In what's being called a "disgusting" racial attack, Cincinnati police are investigating a graphic assault by blacks Saturday injuring at least three white people, with the violence documented in a disturbing viral video.

"In the footage, a man, whose identity remains unknown, is repeatedly hit and kicked in the head by multiple people, sending him to the ground. The group of people then continues to assault the man while he lies on the ground," reports WLWT-TV, the local NBC affiliate.

"At one point, the man can be seen attempting to stand up as the barrage of attacks by the crowd temporarily comes to a stop. He immediately falls over in apparent disorientation, as cars honk their horns for the assembled crowd to move out of the road.

"Later on in the video, a woman can be seen sneaking up from behind and grabbing at another woman who was seen checking on the fallen man, while a separate man in the crowd punches her. The punch causes the woman to fall to the ground, with her head slamming down onto the concrete.

"After a moment, it becomes apparent that the woman is unconscious, as blood can be seen streaming from her mouth. The video ends as bystanders attempt to move the woman out of the street.

"It is unclear whether the man and woman who were attacked have any connection to one another."

The beatings occurred as the four-day Cincinnati Music Festival was taking place.

Cincinnati Police Chief Teresa Theetge is slamming the perpetrators, indicating: "I am in complete disgust waking up to the viral video many of you have now seen."

"The behavior displayed is nothing short of cruel and absolutely unacceptable. Our investigative team is working diligently to identify every individual involved in causing harm. It's also important to clarify: this was a sudden dispute between individuals following a verbal altercation. It was not connected in any way to the Music Fest. If you have any information related to this incident, please contact Crime Stoppers immediately at 513-352-3042."

Alex Jones of Infowars said of the horror: "The left is promoting racial attacks on white people and then covering up the attacks. I am going to continue to expose this garbage. The crime statistics are clear black on white crime is at least 15 to one. Most Black people are not engaged in this activity, but a tiny minority is and the left is covering it up."

Ken Kober, president of the Cincinnati Fraternal Order of Police, told WLWT, "The violence this video shows downtown is disgusting."

"What's equally disgusting is those who chose to watch and record instead of calling 9-1-1, attempting to defuse the situation or render aid. I have full faith in the Central Business Section Investigators they will make arrests in the near future. It will then be the responsibility of the court system to hold these violent thugs accountable."

Ohio state Rep. Cecil Thomas is urging anyone with information to come forward to the police.

"I've just observed several video clips of an assault that took place last night in our downtown," Thomas told the station. "It turned my stomach and I was angry and totally embarrassed to see such behavior, especially, during the Music Festival weekend that's has been historically free of such horrifying violence, not to mention a Reds home game. There are so many visitors from around the country currently in our city."

"It's this kind of behavior that makes me wish I was still on the force," Thomas added. "It's unacceptable under any standard and those involved should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

"Therefore as your State Representative, I trust that there will be a full and complete investigation of this incident by the Cincinnati Police Department and to bring charges against all involved. There's enough cameras in the area as well as cellphone videos to clearly determine how it started and who all was involved."

The identity and conditions of the victims remain unknown.

While local TV in Cincinnati has reported the violence, national media have been largely silent.

Comments online include:

"This is a hate crime that has attempted murder, written all over it. Why won't the media cover Cincinnati?"

"The race war has already begun. Last night at a music festival, multiple white people were viciously targeted by gangs of blacks in a racially motivated attack. Random black attacks against white people have become a daily occurrence."

In a cryptic X post Saturday, FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino said he has been "shocked to the core" by what he has learned in ongoing investigations – but he doesn't say what that is.

"We cannot run a Republic like this," Bongino insists. "I'll never be the same after learning what I've learned."

The deputy director, a former Secret Service agent and political commentator, vowed to bring the American people "the truth," saying, "We are going to get the answers WE ALL DESERVE."

Bongino reportedly took issue with Attorney General Pam Bondi's "nothing to see here" memo regarding the Jeffrey Epstein case earlier this month, with rumors he nearly resigned his position over the decision.

