Since Turning Point USA co-founder Charlie Kirk was assassinated earlier this month, his organization, seeking free speech, civilized dialogue and even spiritual revival on America's campuses, has been bombarded with thousands of requests for launching additional chapters.

Make that tens of thousands.

But now both local police and the state attorney general have begun investigating a situation in Harris County, Texas, where Stratford High students were working to begin a group, and local parents opposed to the concepts espoused by TPUSA allegedly doxed those students, releasing their private information, which in Texas is a violation of the law.

Attorney General Ken Paxton, notified of the situation, said, "These are sick individuals. My office will review these messages for any violations of the law. The radical leftist culture of suppression must be totally defeated. We are not backing down, and we will not be silenced."

The Harris County part of the nationwide organization called Moms for Liberty had caught wind of the secret agenda against TPUSA and wrote online: "Stratford HS TEENS forming a TPUSA Club America were DOXXED by ADULTS sharing students' internal GroupMe content in a 'BE THE CHANGE' private FB group, urging 730 members, operating in secrecy, to also intimidate teacher sponsors. REPREHENSIBLE. These are KIDS!"

Local police also said they were investigating.

report at Lifezette explained, "One post, circulated on social media, urged Stratford parents to contact teachers rumored to be sponsoring the club."

That message said, "Stratford Parents – I have an urgent request! Please please please send emails to two teachers who are rumored to have agreed to sponsoring a club that will sow division and hate among our students. … This is dangerous territory, and it would help if those teachers knew that their consideration was not appreciated by the remainder of the student body."

The report said then the messaging publicly cited individuals allegedly linked to the effort, "including Denise Bell, who was described as 'pushing for Stratford students to start a Turning Point USA club at the school.' It also cited Gulf Coast Representative Javon Evans of 'Club America,' the TPUSA-affiliated student organization."

The report explained, "The online campaign went further, circulating a series of claims about TPUSA and its founder. Among them were accusations that the organization runs a 'Professor Watchlist' to target teachers, that teachers sponsoring a TPUSA club would be making a political statement, and that TPUSA has framed minorities and immigrants as 'existential threats.'"

The online gossip also "suggested the assassination of Charlie Kirk was connected to 'far-right rivalry,' despite police statements identifying the suspected shooter, Tyler Robinson, and his ideological motivations."

Even the suspect's family members have confirmed he was radicalized into leftist ideology recently, including the transgender agenda and more.

One school district in Florida has begun subjecting students, without permission, to a "Witchy Wednesday" indoctrination, and experts who follow the Constitution's requirements for protected speech and religious liberty are unhappy.

Soon school officials may be unhappy, too.

That's because Liberty Counsel has sent a demand letter to officials at Orange County public schools calling for opt-out procedures for students who object to a "Witchy Wednesday" video series school officials have started airing school-wide.

"The series, which is aired during mid-week morning announcements, is produced by students providing 'religious instruction' on spells, magic, moon worship, and other witchcraft rituals," the legal team explained.

And it has cautioned officials against making any such indoctrination mandatory.

Further, since that one religious perspective has been promoted officially by the school, now any Christian students "who wish to share their Christian beliefs" must be allowed to do so in the same manner.

Liberty Counsel's letter asks for school confirmation of plans to let students and staff opt out. And confirmation that students may express their own religious perspectives in the same manner.

The organization reported the "Witchy Wednesday" episodes were aired starting Sept. 10.

"Good morning, witches and [SCHOOL MASCOT NAME]. I'm [NAME REDACTED]. Today is Wednesday, September 10th, and this is our first episode of 'Witchy Wednesday.' I am here to guide you through your magical midweek journey every Wednesday. To start, there was a new moon yesterday on September 9th, normally regarded as a blank slate and a new start. This phase invites introspection and intention setting. Simple things to honor this phase could be to write your intentions and bury them or just meditate for an energy reset and healing," the promotion of witchcraft began.

