A producer/writer for an MSNBC show has confirmed that the network is doing "all they can" to elect Kamala Harris.
The confirmation of what many Americans already believe, that legacy media is more or less a branch of the Democrat Party already, comes from Basel Hamdan, who works on the "Ayman" show for MSNBC.
His comments were captured by the O'Keefe Media Group, run by investigative reporter James O'Keefe.
OMG reports Hamdan was asked, by an undercover journalist, "what the network has done to assist the Kamala Harris campaign."

The People's Republic of China is accused of continuing its bully tactics in the South China Sea after it allegedly crashed government-owned vessels into a Vietnamese fishing boat. Seven of the 10 fishermen onboard were assaulted and injured, while three sustained severe injuries, resulting in broken limbs.
A pair of Chinese ships more than 300 feet long from the Hainan-based Sansha City Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau pursued and attacked the fishing vessels, with those on board saying they were assaulted by approximately 40 people over a three-hour period. The attackers stole more than six tons of the vessel's catch, according to VOA.
Vietnam slammed China in a statement issued by the Vietnamese Foreign Ministry calling the act, which took place on Sunday in the highly disputed Paracel Islands, "brutal."
Spokesperson Pham Thu Hang said Hanoi opposes the brutal behavior of Chinese law enforcement forces towards Vietnamese fishermen and fishing vessels.
"Vietnam is extremely concerned about, discontented with, and resolutely opposes the Chinese law enforcement force's brutal behaviors towards the Vietnamese fishermen," Hang said.
Hang further demanded China respect Vietnam's sovereignty over the Hoàng Sa archipelago, the Vietnamese name for the Paracel Islands.
"The Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs has sternly communicated with the Chinese Embassy in Hanoi, strongly opposed the above mentioned acts by the Chinese law enforcement force and demanded China to fully respect Vietnam's0 sovereignty over the Hoàng Sa archipelago, quickly investigate and announce results to the Vietnamese side, and not repeat similar acts," Hang said.
Chinese officials denied they had attacked the Vietnamese fishing vessels, and in a statement sent to Reuters, said the vessels had not gained permission from Beijing to fish in that area, and the Chinese vessels had simply taken measures to stop them, citing the measures were "professional and restrained" and further stated "no injuries were found."
According to China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the relationship between China and Vietnam, officially, has steadily increased after the nations signed a strategic partnership of cooperation in 2013.
"Positive progress was made in boundary negotiations. The heads of boundary negotiation teams of the two governments met several times for in-depth exchange of views on ways to appropriately address the disputes over the South China Sea … The two sides also agreed to continue to advance cooperation in areas such as marine environmental protection, marine scientific research, maritime search and rescue, disaster prevention and mitigation and maritime connectivity," the ministry said.
Despite this positive spin, the "positive progress" between China and Vietnam has continued to deteriorate, as China increasingly becomes more aggressive and violent toward any non-Chinese vessels in the South China Sea. China claims the majority of the region through its "dashed line" which overlaps the sovereign borders of not only Vietnam, but also several other countries bordering the South China Sea, including the Philippines, Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia, and Taiwan.
The Paracel Islands, which are surrounded by rich fishing grounds and potential oil and gas reserves, are approximately 250 miles off the coast of Vietnam and 220 miles off the coast of mainland China. While both nations claim ownership of the islands, China has been rapidly expanding its occupation, which began in 1956, over the past 10 years.
According to high-resolution satellite images published by the Diplomat in 2015, China was expanding runways and airport facilities only two years after signing a cooperation agreement with Vietnam, and has added new land through reclamation on Woody Island. The Paracel Islands is home to a Chinese military garrison which was built on top of a landfill, and reinforced with a concrete seawall.
In May 2023, tensions reached a boiling point after a Chinese research ship, along with five escorts, entered into waters within Vietnam's economic exclusion zone. The Chinese vessel installed buoys in the waters near the Spratly Islands, another highly-contested area near the coast of the Philippines – which the Philippines also claims sovereignty over. Vietnam demanded the Chinese leave its economic exclusion zone.
China has increased its aggression towards the Philippines in recent months, repeatedly clashing with Philippine Coast Guard ships, and going as far as using bladed weapons and spears against those onboard. Chinese vessels have also intercepted the Philippines from restocking naval ships stationed at Sabina Shoal, which is situated within the Spratly Islands about 60 miles off the coast of the Philippines.
