Democrats have unveiled a new campaign strategy in the waning days of the 2024 presidential race: Insults.

Just a day ago, Joe Biden called Trump supporters "garbage."

He was following the footsteps of Hillary Clinton, who previously insisted conservatives are "deplorables" and Barack Obama, who famously said they cling to their Bibles and their guns.

Now billionaire Mark Cuban, campaigning for Democrat Kamala Harris this year, claimed that no "strong, intelligent" woman ever is with Trump.

"Donald Trump, you never see him around strong, intelligent women," he said while campaigning on a television show. "Ever. It's just that simple."

Which triggered a few responders online, including one who said, "It's appalling to see Mark Cuban demean millions of strong, intelligent women who proudly support President Trump. Dismissing these women simply because of their political beliefs is not only disrespectful but exposes the arrogance and elitism that many on the left carry."

And another who said, "So not only are we Nazi garbage, our women are not strong and intelligent," and a third, who listed reasons why "this strong, intelligent woman supports Trump."

Those reasons: "Lower prices, Secure borders, No tax on overtime, No tax on soc. security, No tax on tips, School choice, Support our police, Energy independence, Healthier Food, Free Speech, Girls sports, Protect our kids, Fair trade deals, Peace through strength"

A report at the Gateway Pundit noted Cuban was appearing on an ABC talk show at the time.

The report said Cuban added, "They're intimidating to him. He doesn't like to be challenged by them and you know, Nikki Haley will call him on his nonsense with reproductive rights and how he sees and treats and talks about women. I mean he just can't have her around. It wouldn't work."

Illegal aliens by the millions, often in caravans of thousands that have been delivering women and children, men and boys to the U.S. border ever since Joe Biden and Kamala Harris occupied the White House, have created massive problems for America.

The Democrats had, on their first day in office, destroyed multiple programs that President Donald Trump had instituted, with some degree of success, to secure the border and control those moving into the United States.

The Democrats' agenda has proven catastrophic, with multiple towns and cities now carrying a massive burden of social benefits-consuming newcomers, schools overwhelmed with students who don't speak English, and more.

Those caravans are continuing, with campaigns under way right now to deliver thousands more people who will need American taxpayer help to the border on or shortly after Election Day next week.

But a trend is developing that those individuals won't make the journey to America, based on the sole factor of whether Trump is in office.

The Telegraph visited the current caravans, and reported the migrants themselves are confirming the U.S. may have less of a crisis if Trump is in the White House.

Rohmai Silva, 38, from Guatemala, who was deported in 2018 for a drunken driving offense, said, "If Donald Trump wins I think I am never going to go back. I am trying to get back before the inauguration. I left Guatemala two weeks ago. I could see the election was coming."

He said, "I worry about Donald Trump because the law is going to change a lot and it is going to be more hard to go back to the United States."

Actually if U.S. immigration laws that exist would just be enforced, the migrants would be facing much higher hurdles than they have under the Biden-Harris administration.

Another woman, unidentified, said in the Telegraph report, "We were waiting for the [asylum] appointment but then with the election all these applications will be closed and we are running out of time. The applications are being paused or cancelled but the border will be open. If Donald Trump gets in office again, it will be much tougher."

The report said one caravan of some 2,000 people who would be illegal aliens in the U.S. is en route now, about 1,000 miles from the U.S. border.

Many are urgently making the trek now, in light of the possibility of Trump resuming authority in the White House.

"A second convoy will set off on Nov 5, deliberately timed for election day, 'so Joe Biden and Kamala Harris know we are heading their way' in an effort by human rights activists to emphasise their plight," the report noted.

Trump had cracked down on the problem when in office, with wall construction and the "remain-in-Mexico" practice of having migrants in a holding pattern there while applications were processed. During the Biden-Harris regime, the problem has become acute, especially because of the fact that thousands of criminals have been allowed to enter, including murderers and terrorists.

Trump, in response, has demanded the death penalty for illegal aliens, often gang members, who kill U.S. citizens.

Before the election, and before Trump would be in office should he win, one woman said, "We were waiting for the [asylum] appointment but then with the election all these applications will be closed and we are running out of time. The applications are being paused or cancelled but the border will be open."

The Telegraph said, "The race to get to America is on. The process has become fraught, all the more so in an election year. It is estimated just under half a million illegal migrants enter Mexico every year from Guatemala across the Suchiate River before heading straight to Tapachula, which with a population of 400,000 is the second biggest city in the state of Chiapas. The cartels moved in last year and violence has followed; in April the U.S. issued a warning to its citizens to steer clear of huge swathes of the territory owing to 'rising violence and security concerns.'"

