Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a member of a family with decades of adherence to the Democrat party in America, on Friday suspended his campaign and threw his support behind President Donald Trump because he simply could not agree with the nation's current Democrat party.

He criticized the party for abandoning – in fact, trying to destroy – democracy with a government-tech censorship campaign that he blamed for working to try to keep him off the ballot and to put President Donald Trump in jail.

He said Trump's commitment to work to end the Ukraine-Russia war is enough, alone, for him to support this year's GOP nominee.

He said Trump has asked him to help in a new Trump administration.

He said he met multiple times with Trump and found that he and Trump agree on "many" key issues.

They still will disagree on issues, Kennedy said, but on some subjects they plan to work together, like "ending the forever wars," "ending childhood diseases," "ending censorship," "getting the intel agencies" out of the industry of spying on Americans.

He said he tried to reach out to Kamala Harris' campaign, who refused to meet with him.

WATCH:

Earlier, Kennedy's VP candidate, Nicole Shanahan, had suggested the campaign would stop, and would join forces with Trump.

The Independent said, "The most important question is how much of the Democrat or Republican vote may be freed up by a RFK Jr. exit. Just 1% of Democrats have said they are voting for RFK Jr. in YouGov's poll, compared to 3% of Republicans (including leaners). On average, a slightly higher amount of Republicans have supported him thus far. But the polls have been unable to clearly dictate whether more Biden or Trump 2020 voters have come out in support of Kennedy, with polls showing a mix of both."

It continued, "On average, various polls have shown that there is little to no change when Harris and Trump compete in a head-to-head (without third party candidates); but where there is a minimal boost, it tends to lean in favor of Trump by +1 or +2 points, not the other way around."

The analysis confirmed, "Where RFK Jr.'s decision may really matter most is the swing states. It can be difficult to pin down the RFK Jr. voters and where exactly they are most concentrated, so numbers should be taken with a pinch of salt due to polling constraints. But a Refield and Wilton poll (August 15) of 10 states shows that RFK Jr. has enjoyed a wider lead in some states than others. Specifically, he has the strongest support in New Mexico (8% of the vote), Florida (5%), Michigan (5%) and Nevada (5%)."

The Deseret News reported bluntly that Trump "will likely benefit the most" on a Kennedy move.

"A national Deseret News/HarrisX poll conducted at the beginning of August shows Kennedy languishing at the national level, with about 8% support. But he performs much better in Utah, a new Deseret News/Hinckley Institute of Politics poll conducted by HarrisX shows, where he has 15% support. Without Kennedy, Trump benefits both at the national and state level.\"

That result said without Kennedy, Trump was at 47% and Harris at 45%.

In a lengthy statement that included a detailed explanation of his dream of improving the American food supply and thus improving health across the nation, RFK said he hopes to be working in a Trump administration on that very project.

Kennedy, whose uncle John was president and father Robert F. was attorney general – before they both were assassinated – called his decision to break with the Democrat party "heart wrenching." But he said it was the Democrat party that actually left him.

He said he would leave his name on the ballot in states that are not likely to be swing states, in order for his supporters to vote for him. In swing states, he said, he'll take his name down, because to do otherwise would "likely hand the election to the Democrats."

He said Democrats used to be champions of the Constitution, champions of transparency, champions of the environment, the part of Democracy.

Not the current version.

"I left that party because it has departed so dramatically from the core values I grew up with," he said.

The party's egregious examples of failing democracy include pushing Joe Biden, with an apparent cognitive decline, under the bus to install Harris, who has not ever won any delegate vote herself.

He said in a fair system he could have won the election, but not under the current system of government censorship, unfair primaries, a media tainted by partisan agendas and more.

He said in "saving Democracy," the Democrat party actually is dismantling it.

"Lacking confidence in its candidate in a fair election at the voting booth, the DNC has continued to wage a legal warfare against Trump and myself," he said.

