There's a new threat developing to those individuals who are terminally ill, and live in jurisdictions where assisted suicide is legal: Coercion from family members who are looking for an insurance payout after the death.

A report in the Telegraph explains, "It is understood that the insurance industry will similarly treat an assisted death to a death from any other illness, meaning that policies would typically be expected to pay out."

So, pro-life activists and doctors have begun warning that "families might coerce elderly relatives to opt for an assisted death to secure swift life insurance payments."

The Christian Institute explained that Bill Noble, former chief of the Association for Palliative Medicine, expressed concern that "if end-of-life protections were removed, the behavior of unscrupulous relatives could see some patients 'die before their time.'"

Gordon Macdonald, of Care Not Killing, noted the risk of coercion for monetary gain through insurance payouts typified the 'inherent dangers of legalizing assisted suicide."

An official for Zurich Insurance explained, "In practice, we would expect the large proportion of those considering assisted dying would be likely to have arrived at the terminal illness benefit stage and have claimed under that benefit."

And officials with Royal London explained, "If the individual who has passed away following an assisted death would likely have died naturally during the term of their plan, Royal London would likely pay such claims."

Macdonald pointed out that means, "there will be nothing to stop those with greedy motives from seeking a financial windfall by putting pressure on those who are vulnerable to opt for assisted suicide or euthanasia."

According to the Telegraph, there is a particular concern if someone experiences certain circumstances just as a policy is nearing expiration.

The Telegraph pointed out, "Polling by Action on Elder Abuse has previously found that almost 10% of those aged 65 and over in the UK report experiencing some form of elder abuse."

A New Yorker whose ballot was stolen and cast without his knowledge now has suffered a second hit, as he was informed by elections officials that the illegally cast vote will count.

It is the Federalist that documented the horrors experienced by Mike Miner, 55, when he tried to vote.

He was told by elections officials that he already had voted, even though he hadn't.

"Miner told The Federalist that he decided to vote early, just one day after early voting began on Saturday," the report said.

"I went up to the table and was told I already voted," Miner said. "I ask, 'Where did I vote?' Because, of course, this is very surprising to me. And they told me I voted in the town of Fishkill [which is located next to Wappingers], 22 minutes after early voting began on Saturday."

But he hadn't.

Eventually, elections officials determined the signature on the stolen ballot did not match Miner's real signature, so they gave him a provisional ballot.

But they also confirmed "the fraudulent vote cast Saturday in Miner's name" also will count, because once a ballot is cast, the vote itself becomes anonymous, making it impossible to identify the fraudulent vote and remove it from the bunch."

The report noted Erik Haight, a Republican election commissioner on the Dutchess County Board of Elections, is taking the situation very seriously.

"We were made aware of the situation almost immediately when [Miner] showed up to vote. We instructed the bipartisan team of election inspectors to issue Mr. Miner an affidavit ballot, and we had an agreement with both Democrat and Republican commissioners that this affidavit ballot will count."

He also said the stolen ballot issue has been referred to prosecutors.

Miner pointed out why the system failed him.

It's because officials don't require ID for a vote.

"I think it's ridiculous — anyone can walk in, just as what happened to me, and say 'I'm so and so' and vote. So I don't believe the system is safe right now. And I know I'm only one vote, but I have the right to vote and my vote should count. Someone shouldn't steal your vote and that be able to count. I don't know the outcome of that vote — what if it was opposite of what I voted? Then it cancels my vote out."

The Federalist pointed out New York is one of 14 states where there are no ID requirements to vote.

The report said that's because of the "Democrat supermajority" in the state legislature.

In fact, Democrats there killed an election security plan by not allowing it to have a vote.

A special program set up in the state of Illinois to provide scholarships to aspiring teachers, to use for tuition, fees, commuter allowances, and room and board, is under a new court challenge because of its racist foundation.

It excludes students if they are white.

It is the Pacific Legal Foundation that is pursuing a civil rights complaint on behalf of the American Alliance for Equal Rights, which is fighting the precedent of the Illinois Student Assistance Corporation.

"The Minority Teachers of Illinois Scholarship Program awards scholarships of up to $7,500 per year for tuition, fees, commuter allowances, and room and board for up to four academic years of full-time college enrollment. With Illinois facing a severe teacher shortage, the MTI Scholarship Program is designed to encourage qualified Illinoisans to join the teacher ranks," Pacific Legal Foundation's report explained.

