President Donald Trump has issued a statement that he is designating Antifa, the coalition of leftists and left-oriented organizations that have done billions of dollars in damage to America through riots, protests, arson and murder in recent years, as a "MAJOR TERRORIST ORGANIZATION."
"I am pleased to inform our many U.S.A Patriots that I am designating ANTIFA, A SICK, DANGEROUS, RADICAL LEFT DISASTER, AS A MAJOR TERRORIST ORGANIZATION. I will also be strongly recommending that those funding ANTIFA be thoroughly investigated in accordance with the highest legal standards and practices. Thank you for your attention to this matter!" he announced.
The move comes only a week after Charlie Kirk, a titan of the conservative movement often targeted by Antifa and co-founder of Turning Point USA, was assassinated by an alleged left-winger radicalized by transgender ideologies.
Tyler Robinson, the suspect, is accused of engraving bullet casings with slogans like, "Hey fascist! Catch!" and more.
There already had been a proposal in Congress to impose that declaration, and leaders now have endorsed it.
Fox News reported House Freedom Caucus chair Rep. Andy Harris, R-Md., and other Republican lawmakers expressed strong support for Trump's plan.
They also supported the idea of investigating those who fund the protests and riots.
Antifa, which erupted across the United States at the time of George Floyd's death in Minneapolis several years ago, at the time was blamed for the billions of dollars in damages Antifa riots and violence cost American families, business and cities.
One leftist network, in fact, had a reporter stand in front of a city block engulfed in flames and describe the destruction as fiery but mostly peaceful.
Reports reveal an alleged Antifa cell tried to assassinate police officers in July.
And in Georgia, more than 60 individuals were accused in 2023 of domestic terrorism and material support charges "over Antifa and eco-terrorist violence," according to a report in the Federalist.
At the time it apparently was, the report said, the "first known Antifa case where law enforcement successfully 'followed the money,' raiding the Atlanta Solidarity Fund and its fiscal sponsor, The Network for Strong Communities, over charity fraud allegations for their alleged role in backing violent protests."
Leftists were worried, with the discredited Southern Poverty Law Center claiming, "The designation would grant federal law enforcement broad powers, under the federal terrorism code, to surveil and investigate anyone labeled as Antifa."
The comments came several years ago after Sens. Ted Cruz of Texas and Bill Cassidy of Louisiana introduced a resolution seeking to label Antifa a domestic terrorist organization.
"It could also allow federal law enforcement to broadly target anyone involved in protests viewed unfavorably by the Trump administration, even retroactively," the SPLC, an organization that routinely likens Christian organizations to KKK chapters, added.
WND had reported that the House of Representatives was at work on a parallel plan.
It is expediting legislation brought by Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., to designate Antifa.
She proposed the legislation a few months ago, and it has been pending before the House Committee on the Judiciary since.
She said that's changing.
"I just received word from the Speaker that he is fully supporting my bill to designate ANTIFA as a terrorist organization, and it will be placed in the State Department reauthorization bill that will be going through committee this week," Luna said on social media.
Online resources describe Antifa as a decentralized political movement.
While its supporters explain it is loosely structured and led by local activists, the movement has had massive amounts of cash with which to work, funding that definitely comes from major players.
Going forward, the FBI and Department of Homeland Security could make such local groups, leaders and even those funders a priority for their work against domestic terrorism.
The proposal cites multiple instances of violence from all across America allegedly committed or instigated by members of Antifa, situations that have left behind billions of dollars in damage and injured law enforcement officers.
"Over the summer of 2020, Antifa assisted in inflicting over $2,000,000,000 in damages against churches, Federal buildings, businesses, and other downtown structures across 20 States, resulting in the death of at least 30 individuals as well as 700 injured police officers," the legislation charges.
"[In] March 2023, Antifa-affiliated rioters set fire to the future Atlanta police training facility by launching fireworks, Molotov cocktails, and other destructive items at police officers and into the facility's construction site resulting in arrests of 23 extremists on charges of domestic terrorism."

Newly released FBI documents are raising more questions about the Biden family's connections to a gas company under investigation at one point by Ukrainian authorities for corruption, Burisma.
The company's links to the Biden family already have been documented to run deep: Hunter Biden was paid some $1 million a year for several years to be on its board, even though he lacked expertise in running an energy company.