Regarding Harris, the current vice president, he said, "Instead of showing us her substance and character, DNC and media organizations engineered a surge in popularity based on nothing. Only smoke and mirrors."

The party, he said, uses censorship and media control as well as the "weaponization" of federal agencies in its political battles.

That long has been a concern expressed by Trump, who has been targeted over and over with lawfare criminal and civil cases, often built on flimsy grounds, assembled by Democrats under the Biden administration against him.

Kennedy said, "When a U.S. administration colludes with or outright coerces media to censor political speech, it's an attack on the very right upon which all of our other constitutional rights rest."

Media organizations, he charged, are "stenographers for the organs of power," and could have prevented "the demise of Democracy" had they remained unbiased.

He warned, "Oppressors don't censor lies. They don't fear lies. They fear the truth and that's what they censor."

"Ten Little Indians" is a 1965 British crime mystery film. The plot involves a group of 10 strangers invited to a party in the Alps who, expecting entertainment, quickly discover otherwise. Greeted by a recording from the absent host, they are told each one of them has been responsible for someone's death. One by one, just like in the children's nursery rhyme of the same name, the number of "Indians" dwindles as guests turn up dead while surviving members try to identify who their host is before they suffer a similar fate.

The film comes to mind as members of another group – formed by members of Congress and known as the "Squad" – seem to be experiencing a similar fate as their political lives, one by one, are being terminated.

The group initially consisted of four women who won congressional seats in the House in 2018. They included Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass., and Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., who all banded together to form the far-left wing of their political party. Since then, they have been joined, in 2020, by Jamaal Bowman, D-N.Y., and Cori Bush, D-Mo., and, in 2022, by Greg Casar, D-Texas, Summer Lee, D-Pa., and Delia Ramirez, D-Ill.

The Squad, which boasted "Nine Little Progressives" by 2022, has repeatedly endorsed socialist policies that burden taxpayers with providing freebies, such as tuition-free college, for supporters. Their advocacy has also brought them into conflict with members of their party who prefer to see these progressive policy beneficiaries put some skin into the game. Various Squad members have been supported by the Justice Democrats PAC and Democratic Socialists of America. Their appeal seems to be to a younger political generation.

But 2024 has not been kind to the Squad. In June's Democratic primary election, Bowman became the first member to lose his seat to a more moderate candidate. Only two months later, a second Squad member, Bush, suffered a primary defeat as well.

Bush's defeat was undoubtedly helped by her strong position against Israel in the Gaza war, which earned her opponent the financial support of the pro-Israel group AIPAC. Bush did not take her loss gracefully, threatening to work against AIPAC when she left Congress.

As a Squad member, Bush also naively promoted the effort to defund police, spending campaign funds to hire her security. It will be interesting to see once she loses access to those funds if she will continue to hire private security or choose to rely on the diminished police coverage she helped promote for the rest of us. Bush also became the subject of a Department of Justice investigation in January for using those same funds to hire her husband as part of her security team.

Just like fate took its toll in "Ten Little Indians" as group members were held accountable for their transgressions, so too are Squad members being held accountable for theirs. They have promoted outrageous policies that have negatively impacted the average citizen. Although Omar won her recent primary, we can only hope Minnesota voters in her district come to their senses for the general election.

Meanwhile, of the "Nine Little Progressives," now there remain but seven. Like the last survivors in the film, we can take some comfort in knowing they are rightfully fearing for their political survival.

Tim Walz, the leftist Minnesota governor now campaigning as Kamala Harris pick to be No. 2 on the Democrat presidential ticket this year, has revealed some hidden depths already.

For example, his repeated claims to be a retired "command sergeant major" when he never actually earned the requirements to claim that rank in retirement.

And his various claims about carrying weapons of war in war, when his military duty sent him to Italy, as a lawyer, not a combat zone.

Then there are the details of that drunken driving arrest record in Nebraska.

And his leftist ideologies, shepherding into law in his state a provision for social workers to take custody of children if their parents don't adequately push for their transgenderism.

