Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is seriously considering quitting the 2024 race and endorsing former President Donald Trump, according to RFK's running mate Nicole Shanahan.

"There's two options that we're looking at and one is staying in, forming that new party, but we run the risk of a Kamala Harris and Walz presidency because we draw votes from Trump, or we draw somehow more votes from Trump," Shanahan said on the "Impact Theory" podcast.

"Or we walk away right now and join forces with Donald Trump and you know, we walk away from that and explain to our base why we're making this decision," she told interviewer Tom Bilyeu.

"Not easy, not an easy decision," she added.

"I did not put in tens of millions of dollars to be a spoiler candidate," the attorney and entrepreneur said earlier in the interview."I put in tens of millions of dollars to win, to fix this country, to do the right thing," she said.

We don't want to be a spoiler."

"We wanted to win. We wanted a fair shot."

Regarding Kennedy, Trump told CNN on Tuesday: "I didn't know he was thinking about getting out, but if he is thinking about getting out, certainly I'd be open to it."

Trump said he'd "love that endorsement, because I've always liked" Kennedy.

Asked if he would consider appointing RFK Jr. to a role in his future administration, Trump said he "probably would."

"I like him a lot. I respect him a lot," Trump said. "I probably would, if something like that would happen. He's a very different kind of a guy, a very smart guy. And, yeah, I would be honored by that endorsement, certainly."

Meanwhile, Bilyeu asked Shanahan if she would run for governor of California if she and Kennedy drop out of the White House hunt, and she responded, "I would consider running as well."

"I want to be involved in California."

Voters in Arizona can be told about an "unborn human" in an election campaign about the state's abortion laws, according to a court ruling.

The decision from the state Supreme Court said lawmakers can use that term in place of "fetus" in a pamphlet describing an abortion proposal on the election ballot.

Terminology long has been a huge issue for the abortion industry, as disposing of a "clump of cells" or "tissue" is far less objectionable to people than the truth, which is that the industry routinely tears apart the bodies of unborn infants to complete an abortion, sometimes using a vacuum to suck out the brains.

A report at Courthouse News notes the new development in which five of the seven justices on the high court overturned a lower court's decision that using the phrase is partisan.

The Supreme Court reverse that decision based on the fact that the phrase is, in fact, found elsewhere in Arizona law.

"We conclude that the analysis provides the information required by A.R.S. § 19–124(C) and 'substantially complies' with the statute's impartiality requirement," the justices wrote in their initial opinion, which will be followed by a full legal analysis soon.

An organization promoting abortion claimed that the phrase is "a watchword for anti-abortion advocates" and it actually has "no basis in medicine or science."

The fight erupted over plans to have on the ballot this fall a plan to have virtually unlimited abortion access in the state.

The report said, "Before they cast their ballots, voters will have the chance to review a publicity pamphlet with detailed descriptions of each race and ballot initiative they'll vote on. Written by a committee of state lawmakers called the Legislative Council, ballot initiative descriptions must be impartial."

Abortion industry promoters sued the Legislative Council after it finished its description of the plan because it uses "unborn human being."

The members of the council said that the language is impartial because it's factually true, and it also appears in Arizona's current abortion law.

Ben Toma, the state House speaker and chief of the council, said, "The ballot analysis prepared by the legislative council is intended to help voters understand current law. Arizona's 15-week law protects unborn children, while the abortion initiative essentially allows unrestricted abortions up until birth. It's really that simple. The Arizona Supreme Court's ruling is correct."

Amid the Democratic National Convention taking place in Chicago, there's legitimate excitement seeing a woman heading a major political party's ticket this year. Women are being encouraged to vote for Kamala Harris as a woman. But as a Christian, Iranian American woman, I will not be voting for Kamala because she represents exactly the values that endanger women in the Middle East and around the world. And neither should you.

For my first 33 years, I lived under the harsh rules of the extremist Iranian Islamic regime. I have countless scars of extremist Islam, including the torture and death of my husband, the breaking apart of my family, my arrest and imprisonment, misogyny in every aspect of life, and the execution of my closest friend.

