In the old days, there were a few major news publications that could attract the attention of millions. There were rare television events that maybe would draw tens of millions.

In today's web world, millions of views are common, tens of millions happen, too.

There even are instances where there are more than that.

But a billion is a high water mark, and Elon Musk has confirmed that's how many views were generated by his Monday night discussion with President Donald Trump.

He confirmed that combined views and subsequent discussions surpassed a billion, and the counting still was going on.

"Between 7:47 PM and 10:47 PM ET, President Donald Trump's Space post received 73 million views. During the same period, there were 4 million posts about Elon Musk and President Trump's conversation on X, generating a total of 998 million views," he added.

An analysis of the event, posted on Revolver. News, explained, "And while having over a million people listening live is very impressive – we don't think Kamala could get over 1,000 'real' people – the number of folks who have watched the interview after the fact is through the roof, now surpassing one BILLION views. Yes, BILLION with a 'B.'"

It concluded, "The mainstream media is dead. How do we know? Just look at the signs. Take Tucker Carlson, for example – he's racking up tens of millions of views on his new internet platform and X, way outpacing what he did at Fox News, and surpassing Joe Rogan in popularity. Who can forget the Trump/Tucker interview that racked up over 200 million views in less than 24 hours? President Trump chose that interview over participating in the GOP primary debates. Smart move."

It continued, "Let's face it, people are fed up with the regime-run media worldwide, and especially in the U.S., where the so-called 'unbiased' media is nothing more than left-wing propaganda too. It's stomach-turning. The mainstream media's coffin just took another nice pounding with the historic interview between President Trump and Elon Musk. This much-anticipated talk crashed the internet, literally. The two men talked about mass deportations, solving inflation, stopping WW3, and defeating the deep state."

The analysis noted technical problems at the beginning: "It's unclear if the crash was due to a cyber attack or just a massive influx of people trying to log on. However, they managed to get it up and running and had to 'cap it' at over a million people tuning in live. It was an online moment to remember, that's for sure."

The campaign for Kamala Harris responded with a statement complaining about, "Donald Trump's extremism and dangerous Project 2025 agenda," ignoring the fact that Trump has confirmed he is not associated with Project 2025, which is a separate set of goals assembled by those unrelated to the Trump team.

Harris's campaign claimed the Trump event involved "self-obsessed rich guys who will sell out the middle class and who cannot run a livestream in the year 2024."

Trump's follow-up, predictably, did not take long: "Understandable that Kamala's campaign would find it confusing to listen to a presidential candidate speak off the teleprompter for more than 0 seconds."

While multiple legacy media outlets complained about the event, describing it as failed, even the leftists at CNN admitted the success of the event.

Musk and Trump spoke for more than two hours on topics ranging from the July 133 assassination attempt on Trump to the border, the state of the nation, the world, and more.

CNN media analyst Sara Fischer said one explanation for the technical issues was that it was a distributed denial of service attack, but she openly wondered.

"The problem with the DDOS attack … is that it often looks very much like just a very popular event and so we're just sort of having to take Musk's word for it. There has been third-party reporting that suggests it wasn't a DDOS attack, it was just X's systems responding to a flood of interest in this interview, but that speaks to some of the success of this interview, right?"

She continued, "It was 40 minutes of delay, of glitches, but once it got up and running, you had, I saw, over two million people joining the space live. You had over 50 million people who viewed it."

She said that suggests "people wanted to hear from the president."

And, "I think the other part is people like listening to this bromance go down. You know, Elon Musk isn't a journalist, he's not trying to press them on hard questions and you did see some sparks fly in that conversation at one point, the president sort of suggesting that Elon Musk come and join his administration. We'll see where that goes."

Fischer said it was expected that the Harris camp would portray it as "just billionaires" in support of Trump.

"But … the problem is that not a lot of people see it that way. People see Elon Musk, a lot of people, as giving a voice to the masses, as being more populist. People see Donald Trump as being more populist. And so even if the Harris campaign is going to try to convince people that this is just billionaires having fun, I think a lot of people saw it as just two regular people who are friends. That's how the American people might be looking at this."

