The transgender radicalism in the state of Minnesota, run by Democrat Gov. Tim Walz, has landed the state in violation of federal law.
Officials there have been given 10 days by the Department of Education to comply with the federal Title IX statute or face a Department of Justice referral.
It's because the state's transgender agenda that infringes on the rights of girls has allowed a boy to be on a girls' high school softball team.
The violation notice also confirmed that the state has let males into girls' alpine skiing, girls' Nordic skiing, girls' lacrosse, girls' track and field and girls' volleyball teams.
"For too many years, Minnesota's political leadership has found itself on the wrong side of justice, common sense, and the American people. Now the Minnesota Department of Education and the Minnesota State High School League find themselves on the wrong side of Title IX by allowing males to compete in women's sports," explained Craig Trainor, the DOE acting assistant secretary of civil rights.
"The Trump Administration will not allow Minnesota or any other state to sacrifice the safety, fair treatment, and dignity of its female students to appease the false idols of radical gender ideology. Once an education program or entity takes federal funds, Title IX compliance becomes mandatory. And the federal government will hold Minnesota accountable until it recognizes that fact."
The state was allowed 10 days to change its policies to comply with federal law.
A report from Fox News said it also must comply with President Donald Trump's "Keeping Men Out of Women's Sports" order.
The determination of violation came from both the Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services.
"President Donald Trump's administration found the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) and the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) in violation of Title IX after two months-long investigation into state policies and a transgender pitcher leading a girls' high school softball team to a state championship," Fox reported.
Specifically, the report charged the "male pitcher" in question "overpowered female athletes during five consecutive matches, only giving up one earned run over the source of 35 innings and striking out 27 female batters."
The state has been told to change any provisions letting males compete in girls' sports, and ensure that interscholastic programs in the state comply with the federal law.
They also must adopt biology-based definitions of "male" and "female."
Further, the state must restore to female athletes all records and titles misappropriated by males and apologize.
The threat includes a referral to the DOJ, which already has sued Maine and California over the same misbehavior.

The dispute is over the state's virulent attack on baker Cathy Miller because she declines to promote ideologies that violate her Christian faith in her cake artistry.
The court already has ruled on the issue, deciding in the case involving Jack Phillips of Masterpiece Cakeshop in Colorado that he could not be forced to violate his faith.
There, the leftists in the state who had launched vicious attacks on Phillips, even trying to force him into an LGBT indoctrination program, were scolded for their "hostility" to Christianity.
That didn't deter California from its war on Christianity, though. Even the state Supreme Court there has allowed attacks on Christians who respect alternative lifestyles, do business with people in those lifestyles, and more, but simply cannot appear to be endorsing what the Bible declares is sinful.
Now a legal team representing Miller has confirmed that officials from 16 states, a long list of prominent legal scholars, a variety of faith organizations and more have submitted requests to the U.S. Supreme Court that it rule on Miller's case.
"California opened an investigation into Cathy Miller after she explained to a same-sex couple that her faith did not allow her to personally design their wedding cake," explained officials at Becket.
"For almost a decade, California has ridiculed Cathy for her religious beliefs about marriage and argued that Cathy's actions harm 'the dignity of all Californians.' Becket, LiMandri & Jonna LLP, and the Thomas More Society are working to protect Cathy's ability to design and create custom baked goods in peace," the report said.
The announcement explained, "Cathy Miller is a faithful Christian and baker. For over a decade, Cathy has brought her unique touch to custom cakes and cookies at Tastries Bakery in Bakersfield. As a former teacher, Cathy's process for designing wedding cakes is unique: she meets with each couple for over an hour and spends time teaching them the religious and symbolic meaning behind the wedding cake they're commissioning to celebrate their union."
Now 16 states led by a filing from Texas are urging the court to issue a "clear rule" that protects the expressive nature of wedding cakes, to give lower courts a way to correctly resolve such fights.
Those fights almost always are brought on by radical leftists who already have permission to live their lifestyle, but also demand that others support and promote their personal ethical and moral decisions.
Law scholars including Michael W. McConnell also have joined the requests.
Also joining the requests are diverse faith groups, "including the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists and the Jurisdiction of the Armed Forces and Chaplaincy, emphasizing that people of faith can lose their livelihood and suffer far worse religious discrimination when states like California use their public accommodations laws to try to purge religious beliefs from believers' own businesses."
Further, the Manhattan Institute and the Pacific Justice Institute also have joined, "arguing that the First Amendment forbids California from compelling religious objectors like Cathy to participate in religiously meaningful ceremonies by creating a symbol—a wedding cake—universally recognized as a celebration of that ceremony."
The attacks on Miller started a decade ago, and even though a trial court ruled she served and employed people of all sexual orientations and her intent was only fidelity to her Christian faith, radicals at higher levels in the California courtroom industry renewed the war against her.
"The diverse voices rallying to Cathy's side—states, respected scholars, and faith communities from across the country—make clear that her case is about far more than one bakery," said Adèle Keim, senior counsel at Becket. "California's relentless campaign against Cathy is unjust and un-American. The Justices should end California's crusade and affirm that no one should be punished for living out their faith."
Miller already has written standards for her work, such as that she will not design custom bakery items that depict gory or pornographic images, celebrate drug use, or demean others.

