A video reveals a big rig barreling at full speed into a line of stopped vehicles on a California highway.

Apparently the driver, who reportedly was arrested and accused of driving under the influence, never even tried to slow down:

The evidence:

Reported the X member who posted the video: "I'm sure this wreck has nothing to do with the 25% of CDLs in Gavin Newsom's California being improperly issued…"

The issue of impaired drivers, under the influence or foreigners who are unable to read English signs and communicate, suddenly has grown in recent months. Multiple big rigs have been involved in accidents, which because of their size, weight and speed, often are the subject of nightmares.

report from a Fox affiliate said in addition to the three people killed, others were injured in the "horrific chain-reaction crash."

It happened on the westbound lanes of 10 Freeway Tuesday.

Highway patrol officers confirmed the preliminary review confirms traffic had slowed or stopped when the driver of a big rig simply barreled into the victims.

Eight vehicles ultimately were involved.

The driver arrested was identified as a 21-year-old man from Yuba City.

Officials in the Loudoun County, Virginia, school district have had a long history of promoting the LGBT ideologies.

In fact, it has gone so far that students, unhappy with board members who decline to believe there's a difference between boys and girls and refuse to protect vulnerable students in private areas like restrooms and showers, are resorting to democracy to try to change that.

They're encouraging voters to choose candidates who, in fact, would not force girls to share their showers with boys, and vice versa.

A commentary at Twitchy was prompted to state, "BOOM! VA teens take matters into their own hands to stop school board trans-LUNACY…"

The commentary said, "What do Loudoun County, Virginia, teenagers do when their school board ignores their concerns about males in females' spaces and sports? Believe it or not, they don't just get on TikTok and complain about it. Nope. They take matters into their own hands and go to the polls, asking voters to support school board members who will restore girls-only and boys-only sports and spaces. Pretty cool, eh?"

Local broadcaster WJLA said, "For the past four years, LCPS has allowed students to use bathrooms and locker rooms at school based on their chosen gender identity and not biological sex. Several students have protested the policy in the past, but the school board hasn't budged. Since the teens said the school board hasn't listened to their concerns, these students want a new school board and they're asking voters to help."

One teen told the outlet, "I've been sick of it for quite a while. I just can't put up with it anymore. It's not normal. It's not something we should be supporting."

The Democrats' leader in the U.S. House, Hakeem Jeffries, has lashed out at White House spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt as "demented, ignorant, a stone-cold liar, or all of the above," and she has responded with a sledgehammer.

It started when Leavitt unleashed a critical statement about Democrats.

She suggested the party is loyal to its "main constituency" of "Hamas terrorists, illegal aliens, and violent criminals."

Jeffries bashed her, complaining that Republicans are "ripping the sheets off in plain view."

"You've got Karoline Leavitt, who's sick, she's out of control. And I'm not sure if she's just demented, ignorant, a stone cold liar, or all of the above," he charged.

He said that's why Republicans are on "the wrong side of public sentiment."

However, polling actually has revealed that huge numbers of Americans support President Trump in his Middle East policy, his economic policy, his border security policy and more.

It then was Leavitt's turn to explain:

"Hakeem Jeffries and the Democrats are lashing out because they know what I said is true. The Democrat Party's elected officials absolutely cater to pro-Hamas terrorists, illegal aliens, and violent criminals. House Democrats voted against a resolution condemning Hamas following the horrific October 7th terrorist attacks, and Democrats cheered on pro-Hamas radicals while they hijacked America's college campuses and harassed Jewish students."

She continued, "Democrats opened our borders and allowed tens of millions of illegal aliens into our country over the past four years, including rapists and murderers, because they view them as future voters. Democrats coddle violent criminals and support soft-on-crime policies like cashless bail that let violent offenders back on the streets to hurt law-abiding citizens. Democrats do NOT serve the interests of the American people. Hakeem Jeffries is an America Last, stone-cold loser. Now open up the government and stop simping to try to get your radical left-wing base to like you."

The Democrat party is responding with increasingly strained rhetoric as the Schumer shutdown approaches its fourth week. They refused to support a routine continuing resolution to keep the government funded as they were angry that Obamacare subsidies are set to expire.

That expiration was scheduled in legislation that they originally created.

They've been demanding Republicans add another $1.5 trillion in spending for favored Democrat projects to the continuing resolution before they'll support it. Republicans have refused to reach into taxpayer pockets for that amount of spending.

University communities often, across the United States, essentially are communes of liberalism. Professors donate the vast majority of the political contributions they make to Democrats. Conservative students often are silenced. Conservative teachers largely cannot be found.

But now one student at the University of North Georgia says it's gone further, with her assigned $100 textbook openly slamming Christians as "white supremacist."

Kelbie Murphy, a senior, bought the assigned book for her course in International Public Relations.

"In Chapter 8, the opening passage reads: 'An internet search produces the following modifier for identity: corporate, sexual, digital, public, racial, national, brand, and even Christian (a U.S.-based white supremacist group),'" according to report by Fox News.

