Forever bars qualified job applicants for indiscretions from years earlier

A Texas court ruling means that a lawsuit over the state's "irrational" rule regarding social workers can advance.

The rule simply bans people who ever have had a conviction from getting a license for social work, ever.

It's being challenged, according to a report from the Institute for Justice, by "two Texas grandmothers with masters' degrees who want to be social workers."

Their problem? Decades ago, while young and under the influence of substance abuse problems, each was convicted of an assault.

The favorable ruling for their arguments came from a Travis County Court, which refused a state motion to dismiss the case.

It's on behalf of Katherin Youniacuff and Tammy Thompson.

"Under a Texas law that the court deemed 'irrational,' each woman is permanently ineligible for a social work license based solely on an old and irrelevant conviction. But the Texas Constitution protects Texans' right to earn an honest living in an occupation of their choosing free from unreasonable government interference," the IJ reported.

"Should people be judged solely on old mistakes? That's what's happening in Texas. Katherin and Tammy both struggled with substance abuse issues early in their lives and each woman pleaded guilty to a single assault conviction during that time. Nearly two decades later, Katherin and Tammy have turned their lives around and want to help people facing similar problems," the IJ explained.

"Texas won't let them. A 2019 Texas law imposed a new, permanent punishment on Katherin and Tammy: Despite their rehabilitation, they are forever barred from working as social workers."

But, the legal team said, that hurts not only the two women involved, but others because of "an exploding mental health and substance abuse crisis coupled with a dire shortage of professional social workers…"

The court's ruling, rejecting the state's demand to dismiss, said, "[a] categorical ban on personal experience directly relevant to a job is irrational."

The IJ said, "The state can of course exclude individuals who truly pose a danger to their clients from practicing social work. But that's not Katherin, or Tammy, or many other aspiring social workers targeted by the state's ban."

The judge found, "any danger that otherwise qualified applicants . . . pose to potential clients is not rationally possible to determine on anything other than an individualized basis."

James Knight, an institute lawyer, explained, "This decision is the first step towards giving Katherin and Tammy and everyone in a similar situation the justice they deserve. Katherin and Tammy made mistakes and paid for them. Permanently punishing them doesn't protect the public. It just makes it harder for people to pull themselves up and provide for their families. That's unconstitutional."

The Democrat party has decided, apparently, that going pottymouth, cursing, swearing, being crude and vulgar, is an excellent strategy to win back voters they've lost.

Even leftist publications are noting the development.

"S*** talking is Democrats' new strategy," charged CNN. And PBS, noted for its far-left agenda, stated, "What the #$@! Democrats are swearing more. Here's why…."

The Washington Examiner cited Sen. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., who long has claimed, wildly, that he saw evidence of Trump campaign collusion with Russia in 2016 when investigators have confirmed it didn't exist, as among those who have let their language turn dirty.

"I'm a good Democrat. So my view, of course, is when they go low, we go high, he can go f*** himself," Schiff said on a television show.

That report described the Democrats' language as increasingly turning to a "jarring choice of words" with "increasing profanity."

Strange, the report noted, for "a party that has long touted itself as the adult in the room in comparison to the freewheeling Trump and his MAGA acolytes."

The report noted Democrat lawmakers and organizations alike are lobbing "X-rated comments against Trump," but it remains "unclear how it could translate to winning back key constituents who defected from the party during the 2024 election."

Jacob Neiheisel, a communications expert at the University of Buffalo, told the publication, "I don't think it works necessarily, but I think they're in a tough spot. I think that there is a cadre in the Democratic Party from good primary voters up through good donors who wants to do something, anything, and they're struggling.

"They're really struggling with what a response looks like. And when you don't have any of the levers of power, there's not a lot you can do."

Gov. Tim Walz, the Minnesota Democrat who was on Kamala Harris' losing presidential team in 2024, claimed he could "kick most of their a**," referencing Trump supporters. Joe Biden had made a similar claim about President Donald Trump earlier.

Sen. Tina Smith, also a Minnesota Democrats, has used epithets like "d***" and "a******" to describe those in the Trump administration.

Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas., went straight into the muck when she told a reporter her message to Trump appointee Elon Musk would be to "f*** ***."

Fox News explained the ideology being pursued by Democrats is what is called, now, "#darkwoke."

Beyond just gutter language, that also includes, the report said, "sharing jokes and memes that wish for the suffering of Trump supporters."

