A female police officer in the Houston area is now under investigation after posting a video on TikTok in which she threatened to give everyone a ticket because she did not have sex the previous night.

Harris County Constable Precinct 5 Deputy Jennifer Escalera was in uniform as she recorded herself writing on a notepad.

"Din't get cracked last night so everyone is getting a ticket…" Escalera indicated in her now-deleted video.

Although she blurred portions of her uniform, the officer left her name tag visible.

"Our administration is aware and internal affairs has opened an investigation. We have no other comment at this time," the constable's office said.

The New York Post reported: "The female cop's TikTok account features several posts showing her in uniform. She also posts about being a mom.

"One of the posts shows Escalera getting ready 'to work as a female Police Officer' as the text across the screen reads, 'contemplating if I really need this job, knowing that I do.'"

Local Texans were said to be outraged.

"I think it's really inappropriate and disrespectful," resident Alex Fitch told Fox 26 in Houston.

"Not as much distrust, but you can't rely on them. It makes them look unprofessional when they start posting videos like that. You can't take them seriously," Fitch said.

"Then they wonder why, when you see them, they say, 'Why don't you respect me?' or, 'Why are you talking to me like that?' Well, you don't treat yourself like a woman, and you ain't treating yourself like a police officer."

Another Precinct 5 resident who didn't want to be identified agreed with Fitch: "It's very unprofessional. You shouldn't be doing things like that. When you're a professional, you carry yourself a certain way. What you do outside of work is cool, but I don't think she should've done that."

U.S. Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, is hitting the panic button after congressional redistricting in the Lone Star State would boot out of her own district.

"Republicans in Texas just rolled out their proposed Congressional map that cut 5 Democratic seats out of thin air," Crockett said on X.

"Let's be clear: these maps are not about representation, it's a power grab to silence voters and suppress votes.

"They know their policies are unpopular, and they are afraid of losing. So what do they try to do? Cheat.

"If your big idea is 'cheat harder,' maybe it's time to rethink your politics."

Crockett, who is seen by some as a rising star among Democrats for her fierce opposition to President Trump, admitted on video: "I currently don't live in the [Congressional District] 30 that they created," Crockett said.

"They are supposed to take that into consideration, and these are some of the things that the court will look at when they're trying to determine whether or not there were problems with creating the maps," said Crockett. "It's really awful."

"It is a hot mess, and it is so sad that these people have no integrity and could care less about doing what's right."

"It truly breaks my heart to have people sign up [to] run for office, say that they want to help their communities, and they're doing everything to hurt communities."

"It's very disheartening that these are the people that are in control."

The redistricting map is not official yet, and the Texas legislature will hold a public hearing on the matter so citizens can voice their minds.

Crockett indicated she would provide transportation for her constituents to appear in person at the hearing in Austin.

"They want to exhaust us, and I want us to dig deep and show them even more energy than they could have ever imagined coming from us, us being we, the people," she said.

"We are the state that actually brought the country Roe v. Wade; it is time for us to rise."

As police in Cincinnati announce five arrests have been made in connection with the brutal weekend beating of several white people by an angry mob, the woman seen in a viral video getting knocked unconscious is revealing a disturbing detail.

"Holly said not a single local or state official had yet reached out as of earlier this afternoon, other than one police detective," said Vivek Ramaswamy, the Republican candidate for Ohio governor, who spoke to the woman whose last name was not provided.

"I spoke to Holly earlier today (the woman tragically assaulted in Cincinnati this weekend)," Ramswamy said on X.

"She's a single working mom who went to a friend's birthday party. It's unconscionable that there were no police present in that area of Cincinnati on a Friday night, or even an ambulance to take her to the hospital."

Ramswamy continued: "Hard-working Americans shouldn't have to worry for their safety when they have a good time in our cities. Holly said not a single local or state official had yet reached out as of earlier this afternoon, other than one police detective.

"Leftists like to lecture about 'systemic injustice' while thugs turn our turn cities into war zones. I'm done with their excuses. As governor, I'll make sure they're behind bars, not running wild.

"Our cops will have the green light to restore order – no apologies. Holly appreciates the kind words and prayers from patriots across the country, and hopes that the publicity around her story ensures that local & state leaders clean up our failing cities. We hope to visit Holly soon as she recovers."

Cincinnati Police Chief Teresa Theetge said Monday that five people have now been charged with crimes for the violence early Saturday morning.

"At this time, we have victims and suspects identified, and we have charged five people in this offense," Theetge said. "I'm not going to release that information to you. I will say if individuals were down there and participated in this event, it would be in their best interest to come turn themselves in at one of our police districts."