Late in the American presidential campaign, the Biden-Harris administration flipped its own practice, advocating against illegal immigration with a program that has Mexico paid to deter those activities. Harris even has endorsed a border wall, a project that under Trump she called a "medieval vanity project."

Jude Joseph, 40, a Haitian refugee, told the publication, "If I make this CBP One and I get the chance I will go [to the U.S.]. I don't know exactly if I will get a chance if Donald Trump will be president. But there are no jobs in Haiti, just gangsters."

Amidst the avalanche of charges of election fraud and vote-manipulation that erupted, claims often made by President Trump and his advocates, after the 2020 presidential election, Dominion was one of the voting machine companies often mentioned.

Officials defending their company so vigorously, claiming their results literally were untouchable, that they sued multiple organizations for statements made concerning suspicious developments in various vote totals.

Dominion settled with Fox News for hundreds of millions of dollars.

Actually, while there undoubtedly were malfunctions during the election, it always has remained a question whether any manipulation could have changed even the few thousands of ballots that would have been needed to overturn the results of one of the swing states.

However, the FBI did interfere, by falsely claiming that the Biden family scandals detailed in Hunter Biden's laptop were disinformation, when it was true, and Mark Zuckerberg handed out $400 million plus to mostly leftist election officials who used their cash windfall to recruit voters in Democrat districts.

But now Dominion is back in the news, and it's not a good way. In fact, the leftist secretary of state from Michigan, Jocelyn Benson, has confirmed that the Dominion machines are faulty, and it's "a nationwide issue."

Benson confirmed, "This is a nationwide issue with Dominion voter access terminals in uh in the counties that use them. The voter access terminals, of course not all all the machines just the ones that are accessible, have an issue with the uh straight party voting and a programming issue that's affected the machines nationwide."

She added, "And I think all of us that used Dominion machines were um were unhappy to learn about this uh during the uh the testing period and um as early voting began. So we're working with Dominion to seek accountability uh on that front uh. And also are working with our clerks to ensure voters are aware of this uh programming issue that will require them to ensure they are uh voting every section on the ballot."

report from Newsweek said the "warning" from Michigan was that it will make casting a ballot harder.

"Voters with disabilities and others in the battleground state can use Dominion Voter Assist Terminals (VATs) to help them mark their ballots," the report said. But, "People using the machines will have to carefully follow instructions to verify their ballot selections or they will receive an error message, the department said in a press release."

It happens if a voter selects the "straight party" option at the beginning, and then casts various voters later.

The Michigan government said, "Although the issue will not stop people from voting or making their preferred selections, and it will not change anyone's votes, it will make the process more inconvenient for some voters using the VATs."

The report explained voters using VAT machines "will have to select either the 'straight party' option if they wish to vote straight ticket or vote for each race on the partisan selection of the ballot if they wish to split their ticket."

Michigan officials said it was not possible to fix the blunder.

Dominion Voting Systems said in a statement the Michigan government "confirmed there is no issue preventing any voters from voting or making their preferred selections and casting their paper ballot."

State officials later claimed that the issue affected only some voting machines in their state.

Elon Musk, on social media, had a basic question: "What's going on @dominionvoting?"

Comments on social media included, "Paper ballots would have no issue," and "What are they doing?"

Also, "It is disastrously easy to manipulate a single line of code and produce different results. Are they trying to provoke a civil war?"

Suspiciously, there already has been evidence of vote fraud in Pennsylvania and Colorado, in additional to the suggestion of that problem in Michigan.

And Colorado officials had voting machine passwords posted online, apparently for weeks, before Republicans called out the security breach. Interestingly, former Mesa County, Colorado, clerk Tina Peters had been sentenced to jail for allegedly misusing one password.

"Use paper ballots and hand count them instead. There. Problem solved" said one person.

Benson's graduate work was focused on white supremacy and neo-Nazism and she once worked with the extremist Southern Poverty Law Center, which routinely labels pro-family and pro-life organizations "hate" organizations, and even applies that label to Christian groups that do not support the ideology of transgenderism.

In Michigan, she pushed for election-day registration and unrestricted absentee ballots.

One of the FBI whistleblowers whose work sparked the investigation into – and ultimate convictions of Hunter Biden on gun and tax charges – is facing a forced demotion or departure from his job, according to his lawyers who are charging the government with retaliation.

It is in Just the News that a lawyer for whistleblower Gary Shapley said a letter to his client ordering the job change is just continuing "retaliation" that began months ago when Shapely was passed over for a promotion.

Lawyer Tristan Leavitt, the chief of the Empower Oversight whistleblower center, said the federal whistleblower protection agency should take immediate action against the FBI.

Leavitt said the Office of Special Counsel "should issue an immediate stay while they conduct their investigation into the 4 promotions SSA Shapley has been passed over for since he blew the whistle, and provide a briefing to Congress on what they have done to date."