A Christian pastor who was invited to a publicly funded prayer chapel at the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport has confirmed he went there, but was told to go away.
It's because Islamists had taken over the facility and were allowing no one else to use the tax-paid room.
It is explained in a report published at RAIR Foundation.
The Southern Baptist pastor, Tom Ascol, "was denied entry to a taxpayer-funded chapel during Muslim prayers."
The airport now is "under scrutiny" for the incident involving Ascol, who had traveled to the state to visit the grieving family of his close friend, Voddie Baugham, a widely respected pastor who died at 56 last week following a medical emergency.
"The incident has reignited concerns about the growing trend of Islamic dominance over shared public and religious spaces in Texas," the report said.
Ascol explained on social media he was awaiting a flight when he heard an airport announcement inviting passengers to a "prayer service" at the Meadows Chapel. The announcement said, "All are welcome."
Instead, he was refused access because of an "imam-led salah."
"They blocked my way in the inner room," Ascol told the foundation. "A man who had offered a loud prayer, not the Imam, said I could come in if I took my shoes off. I refused. He would not let me walk in. I did not want to create a scene, so I left. Muslim prayer rugs lined the floors."
His testimonial triggered dozens of others to share similar stories of being turned away from airport chapels by Islamists.
"Denied access to a chapel built in honor of our American military men and women!? This needs to be looked into," one user commented.
Another wrote: "Welcome to America, where we promote the Islamic faith over all else in the name of inclusion."
The foundation noted that it earlier documented how the Orlando International Airport spent more than $250,000 in taxes to build "gender-segregated Islamic prayer rooms."
They include washing stations, shoe racks and more.
A similar agenda has been encountered at Houston's airport, the report said.
"The key question remains: if the airport announcement stated 'all are welcome,' why was a Christian pastor denied entry? Why does a public facility, funded by taxpayer dollars and dedicated to honoring U.S. servicemen and women, appear to operate as a de facto mosque?" the foundation questioned.

Police in one California city were conducting a DUI sting operation, and watched in disbelief as a car pulled a U-turn right in front of them.
An illegal U-turn.
So they pulled it over, and gave the driver … nothing.
There wasn't a driver.
It happened in San Bruno where police released a statement about DUI enforcement … "with a plot twist."
"During a grant-funded DUI enforcement operation, our officers observed something unusual: an autonomous vehicle made an illegal U-turn right in front of them at a light.
"That's right … no driver, no hands, no clue," police said.
Police stopped the vehicle and contacted Waymo, which was operating it.
A ticket couldn't be issued because there was no driver, and a state law allowing for those tickets still is in the future.
"Hopefully the reprogramming will keep it from making any more illegal moves," officers wrote on social media.
At Not the Bee a report explained officials at Waymo claimed the autonomous driving system was "designed to respect the rules of the road."
The company was investigating.

The father of a crime victim has unleashed at a congressional hearing on those who tolerate career criminals on America's streets.
It's becoming more and more common, under agendas perpetrated on America by elected and appointed Democrats in recent years, for criminals to be allowed back on the streets after being charged, even multiple times.
One case involves career criminal Alexander Davante Dickey, "who was arrested 39 … times, 25 felonies," who allegedly executed a 22-year-old woman, Logan Federico, while she was visiting friends at the University of South Carolina, according to reports.
Hear her father describe his heartbreak at the violence suffered by his daughter, "[He] dragged her out of bed naked, forced on her knees with her hands over her head … BANG! Dead. Gone."
Editor's Note: Be aware of harsh language throughout:
It was the Senate Judiciary Committee that was hearing evidence about the costs inflicted by judges and prosecutors, often extreme leftists, who have become soft on crime in America.
The hearing was part of a broad examination of the toll of crime, and the efforts by the administration of President Donald Trump to reduce violent crime.
A report at Fox said Stephen Federico warned lawmakers, "I will fight until my last breath for my daughter. You need to fight for the rest of our children, the rest of the innocents, and stop protecting the people that keep taking them from us, please."
The father told lawmakers after killing his daughter, the suspect "went to a store and used her debit card," the report said.
"When they saw his face on the video, they didn't have to do a check. He was arrested so many times they knew who he was," Stephen Federico said.

