According to a buried House Intelligence Committee report just declassified by DNI Tulsi Gabbard, President Barack Obama and others reportedly had serious concerns about the health of 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton – some of the information Russia had but did not reveal at the time.

Commentator Charlie Kirk points out on X that in the final days of the 2016 campaign Russia "had huge amounts of potential anti-Clinton dirt that it sat on." This included:

  • Internal DNC communication that Obama and others found Hillary's health "extraordinarily alarming."
  • Internal claims that Hillary was on "heavy tranquilizers" and suffering "intensified psycho-emotional problems."
  • Evidence of severe health ailments like type 2 diabetes and ischemic heart disease.

Notes Kirk: "If Russia was really all-in on supporting Trump and hurting Clinton, it would have leaked this information in October 2016 when her lead in the RCP average slipped to just +1.3. Instead, Russia didn't – completely debunking the core assumptions of the Russia hoax.

"Rather than admit they were wrong, Brennan's CIA buried the info and manufactured a completely alternative reality to undermine the legitimacy of President Trump."

The declassified report adds to documents made public Friday that suggest that the Obama team intentionally hid information proving Russia was not involved in swaying the 2016 election and instead posited the opposite in hopes of sabotaging the incoming Trump administration.

Wednesday Gabbard talked at the White House about the new revelations regarding Clinton:

A horror story worthy of Edgar Allen Poe or Stephen King has been documented by Lila Rose, the noted pro-life activist who runs Live Action, among other endeavors.

It involves two homosexual men who contracted with a surrogate for a baby, but when she needed to deliver early because of a cancer diagnosis, they insisted that their "property" die.

report at Not The Bee explained the sequence of events triggered by a gay duo who "boldly nominated themselves for the Most Hideously Evil Monsters of the Year Award."

It documented how the homosexuals could not force the surrogate to abort, but once the baby was born, it became their "property." They simply allowed no life-saving efforts at all, and the baby died.

The surrogate tried a number of solutions, offering to adopt the baby, but the duo demanded "a death certificate."

The report noted, "The couple, who had 'paid' for the surrogate mother's baby, refused to accept the child due to the increased risk of health problems. Instead, they wanted him to die. And with life-saving care withheld, the baby boy did die shortly after he was born."

Rose explained surrogacy, "enables people to act as if they are entitled to other people's reproductive abilities – the body of the woman whose womb they are renting. It also treats children like property to be bought, sold, and killed."

In the wake of legal action over a deceptively edited "60 Minutes" interview with Kamala Harris in the 2024 White House race, President Donald Trump on Tuesday said CBS and its parent company Paramount have finally paid a $16 million settlement, with another $20 million on the way.

"Paramount/CBS/60 Minutes have today paid $16 Million Dollars in settlement," Trump wrote on Truth Social, "and we also anticipate receiving $20 Million Dollars more from the new Owners, in Advertising, PSAs, or similar Programming, for a total of over $36 Million Dollars."

The president called it "a BIG AND IMPORTANT WIN in our Historic Lawsuit" against the media giant.

"Just like ABC and George Slopadopoulos, CBS and its Corporate Owners knew that they defrauded the American People, and were desperate to settle."

"This is another in a long line of VICTORIES over the Fake News Media, who we are holding to account for their widespread fraud and deceit."

Trump also issued a warning to other deceptive news media, saying: "The Wall Street Journal, The Failing New York Times, The Washington Post, MSDNC, CNN, and all other Mainstream Media Liars, are ON NOTICE that the days of them being allowed to deceive the American People are OVER. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!"

Trump's legal action had originally demanded $20 billion over the election interference inflicted on his campaign by "60 Minutes."

"With this record settlement, President Donald J. Trump delivers another win for the American people as he, once again, holds the Fake News media accountable for their wrongdoing and deceit. CBS and Paramount Global realized the strength of this historic case and had no choice but to settle. President Trump will always ensure that no one gets away with lying to the American People as he continues on his singular mission to Make America Great Again," an official with Trump's legal told Fox News when the settlement was originally announced.

