The man who created the inaccurate but much-used Black Lives Matter slogan "Hand's up, don't shoot" after Michael Brown rushed a police officer in Ferguson, Missouri, 11 years ago, and was shot and killed, now has died in a shootout, which didn't involve police.

Dorian Johnson, claimed that his friend, Brown, had been compliant and accommodating when he confronted that officer, the officer who ultimately shot and killed Brown in self-defense.

commentary at Twitchy explained, "The man whose lies helped propel BLM, causing death, riots, and destruction, has died in a fatal shooting in Ferguson, Missouri. In 2014, Dorian Johnson witnessed his friend Michael Brown rush a police officer in Ferguson. The officer fatally shot Brown in self-defense. But before the truth finally came out, lies were spread about the killing by Johnson, which created a national media-fueled outrage that was driven on by the later-debunked 'Hands up, Don't Shoot' chant and narrative."

Johnson died in a shooting not involving police only blocks from where Brown died.

"Posters are not missing the irony that a person who sparked an anti-police crusade died by the very violence that more policing could have helped prevent," the report said.

"Guess they decided his black life didn't matter. That happens a lot in  rampant black-on-black crime. When the Brown shooting happened, 'journalists' and their fellow Democrats, seeing the opportunity to push a false narrative, jumped at the chance to do so. They helped spread the 'Hands Up, Don't Shoot' hoax nationwide."

report by CNN said Johnson, 33, died in a shooting early Sunday morning at a block of apartments.

The investigation continues, although police said one person already is in custody.

Brown was 18 at the time he was shot by policeman Darren Wilson, a white man, on August. 9, 2014.

Wilson argued he shot Brown in self-defense as Brown charged at him. Johnson said he was a witness to the shooting and that there was a confrontation during which Brown was shot in the hand.

The report said, "Moments later, Brown moved back toward Wilson and the fatal shots were fired, according to federal investigators. Johnson said Brown had faced the officer with his hands up in surrender, but that assertion has been hotly contested, and a Justice Department investigation found that other witnesses 'gave varying accounts of exactly what Brown was doing with his hands as he moved toward Wilson,' including balling up his fists and pulling up his pants."

Johnson's claim about the events sparked that "hands up, don't shoot" mantra that was used over and over by extremists across the nation.

The horrific slaughter of Ukraine refugee Iryna Zarutska on a Charlotte, North Carolina, train has now caught the attention of billionaire Elon Musk, who is slamming legacy media for their suppression of the white woman's murder by a black repeat offender, as well as district attorneys and judges "who enable murder, rape and robbery."

As WorldNetDaily reported Sunday, outrage exploded online as new video reveals graphic details of Decarlos Brown, 35, allegedly stabbing to death the 23-year-old Zarutska, after he had been previously arrested and released at least 14 times.

In a series of posts on his X platform Sunday and Monday, reacted to messages from others commenting on Zarutska's tragedy.

Xaviaer DuRousseau noted: "So let me get this straight … A bartender can go to prison for serving drinks to a drunk person if they drive and murder someone … but judges aren't accountable after letting a 14 TIME REPEAT OFFENDER murder a young woman?"

Musk responded: "Let's change the law. Between now and then, name and shame the DAs and judges who enable murder, rape and robbery.

"But especially shame those who funded the campaigns of the DAs and judges. That will make the biggest difference."

U.S. Rep. Randy Fine, R-Fla., said: "I'm going to introduce legislation to hold judges accountable when violent repeat offenders they release commit new crimes.

"It's easy to release criminals when you're protected by an armed bailiff at all times. The rest of us aren't so lucky. Those 12+ judges that released Decarlos Brown Jr. should have their day in court too."

Musk replied that such legislation is "Sorely needed!"

Cultural commentator Amiri King posted a series of FBI statistics, as he noted: "You want to know something that SHOULD make you VERY uncomfortable?

"White people are victims of black violence at INSANELY disproportionate rates. It's not even close.

"Between 2017-2021, black-on-white violent incidents totaled ~2.38M. White-on-black totaled ~0.37M."

"A white person is 31 times more likely to be victimized by a black person than the other way around. Black people make up ONLY 13.6% of the American population. TELL ME WE AREN'T BEING HUNTED," King concluded.

"Did you know this?" Musk said to the public in reply. "These are just the facts as reported by the government. One can argue about what the solution may be, but the facts are accurate."

