The Shroud of Turin, a mysterious linen cloth with a haunting image of a crucified man, believed by many to be the burial cloth of Jesus, is a 2,000-year-old relic, a new study reveals.

That would make it possible that it is such a significant relic, contrary to other studies that have dated it hundreds of years newer.

report from Newsweek said the journal Heritage has published a study by Italian researchers that ascribed the two-millennia-old age to the cloth.

"The Shroud, which has long been the subject of intense scrutiny, features a faint image of man that some believe is the body of Jesus miraculously imprinted onto the cloth. While the latest study does not discuss the question of whether or not the artifact was indeed Jesus' burial shroud, the authors did find that its age is roughly consistent with his time," the report explained.

A radiocarbon study done in the 1980s suggested the linen dates to the 1200s or 1300s A.D., which would be about the time of the artifact's first appearance in France, the report said.

But experts who worked on the study outlined by Heritage said the tests might have been flawed due to contamination of the tested material.

The report explained the newest details: "Such arguments revolving the contamination hypothesis have previously been challenged as well. In the Heritage study, lead researcher Liberato De Caro, from the Institute of Crystallography in Italy, and colleagues employed a novel method for dating ancient linen threads by inspecting their structural degradations using a technique known as Wide-Angle X-ray Scattering. This was applied to a small sample from the Shroud, which currently resides in the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in Turin, Italy."

The study said the results showed the cloth was "compatible" with results from other linens dating to about 55-74 A.D.

The report said since the results differ from the conclusions of earlier carbon-dating, more tests are needed.

WND columnist Jerry Newcombe this year reported on the cloth, 14 feet by 3 feet, that "contains the image of a man who was badly scourged, was crucified, wore a crown of thorns and was stabbed in the chest with a Roman lance. Of course, all of these wounds fit what the Bible says happened to Jesus. Is the Shroud of Turin Jesus' actual 'clean linen shroud' given to Him in death by Joseph of Arimathea?"

He reported at the time experts, like the late Alan Whanger, M.D., of Duke Medical Center, confirmed the Shroud is "the most intensely studied single object in existence. There are probably 67 different fields of scientific and academic interests that have looked into the Shroud in one way in another."

Further, he confirmed it is scientific proof "something so extraordinary happened that there doesn't seem to be anything else in human history that would fit."

Newcombe also reported on a challenge:

"British filmmaker David Rolfe issued a million-dollar challenge: Make an accurate replica with the means available to a supposed Medieval forger, and you can win a million dollars."

The deadline for that challenge already has passed.

It was The Shroud of Turin Research Project that already has confirmed the image "is that of a real human form of a scourged, crucified man. It is not the product of an artist."

Further, the image is a photographic negative, 500 years before photography was developed.

Also, WND reported several years back that a researcher explained how the Carbon-14 dating used on the linen was faulty. The testing apparently used material that was used to repair the Shroud after a fire in the 16th century.

Those who suggest it is Jesus' burial cloth have explained the image was embedded into the fibers by a process that has not yet been explained, possibly a surge of energy.

Matthew 27:57-60 records: "When the even was come, there came a rich man of Arimathaea, named Joseph, who also himself was Jesus' disciple: He went to Pilate, and begged the body of Jesus. Then Pilate commanded the body to be delivered. And when Joseph had taken the body, he wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, And laid it in his own new tomb, which he had hewn out in the rock: and he rolled a great stone to the door of the sepulchre, and departed."

The Shroud is a sepia-colored cloth woven in a three-to-one herringbone twill composed of flax fibrils with the front and the back image of a naked man with his hands folded across his groin.

Other researchers have said there are bloodstains that came from someone who was suffering extreme injury and pain.

Pro-life counselors at a notorious abortion business in Illinois called police when evidence of statutory rape was shouted out in the parking lot of "Hope Clinic."

A report from Operation Rescue, however, said it was unclear whether mandatory reporters at such a facility also did.

The report by Ricardo Penda at Operation Rescue explained the situation developed when a woman was heard screaming in the parking lot of the abortion business.

