The gunman in a horrific shooting at a Catholic church and school in Minneapolis, Minnesota, killing at least two children and injuring 17 others has been identified as a transgender individual Robin Westman, formerly known as Robert Westman.

Westman opened fire through the stained glass windows of Annunciation Catholic Church during a back-to-school Mass filled with children 8:30 a.m. Wednesday. The assailant died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound at the back of the church.

KARE-TV reporter A.J. Lagoe reports Westman's mother "is believed to have worked at the church or school."

Westman underwent a legal name change in 2020, with his parents apparently signing off on the identity switch.

A series of videos linked to Westman have been posted online, including the individual holding weapons and ammunition marked with disturbing messages including: "Kill Donald Trump," "For the children," and "Where is your God?"

The manifesto posted online attributed to Westman voice an apparent final message for friends and family.

"I don't expect forgiveness and I don't expect any apology. I have to hold much weight, but to my family and those close to me, I do apologize for the effects my actions will have on your lives," the note begins.

"Please know I care for all of you so much and it pains me to bring this storm of chaos into your lives. This will affect so many more people than the ones that are immediately involved."

"I have wanted this for so long. I am not well. I am not right. I am a sad person haunted by these thoughts that do not go away. I know this is wrong but I can't seem to stop myself.

"I am severely depressed and have been suicidal for years. Only recently have I lost all hope and decided to perform my final action against this world. I don't want to kneel down for the injustices of this world. I want to die. I'd rather die on my feet than live on my knees, constantly in pain."

"I think I am dying of cancer. It's a tragic end, as it's entirely self-inflicted. I did this to myself as I cannot control myself and have been destroying my body through vaping and other means.

"I think I have lung cancer. I have felt many pains that make me think I am past the point of recovery. I do not want to recover. I do not want to throw my life away by rotting in a hospital bed. I don't want the rest of my life to be as a cancer patient, in and out of hospitals, constantly being fretted about with people afraid to be too happy around me. F*** that!

"I want to go out on my own means. Unfortunately, due to my depression, anger and twisted mind, I want to fulfill in a final act that has been in the back of my head for years."

Two years ago, as WorldNetDaily reported, another high-profile transgender shooting at a Christian school in Tennessee made national headlines.

On March 27, 2023, shooter Audrey Hale, a woman identifying as a man, entered The Covenant School in Nashville and killed three nine-year-old students and three adults: an administrator, substitute teacher, and a custodian.

A white Minnesota mother will face criminal charges for calling a young black child the N-word after the youngster was allegedly stealing from her own child's belongings at a public playground.

Video of the April incident went viral, and on Tuesday the Rochester City Attorney's Office said it intends to file three counts of disorderly conduct against Shiloh Hendrix, according to KTTC-TV.

While the charges are still subject to review and approval by a district court judge, the legal complaint concludes "[Shiloh] wrongfully and unlawfully engaged in offensive, obscene, abusive, boisterous, or noisy conduct, or in offensive obscene, or abusive language that would reasonably tend to arouse alarm, anger, or resentment in others."

Hendrix could face a maximum of 90 days in jail and/or a $1,000 fine.

The mom created a GiveSendGo donation page for herself, saying she has "been put into a very dire situation. I recently had a kid steal from my 18-month-old son's diaper bag at a park. I called the kid out for what he was."

"Another man, who we recently found out has had a history with law enforcement, proceeded to record me and follow me to my car. He then posted these videos online which has caused my family, and myself, great turmoil.

"My SSN has been leaked. My address, and phone number have been given out freely. My family members are being attacked. My eldest child may not be going back to school. Even where I exercise has been exposed."

As of Tuesday, more than $800,000 has been collected online for Hendrix.

After receiving criticism, Jacob Wells, the CFO of GiveSendGo, defended his platform allowing Hendrix to raise money for her plight.

"You have to take a step back from the emotion of these because they are very highly emotional issues and you land on a principle," Wells told NewsNation.

"I believe in freedom of speech, freedom of association. These are foundational tenets to the society that we live in and when you start going down the road of cancellation and cancel culture, it actually breaks the very things that we see that we're against."

Wells explained some folks have developed a "mob mentality," which has "ruined so many people's lives," adding Hendrix did not act "unprovoked" on the playground.