In early September, China was caught ramming a Philippine coast guard vessel while a 60 Minutes news crew was on board the ship. Around 14 Chinese vessels surrounded the lone coast guard ship. An international tribunal at the Hague ruled in 2016 the shoal and the islands were all within the Philippines economic exclusion zone, however, China refused to recognize the ruling and deemed the area to have been its territory "since ancient times."
During an interview with the Philippines Secretary of National Defense Gilbert Teodoro, 60 Minutes producer and host Jacqueline Williams asked Teodoro what has changed between China and the Philippines.
"I think what's changed is the determination of the Philippines to say no … and they don't like it … The proverbial schoolyard bully is the best example of what China is. You know, it just muscles you over," Teodor told 60 Minutes.

A newly released congressional report reveals that the United States is facing 1.7 million "threats" because of the open borders practices of the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris agenda.
The Democrats, on taking office, immediately trashed dozens of executive orders from President Donald Trump that has raised the level of security along America's southern border, and were working to minimum access by illegal aliens, and more.
The result has been millions of those illegals crossing into the U.S. and now demanding benefits from the taxpayers, at a cost that runs into the hundreds of billions of dollars.
It was the House Judiciary Committee and its Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement that released "The Biden-Harris Border Crisis: At Least 1.7 Million Potential National Security Threats."
It explains how under "border czar Kamala Harris' watch," the threat from "special interest aliens" has grown exponentially.
"Under the Biden-Harris Administration, U.S. Customs and Border Protection has encountered more than 1.7 million special interest aliens – meaning aliens from 26 countries that DHS has determined pose the greatest national security and counterintelligence threats to the United States. The special interest countries include Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Nigeria, Syria, and Turkey," the report explained.
"In another instance of the national security threat posed by the open southwest border, the Biden-Harris Administration released Mohammad Kharwin, an illegal alien on the terror watchlist, into the United States twice. According to media reports, Kharwin is an alleged member of Hezb-e-Islami, a group that was responsible for attacks in Afghanistan that killed at least nine American soldiers and civilians. Although a terrorist watchlist record was created for Kharwin in 2018, a name discrepancy in the record meant that Border Patrol agents released Kharwin into the country in 2023 despite suspecting he was on the terrorist watchlist."
The report said, "The terrorist threat to the United States has skyrocketed due to the Biden-Harris administration's dangerous open-borders policies. As just one example, of the more than 250 illegal aliens on the terrorist watchlist who were encountered by Border Patrol at the southwest border between fiscal years 2021 and 2023, [the Biden-Harris Department of Homeland Security (DHS)] has released into American communities at least 99, with at least 34 others in DHS custody but not yet removed from the United States," the report said.
Worse, though, is the fact, "the Biden-Harris administration has sought to conceal the real consequences of its disastrous policies. In September 2024, a former senior Border Patrol official told Congress that he was ordered to 'not release any information' on the increase of special interest aliens—aliens from countries considered to be a threat to national security or counterintelligence—'or mention any of the arrests' because, in his words, the Biden-Harris administration 'was trying to convince the public there was no threat at the border.'"
The report noted, that in addition to the "more than 1.7 million special interest aliens" that have been identified, the Democrats have allowed in illegals from China, North Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Mauritania, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Venezuela.
"In addition to releasing into the United States illegal aliens who the Biden-Harris administration knew were on the terrorist watchlist at the time of their release, the administration also has released illegal aliens into the country that it only later confirmed had potential terrorist ties," the report said.
Congress wrote, "This interim staff report highlights how potential national security and counterintelligence threats from around the world have exploited the Biden-Harris administration's open-borders policies. There can be no doubt that the surge of illegal aliens into the country during the Biden-Harris administration has weakened our national security and made our communities more vulnerable to those who seek to do us harm."

Now, what about the other candidate?
The opposing presidential hopeful has actually been at the pinnacle of power for almost the last four years, occupying your country's second highest leadership position. As such, this person has been instrumental in formulating and implementing the very policies now crippling your nation – including, for example, being specifically designated as "border czar." And yet, instead of protecting your nation, this leader has perversely acted to enable the never-ending invasion, and indeed intends to transform massive numbers of illegals into voting members of the nation's electorate, while supporting them financially with your tax dollars.
And yet, a strange blindness pervades the nation.
For although your uniquely free country was founded on the traditional cultural, economic and constitutional values espoused by the first candidate, something like half of the voting population is mysteriously inclined to choose the other. Yet many respected analysts and historians claim that, if elevated from vice president to president, this latter candidate would destroy the country, perhaps permanently. They fear this person's irrational, self-destructive policies, coupled with radical-left political beliefs and excruciating weakness and unseriousness on a highly volatile world stage dominated by dictators and psychopaths, could well bring about a nuclear World War III.
