In the immediate aftermath of a school shooting in Minneapolis this week, when a man shot and killed two children and injured more than a dozen more, reporters were unclear on a lot of details.

But they weren't about to let an assumption about the gender of the man who also died in the attack stand.

In a report posted by the New York Post, Fox News reported it was Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., who was being interviewed by Aisla Chang of National Public Radio.

The senator referenced the shooter who attacked Annunciation Catholic School as "he."

Chang immediately jumped in, "And just a point of clarification, Sen. Klobuchar referenced the shooter as 'he.' Although police have identified a suspect, it's still unclear at this time what that person's gender is or how they identify."

She claimed the gender was "unclear."

In fact, police have identified the dead attacker as Robert Westman, 23, who changed his name to Robin as a juvenile because he wanted to identify as female.

Reports also have confirmed that he indicated a desire to leave the transgender lifestyle choice, and expressed regret that he ever brainwashed himself.

Police say he used three guns that legally were purchased, and committed suicide after the attack.

Klobuchar had said, "There's, of course, the hate. You're going to find that this perpetrator, that this horrific offender … that he … it was all-purpose hate, right? He hated a lot of different groups. It wasn't one ideology or another."

Klobuchar had added, "And then this madman shoots through the windows. The children are hiding under pews."

FBI chief Kash Patel said, "The FBI is investigating this shooting as an act of domestic terrorism and hate crime targeting Catholics. There were 2 fatalities, an 8-year-old and a 10-year-old. In addition, 14 children and 3 adults were injured. The shooter has been identified as Robin Westman, a male born as Robert Westman."

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott on Friday signed into law the state's new congressional districts.

State lawmakers assembled the new map in order to give Republican candidates a better position in at least another five districts, any one of which could be needed for the party to maintain the majority of the U.S. House in 2026..

The redistricting has prompted California Gov. Gavin Newsom to try to redistrict his state, already sporting Democrat over-representation, to give his party additional power following the next congressional vote.

However, he's having to go to statewide voters, at an expense tallied in the millions, because he wants to eliminate the nonpartisan redistricting committee that the state has.

report at the Washington Examiner explained the state's redistricting sparked outrage from Democrats, whose party is falling rapidly from favor of the American voters after they doubled down on their transgender, green and open borders ideologies after their catastrophic loss in the 2024 presidential election.

In Texas, Democrat lawmakers, in fact, fled the state for weeks trying to derail the GOP-majority plan, and failed.

Abbott said, "Today, I signed the One Big Beautiful Map into law. This map ensures fairer representation in Congress."

The Democrats inside the state have responded with lawsuits, hoping they will find favor with some leftist judge, as their party repeatedly has done in battles with President Donald Trump.

"This isn't over — we'll see these clowns in court," claimed Texas Democratic Party Chair Kendall Scudder.

Long have leftists insisted that "thoughts and prayers" have no place in America when there is an eruption of evil, like this week in Minneapolis when a man calling himself a woman shot up a Catholic church, killing two students and injuring many more.

After that shooting at Annunciation Catholic School, multiple Democrats, progressives and others went public with their condemnation of prayer. A Minnesota bishop scolded the Minneapolis mayor for his comments, explaining that's what is needed at such times.

But now an analysis at the Federalist, from executive editor Joy Pullman, notes that those Democrat talking points are a red flag.

"The New York Post published excerpts of the shooter's journal posted on YouTube that include a drawing of him communing with a Satanic figure in a mirror. As I've written before, Satan-worshippers can be startlingly more direct than many Christians about the connections between their spiritual and political beliefs.

"This image is yet another striking testimony — from the dark side! — about the connections between queer ideology and the demonic. So are passages in the shooter's journal that read as if they came straight out of the mouth of a demon: 'I also love when kids get shot, I love to see kids get torn apart.' Pictures of his arsenal show a gun magazine inscribed with the words: 'Where is your God?'" she explained.

She continued, "According to reporter Andy Ngo, transgender ghouls are celebrating the attempted mass murder online. The quotes he provides read like a leftist fantasy about what a 'fundamentalist Christian' movie script would put in the mouths of trans activists: 'MORE DEAD CHRISTIANS LOL.' 'Based. Take the fight to their kids so they can feel what it's like to be attacked for your identity.' 'Future religious extremeists [sic] dying isn't a bad thing.' 'Won't someone please think of the poor innocent Christian transphobes that just want trans people dedd??'"