I am very grateful to the United States, my adopted country and home, for providing me all the freedom as a woman, free from fear, persecution, and discrimination. I appreciate all my freedoms in America, and I always celebrate seeing women being empowered, flourishing, and attaining the highest leadership positions.

However, being a woman is not a good enough reason to vote for a candidate, especially when such a candidate does so much harm to the well-being of hundreds of millions of women around the world. There's no more vivid example of how Kamala Harris threatens women than by her support of the evil Islamic Republic regime, the enemy of women everywhere.

When I immigrated to the United States after being sentenced to death by hanging in Iran for the "crime" of converting to Christianity, I thought that in America I would be safe to be a Christian and express my faith freely. After a few years and completing two degrees, I was shocked and disappointed to see how some U.S. leaders endanger America's core Judeo-Christian values.

American leaders who have misguided policies of appeasing Iran's evil ayatollahs serve as useful idiots to the Islamic regime. Rather than holding the regime accountable, many politicians have empowered and strengthened them.

It is enraging to see that close advisers of some of our democratic leaders/politicians are agents of the evil ayatollahs who have infiltrated American society, politics, and media to threaten the United States from within.

Because I love America, it's urgent to warn Americans about the importance of preserving our freedoms and values and exposing the lies of the Islamic regime's agents in our midst, especially those embraced by people like Kamala.

Too many times, I have seen Kamala speaking at events standing next to and being embraced by well-known agents of the Islamic regime. Any average Iranian knows the truth that Americans who support Kamala must know: These agents pose a huge threat to America and the world, and of course women.

Through these events, and her actions and record, Kamala supports the National Iranian American Council (NIAC), hated by Iranians because of its treason to their people.

As a woman, how can Kamala be so indifferent to the suffering of Iranian women who have been persecuted, abused, and murdered because of not having a proper Islamic hijab or not being subservient to men? One prominent example is Mahsa Amini who was murdered in 2022. Another recent example is Arezoo Badri who was shot by the regime's "morality police" just a month ago and who is still fighting for her life. How can Kamala close her eyes to the women whose faces were scarred permanently because of radical Muslims throwing acid into their faces for not obeying the strict Islamic rules? How can she stand with exported agents of the Iranian regime in America, much less listen to their advice?

How can she stand with and appease the enemies of our allies? such as Hamas, which massacred and kidnapped many innocent Israelis and Americans. As a woman, how can her policies (much less who she associates with) not reflect the simple truth that the savage Islamic terrorists responsible for killing, kidnapping, raping, sexually mutilating, and dragging the bodies of innocent women through the streets of Gaza are the enemies of all women?

For decades, Iranians have been fighting against the Islamic regime. One reason that Iranians could not overthrow the regime is because of the betrayal of Obama and Biden, and now Kamala. By supporting the Islamic regime financially, and appeasing them diplomatically, they have emboldened it and its terrorist tentacles around the world, subjecting women to unspeakable horrors.

Radical Muslims have ruined the lives of many women in the Middle East including me. How can Kamala declare, "We will fight against anti-Muslim rhetoric. We are going to fight for our Muslim brothers and sisters," while standing with the members of NIAC who embrace it?

By fighting "against anti-Muslim rhetoric" it is clear who she is going to fight for and who she'll not fight for. She will not fight for America but for the Islamic regime and its agents. She will not fight for women who have suffered under Islamic rule, or for women in general.

Instead of fighting for our Judeo-Christian values, she's fighting for the dangerous misogynist Islamic values. A Harris presidency will empower radical Muslims to achieve their goal of dominating America and the whole world – to convert everyone to Islam through force.

Women who have been subjugated by misogynist Islamic rules and societies, who have been beaten, disfigured, imprisoned, and murdered, as women, do not care about the "right to choose." If America does not wake up to stop appeasing the Islamic regime and all it represents, these threats to women here are not far away, and the only choice will be what color hijab to wear. Maybe.

In a candid moment, Kamala described herself aptly. "As a woman, there is a balance to be struck between being tough and being a bitch," followed by her hysterical laughter. I appreciate her moment of honesty – because only a bitch can betray millions of oppressed women and stand with the enemies of her own country.

Women, and anyone who cares about our Judeo-Christian values, would be foolish to vote for her.

