WASHINGTON – Billionaire Patrick Byrne, founder and former CEO of e-tailing giant Overstock.com, has been relentless – risking his life to expose the "shadow government's" ongoing "soft-coup" against America and the Deep State's elaborate and ongoing scheme to frame, incarcerate and eliminate GOP presidential nominee former President Donald Trump.
In his explosive memoir published earlier this year, titled "Danger Close: Domestic Extremist #1 Comes Clean," Byrne reveals how he, the son of former GEICO chairman John J. Byrne, went from being one of the wealthiest men on the planet as Overstock's CEO to being deemed by the Department of Homeland Security to be "Domestic Extremist #1."
The whistleblower played an integral role in the "Russian collusion hoax," a seditious scheme devised by a politically weaponized FBI to frame a sitting president, Donald Trump. The fictitious "Russia, Russia, Russia" scandal would go on to plague the Trump presidency with the wrongful indictment and incarceration of numerous members of his administration.
The federal government has given Byrne numerous ultimatums, warning him that speaking out about the seditious operation he was tasked to execute by the FBI would become a death sentence.
On top of that, Byrne is reportedly in hiding as he faces off in a legal battle with Dominion Voting Systems and a defamation suit filed by Hunter Biden. Byrne insists he has irrefutable proof of widespread voter fraud implemented to rig the 2020 election, some of which he presented in the Oval Office to Trump. His allegations prompted Dominion to slap him with a $1.7 billion lawsuit.
In September, the Venezuelan government put a $25 million bounty on Byrne, who subsequently "fled to Dubai," reports Newsweek.
'The Russia probe – I set it up'
Last summer, Byrne called this reporter, who had previously interviewed him, with an astounding admission. The wind blared through the phone's speaker as if he were traveling at high speed in a car, or about to take flight in a helicopter.
"I worked with the Democrats on the Russia probe – I set it up," he said, before abruptly hanging up the phone. Hours later, Byrne, the mysterious billionaire and mentee of Warren Buffett, sent this reporter a link to an exposé published by Capitol Times Magazine's "Deep Capture" report. His hidden role with the government over the past decade must be widely reported to the masses to stop the steal and save America, he said.
"General Flynn says that the following story is the hypersonic missile," Byrne wrote in a September 2023 text message to this reporter, accompanying a link to the 99-page report. "[Flynn] says the single most important thing for the country is getting this story digested… This is all true."
Byrne summarizes his years-long involvements with the FBI, top law enforcement officials and Senate Judiciary dating back to 2005 in an extensive Q&A featured in the magazine, providing the most comprehensive insight in print of the James Bond-esque clandestine web in which he has been entangled.
Since the release of the Capitol Times Magazine report, the former Overstock CEO, once hailed as the "Messiah of Bitcoin," has spoon-fed the public parts of his story, incrementally, through a series of interviews with various journalists as he reveals what he knows about the FBI's attempt to seize control of the U.S. electoral system.
Excerpts of a video compilation of Byrne's interviews, in which he discusses the ins and outs of "Operation Snow Globe" – a one-time Deep State plan to control Hillary Clinton had she become U.S. president – is an expedient medium through which the public can "digest" Byrne's perilous crusade with the FBI, spanning more than a decade.
The hour-long video is now viral, but only on SpaceX founder Elon Musk's X platform, since Big Tech continues to employ outright censorship on speech damaging to the permanent government.
'Operation Snow Globe'
Like many Americans, Byrne grew up revering the FBI as the nation's premiere law enforcement agency, traditionally one of the federal government's most highly regarded institutions – at least, before it became increasingly clear that the Bureau had been "captured" at its highest levels by so-called leaders with a subversive and unconstitutional intent.
In 2005, Byrne began his first encounter with the FBI when he blew the whistle on Wall Street and the "mass crack in the financial system."
"Hedge funds were looting hundreds of billions and probably trillions out of the system," he told Capitol Times Magazine's "Deep Capture" feature.
After his highly effective exposure of fraud on Wall Street, which had led to the 2008 banking crisis, the feds pursued Byrne to undertake another mission, and then another.
Willing to serve, the next assignment federal agents would present to Byrne was risky, but a relatively simple task that would turn his life upside down and, ironically, incite the Department of Homeland Security to designate him "domestic extremist #1."
In December 2015, Byrne was assigned by FBI agents in New York to initiate "Operation Snow Globe." The mission consisted of facilitating a sting of former Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton via entrapping her in a series of bribes.