CBS is reportedly "not acknowledging any journalistic wrongdoing."

There may, or may not, be a lot of new information coming out about convicted sex offender billionaire Jeffrey Epstein and his activities.

Those are suspected to include providing teenage girls to high-profile personalities including celebrities and politicians.

It appears a lot of the details long have been hidden – at least over the last four years when Democrats were in charge of investigatory procedures. The Trump administration first promised to release all the details, then concluded there was nothing more available, then reversed again and now is promising to release what's "credible."

And Trump's appointees just went a step further, promising a conversation with Ghislaine Maxwell, who is serving a 20-year sentence for her involvement as an aide to Epstein, who died in a New York jail in 2019, regarding sexually exploiting underage girls.

report at the Liberty Daily explains Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche already has contacted Maxwell's legal team to assess her interest in speaking with prosecutors.

Attorney General Pam Bondi has confirmed that President Donald Trump has ordered the release of all credible evidence relating to the case.

She said if Maxwell has information about crimes committed against victims, the FBI and DOJ want to hear it.

Bondi said, "This Department of Justice does not shy away from uncomfortable truths, nor from the responsibility to pursue justice wherever the facts may lead."

Blanche said, "For the first time, the Department of Justice is reaching out to Ghislaine Maxwell to ask: what do you know?"

report at the Daily Caller News Foundation noted Blanche expects to meet with Maxwell "in the coming days."

House Democrats, who ignored their own party's inaction on the issue for years under Joe Biden, suddenly have begun insisting that Epstein-related information be released.

commentary from noted opinion-writer Victor Davis Hanson has concluded, "The long and the short of it: There was never a list where he [Epstein] had a list of people who had engaged in pornographic or pedophilic behavior at his various residences. What the list implied was that in 2008, his first trial—and then again a few years later—there were a lot of testimonies in these indictments and convictions and text and evidence that was subpoenaed. So, names came up in text messages, emails, maybe some video on logs on the airplane. So, there's a long list, apparently, of over 170 people."

He noted names already available include Louis Freeh, former FBI director, Leonardo DiCaprio, Bruce Willis, Kevin Spacey, former Senate Majority Leader George Mitchell.

"What am I getting at? All of these people had come in contact with this near-billionaire, Jeffrey Epstein. Apparently, he was close to Harvard University. He had a temporary office there. His modus operandi was to lavish money on political candidates, foundations, universities, celebrities, and entertain. And there was a subset in that group that engaged in pedophilic behavior," he explained.

He said, "I think Donald Trump is going to release all the information that the government has. There'll probably be 150 or 200 names. And we'll let the internet mob or individuals or Freedom of Information requests or lower court judges, they will adjudicate it and we will find out the particular statuses. The vast majority of people will be very innocent, that they didn't do anything wrong. But there will be some people that will have a cast, a shadow of doubt. And we'll have to find out."

He said Trump himself has plausible explanations for the photographs that show him with Epstein, with his decision some years ago to disassociated from Epstein.

"But for right now, I think he's salvaged this problem and aborted a controversy by just saying, 'Get this stuff out there and let the people decide.' It's the way it always should be in a democracy, in an open society," he said.

House Speaker Mike Johnson says Congress may subpoena former President Barack Obama over allegations of treason involving the coordinated effort by his administration to harm then-incoming President Donald Trump.

Johnsons confirmed to reporter David Brody in an interview that he is considering a subpoena after DNI Tulsi Gabbard released damning declassified documents related to the 2016 plot against Trump.

"I think we have a responsibility to follow the truth, where it leads," Johnson said, pointing out that if Obama was complicit, he needs to be held accountable.

"If it's uncomfortable for him, he shouldn't have been involved in overseeing this, which is what it appears to us has happened," Johnson told Brody.

Monday the Department of Justice confirmed receipt of documents from Gabbard that outline how Obama and his national security team "laid the groundwork" for years of attacks on Trump.