"The lady turned out to be the mother of a teenage girl who was there to have an abortion. She was yelling at the sidewalk counselors at the scene, demanding they leave her daughter 'alone,'" the report said.

Those counselors confirmed "she stated that the father of the baby being aborted was 18 years old, a legal adult. This man knowingly engaged in sexual activities with her daughter even though she was only 15."

The report noted one of those witnesses "called 911 to leave a record of what had happened to the minor. According to his eyewitness testimony, the couple in question arrived in a rental car. Therefore, it remains uncertain where the crime took place."

The report explained the legal age of consent in Illinois in 17, meaning a person under that age cannot legally consent to sexual conduct.

"What is statutory rape? Simply put, it is non-forced sexual activity with an underaged person. In many jurisdictions, this type of sexual activity is legally defined as 'statutory rape' because the victim is not old enough to lawfully consent to sexual contact. According to the Illinois statute , 'A person commits criminal sexual abuse if that person commits an act of sexual penetration or sexual conduct with a victim who is at least 13 years of age but under 17 years of age [15 in this case] and the person is less than 5 years older [18 years old in this case] than the victim.'"

The report said when officers arrived they contacted the person who reported the situation, then talked with the family of the 15-year-old.

According to the Rape, Abuse, Incest National Network, which runs a National Sexual Assault Hotline, any "physician, physician's assistant, registered nurse, licensed practical nurse, medical technician, certified nursing assistant" who is aware of sexual abuse towards a minor is required to report any such case to the Department of Children and Family Services.

The situation is "what appears to be a cover-up of the rape of this underage girl," explained OR President Troy Newman, "sadly but honestly, doesn't come as a surprise."

"Although the abortion cartel claims to defend and champion women's rights, the truth is that abortionists simply do not care about women. In our work at Operation Rescue, we have not only seen abortion staff refusing to report cases of statutory rape, but we have also seen many cases of abortionists themselves sexually abusing women while clinic staff and abortion supporters choose to look the other way," he said.

Even worse, he noted in the report, "This is also the attitude of the current presidential administration: to punish pro-lifers while murderous abortionists, when not raping and molesting women themselves, illegally cover for rapists."

Those mRNA COVID-19 shots, turned out in double time by an industry in the pay of the federal government at the time, are "far more" dangerous to those who took them, including those forced by government officials to take them, than getting COVID, a new report explains.

The report at Slay News said a study has shown that the "overall risks" of the shots "greatly outweigh theoretical benefits."

The study results appeared in the International Journal of Vaccine Theory, Practice, and Research.

The researchers included M. Nathaniel Mead of the McCullough Foundation, MIT's Stephanie Seneff, independent researcher Jessica Rose, Research Triangle Park's Russ Wolfinger, Nicolas Hulscher and Dr. Peter A. McCullough, an M.D. practicing in internal medicine, cardiology, epidemiology and more.

The report said, "They found that the modmRNA injections carry such a high risk of dangerous adverse events, that it would be safer to catch the virus without being vaccinated than to take one of the shots."

The report said, "The study categorizes the principal adverse events associated with the mRNA products with a brief systems-based synopsis of each of the six domains of potential harm: cardiovascular, neurological, hematologic, immunological, oncological and reproductive.

The shots "dramatically increase the risk of becoming severely ill or dying from potentially fatal conditions such as cancer or heart failure," the report said.

It said the study actually is No. 2, a followup to an earlier assessment that found, "health-related risks and drawbacks were drastically misreported and underreported in the Pfizer and Moderna trial evaluations of these genetic products."

The scientists concluded, among other things, it would be more accurate to refer to "mRNA vaccines" as "modified mRNA gene therapies" or "modmRNA" shots.

They found, "The COVID-19 modified mRNA (modmRNA) lipid nanoparticle-based 'vaccines' are not classical antigen-based vaccines but instead prodrugs informed by gene therapy technology."