"Though the term is largely an online phenomenon, some members of the Democratic Party are beginning to see some benefits to the 'crass' and 'rude' attitude," the report said.

Bhavik Lathia, communications consultant for Democrats in Wisconsin, said, "Republicans have essentially put Democrats in a respectability prison. There is an extreme imbalance in strategy that allows Republicans to say stuff that really grabs voters' attention, where we're stuck saying boring pablum. I see this as a strategic shift within Democratic messaging — I'm a big fan of 'dark woke.'"

The report cited the fact many Democrats now are "injecting profanity into their vocabulary in response to MAGA and in an attempt at 'authenticity.'"

One orchestrated example was a series of videos from Democrats who all were reciting the same mantra: "S*** That Ain't True."

In the report, Caleb Brock, working for leftist Rep. Ro Khanna of California, claimed it was a response.

Young staffers, he claimed, "grew up seeing extremely vile content overflowing from right-wing spaces into regular spaces."

Democrats now are fighting back, he said, "by any means necessary."

The Tampa Free Press charged, "Democrats thinks swearing like drunken sailors will help," and The Hill said, "F-bombs away: Why lawmakers are cursing now more."

The New York Post cited the "Democrats' foul-mouthed strategy," and The Hill, in another analysis, warned that the Democrats now have gone further, even to "embrace hate speech."

A lot of bad blood has surfaced among reporters at the White House since President Donald Trump started his second term.

It's essentially because old-school and legacy agencies and their reporters suddenly were informed that members of the new media, podcasters and such, also would be given access to presidential briefings.

That means those reporters assigned to the White House by the traditional publications and networks are being given access like other reporters, and are seeing their privileged positions and inordinate times reduced.

The conflict reached a takedown point when a CNN employee, Donie O'Sullivan, confronted a member of the new media with the charge those individuals are not "real journalists," and demanded a response.

He got one:

Natalie Winters of War Room explained, ""Well, I'm pretty sure the group of people in there spent what was it four years covering for someone who was essentially dead, and that's being charitable in my description of a former president by the name of Joe Biden.

"So to all those people who are apoplectic over having new media voices, you guys failed, and that's why we're here!"

O'Sullivan had asked, "To the people, and I'm sure you see this online every single day, who say you don't deserve to be here because you are not a real journalist, what's your response to them?"

It was the Gateway Pundit that explained O'Sullivan "lives in the CNN bubble" and that's he was "unsure whether Winters was an actual journalist."

The report noted that on the network, "ignorance is widespread."

WASHINGTON — They came before dawn.

Not with facts. Not with a warrant for justice. But with battering rams, AR-15s, flash grenades, and the chilling certainty of a government gone rogue.

Zachary Rehl, a Marine Corps veteran and former leader of the Philadelphia Proud Boys chapter, was yanked from his home at gunpoint by an army of FBI agents as if he were a terrorist.

His wife, six months pregnant, watched helplessly as federal agents dragged away the man she loved.

His crime? Supporting President Donald Trump and walking peacefully through the U.S. Capitol building for 20 minutes on Jan. 6, 2021, a misdemeanor by every legal standard, but under a weaponized, Biden-era DOJ, that stroll became a "seditious conspiracy."

Rehl carried no weapon. He committed no violence. Yet, he was branded an enemy of the state, stripped of his honor, his military benefits were revoked, and he practically starved to death while locked in solitary confinement for nearly three years and denied bail.

His daughter was born while he rotted in a concrete box.

And now, finally free, thanks to a commutation from President Donald Trump, Rehl is exposing the truth in a battle to clear his name that could span years: The FBI didn't just bend the law, he says. They broke it, over and over again.

And laughed while doing it.

The evidence suggests it wasn't Rehl plotting a conspiracy – it was the FBI.

Explosive court filings containing internal FBI communications expose what appears to be a calculated, malicious campaign by activist agents within the FBI's Terrorist Screening Center to destroy Zach Rehl's life, secure convictions at any cost, and shatter his family in the process.

The documents comprise text messages between FBI agents that were accidentally disclosed to defense attorneys by federal prosecutors during the discovery phase of the 2023 seditious conspiracy trial of Rehl and co-defendants Ethan Nordean, Dominic Pezzola, Joe Biggs, and Enrique Tarrio.

According to logs among the agents exhibited in two publicly accessible motions filed by the defense on behalf of Proud Boy leader Ethan Nordean – HERE and HERE – FBI agents are seen discussing spying on Rehl's attorney-client meetings and crafting strategies to secure his conviction.