"There is a full moon coming up on September 18th where the energy is at its highest peak. Creating simple things like moon water and releasing rituals are good ways to cleanse and recharge yourself during this period. In other news, our first ever 'Witch Tip Spotlight' is a spell for enlightenment that I call 'Light of Insight.' Its purpose is all about inviting clarity, wisdom, and light into your life. You will need a white candle, paper, pen, and incense. You can burn your incense around your area of practice to clear your surrounding energy for a start.

"You write your intuition down on your paper. Fold it three times. Burn your paper into your white candle. Burn it completely and entirely to have your intention released into the universe. That itself is your 'Light of Insight' at work. You then cleanse the space around you once more to finalize your spell. That's all for today, [SCHOOL MASCOT NAME]. Have a Wicked Wednesday."

The Supreme Court's perspective on such activity could be pertinent.

In Ma0hmoud v. Taylor, the justices recently said parents have the right to opt their children out of instruction that undermines their religious beliefs.

"The First Amendment compels [the school district] to provide any student who desires a religious opt-out to Witchy Wednesday be afforded that option," wrote Liberty Counsel.

Further high court rulings have confirmed "Christian expression cannot be denied in an open forum where other viewpoints are expressed."

Liberty Counsel founder Mat Staver said, "Parents and students with contrary religious beliefs to the religious instruction of 'Witchy Wednesday" have the right to opt out. The First Amendment does not allow government schools to require this instruction, nor can the school deny differing viewpoints after it has opened its morning announcements forum to student expression. Orange County Public Schools would be wise to proceed by facilitating opt-outs and including other viewpoints."

The legal team warned the school's actions could set up some interesting arguments, as the Bible specifically undermines the "Witchy" claims.

For example, the letter explains, "The Bible warns of real spiritual beings who seek to destroy lives: 'put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places' (Ephesians 6:11-12). • The Bible states that there 'shall not be found among you anyone…who practices witchcraft… or one who conjures spells…or one who calls up the dead' and that these things are a great sin. (Deuteronomy 18:9-12a) • The Bible warns against astrology. (Jeremiah 10:2; 27:9-10; Daniel 2:1-4; 4:7; 5:7-9) • The Bible condemns worship of the sun, moon and stars. (Deuteronomy 4:19; 17:2-5; 2 Kings 21:3, 5; Zephaniah 1:5; Job 31:26-28; Jeremiah 8:1-2). • The Bible instructs people to inquire of God (Isaiah 8:19), not mediums and spiritists (Deuteronomy 18:9-14; Isaiah 44:25; Jeremiah 27:9; 2 Kings 21:6; 23:24; Ezekiel 21:21; Isaiah 19:3; 1 Samuel 28). • God warns that those who practice 'witchcraft…will not inherit the kingdom of God.' (Galatians 5:20-21; (Revelation 21:8)."

While millions of Americans were touched and inspired by uplifting messages during Charlie Kirk's Memorial Service on Sunday, former CNN anchor Don Lemon is seething over the Christian content, saying the event was "about a movement claiming divine permission to rule."

"If you listened long enough and close enough," Lemon said during his podcast Monday, "you could feel the ground shifting beneath you, because that wasn't just about a man who died. This was about a movement claiming divine permission to rule."

"It was a revival meeting wrapped in a memorial … a political rally dressed as church," said Lemon, noting he was "from the South. Southern Baptist. Went to Catholic school."

"This was not only about Charlie Kirk's death, it was about his afterlife in politics. Donald Trump stood on the stage like a man at the center of prophecy. He called Charlie Kirk a martyr. Other politicians promised to carry out his mission.

"The crowd cheered as if the passing of the man had lit some sort of sacred fire. To me, this was not mourning. This was a mobilization.

"What we saw in that arena was not simply faith finding public expression, it was religious nationalism on full display. That is the truth. That is my truth. This is my freedom of expression."

"The language was unmistakable. Take the nation back for God. Restore America's covenant. This is a holy calling. That's what it sounded like. This not the language of democracy. This is the language of domination."

