A new case report published at Science Direct reveals that three veterans of America's military, all men who decided they were women, got cancer, and that may have been the result of the chemicals they ingested as part of their "transition."
The transgender agenda, one of two major ideologies being pushed onto America by the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris administration, the other being abortion for all, is misleading at best, as scientifically transgenderism cannot happen.
The fact of being male or female is embedded in the human body down to the DNA level, and no chemicals or surgical mutilations actually change that.
"Estrogens, acting through multiple pathways, have been associated with development of thyroid cancer," the report said.
It continued, "Gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) with estradiol is a cornerstone of treatment of transgender women, but thyroid cancer has been associated with estrogens. Clinicians should be aware of this and discuss it with transgender women—in the context of limited data on thyroid cancer in this population—to eliminate health disparities."
It confirmed, "Estrogens may be associated with an increased risk; the implications for transgender women, who use estrogen for gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT), are unclear."
The report was based on case studies of "3 transgender female veterans."
The report said, "Thyroid cancer prevalence in the transgender female population is not yet well-established. These 3 transgender female veterans each had risk factors associated with cancer development. Based on limited existing data, it is conceivable but not clear that GAHT treatment could have impacted their course."
It warned, "Clinicians should also be aware that patients may be receiving hormonal therapy from nontraditional sources with unforeseen and unknown associated risks."
A report in the Daily Mail explained, "The experts suggested that the estrogen in the gender-affirming drugs may have led to malignant cells in the thyroid growing, which could lead to cancerous tumors or benign masses becoming cancerous."
It reported, "Figures from Defense Health Agency show that in the past three years, $17.5 million in taxpayer money was spent on psychotherapy for trans service people and $1.5 million went towards hormone drugs. A further $7.6 million funded gender-affirming surgeries, including facial tweaks to make a recruit more masculine or feminine, and the removal or creation of breasts and genitals."
The report cited the multiple negative complications reported by men who say they are women: organ injuries, abnormal growths, psychiatric disorders, product issues, nervous system disorders and more. Fifty-four percent of the reactions were serious including one death in the study cited.
For women who say they are men, complications included the same list of factors, but 88% were serious and there were two deaths.

There may have been a lot of criminal activity in the scheme to put a pro-abortion amendment on Florida's election ballot this year.
A report from Liberty Counsel, which is opposing the amendment that would allow just about any abortion at any time anywhere by anyone, confirms the state Office of Election Crimes & Security has opened more than 100 investigations into potential fraud.
"According to a recent 348-page interim report released by the OECS, state officials are investigating complaints that point to at least 35 paid signature gatherers who submitted nearly 37,000 petitions with suspected voter signature forgeries" pushing for Amendment 4 to be on the ballot.
The report said the paid signature gatherers are associated with "Floridians Protecting Freedom," a pro-abortion industry organization pushing for special benefits for the lucrative industry.
Liberty Counsel chief Mat Staver explained, "Amendment 4 was already extreme and deceptive, but now it even appears tainted with allegations of fraud. Voters should understand that Amendment 4 will allow abortion up to and during birth when the baby can feel pain, remove all health and safety regulations that protect women and girls during abortion procedures, override parental consent laws, and require Floridians to fund abortions. There is no place for fraud or deception when amending a constitution."
Liberty Counsel explained the state report informs that the allegations may impact voters across 35 counties.
A cover letter, from Florida Deputy Secretary of State for Legal Affairs & Election Integrity Brad McVay, shares details of how state officials were ":inundated with complaints involving FPF and its agents" between late 2023 and early 2024.
Claims included that paid FPF petitioners used signatures from dead people, used non-matching signatures, forged voter signatures, and used personal identifying information without consent, the state confirmed.
McVay also notes that two of FPF's paid associates have already been arrested, charged, convicted, and sentenced for felonies involving election fraud, such as forging voter signatures and submitting invalid petitions.
"Given the credibility of the allegations, OECS has referred over a hundred individual FPF cases to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), which is actively pursuing dozens of criminal investigations together with the office of statewide prosecution," the letter said.
Authorities were alerted when they saw "known fraudsters" submitting petitions in support of the abortion agenda.