Further, they wrote, "This leads us to consider how and why so many published papers and authorities have claimed that myocarditis [heart failure] shows a stronger association with SARS-CoV-2 infection than with the COVID-19 modmRNA injections. This single claim is patently false, and yet it has been used to justify ongoing injections despite myocarditis being recognized as a signal by the CDC and other authorities."

The results appeared on Substack, where McCullough wrote, "This manuscript evaluated all of the published data and has completely overturned a false narrative held by government agencies and the American College of Cardiology who erroneously assert that SARS-CoV-2 infection poses a greater risk of heart damage than vaccination."

It said, in fact, "The risk of suffering from myocarditis from the shots was 37 times greater than from the infection."

And it warned further recommendations to impose the shots "seems unconscionable in the extreme."

There also were higher numbers of brain disorders reported among those who took the shots.

Other complications that appeared related include "encephalitis, other encephalopathies, meningitis, myelitis, autoimmune nervous system disorders, cerebrovascular events, facial palsy" and more.

'We have much more work to do to assess how much Kamala Harris and other senior officials knew, when they knew it, and what role they took in covering up for the empty suit in the Oval Office'

A new congressional report released by U.S. House Republicans Monday alleges there is evidence Joe Biden abused his office by engaging in a conspiracy to "peddle influence."

U.S. Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., ripped into Democrats over their refusal to cooperate with congressional oversight into impeachable offenses committed by Biden.

"Today's Committee report on the impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden shows overwhelming evidence that he actively took part in an influence peddling scheme throughout his time in office to enrich his family, his associates, and LIED about it! Meanwhile, Kamala Harris and the Democrats refused to cooperate with congressional oversight and assured us Joe Biden was honorable and competent, before throwing him off the bus. We have much more work to do to assess how much Kamala Harris and other senior officials knew, when they knew it, and what role they took in covering up for the empty suit in the Oval Office," Gaetz posted on X.

U.S. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, stated on X the inquiry has exposed Biden, and Democrats will no longer be able to cover for him.

"Our impeachment inquiry shows conclusively that Joe Biden abused his public office for the private financial benefit of the Biden family and Biden business associates. The facts speak for themselves, and Democrats can no longer stretch the truth to cover for President Biden. As Democrats celebrate Joe Biden and crown Kamala Harris as his heir apparent this week, Americans should remember the reality of the Biden-Harris Administration: crime, chaos, and corruption," Jordan said on X.

The 291–page report details Biden's family business dealings since he became President Barack Obama's vice president in 2009.

"The Committees reviewed the Biden family's financial practices and sources of income from 2009 to the present. This was a complex process, as members of the Biden family – particularly Hunter Biden and James Biden – often used a complicated system of third parties' limited liability companies, delayed transfers of incremental payments, and categorized certain financial transactions as "loans" to seemingly obfuscate the source and nature of the payments to Biden family members, including Joe Biden," the full report reads.

The report goes on to state the committee accounted for over $35 million sent to Biden family members and their respective companies and business associates since 2013. However, it notes the Bidens were unable to explain why they had been given this much money, and the committee further points out the reasons that were provided do not justify the amount that was paid to them.

Additionally, the committee alleges the White House refused to cooperate with their inquiry when they sought specific documents, and interviews with certain White House personnel. The White House informed the committee it would not be providing the requested documents.

According to the report, the White House further requested the committee to withdraw all subpoenas issued in connection with their investigation into Biden and his business dealings.

An investigative report from the Washington Examiner is revealing that an Al-Qaida-linked organization was awarded $2 million in grants from the government run by Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz.

He's now Kamala Harris's pick to be her VP nominee as she runs in this year's presidential election, hand-picked by the elite of the Democrat party after they tossed the mentally declining Joe Biden under the bus, and off the ticket.

The report explains the state money went to an Islamic group "that fundraises for a charity linked to an Al-Qaida affiliate.

The details come from funding records reviewed by the publication.

It was the Islamic Association of North America that got state grants between 2019 and 2024. It now is fundraising after Hamas' terrorist attack on Israel last Oct. 7.