And Joe Biden is on record that he used his power as vice president under Barack Obama to threaten Ukraine with the loss of a billion dollars in American tax help at the time if a prosecutor investigating Burisma wasn't fired.
Republicans have been raising questions about the scandal for years already, and now Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, has released declassified files that suggest additional bribery allegations against Joe Biden and his scandal-plagued son, Hunter.
A report at the New York Post explains the documents released by Grassley memorialize two interviews, from 2017 and 2019, in which FBI sources provided details about the Bidens being linked to "a possible foreign bribery 'scheme' with Mykola Zlochevsky, the owner of Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings."
One of the major concerns now is the suggestion that the FBI never even investigated those allegations.
"The informants alleged that Zlochevsky sought to offer then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko $100 million in 'shares and guaranteed profits from gas sales' to stop an 'Interpol investigation' into Burisma — in which Joe and Hunter Biden had 'money invested' via a Latvian 'shell company,'" the report said.
Those FBI sources charged Joe Biden met with Poroshenko "to protect the interests" of his son and, by extension, Zlochevsky, who was paying Hunter Biden $1 million per year from May 2014 to April 2019 to be on Burisma's board.
The informant told the FBI two CIA officers took Zlochevsky to Yuriy Lutsenko, the prosecutor general of Ukraine, and "The CIA officers allegedly said Zlochevsky is protected by the U.S. and urged Lutsenko to stop the investigation on Zlochevsky and let him back into Ukraine. A deal was made, so Zlochevsky could pay $3 million in damages to get back into Ukraine."
Other business deals benefitting the Bidens also were alleged.
"We aren't saying the allegations are true, we want to know what the FBI did to fully investigate their veracity or lack thereof, and what they concluded," Grassley said. "Let's put this matter to rest, one way or the other."
Another FBI document, from 2017, said, "JOSEPH BIDEN would 'take care' of BURISMA HOLDING issues around the World and POROSHENKO would protect ZLOCHEVSKY."
A previous FBI informant document, released by Grassley two years ago, had an informant claiming Joe and Hunter Biden each took a $5 million bribe from Zlochevsky to "protect" Burisma from a corruption probe. That information later pleaded guilty to making false statements and was sentenced to prison, although his prosecution later was put under a review.
Biden, as vice president, pressured Ukrainian officials to fire a Ukrainian prosecutor in December 2015 by threatening to withhold up to $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees. The prosecutor was ousted months later by a vote of the nation's parliament.
Editor's note: Please be aware of offensive language from Joe Biden.
Joe Biden then bragged about how he'd used the power of the American taxpayer purse to coerce Ukrainian officials to do his bidding regarding Burisma.
Grassley confirmed in a Tuesday hearing with FBI Director Kash Patel that "to date, the FBI has never answered Congress whether they investigated the text messages, the audio files, and financial records referenced in that 1023."
Senate investigators earlier confirmed that Joe Biden was made Obama's "public face" for Ukraine issues just as Hunter Biden and a friend were put on the payroll of the Burisma board.
There also have been allegations of Hunter Biden receiving a luxury car, and a huge diamond, amid his involvement in Ukraine.
And Hunter Biden was embroiled in a tax case, partly involving payments from Burisma, when at the close of Joe Biden's term in the White House, he issued a presidential pardon to hin some for all crimes committed.

The death penalty will be sought against the man suspected of assassinating Charlie Kirk, co-founder of the Turning Point USA, Trump supporter and faithful Christian husband and father.
That's according to a list of charges the suspect, Tyler Robinson, is facing.
They include aggravated murder, which is a capital offense and if he is convicted, the count would make Robinson subject to the state's firing squad death penalty.
It was the Utah County prosecutor who announced that there are seven crimes being charged against the suspect, who was arrested only about 30 hours after the shooting on a college campus in Orem, Utah.
A second count will be felony reckless discharge of a firearm causing bodily injury, and others are felony obstruction of justice for hiding the firearm, felony obstruction of justice for discarding the clothing he wore during the shooting, witness tampering for asking a roommate to DELETE incriminating messages, witness tampering for demanding trans roommate stay silent, and NOT speak to police and a count of commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child.
Because the death penalty is being sought, the suspect will be held without bail.

Reports over the past few days have noted, pointedly, that U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., launched a "vulgar and unapologetic tirade" against Charlie Kirk, who was gunned down by a known leftist has he held a free speech event at a Utah college.