In a situation that is becoming more and more common as the failures of the transgender ideology and industry become evident, a family in Colorado is suing a local school district for its decision to "socially transition" a young girl in violation of the family's instructions, and then conceal the campaign.

CPR reports the family, living in Adams County to the north of Denver, is suing, in federal court, and state and local education authorities.

They charge a high school pushed a young girl into a "social transition" to male identity and concealed their actions from her parents, who did not know of it and provided no consent.

The case charges the school officials knowingly and willfully violated the parents' constitutional rights.

The case, on behalf of "John and Jane Doe," charges their 14-year-old high school freshman sought help from a counselor "to help her socially transition to a male identity."

The counselor agreed to help but refused to contact the parents.

The report continues, "The lawsuit claims that a counselor at School District 27J then allowed for A.D. to take online therapy sessions on the counselor's computer so A.D.'s parents would not be aware of the social transition."

A district official said there would be no comment on pending litigation, and officials still were reviewing the case.

The report explained, "The lawsuit alleges that the school's actions helped ruin their relationship with their child and eroded trust."

The situation developed even as the family "informed the counselor they did not want A.D. to be socially transitioned."

Their lawyer, former state Secretary of State Scott Gessler, charges that's a violation of the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment which, "protects the fundamental rights of parents to direct and control the upbringing of their children."

The family's First Amendment also was violated by the undue influence of the state.

The girl now has realized that she doesn't have a transgender identity, is "de-transitioning," and is now "on the path to a happier and healthier life," the legal filing states.

The far-left lawmakers in Colorado, where the statehouse and governor's office all are controlled by Democrats adopted a law that requires schools to refer to students by their "chosen" pronouns but fails to provide any process for parental consent.

If there's any significance to the old saying about knowing people by the company they keep, Americans should be concerned about Tim Walz, a leftist Minnesota governor and Kamala Harris pick to be VP on the Democrats' White House ticket this year.

It's because he repeatedly entertained a radical Muslim cleric who celebrated the horrific terror assault on Israel last Oct. 7 when some 1,200 innocent Israeli civilians were butchered, often in horrific fashion.

The Washington Examiner reports that cleric at one point linked to a website for a "pro-Hitler film called 'The Greatest Story Never Told.'"

The report explained Walz at least five times as governor entertained Asad Zaman, of the Muslim American Society of Minnesota.

He was among a group of Muslims in May 2023 that met with Walz's office about mosque security.

The Examiner also found that, "Zaman also spoke at a May 2020 event to call for peaceful protests with the governor during the riots in Minnesota sparked after George Floyd's death. In April 2019, the cleric delivered an invocation before Walz's state address — just months after Zaman called for an end to a government shutdown at a press conference with Walz in January 2019."

The report noted Walz's close association with Zaman, and all of his ideologies including the promotion of a pro-Hitler film, "could serve as problematic baggage for the Minnesota governor as he campaigns with Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democratic presidential nominee."

Zaman said last Oct. 7 even as Israeli hostages still were being hauled off by Hamas terrorists to Gaza that he "stands in solidarity with Palestinians against Israeli attacks."

And as 1,200 Israelis were being murdered by forces that now have been revealed to include at least nine employees of the United Nations, he shared an image of a Palestinian flag on social media.

In fact, the report explains, Zaman has used his social media influence to promote the press releases from the terrorists of Hamas.

It was in 2015 he gave a link to a website for the pro-Hitler propaganda.

A spokesperson for the Anti-Defamation League told the Examiner, "Imam Zaman has a troubling history of playing into classic anti-Jewish themes and justifying violence against Israel. … He also has justified violence against Israel, including from terror groups. Given his hurtful remarks post-Oct. 7, and absent any recognition of the pain he has caused the Jewish community, we urge all public officials and leaders to avoid meeting with him in the future. Those who have met with Imam Zaman should clarify that they don't agree with his toxic views about Jews and the Jewish state."

The Examiner said, "In recent years, Zaman has also appeared to equate Hamas committing terrorism to Israel defending itself. State records reviewed by the Washington Examiner show Walz's administration has awarded over $100,000 in funding to MAS Minnesota."