The question then is why? Why is there any doubt as to who is the more worthy candidate?
It's almost as though the nation is caught up in a dystopian science-fiction plot reminiscent of Orwell's "1984," where clearly nonsensical dogmas, including "War is peace," "Freedom is slavery" and "Ignorance is strength," not to mention "2+2=5," become mandatory, must-believe "truths" of the ruling socialist regime.
Does that seem like an exaggerated comparison?
Cutting through today's 2+2=5 narrative
Consider that Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democrats' 2024 presidential candidate, is now claiming, in public speeches, in televised and online ads and even in September's ABC-moderated debate, that Donald Trump opposes policing the southern border, while she has worked diligently to secure the border.
This is every bit as eye-rollingly untrue and insane as "2+2=5."
It's time for Americans everywhere to wake up from the media-propagated nightmare in which they have been living for the last four years. 2+2=4. Not 5.
Donald Trump – despite continual attacks and daily media defamation, two failed impeachment attempts and never-ending hoaxes (remember "Russian collusion!") – led the country well. He protected the border, revitalized the nation's military, kept the U.S. out of any new wars, made America energy-independent, cut taxes, got the economy roaring with a super-low 1.4% inflation rate and gasoline under $2 per gallon. Groceries, housing and other core necessities were within the reach of most Americans. Real wages were rising, and Trump ushered in the lowest unemployment rates in decades, including the lowest black unemployment rate ever recorded. He nominated, and saw confirmed, three Supreme Court justices who honor the U.S. Constitution, as well as 234 similarly right-thinking federal judges. He maintained peace in the Middle East, both via the Abraham Accords and by withholding funds from the Mideast's prime terrorism sponsor, Iran. Indeed, Trump restrained not only Iran, but China and Russia from attacking neighboring countries.
In stark contrast, Kamala Harris, as vice president of the United States, working in the west wing of the White House, has been formulating and implementing her and President Joe Biden's policies full-bore since January 2021. In every area of life and policy, with virtually no exceptions, she has made America a worse, poorer, angrier, more violent, more conflicted and much more dangerous and unhappy place to live, work and raise a family.
She and Biden did this largely by pursuing policies opposite to Trump's: Whereas Trump built hundreds of miles of border wall, Biden and Harris threw the border wide open, allowing the shocking invasion that is now devastating America. Whereas Trump denied money to Iran, Biden-Harris released a total of $16 billion to the radical Islamic theocracy, which promptly funded Hamas' appalling terror war on Israel starting on Oct. 7, 2023. Whereas Trump made America a net exporter of oil for the first time in 75 years, Biden-Harris shut down the Keystone XL pipeline on their very first day in office. It's the same in almost every other area of domestic and foreign policy.
All of this is a matter of objective fact and not really debatable by honest and informed people. It's self-evident … like 2+2=4.
Unfortunately, the purveyors of America's "2+2=5" gospel – that is, the major news media, who daily violate their sacred responsibility to report truthfully on crucial issues and events – have been extolling and covering up for Harris and her running mate, Gov. Tim Walz, while simultaneously lying about and attacking Trump and his VP pick, Sen. J.D. Vance, at every turn.
But even a complicit news establishment cannot hide truth forever.
For the problem with Kamala Harris is not really her notorious cackling, or her undecipherable "word salads," or even the fact that she is extraordinarily unlikable and mean. Indeed, more than 90% of Harris' White House staffers quit in the first three years, according to the Washington Post, which interviewed 18 current and former Harris staffers, who describe working conditions in her office with phrases ranging from "uncomfortable" to "soul-destroying."
Going a little deeper, the problem with Harris is not, ultimately, even her astonishing 180-degree reversals on major policy positions on issues crucial to the well-being and survival of the nation – from fracking, to gun confiscation, to socialized medicine, to defunding the police, to building a border wall and much more. These whiplash-inducing total reversals are manifestations of something deeper still.
The real and ultimate issue with Harris, and with Walz – beyond even their neo-Marxist political ideology, their lust for power and today's totally corrupt Democratic Party politics – is whether they and their agendas are serving good or evil, freedom or slavery, life or death, God or Satan. Stay with me here.