"Their goal was to usurp President Trump and subvert the will of the American people," Gabbard posted on X Friday regarding the criminal referral. "No matter how powerful, every person involved in this conspiracy must be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The integrity of our democratic republic depends on it. We are turning over all documents to the DOJ for criminal referral."

Gabbard said, "There must be indictments" for the "treasonous conspiracy. … They all must be held accountable."

Noted Gabbard Sunday: "The implications of this are, frankly, nothing short of historic. Over 100 documents that we released on Friday really detail and provide evidence of how this treasonous conspiracy was directed by President Obama if just weeks before he was due to leave office after President Trump had already gotten elected."

A federal judge has concluded, apparently, that abortion industry giant Planned Parenthood has a constitutional right to have tax money.

report at Fox News reveals a leftist judge chosen for her lifetime appointment by abortion-promoting Barack Obama has temporarily blocked the administration of President Donald Trump from stopping the flow of tax money, through Medicaid, to the abortionists.

Congress called for those funds to be stripped from Planned Parenthood's corporate coffers, and Trump signed the bill, making it the law of the land.

Judge Indira Talwani, whose leftist activism runs deep, has given the abortion industry a preliminary injunction claiming the bill "unconstitutionally" punishes Planned Parenthood groups that do not abort unborn children.

Talwani's order came in a lawsuit brought by Planned Parenthood, the nation's largest abortion business.

commentary by Olivia Summers, senior litigation counsel with the American Center for Law and Justice, explained the partial injunction "twisted the First Amendment into a shield for abortion providers—protecting not just their speech, but their funding. Congress has every right to decide that taxpayer dollars should not flow to abortion providers or their affiliates."

Her warning was that, "This ruling effectively grants Planned Parenthood a constitutional entitlement to federal funds."

She continued, "This decision carves out a dangerous privilege—one that elevates abortion providers above every other grantee, creating a special class of government-sponsored speakers. It lays the groundwork for permanent entrenchment of abortion groups within the federal funding landscape, shielding them from the political accountability that applies to everyone else.

"Once again, the abortion distortion is at work—where normal rules of law are suspended simply because abortion is involved. A routine federal funding decision becomes a First Amendment violation. A restriction on one of the most powerful and politically connected lobbying networks in America somehow becomes an equal protection problem. The court treats Planned Parenthood not as the pro-abortion advocacy juggernaut that it is, but as a fragile association of speakers whose funding must be constitutionally guaranteed."

WND previously reported about the judge, who was determined by commentator Nathan Stone at the Federalist to be delivering "judicial terrorism."

"Indira Talwani, an Obama-appointed judge of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, ushered in the next chapter of judicial supremacy when she blocked the provisions of the 'big beautiful bill' which deprived Planned Parenthood and its affiliate organizations of Medicaid funds," Stone explained. "If Judge Talwani had 'found' those provisions 'unconstitutional,' or if she had found the whole reconciliation package 'illegal'" it would be another example of judicial usurpation. Business as usual. But she didn't do either. Talwani's temporary restraining order commands that the executive ignore the law and keep shoveling the Benjamins to feed abortions. As Dan McLaughlin said on X, 'You can't argue with the judge's reasoning because there isn't any.'"

The order from Talwani is just part of a campaign on the part of judges at the entry level courts to the federal judiciary of opposing President Donald Trump's plans and agendas, even if delivered through ordinary and accepted channels like a congressional bill and a signature by a president.

The agenda already has prompted the Supreme Court to say those judges are exercising powers they don't have by repeatedly demanding they have their way on policies and practices of the executive branch, instead of letting the president run that branch, as the Constitution provides.

"The surface irony of this would be comedy gold in a movie. For the last 10 years, the left's bread and butter has been to paint Trump, his allies, his voters, and the Republican Party as fascists intent on destroying 'our democracy.' But, when the sacrament of abortion is in jeopardy, it does a 180 and orders the president to completely ignore a law that was duly passed and signed — textbook fascist behavior," the commentary said.