Byrne was told he was to bribe Clinton with millions of dollars to keep the scandal-plagued former secretary of state on a "Bunsen burner."
"They don't want any attention brought to me," Byrne states in the video that has been viewed 7.5 million times on X. "I bribed Hillary Clinton $18 million dollars."
"I caused Hillary Clinton to be offered to take a bribe in mid-July of 2016 by the FBI. The FBI had me bribe – had me facilitate a bribe for Hillary Clinton, which I accomplished," he explains.
"They also told me she had already taken one bribe for $20 million – and I got an $18 million bribe in her face and she took it. I've been shown the why – the bank records that show that she took it.
"So, they don't want me – any attention being brought to me. That is probably why they omitted my name when they leaked the story."
Byrne contends that when the FBI tasked him with bribing Clinton in late 2015, federal agents informed him that the Democratic presidential contender had already been compromised by accepting a bribe for millions of dollars from Turkey in a bid to entrap the former U.S. senator.
The Overstock CEO was to carry out the next step and facilitate the bribe with a "bagman" from Azerbaijan.
"I know what's in the Durham report," Byrne insists. "I facilitated a bribe for Hillary Clinton on Jan. 14, 2016, right here in this town on behalf of the FBI.
"They came to me on Dec. 1st, 2015, and they told me that Hillary Clinton had accepted a bribe from Turkey for $21 million. They told me that I would be working for a group in New York [with] FBI agents who had authorization to set Hillary Clinton up in a sting.
"The bagman from that other government was, I was to befriend and I was to get that person 10 minutes alone in a room with Hillary Clinton.
"I did," said Byrne.
"On January 16, Hillary Clinton was in this town and she met in a way that was kept off her schedule and she accepted an $18 million bribe. General Barr knows this – Durham – they know. This is what's behind it all."
'Scrubbed from the highest level'
Days after Clinton accepted the bribe from Byrne and met with the bagman, the FBI gave Byrne an ultimatum, recalls Byrne. There had evidently been a change of plans.
The "highest of levels" terminated the scheme to entrap Clinton with bribes, a ploy that could crush her electoral prospects. Instead, Clinton was to be installed as commander-in-chief, as long as she would abide by certain conditions.
"They came to me three days later and told me I 'had to forget about it' and 'forget that ever happened,'" Byrne admonished. "\I said, 'What are you talking about?'
"They gave me one excuse. They said – 'Hillary is going to win – they decided upstairs and there's nothing – nothing is going to be able to stop that now. She's going to win and she's going to send her people up to the FBI and they will ask who is part of investigating Hillary, and any of us who are part of it are going to be destroyed and that includes you too, Patrick.' And so, this mission has been scrubbed from the highest level.
"I thought about that, and I said, 'Yes, sir.'"
But the FBI was not done with Byrne – not yet. Hillary was scandal-plagued: In addition to the bribes Byrne has blown the whistle on, it was Clinton, not Trump, who had actually "colluded with the Russians," as Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton explained in a video interview with WND.
"Two or three weeks later, I was back with three federal agents [in Salt Lake City, Utah]," Byrne said, noting, "I let them know, 'This was not sitting well with me and I'd like to know why they had changed course.'
"We had almost a year before the election," he continued. "They could have me and another person in front of a grand jury in a week and gotten her indicted."
Bottom line: Clinton was going to be placed in the executive office only if she agreed to act as an arm of the shadow government, Byrne explained.
"They told me word for word, 'Patrick, what's really going on is this: President Obama has his people across the federal bureaucracy at this point, but especially the Department of Justice," said Byrne.
"Hillary Clinton is going to be president for eight years, and nothing's going to change that, but think of there being a 'Bunsen burner' within the Department of Justice,'" Byrne says the federal agents told him, verbatim. "That evidence about the two bribes you were part of gathering is going to be sitting on the Bunsen burner, and the hand on the Bunsen burner is going to be one of Barack Obama's people.
"If Hillary is a good girl and defends Obamacare, that flame stays low. If she's a bad girl and thinks for herself, it's going to get turned up high that way. Barack Obama's going to manage Hillary Clinton for the eight years she's president, then she's going to step down, and Michelle's going to run, and, Patrick, that's the plan.
"I was later to learn that this plan was called 'Operation Snow Globe.' Snow Globe we had, you know, Christmas kids get a little glass ball like a shake. And this was a snow globe they wanted Hillary Clinton, and a snow globe that Clinton, that Obama and Brennan and Comey could shake up anytime they wanted while she's president. My bribe was the lure, it was the bait to lure her to step into that snow globe."