Those funds are going to Rahma Worldwide, "a Michigan-based charity that says it is shipping humanitarian aid to Gaza, according to flyers. In a since-deleted Facebook post in October 2023, Rahma Worldwide President Shadi Zaza revealed his charity was collaborating on an aid initiative with the Islamic Heritage Revival Society of Kuwait, a terrorist group sanctioned by the U.S. government for funding al-Qaida," the report explained.

The publication earlier had revealed Walz's ties to Muslim cleric Asad Zaman, who "shared a pro-Adolf Hitler movie on social media and defended the Oct. 7 attack," the report said.

The report said Harris's campaign continues to claim Walz has no personal relationship with Zaman.

But the situation has not gone unnoticed.

"Embracing and funding an imam that sympathizes with neo-Nazis was apparently only the start," Sam Westrop, a terrorism analyst at the Middle East Forum think tank, told the Examiner.

The IANA was formed in 2001, just as the Treasury Department's terrorist designation of the scandal-plagued Holy Land Foundation "sent shockwaves throughout the philanthropy world."

It has about a dozen centers operating in Minnesota.

The state money came through its health department, $238,000 in 2024 and $192,000 in 2023. That figure was over $1 million in 2022 and more than $612,000 between 2019 to 2021.

The money apparently was related to outreach and "community vaccinations."

"Yusuf Abdi Abdulle, IANA's director, said on Oct. 7, 'Palestine has the right to defend itself,' which prompted Zaman to reply to the director on Facebook with an image of a Palestinian flag. On Oct. 7, the Walz administration-backed IANA affirmed a statement by its partner group that said Israel was engaged in 'unprovoked' attacks in Gaza after Hamas killed 1,200 people in the Jewish state," the Examiner detailed.

Rahma, which is getting financial help from the Walz-backed IANA, has boasted of its participation in a pro-Palestinian aid campaign with Kuwait's Islamic Heritage Revival Society.

That group previously was sanctioned by the U.S. for backing al-Qaida.

Westrop said the support pathway is "a complete betrayal of all those moderate Muslim and Somali activists working to fight this extremism in their communities every day."

And he said the fact that state money is being used in this way is "reprehensible."

The U.S. Department of Justice announced in a statement on Thursday that a 43–year–old Jordanian citizen currently residing in Florida has been charged with four counts of threatening to use explosives and one count of destruction of an energy facility.

The accused – Hashem Younis Hashem Hnaihen – threatened local businesses in the Orlando area for their perceived support of Israel, and will be detained pending his trial.

According to court documents, in early June 2024, Hnaihen targeted and attacked these businesses, leaving behind "warning letters" addressed to the U.S. government that made political demands, and threatened to "destroy or explode everything here in whole America. Especially the companies and factories that support the racist state of Israel."

By the end of June, Hnaihen had broken into a solar power generation facility in Wedgefield, Florida, and proceeded to destroy solar panels, wiring, and other critical electronic equipment, which is estimated to have inflicted more than $700,000 in damage.

Attorney General Merrick Garland said Hnaihen threatened to carry out "hate-fueled mass violence in our country," and deliberately targeted businesses who support Israel.

"Such acts and threats of violence, whether they are targeting the places that Americans frequent every day or our country's critical infrastructure, are extremely dangerous and will not be tolerated by the Justice Department," Garland said.

FBI Director Christopher Wray said Hnaihen caused hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of damage to the power facility and local businesses.

"Violence and destruction of property to threaten and intimidate others will never be tolerated. The FBI and our partners will work together to pursue and hold accountable those who resort to violence," Wray said.

Hnaihen was arrested July 11, and could face a possible sentence of 10 years in federal prison for each threat he made, and a possible 20-year sentence for destroying a power facility, if convicted. A final warning letter was discovered at a propane gas distribution center in Orlando.

The case will be prosecuted by the Assistant U.S. Attorney Richard Varadan for the Middle District of Florida, with assistance from the National Security Division's Counterterrorism Section.

WND reached out to Gov. Ron DeSantis' office about the attacks, but did not receive an immediate response.