"Each of these petitions could correspond to a Floridian who (unbeknownst to him or her) is a victim of felony election fraud," wrote McVay. "This illegal scheme is likely driving the petition fraud outlined above. If a circulator is paid per signature, circulators are incentivized to forge as many signatures as possible to make a quick and easy buck."
McVay also noted that FPF recently was fined $328,000 for election law violations.
Liberty Counsel said, "FPF needed a minimum of 891,523 signatures to get Amendment 4 on the ballot. The group collected 997,035, meaning that more than 105,000 signatures would need to be found as fraudulent in order to disqualify Amendment 4 from the ballot or later void it from taking effect if voters were to approve it."
Florida is not the only state where the abortion industry is pushing for a business-benefiting constitutional change, and where crimes have been alleged.
In a similar dispute in South Dakota, a trial had been scheduled, but now is delayed until after the election.
The trial will determine whether there were illegal actions in obtaining ballot access there for a pro-abortion agenda. While the amendment is on the ballot, if it is confirmed that there were crimes committed, a ruling could say that the results will not be counted, or that the results will not count.
Meanwhile, Life Defense Fund, which is opposing the abortion industry in that state, has requested that the judge rule in its favor without a trial, given the video and witness testimony confirming illegal behavior on the part of the pro-abortion advocates.

It's an issue on which a majority of Americans agree.
Members of "every race, sex, age, ethnicity, income, region, educational status, and political viewpoint" agree:
That the administration of transgender-pushing chemicals and bodily mutilations on minors should be banned.
Except for one group: Democrats.
The party of Kamala Harris, Tim Walz, Joe Biden and the push to impose such ideological agendas on those too young to defend themselves.
The Washington Stand reported, "If the government passed a bill banning pediatric gender clinics from inflicting so-called 'gender-affirming care' on everyone under 18, every demographic group in the United States would favor it – except registered Democrats."
The results are from a new The Center Square Voters' Voice Poll by Noble Predictive Insights which interviewed 2,560 registered voters.
Nearly six of 10 said the government should ban the transgender industry from pushing any drug or doing any body-modifying surgery on minors.
Only 25% would oppose such an agenda.
Majorities from virtually every area of American life said "yes" to the question, "Should the federal government ban transgender procedures, such as puberty blockers and gender-related surgeries, for minors?"
The majorities included Republicans (82%), parents of minors (61%), urban residents (58%), college-educated voters (55%), and young people aged 18-34 (53%), the report said.
And, it said, "The most sought-after voting blocs in the 2024 presidential election believe the government should prohibit the transgender industry from targeting children and teenagers, including suburban residents (57%), females, and true Independent voters (both 56%)."
Childless voters, 53%, agreed, as did Midwest (60%), West (59%) and Northeast (51%) voters and white voters (63%), Hispanics (59%) and more. For blacks, it was a plurality of 46%.
"Only registered Democrats said they believed the multibillion-dollar transgender industry should be able to ply its trade on minors, who cannot legally drink alcohol or attend an R-rated movie alone," the report charged.
"Even then, only a plurality of Democrats disbelieve in such laws. A total of 43% of registered Democrats would oppose a national minor protection bill, while 36% would welcome such a measure."
Transgenderism has been one of the two top agenda items for the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris administration, in which it delivered failures to America on the border, on inflation, on the economy, on international influence and much more. The other priority for them has been abortion.
Peter LaBarbera, president of Center For Morality and Americans for Truth, told the Washington Stand. "The percentages would be much higher were it not for the pro-Democrat-media's efforts to spike coverage of the issue and lie about it."

CBS has established such a reputation for dissing Republicans and promoting Democrats that there have been calls for the organization to report its air time as a donation to the political campaign of Kamala Harris, or even lose its broadcasting license.
The network staged a vice presidential debate with biased moderators, edited a Harris interview to actually insert an answer in place of her word salad, and now U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson "brings ALL the receipts" to show how CBS is continuing its political campaigning.
It was a commentary at the Twitchy website that monitors social media reports that explained under its headline, "Speaker Johnson reveals deceptive CBS interview manipulation and brings ALL the receipts," that not only does the legacy network edit interviews to "HELP Democrats" then "also edit interviews to try and make Republicans look dumb."