He said, in the report, "It's been 17 months since we filed with OSC about the first promotion the IRS passed over SSA Shapley for, and OSC has yet to issue any findings."

Just the News reported it was Shapley's testimony that prompted Congress to change the course "of the Biden family corruption case and resulted in Hunter Biden's felony convictions."

The younger Biden faces sentencing in just weeks for multiple gun and tax violations.

The letter sent to Shapley, the report said, gave him an ultimatum to "accept a forced transfer, a demotion, or leave the agency."

Shapley has been a supervisory special agent in Chicago, and could face a forced transfer to Washington where he would be placed in a lower-level position, the report said.

The letter ordered, "You must indicate your intent by selecting one of the three options below. Please sign, date, and return this document to your manager and me no later than fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this notice."

The FBI claimed, in the letter, that the orders were part of its agenda for "diversity of thought, breadth of experience, and technical and interpersonal expertise."

Congress has questioned the FBI's actions even after the agency claimed it was not engaging in retaliation.

The FBI, of course, in recent years has given evidence that it, in fact, is partisan. It interfered in the 2020 election against President Trump by falsely claiming to media organizations that the Biden scandals found in Hunter Biden's laptop were disinformation when it knew at the time they were accurate.

It also was involved in the investigations resulting from the false claims made against Trump during his first election, moves that handicapped his presidency. Some FBI agents at that time were accused of exchanging messages about how they would not allow Trump to be president.

Shapley, and fellow agent Joseph Ziegler, had testified to the House Ways and Means and Oversight Committees "that they witnessed irregularities and political interference in their efforts to probe and prosecute first son Hunter Biden for tax and other violations," the report said.

It continued, "House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, who led the Biden family investigation in Congress and played a major role in obtaining the whistleblowers' evidence, told Just the News on Wednesday night he is deeply concerned by the new developments."

Comer's response: "Two brave IRS whistleblowers, Gary Shapley, and Joseph Ziegler, placed their careers on the line to blow the whistle, and now the IRS is out for revenge. These whistleblowers made lawful, protected disclosures and exposed America's two-tiered system of justice that allows the politically connected to operate above the law. Any retaliation against these two will not be tolerated and the House Oversight Committee will be calling on the IRS and the United States Office of Special Counsel to answer for this."

Just the News summarized the Hunter Biden escapades: "Congressional committees ultimately corroborated the two agents' claims with evidence and testimony and the controversy resulted in the termination of a sweetheart plea deal that would have spared Hunter Biden prison time for a variety of offenses. Hunter Biden subsequently stood trial and was convicted of felony gun charges in Delaware and pled guilty to tax crimes in California. He faces the possibility of prison time in a foreign business scandal that was originally portrayed as Russian disinformation but that ultimately proved a serious black eye for a Biden family that enriched itself with millions of dollars of money from Ukraine, China, and other foreign countries while Joe Biden was vice president."

The problem faced by the agents was the political interference as they were investigating the wrongdoing.

Back in 2016, Douglass Mackey, known online as Ricky Vaughn, went to social media with a joke about voting for Hillary Clinton in that year's presidential election via text message.

It was, actually, just an updated version of an election meme that's been around for years. Depending on the political persuasion, it has appeared before as "Democrats vote on Tuesday, Republicans on Wednesday," or vice versa.

That one's comedic value obviously is that an election, for generations in America, has been on a Tuesday, so a Wednesday vote is valueless. Likewise with Mackey's, as there is no accepted process for voting "via text message."

report at RedState explained, "While most people saw this particular meme and thought, 'Haha, can you imagine anybody being that stupid,' scolds at the Justice Department tightened up their britches and set about squashing the man."

Mackey was arrested, and charged with election interference, specifically., "conspiring with others in advance of the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election to use various social media platforms to disseminate misinformation designed to deprive individuals of their constitutional right to vote."

The Deep State feds in Washington, the report said, held the premise that "somebody might have actually believed the meme and thus had their vote stolen away by trying to cast it as a text message."

Mackey was convicted and sentenced to seven months in prison, although he contested that at the appellate court level.

But, the report said, "Under that same premise, it must be assumed that Trump supporters might be duped by Kimmel's suggestion and attempt to vote on Thursday or Friday after Election Day. Thus, they would be deprived of their vote as well. Kimmel must be investigated and charged with the very same crime."

He begged his audience: "If you want to vote for Trump, vote late. Vote very late. Do your voting on Thursday or maybe Friday."

The Department of Justice, after trial, boasted, "Douglass Mackey, was sentenced today by United States District Judge Ann M. Donnelly to 7 months in prison for his role in a conspiracy to interfere with potential voters' right to vote in the 2016 election for the Office of the President of the United States. Douglass Mackey, also known as 'Ricky Vaughn,' was previously convicted of the charge of Conspiracy Against Rights at trial by a federal jury in Brooklyn. Mackey was convicted of the charge in March 2023 following a three-week trial."