JERUSALEM – It is now more than 10 days since the killing of Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh in an Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) compound in Tehran, and the promised Iranian retaliation has still yet to materialize.

Part of this is a deliberate Iranian strategy. Their intention is to create doubt – even complacency – in both the minds of Israeli decision-makers and the wider populace; the latter of which has lived in a state of tension due to the seemingly imminent threat of Iranian reprisals in response to the abject failure of their security services and the attendant humiliation for Haniyeh's elimination.

It is possible it also wants to provoke Israeli miscalculation. There have been growing calls within Israel's political establishment that it should consider at least one, and possibly two, pre-emptive strikes – one against Hezbollah and the other directly on Iran itself.

The rationale for this line of Israeli thinking is when an enemy – which has proven it is prepared to strike directly at your civilian population centers – think the unprecedented ballistic missile and drone attack of April 13/14, which miraculously caused no loss of life – and threatens to do it again, then they should be believed.

Iran has continued to ratchet up the pressure through a series of carefully cultivated leaks of information to the world's media over the last few days. One of the first was a report about the appearance of Russian-made aircraft batteries in Tehran as long as a week ago. Such a delivery is usually accompanied by Russian military personnel, although on this occasion it was not clear whether they were also in the Iranian capital.

Reports also surfaced late last week about a NOTAM, or notice to airmen, to avoid airspace over Tehran; this was updated Sunday to advise the airspace would be closed from Aug. 11 until Aug. 14. It should be noted that prior to the April attack on Israel, a similar order was given, because the airspace was reserved for missile launchers. This would suggest at least an Iranian attack could begin on Wednesday. Some have suggested an attack would start on the most solemn day of the Jewish Calendar – the Ninth of Av – which this year falls on Tuesday – the day when the Jewish people the world over mourn calamities, which have befallen them over the centuries.

It is also highly likely Hezbollah – which started firing rockets, missiles and drones into Israel on Oct. 8 – will also seek retribution for the killing of senior leader Fuad Shukr. Whether it will go it alone or be the tip of the Iranian retaliatory spear remains to be seen. If Tehran does order a coordinated attack – it is thought the threat will last "three or four days" and will include its Shiite proxy in Lebanon – effectively another arm of the IRGC – as well as the Houthi in Yemen and other proxies in Iraq and Syria.

"Iran's aerial operations against Israel could last three to four days," said Ahmad Bakhshayesh Ardestani, a member of the Iranian Parliament's National Security Commission, Iran International reported on Saturday night, citing an interview published by 'Iran Watch.' Ardestani also claimed Iran would be prepared for the consequences of such an attack, and would be ready for any subsequent developments.

It is unclear how much damage Israel is willing to absorb in the event Iran and/or its proxies attack the Jewish state. It is worth noting what appeared to be a muted response to Iran's hyper-aggressive attack in April; in response to the hundreds of projectiles fired at it, some days later Israel responded with taking out a radar station utilizing a weapon the Iranians had no knowledge of and no way to counter. Iran – both directly and via its proxies has not wavered from its ambition to annihilate the Jewish state and everyone – not just the Jews – within it. Israel has attempted to modulate its replies with coded warnings about its capabilities – both military and intelligence.

F-22 Raptors

The situation is still very tense – although Israelis are largely going about their daily routines as much as possible – and the potential for miscalculation on both the Israeli and Iranian side are great. For its part, the United States, worried about a possible escalation leading to regional war – which would obviously be catastrophic for the people of the Middle East – would likely to be disastrous for America's lame duck President Joe Biden and the Democrat's chances of getting Vice President Kamala Harris elected.

It is the one thing they have been assiduously trying to avoid – and yet by projecting weakness, indecision, and distraction – it might be the very thing they end up getting. Still, there are two U.S. aircraft carriers in the Eastern Mediterranean and a squadron of F-22 Raptors on standby.

For his part, Biden, from whom we have heard precious little in the intervening weeks since his defenestration as the Democratic Party's nominee for the presidential election, reiterated his one-word warning to Iran over the weekend. On being asked by reporters if he had a message for Iran, Biden almost inaudibly said, "Don't."