Johnson posted online the evidence and told viewers, "You can be the judge as to why."
He explained, "I recently traveled to NC and victims of Hurricane Helene told me nearly two weeks after landfall, the Biden-Harris Administration had STILL not provided them with all the resources they desperately needed. But CBS selectively edited OUT ENTIRELY this first-hand perspective."
Further, he said, "Apparently, CBS also doesn't want you to hear about Virginia Gov. Youngkin, who is trying to clean the state's voter rolls so non-American citizens can't vote there. We need more states doing this, but the Biden-Harris Administration is SUING VIRGINIA and trying to STOP it."
It gets worse, he confirms, "The Biden-Harris Admin let millions of illegal aliens in our country. So, the House passed the SAVE Act to ensure only American citizens vote in American elections. CBS edited that out and focused on 2020 instead of immediate threats to election integrity."
WND reported last week when the network confirmed its support for Harris, by inserting into an interview an answer that she had not delivered to that question.
See the video (Please be aware of one scatological reference to her comments in the video description):
The interview included Bill Whitaker asking: "But it seems that Prime Minister Netanyahu is not listening?"
Harris' actual response: "Well, Bill, the work that we have done has resulted in a number of movements in that region by Israel that were very much prompted by or a result of many things, including our advocacy for what needs to happen in the region."
Then "60 Minutes" edited her response, apparently to make it better?
Bill Whitaker: "But it seems that Prime Minister Netanyahu is not listening?"
Harris: "We are not going to stop pursuing what is necessary for the United States to be clear about where we stand on the need for this war to end."
Talk show host Glenn Beck also commented:
As WND reported, former President Trump hammered CBS News and "60 Minutes" on Sunday for its deceptive editing of its interview with Harris.
"Let's talk about the single greatest scandal, in my opinion, in broadcast history," Trump said.
"'60 Minutes' and CBS interviewed Kamala, and she's incompetent. She gave them the dumbest answer anyone's ever heard. So they took that answer out, the whole answer they threw out, and they took another answer that she gave to a totally different question and inserted it. And supposedly, they did this a number of times. And they got caught. '60 Minutes' and CBS should lose their license for that."
It was during the JD Vance-Tim Walz vice presidential debate that CBS' bias was on show. WND reported then that there were accusations of "unethical journalistic malpractice" for a moderator.
While both moderators, Nora O'Donnell and Margaret Brennan, previously had expressed criticism of President Donald Trump, it was Brennan's behavior toward Vance that prompted an editorial in the Washington Examiner that described her behavior:
After Vance detailed how President Joe Biden and Democratic presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris "brought in millions of illegal immigrants," some of whom are overwhelming schools and hospitals and driving up housing prices, Brennan jumped in to editorialize, asserting, "Just to clarify for our viewers, Springfield, Ohio, does have a large number of Haitian migrants who have legal status — temporary protected status."
Vance responded, "Margaret, the rules were that you guys weren't going to fact-check, and since you're fact-checking me, I think it's important to say what's actually going on." He then gave a detailed and accurate explanation of how Biden and Harris created a smartphone app called the CBP One app that lets illegal immigrants fly into the United States and receive temporary "parole" status that expires in two years.
"That is the facilitation of illegal immigration, Margaret," Vance explained, "by our own leadership. And Kamala Harris opened up that pathway." Brennan then cut Vance's microphone.
The commentary noted it was "unethical journalistic malpractice. She falsely or misleadingly fact-checked the Republican's comments and then, instead of facilitating a proper airing of the issue, silenced the candidate who was making them and the Democrat look ignorant and dishonest."

The Chinese military conducted blockade drills around Taiwan on Monday, raising alarm from the island nation after its President Lai Ching-te stated last week that Taiwan will resist any attack from Beijing.
According to the Associated Press, China deployed 125 aircraft along with its Liaoning aircraft carrier and ships, sealing off ports around Taiwan.
The Chinese Ministry of Defense said in a statement the military drills were intended to increase pressure on "Taiwan independence" in response to Lai's speech during Taiwan's National Day celebrations held last week.