U.S. attorney Breon Peace, at the time, said, "One of the foundational rights we hold as Americans, a right that many fought so hard to obtain, is the right to vote. The defendant weaponized disinformation in a dangerous scheme to stop targeted groups, including black and brown people and women, from participating in our democracy. This groundbreaking prosecution demonstrates our commitment to prosecuting those who commit crimes that threaten our democracy and seek to deprive people of their constitutional right to vote."

The RedState report explained, "Now, there was a time when we could all sit back and hear that joke, chuckle a little bit, and move on. That time has passed. The DOJ is on record declaring that joking that people should vote after the election is a very serious and actionable crime."

The report continued, "The Department of Justice must immediately act upon this blatant criminal behavior. Kimmel, whose comedy has all the freshness of a bottle of Centrum Silver, used a 20-minute opening monologue to disparage former President Donald Trump and his supporters. The crux of his diatribe – Republicans should not vote for Trump."Unfortunately, his on-camera descent into madness culminated with a very specific criminal act. It was documented for everyone to see. On tape, archived forever."

RedState reported, "There's no gray area here at all. Kimmel did exactly what Mackey was arrested for. The Justice Department under Biden and Harris must, in their relentless pursuit to save democracy by combatting 'misinformation,' arrest Jimmy."

The deceptions that have come out of the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris administration have not been scarce. Remember when Biden assured Americans his son, Hunter, had done nothing wrong? Hunter Biden's now awaiting sentencing on felony tax and gun convictions.

Then there's the administration's often-repeated falsehood the southern border is secure.

And that Bidenomics "is working," as consumers have faced inflation of more than 20% since they took office.

And the misnamed "Inflation Reduction Act," which didn't reduce inflation.

And many more.

Now there's the old motif that the administration has been transparent, and ethical.

A report from Fox News notes that a watchdog organization now is citing ethical failures that have been uncovered in the White House, the Department of Interior, Health and Human Services, the Department of Energy, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Commerce, in the State Department, and more.

The evidence is from Protect the Public's Trust and confirms that the Biden-Harris regime's claim to be the "most ethical and transparent" administration ever is just a "myth."

"From its onset, the Biden-Harris administration promised to 'bring transparency and truth back to the government,' per then-White House press secretary Jen Psaki," the organization's report explains.

"Psaki also claimed that President Joe Biden 'is committed to ensuring we have the most ethically vigorous administration in history.' However, the administration and its executive branch agencies have often failed to live up to these high ideals, and the myth of a scandal-free administration is just that: a myth," the report confirmed.

The report confirms that, just inside the White House sphere of influence, there have been ethical questions in the Office of White House Counsel, the National Archives and Records Administration, and more.

There were charges Biden's White House lawyers "were acting as his attorneys amid the investigation into the mishandling of classified documents," Fox reported.

Further, allegations were made that press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre violated the Hatch Act and questions were raised over Psaki's "apparent conflict of interest while looking to leave federal service for a high-salary television job."

The biggest flop?

"No agency has lost so much credibility during the Biden-Harris administration" as his Health and Human Services, the report explains.

"As it took the reins amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the Biden-Harris HHS disregarded ethical and scientific integrity principles as it issued far-reaching recommendations governing nearly every aspect of Americans' lives. PPT exposed many potential violations and filed several complaints against appointees in the department and its component agencies to help preserve what little remains of the public's trust."

Interior was called out for "cutting ethical corners in favor of special interest policies" and Energy gave DOI a "ruin for its money," the report charges.

"Ethics issues in the Biden-Harris administration didn't end with Hunter Biden and the president's family," elaborated Michael Chamberlain, of PPT, in an interview with Fox.

"Despite their claims to be the most ethical in history, we've documented possible ethics violations in most of the Cabinet-level agencies, including confirmed Hatch Act violations, conflicts of interest, and all the hazards that come with having a revolving door between official D.C. and well-connected activist groups."

He said Americans should be wary of anyone trying to "paint this as a 'scandal-free' administration."

JERUSALEM – Reports have emerged over the last 24 hours or so about the possibility of a ceasefire between the warring parties in the Israel-Hezbollah conflict. This is partly due to Israeli officials intimating this week it might be possible to draw down the fighting and attempt to reach a diplomatic settlement. Residents of Israel's north, still displaced by incessant daily rocket and drone strikes, likely would beg to differ with this assessment.