"The boy was rummaging through her belongings, so it's not like she just stepped into the situation unprovoked and called a young boy a term," Wells noted before adding does not "condone calling people racial epithets and bad names at all."

Political commentator Matt Walsh said on video about this incident: "The people running Minnesota, including Tim Walz, decided to import a large group of people to secure a new and very local constituency for themselves. In fact, so many Somalis have now settled in Rochester, that the city recently opened an entire community center just for them."

"The real overarching problem that we should be talking about, if we could get outside of this playground and this incident, the much greater problem which the government has engineered, which is the flood of Third World immigration from dysfunctional, failed states that are overrun with poverty and crime, ad they bring it to this country."

The man who recorded the video, Sharmake Omar, 30, told NBC News in May: "That little boy … was visibly upset by the incident," claiming the child has autism spectrum disorder.

Omar said he knows the boy's parents, who are from Somalia, and indicated they were also supervising their three other children at the park.

Rochester Mayor Kim Norton said: "This was a situation that deeply affected many people, especially our communities of color, and caused real turmoil in our community."

"We acknowledge the lasting impact this incident has had, not only on those directly involved and across our community, but also in the broader conversations happening at the state and national level. These moments remind us of the complexity and far-reaching impacts of situations like this. The City remains committed to staying engaged and proceeding with transparency and care, continuing efforts that support accountability and progress in Rochester."

As President Donald Trump on Monday continued to praise "zero murders" in Washington, D.C., since he sent in the National Guard, his Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller is sounding the alarm about a "massive scandal" involving deception in the city's crime statistics.

"We've uncovered [and are] in the process of uncovering a massive scandal in Washington, D.C. with the doctoring of crime stats, and the Department of Justice under the attorney general is leading the effort to uncover this," Miller said in the Oval Office.

"But when we ultimately share the results, it will stun you the extent to which, even though D.C. had the worst crime in America, honestly measured it dramatically understated how bad it was."

"There's even accusations that murders and homicides were reported as accidents instead of murders. This is how severe the manipulation of the crime data has been in the city, and it will all be uncovered and it will all be brought to light."

Miller praised Trump's action with the National Guard, saying, "No police officer working in the city can remember a time in their lives when there has been no murders."

"No one can even find a record of being murder-free for as long as we've been murder-free under the president's leadership."

He said he's had numerous interactions with police, and "Members of the public are going up to them and thanking them, just overflowing with gratitude because for the first time in their lives, they can use the parks, they can walk on the streets.

"You have people who can walk freely at night without having to worry about being robbed, mugged or wearing their watches again, they're wearing jewelry again, and they're carrying purses again. People have changed their whole lives in this city for fear of being murdered mugged and carjacked.

"It is a literal statement that President Trump has freed 700,000 people in this city who were living under the rule of criminals and thugs," he continued.

"The street criminals here in Washington, D.C., were doing business directly with the transnational criminal cartels, the foreign terrorist organizations. So not only was the city being run by these criminal thugs, but they were working with some of the most dangerous terrorist organizations on the planet to traffic weapons and drugs into this city. What we are uncovering every day is shocking to us."

Trump is looking to replicate his D.C. success in other American crime-ridden cities, with Chicago a possibility at the top of the list, despite opposition from local officials including Democrat Mayor Brandon Johnson who said: "The city of Chicago has a long history of standing up against tyranny, resisting those who wish to undermine the interests of working people. We're not gonna back down. We're not gonna cower. We're not gonna bend."

FORT PIERCE, Florida – A petition supporting an illegal alien truck driver who allegedly killed three people in Florida has collected nearly 2.5 million signatures as of Sunday.

Harjinder Singh, 28, faces up to 45 years behind bars on three charges of vehicular homicide for pulling an illegal U-Turn on Florida's Turnpike in St. Lucie County Aug. 12, as a family crashed into his tractor trailer.

"We, the undersigned, urge Governor Ron DeSantis and the Florida Board of Executive Clemency to re-examine and reduce the sentence for a 28-year-old truck driver involved in a fatal U-turn crash on Florida's Turnpike in South Florida," the petition reads.

"This was a tragic accident – not a deliberate act. While accountability matters, the severity of the charges against him does not align with the circumstances of the incident."