Forebodingly, terrorism researcher Sam Westrop told the Examiner that such a history shows that "anti-Israel extremists may be given a platform in a potential Harris-Walz administration."

A scheme unleashed by the Biden-Harris administration for this coming school year will force-feed meditation ideologies derived from Buddhism and Hinduism to students in public schools.

A new report from the Washington Stand explains how the administration's Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is imposing a six-part strategy that "allegedly" is to improve students' mental health following the administration's damaging COVID lockdowns.

According to the government program's web page, "CDC has identified six school-based strategies and associated approaches that can help prevent mental health problems and promote the positive behavioral and mental health of students," the Stand report explained.

One of those agendas is to "Promote Mindfulness," which includes "[p] practicing mindful breathing, meditation, and movement, such as yoga."

Schools are being instructed to provide time for students to "practice mindfulness."

The instructions include that, "Students and staff could practice mindfulness during morning meetings or advisory periods, after recess, or before the start of a regular class."

As part of the program, the Stand confirmed, "Brooklyn College Academy has dedicated a meditation room with mats and cushions, where teenagers sit cross-legged as instructors guide them through a series of breathing techniques. Sometimes they focus on visualizing images suggested by their instructors; sometimes they empty their minds and replace the contents with nothingness. Linda Mary Noble, a social studies teacher whose love of 'mindfulness' led her to create the meditation room inside her public school, said she loves 'this idea of [her students] having a space that they're not getting in a home. I feel that this is a gift.'"

The report, however, explained that studies have confirmed such religious activities "hurt young people's mental health."

The report pointedly notes that, besides promoting a "secular" belief, "The administration's guidelines encourage teachers to have students ruminate on any beliefs they have that might hinder the progress of 'equity.'"

Other districts have children listen to the sound of chimes as they are directed through meditation.

Meg Kilgannon, of the Family Research Council, said, "Imagine a school setting up a chapel in the school, with kneelers and Gregorian chant playing. Would the average person find the chapel overtly religious? If so, why then are schools making 'mindfulness spaces,' which are nothing more than chapels of another sort?"

Activists for such activities "all acknowledge," the report said, that they reproduce methods sought after by non-Christian religious, New Age gurus, and the like.

National Public Radio admitted, "Mindfulness is a bit of a catch-all term for a secularized version of practices that draw from religions like Buddhism and Hinduism."

That has not slowed the growth of various meditation ideologies, including one called Inner Explorer which is in 100 districts, and Mindful Schools which is in 245.

The concerns are obvious, as children are being subjected to non-Christian agendas during their formative years.

"At the precise time that a child's worldview is forming, he is spending thousands of hours in school, being disciplined by those who do not have a biblical worldview," explained David Closson, director of the Center for Biblical Worldview at Family Research Council.

The Biden-Harris CDC is enthused, however, about the non-Christian teachings.

It suggests schools, "Train teachers and staff on the importance of mindfulness," "Train teachers and staff on strategies for building mindfulness into the day," and "Offer mindfulness opportunities for staff and teachers."

And the CDC doesn't forget the ideological, telling schools to, "Explore mindfulness practice as a way to advance equity."

And worse, the Stand confirmed, a report from Evidence-Based Mental Health journal stunningly confirmed using "mindfulness," "resulted in worse scores on the risk of depression and well-being in students at risk of mental health problems" than doing nothing at all.

A college district is paying out $330,000 because it censored pro-life and anti-communist messaging from students.

The Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression explains it was the Young America's Foundation and several of its officers, Alejandro Flores, Juliette Colunga, and Daniel Flores, who took court action against Clovis Community College when school officials "schemed" to remove student-group flyers because of their messages.

The settlement includes a court order against further censorship as well as $20,000 payments to each of the plaintiffs, including the YAF chapter, plus $250,000 in legal charges.

"We're thrilled that today's victory will benefit the speech rights of over 50,000 California students," said FIRE attorney Daniel Ortner. "From now on, student groups won't have to second guess or jump through hoops just to hang a flyer on the bulletin board. And rather than wielding unrestrained power to decide whose views are 'appropriate' or 'offensive,' administrators will defer to the First Amendment."