"We have five we have charged and anticipate more," Theetge added. "Let me be clear. Anyone, anyone who put their hands on another individual during this incident in an attempt to cause harm will face consequences. I don't care which side of the incident or the fight they were on. If they place their hands on somebody in an attempt to cause harm, that is unacceptable."

Theetge slammed the estimated 100 witnesses to the incident, noting only "one phone call" to police was made, adding it "is unacceptable" that only "one person did the right thing and called 9-1-1."

FOX19 reported the incident may have been sparked by "racial comments."

"An anonymous witness reported that the situation started several minutes before the fight shown in the videos," the station reported. "The footage captured a man, who, according to the witness, seemed to be intoxicated.

"The witness says the man walked away, but returned about 15 minutes later with a group of people who were overheard making racial comments."

As WorldNetDaily reported, Vice President JD Vance on Monday was horrified by the perpetrators' actions, and urged law enforcement to "throw their a**es in prison."

"I don't know how the fight started, but the one part that I saw that was really gruesome is you had a grown man who sucker-punched a middle-aged woman. And from where I come from, at least, when you have a grown man who sucker-punches a middle-aged woman, that person ought to go to jail for a very long time," said Vance.

"And frankly, he's lucky there weren't some better people around because they would have handled it themselves. But if they're not gonna handle it, the cops in Cincinnati, the law enforcement, you've got to prosecute people. We've had way too much lawlessness on the streets of great American cities.

"We have got to make great American cities safe again for families and children," Vance concluded.

"If you want to take your wife or your children out for a meal, you shouldn't be worried about street violence, and the only way to destroy that street violence is to take the thugs who engage in that violence and throw their a**es in prison."

Has American inventor Julian Brown who purportedly turns plastic into gasoline gone missing?

The 21-year-old from Atlanta with 1.7 million followers on Instagram has not been seen since July 9 after posting cryptic videos saying he was "under attack."

"Something is happening, keep me in your prayers please. SCREEN RECORD THIS. I don't know," Brown indicated.

"I can't go into too much detail, but there is some very, very odd stuff going on. I'm certainly under attack right now in many different ways. And I just want everybody to know to just kind of have your eyes open."

"Be on the lookout because I'm under attack."

On July 3, he posted: "A SECRET Helicopter found circled me in the middle of NOWHERE … and it gets even scarier – Pray for me please."

But according to his mother Nia Brown, Julian is not missing.

"I can confirm Julian is safe but in the best interest of his security I'm not able to provide any more information," she told the Daily Mail.

His disappearance sparked concern among his followers about his safety because of his "Plastoline" invention, a product he claims recycles plastic by converting it into gasoline.

Forbes magazine featured Brown as the founder of Naturejab, a firm making natural products, and as "an innovator in the use of microwave pyrolysis of plastic waste."

Asked about his inspiration for creating the energy technology, Brown said: "What motivated me was seeing the large plastic issue at hand throughout the world and not seeing any obvious solutions that were effective enough to make a difference."

"It made me so upset that even though we are told that we are recycling, plastic is clearly ending up in the oceans and landfills where it is affecting so many lives, including our own."

He told Forbes he learned his craft through a high-school welding class and his welding job.

Brown actually received $100,000 from Reddit co-creator Alexis Ohanian, who is married to Serena Williams.

He created a GoFundMe page to finance his effort, initially asking for $16,000.

But in the wake of his alleged vanishing, GoFundMe's donation rocketed to more than $30,000.

"I have been self taught in turning plastic into fuel for 5 years, and now I will need YOUR help to raise money for the most important upgrade yet. This will be my first official invention," Brown wrote on the GoFundMe page.

Video posted on social media Sunday documented Muslims in large numbers stopping their luxury cars on a busy New York City highway, and getting out of their vehicles to chant, "Globalize the intifada!"

"Intifada" is a term meaning an uprising against an oppressor, and is thought by many to be "an open call for violence against Jews – recently in Congress, Rep. Elise Stefanik framed it as a call for Jewish genocide."

The roadway shutdown took place on the Belt Parkway in Brooklyn, a borough of the Big Apple some call the most Jewish spot on Earth, as it's home to some 462,000 Jews in 195,000 households, according to the UJA Federation of New York.

"Not Somalia. Not Iran," noted Eric Daugherty of Florida's Voice. "Brooklyn, New York. Muslims jump out of their cars and block the road, saying: 'Globalize the intifada.' We were invaded. They want to conquer."

Liberacrat opined: "This is who the left supports and let into the country for 4 years under Joe Biden, people who hate us."

Another commenter stated: "There are thousands of Jews living in Brooklyn. And remember, Zohran Mamdani sees nothing wrong with that chant. Good luck New York City."