She cited Maxwell Alejandro Frost, a Democrat member of Congress from Florida, who posted, "These children were probably praying when they were shot to death at catholic school. Don't give us your f—— thoughts and prayers."

Frost later said on television, "We've had it with the thoughts and prayers for years, for decades," prompting Pullman to note, "If you made a list of who hates prayers, Satan would be at the top of that list for sure. Prayer is perhaps the pre-eminent way to fight him. The less prayer, the less Satan is restrained. Now why would Democrats want that?"

Pulllman cited Frey's trashing of "thoughts and prayers," and noted, "The sentiments he's communicating are the straightforwardly demonic, despairing lies that prayer does not work and that God is not listening and He doesn't provide justice."

Others said prayers don't stop bullets and bashed Christians for referencing an "invisible sky-being."

There is an answer to such "demonic screeches," the analysis confirmed, revealing it's: God was there with these children in their suffering, and He is with them now. God is not dead, He is alive, and so are all who have died in the faith, who with Christ will one day be resurrected. All martyrs have overcome Satan forever 'by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.' Death is not a moment of despair for a Christian, it is a moment of triumph and glory."

She cited former Federalist colleague Emily Jashinsky, who wrote, "It's really time to retire this cheap hit on people of faith, especially in cases where they're actually the direct targets of an attack. Those little kids don't believe the prayers they were saying today shield them from earthly tragedy or excuse them from doing good works."

Pullman noted that her primary point was different:: "It's to highlight the directly Satanic words coming out of the mouths of Democrat Party leaders and followers. There's a truly shocking overlap between what Satan would say and what well-known political leftists are completely comfortable saying to hundreds of millions onscreen."

Ever since an illegal alien holding a Commercial Driver's License, or CDL, in Florida caused a deadly crash as he made an unauthorized U-turn in an 18-wheeler earlier this month, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy and others have called for a stricter and safer system, especially focusing on the English-language proficiency requirement.

Now, also out of Florida, we know how people like Harjinder Singh, an Indian national living unlawfully in the U.S. who failed his English test miserably but still managed to get a license, may have passed the reading test to receive their CDL – by cheating.

According to First Coast News, an elaborate cheating system among potential truck drivers in Jacksonville has been uncovered, with five men being arrested.

Reports the TV station, "Investigators say people have been rigging their way into commercial driver's licenses, putting everyone on Florida highways at risk."

The scheme involves the non-English-speaking test taker wearing a T-shirt with a small hole in the front. Under the shirt, a cellphone is strapped to the chest so the camera can "see" out the hole.

As the test is taken, the "brains" of the operation can see the test off site and relay the correct answers to the man via an earpiece.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the scheme was highly organized. Investigators identified multiple addresses in Jacksonville where dozens of men were registered as applicants, even though the homes were far too small to actually house them all.

Also, some of the arrested men requested interpreters because they could not speak or read English, including Ukrainian and other foreign languages.

Law enforcement praised the DMV employees at the testing locations for reporting suspicious behavior when the men wiggled in their chairs to position the iPhone cameras.

Singh is charged in Florida with three count of vehicular homicide.

Walmart is reeling after revelations that a vice president in its Global Tech division allegedly pocketed bribes worth tens of thousands of dollars per day from Indian staffing firms. The scheme, exposed not by auditors but through anonymous posts on Blind and Reddit, led to the abrupt termination of about 1,200 contractors many believed to be on H-1B visas. The episode has sparked questions not only about corporate governance at America's largest retailer, but also about how deeply Walmart has relied on foreign labor pipelines to fill U.S. jobs.

While the company insists the scandal "had nothing to do with H-1B visas," the optics tell a different story. Contractors were locked out of systems overnight, projects were halted and an entire vendor stack tied to India-based firms was cut off. The incident highlights a bigger, long-standing issue: Walmart's extensive use of immigration programs that critics say sideline American workers while rewarding global staffing cartels.