The courts found that the school's practices violated the First Amendment.

The fight dates back to 2022 when FIRE sued Clovis for taking down a student group's flyers, that included both pro-life and anti-communist messages.

School officials claimed the right to censor whatever they called "inappropriate or offensive," a practice that now has been terminated by the court.

"We won. We showed the school they were wrong. … If you think your speech is being stifled, don't stay quiet, because when you stay quiet, nothing changes," one plaintiff said.

The school's new policy will protect the First Amendment rights of student groups, and it also will hold training sessions for administrators on the subject.

Earlier in the fight, the 9th UK.S. Circuit Court of Appeals had affirmed a preliminary ruling that ordered the college to stop its censorship.

"This is a victory not only for the rule of law but for everyone who values free speech," said Gov. Scott Walker, president of Young America's Foundation and former governor of Wisconsin. "We hope this sends a clear message to those who are considering violating our students' constitutional rights — don't, or you could end up in court-ordered First Amendment training like the administrators at Clovis College."

Emails uncovered during the court filings revealed school officials telling one another not to share those emails.

A report from Just the News explained, "Officials were facing the prospect of losing qualified immunity and suffering personal liability in district court when the case was remanded."

A school official said in a statement the settlement was reached to avoid the costs and "distractions" that come with litigation.

Kamala Harris, installed on the top line of the Democrats' ballot this fall in replacement of a mentally faltering Joe Biden, needs to produce.

Something. Just about anything.

Or she'll end up the "latest useful idiot" for the Democrat party's power brokers.

That's according to columnist Maureen Callahan in the Daily Mail.

Harris right now is proclaiming to audiences that, "We won't go back."?

"It allows the voter to project whatever meaning they like, and for women, many will surely interpret this as a call to restore reproductive rights in full. Such is the minefield the Trump-Vance ticket must navigate," Callahan explained.

"That said, Harris has no existential reason for running. She has no record, no real cause to show after four years as VP. Right now, she's running on the fumes of relief and emotion, the attempt to turn her into your 'cool wine aunt,' a Gen Z 'brat' who is messy and relatable – but this all has a very short shelf life.

"If Kamala Harris can't project confidence, purpose, and a real, actionable agenda, she will remain nothing but a figurehead — another empty suit that the true Dem powerbrokers put forward as their latest useful idiot."

Right now, she explained, "Just because Joe Biden isn't capable of being president doesn't mean Kamala Harris is. Yet we are now suffering through another unthinking coronation by the liberal media, their emotional incontinence soiling any iota of critical thought."

While Harri's popularity seemingly surged, especially among Democrats, with the fact that Biden now is out, such a bump will end.

"Simply put, Kamala Harris is not the best candidate. She is not the brightest. She is a political hack, a mediocrity who — like her current boss — found herself the beneficiary of luck and timing rather than grit and intellect."

Callahan's column outlined the six "fatal secrets" about Harris that "she'll wish you didn't know."

First, she said, "Harris owns the border." That means the catastrophic crisis that has been created by Biden's decision to open the southern border and essentially invite millions of illegal aliens to move onto U.S. soil.

She was, after all, the "border czar" for Biden, then allowed an estimated 10 million illegals into the country, including, undoubtedly, known terrorists.

Then, too, she repeatedly vouched for Biden's mental ability, claiming just weeks ago "We have a very bold and vibrant president in Joe Biden," when the facts now show he's not reliably able to string words into a sentence.

The two explanations for that are that she was "so far out of the president's loop" she didn't know anything, or "she lied."

Third, citing a staff turnover rate of about 92% in her office, Callahan described Harris as an alleged bully.

"She is reportedly well-known for cursing out her staff, for chasing her most talented hires out the door, and refusing to read her briefing books, then exploding at her staff for being unprepared," the column said.

And how does "particularly craven" sound for a description?