The government continues to attempt to squeeze Byrne into compliance as he blows the whistle on foreign election interference.
In a video interview conducted in July 2022, Byrne revealed to this reporter that that he, Gen. Flynn and attorney Sidney Powell met with Trump in December 2020 for an emergency meeting. In the Oval office, Byrne presented the president with advisories issued by the Department of Justice and DHS, showcasing how U.S. electoral system had been hacked by Iran, which allowed Trump to invoke emergency powers.
In September 2023, five convicted Proud Boys leaders, four of whom were found guilty of seditious conspiracy, were sentenced to 22, 18, 17, 15 and 10 years in prison for their alleged roles in the U.S. Capitol demonstration on Jan. 6, 2021.
Byrne donated over $200,000 to Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio's legal fund and continues to assist with legal fees of January 6 defendants. In fact, Byrne has offered to pay the $350,000 of damages the Capitol building sustained. Along with whatever other charges J6 defendants typically face, assessments for the damages to the building left behind after the riot are often added.
In addition, as "Deep Capture" reports, "Byrne has publicly offered to face all non-violent charges from that day: those accused can say they did it because they listened to Byrne, and Byrne will agree to stipulate to this, on the condition he can defend himself in televised proceedings."

JERUSALEM – The Knesset, Israel's Parliament, took the extraordinary step in a Monday night vote to approve two bills effectively barring the United Nations agency for eternal Palestinian refugees – including generations of descendants – from functioning in Israel, as well as acutely shrinking its role in Judea and Samaria, and Gaza.
At the opening session of the Knesset's winter term, Israel's lawmakers voted unanimously to severely curtail the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinians in the Near East's (UNRWA) ability to function effectively. MKs voted 92 to 10 to approve a law barring UNRWA from operating in Israeli territory, and 87-9 in favor of another measure curtailing UNRWA's activities in the Gaza Strip and Judea and Samaria, by making it illegal for state actors to have any contact with the agency.
Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee chairman MK Yuli Edelstein presented both bills in the plenum, and on their conclusion took to X to announce gleefully, "UNRWA is out!"
"UNRWA long ago ceased to be a humanitarian aid agency, but in addition to it being an integral supporter of terror and hate, is an agency to eternalize poverty and suffering," he wrote.
"The rationale is simple – in order to survive, UNRWA created demand for the product it provides. The circle of horror ended today, they are out!"
The second bill, which passed by an even more emphatic margin – 87 votes for and only nine against – stated that the treaty signed between Israel and UNRWA following the Six Day War in 1967 would expire within seven days of the bill passing its final voting in the Knesset plenum. It added, no Israeli government agencies or representatives may contact UNRWA or a representative of it, beginning three months after the bill passes; that criminal proceedings into UNRWA employees' involvement in acts of terror will continue; and that Israel's National Security Council must report to the committee every six months regarding the bill's implementation.
These votes are the culmination of the decades of animus between Israel and UNRWA. The Jewish state has had significant issues with the only U.N. relief organization devoted entirely to one group of people for years, but matters really came to a head on Oct. 7, 2023.
There is significant documentary evidence, including footage, supplied by the Israeli government, the IDF, and non-governmental actors such as UN Watch, which highlighted the indivisibility of UNRWA from Hamas (and other Islamist terrorist organizations particularly operating out of the Gaza Strip), and their direct role in the atrocities committed on that black Sabbath. UNRWA even begrudgingly admitted its own employees' involvement in the massacres, and yet still expected Israel to just accept its presence.
The Biden administration was deeply grieved by the results of the vote, blasting the legislation and arguing it augured "catastrophe" for the Palestinians. Their argument might have been bolstered if they had not been proved wrong about almost everything they have thought and said over the last year or so. The U.S. administration tried to strong-arm Israel earlier in the month to provide additional aid to Gaza – even though there is strong evidence Hamas operatives are hoarding most of it – threatening a reduction in U.S. security assistance if this was not done.
Following the vote, State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller said earlier Monday that the Knesset's passage of the bill "could have implications under U.S. law."
"If UNRWA goes away, you will see civilians – including children, including babies – not be able to get access to food and water and medicine that they need to live. We find that unacceptable," he added.