Special Coordinator for the Middle East Brett McGurk, along with Special Envoy Amos Hochstein, arrived in Israel Thursday, ostensibly to attempt to broker some kind of truce to end the fighting in Lebanon and to provide a means for some 80,000 or so residents of Israel's north – who have been internally displaced since Oct. 8, 2023 – to return to their homes and attempt to reestablish some sense of normalcy in their daily lives.

There have been suggestions both from the military and political echelons that Israel could consider a reality beyond the war. The IDF Northern Command has intimated it is nearing the completion of its mission to raze Hezbollah's terrorist infrastructure both around and on the border with Israel – and there certainly seems to be significant evidence for this. Indeed, it appears the IDF uncovered several staging areas, and weapons stores – some of them a mere stone's throw away from UNIFIL "peacekeeper" bases – which were to be used in a Hezbollah attack – "Conquering the Galilee" – which would likely have dwarfed the Hamas attack on Oct. 7.

On Wednesday evening, a draft of the ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon was by Israeli state broadcaster KAN. Israel is thought to have approached the U.S. and suggested a cease fire deal be based on U.N. Resolution 1701, which brought the Second Lebanon War to an end in 2006. The document, which Hochstein allegedly drafted, has reportedly been presented to Israel's political establishment. The main items include:

  • Full cessation of hostilities by both sides.
  • Both sides maintain the right to self-defense.
  • Only UNIFIL and the Lebanese army will deploy south of the Litani line.
  • Lebanon will be responsible for stopping the rearmament of Hezbollah. They are tasked with stopping arms from coming in and Hezbollah from reestablishing infrastructure.
  • During a 60 day period Israel will remain in Lebanon and during that time the removal of Hezbollah to above the Litani line will commence.
  • Only if the sides are happy with the progress of the disarmament will the conflict end permanently. That means after 60 days, Israel gets to evaluate progress.
  • If satisfied, Israel and Lebanon will proceed to talks on how to fully implement Resolution 1701 and resolve border disputes.

In addition to any deal between Israel and Lebanon, there is also an outline for a verification mechanism, which includes the following:

  • A monitoring mechanism will be chaired by the United States. If there are violations, that mechanism will look into them within a reasonable timeframe.
  • There will be consequences for violations including sanctions.
  • Israel has the right to act militarily at recognized violations that are not addressed in certain areas.
  • Israel has the right to recon overflights over Lebanon.

Israel is understandably a bit twitchy at the prospect of trusting enforcement of the resolution – particularly as it has been so obviously ignored for the last 18 years, as Hezbollah had built up the largest arsenal of missiles in the Middle East, certainly of any non-state actor. In addition to U.S. involvement there is speculation Jerusalem might turn to Moscow to ensure arms cannot be smuggled into Lebanon over the Syrian border or by air or sea.

Despite the proposal, and the seeming encouragement of the Biden administration – especially so close to the U.S. presidential election – there is a good deal of skepticism both in Israel and among U.S.-based Middle East analysts. One of the key issues, clearly, is the role Hezbollah still plays in the Lebanese political scene. None of the other sectarian groups, as well as the official Lebanese army, has felt emboldened to stand up against it; is there any evidence things will be different now?

This also does not take into account Iran, which despite the obvious setback of its now being largely defenseless against Israel's air force following the strikes over the weekend, is still heavily invested in Hezbollah. There are perhaps too many variables to in any way predict a lessening of the intensity of the war. While Israel's military strategists have proved the soundness of their plans as the war has pivoted away from Gaza toward the northern arena, it seems far too early to embark on any kind of victory lap.

And as the negotiators meet, the fighting does not seem to be letting up any. Israel used hundreds of tons of explosives to destroy Hezbollah cross-border attack tunnels, as well as command centers. The IAF has continued to target the Iranian proxy's high-ranking field commanders, as well as weapons depots. Crucially, however, the fate of Hezbollah's 1,500 or so precision-guided missiles, which can cause such accurate destruction and take out or certainly take off-line crucial Israeli civil and defense infrastructure are assessed to have remained unscathed in the IDF's southern Lebanon campaign.

Meanwhile, on the Israeli side, the fighting has taken a toll over the last two weeks or so. Several reservists have been killed recently, leaving more than 70 Israeli children without a father. Two reservists in their 40s had 18 children between them. And Thursday also saw one of the deadliest days since the tragic killing of 12 school children playing soccer in Majdal Shams in July – when a Hezbollah rocket killed five – four foreign workers and one Israeli – working in an apple orchard in the northern town of Metula. One other person was seriously wounded.

Despite the talk of ceasefires – and Hamas declined to agree to another proposal Thursday – the fighting goes on, with the likelihood there will be more mayhem, death and destruction to come.