For years, Walmart has leaned on H-1B and related visa schemes, partnering with outsourcing giants and body shops that recruit foreign nationals to fill U.S. tech roles. In 2023 alone, Indians accounted for over 70% of all H-1B visas issued under programs sold to the public as a way to fill "critical skills gaps," but that increasingly serve as a backdoor for cheap labor and corporate cost-cutting. Walmart's prior layoffs and restructuring moves have often overlapped with visa-heavy hiring, prompting outrage from American employees who see their careers displaced in favor of imported labor.

The current bribery scandal is not an isolated event, but rather is a flashpoint that pulls back the curtain on years of questionable hiring practices. From kickback schemes to vendor favoritism, to its deep ties with Indian outsourcing partners, Walmart's immigration history is riddled with red flags. The company's public denial will not erase the growing perception that Walmart has been part of the broader pattern of visa abuse undermining U.S. workers.

Walmart's Immigration Profile:

The numbers tell a stark story. Between 2017 and 2025, Walmart laid off more than 33,000 U.S. workers while simultaneously driving nearly 45,000 H-1B visa requests through direct filings and contracting companies. The company's reliance on foreign labor is even more clear in its green card pipeline. Of the 2,982 total cases, 87.1% were for Indian nationals, leaving all other countries combined at just 12.9%. With over 1,200 contracting companies feeding H-1B workers into Walmart's tech operations, the data suggest a deliberate strategy: cutting American jobs while expanding dependence on a foreign workforce, overwhelmingly from India. This imbalance raises fundamental questions about Walmart's priorities and their impact on U.S. workers.

Here are Walmart's Top 25 H-1B contracting companies:

Longtime Democrat strategist James Carville has unleashed a screed against his own party.

But an analysis says while leftist politicians would benefit by listening, they probably won't.

Reacting to a Democrat meeting that claimed to recognize the "stolen land" on which Minneapolis sits, stolen from Native Americans of course, Carville ranted, "Lady, you're right, what we did to the Native Americans has really been well documented. It is a sad part of our nation's history. [But] why Why are you bringing this up in an election!? This is an election, and the DNC is not the place to discuss this. Understand this, the DNC does not exist to right wrongs. It doesn't exist to acknowledge the more unpleasant parts of history. It doesn't exist to make people feel good. It exists — just get it through your head —to win elections."

Listen to the vitriolic, sometimes foul, often offensive, Carville:

A commentary at RedState explained, "Veteran Democrat strategist James Carville is an interesting guy. Furthermore, the older the architect of Bill Clinton's victorious 1992 presidential campaign gets, the more interesting he becomes.

"I mean, I don't know if I view James as 'a man I love to hate,' or 'a man I hate to love' — just kidding, both counts — but I do know this: In today's crazed world of Democrat politics, the wayward party would do itself a favor if it listened more to Mr. Carville, which I'm more than confident it won't do."

The commentary said Carville's "latest" rebuke follows the complaining of "indigenous queer woman" Lindy Sowmick, of Minnesota's Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party, who insisted on honoring the "Dakota Oyate."

It explained, "Carville absolutely went off on his party for seemingly failing to learn from both its beatdown in the 2024 general election and its ongoing string of defeats at the hands of President Donald Trump and the Republican Party. "

Carville being "spot on" involved pointing how "your out-of-touch Democrat Party has intentionally moved away from mainstream America, including millions of former Democrat voters who've grown tired of the nonsensical (mis)focus of your Trump-obsessed party."

President Donald Trump long has advocated for secure American elections, often clashing with Democrats and other extremists who advocate for anyone who shows up to be able to vote, even taking radical actions, such as Colorado's Democrat Secretary of State Jena Griswold who mailed postcards to 30,000 non-citizens, telling them how to register to vote.

Trump also has issued an executive order, "Preserving And Protecting the Integrity of American Elections," which ordered the secretary of Homeland Security to access "appropriate systems for verifying the citizenship or immigration status of individuals registering to vote or who are already registered."

It was, of course, challenged by Democrats and some portions remain to be adjudicated.

Now, according to a report by Fox News, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is making changes in its policy manual that, when final, will halt illegal aliens who voted in elections, or even tried to register to vote, from ever getting citizenship.

Also, those votes or registration attempts will trigger deportation proceedings.

"Illegal voting undermines the will of the American people and threatens the legitimacy of our elections," said Matthew Tragesser, a spokesman for the service.