Now there's another factor, spotted as he was walking on stage at the Democrat National Convention this week with his family, including son Gus.

He appears to jerk his son's arm, and in a not too friendly way.

See for yourself:

Social media commenters explained Walz's apparent actions with, "That's the universal grab saying 'Shut up and pretend that you're happy!" and "Definitely a non-verbal reaction fueled by some sort of rage."

Other comments:

"Not a good look."

"Seems like a moment of intense frustration and impatience."

"The real Tim showed up in that moment."

The Twitchy site, editorially, said, "Last night as the joyful Democratic National Convention where joyful Kamala Harris and joyful Democrats joyfully babbled on about how much they hate everyone who doesn't joyfully unify with them came to a joyful end, Americans were privy to something from Tim Walz that didn't look at all joyful. In fact, it looked angry and even cruel. He clearly didn't think we'd see it but someone caught this interaction … and it's honestly a little scary."

It continued, "Please note, we are in no way attacking or picking on Gus Walz, it's not his fault his dad grabbed his arm and yanked him into place in that way. We had to watch the video more than once to truly see Walz's face as he yanked his son around on that stage. … He was angry. He was maybe even enraged."

The Shroud of Turin, a mysterious linen cloth with a haunting image of a crucified man, believed by many to be the burial cloth of Jesus, is a 2,000-year-old relic, a new study reveals.

That would make it possible that it is such a significant relic, contrary to other studies that have dated it hundreds of years newer.

report from Newsweek said the journal Heritage has published a study by Italian researchers that ascribed the two-millennia-old age to the cloth.

"The Shroud, which has long been the subject of intense scrutiny, features a faint image of man that some believe is the body of Jesus miraculously imprinted onto the cloth. While the latest study does not discuss the question of whether or not the artifact was indeed Jesus' burial shroud, the authors did find that its age is roughly consistent with his time," the report explained.

A radiocarbon study done in the 1980s suggested the linen dates to the 1200s or 1300s A.D., which would be about the time of the artifact's first appearance in France, the report said.

But experts who worked on the study outlined by Heritage said the tests might have been flawed due to contamination of the tested material.

The report explained the newest details: "Such arguments revolving the contamination hypothesis have previously been challenged as well. In the Heritage study, lead researcher Liberato De Caro, from the Institute of Crystallography in Italy, and colleagues employed a novel method for dating ancient linen threads by inspecting their structural degradations using a technique known as Wide-Angle X-ray Scattering. This was applied to a small sample from the Shroud, which currently resides in the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in Turin, Italy."

The study said the results showed the cloth was "compatible" with results from other linens dating to about 55-74 A.D.

The report said since the results differ from the conclusions of earlier carbon-dating, more tests are needed.

WND columnist Jerry Newcombe this year reported on the cloth, 14 feet by 3 feet, that "contains the image of a man who was badly scourged, was crucified, wore a crown of thorns and was stabbed in the chest with a Roman lance. Of course, all of these wounds fit what the Bible says happened to Jesus. Is the Shroud of Turin Jesus' actual 'clean linen shroud' given to Him in death by Joseph of Arimathea?"

He reported at the time experts, like the late Alan Whanger, M.D., of Duke Medical Center, confirmed the Shroud is "the most intensely studied single object in existence. There are probably 67 different fields of scientific and academic interests that have looked into the Shroud in one way in another."

Further, he confirmed it is scientific proof "something so extraordinary happened that there doesn't seem to be anything else in human history that would fit."

Newcombe also reported on a challenge:

"British filmmaker David Rolfe issued a million-dollar challenge: Make an accurate replica with the means available to a supposed Medieval forger, and you can win a million dollars."

The deadline for that challenge already has passed.

It was The Shroud of Turin Research Project that already has confirmed the image "is that of a real human form of a scourged, crucified man. It is not the product of an artist."

Further, the image is a photographic negative, 500 years before photography was developed.

