Leftists have been protesting, even rioting, against law enforcement operations of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency.

Sometimes where they are enforcing the law, sometimes at their offices, sometimes elsewhere.

It was happening this week at the Portland ICE office, in a city where federal agents have been working to secure America's border and deport illegal aliens, especially targeting illegal alien criminals.

Nick Sortor, an independent online journalist, was on hand, reporting on situations such as this:

Ed's note: Language warning for videos:

And this:

Then Sortor was attacked. And arrested.

report at the Liberty Daily explained, "Tensions boiled over outside Portland's ICE building late Thursday night when police detained independent reporter Nick Sortor during a confrontation with protesters.

"Sortor, known for his on-the-ground coverage of stories often overlooked by mainstream outlets, found himself in handcuffs after what witnesses described as a defensive response to an attack."

The report explained an observer C.K. Bouferrache, who goes by Honeybadgermom on X, captured the confusion, explaining, "Looked like @nicksortor got jumped. We are on the lower roof at ICE but difficult to tell exactly what happened at this distance. Portland liaison officers stand nearby and watch."

Bouferrache said, "I cannot believe they arrested this guy for defending himself. The woman that went after him has taken part in a few assaults this last week."

The Liberty Daily said, "Just days earlier, reporter Katie Daviscourt suffered a brutal hit to the face from a flagpole-wielding assailant during similar protests, yet no arrest followed despite clear evidence. Portland officials cited safety concerns for not pursuing the attacker immediately, leaving many to accuse Portland law enforcement of being 'woke.'"

The report continued, "The Portland Police Bureau later clarified that three people were booked into jail on charges of Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree following multiple fights at the protest: Angela Davis, 49, of Vernonia, Oregon; Nicholas Sortor, 27, of Washington, DC; and Son Mi Yi, 43, of Portland."

And it said, "This arrest unfolds against a backdrop of intensified federal involvement in Portland, where protests at the ICE site have persisted for months. DHS officials have condemned the violence, pointing to a 1000% increase in assaults on ICE personnel and vowing not to back down. With local police often criticized for limited engagement—sometimes attributed to city directives—calls grow louder for national intervention to reclaim control from the chaos. Sortor's detention serves as a stark reminder of the risks journalists face in these zones, where covering the story can quickly turn into becoming part of it."

They call you a neocon to silence you. They smear you as a warmonger, a globalist, or worse, just for believing America must stand strong. Clifford May, founder of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, destroys that lie. He shows why weakness provokes war, how China is building an empire through supply chains and TikTok, why Iran still chants "Death to America," and what happens if we stop leading the free world. This is about truth, survival, and the future of your children. If America retreats, communists and Islamists will fill the void. Watch this and understand what is at stake.

The chances that there soon will be a less violent Middle East rose on Friday, when Hamas apparently agreed to release hostages, dead and alive.

The movement from the terrorist organization that attacked Israel on Oct. 7, 2023, slaughtering some 1,200 Israelis and taking others hostage, came just hours after the White House set a deadline for a response to a peace proposal.

The Daily Signal said Hamas reportedly agreed to the hostage release and to give up power to a Palestinian body.

"Hamas has signaled it is ready to begin negotiations to determine the details of the deal," the report said.

""Hamas says it has agreed to release all Israeli hostages and signaled its readiness to enter negotiations to work out the details. Don't get too excited – it's the 'details' that could be the dealbreaker," author and pro-Israel activist Aviva Klompas wrote on X Friday.

The Daily Caller News Foundation said Hamas' agreement was tentative.

It assumes there is "Palestinian national consensus and Arab and Islamic support."

The report said, "The agreement marks a major breakthrough in negotiations that have dragged on for years, but it remains unclear how Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will react to a partial agreement."

Trump's deadline had been set at 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Sunday.

"If this LAST CHANCE agreement is not reached, all HELL, like no one has ever seen before, will break out against Hamas," Trump wrote.