Murphy said, in an interview, "The way it was worded, it listed several marginalized groups, but then only called Christians to be white supremacists. But the scariest thing is that the book was written in 2007."

She warned, "This has been shared for almost 20 years, and it was never questioned. I think American academia needs a definite reevaluation, especially in our textbooks, as we can see from my prime example."

"Murphy is a devout Christian who was recently baptized in March, and she was inspired by her grandfather, a Baptist pastor in North Carolina, to 'never back down' when it comes to her faith.," Fox explained.

"I don't want people who don't know who Jesus is or who don't know what Christianity is to take this and run with this and see Christians as a U.S.-based white supremacist group," she said.

The university had commented on the dispute on social media, claiming, "Recently, questions have been raised about a passage in a course textbook. After fully reviewing the concern, we want to be clear: the reference in question was not describing Christians or Christianity. The passage refers to an extremist group that misuses Christian symbols to promote hate."

Elon Musk, the former chief of DOGE, the federal Department of Government Efficiency, is hammering the judge who sentenced two teenagers who jumped Edward "Big Balls" Coristine, a former DOGE staffer, in Washington, D.C., last summer.

Musk posted on X: "This was a racist verdict by a racist judge. The simple test to apply is if the races has been reversed, the White kids would be in prison. Equal justice for all!"

Judge Kendra Briggs Tuesday sentenced the boy and girl, both 15, from Hyattsville, Maryland, to probation after they agreed to plead guilty to simple assault.

On Aug. 3, after an attempted carjacking, Coristine tried to intervene and was badly beaten. He said he and a female companion were jumped by "a group of 10 guys."

According to the New York Post, the boy was handed a 12-month probation and allowed to return home under strict house arrest, while the girl was given a nine-month probation and remanded to a local youth shelter.

Their accomplices in the attempted carjacking and assault at approximately 3 a.m. in a D.C. parking garage remain at large, as Coristine pointed out on X:

Here's Coristine describing the assault on Fox News:

Apparently, in one Florida school district, some slain civil-rights leaders are more acceptable than others.

William Loggans, an economics and social studies teacher in Orange County, Florida, found that out after putting up a poster in his classroom honoring the late Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated Sept. 10 during a campus event in Utah.

Along with Kirk's image, the poster included one of his quotes: "Never underestimate the power of your voice and the impact you can have on the world when you speak up for what you believe in."

Loggans was forced to take the poster down and now is filing a grievance with the school district.

In an interview with Not the Bee, Loggans shared his motivation behind the poster, saying that he has a variety of such banners around his room featuring notable public figures like Martin Luther King Jr., Rosa Parks and Ronald Reagan.

Loggans, who started teaching at Horizon High School a year after it opened in 2021, says his students were deeply disturbed by Kirk's assassination.

One student, however, came to him and told him Charlie Kirk "is a Nazi and a fascist," and demanded the poster come down, but Loggans stood his ground.

According the Not the Bee report, the student then sent Principal Andrew Jackson an email, which necessitated his reporting the complaint to the district. After members of the district legal team assessed the situation, they determined that the poster needed to be removed – not because of Kirk's quote, but because Kirk himself is considered "divisive."

Subsequently, as a free-speech lesson for his students, Loggans filed a grievance with the district.

As of Tuesday, the district had not replied to him, but Loggans says he isn't backing down.

"I'm not gonna give up on this," he said, pointing out that many school districts have a double standard about what is an appropriate message to display in the classroom.

Noted Loggans, "In our school, there are several teachers that have Pride flags in their rooms or stickers on their doors … they did not consider them to be divisive or political."

The teacher says that throughout the process he has received considerable support from parents and some students.

After two years in brutal captivity under Hamas, Israeli hostages are expected to begin to get released today. But when, specifically, will that release begin?

Appearing on "Sunday Morning Futures" with Maria Bartiromo on the Fox News Channel, Vice President JD Vance gave the latest update. "It's hard to say [when the release will begin] because obviously this is a war zone," he said. "They have to locate the hostages, they have to gather them up, they have to take them to a safe place and then transport them, so it's a little bit unpredictable. But we've been told to expect them by tomorrow, Israel time, which of course will be early morning here in the United States. We'll see what happens, but the president is extremely confident these hostages are going to come home. He's actually flying to the Middle East later today so he can welcome them in person."

Vance pointed out how the corporate media continuously criticizes the president's leadership and diplomatic style. However, whatever the criticism, the president actually gets results. "It's an amazing thing, but I think that it shows the power of President Trump's non-conventional leadership style, and that's why we're here," said Vance. "I think the whole country — we should just be proud. We should be proud of this negotiating team, we should be proud of our country, because these hostages are going to live their lives thanks to what the United States of America did."

Speaking with reporters aboard Air Force One en route to the Middle East, Trump said the 20 hostages may be released "a little bit early."

"So, they have the hostages — I understand all 20 — and we may get them out a little bit early," Trump said. "Getting them was amazing, actually, because we were involved, and they were in places you don't want to know about."

Letitia James, the New York attorney general whose vast civil fraud case against President Donald Trump collapsed in an appeals court decision that her punishment of $500 million was unconstitutional, was herself indicted on mortgage fraud this week.