Mike McCoy, Kirk's friend and former chief of staff, reacted to Lemon's remarks Monday, telling Martha MacCallum of Fox News: "I don't think Don Lemon's very big anymore. His ratings fell off the roof and he doesn't have a show anymore."

The long list of famous speakers at the memorial often invoked Jesus Christ and His messages during their tributes to Kirk, who was assassinated Sept. 10 at Utah Valley University.

Vice President JD Vance said on stage: "I've been a little uncomfortable talking about my faith in public as much as I love the Lord and as much as it was an important part of my life. I have talked more about Jesus Christ in the past two weeks than I have my entire time in public life!"

"And that is an undeniable legacy of the great Charlie Kirk. He loved God, and because he loved God, he wanted to understand God's creation, and the men and women made in His image."

And in what is being called one of the most powerful moments in American history, Kirk's widow Erika expressed her personal forgiveness for Charlie's assassin, whom police say is Tyler Robinson.

"My husband Charlie, he wanted to save young men. Just like the one who took his life," Mrs. Kirk said through tears.

"That young man. That young man. On the cross our Savior said, 'Father forgive them for they not know what they do.' That man, that young man, I forgive him."

"I forgive him because it was what Christ did, and is what Charlie would do.

"The answer to hate is not hate. The answer we know from the gospel is love and always love. Love for our enemies and love for those who persecute us."

President Donald Trump apparently has Venezuela on his mind, as he posted on Monday a hilarious trolling video on Truth Social, declaring it was "TOP SECRET."

"We caught the Venezuelan Militia in training. A very serious threat!" the president exclaimed.

The video shows women, with one being morbidly obese, running slowly through a training ground while carrying guns.

Reaction online includes:

"It seems the Maduro regime is getting their best ready for the fight."

"Wait, I thought they were having famines. Why do they still have people this fat? "

"Imagine thinking a slow jog is a legitimate military threat, pretty sure we're more dangerous in a McDonald's drive-thru than those dudes."

Lol, this is why Trump is the best! One of the hundreds of reasons, but this is a main one. He is a normal dude with a great sense of humor!"

"What is Pritzker's sister doing in Venezuela? LMAO."

America now has its own jihadis – those who advocate for and are willing to carry out the destruction of those who disagree with their agenda.

But it has nothing to do with the common understanding of jihadis, those who kill wantonly for the sake of Islam and their god, Allah.

That's according to a stunning commentary from Drew White, a former U.S. Senate staff member and policy adviser to multiple organizations, who wrote at the Federalist about the assassination of Charlie Kirk, co-founder of Turning Point USA, which advocated for civil dialogue, free speech and even a spiritual revival in America.

"Two days after Kirk's assassination, a former colleague shook his head in disbelief that the left would kill conservatives for simply having a different political perspective. While many conservatives indeed see it as an ideological dispute, leftists increasingly see it as their sacred duty — not unlike a jihadist — to snuff out those who refuse to worship at their pagan altar of Gaia (climate change), Moloch (abortion), or Ishtar (transgenderism)," the article explained.

"This is a spiritual conflict and the casualties are mounting. It's children being gunned down at mass in Minneapolis Catholic schools, teachers and children being martyred at Christian schools in Nashville, young Jewish couples being murdered outside museums in Washington, D.C., and prominent voices for Jesus being assassinated in Orem, Utah."

And it's partly the fault of the "American church," he said.

They and "a significant number of Christian leaders," have "allowed these demonic old gods to effectively displace the one true God from the public square, often in a misguided bid to be 'seeker-sensitive' at the expense of Gospel truth."

He explained, "Kirk was bold, clear-eyed, and courageously defended conservative principles. Much more, he was an unapologetic follower of Jesus who put his faith first and forward. He never missed an opportunity to talk to the lost about his Savior. And it was for that reason that Kirk was martyred before the eyes of the world.