America needs a strong leader who will fight for America, and its core values on the right side of history, and preserve our future. Kamala Harris is not that person.

May God save our country from incompetent leaders whose eyes are only set on the worldly throne but not God's kingdom.

After the high-profile discussion between Donald Trump and Elon Musk last week, the former president is now floating the possibility of making the billionaire entrepreneur a top adviser or member of his cabinet, should he win the White House race in November.

"He's a very smart guy," Trump said of Musk when asked Monday if he'd consider naming Musk to an advisory role or cabinet job.

"I certainly would, if he would do it, I certainly would. He's a brilliant guy."

Monday night, Musk posted a response to the possibility, indicating he's "willing to serve" as head of the Department for Government Efficiency.

Musk, who calls himself a "moderate Democrat," has endorsed the Republican Trump, sounding the alarm about a potential Kamala Harris victory in the 2024 presidential race, saying, "I think we're in massive trouble with a Kamala administration."

"It's essential that you win for the good of this country and that's understating my position," Musk told Trump during the Aug. 12 conversation on X, which has been seen more than a billion times.

"You are the path to prosperity, and Kamala is the opposite," Musk told Trump. "I'm just trying to tell people my honest opinion."

"Now I feel like we're at a critical juncture for the country," Musk added. "We're gonna see an even further left administration with Kamala."

"Her dad is a Marxist economist – you can Google it … that's how she was brought up."

"America is in a fork in the road … We're at a fork in the road in the destiny of civilization and I think we need to take the right path, and I think you're the right path. … We're in deep trouble if it goes the other way."

In addition to pondering Musk as a top adviser, Trump on Monday said if elected, he'd consider ending a $7,500 tax credit for purchases of electric vehicles.

"I'm not making any final decisions on it," Trump said of the EV tax credit.

"I'm a big fan of electric cars, but I'm a fan of gasoline-propelled cars, and also hybrids and whatever else happens to come along."

He repeated his promise to eliminate rules by the Biden-Harris administration pushing carmakers to build more EVs and plug-in hybrids, indicating there's a "much smaller market" for those vehicles due to their high cost and limitations of battery range.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree offering a "haven" to anyone who wants to escape Western liberal ideals, according to a report from Russian media outlet Tass.

According to the decree, foreigners will be provided assistance to gain a temporary 3-month visa, if they reject the "neoliberal ideals" of their home country and want to make a move to Russia "where traditional values reign supreme."

Foreign nationals will be able to apply for temporary residence in Russia, and will not be required to confirm their knowledge of the Russian language, history, or basic laws. The Russian Foreign Ministry has been instructed to start issuing visas as early as September.

Over the years, Putin has often criticized "Western globalist elites" for planting hatred and Russophobia.

"Ideology of superiority is disgusting, criminal, and deathly in its very nature. However, the Western global elites still speak about their exclusiveness, clash people against each other, and split societies, provoke bloody conflicts and coup d'etats, plant hatred, russophobia," Putin said during his Victory Day speech in 2023.

In March 2024, Putin stated during an interview the Western elites want to "freeze the status quo."

"There is a very strong desire in Western elites to freeze the status quo, the unjust state of affairs in international affairs. They are used to filling their bellies with human flesh and their pockets with money for centuries. But they must realize that the vampire's ball is coming to an end," Putin said.

According to a 2016 report from the Hoover Institute, the "Western elites" are made up of several groups – lawmakers (which at the time of publication included the Clintons and the Obamas), unelected bureaucrats, top military officers, and the mega-wealthy.

"They include not just our elected legislators, governors, and president, but also the unelected (and unaccountable) members of the vast government archipelago–cabinet officers, bureaucratic grandees, top military officers, and regulators. Beyond these politicos, the Western elite is comprised, too, of the transnational mega-wealthy, who have been enriched by globalization, especially international finance, investments, and technologies that lubricate worldwide dissemination of capital and communications," the report states.

Former President Donald Trump called out globalist elite and agitator George Soros during a rally, for funding protests on university and college campuses.