Singh has not faced trial yet, let alone being sentenced. He initially fled to California, the state which issued him a commercial driving license, but has since been hauled back to the Sunshine State.

Many of those supporting Singh appear to be Indian nationals.

"It was an accident. he made a terrible mistake, not a deliberate choice to harm anyone," wrote Marvi in Sydney, Australia. "He was working hard to support his family, like so many of us, and one wrong decision changed everything. A 45-year prison sentence is not justice."

Another supporter named Lovepreet in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, wrote: "45 yrs of imprisonment?? is it fair for a young boy who left his home country to have bright future ,support family ??? NO … it was mistake not intentional … this kind of sentence is a result of racial discrimination where comments were made that driver had no remorse, he didn't show emotions after he saw that accident but the TRUTH is he was in shock, devastated.. his whole life was shattering in front of his eyes."

But there's plenty of opposition to the petition and Singh supporters.

"I will never forget this moment," said Elizabeth Farah, co-founder of WorldNetDaily and host of "The Elizabeth Farah Show" on Rumble.

"This was no mistake. He and his employer must face the harshest penalty. The woman employing him is Indian. She has dozens of businesses. She has a record hiring unqualified illegals before. She has opened and closed multiple trucking companies. This is mass migration; this is cultural. The strength of caste is overwhelming. Justice is meaningless, caste is everything. This is un-American."

Others indicate:

"Deport all of the people who signed this petition. And if they're already in foreign countries, ban them from the U.S."

"If anything this petition should make the punishment more severe."

"I bet that petition would make a fantastic deportation list."

An assistant attorney general in Rhode Island who made national news for repeatedly shouting, "I'm an A.G." at police officers confronting her in a restaurant will be put on unpaid leave.

While Special Assistant Attorney General Devon Flanagan Hogan initially was put on paid leave, starting Monday she'll be staying at home – without pay, reports Fox News digital.

It is unclear how long Flanagan will remain on unpaid leave until a final determination is made on her employment.

As WorldNetDaily reported, police responded Aug. 14 night just before 10 p.m. to a trespassing call for customers refusing to leave a business, in this case the upscale Clarke Cooke House restaurant in Newport, Rhode Island.

Despite numerous warnings, Flanagan refused to leave and was taken into custody, but not before she legally challenged the officer – all caught on bodycam footage.

"You're not gonna arrest us," said Flanagan, repeating, "I'm an A.G. I'm an A.G."

"Good for you. I don't give a sh**," said the officer. "Let's go. We're going."

Earlier this week, Flanagan's boss, Rhode Island Democrat Attorney General Peter Neronha, talked to a local radio host about Flanagan's fate.

As the Gateway Pundit reported, Neronha stated, "Look, she's put me in a bad position. She's embarrassed herself, humiliated herself, and treated the Newport Police Department horribly. She is going to take some steps to try to address that in the next day or so. But I just don't know what I'm going to do yet, Jean, and I have to give it some more thought.

"But the inexcusable behavior – she knows better. The office knows better. I've got 110 lawyers. She embarrassed all of them, in a sense. … I want to get some more information, frankly, about what's going on with her before I make my final decision."

Fox News reported Wednesday that Neronha sat Flanagan down and had her watch the arrest video with him.

The government's investigatory documents into Jeffrey Epstein, the pedophile who serve jail time for one set of cases and died, apparently by suicide, while in jail awaiting prosecutors to assemble another set, have reached a boiling point in America.

Democrats are demanding full release of everything the government knows, likely in the hope that they will find some dirt on President Donald Trump. Trump, at the same time, has said if there WAS any dirt on him, Joe Biden already would have publicized it.

But there remain a ton of questions because of Epstein's connection to high profile individuals, like Bill Clinton, who took dozens of trips on Epstein's "Lolita Express" jet, and visited his private island where victims have confirmed they were sexually abused.

Another high profile name involved in Bill Gates, whose ex-wife cited his relationship with Epstein as their marriage broke up.

But the biggest name, if he is implicated, would be Trump.

But his critics likely will be disappointed.

That's because the Department of Justice has released hours of interview tapes between a federal prosecutor and Ghislaine Maxwell, who is serving a long prison sentencing for helping Epstein recruit – for abuse – young girls.

"Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche sat down with Maxwell in a federal prison in Tallahassee, where she was being held until recently. The terms of the interview granted her limited immunity from further prosecution – unless she told lies," reports confirmed.

And her testimony about Trump?

Asked if she ever observed President Trump get a massage, she said, "Never."

"I actually never saw the president in any type of massage setting. I never witnessed the president in any inappropriate setting in any way. The president was never inappropriate with anybody. In the times that I was with him, he was a gentleman in all respects."

Another big name in the case is Prince Andrew, who months ago reached a massive financial settlement with a woman who charged that he abused her as a young girl.

Authorities now have published hundreds of pages of transcripts as well as audio recordings of Maxwell's interview on the DOJ website.

The materials are available here.

Maxwell is serving a 20-year term for her conviction of helping Epstein traffic teen girls. Her case is on appeal.

The release came with little warning, days after federal judges denied the DOJ's requests to unseal of grand jury materials from both Maxwell and Epstein's criminal cases.

The report in the Gateway Pundit on the release said, "Everyone is going to know what Maxwell told Deputy AG Todd Blanche in her interviews."

Maxwell also has subpoenaed by the House Oversight Committee, and she has expressed willingness to appear, but that hasn't developed yet.

Despite California's far leftist agenda that involves major outreaches to restrict religious rights, eliminate the benefits of being a family, force the ideals of transgenderism on innocent young children, weaponize the government against conservatives and Christians, and more, there still remain families.

But that might be changing, after Jack Hibbs, the prominent American pastor, founder of Calvary Chapel Chino Hills and host of "Real Life with Jack," warned them in a rally in Sacramento that a new bill being considered by majority Democrats would allow just about anyone to take control of children belonging to other families.

report at Fox News reveals the proposal, AB495, would allow anyone to defeat parental rights and would create circumstances that would make dreams "come true" for any "human trafficker, pedophile, and kidnapper."

The bill would provide that anyone can submit an affidavit and then be allowed to register children in school and make medical decisions for them.

There's no requirement that schools confirm the adult has any such right.

"There is no requirement in the bill for schools to get parental consent, check photo I.D., or do a background check on those who complete the affidavit, Hibbs argued. The affidavit requests a driver's license number, but caregivers may provide a Social Security or Medi-Cal number instead," the report explained.

"Legal experts have concluded that this very well might be the worst, most dangerous legislation that has ever come out of California," Hibbs said. "If this bill passes, you have to grab your kid and leave the state for your child's protection."

The plan, the "Family Preparedness Plan Act," purports to protect immigrant children.

But it simply provides that "a caregiver," anyone some sort of "relationship" with the child could sign an authorization and be handed the legal right to put children in schools, consent to medical care and more.

Fox reported, "He hopes to draw enough attention to the bill to warn families but also hold Newsom accountable if he signs it into law."

"This is where Newsom must be stopped," Hibbs said, referring to the governor's rumored 2028 presidential aspirations. "Let's make him own this bill. Let's tie it around his neck and let it be a letter that he wears that he has no regard for parental rights and no regard for federal law."

Newly released police bodycam video shows an assistant attorney general in the state of Rhode Island berating an officer during her arrest last week, repeatedly saying "I'm an A.G." and "you're gonna regret this."

Police responded Thursday night just before 10 p.m. to a trespassing call for customers refusing to leave a business.

Despite numerous warnings, Special Assistant Attorney General Devon Flanagan Hogan refused to leave and was taken into custody, but not before she legally challenged the officer.

"We're not trespassing. You haven't notified us that we're trespassing," Flanagan said.

"What did I just say to you? You're trespassing … I don't want to arrest you guys," the officer responded.

"You're not gonna arrest us," Flanagan said before identifying herself numerous times as an attorney general.

"I'm an A.G. I'm an A.G.," she repeated.

"Good for you. I don't give a sh**," said the officer. "Let's go. We're going."

"What are your probable causes to detain me for?" the lawyer wondered.

"You're being detained because you're not leaving," was the officer's reply.

As she was put into the back of a cruiser, she told police: "You're gonna regret this. You're gonna regret it."

The police report indicates: "It should be noted that while booking Hogan, she was extremely uncooperative, berating officers, repeatedly stating her position as an AG and refusing to follow instructions. Hogan was eventually released with a District Court Summons."

