is incalculable of having the entire security apparatus of this country focusing on the hoax instead of the real national security threats facing America. Lie after lie after lie that was told to the American people."
"The charlatans that engaged in this conduct are beneath contempt. They are without dignity and they are beyond redemption. What they have done, you can't even measure."
Miller confirmed CIA Director John Ratcliffe's assertion that there is no statute of limitations in this case.
He concluded if we have a country where we allow Deep Staters to fabricate evidence to go after their political enemies, "It will never stop, it will never desist."
"We can't have that. There must be consequences."

Revision while Joe Biden was in office found positions created overestimated by 818,000
The commissioner of Labor Statistics was fired on Friday after the agency released a dismal jobs report based on President Donald Trump's economy, a report that multiple observers said was faulty.
It was the same operation that during Joe Biden's time in the White House overestimated the number of jobs created at that time, by 818,000, and then had to admit its blunders.
"I was just informed that our Country's 'Jobs Numbers' are being produced by a Biden Appointee, Dr. Erika McEntarfer, the Commissioner of Labor Statistics, who faked the Jobs Numbers before the Election to try and boost Kamala's chances of Victory," Trump announced.
"This is the same Bureau of Labor Statistics that overstated the Jobs Growth in March 2024 by approximately 818,000 and, then again, right before the 2024 Presidential Election, in August and September, by 112,000.:
Trump's statement continued, "These were Records — No one can be that wrong? We need accurate Jobs Numbers. I have directed my Team to fire this Biden Political Appointee, IMMEDIATELY. She will be replaced with someone much more competent and qualified. Important numbers like this must be fair and accurate, they can't be manipulated for political purposes. McEntarfer said there were only 73,000 Jobs added (a shock!) but, more importantly, that a major mistake was made by them, 258,000 Jobs downward, in the prior two months. Similar things happened in the first part of the year, always to the negative. The Economy is BOOMING under 'TRUMP' despite a Fed that also plays games, this time with Interest Rates, where they lowered them twice, and substantially, just before the Presidential Election, I assume in the hopes of getting 'Kamala' elected – How did that work out? Jerome 'Too Late' Powell should also be put 'out to pasture.' Thank you for your attention to this matter!"
In fact, during the Biden regime, the agency had to revise its job creation numbers downward by 818,000, a massive change that had, before being corrected, implied that jobs were booming under Biden when they were not.
It was the largest downward adjustment in 15 years.
At the Gateway Pundit was the comment, "President Trump on Friday fired the Biden-appointed Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) after she 'faked' the jobs numbers before the 2024 election to try to boost Kamala Harris's chances of a victory."
