A joint session of Congress on Monday adopted the Electoral College landslide victory of President-elect Donald Trump, who is to be inaugurated on Jan. 20, and the pro forma vote recitation lacked any of the conspiratorial theories that Democrats had launched to threaten the action.

The vote was 312 for Trump, to 226 for Kamala Harris, and there wasn't even a whisper of protest from Democrats, who routinely have objected in past years to GOP vote counts.

Even more significant, however, was the complete silence from multiple Democrats who have complained, publicly, that it was up to Congress to stop Trump from being president, as Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Calif., had insisted.

The quick and routine vote adoption was in contrast to the chaos from four years earlier, when some 1,500 people, doubting the integrity of the 2020 vote count, disrupted Congress, forcing the final vote for Joe Biden to be delayed until the late night hours.

Since then, hundreds were charged or jailed, some for counts as serious as trespassing. Trump has promised to pardon "many" of those when he takes office. And critics of the Democrat lawfare agenda against Trump over the past four years have called for investigations of, and criminal charges against, those who led that lawfare.

Significant was the fact that public calls for extremism on the part of Democrats fell flat.

It was the Washington Stand that explained in a column that one scheme was proposed by lawyers Evan Davis and David Schulte, who wanted Democrats to "take a stand" against Trump.

They based their demands on their assumption of Trump's "guilt" of "insurrection."

The commentary explained their plan was based on "their ahistorical claims and flakey reading of the 14th Amendment's Section 3."

"They contend that Trump needs a two-thirds vote of Congress to overcome his 'disability' regardless of receiving 312 electoral votes to 226 electoral votes for Kamala Harris and 77,270,000 popular votes to 74,984,000 for Harris! Sorry counselors. As Jimmy Stewart said in 'Mr. Smith Goes to Washington,' 'Forget it, fellas … [that] … is a lot of hooey,'" the column said.

"Democrats decided on the 14th Amendment Trump disqualification fantasy ploy after losing six state and federal court efforts with the misreporting 'talents' of the leftist disinformation media to kick Trump off 2024 election ballots or to prevent him from getting on," it continued, "Davis and Schulte cite the Trump impeachment trial for 'incitement of insurrection' in which the attorneys bizarrely claim that the senators did 'provide a majority for conviction but failed to reach the two-thirds vote required for removal from office.' Huh?"

It added, "What is a Senate 'vote of a majority' for conviction? The official U.S. Senate record has a different view on the case outcome found at Congress.gov which reports that: 'The Senate adjudges that Donald John Trump, former President of the United States, is not guilty as charged in the Article of Impeachment by Yea-Nay Vote. 57-43. Record Vote Number: 59.' For the benefit of these elite law school attorneys, when the U.S. Senate says Trump is not guilty it means he is cleared of the charges, i.e., Trump is not guilty."

But that wasn't the only ideology that was created against Trump.

"The second insurrection clause effort these hope-beyond-hope attorneys cling to in order to disqualify Donald Trump from the presidency occurred in a state challenge to the placement of Trump's name on the Colorado ballot for president where the Colorado Supreme Court had ruled against Trump even being allowed to have his name on the presidential ballot. The U.S. Supreme Court in Trump v. Anderson (No. 23–719, 3/4/2024) unanimously 'reversed the decision of the Colorado Supreme Court that had held Trump to be ineligible for the office of president under Section 3 on the grounds that he had engaged in insurrection and, therefore, could not be listed on the Colorado presidential primary ballot.'"

The Stand explained the two lawyers "want newly-elected Democratic members of Congress" to convert the joint session of Congress "into an ad hoc legal circus hard to distinguish from sedition to disqualify a sufficient number of state electoral votes because of their tortured misunderstanding of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment so that by default, Kamala Harris would be the president!"

They had wanted that to happen through Democrat petitions to "challenge" votes from GOP states.