Also, WND reported several years back that a researcher explained how the Carbon-14 dating used on the linen was faulty. The testing apparently used material that was used to repair the Shroud after a fire in the 16th century.

Those who suggest it is Jesus' burial cloth have explained the image was embedded into the fibers by a process that has not yet been explained, possibly a surge of energy.

Matthew 27:57-60 records: "When the even was come, there came a rich man of Arimathaea, named Joseph, who also himself was Jesus' disciple: He went to Pilate, and begged the body of Jesus. Then Pilate commanded the body to be delivered. And when Joseph had taken the body, he wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, And laid it in his own new tomb, which he had hewn out in the rock: and he rolled a great stone to the door of the sepulchre, and departed."

The Shroud is a sepia-colored cloth woven in a three-to-one herringbone twill composed of flax fibrils with the front and the back image of a naked man with his hands folded across his groin.

Other researchers have said there are bloodstains that came from someone who was suffering extreme injury and pain.

"Freedom of speech is a principal pillar of a free government: When this support is taken away, the constitution of a free society is dissolved, and tyranny is erected on its ruins. Republics and limited monarchies derive their strength and vigor from a popular examination into the action of the magistrates," Founding Father Benjamin Franklin, the Pennsylvania Gazette.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances." – The Constitution of the United States of America.

The Founding Fathers gave America a gift when they wrote the Constitution. By ensuring the rights of all Americans are protected and valued, the U.S. remains to this day, a beacon of hope and freedom.

The United Kingdom, on the other hand, is nose–diving into authoritarianism after a plethora of anti-free speech laws, geared towards citizens with opposing political beliefs, is putting dissidents into prison, while degenerates and pedophiles who partake in child pornography are set free.

In 2022, then Prime Minister Boris Johnson introduced a new "bill of rights," which was presented to the public in such a way to make it appear to protect the free speech of British citizens. However, the bill contained a clause – the laws created by ministers would be exempt, it would not protect the people from threats posed by the government, and would in actual fact, extinguish government accountability.

Online threats of violence, encouraging self–harm, and transmitting deep fake pornography became illegal in 2023, when the U.K. government passed another controversial law, the "Online Safety Act," which was pitched as a way to protect children from pornography, cyberbullying, and harassment.

However, the act created the new offense of "false communication," which would include sharing any information the government deems "misinformation." Such "misinformation" would include sharing anything negative surrounding Muslim grooming–gangs or the COVID–19 pandemic, its subsequent vaccines, and its lockdowns.

Both laws ride on the back of the Public Order Act 1986, which is "an act to abolish the common law offenses of riot, rout, unlawful assembly and affray and certain statutory offenses relating to public order; to create new offenses relating to public order; to control public processions and assemblies; to control the stirring up of racial hatred."

According to a report from the National Review, Britain is in the grip of two–tier policing, and a two–tier justice system.

Online "right-wing" social media users accused of "publishing online material intended to stir racial hatred," have been sentenced to prison terms of three years. Meanwhile, a man who murdered a 14-year-old boy with a machete, received a 6-month sentence.

The report published dozens of examples of depraved criminals – whose crimes include sharing thousands of images of children being abused – being dismissed from their cases or handed lenient, short sentences; while the smallest internet infractions that are perceived as "inciting violence," are being punished severely.

In late July, an unprovoked knife attack that killed three young girls and injured eight others at a dance class in Southport, England, sparked riots against immigration, which resulted in the arrest of over 1,000 people. According to the BBC, 139 individuals received an immediate sentence, with an average prison term of two years.

While the guise of public safety has been used in the passing of these laws, underneath they are designed to silence dissent, squash freedom of expression, and eliminate those who might complain about anything the government does, including the Islamic takeover which has become prevalent over the past decade in the U.K., and Europe.

The "rioters" have already been threatened with violence by Islamic gangs within the prison system.

The police do not show up when Islamists in Britain are protesting en masse, brandishing weapons, calling for violence against Israel, disrupting traffic, and burning the British flag.