Many details remain missing, but there are initial reports that a suspicious device was found – and detonated – just before a Turning Point USA event scheduled at a Utah school.
It was just three weeks ago when TPUSA co-founder Charlie Kirk was assassinated at a free speech event at another Utah school.
The video reveals a shout of "Fire in the hole!" and then a "Bang!'
Reports reveal that one Utah State University building was evacuated just ahead of the TPUSA event.
KSLTV said there were reports of a potential bomb, and there was the video of an explosion being heard.
It was unclear how close the evacuated building was to the location of the scheduled event.

President Donald Trump on Monday released an outline of what he hopes to see develop for Gaza, that parcel of land adjacent to Israel that for years has been controlled by Hamas terrorists who on that fateful Oct. 7, in 2023, invaded Israel, slaughtered some 1,200 citizens and kidnapped hundreds more.
Stunningly, it includes amnesty for Hamas members who are committed to "peaceful co-existence" and who decommission their weapons.
Trump has been pledging to end the war the erupted following that invasion since before he was elected, and has been working on it since he took office.
On Monday, Trump released his agenda for the zone, under which Gaza would be "a deradicalized terror-free zone that does not pose a threat to its neighbors."
It would be "redeveloped" for the benefit of residents.
His plan would have the war end immediately with Israeli forces withdrawing to an agreed upon line, and while preparations are made for the release of all hostages, dead and alive, military ops would halt.
Once all the hostages are returned, Israel would release 250 life sentence prisoners plus another 1,700 Gazans who have been detained.
"Hamas members who commit to peaceful co-existence and to decommission their weapons will be given amnesty," he proposes.
Aid, including equipment needed to rehab the infrastructure, hospitals and more, would follow soon.
Trump said Israel has accepted the multi-point plan, and the requirement still needed is acceptance by Hamas.
"We're at a minimum, very, very close," he said.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said, "I believe that today we're taking a critical step towards both ending the war in Gaza and setting the stage for dramatically advancing peace in the Middle East."
Officials for Hamas said the leaders had not yet been fully briefed.
Trump confirmed that if Hamas rejects the latest plan, Israeli would have America's full support to "finish" the war.
"Bibi, you'd have our full backing to do what you would have to do."
The plan would have Gaza governed "under the temporary transitional governance of a technocratic, apolitical Palestinian committee." It would include qualified Palestinians and international experts.
An economic development plan would come from a panel of experts, and a special economic zone would be set up to produce tariff and access rates.
No one would be forced to leave Gaza, nor would anyone who wants to leave be prevented.
"Regional partners" would provide a guarantee that Hamas will comply with its obligations.
An international force would provide security and police protection until a new force is trained.
Israel would not annex Gaza and its defense forces would withdraw.
"While Gaza re-development advances and when the PA reform program is faithfully carried out, the conditions may finally be in place for a credible pathway to Palestinian self-determination and statehood, which we recognize as the aspiration of the Palestinian people," the guidelines note. "The United States will establish a dialogue between Israel and the Palestinians to agree on a political horizon for peaceful and prosperous co-existence."