WASHINGTON – Billionaire Patrick Byrne, founder and former CEO of e-tailing giant Overstock.com, has been relentless – risking his life to expose the "shadow government's" ongoing "soft-coup" against America and the Deep State's elaborate and ongoing scheme to frame, incarcerate and eliminate GOP presidential nominee former President Donald Trump.

In his explosive memoir published earlier this year, titled "Danger Close: Domestic Extremist #1 Comes Clean," Byrne reveals how he, the son of former GEICO chairman John J. Byrne, went from being one of the wealthiest men on the planet as Overstock's CEO to being deemed by the Department of Homeland Security to be "Domestic Extremist #1."

The whistleblower played an integral role in the "Russian collusion hoax," a seditious scheme devised by a politically weaponized FBI to frame a sitting president, Donald Trump. The fictitious "Russia, Russia, Russia" scandal would go on to plague the Trump presidency with the wrongful indictment and incarceration of numerous members of his administration.

The federal government has given Byrne numerous ultimatums, warning him that speaking out about the seditious operation he was tasked to execute by the FBI would become a death sentence.

On top of that, Byrne is reportedly in hiding as he faces off in a legal battle with Dominion Voting Systems and a defamation suit filed by Hunter Biden. Byrne insists he has irrefutable proof of widespread voter fraud implemented to rig the 2020 election, some of which he presented in the Oval Office to Trump. His allegations prompted Dominion to slap him with a $1.7 billion lawsuit.

In September, the Venezuelan government put a $25 million bounty on Byrne, who subsequently "fled to Dubai," reports Newsweek.

'The Russia probe – I set it up'

Last summer, Byrne called this reporter, who had previously interviewed him, with an astounding admission. The wind blared through the phone's speaker as if he were traveling at high speed in a car, or about to take flight in a helicopter.

"I worked with the Democrats on the Russia probe – I set it up," he said, before abruptly hanging up the phone. Hours later, Byrne, the mysterious billionaire and mentee of Warren Buffett, sent this reporter a link to an exposé published by Capitol Times Magazine's "Deep Capture" report. His hidden role with the government over the past decade must be widely reported to the masses to stop the steal and save America, he said.

"General Flynn says that the following story is the hypersonic missile," Byrne wrote in a September 2023 text message to this reporter, accompanying a link to the 99-page report. "[Flynn] says the single most important thing for the country is getting this story digested… This is all true."

Byrne summarizes his years-long involvements with the FBI, top law enforcement officials and Senate Judiciary dating back to 2005 in an extensive Q&A featured in the magazine, providing the most comprehensive insight in print of the James Bond-esque clandestine web in which he has been entangled.

Since the release of the Capitol Times Magazine report, the former Overstock CEO, once hailed as the "Messiah of Bitcoin," has spoon-fed the public parts of his story, incrementally, through a series of interviews with various journalists as he reveals what he knows about the FBI's attempt to seize control of the U.S. electoral system.

Excerpts of a video compilation of Byrne's interviews, in which he discusses the ins and outs of "Operation Snow Globe" – a one-time Deep State plan to control Hillary Clinton had she become U.S. president – is an expedient medium through which the public can "digest" Byrne's perilous crusade with the FBI, spanning more than a decade.

The hour-long video is now viral, but only on SpaceX founder Elon Musk's X platform, since Big Tech continues to employ outright censorship on speech damaging to the permanent government.

'Operation Snow Globe'

Like many Americans, Byrne grew up revering the FBI as the nation's premiere law enforcement agency, traditionally one of the federal government's most highly regarded institutions – at least, before it became increasingly clear that the Bureau had been "captured" at its highest levels by so-called leaders with a subversive and unconstitutional intent.

In 2005, Byrne began his first encounter with the FBI when he blew the whistle on Wall Street and the "mass crack in the financial system."

"Hedge funds were looting hundreds of billions and probably trillions out of the system," he told Capitol Times Magazine's "Deep Capture" feature.

After his highly effective exposure of fraud on Wall Street, which had led to the 2008 banking crisis, the feds pursued Byrne to undertake another mission, and then another.

Willing to serve, the next assignment federal agents would present to Byrne was risky, but a relatively simple task that would turn his life upside down and, ironically, incite the Department of Homeland Security to designate him "domestic extremist #1."

In December 2015, Byrne was assigned by FBI agents in New York to initiate "Operation Snow Globe." The mission consisted of facilitating a sting of former Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton via entrapping her in a series of bribes.

Byrne was told he was to bribe Clinton with millions of dollars to keep the scandal-plagued former secretary of state on a "Bunsen burner."

"They don't want any attention brought to me," Byrne states in the video that has been viewed 7.5 million times on X. "I bribed Hillary Clinton $18 million dollars."

"I caused Hillary Clinton to be offered to take a bribe in mid-July of 2016 by the FBI. The FBI had me bribe – had me facilitate a bribe for Hillary Clinton, which I accomplished," he explains.

