Vice President J.D. Vance was right alongside President Donald Trump in letting Ukrainian President Volodymr Zelenskyy know that his free ride from the United States government is over.

As a result, radical, pro-Ukraine leftists were furious that America would be cutting its support to fund the war in Ukraine, and Vance was rudely interrupted by those people on what would have otherwise been a wonderful, Vermont ski vacation with his family.

According to the Daily Mail, "hundreds" of angry, pro-Ukraine protesters lined the streets at the Vermont ski resort where Vance took his family over the weekend, shouting obscenities and insulting the vice president.

Fox News described the scene at the resort in Warren, Vermont as being a "mile long" line of protesters.

What happened?

The angry blue-and-yellow flag waving liberals held up signs insulting the vice president, with some of the signs reading "Nazi scum," among other choice phrases.

The Trump Derangement Syndrome-stricken protesters also held up signs that demanded Vance "go ski in Russia."

The vice president's trip to the Vermont ski resort had been announced earlier in the week, giving the presumably unemployed, purple-haired Karens the opportunity to organize and call the vice president mean names.

Some reports from the scene even suggested that members of the protest group were pro-Palestinian protesters.

Vance and his family had to be moved to an u"closed location as a result of the debacle, as the Daily mail noted:

Fox News report that Vance and his family had planned to stay at a 4-star inn near the Sugarbush Resort but moved to an undisclosed location after seeing the protest.

Social media reaction

Users across social media reacted to the protesters at the ski resort.

"How much ya wanna bet the majority of them aren't from Vermont," one X user wrote.

Another X user wrote, "I am sorry that more Americans did not come out to counter the weakest of our country with the strength of our flag."

At the end of the day, the protesters made zero impact and their words and yelling meant absolutely nothing.

This year has not been the best as far as airline incidents are concerned, and it seems to be worsening by the week.

That was evidenced once again recently after a FedEx plane essentially burst into flames shortly after takeoff, according to the Daily Mail. The horrifying footage of the fireball that erupted quickly went viral across social media.

The Boeing 767-300 was flying out of Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey when it reportedly struck a bird, mid-flight, with its right engine, causing the near disaster.

The plane was forced to make an emergency landing after the engine ignited, and the footage was harrowing, to say the least.

What happened?

The Daily Mail described the scene as reported by eyewitnesses and flight data.

After taking off at 7:58am, the flight's right engine erupted in flames - with onlookers on the ground describing a loud boom - and the plane was forced to U-turn back to Newark for an emergency landing at 8:07am, according to flight data from FlightAware.

"Air traffic was briefly halted as a precaution, but operations have since resumed," an airport spokesperson said after the situation was contained. Luckily, nobody was seriously injured as a result of the bird strike.

A group of onlookers on the ground recorded the fireball in the engine as it happened, and were understandably shocked by the scene.

The Daily Mail added:

The plane was in the air for an estimated nine minutes before it had to make its emergency landing, according to flight data. The Federal Aviation Administration is aware of the incident and will be investigating it further.

There have been several plane crashes and incidents in recent months, with some of them resulting in mass fatalities.

Social media reaction

Many on social media mocked the legacy media and the left over the high likelihood that they'll somehow blame President Donald Trump and his administration for the incident.

"The legacy media will tell you those birds work for DOGE," one X user wrote.

Another X user wrote, "Global warming increased in the last month causing the birds to become agitated and they decided to commit suicide by jet engine. At least according to @MSNBC."

Hopefully, that's the last of the aircraft incidents for a long time to come.

The mysterious and disturbing death of Gene Hackman and his wife and dog rocked the nation, and still has many scratching their heads as to what could have possibly happened to them.

Many speculated initially, including family members, that the likely cause of death was carbon monoxide or possibly gas poisoning.

However, according to Fox News, Hackman and his wife tested negative for carbon monoxide, making their deaths even more perplexing as authorities said that based on his pacemaker data, Hackman had been dead for about nine days.

According to Santa Fe County Sheriff Adan Mendoza, the last event recorded on Hackman's pacemaker was on Feb. 17.

What's going on?

According to the pathologist, I think that is a very good assumption that that was his last day of life," the Santa Fe sheriff told reporters this week, referring to the last dated event on his pacemaker.