She "openly mocked tributes" to the Turning Point USA co-founder, using offensive language to describe Kirk's fans.
In fact, the IJR reported she sneered after the death of the 31-year-old, "There are a lot of people who are talking about him [Kirk] just wanting to have a civil debate. These people are full of s*** and it's important for us to call them out while we feel anger and sadness."
Her decision to lash out at the high-profile conservative leader prompted criticism.
And now, perhaps, punishment.
A report at Fox News explains that one House Republican now is demanding that Omar be removed from her House committee assignments.
U.S. Rep. Buddy Carter, R-Ga., said he is introducing a resolution to remove Omar from the House Budget Committee and the House Committee on Education and the Workforce.
The report said Omar already has been getting backlash over her interview in which she blasted Kirk's opinions.
She claimed Kirk "downplayed slavery and what black people have gone through in this country by saying Juneteenth shouldn't exist."
She later tried to backtrack, going to social media with her claim, "While I disagreed with Charlie Kirk vehemently about his rhetoric, my heart breaks for his wife and children. I don't wish violence on anyone. My faith teaches me the power of peace, empathy, and compassion."
Carter said, "Disparaging Charlie Kirk's legacy, a God-fearing, honorable man, for boldly sharing his conservative beliefs is disgusting. The radical left has normalized meeting free speech with violence, and it must stop. No one who justifies the assassination of someone with different political views than them deserves to sit on a committee, and Ilhan Omar openly used language that incites violence toward her political opponents. Committees are for serious lawmakers, not hate-spewing politicians."

In the wake of last week's assassination of Charlie Kirk, a U.S. senator says "there must be consequences" for those who are celebrating the murder of the Christian champion and conservative giant.
Appearing on "Sunday Morning Futures" with Maria Bartiromo on the Fox News Channel, Sen. Katie Britt, R- Ala., who sits on the Senate Judiciary Committee, blasted the vicious hate and celebrations of Kirk's killing, saying: "It is absolutely disgusting. The rhetoric that led us to this moment, calling President Trump a fascist, calling him Hitler.
"You have news organizations in mainstream media celebrating that, allowing those things to take place and be said on their networks. That is dangerous."
Britt continued: "Now people that are celebrating Charlie's murder, celebrating a political assassination, that should never happen in the United States of America."
"We must do more. We must stand firm and there must be consequences with regards to people spewing that type of hate and celebration in the face of this, and I believe that there will be. And I certainly plan to hold them accountable.
"So if you are out there and you are celebrating the political assassination of a man who was exercising his free speech, a very foundational element, a cornerstone of who we are as the United States of America, you should be held accountable, you should fired. And that is the beginning and the end of it. Full stop."
As WorldNetDaily reported, some Americans have already been fired for their hateful comments about Kirk, including MSNBC political analyst Matthew Dowd, high-school social studies teacher Wynne Boliek of Greenville, South Carolina, transgender-identifying author Gretchen Felker-Martin, and an unidentified assistant dean at Middle Tennessee State University.
The U.S. Army also suspended and is investigating Maj. Bryan Bintliff, a reserve officer who goes by "Bryan Harlow" on social media and as an actor, and who cheered on Kirk's killing.
When asked by Bartiromo what could elected officials do about the problem, Britt responded: "We take what President Trump has already done. His leadership has been tremendous on this.
"You saw the Biden administration do absolutely nothing when it came to what was happening on college campuses, to our Jewish brothers and sisters. President Trump said that will not happened under my watch. You see him and the Department of Education with Secretary [Linda] McMahon saying we're gonna hold you accountable for these things.
"That's exactly what we have to do. In appropriations hearings we've got to ask those questions. We've got to make sure free speech is held and this hate speech is gone."
Britt explained: "We're gonna continue to push forward this vision that Charlie had for America of young people coming together, standing up, using their voice and having the courage to make things better, we'll make sure that continues."
"When they are celebrating his death online, not only is that sick and twisted and dehumanizing, but what they're also saying is, particularly on these college campuses to all of these students is … 'Silence your voice.'
"They are essentially saying, Maria, that if you don't think like me, that I believe that we can take your life and that should be celebrated, and that is sick and twisted. And we must stand up in a unifying way as Americans and say we will not tolerate that."