Commentator Todd Starnes remarked on X, "Seems to me we need the Attorney General and FBI Director [Kash Patel] need to immediately hold a press conference and explain what the deputy director is talking about."

Federal Research chief Jerome Powell has been under pressure from President Donald Trump because of Powell's agenda to keep interest rates at current levels.

With the nation's economy booming, inflation low, mass revenue coming in from tariffs, and a series of international trade deals being developed, Trump wants the interest rates lower, to spur even more economic development.

Powell has resisted, and that resistance has been weaponized because of the hundreds of millions of dollars in cost overruns under his watch as the Fed refurbishes its HQ buildings in Washington.

That work was supposed to come in at $1.8 billion. Then it was estimated to be $2.5 billion.

Now it's at $3.1 billion, according to documentation that Trump handed Powell during a briefing to reporters.

The two were at the site Thursday to look at the progress being made for all those hundreds of millions of U.S. tax dollars.

Already, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., has referred Powell to the Department of Justice for criminal charges, accusing him of two specific instances of lying under oath.

Her accusations include that last month Powell "provided testimony under oath before the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs regarding the renovation of the Federal Reserve's Eccles Building. In his statements, he made several materially false claims," she said.

Trump has said it is unlikely he'll fire Powell, although he apparently could.

In video from the tour of the construction site, Trump noted the new, and higher, estimated of $3.1 billion, which apparently came from Fed staff members.

Powell pointed out that it included a third building, while the lower estimate apparently was for work only one two.

At the press availability, Trump was asked what would happen if he, as a real estate developer, came across a project manager who was over budget.

"Generally speaking, what would I do? FIRE HIM!" he said.

Fed-up with claims the first lady of France was actually born a man, French President Emmanuel Macron is now suing American political commentator Candace Owens who has been championing the theory.

Macron filed the 219-page complaint Wednesday in Delaware over "demonstrably false" claims about his wife Brigitte Macron.

"These outlandish, defamatory, and far-fetched fictions included that Mrs. Macron was born a man, stole another person's identity, and transitioned to become Brigitte; Mrs. Macron and President Macron are blood relatives committing incest; President Macron was chosen to be the President of France as part of the CIA-operated MKUltra program or a similar mind-control program; and Mrs. Macron and President Macron are committing forgery, fraud, and abuses of power to conceal these secrets," the lawsuit reads.

"These lies have caused tremendous damage to the Macrons," says the suit, which notes the allegations have subjected the couple to a "campaign of global humiliation, turning their lives into fodder for profit-driven lies."

"Owens has dissected their appearance, their marriage, their friends, their family, and their personal history – twisting it all into a grotesque narrative designed to inflame and degrade," the complaint alleges.

"The result is relentless bullying on a worldwide scale. Every time the Macrons leave their home, they do so knowing that countless people have heard, and many believe, these vile fabrications. It is invasive, dehumanizing, and deeply unjust."

"Faced with this relentless and unjustified smear campaign, the Macrons are left with no choice but to seek relief through this Court to set the record straight, prevent further harm, and hold Defendants accountable for their conduct."

The claims by Owens are similar to a theory floated in France by two women whom Brigitte Macron sued in 2021. While Mrs. Macron won the initial round in court, it was overturned on appeal and is now before the highest appeals court in France.

As WorldNetDaily previously reported, Owens says she was personally phoned by U.S. President Donald Trump in February when French President Emmanuel Macron was visiting Washington, D.C., and says the commander in chief urged her to stop discussing Brigitte because it was interfering with talks on ending Russia's war against Ukraine.

In a video she released on June 30, Owens said of Trump's call: "It is hard to catch my breath to comprehend that four days ago I'm ending a series about Brigitte Macron, and now I'm speaking to the president of the United States and the topic of conversation no matter which way you wanna slice it is about Macron's wife's penis. I mean there's no other way to say it."

She continued: "I explained to him that she has had this amazing doctor who specializes in transgenderism surgeries or feminization procedures. I'm talking to the president of the United States about this, guys. This is crazy this wacky. … But I'm just trying to get him to understand the truth.