Musk also took aim at media giants ignoring the Zarutska murder, including the Associated Press, whom he has previously called "Associated Propaganda," as well as the New York Times which he is now calling "an utter lie."

Social media influencer Ian Miles Cheong noted: "Media manipulation 101: All they have to do to control a narrative is to never report on any stories that will flip their script.

"This is why it's so crucial to talk about the murder of Iryna Zarutska. Do not let her story be forgotten."

Musk replied: "As soon as anyone does the slightest bit of research beyond what the legacy (fka mainstream) news reports, the magnitude of legacy media lies is staggering.

"Do some research and it will feel like waking up from a fever dream."

Musk even reposted his appearance on Joe Rogan's podcast, in which he flayed legacy news media for its hard-left bias.

"The whole thing's very crazy. The media is incredibly partisan," Musk began. "Almost all the media is left-shifted."

"If you talk to somebody who gets all their information from, like, what I call legacy media, they're living in a different world. … It's like they're living in an alternate reality."

Vi Lyles, the Democrat mayor of Charlotte, actually praised media that did not broadcast surveillance video of Zarutska's slaying.

"The video of the heartbreaking attack that took Iryna Zarutska's life is now public," Lyles said.

"I want to thank our media partners and community members who have chosen not to repost or share the footage out of respect for Iryna's family."

Even Wikipedia is considering completely deleting its entry titled: "Killing of Iryna Zarutska."

It posted a notice indicating: "An editor has nominated this article for deletion. You are welcome to participate in the deletion discussion, which will decide whether or not to retain it."

President Donald Trump called the suspect "a lunatic" who "just viciously stabbed" Zarutska.

"So there are evil people. We have to be able to handle that. If we don't handle that, we don't have a country," Trump said.

President Donald Trump on Monday dove into the national furor over the North Carolina slaying of Ukraine refugee Iryna Zarutksa allegedly by a black career criminal who had been arrested 14 times, saying "her blood is on the hands of the Democrats who refuse to put bad people in jail."

"I have seen the horrific video of a beautiful, young Ukrainian refugee, who came to America to escape the vicious War in Ukraine, and was innocently riding the Metro in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she was brutally ambushed by a mentally deranged lunatic," Trump began in a lengthy post on Truth Social.

"The perpetrator was a well known career criminal, who had been previously arrested and released on CASHLESS BAIL in January, a total of 14 TIMES.

"What the hell was he doing riding the train, and walking the streets? Criminals like this need to be LOCKED UP.

"The blood of this innocent woman can literally be seen dripping from the killer's knife, and now her blood is on the hands of the Democrats who refuse to put bad people in jail, including Former Disgraced Governor and 'Wannabe Senator' Roy Cooper.

"North Carolina, and every State, needs LAW AND ORDER, and only Republicans will deliver it! Additionally, where is the outrage from the Mainstream Media on this horrible tragedy?

"VOTE FOR MICHAEL WHATLEY FOR UNITED STATES SENATE, HE WON'T LET THIS HAPPEN AGAIN!"

Earlier Monday during a visit to the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C., Trump lamented about the same case: "So there are evil people. We have to be able to handle that. If we don't handle that, we don't have a country."

Artificial intelligence may end up being good. Or bad. It may end up creating jobs. Or costing them.

But one is sure: It's providing a sarcastic, insulting, politician-skewering view of public officials.

Like ex-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who in fact with her husband has become a millionaire hundreds of times over while she was serving the public in Congress.

The redubbed version of her "statement" was reposted by President Donald Trump on Truth Social:

Editor's note: Be forewarned about very offensive language.

And it immediately made it onto another platform, X.

The rant is fabricated to make it look as if Pelosi is being interviewed, and she complains about what is happening as she's no longer in power.

""Since I left Congress my trades are sh**. I can't get any insider information any more. These f***ers won't tell me anything anymore. So I've been drinking a lot more. My husband's still in love with the homeless hammer guy. Visiting him in jail and sh**. It hasn't been easy."

The commentary at Gateway Pundit pointed out, "Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is not having a happy morning after President Trump absolutely destroyed her with a hilarious video on Truth Social that is now going viral. On Monday, Trump mocked Pelosi for her alleged insider trading schemes and her husband's unfortunate run-in with a homeless thug in their home. In the video, Pelosi is seen bemoaning her run of stock market losses since 'retiring' from Congress, while Paul Pelosi is having an affair with the man who brutally attacked him."