A prominent voice in American media is calling for an "end of the America left" after this week's extreme violence, the assassination of conservative free speech advocate Charlie Kirk of Turning Point USA, and the subsequent online chatter praising the murder.
A suspect was arrested early Friday, Tyler Robinson, 22, of Utah, who has been described as hating Kirk and objecting to his presence at a Utah school where he was shot.
The left was condemned in a commentary by John Daniel Davidson, a senior editor at the Federalist, whose writings widely have been used in multiple publications.
"Their cause is revolutionary and inherently violent, and if we don't stamp it out completely it will consume and eventually destroy this country. We can be a constitutional republic of free citizens or we can be ruled by a leftist revolutionary regime. We cannot be both, which means we can no longer tolerate the violent leftist radicals among us," he warned.
"So how should the right respond? On the formal institutional level, The Trump administration should dismantle the entire ecosystem of left-wing political activism in America. Antifa and BLM groups need to have their assets seized and donor lists scrutinized. The left-wing billionaires who fund these organizations need to be criminally investigated and charged if possible. Groups tied to transgenderism, Palestine/Hamas, socialism and other radical leftist causes should be targeted using every tool available to the Justice Department and federal law enforcement agencies. The law should be applied maximally to these groups and the individuals who lead them and fund them," he suggested.
He noted Kirk himself had written months ago about "how assassination culture is spreading on the left."
Those comments included surveys that 48% of liberals think it would be at least somewhat justified to murder Elon Musk, and 55% said the same of President Trump.
"The left is being whipped into a violent frenzy. Any setback, whether losing an election or losing a court case, justifies a maximally violent response," Kirk said at the time. "This is the natural outgrowth of left-wing protest culture tolerating violence and mayhem for years on end. The cowardice of local prosecutors and school officials have turned the left into a ticking time bomb."
The suspect accused in Kirk's murder "reportedly engraved transgender and antifascist slogans on the bullets in the rifle he used to kill Kirk, confirming what everyone already knew, that Kirk's assassination was motivated by radical leftist ideology."
It results from "the deliberate cultivation of violence by the institutional left as a political strategy. That's what Kirk was getting at in his X post. Those in positions of authority — in public schools and universities, in the media, in the Democratic Party, in Hollywood and Silicon Valley — have for many years encouraged and themselves engaged in violent political rhetoric, and at times openly endorsed political violence. Why? Because violence is at the center of the left's political project," Davidson explained.
He warned of "disingenuous" comments coming from the likes of Barack Obama, who had a "close association with violent, unrepentant left-wing terrorists Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn of The Weather Underground," yet still associated with "mainstream Democratic politics."
"There is no place in this country for Obama-style political leftism that pretends to abhor violence while tacitly and rhetorically embracing it. It's not an overstatement to say that the politics of Ayers and Obama and the mainstream political left in America created the shooter who killed Kirk."
The 1970s violence included nearly "five bombs a day" in American cities, ignited by "left-wing terrorists."
"Eventually, this rash of left-wing terrorism came to an end — not because the leftist radicals were beaten, or because they mellowed out, but because they won. They infiltrated and took over our institutions, the universities and the media and corporate America, and eventually put one of their disciples, Obama, in the White House," Davidson explained.
That makes violence "foundational to the left's entire revolutionary political project going back more than a half-century in this country."
That's why, he said, so many left-wingers are "justifying" Kirk's murder.
"These are the same people who cheered when Trump supporters or vaccine skeptics died of Covid, or celebrated when Hamas slaughtered Israeli civilians on Oct. 7, 2023. Some of these leftists are members of the U.S. House of Representatives, who loudly protested a moment of prayer on Kirk's behalf as he was dying."
He warned, "For the left, politics is a religion — not like Christianity but more like Islam. If you submit, you'll be permitted to live. If you don't, you must be destroyed."
If Democrats are "implicated, so be it."
"It might be that the DNC and the Democratic Party itself need to be destroyed, root and branch. In the near term, Democrat politicians like Rep. Ilhan Omar, who mocked Kirk after he was killed, should be expelled from Congress by the Republican majority," he said.

In the face of the Democrats' persistent and recalcitrant opposition to any and all nominees presented by the administration of President Donald Trump for approval by the U.S. Senate, the Republican majority there is taking drastic action.