"Students must meet residency, academic, and financial standards," the legal team explained. But, it noted, the recipients are decided based on race.

"Illinois can offer assistance to young, aspiring teachers, but not when they exclude a significant number of applicants based on their skin color," said PLF attorney Erin Wilcox. "The exclusion of non-minority applicants not only misses the mark on providing an equal opportunity for all future teachers, it violates the Constitution's Equal Protection Clause."

The racism dates back to 1992 when state lawmakers created the program.

"Its purported aim was to alleviate a teacher shortage by recruiting minority students to pursue teaching careers at Pre-K through high school levels," the report said.

However, recipients are limited to students who are "African American/Black, Hispanic American, Asian American or Native American origin, or a qualified bilingual minority."

The report said, "It's wrong for the government to deny individuals access to government 0benefits based on race. Moreover, it's unconstitutional. The equal protection guarantee of the Constitution's Fourteenth Amendment protects individuals from government discrimination due to arbitrary classifications like race. Excluding students from a state-funded scholarship program because of their race blatantly violates the Equal Protection Clause."

The complaint in court explains, "The Scholarship Program's statutory racial exclusion is embedded both in the application process and the qualification considerations for the award. First, only minority students who have graduated from high school or have received a State of Illinois High School Diploma maintained a cumulative grade point average of no less than 2.5 on a 4.0 scale, and are enrolled or accepted on at least a half-time basis as an undergraduate or graduate student at an Illinois institution of higher education are eligible to apply for the Scholarship Program."

And, it contends, "Eligible applicants must then satisfy the following requirements to receive a scholarship: (i) be a resident of the State and a citizen or permanent resident of the United States; (ii) be a minority student; (iii) as an eligible applicant, have made a timely application; (iv) be enrolled on at least a half-time basis at a qualified Illinois institution of higher learning to become a licensed teacher; (v) maintain a grade point average of no less than 2.5 on a 4.0 scale; and (vi) have continued to advance satisfactorily toward the attainment of a degree."

The filing in court explains, "Under the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, '[n]o State shall … deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.' [E]very person who, under color of any statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or usage, of any State …, subjects, or causes to be subjected, any citizen of the United States or other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party injured …."

Critical infrastructure in the U.S. is being threatened by the Communist Chinese government and many Americans are both oblivious and underprepared.

Check Points Software Technologies recently reported "a 75 percent increase in global cyber-attacks during the third quarter [of 2024], with a 15 percent rise from the previous quarter." And in the U.S., Industrial Cyber points out alarmingly that "cyberattacks have risen by 56 percent year-over-year, with a weekly average of 1,300 attacks per organization, 10 percent higher than the previous quarter." The area with the most attacks was the education and research sector.

While this is important, a surge in cyber-attacks against critical infrastructure has garnered the attention of many, including Craig Huey, an AI expert, political commentor and author of "The Great Deception," which highlights various AI dangers. Huey spoke to WorldNetDaily about the threat to critical infrastructure, including the reported 30 percent increase in cyber attacks the last year. The primary target, Huey affirms, is the United States of America. According to Huey, the nation's electric grid, oil pipelines and its water, transportation and banking systems, as well as its telecommunications network, are all at extreme risk.

Although countless "bad players" are involved, communist China tops the list, says Huey. FBI Director Christopher Wray agrees, expressing in April that the Chinese government is a "broad and unrelenting" threat to the U.S.

One of Huey's primary concerns is China's artificial intelligence advancement for military purposes. Without a need for human intervention, the People's Liberation Army now uses AI for target recognition and guidance systems of weapons, as well as in its cyber-attack and cyber-defense software.

There are also concerns about the invasion of individual Americans' privacy, Huey told WND, pointing out that "they're accessing our texts, emails and voicemails, [as well as] our online and social media accounts." Oftentimes, he added, "they're also trying to create dissent and disruption in the United States."

"Imagine losing your phone service through a major outage like a Verizon customer, or being a Bank America [customer] and waking up with a major outage in your account," he said. "Imagine waking up and not having access to your phone service or internet, and not knowing when it can be restored, because these things can and will happen through cyber-attacks," he warned.

There are endless examples of disruption and danger that can be caused through a cyber-attack, he shared. "People are not prepared physically, psychologically or emotionally for what could happen," he said. Trying not to sound extreme, he added, people should have ample water, food and fuel "just in case."

