First Lady Melania Trump told the New York Post on Monday that her next project will be to lead the Presidential Artificial Intelligence Challenge, which will educate children about AI and how it can be used for innovation.

Trump seems to be parlaying her advocacy for the Take It Down Act, which combats AI deepfakes, into a broader role related to AI and how children experience it today and in the future.

“Creating my AI Audiobook opened my eyes to the countless opportunities and risks this new technology brings to American society,” Trump told the Post.

“In just a few short years, AI will be the engine driving every business sector across our economy. It is poised to deliver great value to our careers, families, and communities," she continued. “Just as America once led the world into the skies with the Wright Brothers, we are poised to lead again —this time in the age of AI.”

The challenge

In some ways like the Presidential Fitness Challenge, this challenge will involve groups of students using AI tools to create a phone app or website that solves a community problem.

Large language models, robotics, computer vision, decision trees, and neural networks are some of the tools that will be used.

The top teams will present their work in Washington, D.C., even at the White House, and could win a certificate of achievement, Cloud credits, or a $10,000 check.

State champions will be chosen in March, and national champions in June.

"Only the beginning"

“The Presidential AI Challenge marks our first step in equipping every child with the knowledge base and tools to utilize this emerging technology,” Trump said.

“But this is only the beginning. It is essential that every member of our academic community, including our great educators, administrators, and students rise to this historic challenge with ongoing curiosity, perseverance, and ingenuity.”

Her leadership of the challenge fits right in with her "Be Best" initiative from her husband's first term, which encouraged and empowered youth to educate themselves and make good choices for their future.

Her previous initiatives involved internet safety as part of their scope.

“It’s heartbreaking to witness young teens, especially girls, grappling with the overwhelming challenges posed by malicious online content, like deepfakes,” she told a Capitol Hill roundtable in March to promote passage of the Take It Down Act.

“We must prioritize their well-being by equipping them with the support and tools necessary to navigate this hostile digital landscape.”

During a two-day interview with Deputy U.S. Attorney Todd Blanche, convicted Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell said that she never observed former President Bill Clinton getting a massage on Epstein's plane.

“Do you know whether, for example, President Clinton ever received a massage?” Blanche asked Maxwell.

“I don’t believe he did,” Maxwell said, after which Blanche asked why she didn't think so. “Well, because I don’t—so that’s a good question. The time that Epstein and President Clinton spent together, the only times I believe—well, obviously they traveled. There was that, you know, the plane, they went on the plane 26 times or whatever … So they spent time on the plane together, and I don’t believe there was ever a massage on the plane. So that would’ve been the only time that I think that President Clinton could have even received a massage. And he didn’t, because I was there.”

Conflicting reports

The interview seems to conflict with photos and a Daily Caller interview given by Epstein accuser Chauntae Davies, who said that she massaged Clinton's neck on a flight in 2002.

Davies said that Maxwell encouraged her to massage Clinton, but just to get some kinks out of his neck. There are photos of Davies massaging Clinton's neck while he smiles and laughs.

Another Epstein accuser, Virginia Giuffre, who died in April by suicide, said that Clinton visited Epstein's private island, where orgies were common, but she never personally observed him participating in any illicit activities there.

Clinton's spokesperson said after Maxwell's arrest in July 2020 that he had "never been to little St. James Island," where the alleged orgies took place.

“He’d not spoken to Epstein in well over a decade,” spokesman Angel Ureña told Newsweek. “Well before his terrible crimes came to light.”

"A gentleman in all respects"

Maxwell also threw cold water on the narrative that President Donald Trump was refusing to release the Epstein files publicly because he was named as a wrongdoer in them.

“I actually never saw the President in any type of massage setting. I never witnessed the President in any inappropriate setting in any way. The President was never inappropriate with anybody,” she said.

“In the times that I was with him, he was a gentleman in all respects," she added.

She also said that she didn't have knowledge of Trump giving Epstein a lewd birthday card, a narrative which was leaked to the press but has been denied by Trump.

Maxwell ostensibly offered the in-depth interview in an effort to receive a shortened jail sentence as Epstein's accomplice. She is serving 20 years for helping him recruit underage girls and women that he allegedly trafficked for the orgies on his island.

The public has been clamoring for the release of all the Epstein files since Trump took office, but so far that has not happened.

Peter Navarro is calling for an investigation into FBI agents who targeted him and President Donald Trump with political investigations.

Navarro specifically called for an investigation into Walter Giardina, an agent who was recently fired by FBI Director Kash Patel.