"And then I explained to him why I don't feel so great about this request, because that's the more important part."

"Like you are requesting that I really, and despite your reasoning, which is very sound, that I stop telling the truth. And I said to Trump, and I will be honest, that at that moment I realized that one day this is gonna go into my autobiography and so I got to say something funny, and I just said, I said to him, 'You know, respectfully, Mr. President, it's not my fault that he married someone with a penis.'"

Owens responded to Macron's lawsuit in her Wednesday broadcast, saying: "I am ready for this fight. All sickos will be exposed."

The office of former President Barack Obama responded Tuesday to President Donald Trump's assertion that Obama was "the ringleader" of treasonous crimes designed to severely undermine Trump.

Obama spokesman Patrick Rodenbush indicated Trump and his officials were voicing "outrageous" claims.

"Out of respect for the office of the presidency, our office does not normally dignify the constant nonsense and misinformation flowing out of this White House with a response," Rodenbush stated.

"But these claims are outrageous enough to merit one. These bizarre allegations are ridiculous and a weak attempt at distraction."

"Nothing in the document issued last week undercuts the widely accepted conclusion that Russia worked to influence the 2016 presidential election but did not successfully manipulate any votes," he continued.

"These findings were affirmed in a 2020 report by the bipartisan Senate Intelligence Committee, led by then-Chairman Marco Rubio."

As WorldNetDaily reported, Trump on Tuesday unleashed his fury concerning the false and "treasonous" Russia-collusion plot to undermine him, and he named Obama specifically as the driving force.

"Barack Hussein Obama is the ringleader," Trump told reporters in the Oval Office.

"Hillary Clinton was right there with him and so was Sleepy Joe Biden, and so were the rest of them: [James] Comey, [James] Clapper, the whole group. They tried to rig an election and then they got CAUGHT! And then they did rig the election in 2020."

When asked whom the U.S. Justice Department should target in its probe of the matter, Trump responded: "It would be President Obama. He started it. And Biden was there with him, and Comey was there and Clapper, the whole group was there."

"If you look at those papers, they have him stone cold, and it was President Obama. It wasn't lots of people all over the place, it was them too. But the leader of the gang was President Obama. Barack Hussein Obama. Have you heard of him? Except for the fact that he gets shielded by the press for his entire life."

"Look, he's guilty," Trump continued. "It's there. He's guilty. This was treason. This was every word you could think of. They tried to steal the election. They tried to obfuscate the election. They did things that nobody's ever even imagined, even in other countries."

"They caught President Obama absolutely cold," Trump added.

"They tried to rig the election and they got caught, and there should be very severe consequences for that. When we caught Hillary Clinton, I said, 'You know, what? Let's not go too far here. It's the ex-wife of a president.' … I let her off the hook and I'm very happy I did. But it's time to start, after what they did to me, and whether it's right or wrong, it's time to go after people. Obama has been caught directly!"

"It's Obama. His orders are on the paper. The papers are signed, the papers came right out of their office. They sent everything to be highly classified. Well, the highly classified has been released. And what they did in 2016 and 2020 is very criminal, it's criminal at the highest level.

On Monday night, Trump posted similar thoughts on Truth Social, saying: "Obama himself manufactured the Russia, Russia, Russia HOAX. Crooked Hillary, Sleepy Joe, and numerous others participated in this, THE CRIME OF THE CENTURY!. Irrefutable EVIDENCE. A major threat to our Country!!!"

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has already turned over information about the case to the U.S. Justice Department for criminal referral, and Gabbard herself said on Sunday, "There must be indictments."

Meanwhile, U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson indicated Monday that Congress may subpoena Obama over allegations of a coordinated plot against Trump.

"I think we have a responsibility to follow the truth, where it leads," Johnson told journalist David Brody.

"To do effectively the opposite of what that other team did – they were engaged in a partisan political plot to take down their foe in the other party. We need to be about the rule of law and bring an order to the chaos and searching out the truth because the American people are owed those answers."