Joe Biden has dropped out of the 2024 presidential race. Actually, he was pushed off the campaign by elites in the Democrat party, who quickly anointed Kamala Harris their Biden replacement amid publicly visible mental failings by Biden..

This all happened weeks ago, so as the Democrat convention gets under way this week in Chicago, amid fears of massive riots, it's not a surprise any longer.

But the party's platform, which will be considered and voted on during the course of the political maneuvers there, still talks about Biden's second presidential term.

Nineteen times.

Fox News confirmed the document actually claims, "President Biden, Vice President Harris, and Democrats are running to finish the job."

And, it states, "In President Biden's second term, he will continue selecting judges who will protect fundamental rights and who represent the diversity of the American experience."

Legacy wire reporters at the Associated Press pointed out the document "wrongly" names Biden as the candidate.

"The Democratic National Committee on Sunday said the more than 90-page document 'makes a strong statement about the historic work that President Biden and Vice President Harris have accomplished hand-in-hand, and offers a vision for a progressive agenda that we can build on as a nation and as a Party as we head into the next four years,'" the report said.

The Democrats' agenda includes more abortion, more green energy spending, more taxes and more open borders.

report from WGME said the political party was "taking heat" for failing to have its own strategy up to date.

"It is customary for political parties to vote on official party platforms at their conventions. The 2024 Republican Party Platform, which calls former President Donald Trump 'an unapologetic champion of the American people,' was finalized at the Republican National Convention in July."

The platform committee for the Democrats finished assembling the document shortly before Biden dropped out, and has not updated it in recent weeks as the party's officials chose to make a change in the candidates – even after Biden has earned commitments from enough of the delegates to capture the nomination.

Perhaps it was just the "news" of Kamala Harris's campaign for president, being picked suddenly by the Democrat party elite to replace Joe Biden who was exhibiting more and more public instances of a mental decline.

Maybe Democrats were just so relieved to be rid of him. Or to wish for their first woman president. Or something.

But polls for a time after her announcement often showed her closer to Trump's numbers than Biden had been in a long time.

But it didn't last long, as one new poll now shows voters know she has failed to distance herself from some of Biden's more offensive agenda points.

report from the Washington Examiner cited a CBS News poll documenting that 83% of voters expect Harris's policies to be the same as Biden's.

In fact, it showed, 19% said they will be entirely the same and 64% said mostly the same

The report explained, "Harris has yet to give an extensive list of her policies but has offered an economic policy to counter so-called price-gouging, which critics have said is little more than price controls. With Harris's few established policies since launching her 2024 White House bid, more than a third of voters in the survey said they do not know what she stands for."

In fact, more than one-third say Harris has not made clear what she represents, including 44% of the critical constituency of independent voters.

And more than half of voters said she's had a lot or some impact on the nation's now-failing economy.

She was, in fact, the key tie-breaking vote on Biden's $740 billion Inflation Reduction Act that Republicans point to as a key driver of inflation.

Half of the voters said grocery prices will continue to go up more if she's president, while nearly that number say prices would fall under a Donald Trump presidency.

Voters also blamed her for the border crisis.

report at the Gateway Pundit elaborated, pointing out, "The Kamala honeymoon appears to be flaming out."

"Roiled by bad press, a fumbling speech on economic policy, and now reports that the pressures of the campaign have exacerbated an ongoing problem with alcohol, Kamala Harris enters DNC week in a much weaker position than she was in just three short weeks ago," the report noted.

"Part of her coming down to earth is a function of more voters being exposed to her, and perhaps even worse, her policies. Kamala Harris has never in her entire political career eclipsed single digits when put before the entire electorate.

"This was readily on display in remarks the Vice President made in North Carolina last Friday, in which her proposals of ending 'price gouging' in the food industry, and adding trillions more to the national debt – reminiscent of the disastrous reforms Jimmy Carter implemented in the mid-1970s, resulting in stagflation and economic malaise that precipitated the Reagan Revolution – received widespread criticism, even among left-leaning outlets like CNN, The Daily Mail, and the Washington Post."

Even leftist interests such as the Washington Post described her remarks as "populist gimmicks."

"It's like she's trying to fix the economy with a magic wand, which … wasn't in the presidential toolkit," the report scolded.