The commentary explained there were other problems with the scheme, including also that educated readings of the 14th Amendment mean that the president and vice president are excluded from coverage.

Raskin's comment:

And one from Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez:

A survey even purported to show many Americans had adopted the ideology:

A top Republican in the U.S. Senate is warning the congressional push for tax cuts could be endangering U.S. border security, and therefore the lives of American citizens.

"I'm very worried," said Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., chairman of the Senate Budget Committee, on "Sunday Morning Futures" with Maria Bartiromo on the Fox News Channel.

"I'm very worried that if we don't put border first and get it done, it's going to be to a nightmare for our national security. We've got millions of illegal immigrants that President Trump has promised to deport, and he should. Why are we doing mass deportation? Because we had mass illegal immigration," he continued.

"Laken Riley's murderer was released because there was no bed space to hold him, and he was paroled, and he raped and killed the girl. Right now, we have 41,000 beds. Under the Trump plan, we're going to go to 150,000 beds.

"We're going to double the number of ICE agents to find people and kick 'em out. We're gonna finish the wall, and put technology on the border to shut it down. That costs $100 billion. I'm willing to offset the $100 billion with cuts in other places, but there's no way in hell Democrats are going to give us $100 billion for mass deportation.

"Every day we delay is a dangerous day for America. 3,000 Americans died from fentanyl poisoning every two weeks. I've never seen so many threats to our nation as I do now.

"It started with Afghanistan. ISIS is on the move. They're coming here. Last year we found eight people from Tajikistan that were affiliated with ISIS. I wrote a letter to [Sen. Chuck] Schumer saying let's have a hearing about ISIS-K in Afghanistan. He blew me off for an entire year. Now he wants a hearing about New Orleans.

"The threats to our nation are large. I want the tax cuts. $4.7 trillion, they will ruin the economy if they expire at the the end of the year. I will try to be a team player here, but I want to tell the American people from my point of view, the number one job is to secure the nation for the federal government.

"Our border is broken. I wanted it fixed by February the 17th. To the tax-cut wing of the party, I am with you, but if you hold border security hostage to get tax cuts, you're playing Russian roulette with our national security."

"So count me in for cutting taxes, but my purpose on this show today so the warn Americans that that this broken border is a national security nightmare. Donald Trump has a plan to fix it. It costs $100 billion. If we can get him the money, that's all he needs to fix it for four years. No Democrat is going to help us, folks. If you think they're going to help us, you shouldn't be allowed to drive."

Graham also is pushing to approve President-elect Trump's Cabinet picks "sooner rather than later."

"When President Trump left office, we had the most secure border in American history. The caliphate was destroyed, ISIS was destroyed and Iran was in a box, we killed Soleimani, the Iranian revolutionary guard leader. The last four years have been a freakin' disaster. They rolled back every policy that worked on the border. They went back into the Iran nuclear agreement giving the ayatollah hundreds of millions of dollars that's used for terrorism.

"The confirmations, do 'em now, do 'em quick. Get 'em all done in January, February. We need our team on the field. We need an FBI director, we need an attorney general, we need 'em all. Get hit done. We gotta get it done. We're under attack here. We're at war. … We're under siege here!"

President-elect Donald Trump unleashed on what he considers the failed Democrat leadership in America under Joe Biden, following two terror attacks on America on New Year's Day.

In the first, a man drove a truck through the Bourbon Street crowd in New Orleans, killing 15 and injuring dozens more. The second was an exploding truck outside a Trump building in Las Vegas, in which the perpetrator died and other people were injured.

On Truth Social, Trump wrote, "Our Country is a disaster, a laughing stock all over the World! This is what happens when you have OPEN BORDERS, with weak, ineffective, and virtually nonexistent leadership.

"The DOJ, FBI, and Democrat state and local prosecutors have not done their job. They are incompetent and corrupt, having spent all of their waking hours unlawfully attacking their political opponent, ME, rather than focusing on protecting Americans from the outside and inside violent SCUM that has infiltrated all aspects of our government, and our Nation itself.