The report explained, "Palestinian residents have been chafing under Hamas leadership, begging the group to sign the peace deal to bring some semblance of stability and hope for the destitute region. Over 33,000 Palestinians have been displaced as a result of Israeli campaigns, while nearly one in four Gazans face famine as an average of eight mass casualty incidents occur daily, according to United Nations (UN) data."

Trump's plan is for release of hostages, control passing to an "international stabilization force," withdrawal of Israel's troops, creation of a security buffer between Gaza and Israel and more.

President Trump posted to his Truth Social account Friday evening a statement from Hamas:

Later Trump posted this statement about the developments:

"Based on the Statement just issued by Hamas, I believe they are ready for a lasting PEACE. Israel must immediately stop the bombing of Gaza, so that we can get the Hostages out safely and quickly! Right now, it's far too dangerous to do that. We are already in discussions on details to be worked out. This is not about Gaza alone, this is about long sought PEACE in the Middle East."

Nicholas Sortor, an independent, on-the-street reporter who has become famous for his documentation of anti-government actions across America, has announced that the Department of Justice has assured him of an investigation into his arrest by Portland police late Thursday.

The Washington Examiner said the conservative influencer was arrested late Thursday, then released several hours later, early Friday.

He was accused by local police of "second-degree disorderly conduct" while he was documenting violent protests near an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Oregon's largest city.

Other reports from the scene at the time said Sortor was defending himself from a woman who attacked him.

"Sortor, a 27-year-old resident of Washington, D.C., was arrested alongside two Oregon residents, according to a press release from the city's police department. All three people were booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on the same misdemeanor charge," the Examiner reported.

But later Sortor confirmed the review of his "wrongful arrest" will be conducted by Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon.

He said Attorney General Pam Bondi called him personally with the news.

"The Trump DOJ WILL NOT allow Portland Police to continue to do the bidding of Antifa," he wrote on X, telling Portland police to "f*** around and find out."

The report said he explained he was recording footage of federal agents macing protesters when he was surrounded and assaulted, forced to defend himself.

"Nick says he swung back and missed, then disengaged and walked over to a group of Portland PD. He says he was then shocked to be arrested by them, and he sat in the back of a police cruiser while officers figured out what to charge him with," a witness reportd.

Protests in Portland were triggered by the deployment of National Guard troops to crack down on rampant crime there.

The Gateway Pundit commented, "The woman who attacked him was not arrested."

A school district has done a quick 180 – literally within hours – after being confronted about its censorship targeting faith.

The fight erupted at Arkansas Connections Academy, an online public school, and involved student Zion Ramos.

It was handled by First Liberty Institute, which explained, "Every day, students have a 'social time' Zoom meeting where they are free to speak about whatever they want provided their comments are not violent, vulgar, or obscene. On September 23, 2025, inspired by the memorial service for Charlie Kirk, Zion decided to share his faith in a two-minute statement."

Ramos said, "Hello, my name is Zion. I won't be long, but I have something very important to say. You may not want to hear it, but it's the most important thing you will ever hear. We don't know how long we have. One day, it'll all be over. It may not be today, tomorrow, a month, or even years from now, but when our time is up, all we will have is eternity. And we only have two places to go: heaven or hell. And we need to decide where we want to spend it."

Suddenly, the teacher monitoring the call put the student on mute, censoring his speech. Then she quickly removed him from the Zoom meeting completely.

"School officials cannot silence students who are sharing their faith with other students during social gatherings," said Kayla Toney, institute lawyer. "Public schools are not religion-free zones, but by censoring faith on campus, officials unjustly marginalize students like Zion who simply want to share the Gospel with peers."

The legal team dispatched a demand letter, explaining, "As the Supreme Court's holding in Kennedy v. Bremerton School District made clear, the First Amendment protects students' expressions of their faith in public schools. The Court in Kennedy explained that the clauses of the First Amendment 'work in tandem. Where the Free Exercise Clause protects religious exercises, whether communicative or not, the Free Speech Clause provides overlapping protection for expressive religious activities.' 597 U.S. at 524. The result is that the First Amendment 'doubly protects religious speech.' Id."