Wu criticized Lai – who has been labeled a "separatist" by the Chinese Communist Party – saying he is "forgetting their roots and deliberately severing historical ties across the Taiwan Strait," adding Lai is inciting confrontation, hostility, and confusion.
China claims Taiwan as its own territory, and has been increasing its threats of invasion and reclamation under its "one China" policy. The ministry further noted Lai "exposed his true nature" and called Lai a destroyer of peace, and a creator of chaos who will not be tolerated under any circumstances. The ministry stated the actions of Lai will be met with countermeasures.
"Taiwan has never been a country and will never become one … We are using language that 'Taiwan independence' separatists can understand, to make it clear that the pursuit of 'independence' is a dead end," Wu said.
However, Wu stated the drills were not aimed at the Taiwanese people themselves, but noted China would never renounce the use of force against Taiwan.
"We are willing to exert utmost sincerity and make every effort to strive for the prospect of peaceful reunification, but we will never promise to renounce the use of force, nor will we leave any room for 'Taiwan independence' … Relevant parties should cease supporting 'Taiwan independence' and stop undermining peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait," Wu said.
Taiwanese Navy Commander Admiral Tang Hua, told the Economist on Thursday that China is using an "anaconda strategy" to squeeze Taiwan into submission. Tang warns that it is only a matter of time before the drills become a real blockade.
Tang noted the number of Chinese aircraft and ships patrolling Taiwanese waters has doubled since 2020. This includes the Taiwan Strait, one of the busiest shipping lanes in the world.
In response to the increase in incursions, the Taiwanese government has since given the public updates about the number of aircraft and ships operating around Taiwan. Tang told the Economist, however, Taiwan's government chooses not to disclose certain information about the type of ships due to worries about the public losing morale if they were to find out exactly how many – and how close – Chinese military are getting to Taiwan's coastline.
Tang stated the Chinese are putting a tremendous amount of pressure on Taiwan's navy, which must deploy up to 50% of its naval combat vessels to match the Chinese every time they patrol Taiwan, and are hoping Taiwan makes a mistake.
"They give you extreme pressure, pressure, pressure. They're trying to exhaust you … The PLA is trying to force Taiwan to make mistakes … We restrain our guys, not to provoke or escalate," Tang said.
Secretary-general of Taiwan's security council Joseph Wu reportedly told the council threats from China violate the United Nations charter, according to the AP.
"Our military will definitely deal with the threat from China appropriately … Threatening other countries with force violates the basic spirit of the United Nations Charter to resolve disputes through peaceful means," Wu said.
Taiwan's Presidential Office said China should "cease military provocations that undermine regional peace and stability and stop threatening Taiwan's democracy and freedom."

JERUSALEM – Two of the principal actors in the unfolding drama in the Middle East – namely Israel and Hezbollah/Iran – are facing shortfalls of a very different, but equally significant nature, as the material toll of more than a year of fighting begins to be more keenly felt.
Reports emerged Tuesday about Israel's stockpiles of Iron Dome interceptor missiles, a particularly alarming development as the country's response to Iran's most recent ballistic missile attack on Oct. 1 – in whichever form it will take, and the defense establishment has telegraphed it will be significant – and the likely retaliation from the Islamic Republic of Iran.
If it fired 181 projectiles – allegedly to avenge the twin eliminations of former Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh and long-time Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah – it is likely a significant strike against its interests in Iran, will draw a greater response.
It is precisely for this reason the United States has agreed to locate Terminal High Altitude Area Defense, or THAAD, missile-defense systems in Israel in advance of that expected retaliatory strike.
For Israel, the year-long offensive and defensive campaign it has waged seems to be beginning to take its toll. Although the rocket fire from Gaza has almost entirely dried up, it is in the northern arena, battling Iran's Lebanese Shiite proxy Hezbollah, where the IDF has tried to counter the constant rocket barrages, in which an excess of 100 rockets and drones are launched daily.
"Israel's munitions issue is serious," said Dana Stroul, a former senior U.S. defense official with responsibility for the Middle East, according to a report in the Financial Times.