"After accusing Biden of backing historically racist policies during a televised June 2019 presidential debate — causing Biden to reportedly say during a commercial break, 'Well, that was some f***ing bull****', and forever earning the enmity of Jill Biden — Harris, who dropped out of that race with a 3 percent approval rating, accepted his VP slot."

Still more is that she has zero foreign policy experience. And "zero backbone."

"Harris' husband, Doug Emhoff, is Jewish, yet Harris caves to the radicals in her party, refusing to attend Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's wartime address to Congress last week," Callahan wrote.

Lastly, there's that total absence of "stated premise or philosophy," evidenced by that "no record, no real cause."

A prominent, nationally recognized legal team that has represented former Kentucky county clerk Kim Davis ever since she was attacked by LGBT radicals for following her biblical beliefs that marriage is between a man and a woman is reporting a new round of death threats against the Christian champion.

"Kim Davis and Liberty Counsel need your prayers for protection. Hateful LGBTQ adherents are back at it with death threats. Just one example reveals the evil in the hearts of those people: Kim's husband answered a phone call. The angry caller threatened he would tie up Kim's husband while he raped Kim. Then he would burn down the house with the two of them still inside," explained a report from Liberty Counsel.

The organization said the threats "have ramped up again after we filed our legal brief with the Court of Appeals. Kim's husband, Joe, has had to run trespassers off their property."

On appeal is a judgment that demands Davis pay a homosexual duo $100,000 for declining to issue any marriage certificates during a short period of unsettled practice immediately after the Supreme Court created, out of nothing linked to the Constitution, same-sex "marriage" for the entire nation. Even as that ruling was issued, no state laws banning that practice were changed.

Then pro-LGBT judge David Bunning added to the penalty, insisting that Davis pay a quarter of a million dollars in costs and fees.

Davis had responded to the Supreme Court's then-activism by withholding her signature from any marriage licenses while she sought an exemption based on her religious beliefs. That eventually arrived, as did a state law providing protection for her and other clerks.

But before than could happen, two homosexual duos demanded she provide them with "marriage" licenses and when she refused Bunning put her in jail. The current fight is over damages those duos demanded. A jury in one case said there were no damages, while the other came up with the $100,000 figure.

The situation is getting massive attention because the case is being presented as an opportunity for the Supreme Court, on which three leftist judges who created same-sex "marriage" no longer serve, to overturn that opinion, the Obergefell case.

"The argument in our brief references a parallel argument articulated in the Dobbs decision that overturned Roe v. Wade. The activist high court at the time was wrong when Roe was decided and it is wrong today because it was based entirely on the 'legal fiction' of 'substantive' due process, which lacks any basis in the Constitution. The same is true with the Obergerfell opinion," Liberty Counsel reported.

"Our goal is to overturn this case."

The legal team pointed out that the Supreme Court already is aware of the basis for the dispute.

"In a 2020 response to a Liberty Counsel filing, Supreme Court Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito wrote, 'This petition implicates important questions about the scope of our decision in Obergefell,'" Liberty Counsel explained. "In Justice Thomas' concurring opinion in Dobbs, he noted that the 'substantive' due process issues the court rejected in the abortion case may also apply to the Obergefell decision. Justices Thomas, Alito, and Roberts strongly dissented in Obergefell."

Liberty Counsel charged, "Anyone who stands up to the hateful agenda of the LGBTQ Mafia is demonized. All because the unhinged LGBTQ left will not tolerate religious freedom and wants to destroy anyone who disagrees."

The report continued, with a warning, "When they say 'coexist,' they mean that everyone must not only tolerate their wicked whims, but also accept and promote those whims … or be marginalized or eliminated. And as the continuing death threats against Kim and our Liberty Counsel staff members prove, these insane factions don't just want us to be silent — they want us dead."

It was Davis' decision when the Obergefell decision created that "right" to same-sex marriage, much like the faulty Roe created a "right" to abortion, that as a Christian she could not add her name to a legal document contravening God's design for marriage.

Liberty Counsel noted Justice Clarence Thomas pointed out, "Since Obergefell, parties have continually attempted to label people of good will as bigots merely for refusing to alter their religious beliefs in the wake of prevailing orthodoxy."