"Democrats should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to happen to our Country. The CIA must get involved, NOW, before it is too late. The USA is breaking down – A violent erosion of Safety, National Security, and Democracy is taking place all across our Nation."

He said, "'Only strength and powerful leadership will stop it. See you on January 20th. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!"

The New York Post described his comments as "a fiery social media post."

Police are investigating the two terror attacks for possible links, as both trucks were rented through Turo, and both were EVs.

Las Vegas Sheriff Kevin McMahill said, "Do I think it's a coincidence? I don't know. We're absolutely looking into any connections to New Orleans."

The Daily Mail explained Turo issued a statement expressing the company's "heartbreak" at the violence and a promise to work with law enforcement to investigate.

A terror attack on New Orleans revelers early on New Year's Day cost at least 15 lives and injured dozens more, when the now-dead suspect, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, 42, an Army veteran, drove a pickup truck into a crowd on Bourbon Street, then jumped out and started shooting.

But there are concerns that the terrorism was more than an attack from a single violent criminal.

The Tampa Free Press reported an investigation was launched into whether Jabbar acted alone, because "improvised explosive devices (IEDs) have been found near the scene in the French Quarter."

That's in addition to similar explosives found in Jabbar's truck.

"This remains an active investigation, and we are committed to uncovering the full details of this tragic incident," an official from the FBI said.

Bureau investigators already are confirming the attack as "an act of terrorism," but many of the details of the threats remain unconfirmed, including Jabbar's motives and whether he had a terror cell to help him.

.

According to the Washington Examiner, investigators are looking into reports of "multiple suspects" in the attack.

FBI spokeswoman Aletha Duncan said that the Jabbar vehicle weas rented from a car-sharing service, and an Islamic State flag was attached to it.

And Duncan confirmed two IEDs were found and "neutralized."

Only a day after WND revealed the odd circumstance in the U.S. House of Representatives that could produce an extended dispute over the speakership, President-elect Donald Trump has issued a no-holds-barred endorsement of the present speaker, Rep. Mike Johnson.

"Speaker Mike Johnson is a good, hard working, religious man. He will do the right thing, and we will continue to WIN. Mike has my Complete & Total Endorsement. MAGA!!!" Trump said on social media.

His statement said, "We are the Party of COMMON SENSE, a primary reason that we WON, in a landslide, the magnificent and historic Presidential Election of 2024. ALL SEVEN SWING STATES, 312 ELECTORAL COLLEGE VOTES, AND THE POPULAR VOTE BY MILLIONS OF VOTERS (Despite large scale voter fraud taking place in numerous states, including California, where votes are ridiculously still being counted, or under review!), ALL WON WITH EASE, CALM, & PROFESSIONALISM. Republicans are being praised for having run a 'legendary' campaign!'"

He continued, "Democrats are being excoriated for their effort, having wasted 2.5 Billion Dollars, much of it unaccounted for, with some being used to illegally buy endorsements ($11,000,000 to Beyoncé, who never even sang a song, $2,000,000 to Oprah for doing next to nothing, and even $500,000 to Reverend AL, a professional con man and instigator, who agreed to 'interview' their 'star spangled' candidates, Kamala and Joe). We ran a flawless campaign, having spent FAR LESS, with lots of money left over. They ran a very expensive 'sinking ship,' embracing DOJ & FBI WEAPONIZATION against their political opponent, ME. BUT IT DIDN'T WORK, IT WAS A DISASTER!!! LETS NOT BLOW THIS GREAT OPPORTUNITY WHICH WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN. The American people need IMMEDIATE relief from all of the destructive policies of the last Administration."

Johnson must stand for re-election to the leadership post this week and has only a slim Republican majority in the House.

WND had reported only a day earlier that the narrow GOP margin in the House, and disagreements within the party, could create an unprecedented circumstance for the nation because of the House post.