"But most people don't recognize the threat," Huey admitted. "It's not something they want to talk about, so they often choose to ignore the issue." Considering this, he pointed to the biblical Book of Colossians, chapters 1 and 2, warning of being deceived. "Don't get your news from Facebook or TikTok like a huge segment of the population, thinking this will never affect you, because there are actually others in the world that are dedicated to destroying us, and cyber-attacks are one of the many ways it could happen," he explained.

"And right now, watching the messaging from the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and the FBI," he argued, "we are clearly under attack".

One of the big legacy media controversies in recent days was the announcement by the Washington Post, which long has promoted Democrats for president, was withholding its endorsement this year.

Owner Jeff Bezos said it was one step on the path, he hoped, to start regaining the trust of readers, a metric that has plunged even below that of trust in Congress recently.

But now the Trump campaign has filed a complaint against the publication with the Federal Election Commission over "advertising efforts Republicans argue amount to illegal electioneering."

It is the Federalist that documented the newest scheming.

"On Thursday, the Dhillon Law Group filed a complaint on behalf of former President Donald Trump and Sen. J.D. Vance, R-Ohio, that claims the Post is engaged in 'a dark money corporate campaign' to boost Vice President Kamala Harris," the report said.

The charge is that the Post, according to a report from Semafor, "pays to boost stories critical of Trump…"

According to the Federalist, Semafor reported, "the paper's desperate efforts to save readership after losing hundreds of thousands of subscribers in the aftermath of an announcement that the editorial board would not endorse Harris."

That would include, the headline said, that the Post "pays to boost stories critical of Trump."

It said, "On Monday, the paper aggressively ramped up its paid advertising campaign, boosting dozens of articles related to the election. While the articles about Vice President Kamala Harris were relatively neutral in tone and focused on her innovative digital strategy, her policy proposals, and her chances of winning next week, the articles that the Post paid to highlight about Trump told a different story."

The "multiple articles" that the Post boosted about Trump, the report said, were about his campaign rhetoric, alleged misstatements, and other negatives.

"The advertising campaign, according to the Trump campaign complaint filed with the FEC, meets the legal qualifications of 'in-kind corporate contributions' to Harris for president," the report said.

The scandal also was cited by officials with the Center for American Rights, which told the FEC, "We're days from an election, and the Washington Post is pouring cash into social media advertising that exclusively helps one candidate for president and denigrates another.

"That sort of last-minute spending is not protected by the FEC's press exemption; the Post needs to come clean and comply with the law."

Republican vice presidential nominee JD Vance also commented: "The Washington Post might as well be a propaganda outlet of the Democratic Party. I don't care, frankly, whether the editorial page endorses Donald Trump or Kamala Harris. I care about whether the journalists are lying about Donald Trump or lying about Kamala Harris. And frankly, they're lying a lot in the negative direction about my running mate, and they're lying a lot in the positive direction about Kamala Harris."

When the numbers came in from the 2020 election and gave the White House to Joe Biden, there was an "insurrection," according to Democrats, in Washington.

It actually was a protest by a few thousand people who distrusted the handling of the election results and frankly doubted their accuracy. There were a few hundred who rioted, inflicting vandalism on Capitol.

Democrats have claimed ever since, in the media, in the public and in court, it was an attempt to overthrow the government, take over its economy, its military, its foreign relations and much, much more.

The election this year appears to be a close race between President Donald Trump and Kamala Harris, and Democrats, including some in Congress, have been saying for years now that they will not allow Trump back into office.

Their plans haven't been specific but they have been adamant about the goal.

So what is the expectation, in that Washington businesses already are boarding up their windows in advance of next weeks' vote?

Commentator Mike Benz has explained, "If Trump wins the electoral college next week, get ready for 2 months of street riots, a media onslaught the vote was illegitimate, crisis gov't pressure on social platforms, followed at the end by an attempt by Congress to nullify the election on January 6, 2025."

Pollsters say the race is too close to call definitively, while gamblers and Wall Street appear to be expecting a Trump victory.

It's true that a majority of Americans are outraged that the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris regime has left the southern border wide open for millions of illegal aliens to arrive, and to allow inflation pushing past 20% since they took office.

But the impact of schemes, already uncovered – including Democrat plans to let overseas residents vote in states where they've never lived, and to keep noncitizens on voter rolls across the states – is still to be determined.

report at ZeroHedge explained, "Washington, D.C., authorities are hardening security for potential social unrest after next week's presidential election. With four days remaining, workers have been busy boarding up government buildings and retail stores with plywood."