Sheriff Mendoza also confirmed that Hackman and his wife "tested negative for carbon monoxide," adding, "The manner and cause of death has not been determined."

"One of the things is, in an investigation we try to piece the timeline together, usually before the event happens, and that gives us a lot of information," Mendoza said. "But in this case, it seems like we're doing a reverse timeline," the sheriff added.

Mendoza added, "We're doing a timeline from the time of death and the autopsy and the results. We're going to start working our way backwards. We're going to do both and then hopefully make a determination as to what may have happened to both of the individuals."

The two were last photographed together in March of 2024.

Social media reaction

Users across social media weighed in on the mysterious deaths.

"When did the wife die. That is the real question," one X user wrote.

Another X user wrote, "I'm gonna take a stab at this. Gene’s heart gives out. His wife finds his body. So distraught, she takes her own life with pills. The dog senses something is up. He won't stop barking. She puts him in the kennel and downs the pills. As she falls, she knocks over the pills."

Regardless of how it all happened, it's beyond sad. Hopefully, the family receives some closure soon.

The nation -- and many parts of the world -- was left stunned when news broke this week about Oscar-winning cinema giant Gene Hackman's death along with his wife and dog.

According to Breitbart, authorities are now saying that their deaths are now "suspicious," as the three were deceased for "some time" before authorities discovered them at their New Mexico home earlier this week.

Police were somewhat quick to rule out "foul play" as a cause of death, but later seemed to flip the script, suggesting that there's much more to the story as everyone else speculates as to what could have happened.

Carbon monoxide and gas poisoning were ruled out immediately, but police said their deaths were "suspicious enough in nature to require a thorough search and investigation."

What's going on?

The way the bodies were discovered was suspicious, to say the least.

Breitbart noted:

The person who reported the deaths found the door of Hackman’s home unlocked and open, and pills scattered next to Arakawa’s body, which was found in the bathroom with a space heater near to her head. It appeared Arakawa had been dead “for some time,” with the body in a state of decomposition, TMZ reported.

Hackman's body was found with sunglasses next to it in another room. His body was fully clothed.

Breitbart added:

Hackman, a two-time Academy Award winner, was credited for intense performances of everyman characters inspired by his troubled upbringing, notching up dozens of movie credits extending into his 70s.

He is perhaps best known for his portrayal of the tough and vulgar New York cop Jimmy “Popeye” Doyle in the 1971 crime thriller “The French Connection” — for which he won an Oscar for best actor.

Former colleagues and fans alike mourned his death across social media.

Social media reacts

Users across social media mourned his death, but also speculated on what could have happened.

"Gene dies of natural cause. Wife is grief stricken and decide to die with him. She opens the front door to let the dogs free to roam. Then overdoes on the pills and spill the bottle. One of the dog comes back in see the pills and nibbles at them and dies," one X user speculated.

Another X user wrote, "Open door, dead dog, pills scattered, heater moved—no gas leak. Somebody took them out."

Only time will tell if the actual cause of death is determined.

Ivanka Trump, the president's oldest daughter, was quite active during his first term in office, especially given her husband Jared Kushner's role in the administration.

But after the 2020 election, Ivanka's interest in being in her father's political orbit seemed to drastically change, and a new book claims to have the reasons behind her exit from the MAGA political world.

According to the Daily Mail, a new book claims to explain the reasoning for Ivanka -- and Jared's -- departure from President Trump's political circle.

The author of the book also claims that the relationship between Donald Trump and his daughter and son-in-law became "tense" after his 2020 election defeat to former President Joe Biden.

What did it say?

Author Michael Wolff wrote in his new book, "All or Nothing," that Jared and Ivanka -- who both served as advisers during his first term in the White House -- "had aggressively distanced themselves from the former president and the Mar-a-Lago court."

Wolff added, "They were, like Trump, largely unwelcome in New York, but were careful to settle in Miami, at a distance too far from Palm Beach for casual visits to Mar-a-Lago."

However, the Daily Mail noted that Ivanka and Jared both maintained a close personal relationship with Mr. Trump, and would often speak during his time out of the White House after the 2020 election.