They've changed rules, taking the so-called "nuclear option" to facilitate the Senate endorsement of the workers Trump needs to carry out his work to repair and restore America following years of damage by the Joe Biden regime.
A recent attempt at a bipartisan agreement failed, so they adopted a rules change with a simple majority vote to break through the Democrats' blockade, demanded by Minority Leader Chuck Schumer. Approval of nominees now will take just 51 votes instead of 60.
Lawmakers were frustrated that, through the first eight months of Trump's presidency, not a single nominee had moved through fast-track unanimous consent or voice votes. Democrats had launched opposition to each and every person.
It was in a report at Cowboy State Daily in Wyoming that Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyo., called out Schumer, a New York Democrat, for his unprecedented stalling.
More than 1,000 presidential appointments remain in limbo because of the Democrats.
"Typically, the minority party allows obscure, noncontroversial nominees to be approved in large batches, known as 'en banc.' This usually happens through unanimous consent or a voice vote, both of which are quick procedures. But this Congress, Senate Democrats have not allowed a single nominee of this nature to be confirmed by such expedited measures. Instead, Democrats have insisted on two hours of debate for each nominee, followed by separate, time-consuming roll call votes on each one."
The report explained it's a lost cause for Democrats, and they actually have rarely debated the nominees. "But their tactics have slowed Senate business — including legislation — to a crawl."
"Senate Democrats have shamefully blocked President Trump's qualified nominees at an unprecedented rate this year, preventing critical Senate-confirmed personnel from effectively running federal agencies and hampering our ability to conduct other essential business for the American people," U.S. Sen. Cynthia Lummis, R-Wyoming, told Cowboy State Daily.
Barrasso explained the Democrat agenda: "Senate Democrats would filibuster the White House janitor if they had the opportunity."
In fact, the report noted Democrats have been demanding Republicans fund their pet leftist projects in order for them to cooperate on the nominees.
Barrasso accused Schumer of holding nominees "for ransom."
Fox reported it's only the fourth time in Senate history it has gone "nuclear."
The change now will allow the Senate to vote on Trump nominees in batches.
Exempted from the change are nominations for judicial nominees.
Schumer claimed, without providing evidence, that the Senate would now be voting on "unqualified" nominees.
Thune said enough was enough.
"It's time to move. Time to quit stalling. Time to vote. It's time to fix this place."

A political analyst for the leftist MSNBC has been fired for his hate-filled comments about Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated at a Turning Points USA event in Utah on Wednesday.
The analyst, Matthew Dowd, had accused the conservative activist of "hate speech" and claimed that was the reason for the violence.
A report at Fox News said Dowd was on video suggesting "hateful" rhetoric from Charlie Kirk "led to his own assassination."
The report cited "two sources" familiar with the matter.
The network already had denounced Dowd's claims.
"During our breaking news coverage of the shooting of Charlie Kirk, Matthew Dowd made comments that were inappropriate, insensitive and unacceptable," MSNBC President Rebecca Kutler said in a statement. "We apologize for his statements, as has he. There is no place for violence in America, political or otherwise."
Dowd had been at ABC for years, then joined MSNBC in 2022.
After the shooting first was reported, Dowd told MSNBC's Katy Tur, "We don't know any of the full details of this yet. We don't know if this was a supporter shooting their gun off in celebration."
Then he said Kirk was "one of the most divisive, especially divisive younger figures in this, who is constantly sort of pushing this sort of hate speech or sort of aimed at certain groups. And I always go back to, hateful thoughts lead to hateful words, which then lead to hateful actions."
Dowd charged ahead with, "I think that's the environment we're in, that the people just — you can't stop with these sort of awful thoughts you have, and then saying these awful words, and not expect awful actions to take place. And that's the unfortunate environment we're in."
Dowd shortly later went to social media to try to soften his own rhetoric.
"In an earlier appearance on MSNBC I was asked a question on the environment we are in. I apologize for my tone and words. Let me be clear, I in no way intended for my comments to blame Kirk for this horrendous attack. Let us all come together and condemn violence of any kind," Dowd wrote.
The report confirmed, "Dowd, a Democrat who was formerly a Republican strategist and an independent, is one of the most rabidly anti-GOP voices on cable news. He made a failed bid for the Democratic nomination for Texas lieutenant governor in 2021."