If the last 10 months or so have shown us anything it is that both Israel, Iran and its proxies are not overly deterred by the soon-to-be-former president's words. It should be remembered his "Don't" in October was also a warning to Israel to not go down the path of attacking Hezbollah, as some in the defense establishment, including Israel's Defense Minister Yoav Gallant thought about doing.

Meanwhile, on Saturday, the IDF carried out an airstrike on the "Al-Taba'een" school complex in Gaza City, which it said served as a Hamas military headquarters, and in which it used three small missiles to eliminate some 19 Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) operatives. Almost immediately, Hamas counter-claimed, alleging the strike killed some 90-100 people – the majority non-combatants.

On Sunday, the IDF in tandem with the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) released the names and photos of the terrorists it said were holed up at the school. The global reaction to this incident has been similar to other incidents – most infamously the Al-Ahli hospital "strike" which the Hamas-run Gaza Health Ministry within minutes of its taking place reported some 500 people having been killed. Again the Hamas-run "civil defense agency" claimed "more than 90 killed," while Egypt and Qatar registered their consternation at the supposed loss of life.

The White House said it was "deeply concerned" about the airstrike and was seeking further details. It said far too many civilians continue to be killed in the Gaza war. A subsequent National Security Council spokesperson acknowledged the obvious fact about Hamas using schools to operate command centers from, but again stressed Israel's need to take measures to "minimize civilian harm."

"Yet again, far too many civilians have been killed," Kamala Harris told reporters separately on Saturday while also reiterating calls for a Gaza ceasefire. Further condemnation of Israel flowed from Turkey, which accused Israel of "another crime against humanity," U.N. special rapporteur Francesca Albanese – who has a long and ignominious history of rank anti-Semitism said Israel was "genociding [sic] the Palestinians, and both U.K. Foreign Secretary David Lammy and French President Emanuel Macron denounced the attack, also calling for an immediate ceasefire.

The IDF was very precise in its explanation about using "three small munitions" to carry out the strike – the implication being it was enough to carry out the limited attack it had planned. It argued the ordnance used could create neither the physical nor human destruction it is alleged to have caused.

The United States government and the Chinese Communist Party see "national security" in two very different ways – and that includes food security.

Historically, the CCP has been known to weaponize its food supply, which it has done against millions of its own citizens, resulting in mass starvation and suffering. But today, it appears the communist government is stockpiling food, indeed, making it a major national security priority for its people. Why?

Tommy Waller, president and CEO of the Washington, D.C.-based think tank the Center for Security Policy, says most Americans do not understand that "food security is national security". And that currently, the safety of American citizens is, indeed, being jeopardized by the U.S. government. The retired Marine Corps lieutenant colonel, in an interview with WND, explained that "at the federal level, our nation has catastrophically failed to prioritize food security while all of our adversaries, both hostile nations and globalists, have had their crosshairs on food for quite a while."

For example, Waller said, in stark contrast to "having no problem starving its own people," the Chinese government has an entire agency called the National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration. It is largely responsible for laws and regulations that oversee grain and material reserves of the East Asian country.

In statistics often touted by members of the Chinese regime, Waller said, "China's grain inventories are so abundant that the stock-to-use ratio is well above the international grain security threshold."

"The U. S. government has not put a major priority on food security or preparedness," Waller warned. In contrast to the Chinese regime's prioritizing strategic reserves of food, he told WND, "under the Biden administration, the USDA and FEMA have transitioned from a culture of preparedness to priorities of diversity, equity and inclusion – DEI – and climate change."

What's more, he said, the Biden administration has incentivized many farmers to reprioritize the use of their land away from cultivating it for food production. Through the Conservation Reserve Program, he explained, "farmers are getting paid more to get their land into the program as opposed to farming it." While he conceded there are some benefits to the program, he also pointed out that farmers are producing less food as a result, and this diminishes America's food security.

"Less than two percent of our population produces food for everybody else in this country," Waller noted. "The average American isn't prepared to go without food for any duration, so you can see the importance of keeping our farmers farming."