The Daily Mail noted:

The couple spoke to him often and even traveled the 70-something miles between Miami and Palm Beach for the occasional round of golf, DailyMail.com has learned.

They also spent their summers at a home they own on Trump’s National Golf Club in Bedminster, N.J., where the Trump clan gathered to escape the Florida heat and enjoy the property’s amenities.

While Trump's critics desperately want there to be a dramatic fallout or other family issue within the Trump family, Ivanka's exit from the 2024 political arena is simply because she wants time with her young family. She has three children.

She also recently opened up about her relationship with her father, saying she would be there for emotional support.

"I'm most looking forward to just being able to show up for him as a daughter and be there for him, to take his mind off things and like watch a movie with him or watch a sports game, to know that he can be with me and be himself, and just relax," Ivanka Trump said.

Lawsuits coming

Trump's primary counsel and other White House officials have been highly critical of Wolff's revelations in his book, and a lawsuit against him has already been floated.

The Daily Mail noted:

His previous three had sections of reporting that were heavily disputed. Fact-checking organizations like Politifact said Wolff’s first book Fire and Fury contained several factual errors.

Wolff is clearly just trying to make a buck or two off of the Trump Derangement Synrome-stricken crowd, of which there seem to be plenty of these days. What a joke.

Elon Musk is certainly no stranger to receiving death threats as he's one of the most well-known and successful people on planet Earth. Crazies are around every corner.

Luckily, a particular crazy person from Indiana wasn't able to follow through on threats he made against Musk, as, according to Breitbart, he threatened to "gut" the DOGE head.

David Cherry, 28, was arrested by Indiana State Police earlier this week after he was charged with making death threats against Musk on social media.

Law enforcement officials in Texas alerted the Indiana State Police to Cherry's online death threats, according to police reports.

What happened?

Cherry, a man obviously stricken with severe Trump Derangement Syndrome, made several shocking and disgusting posts revealing his thoughts on killing Musk.

"In an affidavit filed Thursday in Harrison County, Indiana Superior Court, investigators identified several posts made on social media platform X under the username @effective_pawn,” the report stated.

The posts were specific and disturbing, to say the least. One was a direct threat to "plant a bomb" in Musk's residence.

"You’re robbing the American people. We will gut you and parade your corpse through the streets,” while another one of Cherry's posts stated, "I am going to plant a bomb in Elon Musk’s house."

Breitbart noted:

The Indiana officers were able to ping a cellphone to locate Cherry, who they found working at a Batteries Plus in Clarksville, Indiana. He was taken into custody at the location, and later told police he posted the statements to be “edgy” and get attention.

Social media reaction

Users across social media reacted to the news of Cherry's arrest.

"If Trump and Elon is driving you batty. That's not their fault, it's yours. YOU have control over your thoughts. You can choose to consume media that whips you up and makes you miserable or you can choose to focus on things that have more meaning," one X user pointed out.

Another X user wrote, "It is time for more arrests and prosecution of people doing this. It is not a free speech issue."

While it probably won't be the last threat on Musk's life, at least this lunatic was caught.

An incident of forcible ejection at a council meeting in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho has triggered widespread condemnation and discussions about civil liberties.

Teresa Borrenpohl, a former Democratic Party candidate, was dragged out of the meeting by security after a confrontation with local officials, The Sun reported. This action has raised serious questions about the enforcement of First Amendment rights.

Borrenpohl's removal followed her vocal opposition to a new law that repealed Medicaid expansion, an altercation that was captured on video and led to public outrage.

Commotion in Coeur d’Alene

The council meeting was held on a Saturday at a high school auditorium in Coeur d'Alene, where Teresa Borrenpohl attended to express her dissent against the recent legislative change. The law in question had repealed Medicaid expansion, which had previously passed in the state house. Borrenpohl, well-known for her three unsuccessful runs for the Idaho House of Representatives, voiced her concerns loudly during the meeting.

Kootenai County Sheriff Bob Norris intervened, escalating the situation by warning Borrenpohl. He bluntly stated, "Shut up or be arrested. This is not a negotiation." This stern admonition was not received well, as Borrenpohl continued to protest her stance on the matter.