Even Muslims are tired of the Islamists who move to the U.K. and refuse to integrate or assimilate.

Activist Tommy Robinson has spent years exposing the Islamic pedophile grooming gangs – who trafficked over 1,400 young English girls into sex slavery. Robinson was issued a gag order, bankrupted by the courts, and threatened with solitary confinement three years ago for a documentary he made about the situation with Islamist migrants, and the mainstream media's lies.

In his new documentary titled "Silenced," Robinson explains how a school–yard incident between two 15–year–old boys was overblown into an alleged racist attack, when the media found out the boy being accosted with a bottle of water was a Syrian refugee. The news became so big, former British Prime Minister Theresa May spoke about the incident at the G20 Summit.

Robinson exposed the story for what it was – fake outrage, and nothing more than a spat between two boys that was being used to push an agenda to further squash free speech. School staff and witnesses alleged the Syrian boy was actually a known bully, and further alleged he had assaulted girls on more than one occasion.

Secretly interviewing the head teacher, along with other staff, it was disclosed the local council (headed by the relative of a well-known Mufti) had forced them to sign non–disclosure agreements, and it was confirmed by Kirklees Council's own documents, they had spent close to 275,000 pounds in taxpayer money, to keep people silent. The head teacher ultimately lost his teaching position.

"They've spent money silencing everybody, so nobody can ever, this is forever once you sign that agreement, no one can ever tell the truth. While they push this manufactured lie, that destroyed lives, schools, communities, everyone's life," Robinson states in his documentary.

English school students who dare question classroom lessons about Islam, are labeled as racists, and are being suspended from school.

The full video of London protests, in which the demonstrators were labeled "Far–Right" by the BBC, shows the growing dissatisfaction of British citizens with their government, and the continuous gaslighting it engages in.

The 20-year-old sniper who tried to assassinate President Donald Trump at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania last month, now dead at the hands of police, was using a multitude of overseas messaging apps – all encrypted, according to a new report.

The Daily Wire said it was Rep. Mike Waltz, R-Fla., who is on a congressional committee investigating that planned violence, who reported the unusual aspect of the online life of Thomas Matthew Crooks.

"Why does a 19-year-old kid who is a health care aide need encrypted platforms not even based in the United States, but based abroad, where most terrorist organizations know it is harder for our law enforcement to get into? That's a question I've had since day one," he explained to reporters at the time.

The report noted the retired Green Beret then "ripped the FBI and Secret Service for not releasing more information from the investigations into the attempted assassination."

Crooks, from the roof of an unguarded building adjacent to Trump's rally, actually got off multiple shots at Trump, with one grazing his ear.

Trump was blanketed by the Secret Service but immediately got up, raising his fist in the air and shouting, "Fight, fight, fight," in what almost certainly will become one of the most recognized photographic images of the decade.

Waltz explained the investigators have not "learned that much" about Crooks' accounts, but he did reveal they were based in Belgium, Germany, and New Zealand.

The New York Post said the apps allow for text messages to travel through and be encrypted so that only can be read on a recipient's device.

"They need to be releasing information as they come across it because this wasn't an isolated incident," he said. "The threats are continually Iran's threats."

There have been confirmed reports that Iran was trying to orchestrate an attempt on Trump's life just at the Time Crooks' fired his shots.

The congressional committee has 13 members, including seven Republicans, and already has questioned leaders of the Secret Service and the FBI over the security failures that day.

The battles the Democrats are choosing to fight in court this election year are raising alarm bells about the integrity of the coming November vote, according to an analysis published in the Washington Examiner.

For example, the Biden-Harris Department of Justice is demanding "more lenient" mail-in voting rules in Ohio and Alabama, and it is suing to have more Spanish-speaking poll workers in the "border state" of Rhode Island.

Also, it has gone to the Supreme Court to try to give voters in Arizona permission to request absentee ballots without proof of citizenship.