"If it's uncomfortable for him, he shouldn't have been involved in overseeing this, which is what it appears to us has happened," Johnson said.

Many Americans may have fantasized about Barack Obama being arrested and frogmarched out the White House, but now President Donald Trump is helping them visualize that very scenario with a video he posted online Sunday depicting it.

The spoof comes in the wake of disclosures by Tulsi Gabbard, the director of national intelligence, who is now calling for indictments of Obama officials for allegedly carrying out "treasonous" and "seditious" activities against Trump with the Russian collusion narrative after the 2016 election.

One commenter on the video said: "MOST EPIC FREAKIN TROLL POST I'VE EVER SEEN!!! I CANT WAIT TO SEE THE REAL THING!!!"

In addition to the Obama-arrest clip, Trump also posted a large, "Brady Bunch"-style image he called "The Shady Bunch," featuring Obama and his officials whom Trump suggests may have maliciously schemed against him.

Harrison Fields, special assistant to the president, appeared on "The Big Weekend Show" on Fox News Sunday evening to slam Obama as well as the deceptive news media.

"Obama's hands are on this and what is he doing now? He's over here with his wife doing a podcast, walking with flip-flops on the beach, acting like his whole career was everything and a bag of chips! It wasn't!" he said.

"It was the most corrupt presidency we have ever seen! We thought Joe Biden was bad. Now we know who was behind it all. It was Barack Hussein Obama, and we need an answers."

Trump later praised Fields on Truth Social, saying: "Great job by young and talented Harrison Fields on FoxNews.

"The Panel was fantastic on prosecuting Obama and the 'thugs' who have just been unequivocally exposed on highest level Election Fraud. Congratulations to Tulsi Gabbard. Keep it coming!!!"

Remember all the "Russia collusion" claims just before President Trump took office in 2017? And after? The years of special investigations. Government officials making wild claims? Media sycophants echoing the claims? All of those claims about Trump's campaign colluding with Russia.

Evidence now shows that that conspiracy was triggered by Hillary Clinton's desire to distract American voters' attention away from her scandalous behavior in which she posted government secrets on an unsecure private computer server she set up, and worked with an "opposition research" team, some lawyers, and some foreigners on the plan.

But whatever "colluding" they had been trying to persuade the American public was going on, the top level of Democrats in America, from Barack Obama and Joe Biden on down, knew that the Russians did not impact Trump's victory.

It comes from a report marked "For the President" and dated Dec. 8, 2016, shortly after Trump's victory but before he took office.

That document, a Presidential Daily Brief, was declassified by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and had top intel agencies confirming, "We assess that Russian and criminal actors did not impact recent U.S. election results by conducting malicious cyber activities against election infrastructure."

The report said at most the offenders "compromised an Illinois voter registration database and unsuccessfully attempted the same in other states."

report at Fox News charged, "Obama admin 'manufactured' intelligence to create 2016 Russian election interference narrative, documents show."

Gabbard's comment? "There was a treasonous conspiracy in 2016 committed by officials at the highest level of our government."

The report said the Obama administration "manufactured and politicized intelligence" to "create the narrative that Russia was attempting to influence the 2016 presidential election, despite information from the intelligence community stating otherwise."

The scheming by Obama and others in his administration actually "laid the groundwork for what would be the yearslong Trump–Russia collusion probe."

Other documents reviewed by Fox confirmed that at that time, also, "then-Director of National Intelligence James Clapper said, 'Foreign adversaries did not use cyberattacks on election infrastructure to alter the U.S. presidential election outcome.'"

The briefing, with input from the Department of Homeland Security, the CIA, Defense Intelligence Agency, FBI, National Security Agency and State Department and open sources, found it was "highly unlikely" any effort resulted in any change to official state votes.

Fox reported, however, then other documents revealed a demand by the FBI to "dissent," and that actually prompted a delay in the information being forwarded.