Consider: When a presidential and vice-presidential candidate are enthusiastically advocating surgical amputation of the healthy breasts and/or genitals of countless confused, emotionally distraught children too young to drive a car or purchase cigarettes, procedures known to multiply the rate of adolescent suicide seven-fold;
When they conspire to enable these horrendous surgeries even when the children's own parents desperately object to it (as governor, Walz signed a bill last year turning Minnesota into a "sanctuary state" for mutilating child sex-change surgeries, effectively eliminating the need for parental consent);
When these leaders are enthusiastic cheerleaders for crushing, dismembering limb-by-limb and then ripping beautiful, pain-feeling human infants out of their mothers' wombs (that's the most common late abortion method, "Dilation and Evacuation" or D&E, but others are equally gruesome), right up to the time of delivery – which is identical to the heinous crime of infanticide, literally the murder of babies;
When leaders intentionally promote the all-out foreign invasion of America, including the sex-trafficking of untold thousands of helpless children at the hands of cartels and pedophiles;
When leaders deliberately create runaway inflation by wildly irresponsible levels of government spending, which is identical to raiding the bank accounts of every family in America and stealing (on average) $28,000 from each, you are – as Robert F. Kennedy Jr. recently affirmed – no longer talking about "your father's Democratic Party."
You're talking about very deep delusion. You're talking about genuine madness. You're talking about desecration and destruction of all that is good, decent and sacred.
In a word, you're talking about EVIL.
And yet … apparently half the country thinks Kamala Harris is exciting and "joyful" and caring and fresh. They revel in the fact that she'd be the "first woman president ever!" And that she's even a "woman of color!" How cool is that!
They've simultaneously been convinced by the most shamefully dishonest and corrupt news establishment in American history that Donald Trump is another Adolf Hitler – or at the very least, a racist-fascist-insurrectionist-dictator who insists there are "very fine" Nazis, and that he is, as Joe Biden calls Trump, "the greatest threat to our democracy." No wonder he is the target of repeated assassination attempts.
Now here's a news flash for you: Just as most establishment media entities have become nothing more than professional propagandists and politically motivated liars who exist to defame and destroy Donald Trump, so are they likewise disingenuous about Kamala Harris. That's right: The entire media love affair with Kamala Harris is pretend. They know she's awful.

The Biden-Harris administration has orchestrated its open border practices to set up circumstances that are costing American taxpayers in the range of $150 billion to help aliens, millions of them illegally in America.
Per year.
And that's left coffers dry when citizens, facing the loss of everything because of Hurricane Helene, need a hand up.
The anger over the decisions at the executive level in the federal government that allowed that situation to develop is more than simmering: Sometimes it's erupting in outright rage.
It was Newsweek only months ago that estimated the "ongoing border crisis" under the Biden-Harris mismanagement was seeing 5,000 illegals released into the U.S. per day.
The costs? Estimated at $150.7 billion for just one year.
Now a member of the Biden-Harris team is pointing out, in a report in the Daily Caller News Foundation, that there's no money left to help Americans hurt by Helene.
Specifically, the report noted Homeland Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas now is complaining to the public that the Federal Emergency Management Agency gave more than $1 billion for a special migrant help program over the last two years, and "now it is running out of cash for disaster relief."
The report said Mayorkas' department continues giving "humanitarian services to noncitizen migrants" even though resources are running short for Helene victims.
It was Kamala Harris who has just announced that the government will be coming to victims' aid with checks … for $750.
Meanwhile, FEMA's disbursements through a "Shelter and Services Program" show it is dishing out cash for "shelter, food, transportation, acute medical care and personal hygiene supplies" for illegals.
"Let's go and point out the obvious which is that FEMA had utilized a large majority of the personnel who should be here taking care of this to be replaced or repurposed for immigration resettlement when we need to be focusing on Americans whether it be in Maui, Palestine, Ohio, Florida, North Carolina, or Tennessee," Republican Florida Rep. Cory Mills said.
That report charged that FEMA alone actually spent more than $363 million on migrants in just 2023.
But from Helene, so far, there have been reports of 191 fatalities and entire communities wiped out because of the destruction from the category 4 hurricane that came ashore just a week ago.
Damage estimates are beyond $35 billion.
Mayorkas now announced, "FEMA does not have the funds to make it through the season."
The report noted under Biden-Harris, FEMA also has spent money on "climate resilience," "racial justice trainings" and "diversity equity and including studies."
The Blaze reported Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and other officials now are demanding the Biden-Harris political machine put Americans first.
The report noted Joe Biden "has suggested that Congress might have to approve additional funding for disaster relief. While the DHS might soon enjoy another cash injection, critics have raised the matter of where the original funds went — realizing that much of it was blown helping illegal aliens who have stolen into the homeland under Mayorkas' watch."
The report said, "FEMA's shelter and services program is a prime offender, providing financial support to non-federal entities to provide humanitarian services to noncitizen migrants following their release from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The intent is to support CBP in the safe, orderly and humane release of noncitizen migrants from short-term holding facilities."