Paul A. Syzpula indicated: "This is what Democrats have brought to the US, sadly. NYC needs mass deportations immediately."

There have also been reports in the past year of possible Sharia law in New York, with Muslims purportedly masquerading as New York City police officers throughout Brooklyn.

Last month, Culture War Report on X stated: "New York is at a crossroads… Is it the end of the Big Apple as we know it… will it turn into London and Paris… two unrecognizable cities?

"The city now has around 275-300 mosques, mostly in Brooklyn and Queens.

'[A] 2018 study estimated over 750,000 Muslims live in the city, making up about 9% of its population and roughly 22% of all Muslims in the United States. The greater New York metropolitan area has around 1.5 million Muslims, the largest such population in the Americas. The rise of Islam is reshaping NYC's cultural landscape in ways that are both subtle and overt."

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services confirms it has launched a "major initiative" to reform America's organ-transplant system after it stunningly revealed that dozens of organ donors may not have been dead when the process to procure their organs was started, and dozens more exhibited "neurological signs incompatible with donation."

"Our findings show that hospitals allowed the organ procurement process to begin when patients showed signs of life, and this is horrifying," explained HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

"The organ procurement organizations that coordinate access to transplants will be held accountable. The entire system must be fixed to ensure that every potential donor's life is treated with the sanctity it deserves," he said.

commentary posted at the Washington Stand on the situation highlighted one case:

"According to a partially redacted, eight-page report dated May 28, 2025, HHS received 'an allegation of potentially preventable harm to a neurologically injured patient.' This prompted the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), the subdepartment of HHS that oversees the organ donation system, to launch an investigation after HRSA Administrator Thomas Engels assumed his post in February. The New York Times identified that victim as Anthony Thomas Hoover II, then 33 years old, who was hospitalized with a drug overdose in 2021. Hours after a doctor had declared him brain-dead, Hoover awakened to find medical staff preparing to remove his organs. 'Even though the man cried, pulled his legs to his chest and shook his head, officials still tried to move forward.' Hospital staff ultimately became 'uncomfortable with the amount of reflexes' Hoover showed, and a doctor ultimately refused to remove him from life-support. The man ultimately survived."

HRSA reported that it reviewed 351 cases where organ donation was authorized but ultimately not completed. It found 103 cases "showed concerning features, including 73 patients with neurological signs incompatible with organ donation," "at least 28 patients may not have been deceased at the time organ procurement was initiated – raising serious ethical and legal questions," and "evidence pointed to poor neurologic assessments, lack of coordination with medical teams, questionable consent practices, and misclassification of causes of death, particularly in overdose cases."

Under the plan the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network has been told to reopen an investigation into one unidentified case, which had been closed under the Joe Biden administration.

The newest review suggested "clear negligence."

Now being imposed are new corrective actions and system-level changes that are intended to safeguard potential donors.

The Organ Procurement Organization must "conduct a full root cause analysis of its failure to follow internal protocols—including noncompliance with the five-minute observation rule after the patient's death—and develop clear, enforceable policies to define donor eligibility criteria. Additionally, it must adopt a formal procedure allowing any staff member to halt a donation process if patient safety concerns arise," the government said.

Safeguards and monitoring also are being ratcheted up.

"These findings from HHS confirm what the Trump administration has long warned: entrenched bureaucracies, outdated systems, and reckless disregard for human life have failed to protect our most vulnerable citizens. Under Secretary Kennedy's leadership, HHS is restoring integrity and transparency to organ procurement and transplant policy by putting patients' lives first," the report said.

The commentary from the Stand, by Joshua Arnold, noted Rep. Neal Dunn, R-Fla., worried that the story about the attempt to remove Hoover's organs, "seems to be a story more fitting for a horror movie than a congressional hearing."

Barry Mass, chief of Network for Hope, a federally funded OPO which works in Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia, appeared during a hearing before the House Energy and Commerce Committee's Oversight & Investigations Subcommittee recently.

He "could only respond with assent" to Dunn's comments.

The commentary noted, "Such improvement in America's organ transplant system was not forthcoming before the Trump administration exerted serious pressure. Despite the shocking details of Hoover's case, the Membership and Professional Standards Committee (MPSC) of the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) 'closed the case without further action,' even after Network for Hope's reply 'did not include the patient-level materials or administrative documents requested by the MPSC,' according to the HRSA report."

The federal study found many organ "donors" "had no cardiac time of death noted."

"Such was the case with Hoover, who left the hospital four years ago and is still alive," the commentary said.