Within hours, the school responded by inviting Ramos back to the meetings and assuring that he would be allowed three minutes to share his faith.

"We are grateful that school officials acknowledge how concerning this situation was for Zion and his family, and that federal and state law protect students' religious expression during social gatherings," explained Toney.

Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders had expressed concern about the issue, instructing the state Department of Education to investigate.

ARCA's response, which came literally within hours, said, "ARCA's administration is dedicated to ensuring that every student has the opportunity to express their viewpoint in a respectful environment."

They agreed to all three of First Liberty's requests, allowing Zion to share his faith during a future social time, promising that "[s]chool officials will support the free speech and free exercise rights of students, including Mr. Ramos, in the future," and agreeing to complete religious liberty training through the RESPECT Project, First Liberty confirmed.

A campaign to cancel and boycott Netflix over its "woke" programming that routinely sexualizes young children has triggered a $15 billion plunge in the company's value this week, according to reports.

The campaign, which already had been put in action by multiple value-based organizations, got a huge boost this week from Elon Musk.

He posted on social media multiple times recommending that parents cancel Netflix.

And now the Gateway Pundit said the company had hemorrhaged $15 billion in value.

"Netflix is in free fall," the report said, "The streaming giant lost more than $15 billion in market value in just one week, according to Forbes, after Tesla CEO and X owner Elon Musk urged his 227 million followers to cancel their subscriptions 'for the health of your kids.'"

Musk had been triggered by a Netflix cartoon called "Dead End: Paranormal Park," which promotes transgenderism and bisexualism for children.

It was marketed to children as young as seven.

The X account Libs of TikTok had cited the offending materials: "Meet Hamish Steele, creator of a kid's show on @netflix which teaches kids they can be transgender. After Charlie [Kirk] was ass*ssinated, he called Charlie a nazi and had a meltdown because people were mourning him. Netflix is SILENT. Their silence is deafening. CANCEL NETFLIX,"

The Netflix stock fell 2.4% over the week, even as Dow Jones Industrials were climbing.

Newsmax reported, "Musk's boycott calls thus far have made a small dent in an otherwise strong year for Netflix's stock and revenues. Shares are up 30% since January, when they traded around $886. In its July earnings report, the company posted a 16% year-over-year revenue increase to $11 billion, while net profit jumped 46% to $3.1 billion. Netflix also raised subscription prices by at least $1 across all plans at the start of the year."

The boycott plans mirror those against Anheuser-Bush InBev in 2023 after it partnered with a transgender influence to promote its beer, which promptly plunged in market share and to this day has not recovered its ranking.

WND had reported on the launch of the campaign.

It is "not OK," Musk said, when Libs of TikTok explained Netflix's "Dead End Paranormal Park" was pushing "pro-transgender on CHILDREN."

The show, advertised for 7-year-olds, also prompted the "Parents – BEWARE" warning online.

Musk's confirmation came when he responded "Same," to another who announced, "Just cancelled my Netflix subscription."

The movement immediately exploded, with documentation after documentation of the corporation's sex-oriented agenda for children, even drawing criticism from a self-described "gay."

Others warned the corporation had turned Alexander The Great "gay" within minutes of a program's beginning.

It was blasted for having a cartoon boy in a dress dancing with two "dads."

Multitudes were online confirming their cancellations:

Right Angle News network noted, "Netflix is now hemorrhaging tens of thousands of users after refusing to take action against the creator of a show for seven-year-olds that promotes trans ideology following revelations that the creator celebrated the assassination of Charlie Kirk."

The report pointed out, "Dead End: Paranormal Park" is just one of several pro-LGBTQ+ series and/or movies aimed at a young audience that Netflix has sponsored over the years. Netflix has also produced other content with LGBTQ+ characters or themes, including Baby-Sitters Club, She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, The Mitchells vs. the Machines, Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts, Nimona, First Kill, CoComelon Lane, and Ridley Jones, a series aimed at preschoolers that features two dads and a non-binary character."