"If Iran responds to an Israel attack [with a massive air strike campaign], and Hezbollah joins in too, Israel air defenses will be stretched," she added, noting that U.S. stockpiles are not limitless.
"The U.S. can't continue supplying Ukraine and Israel at the same pace. We are reaching a tipping point."
Boaz Levy, chief executive of Israel Aerospace Industries, a state-owned company that manufactures Arrow interceptors used to shoot down ballistic missiles, said that production lines are running triple shifts to meet demand.
"Some of our lines are working 24 hours, seven days a week. Our goal is to meet all our obligations," Levy said, according to Israel HaYom, adding the time required to produce interceptor missiles is "not a matter of days."
Israel's multi-layered missile defense system has been working overtime for 12 months. The Iron Dome interceptors have successfully taken down a significant proportion of Hamas and Hezbollah's rockets, although several projectiles – including so-called suicide drones – have gotten through to devastating effect.
The 12 children playing soccer in Majdal Shams at the end of July and the attack on the Golani infantry division training base on Sunday spring readily to mind. Meanwhile, David's Sling has downed heavier rockets from Lebanon, and the Arrow system has blocked missiles emanating from Iran.
The results of even a slight degradation of Israel's defensive capabilities can be severe, highlighted by Iran's Oct. 1 attack, wherein Israel's largely sole attempts to repel the missiles was significantly less successful than the similar strike on April 13. Nearly three dozen missiles hit Israel's Nevatim air base, according to open-source intelligence analysts.
Some Israeli defense analysts have expressed a growing concern about what a coordinated Iranian and Hezbollah attack might mean, in terms of prioritizing how the interceptors are deployed.
Meanwhile, reports have surfaced that repeated and sustained Israeli airstrikes have hit Hezbollah cash reserves, according to Voice of America.
The Iranian terrorist proxy relies on three key funding channels: Al-Qard al Hasan, or AQAH, a Hezbollah-owned quasi-bank operating without a government banking license; licensed Lebanese commercial banks; and cash from Iran, researchers told the broadcaster, according to the Jewish News Syndicate.
Israel targeted AQAH in its initial airstrikes during the current campaign in Lebanon. They hit Hezbollah's "cash storage centers, including a large part of the AQAH vaults," leaving the group in a "financial crisis," VOA reported.
Not only have Hezbollah's fighters fled from their southern Lebanon stronghold, the people and institutions upon whom they relied to pay them are having serious difficulties doing so. In addition, wealthy Hezbollah backers – according to Lebanese bankers – have fled, mainly to Europe or Gulf States, fearful the IDF might target them next, which is also drying up a source of liquidity in the terrorism pipeline.
Another source of capital has been literally plane loads of cash flying in from Tehran (a tactic that'll be familiar to many of the Obama-era apparatchiks, currently staffing the dying embers of the Biden administration). Following Israel's Sept. 27 warning it would not allow hostile flights carrying weapons to land at Beirut airport, the very next day an Iranian flight from Tehran did a U-turn over Iraqi airspace.

Smurfing with campaign donations has become an epidemic in America, probably involving tens of thousands of victims and millions, likely hundreds of millions of dollars.
It involves a criminal using someone else's identity in order to make a political contribution.
Such operators can, through the schemes, direct massive amounts of money to individual candidates and causes without doing a lot of reporting and documentation.
Star investigative reporter James O'Keefe of O'Keefe Media Group, has documented the problem:
Those whose names are used often never even find out about it, and mostly they are not in a position to hire lawyers, do investigations, and find those who are abusing them.
Until now.
Now someone has used the name of a longtime Republican political strategist, Mark Block, who has gone to court to uncover the details of the thievery, and get it stopped.
A report at the Gateway Pundit explains that he's charging his personal information was stolen and used in recent months to launder money 385 times to 62 different campaigns and political groups.
At the center of the controversy is ActBlue, the behemoth that collects money for multiple Democrat interests.
He found out, the report said, when he got a receipt, at an old email address, recognizing his $7.50 donation to LGBTQ Equality PAC, an organization he explains he would never, ever support.