D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser said, "We do expect the Capitol complex to be much more hardened." And she said residents will need to be flexible because of the possibility of demonstrations.

The report pointed out, "The ultra-hardening of security around and near the White House might be preparation for a possible Trump victory. With far-left corporate media outlets pushing 'Trump Nazi,' 'Trump Hitler,' and 'Trump fascist' rhetoric nonstop ahead of the election, this hate speech propaganda could certainly fuel leftist radicals to become violently unhinged if Trump wins next week."

Polling shows many Americans are worried about the possibility of such unrest after the vote Tuesday.

Already, one member of Congress has confirmed he will claim that even if elected President Trump is unqualified to take office, and he says then everybody will need bodyguards, a clear expectation of violence.

If Trump in fact does win, violence would be expected, as his critics, hecklers and looters, "wreaked havoc" on business when he was being inaugurated in 2017.

This story was originally published by the WND News Center.

The pollsters say the 2024 presidential race is too close to call. The difference in numbers doesn't always lean toward one candidate or the other and it's all within that "margin of error."

Gamblers are betting on Trump, and Wall Street likely is leaning the same direction.

Democrats, of course, insist Harris will win, and the great unknown is how the election results will be affected by various schemes that have been uncovered, from people living overseas being allowed to vote in states they've never lived in to courtroom battles over whether noncitizens should be on voter rolls. (Democrats demand that they should be.)

But some corners of the Democrat world across America have lost confidence. In fact, they're already beginning to identify victims to blame should she lose.

A commentary at Gateway Pundit said, "If Kamala Harris loses the 2024 election to Donald Trump, the meltdown on the left will be epic. Democrats from all corners of the country will be attacking each other over the way her campaign was run, the choice of Kamala as the candidate, the way she was chosen, the messaging, and on and on.

"Apparently, some of them are not even waiting for election day and are already assigning blame. This is just a preview of what is to come if Trump wins."

It was the Hill that confirmed, even before the election results, "fingers in Democratic circles are already being pointed behind the scenes, in the event that she falls to former President Trump."

The Hill revealed some Democrats "have expressed mounting frustration about a string of factors that have plagued the campaign from the outset.

"Fingers are being pointed at Harris and her campaign when it comes to disappointment over her messaging, particularly on the economy. But some Democrats have already looked to pin the blame on President Biden, who some think took too long to step aside."

Biden, in fact, has undermined Harris' campaign several times, whether intentional or not. She criticized Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis for his work following two hurricanes in his state while Biden praised his work. She worked to try to separate herself from the massive failures of the Biden-Harris administration and he promptly confirmed she was at the center of all major decisions.

"People are nervous and they're trying to cover their a– and get a little ahead of Election Day," charged one Democratic strategist in the Hill report. "It's based on anxiety, stakes, and the unique nature of this cycle."

That strategist explained the party had no traditional process for this election. In fact, Biden won enough primary votes to capture the nomination, but then Democrat party elites tossed him under the bus after a poor debate performance and installed Harris in the top slot instead.

The strategist told the Hill that forced people to just "fall in line."

The report further said if Harris loses her choice of Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz as a running mate certainly will be blamed. He's been bludgeoned by multiple scandals, from his lies about his military service to his extremist agenda for abortion and his obvious affinity for Chinese communists, through his travels and more.

Harris rejected Gov. Josh Shapiro, the Democrat leading the critical swing state of Pennsylvania, in that move.

The report confirmed a party donor was of the opinion, "I'm not sure Walz got her anything. A lot of people I'm talking to say he seems like a great guy. Would I want to have a beer with him? Absolutely. But let's face it, he wasn't a great choice."

Then there are the continuing scandals that Harris, as part of the Biden-Harris duo, must address. Most recent was Biden's description of Trump supporters as "garbage."

The White House even edited the transcript of his speech to make it look less offensive.

There's also speculation that Biden has been irritated by Harris' attempts to keep him out of the spotlight.

"The move has irked Biden loyalists who say the president had a successful administration and should be out there — however awkward — to help campaign for his vice president," the report said.

This story was originally published by the WND News Center.

In what has been described as another "dumpster fire" for the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris administration, just hours before 2024 Election Day, the White House has been accused of a "breach of protocol" for changing the manuscript of what Biden said in order to clean it up.