While he was in the White House, President Donald Trump was persuaded of how nefarious an organization UNRWA was, and in 2018 he ordered a complete cut in the organization's funding. It seems it has not learned its lesson, because as soon as the funding spigot was turned on again under Biden, it has allowed its premises – schools and summer camps to name but two – to become hotbeds of terrorist indoctrination – with a direct causal link to the events of Oct. 7.
Israeli academic and former MK Einat Wilf, who grew up on the Left and was a former Labor lawmaker, and who has fought for some two decades to explain to both the wider world and Israelis about the ills of UNRWA took to social media to reinforce her opinion. Broadly, her assessment is that far from helping the Palestinians, UNRWA permanently infantilizes them by holding out a forlorn hope not based in any kind of reality.
"Since I already have mountains of books, essays, lectures, long and short videos, posts and tweets on UNRWA, I'll keep it simple now," she posted on LinkedIn.
"UNRWA is about as essential as the arsonist who masquerades as a firefighter. Get rid of the arsonist and you won't need the false firefighter."
There is clearly some jeopardy attached to the Knesset's decision, not least because it did not stipulate – and nor does it seem it was meant to – make a suggestion for what might replace UNRWA with regard to the disbursement of aid, most obviously in the Gaza Strip. Members of Israel's defense establishment reportedly informed the political class against passing the legislation, precisely because of the difficulty of finding an organization to substitute for UNRWA in the middle of a war.
Israel's lawmakers – including members of the official opposition, although the bills emanated from Netanyahu's Likud party – were aware of both the potential humanitarian risk and the likely international backlash against the vote.
However, it seems they felt the concerns of the domestic audience, which has witnessed the development of a symbiotic relationship between Hamas and UNRWA – to the point where it is not clear where one ends and the other begins – and culminating in the use of U.N. vehicles to transport murdered Israelis back to Gaza – won out in the end.

President Donald Trump often has blown to smithereens the Deep State protocols in Washington. He did it during his first campaign, his first term in office, and now that there's a potential for his second, he's again following his own path.
This time it's private funding for the launch of a transition team.
There will be a transition from the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris regime, whether Trump wins, or Kamala Harris wins the election and pushes America further into leftist ideologies like transgenderism, abortion, and "diversity" agendas that insist on giving people jobs and money because of their skin color or sex orientation.
"I've talked to Donald Trump specifically about this, and I said, 'Look, the last time you were in there, you put John Bolton in charge of NSA, and Mike Pompeo in charge of the CIA…' and he said, 'Here's the difference… when I got in last time, I had no idea how to govern, and I got surrounded by donors and corporate people who said you appoint this guy and appoint that guy… I appointed a lot of bad people.'"
Kennedy continued, "I was listening this morning to this extraordinary interview that Donald Trump did with Joe Rogan yesterday… and he said, 'This time I'm not gonna do that.' He told us that (too), and he didn't just promise that, but he did something no other president's done before. Normally, the transition team is not created until November 6th because GAO, the General Accounting Office, pays for all the cost of the transition team. Trump said, 'I'm not gonna do it this time. I'm not gonna do it their way. I'm gonna start my own transition team three months early.' And he got private donors to fund it, and he's appointed 20 people including me and Tulsi, and there's people of all different kinds of ideology and people who we're gonna have to go up against on that transition team and fight for our vision.
"But I can tell you this, which is unique: there are no corporate lobbyists on that transition team. And, usually, it's 100% corporate lobbyists. So it's very, very different, and it gives me lots of hope that this government is gonna be different than any government we've ever seen."
Politico reported Congress has tried to address transition issues, as during the 2020 events, Trump still was challenging what many believe to have been corrupt influences that altered the winner in that race when the transition to Biden-Harris could have been developing.
And while Congress may have tried to resolve one issue, the report said, "The new law may grant Trump access to the federal resources and state secrets needed to start building a government without having to adhere to rules on fundraising, conflicts of interests and transparency — even if he loses."
The problem for leftists is that unless Trump signs up for the various "coordination" agreements, his transition would not be bound by the rules that the government imposes, the report said.
The Trump team has confirmed that it is working to engage with the outgoing administration on transition plans.
The change primarily allows both candidates to pursue a transition process even while a disputed election is resolved.

The horrific situation happened a few years ago, but the tale about a man who was being prepped for organ donation while alive has gotten much attention lately because of an investigation into the situation.
And it's caused many people to drop out of the organ donation plans to which they had subscribed.
It was legacy wire service reports at the AP that warned of a "spike" in people revoking organ donor plans.
It's because, the report said, their confidence was "shaken by reports that organs were nearly retrieved from a Kentucky man mistakenly declared dead."