And, the report said, CNN blistered her.

"Kamala Harris's economic speech was a bit like watching someone try to juggle with invisible balls. You could see the effort, but the substance? Well, it seemed to vanish into thin air. She promised an 'opportunity economy,' which sounds great until you realize it's like promising everyone a unicorn for Christmas. Sure, it's a lovely thought, but where's the unicorn farm?" the report said.

At the same time, an election forecasting site reversed course and said Donald Trump has the edge in the election over Harris.

The analysis turned blunt: "She is only serving as Vice President due to pressure placed on Joe Biden in 2020, in the aftermath of the George Floyd riots, to choose a black running mate (though back then, Kamala identified as Indian, so maybe we don't give Joe Biden enough credit for being clairvoyant)."

Now she's the presumptive Democrat nominee "thanks to a deep-state-led coup d'état, aided and abetted by regime apparatchiks like CNN, MSNBC, and the New York Times – and Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi, pulling the strings behind-the-scenes like marionettes – who tirelessly worked to switch Joe with Kamala, completing the greatest bald-faced power grab in modern history," it said.

The article accused pollsters of oversampling Democrats in order to put Harris ahead of Trump, explaining, "In other words, at this stage in the campaign, even with all the manufactured media Kamala Harris has received to the tune of tens of millions of dollars of free positive press, Donald Trump is still outperforming his numbers from both 2016 and 2020, where he received more votes than any incumbent in history."

There is no doubt that media outlets have played a large role in the shaping of American political opinions in recent years. Just look at the orchestrated attacks on President Donald Trump even while he was a candidate and there were all those reports about the Democrat-manufactured claims of "Russian collusion."

We know now there was no substance to those wild diatribes, but that's not how the legacy media wrote it at the time.

That campaign, apparently is as strong today as ever has been.

A new report from Washington Examiner columnist Paul Bedard explains that since Kamala Harris was anointed by her party's elite, who had just finished throwing Joe Biden under the bus, as their presidential candidate, 84% of stories about her have been positive.

And 89% of the reports about President Donald Trump have been negative.

"The media have gone on a Kamala Harris binge since the vice president moved swiftly to replace President Joe Biden as the Democratic Party's 2024 candidate of choice, giving her the most positive coverage in modern history," he explained. "At the same time, and nearly as expected, the same media have gone on a scorched-earth campaign against former President Donald Trump, giving the Republican nominee what is likely to be a historic level of negative coverage."

He cited the polling results from the Media Research Center.

"Not only has Harris received 66% more airtime than former President Donald Trump, but the spin of Harris's coverage has been more positive (84%) than any other major party nominee, even as Trump's coverage has been nearly entirely hostile (89% negative)," that organization reported.

"Add it all up, and the networks have granted the combined Democratic ticket of Harris-Walz 82% positive press, while Trump-Vance has faced 90% negative coverage," explained the report author, Rich Noyes.

Bedard noted the media's "cheerleading" likely will continue this week, as the Democratic National Convention takes off, amid fears of rioting, in Chicago.

However, he noted that the public is not being bamboozled.

"Polls and social media posts appear to show that as drunk as reporters and news anchors are for Harris and her running mate, Gov. Tim Walz, R-Minn., the public sees through it. In a Rasmussen Reports poll shared with Secrets, 60% of likely voters said they believe the media tries to help the candidate they want to win.' And that is Harris, according to 57% of those polled."

Noyes also confirmed the biggest three outlets simply don't question Harris's positions and suppress Democrat problems such as Walz's lies about his military service.

Noyes explained, "As the Democratic National Convention begins, the Big Three evening newscasts have delivered Kamala Harris the most positive start to a general election campaign of any presidential nominee in recent memory. Not only is she getting the most coverage, she's also getting by far the most positive press. The question is whether the public will be swayed by this extraordinarily lopsided coverage, or will they see this as just more evidence of a partisan news media taking sides."

Eugene Vindman, the onetime military officer whose claim to fame is that he listened to complaints from his brother, Alex, about President Donald Trump's telephone conversation with Ukrainian officials and then worked in the Washington, D.C., system to make the claim that the conversation was an abuse of power, now is running for Congress.