It was the press office that was accused of changing his comments by literally adding an apostrophe where one appeared not to be in his speech.

He had called Donald Trump's "supporters" "garbage." That was changed to "supporters," suggesting Biden was referencing only a single person, a comedian who earlier had referenced Puerto Rico as a "floating island of garbage."

The stenographers in the White House registered their objection to the manipulation of what will be government records, which will end up in the National Archives.

Constitutional expert Jonathan Turley described the episode as that "dumpster fire."

He pointed out that the legacy media in America previously has been accused over and over of "reframing news or rewriting words" to benefit Biden-Harris.

The "supporters" dispute, he said, "has created a weird dissonance as Democratic politicians denounced what the White House and many in the press denied was said."

It was Director of White House Stenography Amy Sands who protested the press office's manipulation of the words on the transcript, writing, "If there is a difference in interpretation, the Press Office may choose to withhold the transcript but cannot edit it independently. Our Stenography Office transcript — released to our distro, which includes the National Archives — is now different than the version edited and released to the public by Press Office staff … After last night's process, our team would like to reiterate that rush drafts/excerpts the Stenography Office sends to assist the Press Office are not intended for public distribution or as the final version of the transcript. Please avoid sharing rush drafts/excerpts, which are subject to review and might create confusion among staff, media, and the public while our Stenography Office completes a thorough review process."

Biden's attack on Trump "supporters" isn't new. In fact, Democrats like Hillary Clinton have accused them of being "deplorables" and Barack Obama's condemnation was that they cling to their guns and their Bibles.

"Biden himself has described their views as a return of the confederacy and the rise of fascism. Democrats have called the movement a modern form of Nazism and an effort to destroy democracy, round up homosexuals, and create internment camps," Turley noted.

"The problem was the timing. As Harris was denouncing Trump for name-calling and insisting that Democrats are bringing the country together (while condemning Trump as a modern version of Hitler), Biden was literally behind her in the White House, calling tens of millions of Trump supporters 'garbage.'"

"When asked about the internal objections, White House spokesperson Andrew Bates only repeated the prior statement: 'The president confirmed in his tweet on Tuesday evening that he was addressing the hateful rhetoric from the comedian at Trump's Madison Square Garden rally. That was reflected in the transcript,'" Turley pointed out.

Legacy media reporters also have begun admitting what Biden said, "as did CBS News anchor Norah O'Donnell, as a gaffe by President Biden where he, in his explanation, inadvertently called Trump supporters to garbage."

That explanation, however, "ignores years of portraying Trump supporters as seeking to return the United States to the Jim Crowe period or pursuing a neo-Nazi future," Turley said.

The New York Post explained the stenographers who lodged the protest over the language manipulation "are widely considered by reporters who cover the executive branch to be very professional and accurate with their transcriptions. It is highly unusual for the press office to dispute what the stenographers heard."

The report explained that when the stenographers recorded Biden's statement as condemning "supporters," the press office changed it, without approval from the stenographers, to "supporters."

"It is essential to our transcripts' authenticity and legitimacy that we adhere to consistent protocol for requesting edits, approval, and release," the supervisor, a career White House employee, told White House communications officials, including press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre.

House Republicans were considering launching an investigation into the "false transcript" that then was released, the report said.

The Washington Examiner said it was during an interview on Tuesday that Biden unleashed.

"The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters," referring to former President Donald Trump.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk pointed out, "Biden just called half of America 'garbage,'" and Jack Pandol, National Republican Committee spokesman, said, "This is Joe Biden's 'deplorables' moment. The truth is Kamala Harris, Joe Biden, and House Democrats look down their nose at anyone who wants affordability, safe streets, and a secure border. Every House Democrat enabled Joe Biden's assault on the American Dream, and they must condemn the president's disgusting and divisive comments immediately."

Vice President Kamala Harris, speaking to reporters Wednesday morning on the tarmac at Joint Base Andrews, said she "strongly" disagrees with the garbage comment.

Republicans took Biden, already known to be declining in physical and mental capabilities, to task.

"Obama called us clingers. Hillary called deplorables. Kamala calls us fascists. And Biden just called us garbage," Rep. Byron Donalds, R-Fla., charged. "They don't respect us & don't want unity. But we do. We want to Make America Great Again. Our coalition is for ALL AMERICANS. And in 7 days, we will UNITE AMERICA."