The report noted that it happened in 2021 and the man remains alive today. It was exposed during a recent congressional hearing on the topic.
"The federal agency that regulates the U.S. transplant system is investigating, and the Kentucky attorney general's office said it is 'reviewing the facts to identify an appropriate response,'" the report said.
It is at PJMedia where there is an explanation of why people are running scared from the idea.
That report identified the man as Anthony Hoover, 33, who "woke up in a Kentucky hospital with medical personnel shaving his chest, bathing his body, and talking about harvesting his organs."
He had been hospitalized with an overdose and doctors apparently claimed he was unresponsive, "lacked reflexes" "had "emptiness in his eyes" and was "brain dead."
He was two hours into a five-hour procedure to remove organs when a staff member came out to talk to the family with what has to be the stunner of the year: "He's not ready. He woke up."
The report noted that those who formerly worked at the "organ procurement organization" said someone who was making eye contact and shaking his head "no" never should have been near the operating room.
But Dorrie Dils, president of thte Association of Organ Procurement Organizations, pointed out that the process is based on the trust of the public. And once lost, it can take "years" to restore, she said.
The case came to the public's attention through an investigation in Congress, and the result has been "thousands" of people leaving the programs.
Donate Life America, for example, has had 170 people per day leaving the registry.
The report noted that while doing a heart catheterization, the patient had "purposeful movement to pain" and he was "thrashing around."
A cardiologist suggested, "I would most certainly call this purposeful movement, and they should not have said that patient was not going to have a meaningful recovery with these reflexes."
In fact, the report said, he was given a paralytic and sedated further.
What appears to be at issue is how doctors make a determination that a patient is dead.
Daniel Sulmasy, of Georgetown Hospital, said the key is that they do "the right tests and doing them well."
The case has had long shadows. In France, the government presumes donation consent, but recently up to 1,000 people per day have joined a registry of those objecting.
The trend could have "catastrophic consequences" for those needing transplants, said Regis Bronchard, of the French Biomedicine Agency.

Tucker Carlson is is going nuclear on a New York Times reporter who sought comment about alleged election misinformation by the conservative champion, telling him to "f*** off."
Carlson shared a text exchange late Monday night from Nico Grant, a San Francisco-based technology correspondent for the newspaper, who indicated: "We rely on an analysis conducted by researchers at Media Matters for America," a left-wing-minded media watchdog.
Grant said he was working on article where researchers found 286 videos Carlson posted on YouTube between May and August supposedly containing misinformation, including a clip of Carlson mentioning a "clearly stolen" election.
Grant also sought to know if Carlson were a member of the YouTube Partner Program, and if so, "How often does YouTube demonetize your videos?"
Carlson responded: "So the New York Times is working with a left wing hate group to silence critics of the Democratic Party? Please ask yourself why you're participating in it. This is why you got into journalism? It's shameful. I hope you're filled with guilt and self-loathing for sending me a text like this. Please quote me."
The reply from the reporter stated: "Thank you for your prompt response. Would you like to address any of the points or questions above?"
Carlson then responded: "Would I like to participate in your attempt to censor me? No thanks. But I do hope you'll quote what I wrote above and also note that I told you to f*** off, which I am now doing. Thanks."
On his New York Times author page, Grant says of himself: "As a Times journalist, I share the values and adhere to the standards of integrity outlined in our Ethical Journalism Handbook. I want all of my work to be accurate and fair. I do not accept gifts, money or favors from anyone who might figure into my reporting. I do not directly own or trade stocks. I make every effort to understand issues from multiple angles."
Meanwhile, the Fox News Channel aired a segment Tuesday afternoon on what might be the same New York Times article in the works.
The network interviewed Joe Concha, a Fox News contributor, who said:
"There is not a more corrupt, more radical media organization out there than Media Matters. And the New York Times, which has vast resources and personnel, instead of doing its own research has now outsourced this to this patently dishonest, activist organization whose number one mission, outside of taking out this network, is to squash any and all free speech through astroturf campaigns, online against anyone or anything they consider to be conservative or even right of center. Elon Musk once referred to Media Matters as evil propaganda machine. That is not hyperbole, he ain't wrong."
"So this is the game plan here," Concha continued. "Media Matters along with the New York Times, and it's getting increasingly difficult to differentiate the two, by the way, they're gonna pressure YouTube to demonetize these big voices on the right like Ben Shapiro, like Benny Johnson.