Navarro told Breitbart News, "The FBI and the DOJ went after Donald John Trump, dating back from 2016 all the way to President Trump being elected in November of 2024."

It was the Obama administration that worked with Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign to launch the Russian collusion hoax, and Obama's FBI did much of the heavy lifting in the campaign to crush Trump's presidential run.

While Patel has been purging the FBI of those political actors, it's clear that simply firing these people isn't enough. Navarro, along with many Trump supporters, want criminal consequences for the blatant political corruption of the past decade.

Time For Justice

Navarro singled out Giardina for his role in the Russian collusion hoax saying, "So the Giardina story starts in 2016 with the Christopher Steele dossier. That was the dossier. It was totally fake. It was presented as an intelligence report, paid for by Hillary Clinton, and the whole purpose of that was to create a Russia, Russia, Russia hoax."

The Steele dossier was the subject of intense scrutiny for years, as it was the basis of the allegations against Trump. We now know that it was fraudulent and paid for by the Clinton campaign, and Obama's FBI accepted the dossier without investigating it.

Navarro continued by explaining, "And once that was done, that set in motion the whole ball of wax. It set in motion Crossfire Hurricane operation by the FBI and DOJ to get Trump. That, in turn, morphed into the Mueller report."

Giardina, as one of the chief architects of the corrupt investigation against Trump, must pay the price or there will be no deterent for political ideologues in the future to weild the power of the justice system for poltiical purposes.

Navarro pointed this out by saying, "The left’s trying to make him a martyr. … This son of a bitch is not a martyr. He’s an insurrectionist, in my view, and he committed treason against his country by trying to in different operations — either interfere with the 2016 and 2020 elections, or overthrow Donald Trump."

Time For Revenge

Democrats have screeched about every act that the Trump administration has taken against those who subverted the justice system to attack Donald Trump in 2016, 2020, and 2024.

Trump and the American people deserve justice, and maybe a bit of revenge, for the decade of chaos that leftists like Giardina caused.

Navarro finished off his comments by saying, "[Giardina] didn’t give a shit about perp-walking my fiancée. He didn’t care when Jeff Clark’s home got raided and his family got terrorized. He didn’t care when Mar-a-Lago got raided and they went through Melania’s closets. This is a man who has tried to, in my judgment, overthrow the government of the United States, using the powers of the FBI in an abusive way."

Democrats had no issues when the power of the FBI was being used to target their political opponents, but now the shoe is on the other foot.

Ghislaine Maxwell, the right-hand woman of the late billionaire sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, is disputing the claim that Epstein died by suicide.

According to newly released interview transcripts, Maxwell was adamant that Epstein didn't kill himself, echoing a sentiment that has reigned supreme ever since Epstein's suspicious death in a prison cell that was labeled a suicide.

The hundreds of pages of redacted transcripts and handful of audio clips released on Friday come after months of demands from both conservative and liberal voters who want transparency on Epstein's death.

Epstein was too powerful and too well-connected, and it was expected that his testimony in his sex trafficking trial would likely implicate many extremely powerful individuals in his horrific crimes.

When Epstein died of "suicide" in a prison cell, while the prison's camera system was conveniently down for maintenance, it created a wave of outrage. Now the Trump administration is doing its best to be transparent, and Maxwell's interview transcripts are a big step in accomplishing that goal.

Maxwell Is The Key

Maxwell is the key to uncovering the truth about Epstein's sex trafficking network that reportedly serviced the rich and powerful for decades.

While Maxwell herself is no doubt a monster who is complicit in Epstein's crimes, her testimony and statements are invaluable for uncovering the truth and even exposing some of Epstein's affluent and powerful clients.

Epstein was connected to every high-profile figure, from Donald Trump, who was New York's biggest real estate tycoon, to former President Bill Clinton, who spent a significant amount of time on Epstein's private jets and island resorts.

Many leftists claim that Trump was likely involved in Epstein's criminal enterprises, but Maxwell refuted those claims, and this is supported by Trump's public falling out with Epstein over twenty years ago.

Furthermore, there was no chance that there was dirt on Trump related to Epstein that the previous administration wouldn't have used. If there was evidence that Trump was a participant in Epstein's crimes, it would have been rolled out by Biden's presidential campaign.

Maxwell is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence for sex trafficking a minor to Epstein and other sex crimes, which likely constitute a fraction of her crimes. However, if the Trump administration can continue to get her to talk, it's likely that more significant information will come out.