The government has had the right to enter state election matters since the Voting Rights Act, a plan to make sure black Americans had an equal ability to vote.

But under the direction of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, the presumed Democrat nominee for president, "the DOJ has become more vocal about elections and made a concerted effort to expand access to voting, an entirely opposite approach from the Trump administration. The activity aligns with Democrats' broader claims that Republicans want to make voting harder, which Democrats claim can disenfranchise voters or discriminate against racial minorities."

Republicans long have wanted to make it easier to vote, but harder to cheat in elections, the foundation for their work to have voters provide identification as U.S. citizens before they are allowed to vote.

The report noted Chad Ennis, of the Honest Elections Project, noted the threat that arises from lax ballot access.

"They'll couch it in under the guise of expanding voting rights, but it's really, almost without fail, an attack on common sense rules to help make sure the elections run smoothly and fairly and accurately," he told the Examiner.

During recent elections Republicans have been sounding alarms over vote fraud, and Joe Biden's election in 2020 was after multiple states had expanded voting "access" rules because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

President Donald Trump subsequently attributed his election results to those changes, often made without the authorization of state legislatures by Democrat election officials.

Courts repeatedly rejected cases challenging those changes, although most of the decisions were based on issues such as standing, and most never reached any actual conclusion about the validity of vote fraud claims.

The Biden-Harris DOJ eventually attacked Trump himself, with an indictment on claims his challenges to the election results were illegal, but that case largely is unraveling. It was part of a multi-case lawfare strategy the Democrats launched in the hope they could find a sympathetic jury and judge to put Trump behind bars before he could defeat the incumbent Biden, who now has been replaced by Democrat party elites with Harris.

In Arizona, Democrats are asking the Supreme Court to let stand a lower court decision banning a voting requirement that addresses the threat posed by illegal aliens voting.

Republicans say they want to prevent foreigners from voting in a critical battleground state that has been flooded, under the current administration's open borders policies, with illegal aliens.

Since voters are "registered" in Arizona by the check of a box on a form, the GOP claims it's reasonable to have that affirmed.

"We know how people sometimes fill out forms, either by accident … sometimes, we've seen this in states, that the box doesn't get checked. People still get registered because of clerical errors," Ennis said. "So, requiring documented proof of citizenship is not a big deal. If Arizona wants to do it, they should be able to do it."

Gineen Bresso, an election integrity official for the Trump campaign, explained that the Biden-Harris administration willfully has ignored the crisis of illegal aliens and instead has been trying to make it easier for foreigners to vote.

"It is illegal for non-citizens to vote, and Arizona should be allowed to enforce the law," Bresso said in the Examiner analysis.

It explained Trump's DOJ fought over elections, too, but the priorities were different then.

For instance, it was involved in some 30 cases to protect military members' ability to vote and clean up voter rolls.

"Under Biden and Harris, the DOJ has pursued more than four dozen cases for a wide array of reasons, which have included stripping away restrictions on absentee ballots in multiple states," the analysis said.

The gap remains, with Republicans seeking state laws that weed out foreign voters and Democrats wanting an open path for voting.

The report noted, "House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., drilled down on this point in a call with reporters Tuesday night, saying he has campaigned in more than 170 cities across the country and that the matter is Republican voters' greatest concern, particularly when it comes to noncitizens voting."

He said, "I can tell you the first or second question in every single public forum, no matter where I am in the country, is about election security. And people are deeply concerned that illegals are going to participate in this election cycle and throw off the results, and we can't tell them with any degree of confidence that that's not going to happen."

A speaker at an event for the Black Caucus, during the Democrat National Convention in Chicago this week, has said, stunningly, "The quiet part out loud."

Listen to Mark Thompson, who was urging attendees to behave, carefully, until the coming Nov. 5 election day, is history.

Thompson, known for a podcast called "Make It Plain," told listeners to stay composed. And then…

"We got 70 days to act right, y'all. Now, after 70 days, we can go back to acting crazy, right?" he said.