He's attracted support from some of the extremists in Congress, like Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif.

And he's accused in a Free Beacon report of violating the law.

The brothers Vindman were the impetus behind the unfounded claims that Trump was abusing the system by asking Ukraine for an investigation of the hanky-panky going on with Hunter Biden's million-dollar payments from Burisma as well as Joe Biden's threat he would withhold a billion dollars of American help if officials didn't fire a Ukrainian prosecutor investigating that company.

Ex-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi based one of her failed impeach-and-remove attempts against President Trump on their statements.

But, in Eugene Vindman's campaign as a Democrat in Virginia's 7th congressional district, his campaign recently referred questions to an outside organization, in what the report explains is a violation of campaign law.

"Something funny happened when the Washington Free Beacon contacted the campaign of Trump whistleblower turned congressional candidate Eugene Vindman last week. Vindman, a 24-year Army veteran, says he 'served our nation in combat.' A 2019 Daily Mail piece said he 'has not seen combat.' The Free Beacon asked the campaign to explain the discrepancy," the report said.

The report noted Vindman's campaign manager, Jeremy Levinson, referred the caller to a worker for a political action committee and insisted "future questions" could be directed to the PAC worker identified as Travis Tazelaar, political director for VoteVets PAC, a leftist organization.

That group already has endorsed Vindman and donated the maximum $10,000 allowed to his campaign.

Subsequently, Tazelaar, identifying himself as political director for the PAC, issued a statement about Vindman going to Iraq as a lawyer.

"The statement was unremarkable, but the campaign's decision to use Tazelaar to handle its communications is a big deal. It baffled ethics experts, who say it is almost certainly a violation of campaign finance laws," the report said.

It explained, "As a 'hybrid PAC,' VoteVets is permitted to make $10,000 in direct contributions to Vindman, a threshold the group hit in May. Its subsequent communications work for the campaign, Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust executive director Kendra Arnold explained, is considered an 'in-kind contribution' that places VoteVets above the legal contribution limit."

Further, federal election law bans campaigns and PACs from working together, except under certain circumstances.

That makes VoteVets' role as the Vindman campaign's communication arm in violation of the law, Arnold explained.

"Super PACs and campaigns are not permitted to work together on communications, which prohibits campaigns altogether from using super PACs as vendors for communications. In my opinion, this would most certainly extend to hybrid PACs."

That opinion was like that of campaign finance and election law attorney Jason Torchinsky, who said in an interview with the Free Beacon that Vindman's campaign "would be vulnerable to an FEC complaint and possible FBI complaint as well."

Black male voters in Georgia told Sky News in a Monday video they support former President Donald Trump because of his personality and economic policy.

Trump is currently leading Vice President Kamala Harris in Georgia by 1%, according to the RealClearPolling average. The voters told Sky News U.S correspondent Mark Stone they believe Trump's bold personality, business acumen and economic track record as president make him an appealing candidate during a video taken at a Columbus, Georgia, outdoor basketball court.

One voter told Stone he is voting for Trump because "he's our best choice."

"Some people don't like it, but I think he a smart businessman," another voter said. "Some want to call him an a-hole but I think he an excellent a-hole."

Another voter noted that Trump is "real" and "don't care what you think about him."

"He gon' speak his opinion. He gon' tell you what it is," he said.

A pair of twin brothers also told Stone they plan to vote for Trump, with one noting who he'll vote for the former president after learning who was running. The other said he appreciated "tax breaks" under Trump and said his construction company was "running better" during his administration.

Other voters told Stone they do not plan to vote and one said he plans to vote for Harris after learning that she was the candidate running against Trump, who he said he would "definitely not" vote for.

Black male South Carolina voters in February similarly told MSNBC that Trump appeals to them based on economic factors and personality traits.

Trump receives 21% of the black vote in a six-way race against Harris, independent presidential candidates Cornel West and Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Green Party candidate Dr. Jill Stein and Libertarian candidate Chase Oliver, with the former president's share jumping to 26% when it is just him against the vice president, according to a Wednesday Fox News poll. The numbers are similar to a June Fox News poll of the matchup between Trump and President Joe Biden.