And bragging about it.

During the 2023 trial, journalist Julie Kelly reported on the accidental "'spill' of FBI secrets" as well as how Judge Timothy Kelly sided with the prosecution in whitewashing the incriminating text messages.

Indeed, she reported, "[Judge] Kelly, outside the eyes and ears of the jury, held a hearing with both sides on March 9 to determine how to proceed after the defense team uncovered messages indicating FBI agents doctored internal reports, destroyed evidence and tipped off prosecutors about defense strategy on the government's highest-profile January 6 case."

Today, in his efforts to obtain full justice and hopefully convince President Trump to turn his presidential commutation into a full pardon as so many other Jan. 6 prisoners received, Rehl is intent on publicizing how unfairly and outrageously he was treated by the Biden-era federal prosecutors and judges.

Some of the text messages exchanged between FBI Special Agent Nicole Miller and twang2@fbi.sgov.gov show they were fearful that Rehl would take his case to trial and expose the government misconduct:

MILLER: Found an email thread with REHL and his attorney, MOSELEY. The attorney raised some interesting points.

WANG: Hopefully all related to him pleaing out.

MILLER: Nope. He mentioned how we (GOV) did things improperly.

WANG: Oy.

MILLER: I need to find other emails, but his one email def indicates that they want to go to trial. But don't freak out, Jason and Luke yet or [yourself].

WANG: I'm not freaked out.

Worse, while Rehl was incarcerated, the agents targeted Rehl's pregnant wife, Amanda, with what appeared to be a malicious scheme to break the family.

Exhibits of their logs in the publicly available court filings show many messages exchanged between agents displaying clear animosity toward the Proud Boy defendant and glee at his misfortune, including advancing a false narrative of infidelity on the part of Rehl's wife with her husband's friend "Aaron."

"They better give you those calls! I want the ones from after the 8th, when we hit Aaron's house! They are going to be SOOOOO good!" Miller wrote to Wang, giddy over the prospects of Rehl's marriage falling apart.

"I know!" Wang replied. "I don't see any emails from Aaron past the 6th, even though there are email as late as yesterday.

"Maybe [Aaron] sent them from Amanda's account. She sleeps over a lot," Miller quipped.

"Bahaha," Wang replied.

The ploy failed – Aaron's girlfriend was the driver – but the agents' glee persisted:

MILLER: Just listened to about 7 min of yelling … Zach to Amanda lol.

WANG: Bahah. Did he find out she's hooking with Aaron?! I'm waiting for this to be a legit thing. And when it is … popcorn!

MILLER: Not yet. Haven't come across that one."

WANG: Dang it

MILLER: Hahaha [I'll] bring beer.

WANG: Yes.

The FBI's vendetta didn't stop at humiliation. Rehl's service to his nation – years in the Marines – meant nothing. The moment "seditious conspiracy" stained his record, the government revoked his benefits and the U.S. Treasury Department demanded $100,000 in repayment, leaving Amanda, a housewife, to fend for herself.

Legal fees bled them dry, thousands a month, while the Treasury Department loomed like a vulture.

The FBI sought to bankrupt the Rehls, a violation of due process, cheering as military benefits were revoked and Amanda faced foreclosure.

"I also want to know if his house got foreclosed," Miller said after laughing at the prospects of Amanda abandoning her marriage.

"Oooh. I wonder," Wang replied. "I hope so."

"I mean, if we really want to work all the PB [Proud Boy] members, he's the one to go after especially his wife's PayPal and her Venmo acct," Miller continued, pushing to choke off any lifeline from supporters.

"I agree with you!!!" Wang replied.

Prosecutors, too, pounced – court records show they attempted to fine over 1,500 Jan. 6 defendants with restitution amounting to the total they would garner in donations to their legal funds, as if asking for help were a crime. In many instances, federal judges ordered defendants to pay the government money they raised for their legal defense.

This wasn't law enforcement, but rather, a crusade to punish dissent, executed with taxpayer dollars.

The logs also hint at evidence tampering, a federal crime.

In a text message to dgsilk@fbi.sgov.gov, Miller instructed the other agent to remove evidence that would show she was working undercover as a confidential human source, or CHS.

"You need to go into that CHS report you just put and edit out that I was present," she wrote.

Meanwhile, the Justice Department has offered no public proof of the Proud Boys organization's alleged plot, yet denies Rehl's motion to dismiss, alongside co-defendants Biggs and Pezzola.