Then, the report said, there was a meeting of the National Security Council, Clapper, then-CIA Director John Brennan, then-National Security Advisor Susan Rice, then-Secretary of State John Kerry, then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch, then-Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, and the result was a plan to "create a new" assessment at the president's "request."

Then Obama officials leaked "false statements" to the press alleging Russia used cyber technology to interfere in, "if not actively influence" the outcome of the election.

"Officials told Fox News Digital that the new assessment 'was based on information that was known by those involved to be manufactured i.e. the Steele Dossier or deemed as not credible,'" the report said.

What followed were the "countless smears" of Trump's victory, the years-long Mueller investigation, two impeachments and more.

Gabbard told Fox, "The information we are releasing today clearly shows there was a treasonous conspiracy in 2016 committed by officials at the highest level of our government. Their goal was to subvert the will of the American people and enact what was essentially a years-long coup with the objective of trying to usurp the President from fulfilling the mandate bestowed upon him by the American people."

She said every person involved "must be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, to ensure nothing like this ever happens again."

Gabbard posted this image on X to explain the conspiracy:

Taxpayers are poised to save $9 billion as a deadline looms for Congress to finalize a recissions package that will withdraw cash handouts for foreign interests as well as tax money being used for the leftist agenda pursued by PBS.

The bill, adopted by the House first and now by the Senate, still requires House approval of Senate changes before it can go to President Donald Trump for his signature.

It specifically attacks spending areas that are problematic for many Americans: billions of dollars being handed out to foreign interests as well as massive subsidies for the PBS operations that critics have called leftist propaganda outlets.

Sen. John Kennedy, R-La., documented the bias as only he can:

The Senate adopted the recissions package on a 51-48 vote following a 13-hour vote-a-rama that was written to cancel $7.9 billion in handouts to foreign interests as well as about $1.1 billion intended for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, which includes PBS.

A report at Roll Call said senators restored about $400 million for PEPFAR, the president's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.

Democrats fighting the cost-saving plan were working without one vote, as Minnesota Sen. Tina Smith went to the hospital on Wednesday feeling unwell.

The report said, "The passage vote marked a victory for the Trump administration, which is seeking to use the rescissions process to pare back federal spending and codify cuts made by the Department of Government Efficiency, known as DOGE."

One of the U.S. military's most high-profile and respected whistleblowers, active-duty Navy Commander Robert A. Green, Jr., says his chain of command has informed him that he is, as of July 8, "under investigation for publicly calling out the unconstitutional and illegal actions by military leadership during the COVID-19 mandates." He made the announcement in an X post the following day:

"For 4 years I have been using the same language and the same demand for accountability that I continue to use on this platform," posted Green.

"My leadership does not like that I have used the words 'domestic enemies of the Constitution' to describe many of them for their actions during the mandates. But where were they when thousands of us notified them about the laws they were breaking?" He added: "There is a clear line drawn between service members who will defend the Constitution, and Admirals & Generals who violate constitutional rights with impunity."

Former service members are reacting strongly, clearly disturbed by the news. WorldNetDaily spoke to one such individual, Dr. Chase Spears, a retired U.S. Army public affairs officer.  When Green published his book, "Defending the Constitution behind Enemy Lines," in July 2023, Spears quickly took notice. Having been a writer himself while serving in the Army and knowing the challenges that come with a hostile chain of command, he admired Green's "direct approach."

"That guy has a spine like no one I've ever seen in the military in my lifetime," Spears remembers thinking. As fate would have it, two years later, Spears was able to welcome Green to his podcast, "Finding Your Spine."

With news of a formal military probe into Commander Green's public statements regarding the illegalities of the now-rescinded COVID-19 military shot mandate, Spears told WND he is "surprised to see him investigated now."

He explained, "It surprised me that he was not being investigated in the past while we were under a very hostile [Biden] administration when he wrote his book, and when he began pointing out the law-breaking and widespread rampant corruption in the military."

"From what I can tell, he has not changed, remaining consistent in making the argument that the military continues to violate law, to violate due process and to violate the Constitution," Spears said, adding, "He's now doing this under an administration that knows the reality of rampant progressivism in the ranks."