A posting at RVM News said, "The comments appeared to suggest that supporters should avoid any actions that could potentially harm the Democratic Party's prospects until after the election. When someone off-camera referenced the DNC chant 'We're not going back,' Thompson humorously responded, 'I hope not, but for those who got to, just wait 70 days to go back, please. Be good.'"

The confession was noticed.

U.S. House Rep. Laurel Lee, R–Fla., slammed the Biden administration for attempting to shift the blame for the crisis at the southern border onto the GOP and former President Donald Trump.

At the Democratic National Convention, President Joe Biden implied during his address that the border crisis was Trump's fault because Trump called senators to nix his bi-partisan border bill.

During an interview with Maria Bartiromo, Fox News host of "Mornings with Maria," the congresswoman stated it was the Biden-Harris administration that allowed the crisis to happen in the first place when they ended Trump-era policies.

"The person who is lying about the reality on the southern border, is very clearly President Biden, and the American people see this. They understand that it's the last three and a half years, and the lawless policies of the Biden–Harris administration that have led us to this day," Lee told Bartiromo.

Lee noted that Biden put an end to Trump's "Migrant Protection Protocols," also known as the "Remain in Mexico" policy.

"So, there are two things that are important here, the first is that Joe Biden immediately upon taking office, suspended the policies that we know were working from the Trump administration, remained in Mexico, and this absolute corruption of the asylum system is what led us to the chaos that we see at the southern border."

In 2020, there were 20,000 migrants processed under the Remain in Mexico program. By the end of 2021, the U.S. Solicitor General told the Supreme Court that the Department of Homeland Security processed more than 671,000 migrants under the traditional process.

"He designated Kamala Harris as his border czar and put her in charge of getting control of what was happening down there. And the American people know what happened next, the millions of people crossing, the known people from the terror watch list, the human trafficking, fentanyl, the absolute disaster in his failure of leadership, and his failure to respect the law," Lee said.

Bartiromo added Biden said on Day One in office that he was going to stop all deportations. Lee responded by saying Biden is now trying to shift the blame for the border to House Republicans and Trump.

"Well, I think what he's doing now is trying to shift blame to House Republicans and President Trump, and that is an absurdity. So in addition to the power that he had to act by executive order, House Republicans sent the strongest border bill in a generation over to the Senate, where Senate Democrats failed to act," Lee said.

According to a 2021 report from Fox News, Customs and Border Patrol data show assault and domestic crimes committed by illegal migrants shot up by 400%, while homicides or manslaughter convictions committed by illegal migrants increased by 1,900% over the previous year of 2020.

"The American citizens, these innocent people who have been victims of crime, as a consequence of our absolute failure to vet and control the type of people who are coming here. This administration doesn't even know who they are, or where they are, and they've produced no plan for identifying these people or for keeping Americans safe," Lee said.

Lee is on the House Judiciary Committee, and the Homeland Security Committee, and said through her experience on those committees, she is expecting an uptick in gang violence if Harris wins the election this November.

"What we know is that when we fail to secure our border, the Mexican drug cartel will take control, and that is exactly what has happened. We know of over 400 people from the terror watch list who have entered this country. That's just the ones we know about. It poses a grave threat to our domestic security in America," Lee said.

Lee added the only solution to this problem is to reelect Trump.

"We've allowed them to come in, we failed to keep track of where they are, so absolutely, there is a grave threat to the security of our country, and it is one that they have not got under control. We need to put President Trump back in the White House, and return to those policies that will keep our border secure," Lee said.

Biden made a plethora of false claims during his DNC speech, and repeatedly called Trump a liar, despite the data proving otherwise.

"I never thought I would stand in front of a crowd of Democrats, and refer to the president as a liar so many times. No, I'm not trying to be funny, it's sad. Trump continues to lie about the border. Here's what he won't tell you, Trump killed the strongest bi-partisan border deal in the history of the United States," Biden said, "That we negotiated with the Senate Republicans in four weeks. Once it passed, they never acknowledged those expansive border changes in American history. He called senators to say 'Don't support the bipartisan bill,' he said it would help me politically, and hurt him politically. My God."