The suspect accused of ramming his vehicle into a synagogue in Manchester, England, this week, then stabbing several people before being shot down by police, has been identified as Jihad al-Shamie.

A report in the Guardian said the "synagogue terrorist" was on police bail for an alleged rape at the time.

Al-Shamie, 35, was born in Syria and reportedly had criminal convictions, although he was not being sought presently by counter-terrorism officers or MI5, the report said.

He "was shot dead by armed police after killing a Jewish man and seriously injuring several others when he attacked the Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation synagogue in north Manchester on Thursday," the report said.

Manchester police also confirmed officers apparently shot – accidentally – one of the two victims killed in the attack when they opened fire on the attacker.

And investigators were reviewing whether Shamie was responsible for a death threat sent to a lawmaker in 2012, the report said.

The victims were identified as Adrian Daulby, 53, and Melvin Cravitz, 66.

The report said Cravitz' relatives described him as a "gentle giant, and a Muslim neighbor of Daulby described him as a "fantastic man."

Rabbi Daniel Walker, leading worship at the time of the attack, confirmed the attacker shouted, "I'm going to get you" as he tried to force his way into the building.

"The Guardian has been told that Shamie was not known to counter-terrorism agencies and had not been referred to the anti-radicalization scheme Prevent but he had been prosecuted for criminal matters," the report said.

The Guardian revealed Faraj al-Shamie, the alleged attacker's father, called the violence "heinous" and said the family wished to "fully distance" themselves. However, it also was reported he had been online in praise of the Oct. 7, 2023, Hamas terror attack on Israeli civilians, in which some 1,200 were killed and hundreds more kidnapped.

Stephen Waston, the chief police constable in Greater Manchester, explained what apparently happened with the shooting.

"It is currently believed that the suspect, Jihad al-Shamie, was not in possession of a firearm and the only shots fired were from GMP's authorized firearms officers as they worked to prevent the offender from entering the synagogue and causing further harm to our Jewish community. It follows therefore that subject to further forensic examination, this injury may sadly have been sustained as a tragic and unforeseen consequence of the urgently required action taken by my officers to bring this vicious attack to an end …"

He added, "We have also been advised by medical professionals that one of the three victims currently receiving treatment in hospital has also suffered a gunshot wound, which is mercifully not life-threatening. It is believed that both victims were close together behind the synagogue door as worshippers acted bravely to prevent the attacker from gaining entry."

WND reported when the violence happened that the attacker rammed his vehicle, then jumped out and started stabbing people.

Police said the attack was on Yom Kippur, a holy day in the Jewish calendar.

Video shared on social media appeared to show armed police officers pointing guns at a man on the ground as one screamed to onlookers: "Everybody else, get back. If you're not involved, move back, get away… he has a bomb, go away."

Some online videos showed the suspect starting to get up, but falling back after another shot. And they showed a victim on the street in a poll of blood.

America's workers are being betrayed. While millions of our people search for jobs or settle for part-time work, the government is quietly flooding the labor pool with foreigners. In 2024, only 1.5 million new jobs were created, yet 7.5 million work permits were approved… a 6 million worker surplus. Add 3.6 million retirements, 4.9 million new graduates, and 6.7 million unemployed, and the total climbs to over 17 million Americans left behind. Biden's Bureau of Labor Statistics lied about the job market, but the math is undeniable. Elizabeth Farah exposes the truth and calls on President Trump to act now, end this corrupt system, and put Americans first.

A campaign to cancel Netflix services has exploded online after X, Tesla and SpaceX owner Elon Musk condemned the streaming service's efforts to transgenderize children and millions paid attention.

Multitudes were online confirming their cancellations:

Social media commenters turned blunt:

"If I had a subscription, I'd cancel it too. However, I canceled mine about 5 years ago, when they started to promote this trash. This is our CHLDREN (sic) we're talking about – how demonic is this?"

report at Lifesitenews pointed out the offending program was canceled but still makes it available.