Some legal experts call the presidential commutations – leaving felony convictions intact – baffling, but the FBI's actions are outright lawless.

Their laughter over Amanda "probably leaving" Rehl – "I'll bring beer," Miller quipped – exposes a culture of cruelty that demands accountability. Congress must investigate. Were these rogue actors or does this reflect systemic rot? How many others faced similar treatment?

The FBI's internal messages came to light during the trial when defense attorney Nicholas Smith, representing Proud Boy co-defendant Ethan Nordean, cross-examined Agent Miller.

Miller testified that she filtered a large Excel spreadsheet of FBI messages, submitting only those she deemed relevant to prosecutors, who then shared them with defense teams as part of routine evidence disclosure during the trial's discovery phase.

However, a "hidden" cell in the spreadsheet contained over 1,000 unfiltered messages from other agents, exposing misconduct.

Defense attorneys included a few pages of the unfiltered messages in motions to dismiss, until Judge Timothy Kelly intervened, ordering defense counsel to destroy them, shrouding the scandal that has left the Rehl family fighting to reclaim their lives after a harrowing four-year nightmare.

As WND reported, prosecutors denied Rehl and his co-defendants Joe Biggs and Dominic Pezzola's recent motion to dismiss the Jan. 6 charges against them. Yet, not a shred of public proof shows Rehl plotting violence or orchestrating a "coup," while mounting evidence suggests the FBI orchestrated his downfall, violating his Fourth Amendment rights and federal law in the process.

Nearly three years in solitary pretrial detention broke Rehl's body, but not his spirit. He told the media the judicial overreach felt like "communist China" – words that earned him terror enhancements from Judge Timothy Kelly, despite his having committed no violent acts.

He and his co-defendants fight on, their motions to dismiss denied, while the FBI's own chats expose the real conspiracy: a calculated plot to destroy lives for "wrongthink."

Rehl's former attorney, Carmen Hernandez, who defended him at trial, calls the FBI's conduct unprecedented and like nothing she has seen throughout her 40 years of practicing law.

"These messages were personal, nasty – hidden glee at someone's misfortune," she told WorldNetDaily. "I've never seen such unprofessional animus from law enforcement, even against mafia or murderers. The judge blocked me from cross-examining Miller – said we were 'showing bias.' It was distasteful, unconstitutional."

Hernandez slams the charges as baseless:

"Rehl, Biggs, Pezzola – veterans who own guns – could've brought firearms to D.C. if they'd planned a coup. They didn't. The evidence was ridiculous."

Was this a rogue cell or FBI policy? How many others suffered?

Hernandez argues the lack of Trump pardons for these prisoners shows "whoever reviewed J6 cases [or the president] didn't grasp the evidence – or didn't want to. Seditious conspiracy sounds serious, but dig in, and it's nonsense."

Still branded a terrorist, convicted of multiple felonies despite President Trump's commutation, Rehl is unable to secure employment as he fights to clear his name and support his family.

PALM BEACH, Florida – Is the Democratic Party suffering from dementia, or was this intentional?

The party is celebrating Easter this year by honoring recent Democratic presidents, with a glaring exception: the most recent commander in chief in the person of Joe Biden.

The party's official X account on Sunday posted a "Happy Easter!" message, featuring family-holiday photos of John F. Kennedy, Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, and Barack Obama.

Reaction to the omission was curious.

"Why'd you leave out the most recent Democrat president?" asked one X user.

Meanwhile, as WorldNetDaily reported, President Donald Trump shredded Biden in his own Easter greeting.

"Sleepy Joe Biden purposefully allowed Millions of CRIMINALS to enter our Country, totally unvetted and unchecked, through an Open Borders Policy that will go down in history as the single most calamitous act ever perpetrated upon America," Trump posted on Truth Social.

"He was, by far, our WORST and most Incompetent President, a man who had absolutely no idea what he was doing — But to him, and to the person that ran and manipulated the Auto Pen (perhaps our REAL President!), and to all of the people who CHEATED in the 2020 Presidential Election in order to get this highly destructive Moron Elected, I wish you, with great love, sincerity, and affection, a very Happy Easter!!!"

DHS documents also show gang affiliation, accusations of domestic abuse

Democrats have chosen to fight President Donald Trump to have returned to the United States an illegal alien who was deported to a prison in El Salvador.