"Under the leadership of President Trump and Secretary Noem, we are making changes to prevent and punish aliens who voted illegally in our elections from gaining U.S. citizenship."

He added, "Aliens who facilitate or perpetuate illegal voting face swift and severe consequences."

The present guidelines that are used require illegal aliens to demonstrate "good moral character" to qualify for citizenship. The changes, hitting the books almost immediately, will define that trying to violate voter laws or unlawfully claiming citizenship would cause a person to fail that qualification.

"Applications for passports and drivers' licenses will also prevent illegal migrants from receiving citizenship and initiate the deportation process," the Fox report said.

What could involve major law enforcement operations, tracking down and arresting illegal aliens, and assignment of National Guard troops, soon could be coming to Chicago, one of the most crime-ridden cities in America.

A report at CNN confirmed the administration of President Donald Trump is making preparations for a "major immigration enforcement operation."

It could be happening as early as in a few days.

The report said the information was from sources "familiar" with the arrangements.

"President Donald Trump and his aides have repeatedly slammed Chicago over policies that limit cooperation between local authorities and federal immigration enforcement," the report said.

The city still is feeling the effects of the millions and millions of illegal aliens allowed into the country under the administration of Joe Biden, and his open borders practices.

Many ended up in Chicago when authorities in Texas, flooded with wave after wave of border crossers, shipped them north.

Chicago already has been put in a bull's-eye by the Trump administration, which sued over its so-called "sanctuary" practices in which illegal aliens purportedly are protected from federal law.

Now the operations are expected to expand, with officers from Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Customs and Border Protection, and possibly other agencies, involved

Reportedly armored vehicles already are being moved to Chicago.

The plan already has been developed and put into operation in Los Angeles, where officers flooded locations where illegal aliens were known to be. Some 5,000 arrests have been made there.

White House border czar Tom Homan said that planning for Chicago was still underway.

White House deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller, "Without getting into specifics and repeating any operational details, the president has been clear repeatedly that we're going to be prioritizing enforcement in these sanctuary jurisdictions as a matter of public safety and national security."

report at the Gateway Pundit said it's part of Trump's moves against sanctuary locations.

He said, "I think Chicago will be our next, and then we'll help with New York."

It's not the biggest move in President Donald Trump's agenda to bring jobs, business, investment and more back into the United States, but every job likely will be an impact for someone.

Now Global News in Canada has announced that a bottler is moving some of its operations from that nation south, into the United States.

The report explained Diageo, a maker of spirits, will reduce operations at a bottling facility in Amherstburg, Ontario, early in 2026.

The jobs will move to the U.S.

The operation bottling Crown Royal products now is set to close in February as part of a strategy for the company that involves making its North American supply chain better.

"Bottling at the Amherstburg facility intended for the U.S. market would be shifting stateside, while bottling for Canadian consumers would move to its Valleyfield, Quebec location," the report said.

In the report, Marsha McIntosh, the company's executive for North American supply, explained, "This was a difficult decision, but one that is crucial to improving the efficiency and resiliency of our supply chain network."

The company promised to "engage" with the community to help employees through its changes.

It reminded Canadians it still will have a "significant" presence in Canada, with its headquarters in the Toronto area and other bottling and distilling operations in Manitoba and Quebec.

The scorecard ended up Humans 1, and Artificial Intelligence 0 in one fight that was started by robots.

Not the Bee is reporting that Taco Bell is running away from its announced plans for AI order takers.

"Last year, Taco Bell made a simple bet that Alexa-like voice assistants could handle the drive-thru window. It didn't consider whether people could handle dealing with AI. According to the Wall Street Journal, the company embedded AI in the drive-thru boxes at more than 500 locations across the country and quickly found that it made mistakes, creeped people out, and got very easily manipulated," the report explained.

Dane Mathews, chief of digital systems for the company, said, "We're learning a lot, I'm going to be honest with you."

One of the complications that arose was someone who ordered "18,000 cuts of water, please." And AI's response.

The company ultimately decided too many mistakes were being made and customers really didn't like the "voice bots."

The goal of replacing teen drive-thru attendants, however, isn't going away, yet.

The chain's parent company, Yum Brands, recently confirmed a partnership with Nvidia with the goal of improving the tech that powers AI operations handling orders.