Abbott said the solution isn't complicated.
"This is easy. Mayorkas and FEMA — immediately stop spending money on illegal immigration resettlement and redirect those funds to areas hit by the hurricane. Put Americans first"
And Rep. Tim Burchett, from Tennessee, which was hit hard by the storms, said, "FEMA spending over a billion dollars on illegals while they leave Americans stranded and without help is treasonous. U.S. citizens are dying. Pray for our country folks."
"Let me translate: 'We are racking up trillions in debt with all the money that our money printer prints that we then take back from law-abiding American citizens like you but we exist to spend it on anything other than helping you,'" explained Blaze News editor in chief Matthew Peterson."
Chad Prather, who is host to a broadcast show, said, "We have a government that not only hates us but wants us dead."
The rage was not even hidden any longer.
One man posted online a video in which he stated, "Kamala Harris, we don't want you here … She's gonna give the people in the mountains 750 f—— dollars? You can take that money and go wipe you're a– with it!"
Another commenter said, "The anger simmering just beneath the surface in Americans is starting to reach a boiling point."
One man's online rant warns, "Kamala Harris, we don't want you here. We don't want your party here in North Carolina. If you're a Democrat and you live in North Carolina, good for you. But this woman is given illegal immigration, Haitians, more rights to be entitled to be called American, thousands of dollars in food stamps, loads of money in their pockets, and she's going to give the people in the mountains $750 dollars. You can take that money and go wipe you're a– with it, Kamala! These people, if they choose to stay there and live and to rebuild, they really need government assistance. They really need the food stamps. They need the checks put in their checking account every f*—– two weeks so they can survive and provide for their families."
The Gateway Pundit said, "FEMA will only give the suffering families $750. They blew too much money the past few years resettling Kamala's illegal aliens. It should be clear by now that the Democrat Party does not care about American citizens. You're on your own, North Carolina and Tennessee."

A federal judge has shot down, at least temporarily, California Gov. Gavin Newsom's ban on political parody online.
The Washington Examiner describe the state's newest censorship law as an attempt to hold down "political disinformation."
"The ruling is the result of a lawsuit filed by Chris Kohls, known as 'Mr Reagan' on X. Kohls is the original poster of an AI video that replicated Vice President Kamala Harris' voice and went viral on X this summer. He said the law, a "hammer" in his opinion, "hinders humorous expression and unconstitutionally stifles the free and unfettered exchange of ideas."
WND had reported only a day earlier on a request from a legal team from the ADF for the parody ban be halted.
"California's war against political memes is censorship, plain and simple. We shouldn't trust the government to decide what is true in our online political debates. Gov. Gavin Newsom recently signed two laws punishing political speech, with one law taking effect immediately, just as the election season heated up – a time when we need more speech, not less," explained Jonathan Scruggs, a lawyer with the organization.
"That includes political parody and satire, a type of expression that has been used throughout our nation's history. While lawmakers act as if posting and sharing memes is a threat to democracy, these laws target speech California officials don't like."
WND previously reported as the battle heated up and Newsom, who has faced mockery for his state's high taxes, extremism on social issues like abortion and transgenderism, attempts to interfere with other states and their rights, took chutzpah to a new level.
That, by the way, derives from a Hebrew word meaning "insolence," "cheek" or "audacity."
He signed a law banning parody.
The report said video creator Christopher Kohls is charging Newsom with violations of the First and 14th Amendments with Newsom's "anti-deepfake measure" that was signed into law this week.
California's governor was offended by a parody released by "Mr. Reagan" recently:
In it "Kamala Harris" confirms she is the Democrat candidate for president because Joe Biden "exposed his senility at the debate."
She confesses she is the "ultimate diversity hire," as a woman and a "person of color."
"So if you criticize anything I say you're both sexist and racist."
The mockery continues.
The video uses AI-generated audio clips, and it was shared by Elon Musk, collecting more than 100 million views.
Newsom responded:
The lawsuit in federal court in California charges that Newsom's scheme is a flagrant use of "state power to force private social media companies to censor private citizens' speech by purging election-related AI-generated content."
Musk's comment? "You're not gonna believe this, but Gavin Newsom, just announced that he signed a LAW to make parody illegal, based on this video."
He concludes California needs "new leadership."
However, taking on Newsom directly was the Babylon Bee, which prominently announced it has "'obtained this exclusive, official, 100% real Gavin Newsom election ad."