"They also told me she had already taken one bribe for $20 million – and I got an $18 million bribe in her face and she took it. I've been shown the why – the bank records that show that she took it.

"So, they don't want me – any attention being brought to me. That is probably why they omitted my name when they leaked the story."

Byrne contends that when the FBI tasked him with bribing Clinton in late 2015, federal agents informed him that the Democratic presidential contender had already been compromised by accepting a bribe for millions of dollars from Turkey in a bid to entrap the former U.S. senator.

The Overstock CEO was to carry out the next step and facilitate the bribe with a "bagman" from Azerbaijan.

"I know what's in the Durham report," Byrne insists. "I facilitated a bribe for Hillary Clinton on Jan. 14, 2016, right here in this town on behalf of the FBI.

"They came to me on Dec. 1st, 2015, and they told me that Hillary Clinton had accepted a bribe from Turkey for $21 million. They told me that I would be working for a group in New York [with] FBI agents who had authorization to set Hillary Clinton up in a sting.

"The bagman from that other government was, I was to befriend and I was to get that person 10 minutes alone in a room with Hillary Clinton.

"I did," said Byrne.

"On January 16, Hillary Clinton was in this town and she met in a way that was kept off her schedule and she accepted an $18 million bribe. General Barr knows this – Durham – they know. This is what's behind it all."

'Scrubbed from the highest level'

Days after Clinton accepted the bribe from Byrne and met with the bagman, the FBI gave Byrne an ultimatum, recalls Byrne. There had evidently been a change of plans.

The "highest of levels" terminated the scheme to entrap Clinton with bribes, a ploy that could crush her electoral prospects. Instead, Clinton was to be installed as commander-in-chief, as long as she would abide by certain conditions.

"They came to me three days later and told me I 'had to forget about it' and 'forget that ever happened,'" Byrne admonished. "\I said, 'What are you talking about?'

"They gave me one excuse. They said – 'Hillary is going to win – they decided upstairs and there's nothing – nothing is going to be able to stop that now. She's going to win and she's going to send her people up to the FBI and they will ask who is part of investigating Hillary, and any of us who are part of it are going to be destroyed and that includes you too, Patrick.' And so, this mission has been scrubbed from the highest level.

"I thought about that, and I said, 'Yes, sir.'"

But the FBI was not done with Byrne – not yet. Hillary was scandal-plagued: In addition to the bribes Byrne has blown the whistle on, it was Clinton, not Trump, who had actually "colluded with the Russians," as Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton explained in a video interview with WND.

"Two or three weeks later, I was back with three federal agents [in Salt Lake City, Utah]," Byrne said, noting, "I let them know, 'This was not sitting well with me and I'd like to know why they had changed course.'

"We had almost a year before the election," he continued. "They could have me and another person in front of a grand jury in a week and gotten her indicted."

Bottom line: Clinton was going to be placed in the executive office only if she agreed to act as an arm of the shadow government, Byrne explained.

"They told me word for word, 'Patrick, what's really going on is this: President Obama has his people across the federal bureaucracy at this point, but especially the Department of Justice," said Byrne.

"Hillary Clinton is going to be president for eight years, and nothing's going to change that but think of there being a 'Bunsen burner' within the Department of Justice,'" Byrne says the federal agents told him, verbatim. "That evidence about the two bribes you were part of gathering is going to be sitting on the Bunsen burner, and the hand on the Bunsen burner is going to be one of Barack Obama's people.

"If Hillary is a good girl and defends Obamacare, that flame stays low. If she's a bad girl and thinks for herself, it's going to get turned up high that way. Barack Obama's going to manage Hillary Clinton for the eight years she's president, then she's going to step down, and Michelle's going to run, and, Patrick, that's the plan.

"I was later to learn that this plan was called 'Operation Snow Globe.' Snow Globe we had, you know, Christmas kids get a little glass ball like a shake. And this was a snow globe they wanted Hillary Clinton, and a snow globe that Clinton, that Obama and Brennan and Comey could shake up anytime they wanted while she's president. My bribe was the lure, it was the bait to lure her to step into that snow globe."

The government continues to attempt to squeeze Byrne into compliance as he blows the whistle on foreign election interference.

In a video interview conducted in July 2022, Byrne revealed to this reporter that that he, Gen. Flynn and attorney Sidney Powell met with Trump in December 2020 for an emergency meeting. In the Oval office, Byrne presented the president with advisories issued by the Department of Justice and DHS, showcasing how U.S. electoral system had been hacked by Iran, which allowed Trump to invoke emergency powers.