Maxwell Pardon

There are rumors that Maxwell could be angling for a pardon from Trump, but it's likely that Maxwell would have to trade truly monumental information in order to land a pardon, considering her extensive crimes against children.

Maxwell's attorney suggested that she would be willing to testify in front of Congress if Trump agreed to give her clemency. Whether Trump would be willing to grant that privilege depends on how many names Maxwell can give up.

This situation is an ongoing story to keep a close eye on. For the first time in years, there is a real chance that Americans will get justice, and the rich and powerful might actually face consequences after decades of immunity.

A former FBI agent speculated on the "Just the News, No Noise" TV show that those who orchestrated the "Russiagate" scandal against President Donald Trump in 2016 could face subversion or racketeering charges if prosecutors were able to build a case against them.

Jonathan Gilliam, also a former Navy Seal, said, "I think also what we have to start looking at is things like subversion. You know, subversion, like treason and insurrection...these are all criminal actions that there's law for."

Memos that were declassified this week showed that James Comey personally authorized the leaking of classified information to the media in 2016 just before the election, and that prosecutors knew this but declined to bring charges against him.

ex-FBI general counsel James Baker and ex-Comey chief of staff James Rybicki provided the information about Comey to federal prosecutors, but memos showing this were redacted until Attorney General Pam Bondi unredacted them this week.

What was the motive?

"When you look at those types of crimes...okay, maybe they leaked this information, but was their motive and intent to subvert the government of the United States, or a standing president, or a president that was coming into office?" Gilliam said. "If that's the case, then the statute of limitations goes out the door."

Subversion refers to actions that undermine a government or political system.

Charging government officials who clearly tried their best to destroy Trump's credibility and reputation both before and after he won the 2016 presidential election with subversion would be a novel way to bring them to justice.

If it works, it would most likely discourage other government officials from using similar tactics in an attempt to bring down their opponents.

RICO

Another tactic that Gilliam thinks could work isn't novel, and has already been tried against Trump: a racketeering charge against those who conspired to put forth the false Russiagate narrative.

"I believe it's important for them to go forward on a RICO case, because they link all of these individuals, and they can show whether the statute of limitations for those particular crimes have gone," Gilliam said. "Let's say they've passed, but they can show that two or more people were involved in these crimes for the purpose of furthering their criminal enterprise. That's a RICO charge."

RICO charges are a way to get around the statute of limitations, but is that the smartest way to go?

It might be difficult to prove RICO charges, in the same way it was for prosecutors who were shut down against Trump for the same charges.

Perjury too?

Comey could also face perjury charges, since he testified to Congress that he had never authorized any leaks within the apartment and was not a source for the media himself.

House member Tim Burchett (R-TN) reacted to the documents, saying, "I have to talk to an attorney about what the definition of treason is, but at the very least it's collusion. I think a felony was committed. I think that the cover-up is, in this case, maybe even worse than the crime, because you got to ask yourself, whatever, what else were they covering up?"

President Donald Trump caused controversy with more than one of his cabinet nominations, but possibly the most polarizing has been Department of Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.

Hegseth, who is a veteran, both of the military and being in the public eye (due to his time at Fox News), has taken serious heat while in office, and now, some believe that the left might want him dead.

According to Breitbart News’ John Nolte, the Washington Post must want something bad to happen, as it’s the only reasonable explanation for a recent article.

The piece in question uncovered the secretary’s security protocols and asserted that he has too much security.

The Claim

Nolte referenced an article, headlined “Hegseth’s expansive security requirements tax Army protective unit.”

The article’s sub-headline read: “The agency tasked with protecting Defense Department leaders is under significant strain, and the secretary’s atypical needs are becoming untenable, officials say.”

While none of the officials were named, the article made it apparent who the target of the frustration was, ultimately causing a serious security concern for the DOD head.

From Lawmakers

Even some lawmakers spoke out in defense of Hegseth, castigating those who have come after the defense secretary.

Among those is Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.), who said in an op-ed for Breitbart News that "It's clear as day... efforts to embarrass @PeteHegseth are nothing more than desperate attempts to salvage reputations and distract from the successes he is already having at the Pentagon.

"I know the folks I have talked to in my state of Alabama appreciate a leader who’s not afraid to question the status quo in Washington. We need a Secretary of Defense who’s focused on one thing—defending America. And that’s what Pete Hegseth is doing."

More Controversy

While his affiliation with Trump and some security concerns have caused enough mayhem, Hegseth’s alignment with Christian nationalism has also caused a significant kerfuffle.