On "Sunday Morning Futures" on the Fox News Channel, host Jason Chaffetz quoted Fox News senior congressional correspondent Chad Pergram who said:

"The House absolutely, unequivocally cannot do anything until it elects a speaker, period. This also means that the House cannot certify the results of the Electoral College, making trump the 47th president of the United States on Jan. 6. What happens if the Electoral College isn't sorted out by Jan. 20? Well, President Biden is done, so he's gone. The same with Harris. Next in the presidential line of succession is the speaker of the House.

"Well, there's no speaker, so who becomes the president? If the House is still frittering away time trying to elect a speaker on Jan 20, [president pro tempore of the Senate Chuck] Grassley, likely becomes 'acting president.' I write likely because this gets into some serious, extra-constitutional turf. These are unprecedented scenarios. Strange lands never visited in the American political experience."

JERUSALEM – Israel has submitted a report to the United Nations from the country's health ministry, which outlines the abuse Israeli hostages suffered at the hands of their Gazan captors – cataloging physical and mental torture – and the lasting effect it has had on them, including children.

The Health Ministry's report, which it submitted to Alice Edwards, the U.N. special rapporteur on torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, is compiled from the testimonies of hostages who were released in the first – and to date, only – deal in November 2023.

It also includes accounts from hostages who were rescued in IDF operations. It details how they were burned and beaten, starved and humiliated, as well as how the abuse impacted their mental and physical health, even long after they were freed.

Descriptions of brutality and torture make for excruciating reading, especially testimonies about physical and sexual torture directed at men, women, and children. The report breaks down the abuse into three general areas: Torture by withholding medical treatment or causing intentional pain during treatment, starvation, poor nutrition and holding of hostages in harsh sanitary conditions, and psychological abuse.

The first section describes how those who were wounded in the Oct. 7 attacks and taken back to Gaza as trophies were given entirely rudimentary medical attention.

"Fractures, shrapnel wounds, and burns were treated inadequately, leading to complications which required
additional surgeries, which could have been prevented with proper care. Upon arrival in Israel, intensive treatment was given to the returned hostages," the report states. There are also descriptions of medical procedures without anesthesia, as well as chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart failure, and hypothyroidism, leading to severe short-term deterioration. Also, several older women required urgent life-saving treatment due to untreated hypertension and hypothyroidism.

When Israelis saw the condition in which the released hostages returned in that first deal, public pressure – as well as a sense of national horror up to and including the government – catalyzed enormous pressure on international bodies – particularly the Red Cross – to deliver life-saving medicines to those captives in the worst physical condition. They refused. Considering its abysmal record in missing the signs of Nazi brutality toward Jews during the Holocaust, we need not be surprised by this position.

The report also details how hostages were largely starved, only given meager rations, as well as being deprived of sunlight, and hence suffering from Vitamin D deficiencies. On average, the captives lost between 18-35 pounds in weight, approximately 10% to 17% of body weight.

Inadequate nutrition can lead to a number of complications, including delayed wound and fracture recovery, and a weakened immune system. Severe malnutrition can impair cognitive function and cause mental health problems. In children, it may hinder normal development and growth.

The captors attempted to fatten up hostages in the few days before their release, which put them at risk of Refeeding Syndrome. There are also allegations that captives were injected with drugs in advance of the transfer to make them seem more pliable and that the conditions of their incarceration were less harsh than reported.

"The poor quality of food and water, combined with unsanitary conditions, led to increased morbidity among the hostages. Many suffered from diarrhea, abdominal pain, and sometimes constipation. They had limited access to showers and returned with skin infections, including dermatitis, the report cited.

The litany of psychological trauma is the longest section of the Health Ministry's report and provides a harrowing account of the means and ways Hamas – and other Gazan captors – attempted to extract the most mental anguish.