Fox News' Jesse Watters was among those responding: "Dowd should be fired immediately; I expect him to be terminated within 24 hours. You can't say Charlie deserved to die. You just can't say that, and I hope he loses his job."

FBI Director Kash Patel says a person of interest arrested in Wednesday's assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah, has now been released.
"The subject in custody has been released after an interrogation by law enforcement," Patel said on X.
"Our investigation continues and we will continue to release information in interest of transparency."
Radio traffic from Utah County Public Safety earlier in the day had a dispatcher saying: "Description on the male: All in black, long pants, black bag, aviator-style sunglasses with a long gun."
It is believed the shooter fired a weapon from a long distance, striking the founder of Turning Point USA who was speaking while seated under a tent.
"Our nation is broken," said Republican Utah Gov. Spencer Cox at an afternoon news conference. "Nothing I say can unite us as a country. … Nothing I say can bring back Charlie Kirk."
"I don't care what his politics are. I care that he's an American," he continued. "We just need every single person in this country to think about where we are and where we want to be."
"I pray that those who hate what Charlie Kirk stood for will put down their social media and pen and pray for his family and that all of us will try to find a way to stop hating our fellow Americans."
"I just want to remind people we still have the death penalty in the state of Utah."
As the manhunt was under way, Jesse Watters of Fox News expressed some doubt the assailant being captured.
"If you look at the geography around the area, you can just walk down from that building, get in your vehicle and you can be in the mountains in ten minutes," Watters said on "The Five."
"You could be at the airport in Provo in five minutes. I'm a little worried that this manhunt is gonna go on for a long time because if they don't have this guy now, there is no telling where he or she or they could be."
Dana Perino on the same program noted: "It's very scary to think that this person may have gotten away."
Kennedy, host of "Kennedy Saves the World," said the shooting was intended to send a message.
"It's absolutely a message. This is a message meant to silence people," she said.
"This is an assassination. This is an act of terrorism because although Charlie Kirk was not a politician, he was political and he was powerful and his power came from joy and igniting a movement and being really, really convincing."
"That person intended for this assassination to silence everyone who agrees with him, and to silence everyone who wants to go out on a limb and make their case and refute so much of what especially younger people are being fed."
Fox News anchor Greg Gutfeld said of the message: "It's like, you could be next. … It feels professional."

In a stunning development out of the leftist-run state of Michigan, a judge there has abruptly dismissed the state's lawfare charges against those individuals who offered themselves as alternate electors, for President Donald Trump, during the disputed 2020 presidential election.
Democrat officials in the state had claimed that they were guilty of offenses like forgery, conspiracy and such because they believed there were problems with the election and they wanted to protect the rights of Trump voters to be represented should their suspicions be documented.
In effect, they were "exercising their constitutional right to seek redress," according to the judge in the case, Kristin Simmons.
The verdict in the case:
Alternate slates of electors have been used by both major political parties in America over the years. The 2020 race generated charges of election fraud because not only was there documented fraud, but there were two undue influences that undoubtedly skewed the election.
One was that Mark Zuckerberg handed out $400 million plus to local elections officials who mostly used it to recruit voters from Democrat districts.
No private funding like that amount ever had appeared in a U.S. election.
Then, too, there was the FBI's decision to interfere in the election. Despite knowing it was true, the bureau warned media corporations to suppress accurate information about Biden family scandals documented in a laptop computer abandoned by Hunter Biden at a repair shop.
A subsequent polling revealed that had those details been reported ordinarily, enough voters would have withheld their support for Joe Biden to cause him to lose the election.
The judge found that the Constitution provides protections for peaceably assembling and petitioning the government, and that's what Michigan's alternates did during the 2020 race.
The Gateway Pundit listed the charges the leftist authorities in Michigan had created against the defendants, including multiple counts of forgery and conspiracy.
The publication even cited a video of leftist Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, the radical activist behind many of the election issues in the state, including the case against the alternates.
In that video Nessel confirmed that the alternates truly believed what they were doing was right, meaning she knew there was no intent to commit a fraud or a deception.
The judge founds, "I believe they were exercising their constitutional rights to seek redress, and that's based on the statements of all of the people's witnesses. And for those reasons, these cases will not be bound over to the circuit court and this case will be dismissed."
The Gateway Pundit called the ruling "a major gut-punch" to Nessel, a "Democrat activist."