In it, "Newsom" states:

Violent attacks against civilians, police and even military units in Pakistan are spiking.
And it's because of the billions of dollars worth of military equipment Joe Biden and Kamala Harris left behind when they yanked American troops out of Afghanistan.
Those weapons now are in the hands of terrorists, and are being used, according to a "Corruption Chronicles" report from Judicial Watch.
Of course, the Taliban took over the nation within just hours, and through that move became the owners of those billions in high-tech equipment.
The report explains those weapons now are "being used by Islamic terrorists in Pakistan's largest province of Balochistan."
The report explained, "The head of the region's police department, Inspector General Moazzam Jah Ansari, revealed during a press conference with local media this week that his officers are essentially outgunned by radical factions armed with modern American weapons, thermal sensors and night vision equipment abandoned by the United States in the Taliban-run country it shares a 1,640 mile border with."
Police in Pakistan don't have anything to balance the level of weapons, he said.
The report noted most of the violence comes from the Balochistan Liberation Army, a militant organization based in Afghanistan. "Just weeks ago, the group killed at least 50 people in various onslaughts that targeted police stations, railway systems and civilian vehicles."
That group already has been designated a terror organization by the U.S.
The State Department has been monitoring the violence, and warning the public of "a significant risk" of terrorism.
Judicial Watch noted, "This is not the first report involving terrorists using equipment left in Afghanistan during the Biden administration's abrupt withdraw, though the government has long denied any wrongdoing."
Biden administration officials have claimed that the U.S. armed Afghan forces, but "did not just walk away and abandon a bunch of weapons in Afghanistan," the report noted.

The Heritage Foundation has launched a case hunting for government documents that could explain whether Kamala Harris is doing anything to try to remove Joe Biden from the office of president, and take it over herself.
Before the election.
A social media posting from the Oversight Project explains the "emergency court filing" was done this week to discover, "With President Biden declining more everyday, who is running the country?"
"We just filed a motion seeking docs by Oct. 15 for records on whether Biden Admin. officials, including VP Harris, sought legal guidance on invoking the 25th Amendment," the report said.
Originally it was intended to be used should a physical disability, such as a stroke, or a coma during surgery, occur.
Democrats raged against Republicans during President Donald Trump's first term because the GOP declined to pursue that coup agenda against him.
The court filing asks for a preliminary injunction against the Department of Justice, which the Democrats have weaponized against Trump, to prevent that organization from "unlawfully impeding Plaintiffs' access to records under the Freedom of Information Act."
Biden's mental failings have been well-documented over the past year or so. He was given a pass for violating federal law regarding the custody of government papers after he left the vice presidency on the grounds of a diminished mental capacity.
His mental slips and blunders fill hours of video and his simple ability to stand, walk, move and sit down has been impaired.
The RedState article explained, "Joe Biden is clearly growing worse day by day. It's past the point where he's maintaining his grip on the levers of power through any personal ambition or stubbornness; it's very likely, indeed very apparent, that every day his grasp on reality grows ever more tenuous; he is being kept in place by persons unknown (although we may very well guess)."
It continued, "With growing doubt as to who is really running the country, the Heritage Foundation has filed a motion in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, seeking documents as to whether Vice President Harris or any Cabinet members have sought advice on 25th Amendment proceedings."
"It's a very real concern. Joe Biden is obviously, visibly, inarguably failing. His speech grows ever more stilted and confused, his expression either vacant or angry, his gait more stiff and shambling. He shows all the signs of advanced dementia, and it makes one wonder what medical measures are being resorted to, to keep the man upright and even as coherent as he is – which isn't very."
The report noted, "It's a safe bet that the Heritage Foundation's motion will come to naught, not necessarily because the Harris/Biden administration isn't hiding anything, but because there have been no 25th Amendment discussions – at least not any that have been documented or recorded.
"Until Joe Biden withdrew from his reelection campaign and allowed the Democratic Party to anoint Kamala Harris, the entire administration and party apparatuses were committed to the illusion of Joe Biden's fitness, and they can hardly do a sudden about-face now to admitting that he's so deteriorated as to require involuntary removal from office."
But with the possibility that exists of Biden suffering some sort of physical or mental breakdown "between now an inauguration," the questions remain as to whether that would then require the 25th Amendment, or Biden's family would release his resignation, or something else.
"The fact that we don't have answers to these questions is what is really troubling."

One of the two partisans who were assigned by CBS to moderate this week's vice presidential debate between GOP candidate JD Vance and Democrat Tim Walz is accused of committing "unethical journalistic malpractice."