His legal filing, in court in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, seeks injunctive relief for the operation. He cites Kamala Harris' fundraising boasts, but points out, "Unfortunately, however, at least some of those donations – and similar donations to campaigns and organizations across the country – have been fraudulently made."
The filing explains there have been documented more than 385 donations from "Mark Block" to 62 campaigns and candidates in just the past few weeks. They total $884.
He explains, "Specifically, federal law does not require campaigns to itemize contributions from donors when the aggregate amount totals less than $200. Campaigns that receive contributions below $200 can simply bundle the donation into a list of un-itemized contributions. Small dollar donations have seen explosive growth in recent years, with the number of reported transactions increasing by 400% just between the 2016 and 2020 elections."
But "bad actors" can skew elections by "smurfing," putting huge sums into campaigns through small-dollar donations illegally using the names of other people.
Block explained that the donations all were made from "the same American Express card … with an expiration date of July 2026, and tracked to the zip code 90403 located in Santa Monica, California. Upon investigation, plaintiff discovered that the UPS location was used as a mailing address for a 'Cain Companies Construction' … Cain Co. was administratively dissolved by the California Secretary of State in 2013."
The principal there was listed as Bernard L. Cain, Jr. but Block has no connection to him.
Multiple attempts to contact Bernard L. Cain Jr. were fruitless.
The Gateway Pundit noted, "Some of the individuals accused of this fraudulent scheme include Soros-funded Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, Soros Funded Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, Democrat Senator Tammy Baldwin (WI), Democrat Senator Raphael Warnock (GA), and Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Janet Protasiewicz."
The perpetrators, identified at this point as "John Doe," violated the "Wisconsin Organized Crime Control Act" with the actions, and the filing charges.
Requested is a Temporary Restraining Order to stop the ""repeated and fraudulent use of plaintiff's PII" and expedited discovery in the matter "for all discovery requests issued between the date of this Order's entry and the determination [of] John Doe's true identity."

A state has taken upon itself to determine whether colleges, and college programs, are too "religious," and if so, prevent students there from participating in a statewide program that offers financial help.
And it's now the subject of a court case.
It is the ADF that gone to court with a civil rights complaint challenging the practice in the state of Georgia for officials to determine the religiosity of a school, and then ban its students from a statewide financial aid plan.
"By unlawfully discriminating against Luther Rice's religious beliefs, Georgia officials are ultimately hurting the state's students," explained lawyer Ryan Tucker, of the ADF.
"Georgia high school students can't receive dual credit by taking classes at Luther Rice; college students who choose Luther Rice are denied much-needed financial aid available to students at other colleges. On behalf of all Georgia's students, we are urging the court to uphold Luther Rice's constitutional protections by guaranteeing that the school can fully participate in student aid programs while still adhering to its religious beliefs, character, and exercise."
The school, in Atlanta, is a private, Christian nonprofit that offers undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral-level degree programs. It offers three undergraduate degree programs: an Associate of Arts in General Studies, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion.
But the state excludes those students from a statewide student financial aid program, to their harm.
The state has banned students at a "school or college of theology or divinity" from participating.
The ADF explained, "Georgia offers student financial aid programs to help students cover tuition costs for undergraduate degree programs at Georgia colleges and universities. While the state allows private and religious colleges to participate in such programs, Georgia excludes schools that state officials consider a 'school or college of theology or divinity.'"
The court challenge charges that Luther Rice officials have a choice of maintaining their religious mission and degree programs and teaching all courses from a Christian worldview – or giving that up.
"Putting the school to that choice is unconstitutional," explained ADF lawyer Andrea Dill. "By denying the school participation in Georgia student aid programs because of its religious character, beliefs, and exercise, the state is penalizing the school and its students based on their religion—discrimination that, as the U.S. Supreme Court has found, is 'odious to our Constitution.'"
The filing explains that Georgia lawmakers, in fact, created the program to encourage Georgia students "to attend private colleges and universities because 'the four-year and graduate level institutions of the University System of Georgia are not equally available to citizens in certain areas of the state.'"
The action seeks a declaration that the exclusion of Luther Rice students violates the Free Exercise Clause, Establishment Clause, Equal Protection Clause and Free Speech Clause of the U.S. Constitution.