Among other accolades, Trump is being described now as a troll king:

For decades, the number of people sitting in church pews on Sundays, and other days, has been declining. Especially among churches belonging to some of the legacy denominations across the country

But that's suddenly, and significantly, reversed course.

And it is the younger adults in America, Gen Z and Millennials, who are leading the way.

That's according to Barna,com.

"For the first time in decades, younger adults—Gen Z and Millennials—are now the most regular churchgoers, outpacing older generations, who once formed the backbone of church attendance," the survey organization confirmed.

"This shift signals a new opportunity for ministry. Younger adults are showing spiritual curiosity and a desire for belonging—but even as they attend more often than older adults, they still attend less than half the time, so every touchpoint matters.

"As reports emerge of spiritual interest, rising faith activity, signs of revival—including Barna's analysis of the recent rise in commitments to Jesus—churchgoing frequency is another improving trend among Millennials and Gen Z in the U.S. While overall church attendance trends have been flat in recent years, the return to church among the next generation stands out as a powerful sign of rising openness to faith," Barna reported.

For example, while "all U.S. churched adults" attend church 1.6 weekends per month, for Gen Z it's now 1.9 and for Millennials it's 1.8. "Elders" are there only 1.4, as are boomers, while Gen X is there 1.6 times per month.

"These are easily the highest rates of church attendance among young Christians since they first hit Barna's tracking," the organization reported.

"We were able to analyze our data in a fresh way to show what many pastors feel—that even really regular churchgoers do not attend that often. Among all churched adults, we found that they attend, on average, 1.6 times per month, or roughly two out of every five weekends. This new analysis of the tracking data helps us better understand the frustrations pastors feel when they are trying to build momentum for their congregations, such as series-based preaching and mobilizing volunteers," explained Daniel Copeland, Barna's vice president of research.

"Even so, the fact that young people are showing up more frequently than before is not a typical trend. It's typically older adults who are the most loyal churchgoers. This data represents good news for church leaders and adds to the picture that spiritual renewal is shaping Gen Z and Millennials today."

For the two age groups, Gen Z and Millennials, church attendance nearly has doubled since 2020, when Joe Biden was elected to the White House and launched a concerted effort to undermine Christianity in many ways, to punish members of the faith, to discriminate against church beliefs.

"The rebound of churchgoing among younger adults contrasts with older generations, whose participation is flat … Over the last 25 years, Elders and Boomers are well below the frequency of attendance they practiced in the past; Gen X churchgoing has landed at about the same rate as it was in 2000," Barna said.

Meanwhile, attendance by older Americans is falling.

David Kinnaman, CEO of Barna Group, explained, "The significant drop-off among older generations shows that the fabric of congregational life is changing. It's more frayed and less gray than it was a decade ago. The influx of new generations represents a massive opportunity for congregational leaders, but this renewed interest must be stewarded well.

"Our research clearly shows that churchgoing alone does not in itself create devoted disciples. Even with the increasing participation of younger generations, there is still the challenge of shaping hearts and minds to live out their faith beyond church participation," he said.

The details were based on Barna's online and telephone interviews within nationwide random samples of 132,030 adults conducted over a twenty-five-year period ending in July 2025. These studies are conducted utilizing quota sampling for representation of all U.S. adults by age, gender, race / ethnicity, region, education and income.

President Donald Trump on Monday highlighted another deadly weekend in Chicago, as he wondered "what is wrong" with Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker and Mayor Brandon Johnson who are opposing any deployment of National Guard troops to stem the violence in the Windy City.

"6 people were murdered in Chicago this weekend, 12 others were shot, and in serious condition," Trump said on Truth Social.

"This would mean that over the past number of weeks, approximately 50 people were killed, and hundreds were shot, many expected to die.

"Governor Pritzker just stated that he doesn't want Federal Government HELP! WHY??? What is wrong with this guy, and the 5% in Polls Mayor. I want to help the people of Chicago, not hurt them. Only the Criminals will be hurt!

"We can move fast and stop this madness. The City and State have not been able to do the job. People of Illinois should band together and DEMAND PROTECTION. IT IS ONLY GOING TO GET WORSE!!! ACT NOW, BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!!! Thank you for your attention to this matter."