Further, it said, Talwani's writing "does not even try to pretend to be anything other than naked power that commands lawlessness for the sake of killing babies. Separation of powers, the rule of law, the legislative power, and the very ability of the American people to enact change through their duly elected representatives — one of the fundamental markers of self-governance — are all done away with a flick of Talwani's pen."

"Make no mistake: Judge Talwani is a legal terrorist. Her TRO is the judicial equivalent of an IED, which was supposed to destroy the administration by either disobeying the law or disobeying the judiciary. It's not about the country or an alternate vision. Now, it is only about destruction — pure and sweet."

The office of former President Barack Obama responded Tuesday to President Donald Trump's assertion that Obama was "the ringleader" of treasonous crimes designed to severely undermine Trump.

Obama spokesman Patrick Rodenbush indicated Trump and his officials were voicing "outrageous" claims.

"Out of respect for the office of the presidency, our office does not normally dignify the constant nonsense and misinformation flowing out of this White House with a response," Rodenbush stated.

"But these claims are outrageous enough to merit one. These bizarre allegations are ridiculous and a weak attempt at distraction."

"Nothing in the document issued last week undercuts the widely accepted conclusion that Russia worked to influence the 2016 presidential election but did not successfully manipulate any votes," he continued.

"These findings were affirmed in a 2020 report by the bipartisan Senate Intelligence Committee, led by then-Chairman Marco Rubio."

As WorldNetDaily reported, Trump on Tuesday unleashed his fury concerning the false and "treasonous" Russia-collusion plot to undermine him, and he named Obama specifically as the driving force.

"Barack Hussein Obama is the ringleader," Trump told reporters in the Oval Office.

"Hillary Clinton was right there with him and so was Sleepy Joe Biden, and so were the rest of them: [James] Comey, [James] Clapper, the whole group. They tried to rig an election and then they got CAUGHT! And then they did rig the election in 2020."

When asked whom the U.S. Justice Department should target in its probe of the matter, Trump responded: "It would be President Obama. He started it. And Biden was there with him, and Comey was there and Clapper, the whole group was there."

"If you look at those papers, they have him stone cold, and it was President Obama. It wasn't lots of people all over the place, it was them too. But the leader of the gang was President Obama. Barack Hussein Obama. Have you heard of him? Except for the fact that he gets shielded by the press for his entire life."

"Look, he's guilty," Trump continued. "It's there. He's guilty. This was treason. This was every word you could think of. They tried to steal the election. They tried to obfuscate the election. They did things that nobody's ever even imagined, even in other countries."

"They caught President Obama absolutely cold," Trump added.

"They tried to rig the election and they got caught, and there should be very severe consequences for that. When we caught Hillary Clinton, I said, 'You know, what? Let's not go too far here. It's the ex-wife of a president.' … I let her off the hook and I'm very happy I did. But it's time to start, after what they did to me, and whether it's right or wrong, it's time to go after people. Obama has been caught directly!"

"It's Obama. His orders are on the paper. The papers are signed, the papers came right out of their office. They sent everything to be highly classified. Well, the highly classified has been released. And what they did in 2016 and 2020 is very criminal, it's criminal at the highest level.

On Monday night, Trump posted similar thoughts on Truth Social, saying: "Obama himself manufactured the Russia, Russia, Russia HOAX. Crooked Hillary, Sleepy Joe, and numerous others participated in this, THE CRIME OF THE CENTURY!. Irrefutable EVIDENCE. A major threat to our Country!!!"

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has already turned over information about the case to the U.S. Justice Department for criminal referral, and Gabbard herself said on Sunday, "There must be indictments."

Meanwhile, U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson indicated Monday that Congress may subpoena Obama over allegations of a coordinated plot against Trump.

"I think we have a responsibility to follow the truth, where it leads," Johnson told journalist David Brody.

"To do effectively the opposite of what that other team did – they were engaged in a partisan political plot to take down their foe in the other party. We need to be about the rule of law and bring an order to the chaos and searching out the truth because the American people are owed those answers."

"If it's uncomfortable for him, he shouldn't have been involved in overseeing this, which is what it appears to us has happened," Johnson said.