And she had, likely injudiciously, commented on social media about her agenda against Trump, who she promised to "get" when she was campaigning for office.

She had said, "When powerful people cheat to get better loans, it comes at the expense of hardworking people. Everyday Americans cannot lie to a bank to get a mortgage, and if they did, our government would throw the book at them. There simply cannot be different rules for different people."

That was in February 2024 when she was attacking Trump on a regular basis on social media.

But now she's indicted on allegations she falsely claimed a home she bought in Virginia was for her personal residence, in order to obtain a better mortgage interest rate, but then she leased it as a rental, confirming both claims in government records.

Online, people were lined up to remind her of her comments, which have "aged like milk," according to Kelly Currie.

And the Federalist's Sean Davis cited her words, "When powerful people cheat to get better loans."

Commentator and political analyst Brit Hume said, "Worth remembering."

And commenter Greg Price, added, "So true."

State Freedom Caucus leader Adam Morgan noted, "Couldn't have said it better myself."

And Red State contributor Bonchie said, "So true, queen."

One "Trump appointee" turned sarcastic, with, "I'll take 'Famous Letitia Quotes' for $300 please.'"
And there were those to double down on the indictment's claims.

Dominion Voting Systems was a company at the center of election manipulation concerns during the 2020 elections. It defended the accuracy of its machines, its own integrity, and sued multiple defendants for defamation when they criticized.

It obtained a settlement in the range of $700 million from Fox News over the issue, and in the past few weeks frantically has been settling other cases, mostly for hidden terms.

On Thursday, the company was sold.

"As of today, Dominion is gone," said a statement from Liberty Vote, the new owner, which claimed its purchase was "a bold and historic move to transform and improve election integrity in America."

The buyer, known formerly as Knowink, was founded by Scott Leiendecker.

Reports revealed Leiendecker founded his company in 2011 with the creation of the Poll Pad – tech that provides check-in and voter verification procedures.

It has grown to the point it employs more than 150 people with some $55 million in annual revenue.

Leiendecker's team also recently acquired Election Administrators, another election tech company.

The company said it prioritizes paper ballots, but the exact future for Dominion Voting Systems vote-counting machines remained uncertain, likely the subject of a future announcement by Liberty Vote.

Leiendecker previously had been an election director for the city of St. Louis, where he worked to reform a series of outdated procedures to provide the city when a smoother election process.

A legacy wire service report explained, "Conservatives and other Trump supporters blamed the company, one of the nation's top voting machine makers, for the Republican's loss to Democrat Joe Biden. Many alleged, without evidence, that its systems were easily manipulated. Dominion had provided voting machines for the state of Georgia, a critical battleground that Biden won and which flipped control of the U.S. Senate. The web of conspiracy theories following the 2020 election not only caused headaches for Dominion but also undermined public confidence in U.S. elections, led to calls to ban voting machines and triggered death threats against elections officials."

ABC reported Dominion systems were used in 27 states in 2024.

The terms of the sale also were not made public right away, but Dominion's website immediately redirected to Liberty Vote.

A report at UPI revealed Leiendecker said, "Liberty Vote signals a new chapter for American elections — one where trust is built from the ground up. Liberty Vote is committed to delivering election technology that prioritizes paper-based transparency, security, and simplicity so that voters can be assured that every ballot is filled-in accurately and fairly counted."

President Donald Trump also has called for restoration of paper ballots across the country, in addition to requiring voter ID at polling locations, restricted mail-in ballots and more.

"This announcement raises a lot of questions, questions that I'm sure a lot of states with current Dominion contracts are going to want answers to," said David Becker, of the Center for Election Innovation & Research.

One day after the two year anniversary of Hamas' Oct. 7 attack against Israel, President Donald Trump announced a peace deal to free the remaining hostages has finally been accepted.

"I am very proud to announce that Israel and Hamas have both signed off on the first Phase of our Peace Plan," Trump said on Truth Social.

"This means that ALL of the Hostages will be released very soon, and Israel will withdraw their Troops to an agreed upon line as the first steps toward a Strong, Durable, and Everlasting Peace. All Parties will be treated fairly!

"This is a GREAT Day for the Arab and Muslim World, Israel, all surrounding Nations, and the United States of America, and we thank the mediators from Qatar, Egypt, and Turkey, who worked with us to make this Historic and Unprecedented Event happen. BLESSED ARE THE PEACEMAKERS!"

The measure is reportedly set for signing at noon Thursday in Israel.

Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said: "With God's help we will bring them all home."

"If Donald Trump doesn't get the Nobel Peace Prize, the committee should disband," said Fox News anchor Laura Ingraham on the development.

"This is a historic achievement," Alex Marlow, editor-in-chief of Breitbart News told Ingraham. "He has taken away all of Hamas' leverage over Israel. It's gone now. The hostages were the leverage.

"If they're coming home now, we're gonna have a celebration, but it also could be the end of Hamas as a military power in the region. This could be the beginning of lasting peace in the region, God willing."