Biden took credit for the recent drop in encounters, however, the executive order he enacted in June, is very similar to Trump's remain-in-Mexico policy – the same policy Biden ended on his first day in office.

"Typically Trump once again putting himself first, and America last. I had to take executive action, and the result of the executive action I took was – that border encounters have dropped by over 50% there are fewer border crossings today than when Donald Trump left office, and unlike Trump, we will not demonize immigrants, saying they're the poison of blood of America. Poison the blood of our country. Kamala and I are committed to strengthening legal immigration, including protecting DREAMERS and more," Biden said.

A report from the Homeland Security Committee published in May 2024, details how the Biden administration officials are on track to hit 10 million illegal migrant encounters by the end of the fiscal year.

Liberty Counsel has announced it is bringing a free speech fight to the Idaho Army National Guard demanding the organization "restore" the career of an infantry officer who was removed from command and illegally pressured to resign because of a soldier's complaints about the officer's statements regarding his personal Christian beliefs.

The statements were made as the officer explained on his private social media his perspectives on gender ideology and the sexualization of children. The officer argued against graphic and obscene children's books in a library, "drag" events in libraries and schools and said "no child is born in the wrong body."

He also objected to "the medical mutilation of gender-confused children."

The comments upset a "subordinate senior enlisted man" who promptly complained about being offended.

"I feel like I have been discriminated against because of my sexual orientation and that is [sic] has caused a hostile work environment. The purpose of this complaint is to bring to your attention several instances in which I believe I have faced discriminatory treatment based on my sexual orientation. I am deeply concerned about the hostile and prejudiced behavior I have experienced, which has adversely affected my well-being, work performance, and overall sense of belonging within the workplace/organization," the complaint claimed.

The subordinate, who "claims to be homosexual," prompted the National Guard's negative actions against the officer, Liberty Counsel said.

Liberty Counsel's first intervention in the case has been to notify Gov. Brad Little of the free speech violations.

"In this instance, the Idaho Army National Guard has violated the First Amendment, Religious Freedom Restoration Act, the Idaho Constitution, and the Free Exercise of Religious Protection Act. In addition, it has become evident that this military branch seeks to implement a policy of discrimination against the religious beliefs of enlisted personnel," the legal team explained.

The solution, it said, is for the "Idaho Army National Guard must 'unsubstantiate' the discriminatory investigating officer's findings and recommendations; reject the discriminatory policy regarding religious speech; dismiss the frivolous subordinate senior enlisted man's complaint and restore the officer's career."

The subordinate's complaint also said, "I must emphasize that this has created an uncomfortable, unsafe, and a hostile work environment, making it increasingly challenging for me to perform my duties effectively. With the active ties to the extremist/hate group, it makes me feel threatened and unsafe. All the posts on his social media and how public he is about his hate towards individuals like me and my family. Not just for me but for my husband and my child."

The legal team explained as a Christian, the officer "believes all people are made in God's image and have inherent dignity and are worthy of respect. He is committed to serving those under his command, regardless of political or religious disagreements, and would give his life in defense of his state and nation."

The National Guard removed him from command because of the feelings of offense expressed by the subordinate.

Then officials pressured him to quit, and shortly after launched a formal investigation "based on the unconstitutional complaint."

It took a year, but that resulted in a recommendation he be permanently barred from command. Further, the investigating officer revealed his perspective of enlisted personnel "who hold traditional moral values" are "extremists."

Liberty Counsel Founder and Chairman Mat Staver said, "Gov. Brad Little must ensure that the Idaho Army National Guard uphold federal and state law and protect the free speech of enlisted personnel. This discrimination against an officer based on a frivolous complaint must be addressed and his record cleared and career restored."

The names of the case participants were not immediately released.