The El Salvadoran president has confirmed the inmate is not being released or returned to the U.S., so that end of the arguments appear to be nearing a conclusion.

But the details about the inmate still are being revealed.

A report from the Daily Caller, for example, explains that Department of Homeland Security documents show that Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an alleged member of MS-13, a terror organization, was stopped in 2022 on suspicion of human trafficking.

It was during a traffic stop by a Tennessee Highway Patrol officer that Garcia "was found to be transporting eight passengers across the country," according to sources for the Tennessee Star.

"He allegedly did not have a valid driver's license and was suspected of trafficking the passengers but was let go at the request of the Federal Bureau of Investigation," the report confirmed.

The traffic stop was triggered by "speeding" and the driver's difficulty maintaining a lane.

Garcia's ID was a temporary license from Maryland that is given to non-citizens.

He explained at the time he was driving the eight people from Texas to Maryland, the report said, and none of the passengers had any luggage. They all provided the same home address, Garcia's, the report said.

Garcia was given a warning.

Further in Garcia's background is the fact that DHS confirms he is on the "Threat Screen Center's Transnational Organized Crime Watchlist."

And the Department of Justice told the Daily Caller Garcia is identified as a member of MS-13.

He was subject to deportation when the Trump administration sent him to El Salvador, but the only glitch appears to have been a removal restriction he was not supposed to be sent to that country.

Further, reports confirm he had been the subject of complaints by his wife of domestic abuse.

The Daily Caller News Foundation said Jennifer Vasquez Sura sought a domestic violence restraining order against him in 2021.

Sura now is publicly advocating for his return.

DHS, in a statement, said, "Kilmar Abrego Garcia had a history of violence and was not the upstanding 'Maryland Man' the media has portrayed him as. According to court filings, Garcia's wife sought a domestic violence restraining order against him, claiming he punched, scratched, and ripped off her shirt, among other harm."

The facts that are being revealed are making it harder for Democrats to continue identifying Garcia as a "family man."

The Daily Caller News Foundation reported the DHS documents show, "Officers found Abrego Garcia loitering in a Home Depot parking lot on March 28, 2019, wearing 'a Chicago Bulls hat and a hoodie with rolls of money covering the eyes, ears and mouth of the presidents on the separate denominations,' the initial Prince George's County Police Department Gang Field Interview Sheet states. 'Wearing the Chicago Bulls hat represents that they are a member in good standing with the MS-13,' the document states. 'Officers contacted a past proven and reliable source of information, who advised Kilmar Armando ABREGO-GARCIA is an active member of MS-13 with the Westerns clique."

'Millions of American workers, including those with top security clearance and advanced degrees, have been locked out of jobs or quietly replaced by visa-dependent workers with fake qualifications'

For decades, the American public has been told the nation's future depended on importing foreign "skilled workers." They have been fed a narrative claiming their nation's own citizens were somehow unqualified, uninterested or incapable of filling the very jobs that built their country. But this story was a fabrication, one carefully constructed by economic elites and facilitated by government policy. Behind the curtain stands a foreign government, executing what may be the most expansive and under-acknowledged labor infiltration in modern economic history.

This is not immigration. This is infiltration by policy. A silent economic war is being waged, not with bombs or bullets, but with resumes, fake credentials and weaponized visa loopholes. This is the story of how, through a deliberate national labor export policy, India systematically overtook America's tech, engineering, defense and research sectors while displacing qualified American citizens in the process.

This is the Skilled Worker Hoax.

India's national strategy to export human capital is neither accidental nor benign. It is embedded in the mission statements of Indian government institutions and backed by state-supported private enterprises. Subramaniam Ramadorai, then-chairman of India's National Skill Development Agency, made the country's objective clear: "To meet the aspirations of the youth and to realize our full potential we have to be ready with a skilled and talented human pool. To skill India is hence a national imperative."

Yet the skills being marketed to the world are often more myth than merit. A 2011 release by the Confederation of Indian Industry, or CII, a non-governmental business and industry organization that plays a major role in promoting India's global competitiveness, acknowledged that although 40% of the global population under age 25 lives in India, only 5% of its workforce was considered skilled. By contrast, 85% of the global labor force already had marketable skills. Rajendran Renganathan, a senior CII official, further conceded, "Vocational training is still not seen as the most respectable thing to do after XIIth standard. We need to create employable people, not just educated people."