"Remember that YouTube is owned by Google, and Google is the the number one donor to Democratic Party out of Silicon Valley. If it does happen, the argument will be Shapiro or Johnson, they are spreading misinformation on the platform, misinformation like saying COVID may have come from a lab or Hunter Biden's laptop is Russian disinformation. You know that kind of misinformation. So, who's to decide what it is and what it isn't? But that's what they're trying to do right now seven days before an election."
Concha concluded: "Media Matters is a tax-free organization, but they receive millions from Democratic megadonors. And they use those funds to pressure major companies to pull their advertising from outlets that they target. And yet, here's the New York Times presenting them as some sort of objective, legitimate source, when they're nothing more than a far-left activist organization.
"So, hopefully they're not successful here, but the deck is stacked against Shapiro and Johnson and others at this point, given that it's the New York Times with Media Matters and YouTube and Google all trying to take them out, and as we saw with Hunter Biden's laptop, they were successful before the last election in terms of squashing voices at a critical time."

'The growing involvement of the West in the conflict in Ukraine creates global risks. The desire to inflict maximum damage on Russia can lead to a direct military clash between the nuclear powers. We cannot but respond to these threats
Russian President Vladimir Putin has issued a warning to NATO members: if Ukraine gets permission to use long-range missiles, it will be an open declaration of war by NATO allies, and the Russian military is already prepared for it.
Polish news outlet Super Express reported Putin has stated Moscow military commanders are currently preparing troops for an eventual war against Western allies because Russia's reaction will be more than diplomatic.
"Our military command is thinking about it and will propose various options for response," Putin said, adding Russia's position on the matter should be taken seriously because "we will have to make some decisions on our side as well."
During the BRICS Summit in Kazan last week, Putin accused NATO of hiding behind Ukraine to fight a war against Russia.
"NATO is at war with us, but with the hands of Ukrainian soldiers. Ukraine does not spare its soldiers in the interest of third countries," Putin said.
Russian Defense Minister Andrey Belousov also threatened the West during a meeting with his Belarus counterpart in Minsk, stating Russia is prepared to use nuclear force if necessary.
"This year the NATO member states conducted a series of the largest exercises since the Cold War, to practice scenarios of a full-scale conflict with Russia and its allies," Belousov said. "The coalition forces of the alliance are being built up. Combat training and reconnaissance activities are also intensified.
"The growing involvement of the West in the conflict in Ukraine creates global risks. The desire to inflict maximum damage on Russia can lead to a direct military clash between the nuclear powers. We cannot but respond to these threats. The changes in the military and political situation made it necessary to specify the basics of the State policy of the Russian Federation in the field of nuclear deterrence and to adjust them to the new reality. Among other things, it is possible to use nuclear weapons in response to the aggression against Belarus as a member of the Union State."
In September, Putin stated if there is a missile strike strong enough to reach Russian cities, he will know it was enabled by NATO allies because long-range missiles can only be used with satellites, something Ukraine does not have.
"If such a decision is made, it will mean nothing more than the direct involvement of NATO countries in the war in Ukraine. This would change the nature of the conflict. This would mean that NATO countries are at war with Russia," Putin said.
Putin's comments come after Ukraine President Volodomyr Zelenskyy has in recent months pleaded with NATO allies to supply Ukraine with the means to strike deep within Russian territory, potentially even reaching as far as the Kremlin.
Zelenskyy's campaign to gain access to these weapons has increased the tensions between the two nations and deepened the military ties between Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.
On Monday, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte confirmed North Korean troops were being deployed to Russia to fight against Ukraine.
"This morning a delegation from the Republic of Korea, a close NATO partner, briefed the North Atlantic Council and our other Indo-Pacific partners Australia, Japan, and New Zealand, on North Korea's growing involvement in Russia's illegal war of aggression against Ukraine," Rutte said.
"The delegation included senior representatives from the Republic of Korea's National Intelligence Service and Ministry of National Defense. Allies also shared their intelligence assessments. Today, I can confirm that North Korean troops have been sent to Russia and that North Korean military units have been deployed."
Rutte noted North Korea's involvement in Russia's war against Ukraine would further expand the conflict, and NATO called on Russia to "cease these actions immediately."
"The deepening military cooperation between Russia and North Korea is a threat to both the Indo-Pacific and Euro-Atlantic security. It undermines peace on the Korean peninsula and fuels the Russian war against Ukraine. Pyongyang has already supplied Russia with millions of rounds of ammunition and ballistic missiles that are fueling a major conflict in the heart of Europe, and undermining global peace and stability," Rutte said.