In September 2023, five convicted Proud Boys leaders, four of whom were found guilty of seditious conspiracy, were sentenced to 22, 18, 17, 15 and 10 years in prison for their alleged roles in the U.S. Capitol demonstration on Jan. 6, 2021.

Byrne donated over $200,000 to Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio's legal fund and continues to assist with legal fees of January 6 defendants. In fact, Byrne has offered to pay the $350,000 of damages the Capitol building sustained. Along with whatever other charges J6 defendants typically face, assessments for the damages to the building left behind after the riot are often added.

In addition, as "Deep Capture" reports, "Byrne has publicly offered to face all non-violent charges from that day: those accused can say they did it because they listened to Byrne, and Byrne will agree to stipulate to this, on the condition he can defend himself in televised proceedings."

North Korea is not preparing to send its most elite and experienced soldiers to Russia in its fight against Ukraine and is instead deploying new military recruits to the Russian front lines.

According to a report from the Wall Street Journal, available footage and intelligence analysis suggest North Korea is sending soldiers in their teens and early 20s, with experts noting the soldiers appear to be short and not as physically fit as you would expect from troops being sent to war.

U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin confirmed last week that 3,000 North Korean troops were already in Russia, and another 7,000 were still yet to be deployed.

Austin met with South Korean Defense Minister Kim Yong-kyun Wednesday, and assured him the U.S. is ready and fully committed to the defense of the Republic of Korea, including the use of nuclear weapons.

"I am increasingly concerned that the Kremlin plans to use these North Korean soldiers to support Russia's combat operations in Russia's Kursk region near the border with Ukraine … Turning to a pariah state like North Korea for troops just underscores how much trouble he [Putin] is in," Austin said.

The Pentagon urged Russia to change course, reiterating its awareness of the security implications in both Europe and the Indo-Pacific region caused by the Russia-North Korea alliance. Austin noted the U.S. is an ally of South Korea, and is prepared to use what is necessary to secure stability.

"This includes conventional missile defense, nuclear and advanced non-nuclear forces and means. We have also returned to large-scale exercises with our allies from the Republic of Korea. This enhances our joint readiness and operational interoperability," Austin said.

During an interview with Radio Free Asia, Tae Yong Ho, Secretary General of South Korea's Unification Advisory Council and former North Korean Deputy Ambassador to the U.K. detailed why Pyongyang is backing Russia.

Tae defected to South Korea in 2016 with his family, becoming a National Assembly member in South Korea just four short years later. Tae said when he watched the footage of North Korea soldiers in Russia, he questioned whether they were real troops because in his opinion they looked "shabby."

"When I first saw that video file, I wondered whether they are North Korean soldiers or not because they seemed very shabby," Tae said, noting the North Korean soldiers looked much smaller than their Russian counterparts.

"They look very much malnourished, they look very hungry. But later on many intelligence agencies worldwide confirmed that they are really North Korean soldiers … I was almost shocked because during my days in North Korea, I was educated that North Korean soldiers would not fight for the interest of the other country."

Tae said the next few weeks and months will be a very crucial moment in the future of North Korea, and noted North Korea's leader Kim Jong Un will be calculating how much foreign currency he is able to get from sending soldiers to Russia.

North Korea has ambitions of using Russia's technology to advance its own weapons programs, according to Tae, and Kim wants to become a bigger player on the world stage.

"So North Korea is desperate to get their satellite technologies … Kim Jong Un wants to play a kind of role as a game changer in world politics. It is proof that North Korea can make a kind of new change in Ukraine war by sending its soldiers," Tae noted.

Tae stated the outcomes over the next few months will not only be important for North Korea, but also for world security overall, including the U.S., and further added North Korea and Russia have been ignoring sanctions imposed by the United Nations.

There was speculation on how current North Korean diplomats may be reacting to the soldiers being sent to Russia, with Tae stating they were likely surprised and possibly angry because the soldiers are being sent to the Ukraine war to be sacrificed for Kim's regime.

"They were sent to Ukraine to fight against Ukraine war, and Ukraine people, and now they are forced to kill Ukraine people and Ukraine children. So, actually, Kim Jong Un is making these North Korean soldiers guilty of a humanitarian crime," Tae stressed, further noting diplomats are not able to voice concerns against Kim's decisions.

Being a dictatorship, North Korean citizens and diplomats are expected to follow instructions from their leader without question.

"North Korea is a dictatorship country," Tae said, adding if a person dissents they "could immediately become the subject of persecution or even public shooting. So, unless you defect, like me, you can't say anything against North Korean policies."

According to the South China Morning Post, over 200 North Korean soldiers who defected to South Korea, are looking to wage psychological warfare against their ex-comrades by joining the Ukraine side's fight against Russia. Some are even asking North Korean soldiers already deployed, to not fight for Kim's regime, with Ukraine also offering refuge.