He posted another message touting the reduction of crime in the nation's capital since the Guard was deployed there to assist local law enforcement.

"Washington, D.C. IS A SAFE ZONE IN JUST A MATTER OF WEEKS," Trump said. "Thank you, President Trump. Who's Next???"

The president also shared an image revealing crime statistics in D.C., noting carjackings have dropped by 85%, robberies by 42% and violent crime by 24% since Trump began his crime crackdown.

On Saturday, he posted an "Apocalypse Now"-style message, saying: "I love the smell of deportations in the morning …

"Chicago about to find out why it's called the Department of WAR." Democrats have been reportedly losing their minds after that post.

One reaction to Trump's posts was an image of both Pritzker and Johnson starring in a spoof of "Dumb and Dumber," with the message: "They are having blood on their hands for allowing this crime to continue!"

Muslims long have had a history of exercising incredible influence in societies where they live, even when they are minorities. Just look at the "no-go" zones created throughout the United Kingdom by Islamists who have taken over neighborhoods and made certain anyone from another religious group is unwelcome.

Now a new report contends they are working toward an Islamic caliphate in Bangladesh, where they already are in the majority with some 90% of the population, to replace the secular government.

The report from Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury, an editor of the publication Blitz, was posted at Gatestone Institute.

He said it's Jamaat-e-Islami — the Bangladeshi ideological offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood — that now is imposing a jizya tax on Hindus and other non-Muslims.

The move is seen as an open declaration of their intent to replace the country's democratic framework with Islamic Shariah law.

"Backed by Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence, and linked to global jihadist networks, including al-Qaida, Jamaat-e-Islami's move comes just months after a coup that brought Muhammad Yunus to power, triggering a rapid rise in radical Islamic influence," the report said.

The result is a new and significant threat to Bangladesh's fragile democracy but also the strategic security in South Asia.

Media there confirmed that Shafiqur Rahman, president of Jamaat-e-Islami Bangladesh, announced that now Hindus and other non-Muslims must pay the tax Shariah demands.

One media outlet explained, "Non-Muslims living in Bangladesh should be made to pay the 'Jizya tax.'. Since Muslims pay 'Zakat' (A portion of their wealth donated for religious purposes), if equal rights are desired, then Hindus should pay the Jizya. This is what is correct as per Shariah law, said a leader of the political party Jamaat-e-Islami in a public gathering."

The jizya is considered symbolic of being subjugated by Islamists.

"Its collection in present-day Bangladesh marks a dangerous shift from the country's secular founding principles toward a theocratic order," the Gatestone report explained.

It continued, "The imposition of the jizya tax by Jamaat-e-Islami is not an isolated incident. It is a clear signal that Bangladesh's religious minorities are being systematically targeted under a creeping Shariah-based agenda. This action not only violates the secular principles enshrined in Bangladesh's 1972 Constitution, but also undermines international human rights norms."

And the silence from the current government could be a warning sign.

"Is this the beginning of state-sanctioned religious persecution in Bangladesh? And if so, how far will it go before the international community intervenes? If the jizya tax collection is allowed to continue unchecked, Bangladesh risks sliding into a medieval-style religious apartheid, where Hindus, Christians, Buddhists and other non-Muslim minorities are reduced to second-class citizens in their own country. This development is not just a domestic issue — it is a warning to the world about the resurgence of militant Islamism in South Asia.

"The international community, particularly democratic nations that value religious freedom, must act decisively before Bangladesh becomes yet another cautionary tale of a secular state devoured by theocratic extremists."

Further, the report notes the troubling links between Jamaat-e-Islami and American organizations like the Council on American-Islamic Relations and the Islamic Circle of North America.

"According to the Observer Research Foundation, these organizations have succeeded in securing funding from U.S. federal agencies — particularly USAID, the Department of Agriculture, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)," the report said. "In 2020, Sam Westrop documented in the Middle East Quarterly that millions of federal taxpayer dollars have flowed to US-based Islamist groups with alleged terror connections … ."

Outrage is exploding online as new video reveals graphic details of a black man who had been arrested at least 14 times allegedly slaughtering a white woman who had fled Ukraine for a peaceful life in America on a train in Charlotte, North Carolina.

On Friday, the Charlotte Area Transit System released surveillance video of Aug. 22, the night 23-year-old Iryna Zarutska was slain after she left her job working at a pizzeria.