"Contra conventional wisdom, this was no political assassination, but rather the physical manifestation of spiritual warfare — revealing the demonic undercurrents driving the political left. Many others have done yeoman's work — including Kirk — highlighting the increasing violence of the left in the United States. According to a YouGov survey released the day Kirk was murdered, a chilling 26 percent of self-identified liberals under the age of 45 believe political violence is sometimes justified."

He explained it amounts to "a secular religion that seeks to erase God and is at war with the Gospel."

He noted many would think America's first prominent martyr of our times should have been a pastor or theologian.

He said the answer is obvious.

"The reason is because Kirk was a threat to the enemy — the real enemy. And the broader American church currently "

He said society now elevates identity and self-worship "as the highest good."

"It aims to nullify the church into adopting modern pagan syncretism through distorted definitions of 'social justice' and a guilt-laden emphasis on helping 'marginalized people,' all while aiming to colonize church institutions in service to an evil ideology that explicitly seeks to eradicate God from our civilization," he said.

He noted his own experience with church operatives who told a congregant they would be praying over a situation in which a drag queen teacher was trying to groom children at school.

"When our friend came to my wife and me, we did what we knew how to do from years of political battles. We crafted the ironclad case. We set the strategic table. We kept our hearts focused on protecting the kids of our community. And when the moment arrived, we poured righteous accountability down on the local school board from every angle — using our national political connections — so that they had no choice but to push the pervert 'teacher' out of the classroom," he said.

He said that same church's response was to fret over the possible ramifications for church congregants.

He said far from being political issues, life, marriage and being made in the image of God are "the essential things of the church."

"Yes, Kirk is dead because a demon-possessed adherent of radical gender theory, an offshoot of Marxist critical theory, assassinated him for speaking the truth. Yet his martyrdom also makes the weakness of the American church obvious by comparison. This must change," he said.

"It is long past time for the pastors and Christian leaders of this country to rejoin us on the increasingly spiritual battlefield called 'politics.'"

A journalist who says Charlie Kirk greatly improved his personal life by focusing on Jesus Christ is now asserting former late-night talk-show host Jimmy Kimmel "put a target on the back of every Trump supporter" with his remarks blaming Kirk's assassination on those who wish to Make America Great Again, or MAGA.

"Charlie is the figurehead of the MAGA movement and so to blame MAGA for Charlie's death, which by the way is a sick and evil lie, is to blame Charlie for his own death. But also it is to put a target on the back of every Trump supporter," said Benny Johnson, host of "The Benny Show," during an appearance on "Sunday Morning Futures" with Maria Bartiromo on the Fox News Channel.

"Because what Jimmy Kimmel is saying is that with the full power and weight of ABC News, which is a taxpayer-funded, corporate news entity which has a license to broadcast in the public interest, he is saying I'm gonna take the full weight of that comedy show, which is a sick joke, and I'm gonna put a target on the back of Trump supporters.

"What he is saying is, 'I will whitewash your crime,' because Charlie Kirk was killed by a radical, trans activist Democrat. And he's gonna say 'I will whitewash that, and I will assist in blaming the MAGA movement for these assassinations.'

"It's a very evil and very dangerous thing for everybody out there who's still working to honor Charlie and his legacy and to remember him. It's the last thing that he would want. Charlie was always an agent of peace and debate and dialogue."

Regarding ongoing attacks against Kirk, whose memorial service is taking place Sunday in Glendale, Arizona, Johnson wondered aloud: "Why is it so difficult for leftists to just say we disavow violence and we are praying for the Kirk family? That's all you have to do and then you just move on. That's the decent and honorable thing to do."

"It's not about red vs. blue. This is a spiritual war. It is a sunken, sunken place that the Democrat Party is in. Fifty-eight Democrats refused to … on the House floor … vote to honor Charlie and denounce political violence. … These people need Jesus."

"Charlie's a true martyr in the true Christian sense," he said. "He is advancing now the kingdom of God, even in death. And that doesn't happen. His social media accounts have doubled and tripled, and you're going to see today a revival."