The events of Oct. 7 were traumatic in and of themselves. Men, women, and children were either aware or witnessed the murder and sometimes sexual assaults of either family or community members.

"The captives were transported to Gaza in open vehicles, often alongside the bodies of those murdered. They endured beatings, humiliation, and verbal, physical, and sexual violence during the journey," according to the report.

It highlighted how hostages' captors attempted to break their morale and torture them psychologically, with the aim of making them easier to control. Some captives witnessed the killing of other captives, further deepening their sense of helplessness and hopelessness, as well as seemingly arbitrary transfers from one place to another.

"In captivity, the hostages were often subjected to solitary confinement, poor sanitation, severe medical neglect, lack of sleep, starvation, sexual abuse, violence, threats, and brainwashing through media designed to break their spirit and make them submissive," the report added.

The report concluded with the ongoing psychological and physical trauma, which nearly all the returned hostages suffer from, and the length of time needed for them to even attempt to heal. Some were too afraid to respond to the Health Ministry for fear of the danger they felt they might put family members still in Hamas captivity in, were they to do so.

There was even a dark prognosis for the hostages remaining in Gazan captivity, and whether, considering they have been held for nearly 400 days more than some of the hostages interviewed in the report, they will ever be able to return to some semblance of normal life if they were to be released.

Health Minister Uriel Basso said, "The report we are submitting to the U.N. is a harrowing testimony to the brutal experiences suffered by the hostages in Hamas captivity – cruel violence, psychological abuse, physical torment, and unfathomable acts of horror. These actions cannot be tolerated. The report highlights the horrors endured by the hostages and reveals the brutality of the enemy with whom Israel is engaged. The testimonies presented in this report serve as a wake-up call for the international community to apply increased pressure on Hamas and its supporters to release all hostages without delay … It is a moral and humanitarian imperative, and the time to act is running out."

For several years already, there's been significant evidence of a Biden family influence peddling scheme.

Congressional investigators have confirmed that foreign interests paid Hunter Biden and his business associates $27 million from 2014 to 2019, when Joe Biden was vice president.

Hunter Biden used official trips with his father to facilitate some of those deals, and there's been a startling lack of evidence of any services or products provided to obtain those millions.

Meanwhile, Joe Biden repeatedly claimed he had no knowledge of Hunter's business schemes and profits, despite testimony that he was on speakerphone with Hunter's clients, attended dinners with them, and took pictures with them.

Now there's another piece of evidence that has surfaced. According to Fox News, "President Biden is seen in newly uncovered photos meeting with Hunter Biden's Chinese business associates in China while he served as vice president, bringing further scrutiny to his claim he 'never' discussed business with his son. The photos, obtained by conservative-leaning America First Legal through litigation against the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), appear to show then-Vice President Biden introducing his son to Chinese President Xi Jinping and then-Vice President Li Yuanchao. Other photos show Joe Biden posing with Hunter's business associates from BHR Partners, including Jonathan Li and Ming Xue."

In fact, America First Legal said, "These images shed light on the connections between then-Vice President Biden, Hunter and his Chinese business associates, and Chinese government officials including President Xi Jinping. Lawyers and representatives for President Biden and President Obama delayed NARA's release of these photographs, as they did with other records, until after Election Day."

But don't expect the revelations to have a significant impact, warned constitutional expert Jonathan Turley, who has both testified before Congress on the Constitution, and represented members in court.

"After years of ignoring the influence-peddling scandal, the media is not likely to suddenly pursue the story. In the meantime, Democrats have praised or rationalized Biden for pardoning his son despite the fact that it covered possible crimes that might implicate not just Hunter but his father in corruption," Turley explained.

He cited what's already been in evidence: "There were diamonds as gifts, lavish expense accounts, and a sports car, in addition to massive payments that Hunter claimed were 'loans.' There are messages like the one to a Chinese businessman openly threatening the displeasure of Joe Biden if money is not sent to them immediately. In the WhatsApp message."