"Take away farming and you take away food," he said starkly, while warning that the average person is extremely unprepared for shortages of food. "They just take it for granted, and it's understandable because we've always had it very easy in this country," Waller said, but warning about one scenario in which Americans could find themselves hungry right away: "That number one scenario is a loss of electricity caused by widespread electric grid blackouts."

Waller's interest in food security, he said, steadily grew due to his work to secure America's electric grid. "All of the infrastructure we have is dependent upon electricity," he said. "When considering the second and third order effects of electric grid outages, you can see how food becomes a very significant item of importance."

"Most Americans don't think twice about paying for home insurance, automobile insurance, life insurance, but for whatever reason, they don't think about food insurance," Waller told WND. "They don't think about stocking up."

While the federal government may be failing to stress the importance of preparedness, Waller attests that food security "is the one area where individual people and their communities could actually enhance national security," adding that the lack of preparedness is "a fixable problem, if we are smart about our policies and more."

In a 41-page report, the Center for Security Policy has published recommendations to bolster food security at the federal, state, local and individual level. With little action at the federal level, he said, it is important for Americans to do what they can at the state and local, as well as individual levels.

For example, the Center, which has a 20-year track record of helping state governments shape policies to bolster national security, is actively supporting numerous lawmakers seeking to outlaw agricultural land from being owned by foreign adversaries. The security-oriented nonprofit also promotes the concept of community-supported agriculture and the importance of citizens purchasing their food from local farmers. "By helping sustain their work," Waller told WND, "it's going to create more resilience at the community level."

"Everything the Center for Security Policy does is for the public interest," Waller said. "We exist to provide uncompromised analysis, unflinching leadership and unconventional solutions to keep Americans safer," he explained, adding that "there are no corporations behind what we are doing." He shared that CSP can also "provide threat briefings at the county level for emergency managers and law enforcement".

Ultimately, as Waller explained, "food security is national security, and everyone – from citizens to lawmakers – can do their part to increase both."

A federal judge has ordered a pro se lawsuit filed by an injured J6 prisoner to be served on Attorney General Merrick Garland and others, a move the plaintiff suggests is the first time such a case has reached the stage of being an active case on the federal court docket.

report at the Gateway Pundit said U.S. District Court Judge Rachel P. Kovner, "presiding over J6 hostage Ryan Samsel's pro se case for emergency medical treatment," told the U.S. Marshals Service to serve the defendants with the complaint Samsel filed in federal court.

Samsel sued Garland, the U.S. Federal Bureau of Prisons, the U.S. Marshals Service, the Metropolitan Detention Center, and the Washington Treatment Correctional Facility in separate cases.

Samsel now is being held in New York, and filed Writ of Habeas Corpus and Writ of Mandamus petitions on his own behalf.

His fight to stay alive, his health issues and the federal government's responses to his medical requirements earlier were profiled on WND.

Samsel also has filed his own motions demanding the federal court issue an order to prevent U.S. Marshals from interfering with his medical care.

He's seeking an order for a doctor's exam and then treatment.

Kovner has yet to rule on Samsel's request for a restraining order, but said the defendants must be served with the legal action.

His physical condition involves blood clots that threaten him.

A legal expert told the Gateway Pundit, "Ryan Samsel has been beaten up, he is brain injured. And his prior attorney doesn't really want to be named because she faced retaliation with election fraud litigation. She did not even put her name on any of Samsel's filings, she just worked behind the scenes investigating, and she got sanctioned — and it was not her lawsuit, and her name was not on it. The judges are just so vindictive."

One of the allegations is that Samsel is being abused because he declines to make statements against President Donald Trump.

JERUSALEM – The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), the so-called humanitarian organization which only represents the Palestinians, finally officially admitted this week what has been known for several months already – namely its operatives took part in the Hamas-inspired Oct. 7 slaughter of Israelis in southern Israel and its communities.

Well, sort of.