Despite these admissions, India aggressively promoted its under-skilled labor force as a global tech powerhouse. Programs like Skill India and Digital India were launched alongside efforts from the National Skill Development Corporation to flood foreign labor markets with Indian nationals. Indian outsourcing giants Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, Wipro and HCL Technologies, all closely aligned with the Indian state, embedded themselves deep within major U.S. corporations. These firms secured large-scale contracts while effectively taking control of IT systems, hiring pipelines and contract staffing channels.

Once inside, these companies began funneling candidates through falsified documentation, resume mills and diploma factories. Skill centers operating under the All India Council for Technical Education, or AICTE, mass-produced certificates. Coursework was routinely plagiarized from U.S. syllabi. Fake employment histories and staged references became the norm, all coordinated by body shops across India that have flourished under this scheme.

While India institutionalized a labor-export economy, U.S. regulators remained inert. The Department of Labor and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services approved applications en masse without meaningful scrutiny. American tech giants like Google, Meta, Amazon and Salesforce actively enabled the takeover. Many of these companies established formal partnerships with Indian firms or entered into Memoranda of Understanding with Indian government bodies. Salesforce, for instance, signed a formal MOU with AICTE, pledging to collaborate on skilling initiatives targeting Indian job seekers.

Department of Homeland Security records show that over 70% of all H-1B visas are awarded to Indian nationals, and Indian outsourcing firms remain among the top petitioners every year. These staffing channels are not merit-based. Hiring increasingly relies on internal referrals, caste-based exclusivity and visa dependency. American citizens, veterans and recent STEM graduates are routinely overlooked or excluded entirely.

The Program Electronic Review Management labor certification system, or PERM, which was intended to protect American workers, has been exploited at scale. Companies claim that "no qualified U.S. worker applied," often while laying off American staff to make room for foreign visa workers. These actions are submitted under penalty of perjury, yet virtually no enforcement or consequence follows.

The role of the Confederation of Indian Industry and All India Council for Technical Education cannot be overstated. These quasi-governmental bodies have signed dozens of strategic agreements with U.S. universities, multinational companies and public institutions. Publicly framed as educational and innovation partnerships, these agreements serve as channels to embed Indian labor in critical infrastructure across the United States. One strategic plan from CII plainly states its mission "to make India the undisputed global leader in the matter of skills and talent" by embedding itself in foreign economies through commercial and policy partnerships.

Universities in the United States have also played a central role in enabling this scheme. Many American schools, eager for high-paying international tuition, now enroll tens of thousands of students from India, many of whom come from unaccredited or fraudulent institutions. These students take advantage of the Optional Practical Training, or OPT, and STEM OPT extensions, bypassing normal work visa caps and displacing American graduates in the process.

Despite claims by tech companies that there is a domestic STEM shortage, the evidence proves otherwise. The United States produces more STEM graduates than there are job openings available. Millions of American workers, including those with top security clearance and advanced degrees, have been locked out of jobs or quietly replaced by visa-dependent workers with fake qualifications, which is reflected in this Government of India's Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation document.

The threat extends beyond economics. Today, sensitive national defense projects, healthcare systems, critical infrastructure and proprietary technologies are being accessed and maintained by foreign contractors, often based in offshore locations. Data is frequently transmitted across borders without sufficient security protocols. This opens the door to espionage, sabotage and blackmail. If the workers entrusted with protecting U.S. systems are themselves products of fraud, then the entire system is compromised.

This is how nations fall, not by conquest, but by quiet economic displacement.

There is still time to reverse course. Congress must move swiftly to suspend the H-1B visa program and terminate OPT and CPT loopholes. PERM labor certifications issued under false pretenses must be revoked. Fraudulent universities should be decertified. Internal audits must be conducted within U.S. hiring systems to identify and eliminate foreign interference and discriminatory recruitment practices. Most importantly, new laws must guarantee that American citizens are given first right to American jobs, without exception.

Americans must not be afraid to say this. The Indian government is not their friend. It is a foreign power pursuing its own interest. That interest is to replace the American workforce with its own, to capture U.S. industries, and to dominate the future of technology. India is not a passive trade partner. It is executing a deliberate economic strategy designed to displace American labor and dominate critical global sectors through manufactured human capital. Not for partnership, but for control.

This ongoing WND investigation will continue to peel back the layers of a global deception that reshaped America without Americans' vote, voice or consent. Each report will reveal the players, pipelines and policies that handed over Americans' future. For those who want to know who stole the American Dream, and how to get it back, stay tuned.