Pastor Doug Wilson of the Communion of Reformed Evangelical Churches said publicly in a recent interview that Hegseth is “a member in good standing” at a sister church to his own.

During the same interview, Wilson made comments opposing women’s suffrage, and women’s rights to vote that many considered problematic.

President Donald Trump has once again been targeted by someone who wants to neutralize him in his position as President of the United States.

According to recent reports, 50-year-old Nathalie Rose Jones from Lafayette, Indiana, was arrested during a Washington, D.C. protest for making claims about harming Trump, as The Hill reported.

U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro spoke for the attorney’s office in the District of Columbia, saying that the individual in custody made some egregious threats against Trump, and the arrest was necessary.

“Threatening the life of the President is one of the most serious crimes and one that will be met with swift and unwavering prosecution. Make no mistake—justice will be served,” Pirro said.

The charges

Jones was arrested on a multiplicity of charges, including threatening to kill, kidnap, or inflict harm on Trump.

She posted about the threats in question as part of now-deleted content between Aug. 6 and Aug 16.

In one of the posts, Jones reportedly said, “I am willing to sacrificially kill this POTUS by disemboweling him and cutting out his trachea with Liz Cheney and all The Affirmation present.”

The posts were on her Facebook page almost daily, tagging the White House, and calling the president a fascist, among other things, attempting to spur action against Trump.

The arrest

The Secret Service issued a report on Jones, recording that she said in an interview that “if she had the opportunity, she would take the President’s life and would kill him with a bladed knife, carrying out her mission of avenging the lives lost during COVID.”

The woman was eventually arrested at an August 16 protest that took place at Dupont Circle, where the Secret Service again interviewed her, to disturbing ends.

According to the officers, she again admitted to making threats against Trump, but denied having any desire to hurt the president at that time.

From the presidential protection

The Secret Service was clear and concise about their response to the woman’s actions, with Special Agent in Charge Matt McCool of the U.S. Secret Service, Washington Field Office, offering comment on the issue.

“Protecting the President of the United States is our highest priority, and every potential threat is addressed with the utmost seriousness,” McCool said, according to the DOJ.

“Special Agents from New York and Washington, DC, working in close coordination with prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, acted swiftly and decisively to neutralize this alleged threat before it could escalate. We are deeply grateful to the dedicated professionals who worked tirelessly to advance this investigation and safeguard our nation’s leadership.”

The impending move of Prince William and Princess Kate Middleton has displaced two families from their homes so that the family can have more privacy, Fox News reported.

The family of five will move to Forest Lodge in Windsor Great Park later this year. The new home has eight bedrooms and is in close proximity to their current four-bedroom home, Adelaide Cottage, where they moved in 2022.

The couple's three children, George, 12, Charlotte, 10, and Louis, 7, attend Lambrook co-ed prep school in the nearby area.

In the process of renovating the property for the Wales family's arrival, a source told Fox News Digital that two families living close to the lodge were asked to relocate.

"Told to move out"

"They were told to move out," the source claimed. "I guess they were given somewhere else, but they were told they had to move. They were not expecting it.

"Those houses are very close to the Lodge, so they're not going to want any Tom, Dick, or Harry living in those houses if there are going to be royals there."

Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams stressed that the displaced tenant families were given similar or better lodgings on the Crown Estate, the same 4,800 acre development where they had lived.

"They were reportedly in close proximity to the Lodge," Fitzwilliams explained. "The Prince and Princess of Wales need shelter from the enormous pressures of royal life with a media circus watching everything they do."

Renovations

New shrubs were planted and a fence with black mesh privacy screens was recently installed at the lodge so that the family would not be intruded upon when they move in.

Fox News said that the family is paying for the renovations themselves. As heir to the throne, William receives $30 million per year or so from the Dutchy of Cornwall.

Royal expert Ian Pelham Turner said there have been some skeptics saying the estate is not "grand enough" for a future king, but the move could signal a change to a humbler way of life for royal families.

The Wales family is expected to keep living at the lodge even after William ascends to the throne.

Both Kate and her father-in-law, King Charles III, 76, battled cancer in 2024, but Kate is now in remission, while the king continues treatments.

Some have reported that his health is deteriorating, but he has returned to royal duties and said in July that he is feeling "fine."

After an hours-long battle in court on Friday, the Trump administration has backed off from its Thursday attempt to temporarily replace Washington, D.C. Police Chief Pamela Smith with DEA head Troy Cole in an emergency capacity.