While current Western leaders and Russia and its allies seemed locked in a bitter back-and-forth – former President Donald Trump has promised to end the conflict between Russia and Ukraine if reelected, making his comments while Zelenskyy was in the U.S. for the United Nations General Assembly in New York City.
"We're gonna work very much with both parties to try and get this settled and work it out. It has to end, at some point, it has to end … it's a terrible situation," Trump said.

Democrats, for years already, have claimed, wildly, that President Donald Trump is a "Hitler." They insist that he's a "fascist," and that's essentially their only articulable reason why he shouldn't be elected.
Longtime failed Democrat presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton was interviewed just days ago, and cited her own book, and other officials who align with her, as confirmation of that.
And then she sought to push on American people that Trump was re-acting a 1939 Nazi rally at Madison Square Garden with his event over the weekend.
The network, delivering a long list of its political propaganda points to Americans, spent its reporting time making comparisons between the two events, then reporting as if the suggestions were not its own.
"Donald Trump's extreme rhetoric and rally at Madison Square Garden in New York City has drawn comparisons to when supporters of Hitler packed the Garden in 1939," the network posted.
It was the Daily Mail, one of the largest publications in the world, that said the network "shockingly" edited images of the actual Nazi rally into the coverage of Trump's campaign event, which featured a star-studded list of supporters, packed the house with almost 20,000 fans, and, according to police, had tens of thousands of fans waiting outside.
WND had reported only days ago that Democrats chose the "Hitler" epithet to insult and damage Trump, and potentially spark violence if he's elected, as in a civilized society, what else should happen if a "Hitler" is elected?
That happened when controversial former Roman Catholic archbishop, Carlo Maria Vigano, who was the Vatican's ambassador to the U.S. from 2011 until 2016, described Kamala Harras as "an infernal monster who obeys Satan."
The election this year is, in fact, described by many as a spiritual fight, what with the likelihood Harris would push harder for the Biden-Harris administration's top agenda items of abortion for all and transgenderism, including body mutilations, for children.
Vigano, in an open letter to Catholics, explained there's no question that they should vote for Trump.
Clinton, too, went on a Democrat-friendly network program to promote the idea of a link between Trump's rally and the 1939 event at Madison Square Garden.
Not emphasized was the fact that the Democrats also have used that facility for their own events.
The Daily Mail noted MSNBC's Capehart "recalled the Nazi rally" as MSNBC "showed images" of the events, "complete with goose-stepping and Hitler salutes."
He claimed, using Democrat propaganda points, "Against that backdrop of history, Donald Trump – the man who has threatened to use the military against opponents he calls 'enemies from within,' who has threatened to use the troops to quell what he says are lawless cities and to use those troops to carry out mass deportations of immigrants – is once again turning Madison Square Garden into a staging ground for extremism."
On social media, commenters were horrified.
"As if we couldn't lose ANY more trust in media," wrote Phil Williams, pointing out that, "Then Trump mic drops with black, Hindu, and Jewish speakers on the dais … oh, and a black woman sang the National Anthem."
Michael Shermer said, "Is @elonMusk Himmler, is Dr. Phil Mengele, is Melania Eva Braun? … You're alienating undecided voters & nudging them to Trump."
Celebrity athlete Riley Gaines pointed to the rally "coverage" and reminded readers that Barack Obama, only days ago, had wondered, "How did things get so divisive?"
Others pointed out that MSNBC was calling tens of thousands of Americans "Nazis" and one said, "They must have forgotten that the DNC held their convention there for Bill Clinton."
Leftists just doubled down, with Democrat vice presidential nominee Tim Walz, whose links to communist China have created one of the scandals he's facing, stating, "There's a direct parallel to a big rally that happened in the mid-1930s at Madison Square Garden."
The Daily Mail reported, "Democrats have increasingly started to brand Trump a fascist and liken him to Adolf Hitler in recent weeks, as liberal fears of a Trump landslide increase. Kamala Harris herself agreed with an assertion that Trump is a 'fascist' during a recent TV appearance. Despite a dazzling start to her campaign, the VP appears to have lost her early momentum. Polls show the race too close to call, but many on both left and right are starting to predict a humiliating defeat for Harris."
Others suggested the network's broadcast license be revoked.
Capehart himself as been the star of leftism for some time. He's called Trump supporters a bigger threat than the Taliban in previous comments.