Saturday in West Palm Beach, President Trump was presented with a life-size bronze statue of himself posing with his fist in the air in defiance – just moments after an assassin's bullet nearly took his life in Butler, Pennsylvania, last year.

Former congressional candidate Anthony Constantino, the CEO of Sticker Mule, gifted the president the monument, which will be a permanent fixture at his Trump International Golf Club.

Dubbed "The Defiance Monument," the 7-foot-tall statue sits atop a stone pedestal with Constantino's name engraved on it.

"The president was in a happy, joking mood, which was great to see," said Constantino, according to a statement.

Trump and Constantino met at the monument before the president went out to play a round of golf. According to the statement, they were joined by Roger Stone, who's become an adviser and friend to Constantino, as well as Bo Loudon, a friend of Barron Trump.

Electronic voting machines, basically computers programmed to tabulate the vote data that is input, have been around for a long time. Probably about as long as hacking into computers, an issue that has been a concern for that same period of time.

Observers, even election experts, often have made claims about the porous defenses built into the machines, and sometimes have been sued by voting machine corporations for expressing their doubts.

Now Tulsi Gabbard, President Donald Trump's director of national intelligence, has confirmed in a bombshell announcement that there is "evidence that electronic voting machines have been tampered with to manipulate election outcomes in the United States," a report in the Gateway Pundit reveals.

The report described Gabbard's revelation as "jaw-dropping" and explained she said, "We have evidence of how these electronic voting systems have been vulnerable to hackers for a very long time and vulnerable to exploitation to manipulate the results of the votes being cast, which further drives forward your mandate to bring about paper ballots across the country so that voters can have faith in the integrity of our elections."

One of the president's executive orders concerns elections managers being required to use paper ballots, and not be allowed to rely solely on electronic machines.

The Pundit explained, "Her statement confirmed what many conservatives have long suspected — that the very foundations of America's electoral system have been compromised."

The report said, "Last year, some of the world's top hackers convened in Las Vegas for the annual DEF CON conference, specifically at the Voting Village event, to probe and expose vulnerabilities in voting machines set to be used in the upcoming November election. From Friday through Sunday, hackers at Voting Village tested various voting machines and related equipment, attempting to bypass security measures. Harri Hursti, co-founder of Voting Village, noted that the list of vulnerabilities found was extensive but consistent with previous years."

Further, Scott Algeier, of the Information Technology-Information Sharing and Analysis Center, told the publication the solution isn't simple.

"Even if you find a vulnerability next week in a piece of modern equipment that's deployed in the field, there's a challenge in getting the patch and getting the fix out to the state and local elections officials and onto the equipment before the November election. It's not a 90-day fix, It's not a Microsoft every Tuesday, issue your patch and everything works fine. It's a pretty complicated process."

Voting machines, in fact, have been documented to have been hacked previously. In 2017 at DEF CON, one hacker took just 90 minutes to get inside the voting machine and vote remotely.

The report continued, "In 2023, University of Michigan Professor of Computer Science and Engineering J. Halderman, revealed in a Georgia courtroom that Dominion Voting Systems were vulnerable to hacks."

President Donald Trump is blaming his "stupid" predecessors, who agreed to a list long of trade deals with other nations around the world, for setting up the crisis America now is facing with its trade imbalance.

It's because other nations expect to have access to America's market and consumers to build their businesses and economies, yet want to tariff American goods coming onto their shores with high rates.

Trump is working to level that field and benefit Americans and their economy, by pushing for high tariffs for goods from other nations.

His goal obviously is to persuade those countries to lift their tariff agendas against the U.S., and officials confirmed on Wednesday already 75 countries have already reached out to the U.S. to negotiate, and tariffs against them now are on pause. China, which has been belligerent on the issue, now is to be assessed tariffs of 125%, per Trump's orders.

Trump said that the situation is a result of years of bad trade policies.

"This started with the World Trade Organization which was owned and paid for by China… They said they were a developing nation… I blame the people sitting at this desk… They allowed this to happen."

He said his predecessors were "stupid" or "incompetent" and a fight against overseas tariffs on behalf of America should have happened "years ago. Before [Barack] Obama in all fairness."

"I blame the people sitting at this desk more than I blame China," he continued. "Because our people here were stupid. Maybe corrupt. How do you get to be president when you're stupid?"

He said someone with a reading level of a first-grader could see the deals that were made over time, and say "These are terrible deals."