"They wanted a funeral, Maria, and what they got was a spiritual awakening and a revival. That is the mark of a man who had the hand of God on him. We've felt that in our lives."

Kimmel had said in his Sept. 15 monologue, "We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them – and doing everything they can to score political points from it."

Kimmel's show has since been canceled indefinitely by Disney, which owns ABC.

In a previous broadcast on his own show, Johnson labeled leftists in the public and media as "wicked demon bastards" for celebrating Kirk's assassination.

"You wicked demon bastards on the left and in the corporate media who even at this very moment celebrate Charlie Kirk's death, called for Charlie Kirk's death for years.

"You labeled him the most evil names you could possibly label him to your genetically and mentally predisposed audiences and deficient audiences who you know are mentally unstable, and you told them Charlie Kirk was Hitler. And then, what do you expect to happen? … They labeled us all this way."

During Sunday's memorial service in Glendale, Arizona, for Christian martyr Charlie Kirk, the executive producer of "The Charlie Kirk Show" and spokesman for Turning Point USA proclaimed Kirk was a modern day "prophet."

"I see it now clearly," said Andrew Kolvet, "that Charlie Kirk was a prophet – not the fortune-telling kind that could predict the future, but the biblical kind.

"He confronted evil and proclaimed the truth and called us to repent and be saved. Amen.

"And he wasn't mean about it. He was kind. He was loving. And you could hear in his voice that he desperately wanted the best for you and for all of us."

Kolvet had the same message earlier in the day, telling Maria Bartiromo on "Sunday Morning Futures" on Fox News: "I believe that Charlie is a modern-day prophet. And prophets go into a culture, into a town, into a city and they call it to repent. And if you don't want to repent, then you're not gonna like that message. That's the history of Scripture."

"Charlie was a guy that confronted evil head-on. He didn't pull punches. He said exactly what the truth was. And if you don't want to hear the truth, you will despise the truth. And that's why they despise Charlie."

Kolvet summarized how Kirk wanted people to spend their time on Earth: "Live a life so remarkable … so extraordinary so true to who you are and what God has called you are that your enemies even in death would still not be willing to concede an inch and still revile you. That's a testament to how effective Charlie is and was and will continue to be."

Kolvet concluded his speech at the memorial service by declaring: "We do not grieve as the world grieves, because it says in Scripture, 'O death where is your victory? O death where is your sting?' (1 Corinthians 15:55) Christ has overcome death!"

Also at the service was Elon Musk, who noted: "Charlie was murdered by the Dark for showing people the Light."

On the same day Americans honored slain civil-rights leader Charlie Kirk, FBI Director Kash Patel on Sunday said the bureau is investigating all theories concerning the assassination, including "hand gestures observed as potential 'signals'" immediately prior to the shooting.

Patel said: "We are meticulously investigating theories and questions, including the location from where the shot was taken, the possibility of accomplices, the text message confession and related conversations, Discord chats, the angle of the shot and bullet impact, how the weapon was transported, hand gestures observed as potential 'signals' near Charlie at the time of his assassination, and visitors to the alleged shooter's residence in the hours and days leading up to September 10, 2025."

Videos have emerged of hand gestures, with some claiming they are military-style signals.

"Some details are known today, while others are still being pursued to ensure every possibility is considered," Patel said.

"Our primary focus is to complete this investigation and deliver justice. To protect the integrity of the investigation and subsequent prosecution, we cannot release every piece of information we have to the public right now. We will ensure every question is addressed at the appropriate moment.

"Regarding specific details, such as questions about the plane that allegedly turned off its transponder after departing from an airport near the assassination site, we can share updates when answers are confirmed. After interviews with the pilot and consultation with the FAA, we determined the transponder was not turned off. Incomplete flight data in rural areas caused the apparent gap."

Patel said as the bureau's director, "I am committed to ensuring the investigation into Charlie Kirk's assassination is thorough and exhaustive, pursuing every lead to its conclusion.