The Libs of TikTok warning has been viewed online tens of millions of times.

"In a related post, Libs of TikTok revealed the creator of the show, Hamish Steele, to be a homosexual who uses the pronouns 'he/they.' In a 2023 interview, he proclaimed, 'I'm gay and actually yes that is my whole personality,'" the report explained.

He proclaimed, at the time, "My hobbies include kissing my husband! And kissing my boyfriend! And watching gay things and reading gay things and hanging out with my gay friends."

Right Angle News network noted, "Netflix is now hemorrhaging tens of thousands of users after refusing to take action against the creator of a show for seven-year-olds that promotes trans ideology following revelations that the creator celebrated the assassination of Charlie Kirk."

It charged, "In 2020, Netflix produced a movie titled Cuties, which has been widely characterized as 'child pomography.'"

There were multiple reports that Musk could fund a new competitor.

Gateway Hispanic said, "Children who regularly consume this type of content are in a developmental phase where they absorb messages without critical filtering, and presenting narratives that normalize gender changes or non-binary identities may create confusion about their own identity and body. Children deserve to grow up in an environment that respects their innocence, not one that pushes adult ideological agendas. Moreover, Netflix's lack of response to criticism and its decision to keep this content in its children's catalog reflect a disconnect with parental concerns. This revolution, led by Musk and amplified by millions, is not just an economic reaction; it's a defense of family values against corporations prioritizing progressive agendas over children's psychological safety."

Under Barack Obama's regime, the Internal Revenue Service was weaponized to delay and deny required governmental permissions for conservative charitable organizations that wanted to sound off on his re-election campaign, which he won, to operate.

They were grilled over their donors, their beliefs, their prayers and much more. Applications were lost and required a second submission. Free speech was under fire.

That treatment was unlike other groups that promoted a liberal agend

Eventually, the IRS was forced to confess, and it even settled a number of lawsuits over its actions.

But now a federal court has ruled that one of the components that appeared in that agenda is unconstitutional.

A report at the Washington Examiner points to a ruling from Washington, D.C., judge Jia Cobb.

The court found that a test used by the IRS, involving "facts and circumstances," was unconstitutionally vague.

The ruling said an organization called Freedom Path could not be rejected by the IRS for its requested tax standing because of the failing in the federal process.

But it continued the case, as neither side, Freedom Path nor the IRS, had suggested a standard that could be imposed.

The judge said the IRS violated constitutional protections by denying the tax-exempt status the organization requested.

"The ruling held that the agency's 'facts and circumstances' framework, an 11-part analysis derived from a 2004 IRS revenue ruling, fails to survive the heightened scrutiny required when government rules implicate First Amendment speech rights," the report said.

Freedom Path, founded in Texas in during 2011, when Obama remained in control of the IRS, sought tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(4). Years later, the IRS denied the request.

The group then sued, explaining the test was so unclear it gave bureaucrats total discretion to punish political speech.

They are right, Cobb said. "The Treasury regulation and IRS Revenue Ruling that the IRS applied in denying Freedom Path's application transgress the heightened vagueness standard applicable to civil regulations… that affect speech covered by the First Amendment."

The report said Lex Politica represented Freedom Path and CEO Chris Gober explained the ruling vindicates concerns IRS rules have been used to "silence disfavored viewpoints."

"This ruling is a victory not just for Freedom Path, but for every American who believes government bureaucrats shouldn't be able to bully citizens into silence," Gober said on social media.

During that time period, when the IRS targeted "right-leaning" groups, IRS official Lois Lerner publicly confessed the agency had been targeting any groups with names like "Tea Party" and "Patriot."

Gober has explained a lot of those IRS officials still are in office, and still are using their schemes.

"In Freedom Path's case, the IRS demanded donor information and evaluated the group's advertisements and mailers under the disputed test. Ultimately, it found that more than half of the organization's spending amounted to political campaign intervention and denied its exemption, a determination the court has now rejected as constitutionally flawed," the report said.