The horror story details just continued, the commentary said, pointing out "multiple patients" were found to be evincing pain or discomfort while the staff was preparing to take their organs.

It explained, "In other words, like Hoover, overdose patients might seem dead because of the lingering effects of drugs, then gradually recover. If organ harvesters fail to recognize or record the effect of drugs on the patient, they may prematurely harvest organs from a patient set to fully recover."

The commentary noted, "According to The New York Times, two former employees of Network of Hope said 'higher-ups' tried to pressure hospital staff to proceed with harvesting Hoover's organs. 'If it had not been for that physician [who refused to end life support], we absolutely, 1,000% would have moved forward,' said Natasha Miller, an employee in the room. Three more former employees confirmed seeing similar cases."

Stunningly, when eight members of the OPTN board resigned their positions, complaining about the Trump administration's oversight plans, several industry groups, like the American Society of Transplant Surgeons, protested.

"These responses constitute angry warnings that the Trump administration will likely encounter serious opposition from the organ procurement and transplant industry. But the Trump administration is right to press such reform through, over the objections of industry participants, who as likely as not are part of the problem. As the HHS noted, an industry that shows 'systemic disregard for sanctity of life" needs urgent reform," the commentary said.

With all the evidence, from documents from his own presidency and advisers, coming out now against Barack Obama over the grand conspiracy that was launched during his presidency against then-President-elect Donald Trump, trying to undermine his agenda, the Democrat still is likely to skate.

That's according to constitutional expert Jonathan Turley, who has not only advised Congress on the Constitution but represented members in court on those issues.

He's a widely respected professor at George Washington University, as well as a popular commentator for several outlets on legal and constitutional questions.

The evidence available so far shows that it is likely Obama and his henchmen, James Clapper, James Comey and John Brennan, as well as others, suppressed information that Russia didn't impact the 2016 American elections, then rewrote some of the intel community's evaluations to suggest a link between Trump and Russia.

Of course the American media obsessed over those unsubstantiated claims for years then.

Turley wrote, "I disagree with the use of the charge of treason being thrown around with this release. Based on this evidence, it would be hard to make a criminal case against Obama, let alone the specific charge of treason.

"However, there are good-faith allegations raised about prior congressional testimony of key players in the Obama administration. There may be viable criminal allegations ranging from perjury to obstruction to making false statements to federal investigators," he warned.

"It is too early to gauge the basis for possible criminal charges. However, the release of this new evidence is both historically and legally significant. There is now a legitimate concern over a conspiracy to create this false narrative to undermine the incoming administration. It proved successful in derailing the first Trump administration. By the time the allegations were debunked, much of the first term had been exhausted. That is worthy of investigation and the public has a right to expect transparency on these long withheld documents."

He pointed to those who may be considered co-conspirators.

"The silence of the legacy media is hardly surprising, given the key role the media played in spreading these false claims. Most media outlets find themselves in an uncomfortable position, having fostered an alleged conspiracy for years. Most reporters are not keen on making a case against themselves in spreading of these false claims."

He explained what happened:

Consider this story: An outgoing president and his top officials are told that there is no evidence of Russian collusion or influence in the national election. The White House then moved to suppress the intelligence assessment and reverse the conclusions, while false claims were leaked to the press.

That is not just a major but a Pulitzer-level story, right?

Apparently not. The legacy media has largely ignored the declassified evidence and possible criminal referral on the Obama administration seeding the Russian collusion narrative just before the first Trump Administration.

It supports allegations in the real Russian conspiracy: the conspiracy to create a false Russian collusion scandal to undermine the election and administration of Donald Trump in 2016.

He noted, "Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard suggested last week that intelligence was 'manufactured and politicized' despite countervailing conclusions from American intelligence that there was no collusion or influence on the election."

It follows other scandalous confirmations:

"We previously learned that the Clinton campaign spent millions to create the infamous Steele dossier and then hid their role from the public. Attorney Marc Elias, the general counsel to the Clinton presidential campaign, pushed the false Alfa Bank conspiracy. (His fellow Perkins Coie partner, Michael Sussmann, was indicted but acquitted in a criminal trial.) During the campaign, reporters asked about the possible connection to the campaign, but Clinton campaign officials denied any involvement in the Steele Dossier. When journalists discovered after the election that the Clinton campaign hid payments for the Steele dossier as 'legal fees' among the $5.6 million paid to Perkins Coie, they met with nothing but shrugs from the Clinton staff," he charged.

Further, "Not only did Clinton reportedly spent over $10 million on the report, but Obama was briefed that she was going to create a Russian collusion narrative as part of her campaign," he said.