In that situation, Hunter threatened his Chinese money source: "I am sitting here with my father, and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the Chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father."

Turley noted the "pronounced lack of interest" by media organizations in America "into the alleged multimillion dollar influence-peddling scheme."

He said those "House and conservative" groups that have pursued the story have found "overwhelming evidence that the president has repeatedly lied about his interactions with foreign clients."

The newest image "Further contradicts" Biden's claims, Turley said.

Fox reported the newly accessed images, according to America First Legal, "corroborate the House Oversight Committee's investigative findings that Hunter Biden arranged for his father to meet with Jonathan Li and other BHR executives during the 2013 China trip, where 'Mr. Li sought— and received — access to Vice President Biden's political power, including, for example, preferential access to then-U.S. Ambassador to China Max Baucus … a condition of Hunter Biden and his associates participating in the BHR deal.'"

Congressional investigators also have concluded the Bidens benefited from their business dealings with BHR.

Campaigning in 2019, Joe Biden claimed, "I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings."

But, Fox reported, "emails sent to and from Hunter Biden have cast doubt on that, including a 2017 email obtained by Fox News that shows Hunter requesting keys for Joe and Jill Biden, along with his uncle, Jim Biden, for space he planned to share with an 'emissary' to the chairman of a now-bankrupt Chinese energy company."

The report detailed, "In another 2017 email also obtained by Fox News, Biden wrote to the same Chinese energy company's chairman extending 'best wishes from the entire Biden family,' and urging the chairman to 'quickly' send a $10 million wire to 'properly fund and operate' the Biden joint venture with the company."

"The Biden Crime Family Christmas card just dropped," GOP Rep. Eric Burlison explained on social media.

Whatever is revealed now about that time period no longer will threaten Hunter Biden, as Joe Biden granted him a pardon for a decade-long time period covering virtually all of the circumstances that have been uncovered that raise questions.

Joe Biden claimed his son was being "unfairly" prosecuted, even though a jury convicted him of multiple gun felonies, and he pleaded guilty to several tax felonies.

A departing member of Congress says one of the reasons she's leaving is that President-election Donald Trump "tried to kill me once."

Then Annie Kuster, a Democrat from New Hampshire, tried to walk back her outlandish claim.

Kuster chose not to seek re-election in 2024 and soon will be out of Congress, according to a report at the Daily Caller.

In comments made in both Roll Call and the Boston Globe, she said she's trying to set an example for colleagues who are in their 70s and 80s, but "stick around too long."

And then there is a part of it related to Donald Trump coming back, she explained. "I was one of the last members of Congress in the gallery on Jan. 6, and as it turns out, we have the security footage that shows it was only 30 seconds from when I was able to evacuate that the insurrectionists were in that hallway hunting for us with zip ties and bear mace and who knows what else.

"I just felt like, he tried to kill me once. I'm not available for it again."

She's been in Congress for six terms already.

But, the report noted, that in an interview with the Globe, Kuster was backtracking, suggesting her comment was "tongue-in-cheek."

"I've said somewhat facetiously, he tried to kill me once, I'm not available for that again," she claimed. "What we went through on Jan. 6 and his attempt to overthrow the government took a toll. That was that was really hard, and not just personally, but on my ability to work across the aisle."

Her claim that Trump was trying to "overthrow" the government lacks evidence, too, even though Democrats have claimed for years the riot events that day were an "insurrection."

A real overthrow attempt would include not only plans to remove present leaders, but take over the economy, the foreign policy, the military, the budgetary process and more, none of which Trump, who left the White House voluntarily to allow Joe Biden to move in, attempted.

The Daily Caller report explained Kuster "has consistently been a big fan of hyperbole regarding the protests at the Capitol in 2021."

Video released by her office showed "her and a pair of House Democrats on the third floor of the U.S. Capitol and three protesters wandering down the halls shortly thereafter. It was, she claimed, evidence of 'the threat that Donald Trump poses to our democracy going forward.'"