WPRI-TV in Providence reports: "The R.I. Attorney General's Office told 12 News it's reviewing the incident, which is expected to take a few days. Though, the office declined further comment, citing personnel matters."

The story caught the attention of Gen. Mike Flynn, the former national security adviser to President Donald Trump in his first term.

"This entitled attitude is exactly why my family and I left Rhode Island," Flynn noted. "She will receive no punishment."

Mrs. Flanagan Hogan works for anti-Trump Attorney General Peter Neronha, who Monday "co-led a coalition of 21 attorneys general in filing a lawsuit in Rhode Island against the Trump administration over the imposition of illegal conditions on more than $1 billion in congressionally-authorized funds for Victims of Crime Act grant recipients."

President Donald Trump, after a roughly three-hour summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin, confirmed that there was significant progress made on the agenda of getting the killing in the Ukraine war halted, but it's not completed. Yet.

"There's no deal until there's a deal," Trump confirmed.

And he said his next work is to "call up NATO," call other people, call Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to talk with him about the issues at hand.

Trump called it a "productive" meeting and said there were "many, many" points of agreement.

"We haven't quite got there yet," on others.

"We made some headway," he said. "We made some great headway today. It was an extremely productive meeting with many points agreed to. Very few left."

He noted the Russiagate collusion conspiracy theory, created and pushed by Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and others in the Obama administration, was a distraction and created headwinds for the work now a hand.

Trump, who repeatedly has charged that had he been president back in 2022 when the Russian-Ukraine war started, it likely would not have happened.

Putin, whose comments were interpreted from Russian, said that was so.

Through the interpreter, he noted Trump's claims, and said, "I am quite sure it would indeed be so." He said he and Trump have "built a very trustworthy contact."

Trump said, "We didn't get there but we have a very good chance of getting there."

And "there" would be the end of the deaths of thousands of people a week in the war.

Putin cited the long history of America-Russian cooperation, such as during World War II, when pilots from both countries risked their lives "for the common good," he said.

He noted the "terrible wound" the war has created for both Russia and Ukraine, which some from "the same roots," he said.

The points of agreement on Friday "bring us closer to that goal," he said.

No details were discussed.

Trump had said before the summit that if things went poorly, he might very well walk away, as he is so tired of the death tolls from the war.

Instead, the two held a joint news conference, and when Trump promised another meeting soon, Putin responded with, next time, in Moscow.

A man who shouted obscenities and threw a Subway sandwich at a federal officer in Washington, D.C., when President Donald Trump decided to address crime in the district by activating the National Guard, was charged with a felony for assaulting an officer, and now has been fired from his job.

"If you touch any law enforcement officer, we will come after you. I just learned that this defendant worked at the Department of Justice — NO LONGER. Not only is he FIRED, he has been charged with a felony. This is an example of the Deep State we have been up against for seven months as we work to refocus the DOJ. You will NOT work in this administration while disrespecting our government and law enforcement," Attorney General Pam Bondi said in a statement.

report at the Blaze described the fired suspect, Sean Charles Dunn, 37, a D.C. resident, as a "deranged DC leftist."

Dunn was identified in a police complaint as the suspect who screamed obscenities at federal officers and then threw a sandwich at them.

That prompted a felony assault count.

The Daily Caller News Foundation had reported earlier, "A man in a pink shirt can be seen in a video jumping and shouting at an officer before hurling his sandwich at him and fleeing. Pirro said in her own X video that her office had charged the man with assault on a police officer.

Pirro said, "So President [Donald] Trump has vowed to make D.C. safe and beautiful again. And as part of his effort to fight crime, he's bringing in our federal law enforcement partners … to help the Metropolitan PD fight crime. And the president's message to the criminals was, 'If you spit, we hit.' Well, we didn't quite do that the other night when an individual went up to one of the federal law enforcement officers and started jumping up and down, screaming at him, berating him, yelling at him.

"And then he took a Subway sandwich … and took it and threw it at the officer. He thought it was funny. Well, he doesn't think it's funny today because we charged him with a felony, assault on a police officer. And we're going to back the police to the hilt. So there, stick your Subway sandwich somewhere else."

Trump said the National Guard was needed in the district's crime levels meant there was a "public safety emergency."