After agreeing to leave Smith in control, Attorney General Pam Bondi issued a memo directing D.C. police to comply with federal immigration laws even if they conflict with city laws, which prohibit police from cooperating with ICE in some cases.

U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes asked the administration and the city to compromise on a solution to the issues that have arisen out of the federal takeover of the district.

“The way I read the statute, the president can ask, the mayor must provide, but the president can’t control,” the Biden-appointed judge said.

DC must comply

In other words, President Donald Trump and his executive branch cannot directly control the execution of laws in D.C., but he can ask the mayor to direct police to follow immigration laws and the mayor must do so.

If push came to shove and no agreement had been forthcoming, Reyes said she would block the Trump administration from replacing Smith.

Faced with this outcome, the administration decided to follow the judge's orders and direct police to do what they wanted, which is to comply with federal immigration laws.

"Never seen" such a "dangerous directive"

In her court filing against Trump and the administration, Smith said,  “In my nearly three decades in law enforcement, I have never seen a single government action that would cause a greater threat to law and order than this dangerous directive."

That seems like a gross exaggeration, but it stands to reason that Smith would not want to be summarily replaced by the executive branch.

In reality, it's another instance where Trump just wants to get the job done and isn't so thoughtful about the nuances of how to work within the existing system to do so.

Having success

All in all, Trump's federalization of D.C. has been pretty successful so far, with more than 100 arrests including dozens of illegal immigrants.

They are closing down homeless encampments and offering help and housing to those who were living in them, which should bring a huge improvement to the city.

Trump is correct that the nation's capital should not be an area that is mostly slums and full of drugs and violent crime.

After five total years of living there and having one of his top people brutally attacked, he's had enough.

Amid President Donald Trump's crackdown on crime in Washington, D.C., it's become clear that the American people fully trust Trump and the GOP to clean up American cities.

Polling data has found that despite all the screeching from Democrats, Trump's federalization of the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police Department was a popular move, and similar action in other cities has support from Americans tired of rampant crime.

Even CNN's analysts were forced to admit that Trump had made a masterful play by striking at the center of one of the Democratic Party's toughest strongholds in the nation's capital.

CNN's Elie Honig and CNN chief data analyst Harry Enten both admitted that Trump's tough-on-crime stances, from enforcement actions in Los Angeles to the southern border, have gained the approval of a majority of voters.

Cracking down on crime is a sure-fire way to garner support with voters, and the Democrat Party made a rookie mistake by playing into Trump's hands so easily.

Cracking Down On Crime

CNN's Harry Enten broke down this situation by saying, “Americans view Trump far more favorably now on crime than they did a year ago. And while this polling doesn’t take into account what’s exactly happening in D.C. right now, it does take into account what happened in Los Angeles, what’s happened earlier this year, and Americans, for the most part, actually view Trump favorably."

Democrats claim that Trump's actions in D.C. are "fascist," but that message has not resonated with voters who are watching Trump crack down on crime that has been tolerated for too long by D.C.'s Democrat leadership.

Videos of rampant crime and disorder go viral seemingly every day, and Americans have become increasingly aware of the wave of crime that has infected American cities run by Democrat Mayors and city councils.

Enten continued in his analysis of the issue by saying, "Donald Trump is like Air Jordan towering over Joe Biden when it comes to their handling of crime. Look, in 2024, look at where Biden’s net approval was on crime: way under water there, at minus 26 points. It was one of Biden’s worst issues — granted, pretty much every issue was one of Biden’s worst issues."

Enten finally came to the obvious conclusion by saying, "So Americans vastly prefer Donald Trump’s approach to crime than they did to Joe Biden’s. And again, I think it gets back to the point that Americans are far more hawkish on crime than a lot of Democrats want to admit."

Even CNN analysts are having to face the obvious reality that regular Americans don't like criminals or crime going unpunished, and Democrats were delusional for ever believing otherwise.

Future Campaigns

The numbers are still out on Trump's crackdown in D.C., but the general sentiment among Trump voters is that they are getting what they voted for. This could lead to further campaigns by the Trump administration in other notoriously leftist cities.

Chicago is high on the list of problem cities with a brutal crime rate and dozens of murders every weekend. The city has been ruled by Democrats for decades, and Trump could score big points with regular Americans by taking a sledgehammer to Chicago's Democrat leadership.

Los Angeles is another Democratic city in a blue state that has felt Trump's wrath already, much to the joy of Trump's support base. Further law enforcement action can be expected in the coming months, especially if Democrats continue to commit political suicide by siding with criminals over regular Americans.