The headlines this week have included the case of William and Zachary Zulock of Georgia, two homosexuals who adopted two sons and were convicted of sexually abusing them, using them for child porn, and more.

It was the Alcovy Judicial Circuit District Attorney's office that announced the penalties for the two, life without parole.

"William Zulock pleaded guilty to six counts of aggravated sodomy, three counts of aggravated child molestation, two counts of incest and two counts of sexual exploitation of children. His husband, Zachary Zulock, pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated sodomy, three counts of aggravated child molestation, two counts of incest, two counts of sodomy, three counts of sexual exploitation of children and two counts of pandering to a person under 18," Fox News revealed.

The prosecutor accused the two of creating a "house of horrors."

Evidence included confirmation from surveillance cameras insider their home "showing multiple instances of the defendants 'committing sexual abuse in different parts of the house,'" the report said.

Libs of TikTok posted online a comment about the case, in that, "They adopted 2 kids, used them to product child p**n," and more.

Then the social media page expressed the opinion that 100 years in prison is "not harsh enough."

But that "not harsh enough" was among the mildest of opinions concerning the two convicts.

Among the sentiments expressed on social media:

"Pedo lives don't matter."

"Quick trial-Quick EXECUTION."

"No death penalty?"

"A bridge/overpass and a couple long ropes seem appropriate."

"Drawn and quartered needs to be brought back…"

"If dogs are put to sleep for attacking children, why aren't we doing the same to pedophiles?"

"Absolutely sickening.'

And, "What's deserved: Locked in a room with no light that's too small to stand up in & too short to lay down in."

"Real castration not chemical."

Then there also was one just showing the picture of a bullet.

"Kingdeath2006" explained what likely is the bloodiest idea of all, "Forget the wood chipper, I have a better idea," atop an image of multiple human bodies mounted on long spears, similar to the Roman death penalty of crucifixion.

An illegal immigrant from Guatemala is now charged with murder in the horrific burning-alive death of a woman sleeping Sunday on a New York City subway.

Sebastian Zapeta, 33, is charged with first- and second-degree murder and arson.

He had already been deported once before during President Donald Trump's first term in office.

Zapeta was arrested by U.S. Border Patrol on June 1, 2018, after he crossed illegally into Sonoita, Arizona, and was deported by the Trump administration just days later on June 7, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesperson Marie Ferguson told Fox News.

She noted Zapeta then re-entered the U.S. illegally "on an unknown date and location," and added that after Zapeta is charged and details of where he is being held are released, Enforcement and Removal Operations "will lodge an immigration detainer with the NYPD location where he is being held."

Police say the woman was burned alive while sleeping on an F train at about 7:30 a.m. Sunday at the Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue station. Officials have not publicly named her, but social media speculation claims the victim is Amelia Carter, 29.

Officers there smelled smoke and observed the woman standing inside the subway car, engulfed in flames. Along with a transit worker, they used a fire extinguisher to douse the flames, but the woman died at the scene.

"Unbeknownst to the officers who responded, the suspect had stayed on the scene and was seated on a bench on the platform just outside the train car, and the body worn cameras on the responding officers produced a very clear, detailed look at the killer," NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch said at a news conference Sunday evening. "Three high school age New Yorkers called 9-1-1 to say that they recognize the suspect. They saw something and they said something, and they did something."

"The depravity of this horrific crime is beyond comprehension, and my office is committed to bringing the perpetrator to justice. This gruesome and senseless act of violence against a vulnerable woman will be met with the most serious consequences," Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez said.

"Every New Yorker deserves to feel safe on our subways, and we will do everything in our power to ensure accountability in this case."

Ironically, just hours after the subway fire murder occurred, Gov. Kathy Hochul, D-N.Y., posted a message online praising her efforts to keeping the city's subway safe.