"For nine people, the evidence was sufficient to conclude they may have been involved in the seventh of October attacks," Deputy spokesperson Farhan Haq said. They have apparently had their employment terminated. Nineteen people in all were investigated through the Office of Internal Oversight Services (OIOS). It delivered a confidential report – which will not be made public – to United Nations Secretary General, Antonio Guterres.

In nine other cases, the OIOS claimed the evidence of involvement was insufficient, and in one case, it said there was no evidence.

Israel's outgoing Ambassador to the United Nations, Gilad Erdan, who recently received the "Defender of Israel" award from Christians United for Israel (CUFI), lambasted both the timing of the report and its findings.

He labeled it a "disgrace" and "too little too late." "The investigation ignored the thousands of agency employees involved in Hamas terrorism and the extent of their involvement. Israel has provided the U.N. with precise details of over a hundred UNRWA employees who are members of the terrorist organization Hamas," Erdan said in a statement.

To rub salt into an already festering wound Guterres recently awarded UNRWA-Gaza the U.N. Secretary-General's Award for 2023. Erdan also called for Philippe Lazzarini, UNRWA commissioner-general, to resign and for the entire organization to be shut down. Lazzarini was recently embarrassed at an event in Lausanne, Switzerland, where he was the honored guest of the socialist mayor's Swiss National Day ceremony. As he attempted to speak, a woman – Ayelet Samerano – whose son, Jonathan, was killed and his body kidnapped to Gaza – stood up and declared, "UNRWA kidnapped my son!" Following up with, "Where is he Mr. Lazzarini?" Jonathan Samerano's lifeless body was infamously seen on a security camera being dumped into a white pickup truck by two Gazans wearing, clearly visibly wearing UNRWA jackets.

Lazzarini released a statement on behalf of UNRWA saying, "UNRWA is committed to continue upholding the fundamental principles of the United Nations, including the humanitarian principle of neutrality, and to ensure all its staff abide by the Agency's policy on outside and political activity."

Hillel Neuer, executive director of United Nations Watch, has been one of the key figures holding the leadership of UNRWA accountable. It was he who invited Ayelet Samerano to Lausanne to embarrass Lazarini, and his organization has been instrumental in pushing back against UNRWA's obfuscations, aided and abetted by the corporate media.

He was highly critical of the Colonna report, named for Catherine Colonna, the former French Minister of Foreign Affairs, who was selected to head the review group. In an article posted on UN Watch's website, he said its composition was clear evidence the fix was in. Moreover, he added the real point of the report was, according to a former UNRWA spokesman, Chris Gunness, who retired from his post in 2019 but who recently returned as a surrogate for UNRWA and who has been an organizational mouthpiece on Al-Jazeera, "to provide cover for donors."

Speaking at a U.N. press conference on February 22, Colonna said:

"The aim of this important and delicate mission, entrusted to us by the Secretary General, is to enable donors, the largest among them, but in fact everyone, to regain confidence, when they have lost it or when they have doubts, in the way UNRWA operates."

Also in February, Israel Defense Minister Yoav Gallant claimed at least 12 UNRWA workers directly took part in the atrocities, and a further 30 assisted or facilitated those heinous crimes. He also charged as many as 12% of the organization were affiliated in some way with the various Gaza terrorist organizations.

In April, and as a result of the accusations regarding UNRWA, several countries including the United States, which according to Congress will withhold funds until 2025, ceased sending aid to the organization until the U.N. undertook a deeper investigation. However, many of those countries have resumed funding, including the United Kingdom, whose government has altered from the largely pro-Israel Conservative Party, to the much more critical Labour Party, under Sir Keir Starmer. Canada and Australia – two countries with an active and vocal Palestinian Diaspora community – also quickly resumed their funding.

Israeli academic Einat Wilf, who has written extensively on the so-called "Right of Return" has been particularly scathing of UNRWA's role in keeping Gazans and non-Israeli Arabs living in Judea and Samaria, hypnotized by a fantasy for more than 75 years. A political centrist, she is of the opinion – as are most Israelis – the time has come to completely disband the organization as it is not fit for purpose.