"Aware of that Clinton effort, these new documents suggest that Obama and his aides actively sought to affirm the allegations just before Trump's inauguration. The FBI then ramped up its own efforts despite also being told that the Steele dossier was unreliable and contradicted."

The kiss cam video that snagged a couple in an apparent extramarital embrace has social media users cranking out a flurry of spoofs, as the company CEO has resigned in disgrace.

On Wednesday, Astronomer CEO Andy Byron was caught at Coldplay concert in Boston embracing Kristin Cabot, his company's chief people officer.

"Oh, look at these two," the band's lead singer Chris Martin joked to the crowd. "All right, c'mon, you're OK. Oh, what? Either they're having an affair or they're just very shy."

Byron resigned Saturday after diving down to duck behind a stadium seat in the video, while Cabot, who is married with children, simply turned her back to the camera.

"Andy Byron has tendered his resignation, and the Board of Directors has accepted," Astronomer announced online.

"The Board will begin a search for our next Chief Executive as Cofounder and Chief Product Officer Pete DeJoy continues to serve as interim CEO."

"Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding. Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met."

Newsweek reported: "Byron's wife changed her last name on Facebook before deactivating her account.

"Megan Kerrigan Byron removed her last name and then swiftly deleted her Facebook account following the viral cheating allegations."

Meanwhile, social media is capitalizing on the scandal with countless comedic posts, including:

President Donald Trump has ordered Attorney General Pam Bondi to work on unsealing and releasing grand jury testimony in the Jeffrey Epstein case.

Epstein was a convicted sex offender billionaire who died in a New York jail in 2019 awaiting more charges against him. With his privately owned island and "Lolita Express" jet he's long been suspected of trafficking underage girls to celebrities and others.

Bill Clinton and Bill Gates are known to have associated with him, and President Trump appears in photographs with him, images that mostly date to before Epstein's first conviction in Florida.

Fox News confirmed the order, but said it wasn't certain when any testimony may be public.

Democrats who now are demanding the release of all of the Epstein information, suspecting it include references to Trump, were silent on the issue for years while Joe Biden was in the Oval Office.

report in the Hill pointed out that such testimony is confidential by law and could take months of legal work to release.

"Trump's announcement about the grand jury testimony came hours after the publication of a Wall Street Journal report about a birthday card he apparently wrote the disgraced financier," the report claimed. Trump has described that report as completely false.

The Hill said grand jury testimony could include details from the legal work against Epstein in the early 2000s, for which he was given a slap on the hand, meaning he served time in jail but was freed many days of his sentence.

His 2019 case just was developing when his death was reported in that New York jail.

Leftists, including Rep. Dan Goldman, said it would be other evidence that more likely would mention Trump.

A memo released by the FBI and the Department of Justice that has provoked "the latest firestorm over Epstein said it uncovered a 'significant amount of material,' including more than 300 gigabytes of data and physical evidence," the Hill said.

"That included large volumes of child pornography and images of Epstein and people who appear to be minors, the memo said. Most of it has been ordered sealed," the report said.

The report noted there's also evidence from a defamation case filed by the late Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein's accusers, as well as documents about how Epstein amassed his wealth.

"There's also the question of whether Epstein kept a 'client list,' which the DOJ and FBI memo said he did not," the Hill said.

Investigative reporter Julie Brown for the Miami Herald said that probably didn't exist, and is used now as a "red herring."

U.S. Sen. John Kennedy, R-La., is deliciously hitting back at the head of National Public Radio for claiming on national TV that NPR is not biased against Republicans and conservative Americans.

Network CEO Katherine Maher said Wednesday on CNN: "As far as the accusations that we're biased, I'd stand up and say, 'Please show me a story that concerns you,' because we want to know, and we want to bring that conversation to our newsroom."

Kennedy replied, "I've got a few," and then enumerated four prime examples of bias in a series of video clips on X.

"NPR reported that country music and birds are racist, told American people to stop eating beef, and promoted the Russia-gate conspiracy," wrote Kennedy.

"No person with a brain above a single-celled organism would call these articles fair and balanced."

He continued: "NPR claimed President Biden's presidential debate performance didn't change the election, days before he dropped out of the race.

"If you believe that headline, you believe in the tooth fairy. But that's what NPR reported with your tax dollars."

"NPR reported that there is no evidence that biological men have an unfair advantage over biological women in sports.

"NPR also called America's interstate highways racist.

"I did not know our highways were racist. I thought they were concrete, but not according to NPR."

"NPR referred to rural Americans as 'Christian nationalists' and heaped praise on Biden administration official Rachel Levine.

"I could go all day," Kennedy concluded.

"American taxpayers shouldn't have to fund this opinion journalism."