"The full weight of America's law enforcement agencies are actively following the evidence that has emerged, but our efforts extend beyond initial findings. We are examining every facet of this assassination."

"The entire FBI mourns the loss of Charlie Kirk," Patel concluded.

"We will not rest until justice is served, and our investigation into this assassination will continue until every question is answered."

Erika Kirk, the widow of Christian martyr Charlie Kirk, delivered a tearful, powerful message Sunday for the assassin who executed her husband, expressing her personal forgiveness.

"My husband Charlie, he wanted to save young men. Just like the one who took his life," Mrs. Kirk said through tears at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.

Dressed in white before a crowd of more than 70,000 inside and an estimated 130,000 more outside, Erika explained: "Eleven days ago, God accepted that total surrender from my husband and then called him to his side."

"On the afternoon of Sept. 10, I arrived at a Utah hospital to do the unthinkable: To look directly at my husband's murdered body. I saw the wound that ended his life, I felt everything you would expect to feel. I felt shock, I felt horror and a level of heartache that I didn't even know existed."

"But there was something else, too. Even in death I could see the man that I love. I could see the single gray hair on the side of his head, which I never told him about – now he knows. Sorry, baby."

Erika said Charlie, the founder of Turning Point USA, was "ready to die" and that "he named his organization well. He knew things were not right with America, especially with young people, and that they needed a new direction."

"Charlie passionately wanted to reach and save the lost boys of the West. The young men who feel like they have no direction, no purpose, no faith and no reason to live. The men wasting their lives on distractions and the men consumed with anger and hate."

"When he went onto campus, he was looking to show them a better path and a better life that was right there for the taking."

President Donald Trump spoke after Erika, and publicly comforted her on stage to conclude the memorial service.

A sitting member of Congress has come up with a startling definition of "criminal." It's apparently not someone who commits a crime.

That's according to Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, who boasted during an interview of having conversations with "people that were going out and committing crimes."

"I do want people to know that, just because someone has committed a crime doesn't make them a criminal. … Being a criminal is more so about your mindset."

Her comments prompted a commenter to post online the definition from the Oxford dictionary explaining "crim-i-nal" is "a person who has committed a crime."

"While mindset and intent can influence the severity or context of the act, the label 'criminal' is tied to the action itself, not just a state of mind," said another.

Under Crockett's mindset, driving a truck would not necessarily make one a truck driver, and sitting behind a bench in a courtroom and delivering judgments would not necessarily make one a judge.

Nor would being elected make someone a member of Congress?

Fox News described how she claimed to be working on how to make communities safer.

"And I do think that I'm in a unique situation because I was having the conversations with people that were going out and committing crimes. And so, I understood what was kind of pushing them there. And so, I do want people to know that, just because someone has committed a crime, it doesn't make them a criminal. That is completely different. Being a criminal is more so about your mindset. Committing a crime can come for a lot of different reasons," she claimed.

She then amplified her longstanding anti-Trump agenda, stating that it's "the MAGA gang" that is responsible for crime being "out of control" rather than illegal aliens.

She earlier claimed that police are not there to prevent crime, just solve it after the fact.

Another commenter quoted George Orwell's "1984" stating, "Love is Hate, War is Peace."

Other situations were suggested: "So if I snatch that bling right off your neck it's not criminal cause I was just jealous you had a necklace I didn't."

And alarmingly, one commenter said, "So if you kill, but you thought you were helping society, then that's ok?? Right??"

The Gateway Pundit called her "thicko" in a report about her interview with a Netflix personality.

It explained, "Over the past year, Crockett has become notorious for her vulgar language, shocking ignorance, and deliberately provocative remarks — especially when discussing President Trump or the wider conservative movement."

Further, it reported, "During a House Judiciary Committee hearing on Wednesday, Crockett downplayed the murder of Kayla Hamilton, a 20-year-old autistic woman who was raped and killed by an MS-13 gang member in 2022."