"She ran from war in Ukraine. She came here for safety. And America FAILED her," wrote online journalist Benny Johnson.

"23-year-old Iryna Zarutska was butchered on a Charlotte light rail, her throat cut open by a violent repeat offender who had been arrested 14 times and was STILL free.

"This wasn't random. This was preventable. There is a war on White people. Her blood is on the hands of a system that lets violent criminals roam while innocent people pay the price.

"If Iryna were Black and her killer White, the media would be rioting nonstop. But because she's White, they stay silent. This is evil. And it's deliberate."

The surveillance footage shows Zarutska boarding the train in her work uniform at 9:46 p.m., and once seated, looking at her phone, completely oblivious of the danger behind her.

The New York Post reports:

Just four minutes later, 34-year-old Decarlos Brown Jr. allegedly whips out a folding knife and lunges forward, stabbing her three times, at least once in the neck, police said.

The chilling video then appears to show Brown then walking through the rail car, stripping off his sweatshirt and waiting by the doors – as passengers began to notice blood dripping from him.

Zarutska, who grabbed her neck as blood spilled onto the train floor, collapsed in her seat and was pronounced dead on the light rail, investigators said.

Surveillance video shows Decarlos Brown Jr., sitting behind Iryna Zarutska on a train in North Carolina, before allegedly pulling a knife and stabbing her.

Police said Brown got off at the next stop, where a folding knife was later recovered near the platform. He was treated at a hospital for a cut on his hand before being taken into custody on a murder charge.

It took six minutes for police to respond, according to Spectrum News, which noted transit security guards were on the train, but in the car ahead of Zarutska's when she was attacked.

Brown – who has multiple arrests dating back to 2011 – was charged with first-degree murder, according to CMPD. His record includes larceny, robbery with a dangerous weapon and communicating threats, according to court records obtained by the Post.

GoFundMe page started by Zarutska's family indicates the victim, known by the nickname of Ira, "had recently arrived in the United States, seeking safety from the war and hoping for a new beginning. Tragically, her life was cut short far too soon."

More than $50,000 has been collected to date.

Reaction online to the case has been fierce.

"I'm sick of seeing this," said Lilly Gaddis, host of the "The Lilly Show" on X and Rumble. "It's everywhere. This story is shocking just because of the brutality of it alone. If we had a little bit more racial consciousness and we realized, 'Hmm, maybe don't put yourself anywhere in the vicinity of a black person.' Better yet, why don't black people have their own spaces?"

"This was not front-page news. No one care because she's white. … People like this need to be made an example of. Law enforcement needs to do their job, and these people need to be sequestered in safe areas away from the rest of us.

"Because it's not fair that the rest off us who built this country, who pay for this country and go to work every day, it's not fair that we have to live under this sort of tyranny."

Ada Lluch said: "Remember what happened when the police arrested a drug addict convicted felon and he died of an overdose, George Floyd? Why is the mainstream media and leftists acting like the murder of Iryna Zarutska does not matter? Is it because she is white? Or because the killer is black?"

Some, including Elon Musk and End Wokeness are pointing out the lack of national news coverage of the horror.

Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk slammed the national media as well, saying: "Dear CNN, WaPo, NYT, ABC, NBC etc etc. If you want to know why your ratings are in the tank and no one likes you, look no further than the brutal murder of Iryna Zarutska who moved to US to escape war in Ukraine, a story you refuse to tell. Sadly she couldn't survive the Democrats' criminal justice system.

"Yet you wouldn't shut up or stop villainizing Daniel Penny, a hero, who probably stopped a murder just like her's. Why? Because he was a straight white American male and the perp was black. Shame on you. Genuinely."

This case is reminiscent of a July racial beatdown of several white people in Cincinnati by a black mob, with the president pro tem of the city council indicating she was "grateful" for the vicious pummeling of white citizens and that "they begged" to be attacked.

A lawsuit filed in Pennsylvania accuses a government official of weaponizing a township's requirements against a mechanic with whom he'd had an argument over work on his car.

"A powerful politician's personal vendetta is not a legitimate reason for the government to shut down a business," said lawyer Ari Bargil, of the Institute for Justice.

"It is clear that the only reason Gene received a cease-and-desist order was because of Supervisor Klusaritz's personal beef with him. That's not just unfair, it's unconstitutional."