The moderators, Nora O'Donnell and Margaret Brennan, both previously had expressed criticism of President Donald Trump.
Despite this, the network made them the debate moderators, asking questions that would tend to help Walz, and emphasizing Democrat agenda points such as climate change, about which only a few Americans have high concerns.
After Vance detailed how President Joe Biden and Democratic presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris "brought in millions of illegal immigrants," some of whom are overwhelming schools and hospitals and driving up housing prices, Brennan jumped in to editorialize, asserting, "Just to clarify for our viewers, Springfield, Ohio, does have a large number of Haitian migrants who have legal status — temporary protected status."
Vance responded, "Margaret, the rules were that you guys weren't going to fact-check, and since you're fact-checking me, I think it's important to say what's actually going on." He then gave a detailed and accurate explanation of how Biden and Harris created a smartphone app called the CBP One app that lets illegal immigrants fly into the United States and receive temporary "parole" status that expires in two years.
"That is the facilitation of illegal immigration, Margaret," Vance explained, "by our own leadership. And Kamala Harris opened up that pathway." Instead of allowing Walz to respond, Brennan cut Vance's microphone and moved on to the next question.
This was unethical journalistic malpractice. She falsely or misleadingly fact-checked the Republican's comments and then, instead of facilitating a proper airing of the issue, silenced the candidate who was making them and the Democrat look ignorant and dishonest.
Vance was right. The Biden-Harris administration has abused parole authority to create a shadow system alongside the congressionally approved legal system. There is nothing in statute that gives a president power to mass-parole 30,000 immigrants a month into the U.S.
The editorial pointed out that Brennan and O'Donnell, in fact, failed to follow the rules that had been set up for the debate.
"And Vance made them pay," the commentary said. "In the process, he exposed how the Biden-Harris administration is purposefully dismantling the dividing line between legal and illegal immigration."
In fact, the publication documented, "The parole statute allows parole only for 'urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit,' and only on a case-by-case basis, and it prescribes that 'when the purposes of such parole shall have been served,' the immigrant shall be returned to custody for deportation. So an immigrant suffering from dehydration could be paroled into the country for medical care, for example, but after treatment should be dealt with like any other illegal immigrant."
That limited application, the Examiner warned, "was never intended to be a new 'legal pathway' as Biden and Harris have made it."
"Should the executive branch abuse humanitarian protections in the immigration code to create a parallel quasi-legal system to import millions of otherwise illegal immigrants into the country every year, overwhelming schools and hospitals and driving up the price of housing? Of course not. But that is what Biden and Harris have done. According to all polls, the public is tired of it."

A Democrat-run lawfare campaign against President Donald Trump, which largely has been endorsed by a federal judge through her one-sided rulings, is being condemned as "bad detective fiction."
An expert on constitutional disputes explained, "A lot of it is irrelevant and inadmissible. … It seems like deliberate election interference."
WND has reported a federal judge in Washington, who has established her own bias by repeatedly and publicly criticizing and condemning Trump, has taken Jack Smith's edited claims against Trump regarding the 2020 election and shoved them at voters just in time for Democrats to use them in their campaign against him.
Department of Justice standards previously have been that no such case, no such motion should be made public in the immediate runup to an election, when that case could affect the election.
The players here, Chutkan and Smith, apparently have abandoned that level of nonpartisanship.
The motion came about because Chutkan, in a hurry to try make the most of the attack on Trump, ruled earlier that Trump had no immunity for his actions as president. But she didn't establish any sort of evidence on the dispute. The Supreme Court pointed that out when it confirmed Trump does have various levels of immunity at different times, and it sent the case back to Chutkan.
Smith, appointed by Merrick Garland's Department of Justice to carry out this arm of the lawfare that has been assembled against Trump, submitted his claims now that Trump was a "private" individual for all regards concerning his re-election.
"The point of this was to try to get this information, which has been hashed out again and again before the American people. None of this is new, but the idea was to get the evidence out in as spectacular a way as possible. And by Smith's light, hopefully get Trump convicted in the run-up to the election in hopes of influencing the outcome of the election. And now we have the release of this book-length size recitation of Smith's case under circumstances where there is no possibility of having this trial before November and there was no reason to have it brought out in public now," McCarthy said.
He continued, "In fact, in most cases, a judge would be concerned about, for example, poisoning or prejudicing against the defendant a jury pool. In most cases a judge would be very concerned that evidence not be broadcast in public without the usual due process cautions that go on in a trial that the defendant be presumed innocent, the fact that allegations are not evidence of anything.
"The point of releasing this now can only be to affect the election. There is no legal need for it."