Perhaps the 2024 presidential race should be the sermon topic for Christian pastors all across the country in these last few days before the vote.
It's because one of the candidates has exhibited a personality that is "militantly hostile toward Americans of faith."
Those are the words of President Donald Trump about Kamala Harris, who, he says, has been "very destructive to Christianity and very destructive to evangelicals and to the Catholic Church."
"She is your worst nightmare," he said recently. "Much worse, much worse than Biden, and he wasn't so hot."
A new report from the Washington Stand explains how there is evidence for Trump's opinion of Harris.
It cites her record of abortion and the LGBT ideology, especially the transgenderism agenda that includes doping children with chemicals and then doing surgical mutilations on their bodies.
Further, it comes from "repeated prosecution — both in the White House and prior to becoming vice president — of pro-life Americans and her complicity in targeting American Catholics with the FBI," the report explained.
Trump has pledged to "stop the Biden-Harris administration's weaponization of law enforcement against Americans of faith" and has said that "no longer will the DOJ and the FBI be allowed to target, persecute, or round up Christians or pro-life activists and throw them in jail for living out their religious beliefs," it explained.
But Harris goes further, it said.
"Harris is promising more than just unrestricted abortion on demand: she's promising to make American Christians carry out and pay for abortions," the report charged. "In an NBC News interview on Tuesday, Harris was asked if she would consider 'making concessions' on abortion if she were to win the White House in order to garner support from pro-abortion Republicans like Senators Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) and Susan Collins (R-Maine)."
Her response was that no concessions were appropriate to protect religious rights when it comes to abortion.
NBC's Hallie Jackson asked specifically about those accommodations, and Harris was adamant: "I don't think we should be making concessions when we're talking about a fundamental freedom to make decisions about your own body."
The report noted Harris was unwilling even to consider using religious exemptions as an "olive branch" to the senators.
Harris insisted that a woman's "freedom to make decisions about their own body, and that cannot be negotiable."
Mary Szoch of the Family Research Council's Center for Human Dignity confirmed immediately that Harris isn't pro-choice, she is "pro-abortion. She wants to force everyone to perform abortions — even physicians who recognize that the killing of an innocent unborn child is murder and a grave sin — and she wants to force American taxpayers to pay for abortions."
She warned, "No Christian can vote for her in good conscience."
"This means that all Christian hospitals, healthcare providers, businesses, etc., would be forced to provide/cover abortion if she got her way. It would be the end of the First Amendment and religious liberty as we know it," said the Center for Baptist Leadership.
That organizations executive director, William Wolfe, explained, "In the final moments of her floundering campaign, Kamala Harris has decided to drop the mask and reveal her deep-seated hatred for the unborn and all American Christians. There are so many things wrong with her recent comments, both morally and legally, that it's hard to know where to begin."
He noted she's wrong on the Constitution, which contains "no 'fundamental freedom' to murder the unborn" and she also would destroy the First Amendment.
Her agenda, he said, is "nothing short of a satanic tyranny that flies in the face of everything America was founded on."
CatholicVote questioned, "Why would any Christian vote for her?" with her agenda to "deny religious exemptions for abortions – forcing Christians to kill unborn children."
And Ben Domenech, of The Spectator, noted, "Forcing Catholic hospitals, which supply care to some of the most vulnerable populations, to perform abortions or shut their doors is literally the most vile thing a major party candidate has ever endorsed."
It was Carlo Vigano, formerly archbishop in the Catholic Church, who warned voters that Harris reports to Satan, in a stunning condemnation of a presidential candidate.
A commentary at the Washington Examiner pointed out that voters of faith should be alarmed.
"Harris is no friend to religious people, and she actively stood on the side of religious oppression while in Congress and during the last four years as vice president."
The Examiner piece described Harris' abortion agenda as "extremism."
It explains, "The Democratic nominee for president believes in forcing religious healthcare providers to perform abortions, a procedure that goes against many of their deeply held religious beliefs. It's further proof a Harris administration would be authoritarian and infringe on religious rights while masquerading as freedom-loving and tolerant."
She previously sought to injure Christians and their community across the nation with her Do No Harm Act, the report said. At that time, she confirmed, "Tht First Amendment guarantee [of religious freedom] should never be used to undermine other Americans' civil rights or subject them to discrimination on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation or gender identity."
In just the past few days Harris has suggested that people need to help God by voting for her, and that those who believe "Jesus is Lord" have no place at her rallies.