Officials with 2024 Olympic Games in Paris are offering an apology of sorts in connection with their intentional pagan reimagining of Jesus' Last Supper featuring an obese woman and drag queens, but many Christians are not accepting their sentiment.

"Clearly there was never intention to show disrespect to any religious group. On the contrary, we intended to show tolerance and community. If people have taken any offense we are, of course, really, really sorry," Paris 2024 spokesperson Anne Descamps told reporters.

But some online reaction to the statement is far from "apology accepted:"

"Let's be clear on something … the @Olympics DID NOT apologize for the last supper skit … basically they said 'we're sorry if you were offended but whatever' … that's not an apology. it's not a close relative of an apology."

"Sorry, @Olympics apology not accepted. There was no tolerance for Christians. In fact their God & their faith was attacked. You clearly announced in the beginning it was aimed at the last supper. Not a 'mistake' a miscalculation! Unacceptable! Demons and devil worship."

Robert Barron, the Catholic bishop of the Diocese of Winona-Rochester in Minnesota, posted a video saying, "It's anything but an apology. In fact it's kind of a masterpiece of woke duplicity."

"So we have a group of drag queens cavorting in a sort of sexually provocative way, clearly an imitation of DaVinci's Last Supper …

"I love this: 'We tried to celebrate community tolerance.' Yeah, tolerance, except for those pesky 2.6 billion Christians on the planet. Everyone's welcome, everyone's tolerated, all this lovely diversity until you get to anyone who disagrees with your ideology. …

"I wonder what planet they're living on if they think that harmony and peace and all this was achieved by this clear affront to Christians," the bishop continued.

"Christians were offended because it was offensive, and it was intended to be offensive, so please don't patronize us with this condescending remark about, 'Well, if you had any bad feelings we're awfully sorry about that.' Again, if people think this so somehow gonna mollify people all over the Christian world who are outraged by what happened, I would recommend thinking again.

"A real apology would be something like, this was a mistake, it should never have been done and we're sorry for it.' I don't think Christians should be mollified. I think we should keep raising our voices."

The Olympic imagery included an obese woman with a halo-like crown representing Jesus Christ in his final meal with His apostles, who were portrayed by drag queens and gay icons.

Also appearing was a scantily clad blue man with a headdress of fruit, intended to be Dionysus, the Greek god of fertility, wine and revelry.

"The idea was to do a big pagan party linked to the gods of Olympus," Thomas Jolly, the opening ceremonies choreographer told the Paris-based BFM network on Sunday, according to France 24. "You'll never find in my work any desire to mock or denigrate anyone."

Mississippi-based telecommunications and technology company C Spire posted on X that it had pulled all of its advertising from the Olympics over the ceremony's mockery of painting created to show a biblical moment crucial to the Christian faith.

"We were shocked by the mockery of the Last Supper during the opening ceremonies of the Paris Olympics," the company posted. "C Spire will be pulling our advertising from the Olympics." The four-hour spectacle was held along the Seine River, featuring global stars like Celine Dion and Lady Gaga, both of whom are considered icons for the queer community.

How dare he do that? How dare President Joe Biden – a "leader" who dedicated his younger years to avidly avoiding military service during the Vietnam war, five times filing waivers for asthma while still continuing to play football and serve as a lifeguard – mock a prestigious combat-award recipient of the Bronze Star, former Army Ranger and Colorado Rep. Jason Crow who is a member of Biden's own party? The congressman courageously served a total of three tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.

What caused Biden to go off the deep end in criticizing Crow? The congressman, along with other moderate Democrats, made a zoom call to the president to express their concerns about him running for reelection due to his questionable mental state. They clearly recognized Biden serving a second term as not being in the country's best national security interests. As the call was subsequently leaked to the public, there is no dispute about Biden's subsequent rant and thus no way for Biden handlers to cover up what was said.

To the credit of these moderate Democrats, they may well have influenced Biden's decision days later not to seek reelection. But there is no excuse for what Biden put Crow through during that call.