The Daily Caller News Foundation also noted that it was Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett who likened Smith's filing to "bad detective fiction" and using it to influence the election.
He explained,. "Yeah, he's trying to have a damning trial of Trump without a trial in the face of the fact that he couldn't get a trial before the election. And, you know, releasing this motion, this court filing, it sure looks like blatant election interference."
He said, "Trump's lawyers urged the judge, keep it sealed. It will impact the election. The judge did it anyway with almost no discussion and there's no good reason to make it public. It's premature. There isn't even a trial date. So, I think this was done knowing full well media and Democrats would seize on provocative details, publicize it to affect voters and damage Trump and sure enough, as I looked at television, the internet and newspapers, that's what's happening."
He said, "At times it reads like bad detective fiction. A lot of it is irrelevant and inadmissible. Conversations that other people had that are not connected to Trump directly. So, it seems like deliberate election interference and the incendiary details notwithstanding, Smith's basic accusations are the same that we have heard all along. Nothing has changed, the theme that Trump deceived people, well, if he honestly believed he won, it's hard to prove otherwise."
Smith's claims include, "The defendant asserts that he is immune from prosecution for his criminal scheme to overturn the 2020 presidential election because, he claims, it entailed official conduct. Not so. Although the defendant was the incumbent President during the charged conspiracies, his scheme was fundamentally a private one. Working with a team of private co-conspirators, the defendant acted as a candidate when he pursued multiple criminal means to disrupt, through fraud and deceit, the government function by which votes are collected and counted—a function in which the defendant, as President, had no official role," the Gateway Pundit quoted.
In fact, many of Trump's actions and comments were, in fact, as president, not a private individual.
Article III Project founder Mike Davis explained, on Chutkan's newest "lawfare" against Trump.
"The Biden-Harris Justice Department waited nearly three years to bring two unprecedented indictments against their bosses' former and future chief political opponent. Federal courts, including the Supreme Court, halted this unprecedented lawfare and obvious election interference."
He added, "Undeterred by these major legal setbacks, the Biden-Harris DOJ and DC Obama Judge Tanya Chutkan are unnecessarily and shamefully releasing a one-sided political story—for the non-crime of objecting to a presidential election just like Democrats did in 1969, 2001, 2005, and 2017—during the height of 2024 presidential election season.
"The American people—not partisan Democrat prosecutors, judges, witnesses, and other operatives in Democrat hellholes like DC—get to decide the presidential election."
He called for Trump, if president in January 2025, to have the DOJ "fully investigate this criminal conspiracy against rights."
WND had reported only hours earlier on a commentary that explained there were multiple suspicious circumstances of that election:
– President Donald Trump set a record for votes, but career political hack Joe Biden got MILLIONS more? That would be millions more votes than the super-popular Barack Obama had gotten previously.
– State and local elections officials repeatedly broke their own state laws to count votes during COVID, including accepting ballots long after the legal deadline had passed.
– Mark Zuckerberg handed out some $400 million to local elections officials to help with deal with election requirements, and those officials often used the flood of cash to recruit Democrat voters, a campaign financing scandal that now is illegal in some states.
– The FBI and other federal agencies, conspiring with major media and tech corporations, falsely claimed that the details about the Biden family scandals documented in Hunter Biden's abandoned laptop were disinformation, and ordered the details suppressed. The scandals were true.
– A later polling showed that had that information been available ordinarily, enough voters would have withheld their support from Joe Biden to cause him to lose the election.
– Multiple lawsuits alleging elections misbehavior simply were tossed by judges who claimed the plaintiffs had no "standing," or valid interest in the alleged wrongdoing, so the actual claims, the merits of the lawsuits, never were addressed.
Even so, Democrats have claimed those who have doubts are "insurrectionists," leftist judges have used those thoughts against those who trespassed at the Capitol in Washington on January 6, 2021, and extremists like Colorado's secretary of state, Jena Griswold, even have campaigned to ban Trump from the ballot over the issue.
Now Julie Kelly, a Real Clear Investigations researcher and writer and self-described "insurrection denier," explains online that those opinions are legitimate.
She wrote, "DOJ and federal judges have made election 'denial' a crime in Washington. J6ers texts and memes about the 2020 election are used as incriminating evidence and reason for excessive sentences. Judges routinely berate J6ers for believing 'lies' from a 'charlatan' that the 2020 election was stolen.
"Except it's not a crime to believe the 2020 election was illegitimate because it was. Two-thirds of Republicans still believe it was an unlawful election; independents have trended in that direction over the past 4 years."