The tension in the room spiked as security personnel approached Borrenpohl to enforce Norris's directive. Footage from the scene shows the security team attempting to physically remove her from her seat, leading to a struggle that would soon draw wider attention.

Altercation Caught on Camera

As the struggle ensued, Borrenpohl was seen being pulled from her seat by the security guards. The skirmish became physical; they dragged her across the auditorium rows while she resisted fiercely. In the chaos, Borrenpohl lost one of her shoes and was seen biting one of the officers, a reaction to her arm being twisted forcefully by the guards.

The scene was dramatic and distressful. "It was violent and traumatic," Borrenpohl later told the Idaho Statesman. "They had grabbed my wrists. They contorted my body. They were forcing me on the ground. I didn't know if I was being arrested by the sheriff's office or if I was being kidnapped," she explained, conveying her confusion and fear during the incident.

This distressing episode did not go unnoticed. The footage of Borrenpohl's ejection was widely viewed, fueling a public outcry over the perceived heavy-handedness of the response to her protest. Comments and reactions flooded social media, with many echoing Borrenpohl's sentiment that her First Amendment rights had been violated.

Law Enforcement and Public Response

In the aftermath, Borrenpohl faced a misdemeanor battery charge for her actions during the altercation. However, this legal development did little to quench the growing debate over the appropriateness of the security measures used. Coeur d’Alene Police Chief Lee White was among those who criticized the handling of the situation.

Chief White emphasized the importance of safeguarding civil liberties, regardless of the context. "I don’t care what your message is, especially in an open town hall like this. We have to respect everybody’s First Amendment rights," he stated, which aligned with the public sentiment that the incident was mishandled.

Borrenpohl herself remained resolute and vocal following the incident. On Instagram, she shared her disbelief and distress over the encounter: "I could have never imagined my right to free speech and my right to assemble could be stripped in such a violent way," she wrote. Her statement highlighted the emotional and psychological impact the incident had on her and potentially on others who witnessed it.

Continuing Controversy and National Attention

The event in Coeur d'Alene has not only sparked local debates but has also caught the attention of national media, contributing to broader discussions about the balance between maintaining order at public meetings and respecting the democratic right to protest.

As conversations continue, the community and nation watch closely, seeking a careful examination of the policies governing the conduct of security personnel in public spaces. The incident also stands as a stark reminder of the evolving dynamics of political expression in public forums.

Teresa Borrenpohl's altercation at the council meeting encapsulates the ongoing tensions between governmental authority and citizen rights, a fundamental issue that remains at the heart of America's democratic values.

First Lady Melania Trump mostly stayed out of the limelight during her husband's second presidential campaign, and any reasonable person would agree that her reasoning for that was valid.

Trump's critics and those stricken with Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) have attempted to create a narrative that the first lady is somehow dissatisfied with President Donald Trump and has purposely distanced herself from him.

According to Newsweek, in a new book by journalist Michael Wolff called "All or Nothing," he wrote that Melania reportedly "laughed" at the Trump campaign's suggestions that she join him on the campaign trail.

The left-leaning Newsweek article pointed out the "Where's Melania?" narrative on social media that was driven by TDS-stricken Democrats and attempted to give relevance to the idea that the Trumps are on the outs.

What's going on?

Wolff, in his book, focused on Melania Trump's overall absence from the campaign trail, which many have stated was out of concern for the safety of her family -- especially Barron Trump.

That didn't stop Wolff from trying to paint a different picture, as he described certain moments during the campaign, alleging she laughed off a request from Trump's campaign team.

"Since the first indictment in New York, when Melania had simply laughed at the campaign's effort to get her to accompany her husband ('Nice try'), it had been clear that she wasn't going to show up," Wolff's book read.

He added, "During the past year, she had yet to make a single campaign appearance. In only one instance in 2023 did she even appear on the plane—and then only hitching a ride."

"Magically, the Melania issue had not, in the White House years nor the Mar-a-Lago years—with both staffers and press quite aware of the Trumps' nontraditional living arrangements and their careful distance from each other— become an issue."

Wolff also pointed out the "Where's Melania?" movement:

Melania continued to be an additional freak-out, absolutely refusing every entreaty to speak or even to appear side by side with her husband. He had never faced point-blank questions from the media about their relationship. But what if 'Where's Melania?' started now in earnest? But that was all before the shooting...