So why is Green being investigated at this time?

"Ever since the Trump administration came in and Secretary of Defense Hegseth took the helm at the Pentagon," said Spears, "life hasn't gotten easier for conservatives." To the contrary, he said, "it has gotten harder because progressively minded officers who were raised under the Obama and Biden administration are insecure about the fact there's a new sheriff in town and they're clamping down even harder on those who hold a basic constitutional, traditional worldview."

"From what I have seen, the arguments Commander Green shares are not partisan, nor in violation of the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice) or Defense Department regulations against political expression by service members," Spears pointed out. "He's simply calling out where the admirals and other senior military commanders continue to violate the law, due process and the very Constitution which they swore to uphold and defend."

For Spears, "It's another indicator of the fact that the military has lost its way and its purpose of actual national defense when it is focused on these witch hunts against people in the ranks who swear by these principles, and swear to this document we call the Constitution."

"There's a [Commander Green] in every generation and in every cause," he asserted. "There's a key leader who rises to the top, whether it be for a noble cause or an ignoble cause."

Green has been "one person service members and veterans have been able to rally behind because of his courage and the courage he draws out of other people," said Spears. For example, Green "spearheaded" the Declaration of Military Accountability, which was signed by 231 service members and veterans in January 2024 to seek accountability for the wrongs imposed upon them by the tyrannically enforced COVID-19 shot mandate.

In light of the investigation against Green, Spears, a signatory of the declaration, said, "Now is the time for other constitutionally minded military members to stand up with him." He challenges them, asking, "Will you be courageous, or will you be cowardly?"

"Many fellow military members may beat their chests with all this bravado about being a warrior and never leaving another comrade behind. So if this is true, it's past time to really man up," Spears told WND. "Hold true to your oaths now or sit down forever among those across history who did nothing when the moment called."

"If you're not willing to call fouls against clear legal and moral wrongs in your personal capacity, then what good are you?" Spears asked. "If I'm not assured that you believe in this idea of America and that your oath to defend it is worth more than the air you exhale it with, how can I trust you as a military leader?"

Officials at Georgetown University have punished a tenured professor, removing him from the chairmanship position in his department and suspending him, after he called for a "symbolic" Iranian military strike on U.S. military forces.

The teacher, Jonathan Brown, was the Alwaleed bin Talal chairman of Islamic Civilization in the School of Foreign Service at the school.

He posted, then deleted, his suggestion from just last month after the Trump administration's decision to bomb Iranian military sites where nuclear bomb components might have been under development that a broader conflict could be avoided and "everyone stops" war if Iran unleashed its military with "some symbolic strike on a base."

The Washington Examiner reported Georgetown interim President Robert Groves confirmed during a congressional hearing Brown was put on leave and removed from his post as department chair.

The report noted the swift action likely allowed the school to avoid a formal investigation into its Title VI compliance by the Trump administration, which already has looked at schools including Harvard over their handling, or non-handling, of anti-Israel protests and faculty.

"Within minutes of our learning of that tweet, the dean contacted Professor Brown, the tweet was removed, [and] we issued a statement condemning the tweet. Professor Brown is no longer chair of his department, and he's on leave, and we're beginning a process of reviewing the case," Groves confirmed to the House Education and Workforce Committee, which is reviewing anti-Semitism on American campuses.

Iranian leader Ali Khamenei, in fact, retaliated against the U.S. after the nuclear sites were hit by attacking a U.S. military base in Qatar, but the move left little damage.

The Examiner revealed, "In addition to his controversial comments on the Iran conflict, Brown attracted censure in 2017 over statements he made during a lecture on Iranian slavery and sex. At the time, critics accused the Georgetown University professor, who is a Muslim, of condoning slavery and non-consensual sex in Iran while condemning Western societies for the same problems."

His comments, at the time, included, "I don't think it's morally evil to own somebody," and "Consent isn't necessary for lawful sex."