Many Americans may have fantasized about Barack Obama being arrested and frogmarched out the White House, but now President Donald Trump is helping them visualize that very scenario with a video he posted online Sunday depicting it.

The spoof comes in the wake of disclosures by Tulsi Gabbard, the director of national intelligence, who is now calling for indictments of Obama officials for allegedly carrying out "treasonous" and "seditious" activities against Trump with the Russian collusion narrative after the 2016 election.

One commenter on the video said: "MOST EPIC FREAKIN TROLL POST I'VE EVER SEEN!!! I CANT WAIT TO SEE THE REAL THING!!!"

In addition to the Obama-arrest clip, Trump also posted a large, "Brady Bunch"-style image he called "The Shady Bunch," featuring Obama and his officials whom Trump suggests may have maliciously schemed against him.

Harrison Fields, special assistant to the president, appeared on "The Big Weekend Show" on Fox News Sunday evening to slam Obama as well as the deceptive news media.

"Obama's hands are on this and what is he doing now? He's over here with his wife doing a podcast, walking with flip-flops on the beach, acting like his whole career was everything and a bag of chips! It wasn't!" he said.

"It was the most corrupt presidency we have ever seen! We thought Joe Biden was bad. Now we know who was behind it all. It was Barack Hussein Obama, and we need an answers."

Trump later praised Fields on Truth Social, saying: "Great job by young and talented Harrison Fields on FoxNews.

"The Panel was fantastic on prosecuting Obama and the 'thugs' who have just been unequivocally exposed on highest level Election Fraud. Congratulations to Tulsi Gabbard. Keep it coming!!!"

U.S. Rep. Mark Green, R-Tenn., is now officially gone from the House of Representatives as Sunday was his last day on the job, leaving 219 Republicans and 212 Democrats in the chamber.

In June, Green announced he would be leaving the House, saying: "It is with a heavy heart that I announce my retirement from Congress. Recently, I was offered an opportunity in the private sector that was too exciting to pass up."

"As a result, today I notified the Speaker and the House of Representatives that I will resign from Congress as soon as the House votes once again on the reconciliation package."

Journalist Nick Sortor noted: "He just ran for re-election months ago, and is now resigning because he wants a different job. These people are incredibly selfish. We need a STAUNCH MAGA Republican in this seat!"

Green called serving the Volunteer State's 7th congressional district "the honor of a lifetime."

"They asked me to deliver on the conservative values and principles we all hold dear, and I did my level best to do so. Along the way, we passed historic tax cuts, worked with President Trump to secure the border, and defended innocent life. I am extremely proud of my work as chairman of the Homeland Security Committee, and want to thank my staff, both in my 7th District office, as well as the professional staff on that committee," Green said.

The Republican also noted he had previously prepared to depart in the last Congress, but then changed his mind.

"Though I planned to retire at the end of the previous Congress, I stayed to ensure that President Trump's border security measures and priorities make it through Congress," he explained.

"By overseeing the border security portion of the reconciliation package, I have done that. After that, I will retire, and there will be a special election to replace me."

Green last week endorsed Matt Van Epps to replace him in the House, telling Fox News Digital: "Matt Van Epps has my complete and total endorsement."

He revealed he served in the same U.S. Army special operations unit as Van Epps, which he called "a brotherhood that cannot be replicated anywhere else."

"Congressman Green has left some very large shoes to fill, but I'm ready to step in and continue his work on behalf of Tennesseans," Van Epps told Fox News.

Numerous Republicans have already tossed their hat into the ring for the congressional seat, including U.S. Army veteran Jonathan Thorp, Montgomery County Commissioner Jason Knight, Mason Foley of Main Street Health, and state Reps. Jay Reedy, Lee Reeves and Jody Barrett.

Fox News Digital noted: "Even with Green's departure from Congress, it's a safe bet to assume his House seat will stay in Republican hands.

"The district voted for Trump by more than 20 percentage points over former Vice President Kamala Harris last year."