Trump was told of the comment onstage at a rally in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

"Please forgive him, for he not knoweth what he said," Trump quipped. Later in the day, he staged a news conference from a garbage truck.

And he posted a comment:

While I am running a campaign of positive solutions to save America, Kamala Harris is running a campaign of hate. She has spent all week comparing her political opponents to the most evil mass murderers in history. Now, on top of everything, Joe Biden calls our supporters "garbage." You can't lead America if you don't love the American People. Kamala Harris and Joe Biden have shown they are both unfit to be President of the United States. I am proud to lead the biggest, broadest, and most important political coalition in American history. We are welcoming historic numbers of Latinos, African Americans, Asian Americans, and citizens of every race, religion, color, and creed. It is my desire to be the President of all the people.

Columnist Todd Starnes commented on the Biden slam.

"Former President Trump asked the Lord to forgive President Joe Biden after he called Trump supporters 'garbage,'" he wrote.

Biden even tried to take it back.

On social media, he said, "Earlier today I referred to the hateful rhetoric about Puerto Rico spewed by Trump's supporter at his Madison Square Garden rally as garbage—which is the only word I can think of to describe it. His demonization of Latinos is unconscionable. That's all I meant to say. The comments at that rally don't reflect who we are as a nation."

It was comic Tony Hinchcliffe who joked about Puerto Rico at a Trump rally recently.

Kamala Harris is being accused of waging a "war" on "the core values that sustain Hispanic families," and worse.

It is Jorge Martinez, a spokesman for America First Works and previously a press secretary in the Department of Justice, who has written in a column at the Daily Caller News Foundation about what he considers an alarming threat.

"This assault on religious liberty is only part of the broader war the Left is waging against the core values that sustain Hispanic families. Radical ideologies are infiltrating our schools, pushing divisive narratives on children that undermine family values. Meanwhile, reckless economic policies discourage hard work and personal responsibility — two principles that have defined the Hispanic community for generations. The message is clear: the Left won't protect our values; it aims to replace them," he explained.

He addressed those concerns about that "assault on religious liberty."

"Vice President Kamala Harris and the Left are not hiding their radical agenda. They are openly attacking the values that hold the Hispanic community together: faith, family, freedom, and meaningful work. Our traditions, rooted in faith and hard work, have carried us through generations of hardship, helping us build strong families and thriving communities. However, the Left has made it clear that it will not protect these values. Instead, it seeks to dismantle them, eroding the very foundations of our lives," he wrote.

Harris' most recent "chilling" assault was her threat to override constitutional protections for religious liberty with her pro-abortion agenda.

In a recent interview, Martinez explained, that she "dismissed the idea of religious exemptions in her proposed federal abortion bill, making it certain that healthcare professionals will be forced to cooperate in abortions even if it violates their faith."

She "sent a loud message to religious Americans, especially Hispanic Christians: Your faith will not be respected, and your freedom of conscience will not be protected. This makes her not only pro-abortion but also anti-religious freedom," he explained.

He explained, "For the Hispanic community, this is more than a policy dispute; it is an attack on our way of life. We honor the sanctity of life and the right to exercise our faith in all areas of society, including the workplace. But Harris and the Left would strip away these rights, forcing individuals to comply with policies that directly conflict with their beliefs. The Left prioritizes abortion and radical social agendas over the freedom to practice religion."

He said President Donald Trump's agenda goes another direction, prioritizing the values Hispanics hold dear, "faith, family, freedom, and meaningful work."

"The choice before us is this: Will we allow the Left to strip away our faith, family, and freedom, or will we embrace the America First Agenda and defend these values? Hispanics know that the future of our communities depends on standing firm in our beliefs and ensuring our traditions are not lost to government overreach," he said.

A shocking video was posted to social media Thursday showing a Kentucky voter in Laurel County unable to choose former President Donald Trump on the voting machine he was using to cast his ballot.

The video shows the man repeatedly trying to select Trump, and every time he does, it switches to Democratic nominee and Vice President Kamala Harris.

An update from Laurel County Clerk Tom Brown stated the "malfunctioning" machine had been taken out of action but officials were unable to recreate the issue experienced by the voter.

We've had an incident today with someone reporting one of the ballot marking devices malfunctioning. We checked it and couldn't make it recreate the incident reported. The machine has been taken out of service and are waiting for the Attorney General's Office representative to arrive. We had no complaints prior to or after the complaint. We have left the machine in full view and are awaiting further directions.