The call reveals a president who is barely lucid as he is unable to complete sentences or his thoughts, rambling on and on while losing his train of thought. It is inconceivable this man could conduct any kind of meaningful dialogue with world leaders – or even with himself, if left alone in a room to do so. One of the participants claimed he "lost a ton of respect" for Biden during the call. The nature of the call is particularly damning when one considers not only were all participants Democrats, but even the news outlet releasing it – Puck News – is typically left-leaning.

It was after Crow mentioned the importance of national security to voters that Biden directed an attack against the Democratic congressmen. In doing so he unsurprisingly launched into a tirade of completely false claims in which he outrageously took credit for putting NATO "back together" – an odd assertion, as it had never fallen apart:

"First of all, I think you're dead wrong on national security. You saw what happened recently in terms of the meeting we had with NATO. I put NATO together. Name me a foreign leader who thinks I'm not the most effective leader in the world on foreign policy. Tell me! Tell me who the hell that is! Tell me who put NATO back together! Tell me who enlarged NATO, tell me who did the Pacific basin! Tell me who did something that you've never done with your Bronze Star like my son – and I'm proud of your leadership, but guess what, what's happening, we've got Korea and Japan working together, I put Aukus together, anyway! … Things are in chaos, and I'm bringing some order to it. And again, find me a world leader who's an ally of ours who doesn't think I'm the most respected person they've ever."

Never missing an opportunity to garner sympathy for himself due to the death of his late son Beau who died of brain cancer, Biden seems to praise the Bronze Star Beau was awarded for his army tour in Iraq as somehow being more significant than Crow's. The fact of the matter is that is absolute hogwash as just the reverse is true. While Beau received his Bronze Star for meritorious service as a lawyer safely behind friendly lines, it was not awarded for combat valor or heroism on the battlefield as was Crow's. Crow's was earned as an 82nd Airborne platoon commander during one of the largest sustained urban combat warfare operations in which it had been involved since World War II.

Kamala Harris will have to face a lot of questions if she, as presumed, becomes the Democratic nominee for president this year.

She'll probably want to promote herself as pro-law-and-order, with her resume including stints as a prosecutor and California's attorney general.

But what she'll see will be questions about how she advocated for the release of violent criminals, some of whom committed horrific crimes after they were released.

At issue is her support during the summer of riots after the George Floyd death in Minneapolis for a special fundraising campaign to bail suspects, suspects often facing charges for extremely violent crimes, out of jail.

report in the Minnesota Sun noted that Harris endorsed the Minnesota Freedom Fund in a social media comment in 2020.

She insisted, "If you're able, chip in now to the MN Freedom Fund to help post bail for those protesting on the ground in Minnesota."

The report said the fund got $40 million after being promoted by Harris and other celebrities.

Those protesters were fomenting riots in cities all across the United States, leaving behind billions of dollars in damages, over the alleged racism in the case of Floyd's death. He died while being restrained by police.

However, in an interview, while those riots were burning city blocks, MFF chief Greg Lewin confirmed only about a dozen people were recipients of MFF bail funds.

At the time, it was Crime Watch Minneapolis that documented a list of violent offenders "who committed more serious crimes after the Minnesota Freedom Fund secured their release," the report confirmed.

One was George Howard, arrested for domestic assault, who was charged with murder just days after being bailed out.

Another was Gregory Jones, arrested for attacking a woman in a bar bathroom, and later charged with committing lewd acts in front of children after being bailed out.

The Republican State Leadership Committee already has highlighted Harris' advocacy for jailed violent criminals.

Spokeswoman Stephanie Rivera explained, "Regardless of who Democrats nominate for president, the Biden-Harris agenda remains in the states and on the ballot heading into November. Minnesotans have felt the negative impacts of these destructive pro-criminal policies and will hold them accountable for their failures at the ballot box in November."

A Trump super PAC already has promoted the slogan, "Kamala Harris bails out criminals, and Americans pay the price."

Fox News explained Harris' "tough talk about serving as a prosecutor in California may crumble quickly due to her past support for the Minnesota Freedom Fund in June 2020 amid Black Lives Matter riots."