What's really going on?

Melania Trump had many reasons to stay out of the public light, especially in the wake of the assassination attempt on her husband.

The first lady has always been a fierce protector of her son, Barron Trump, and to blame her for keeping him out of the spotlight is ridiculous.

TDS-stricken people have nothing else to do with their time other than create fake news stories about the Trumps' marriage being on the rocks.

It's clear to anyone in Trump's circle, and any reasonable person, that they're just fine and have a wonderful family.

President Donald Trump's mission to reform government and eliminate waste and corruption hasn't been met without legal headwinds.

According to Fox News, the U.S. Supreme Court tossed a wrench in the gears of the Trump administration last week after it paused the administration's efforts to fire the head of a whistleblower protection agency.

The ruling means that Hampton Dellinger, the head of the Office of Special Counsel, will be able to keep his job -- at least for now -- until a final ruling is issued.

Dellinger was appointed by former President Joe Biden.

What's going on?

The Trump administration has had Dellinger in its sights for weeks, and has unsuccessfully attempted to relieve him of his duties.

The administration asked the high court to overturn a lower court's ruling that reinstated Dellinger to his position after being previously fired by Trump. Now, a district court will determine whether or not to extend the pause on Dellinger's firing.

Two of the high court's liberal justices, Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown Jackson, voted to deny Trump's request to OK the termination of Dellinger from the agency.

Some of the conservative justices took a vastly different approach to the situation.

Fox News noted:

Conservative justices Neil Gorsuch and Samuel Alito dissented, saying the lower court overstepped, and they cast doubt on whether courts have the authority to restore to office someone the president has fired. While acknowledging that some officials appointed by the president have contested their removal, Gorsuch wrote in his opinion that "those officials have generally sought remedies like backpay, not injunctive relief like reinstatement."

His firing status is the first of many people fired to reach the steps of the Supreme Court.

Social media users react

News of the Supreme Court's ruling blocking Trump from firing the agency head sparked mountains of backlash and conversation.

"I am so tired of all these leftist activist judges making up the laws as they go. I hope Pam Bondi puts an end to all the shenanigans!" one X user wrote.

Another X user wrote, "We voted for Trump, get on the Trump Train, or get out of the way."

The world knows that Hamas terrorists are cowards, but the extent of that was largely unknown until it was revealed this week what they did to young Israeli hostages.

According to the Daily Mail, Israeli authorities were given two deceased, infant hostages, Ariel and Kfir Bibas, and performed autopsies to see exactly how Hamas terrorists killed them.

The results were beyond shocking and heartwrenching, to say the least, as it was revealed that they were not shot and killed like other hostages.

Rather, the two babies were killed by the bare hands of the psychotic Hamas cowards who took them.

What's going on?

As ceasefire and hostage exchange negotiations continue to unfold, some of the hostages that Hamas took during its attack on Israel have been released back to Israeli authorities.

Israeli Defence Forces spokesperson Daniel Hagari released a statement this week detailing the disgusting truth about how the two infants actually died at the hands of the Hamas terrorist cowards.

"Ariel and Kfir Bibas were murdered by terrorists in cold blood. The terrorists did not shoot the two young boys—they killed them with their bare hands," Hagari said.

He added, "Afterwards, they committed horrific acts to cover up these atrocities."

The Daily Mail noted:

Ariel and Kfir were taken by Hamas alongside their mother Shiri and father Yarden during the October 7, 2023 attacks. The boys would have been aged four and 10 months respectively at the time.

The Hostages and Missing Families Forum says it is 'shaken' by the army's revelation that Palestinian terrorists murdered the two Bibas boys with their 'bare hands.'

Their bodies were returned as part of a ceasefire deal, but apparently the deal went sideways, as the body of the babies' mother was supposed to be turned over but ultimately wasn't.

Social media reaction

Reactions to the news across social media were strong, with many rightfully angry at learning the truth behind how the infants were murdered.

"This makes my heart hurt," one X user said in response to the news of their deaths.

Another X user wrote, "I am so angered and saddened by this news. They were in my constant prayers. May their memories be a blessing. May the Lord exact His vengeance on their killers..."