It seeks injunctive protection for school students and attorneys' costs and fees as well as nominal damages over the constitutional violations.
Named as defendants are officials of the Georgia Student Finance Commission and the Georgia Student Finance Authority.
While it excludes Luther Rice, the program allows students in other schools "with religious missions" to participate in the program.
The filing explains, "Luther Rice is also placed at a competitive disadvantage by not being able to participate in Georgia student aid programs. Damages in the form of monetary reimbursement for tuition is an inadequate remedy because it fails to alleviate the constitutional harm of depriving the school and its students from participation in Georgia student aid programs altogether due to their religious character and exercise. Nor can monetary damages account for Luther Rice's loss of ministry opportunities caused by Defendants' actions."

Republicans certainly have been making note recently of key statements by senior leaders in the Democratic Party that have been viewed as undermining the campaign of Kamala Harris. They've even been using them in ads promoting former President Donald Trump's campaign, sometimes including nothing more than a statement by a Democrat, and Trump's confirmation that he approved the message.
It's those with the Biden name, the Clinton name, and others, who have been unleashing startlingly anti-Harris comments recently.
And now former House Speaker Newt Gingrich has put into words what he believes is going on:
He explains, "We're in the early stages of watching her collapse. … It's just my hunch … that sometime in the last two weeks, Joe and Jill looked at each other and thought, you know, wouldn't it be a great legacy if Joe's the only guy ever to beat Trump? And I think the stuff he's done to undermine her in the last ten days is pretty amazing."
It is a report at Revolver.news that has assembled a list of those incidents.
"To the casual onlooker, it's clear that the old guard of the Democrat Party – people like the Bidens and the Clintons—have no love for Kamala Harris. In fact, if you're paying even the slightest bit of attention, you'll notice the old guard is actively sabotaging her. Whether intentional or not, their disdain for Kamala and the way she 'rose to power' is leading to some serious backstabbing," the report said.
It cited Joe Biden's decision just weeks ago to wear a MAGA hat, linked directly to President Donald Trump's Make American Great Again campaign.
Then, while Harris is desperately trying to find some way to separate herself from the Biden-Harris administration failures, for which she was the "border czar" and responsible for the failed multi-billion dollar campaign to link rural America to the web, Biden is putting her resoundingly in his camp.
Then she attacked Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis over his actions following Hurricane Helene, and Biden defended and praised him.
"But Joe's not the only one, folks. Bill Clinton is now shuffling around the campaign trail, and he's made some eyebrow-raising moves to sabotage Kamala, just weeks away from Election Day. It's hard to tell if these are the actions of senile men who don't have a clue, or if they're actually lucid, making well-calculated moves against a power-hungry woman who's never earned anything on her own merits," the report said.
Clinton recently confirmed what Republicans have said for years: Democrats want open borders and mass illegal immigrant actually to replace American voters:
And he confirmed the Biden-Harris campaign to do that has brought misery to Americans, such as the family of Laken Riley, killed by an illegal alien. He said Riley probably would be alive had Harris, as Biden's "border czar," insisted that those entering the U.S. be properly vetted.
The report explained while Biden is undermining Harris, "it's Bill Clinton who's really going full throttle in destroying Kamala. He's plunging the dagger right into the heart of her flailing campaign. As we mentioned, he's out on the trail for Team Kamala, and while he's out there – looking like he's been rode hard and put away wet – he's also telling the country that Kamala Harris is pushing the Great Replacement Theory. That's the theory that (correctly) claims globalists are letting their countries be overrun by migrants and illegals to create new demographics and voting blocs while erasing white people and the middle class."
The report explained those seniors in the Democrat party "believe they know she led a soft coup against Joe Biden, and now they're paying her back for the dirty work. From Biden contradicting her at every turn to Bill Clinton throwing out the truth bombs about her failed leadership and border disaster, it's obvious they're doing some sneaky stuff under the radar to make sure she never gets anywhere near the Oval Office."
Harris' "soft coup" happened when elites in the party decided to throw Biden under the bus and install Harris as the party's candidate this year, without her ever winning a single primary vote.