Post traumatic stress disorder is being cited as a possible contributing factor for a now-dead suspect who is accused of ramming his truck into a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints building in Michigan, shooting at congregants and setting the structure of fire.
At least four people were killed and another eight injured, according to reports.
It was Fox News that noted adults responded by protecting children in the facility during the attack.
"I'd also like to acknowledge the heroism of not only the first responders, but the people who were inside that church at the time," Grand Blanc Township Police Chief William Renye said of the attack.
"They were shielding the children who are also present within the church, moving them to safety."
The suspect, identified as Thomas "Jake" Jacob Sanford, 40, was shot and killed in the parking lot of the Grand Blanc facility.
The Daily Mail confirmed a family friend explained that the suspect, a military veteran, had battled the after-effects of trauma.
"It's hard to feel sad for someone who did something so terrible, and I still feel sad. I had heard through family events that he had had PTSD," the friend reported. "He would make comments occasionally and it was something that was kind of talked about. It wasn't talked about in depth… so I don't know the depth of his issues."
The report also described the family as "conservative, Christian" and said the suspect also was diagnosed with Congenital Hyperinsulinism.
Images appeared online purporting to show the suspect wearing Trump shirts.
And commenters cited the social media statements from family members of the suspect.
For example, they claimed his mother posted, about the late Charlie Kirk, "When things like this happen, it only emboldens the sons and daughters of God to move quicker, jump higher and speak our light into the darkest places of the world and into the hearts of young hijacked minds."
The suspect had deployed to Iraq as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom from August 2007 to March 2008. He reached the rank of sergeant and had earned a number of military meals and ribbons.
He allegedly rammed his truck into the building, came out firing a gun at victims and then used an "accelerant," probably gasoline, to ignite the building.
FBI spokesman Reuben Coleman said it was "an act of targeted violence."
One spokesman for law enforcement also noted, "I will confirm that there were some suspected explosive devices that were located, but as far as using them to initiate the blaze, we can't say that."
The suspect had been confronted in the parking lot by two responding officers, who exchanged gunfire with him, killing him

Jimmy Kimmel, a late-night television entertainer, was taken off the air briefly after he made a horrific comment, styled as a "joke," about the death of Turning Point USA co-founder Charlie Kirk.
He suggested that conservatives were trying to portray the suspected killer, who could face the death penalty, as anyone other than one of them.
In fact, multiple testimonies have confirmed the suspect had turned far to leftist activities and agendas.
So Kimmel was silenced, briefly, before several networks that had objected to his joking about the death of a Christian man allowed his return.
On that night, his audience was huge.
Then it crashed.
His number plunged by 70%.
And online was an explanation: "People stopped to see the car crash for a minute, but then kept on driving."
A report at BizPacReview said his "comeback" "was embarrassingly short-lived."
"Since his return to the airwaves, Kimmel has enjoyed a significant boost in support from leftists who wanted to stick it to Republicans. On Tuesday, he saw a record 6.3 million average viewers, many of whom undoubtedly turned in to see what he would say about his suspension. But on Wednesday night, he only managed to pull 2,414,000 average viewership, which is leagues above his normal average of 1.7 million but constitutes a 70% drop from the previous day."
In fact, Kimmel's audience has been dropping steadily for a long time.
ABC, Sinclair Broadcast Group and others took him down, but then restored him to America's airwaves.
"Between Kimmel making around $17 million a year, his large staff, and the show's production out of Los Angeles, ABC is almost certainly losing money on the program," wrote Outkick's Bobby Burack. "For comparison, CBS is losing around $40 million per year by producing Stephen Colbert's competing late-night program, which draws 30% more viewers than Kimmel's."
Kimmel's contract is coming to an end, and that could offer a solution to the network with an unwanted drain in their budget.
The substance of Kimmel's offense was described online; "Jimmy Kimmel lied to millions of people and claimed Kirk was assassinated by a MAGA conservative. Charlie Kirk was gunned down by a far-left, pro-transgender radical who hated him for his conservative political views."

Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., holds the nickname "Fang Fang" for his relationship with a woman who allegedly was a Chinese "honey pot" spy.
When his relationship with a foreign government activist came to light, the House Ethics Committee investigated. But it "closed" its review, promising to protect him from "action."
Now he has given an interview in which he is threatening private American citizens if they supported President Donald Trump in a way that he dislikes.
His comments prompted the Gateway Pundit to post a "Fascism Alert" warning about him.
In an interview, Swalwell said his party will be the majority in Congress after the next election, a prediction that is not at all supported by all analysts of the coming election.
"We are making it clear we are going into the majority a year from now. We have every intention to do that," he said.
"And so we will bring oversight accountability. We will subpoena the Department of Justice, but also private actors who have done these drug deals with the administration."
Wagging his finger at Americans, he continued, "College campuses, entertainment companies, and so accountability is coming and so, One, It's all coming out, Two. I hope that deters people from doing more of these deals, these one-offs with the president."
Actually, evidence released by the Trump administration has confirmed that it was Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden and other Democrats who actually weaponized the federal government against Trump, launching an FBI probe based on lies, and much more.
The accountability for that scheming has just started to develop, with last week's indictment of ex-FBI chief James Comey on lying and obstruction charges.
The Gateway Pundit's comments included, "The Democrats will be targeting ordinary Americans to retaliate against the Trump administration for holding disgraced former FBI Director James Comey accountable along with people who have worked with President Trump to clean up corruption and go after bad actors."
The report described how Swalwell "vowed revenge" on Trump and his supporters.