The fight involves North Whitehall small business owners Gene and Debbie Weierbach who are challenging the constitutionality of the township's zoning.

It comes after "Township Supervisor Dennis Klusaritz weaponized the zoning code to order officials to investigate the Weierbachs' decades-old business following a dispute between Klusaritz and Gene regarding repairs to one of Klusaritz's cars," the IJ said.

Weierbach has run his auto repairs on his 16 acres for more than 20 years. He lives there with his wife and adult son, who has severe autism.

"Working on cars is my passion, and being able to do so from my own home ensures I can be there for my son when he needs me," he said.

It was in 2021 that Klusaritz became a customer at Gene's garage. Over the next two years, he regularly brought Gene three different vehicles to work on, including an old BMW with mechanical and wiring issues. In 2023, the two had a dispute over Gene's work on the BMW, the IJ explained.

Supervisor Klusaritz accused Gene of incompetence and overcharging him, and in response, Gene politely asked Klusaritz to take his business elsewhere. Shortly after the dispute, Klusaritz asked the township to investigate Gene's business.

The result was a cease-and-desist letter.

The Weierbachs fought back, and the township zoning hearing board then granted him a variance, but the township, led by Weierbach appealed, resulting in the variance being withdrawn.

The new escalation challenges the zoning code's ban on auto repair shops. And they've also appealed the variance rejection in state court.

"A beloved business that causes no harm to the community should not be shuttered because a government official doesn't like where it's located," said IJ lawyer Daniel Woislaw. "Zoning laws are meant to protect against real nuisances, not to give bureaucrats arbitrary authority to shut good businesses down."

As violent protests against ICE agents deporting illegal aliens continue across America, White House Border Czar Tom Homan says many of the protesters are actually being paid for their opposition, and federal officials will be prosecuting them to the "highest standards of the law."

Homan appeared on "Sunday Morning Futures" on the Fox News Channel, and was asked by guest host Jason Chaffetz about the authenticity of the protests.

"Some of it might be organic, but it does strike me, it seems like a lot of them are being bused in. You see them at the end of these protests actually getting back on buses," Chaffetz noted. "Are these protesters, the bulk of them, are they actually being financed from the outside?"

"Absolutely," Homan responded. "We know a lot these protesters are being paid. Many of them admitted to it.

"So yes, there's a whole effort right now identifying those who are funding these operations, those who fund the weapons that are being used. They'll be held accountable too and held to the highest standards of the law. They will be prosecuted too."

Homan said Americans need to understand that "ICE is enforcing the laws enacted by Congress. They appropriated funding to enforce these laws. If you don't like what ICE does, then go protest Congress, 'cause we're not making this stuff up."

"And what's most insulting, you've got members of Congress comparing ICE to Nazis and terrorists and racists. Well if they're racists for enforcing the law, what does that make them? They wrote the law."

"So members of Congress, everyone that wants to attack ICE, are disgusting. They're an embarrassment to the position they hold. They're members of Congress, and they don't like what ICE is doing? They do your job and legislate. Until then, President Trump and the men and women of ICE are gonna continue to prioritize public safety threats and national security threats and make this country safer every day."

Chaffetz, a former Republican congressman from Utah, told Homan he made a "good point," explaining: "I once upon a time served in Congress, and I was on the Judiciary Committee. I was on the Subcommittee on Immigration. Guess what. Democrats had the House and Senate and presidency. Do you know how many hearings they held? Two. One was with [late night comedian] Stephen Colbert. The other was to take the class photo. Do you know how many pieces of legislation they tried to move through to change the immigration laws that they are so upset about now? Zero."

Homan stressed there are consequences for being in the U.S. illegally, indicating "70% of everybody ICE is arresting is a criminal. The other 30% are gang members who don't have criminal histories."

He also said there's a difference between acting as a protester and a criminal interfering with ICE operations.

"You throw a stone, you're going to jail. You put hands on an ICE officer, you're going to jail. You make a threat, either online or in person, you're going to jail," Homan said.

"You cross that line and move from a protester to a criminal, zero tolerance. You will be prosecuted."

"You can protest all you want, exercise your First Amendment rights. You cross that line, you're going to jail."

Homan concluded by noting, "Over 1.5 million illegal aliens have left this country. And why have they left this country Because of President Trump and his policies. … We're showing the world there's consequences.".

"This is amazing, it's unprecedented and it's because of the leadership of this president."
