Airstrikes reported on multiple locations overnight

Military operations have been resumed by Israel against Hamas in Gaza after the terror group abandoned the jointly adopted schedule for releasing hostages.

A report at EndTimesHeadlines said the ceasefire, which had been brokered with international mediation, ended because "Hamas refused to release additional hostages."

The brokered ceasefire also had allowed Israel to release some prisoners and humanitarian aid to be delivered to Gaza.

The ceasefire involved Hamas turning over Israeli and foreign hostages in exchange for Palestinian prisoners. Some of the hostages Hamas released already were dead, and Palestinians thronged in the streets as their coffins were paraded through.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had warned the war will continue until all hostages are freed and Hamas' military abilities dismantled.

The war was triggered by Hamas decision to invade Israel Oct. 7, 2023, and slaughter, often in horrific ways, some 1,200 Israeli civilians. Hamas also kidnapped hundreds and these are the people who are hostages.

Israel has estimated there still are dozens of hostages held by the terror organization.

Reports overnight said there were casualties as Israel delivered airstrikes on Gaza City and Khan Younis.

"Israeli officials say these strikes are aimed at eliminating Hamas leadership and dismantling underground tunnel networks used by militants," the report said.

According to the Washington Examiner, the airstrikes killed "hundreds."

Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar said, "We had no alternative but to give the order to re-open fire. If we could achieve the same goals in a different way, fine. But if it's impossible to advance that way, you resume military operations."

Hamas confirmed the deaths of four chiefs, including Bahjat Abu Sultan, a leader of Hamas's internal security body, and Issam Da'alis, a member of Hamas's Gaza leadership.

The report said the Gaza Health Ministry, run by Hamas, claimed the death toll was 400.

'The government should not have a hold on the economy in such a way that it can truly distort entire markets'

When Joe Biden and other Democrats in his political party worked on the misnamed Inflation Reduction Act, they often talked about its global warming ideology, its social agenda points, its tax law updates.

But not how it would reduce inflation, because, as even left-leaning CBS found, "The Inflation Reduction Act is aimed at tackling a host of problems, from climate change to catching tax cheats, but there's one issue it may not solve: reducing inflation."

Biden himself, confessed, the law has "nothing to do with inflation."

A report from the Heartland Foundation found, "The Inflation Reduction Act was passed by Congress and signed into law by President Joe Biden on August 16, 2022, but the contents of the legislation are contradictory to its stated purpose."

That study found the point of Biden's law, adopted with support only from Democrats, was "the creation of an enormous renewable energy slush fund, paid for by deficit spending."

That means it sets up the government to borrow money to give away to the Democrats' compatriots who run green energy companies and foundations.

The initial estimates were for those green agenda actions to cost some $369 billion, estimates that almost immediately were boosted to $1.8 billion.

Now a report at Just the News documents a warning from the Cato Institute that if left unchanged, the IRA could demand from American taxpayers almost $5 trillion.

Actually, the warning is that it will cost $4.67 trillion, 12 times the original claimed costs.

Cato also warns that the "subsidies are undermining innovation and driving investments toward subsidy farming rather than satisfying consumer demand," the report said.

"The government should not have a hold on the economy in such a way that it can truly distort entire markets, and that's what the Inflation Reduction Act is," explained Cato's Joshua Loucks.

The study recommends that the law be fully repealed, or if not, have significant limitations placed on its green subsidies, limits which now are nonexistent.

Loucks said the assessment was based partly on the fact that there have been wildly divergent estimates for the bill's costs, from the CBO's original $369 billion on up.

"We decided to go on our own fact-finding endeavor here, and that's what resulted in this paper," Loucks said.

Biden's scheme provides tax credits for production of energy, or tax credits for investing in green ideologies.

It's set up so that there's really no end date to all the cash handouts.

They estimated that over the next 10 years, the IRA could cost taxpayers up to $1.97 trillion, and by 2050, up to $4.67 trillion.

It also notes that the real problem is that Biden left the law open so that tax credits are "stackable," meaning a company could cash in on its operations in multiple ways.

"The options for entrepreneurs are unlimited, which is part of the problem in terms of the incentive structure that this law builds. I think it takes the entrepreneurial spirit, the entrepreneurial spirit of Americans, and essentially turns them towards chasing subsidies instead of satisfying consumer demand," an author of the Cato report explained.

The study also found that most of the subsidies will end up in the bank accounts of large corporations and the entirety is structured so that there are companies "that exist for the sake of taking in these subsidies," the report said.

The study found not only does the plan not address inflation, it doesn't really address "climate in any meaningful way."
"It just funnels money to special interest groups and does nothing to really address how we're going to transform our economy in a way that is equitable and beneficial for all Americans," Loucks said.

'These works of fiction either belong in the bargain bin of the fantasy section in a discount bookstore or should be repurposed as tissue paper'

A member of Congress has called out one publication for its use of a "nasty" – and furthermore inaccurate – headline to push salacious ideas about President Donald Trump.

It was the Daily Beast that trumpeted, "Don't Tell Melania; Trump once offered rising MAGA star his bed."

Then the publication went to social media with the promotion of its story that stated, "The new revelations reveal how Trump reportedly offered a female congresswoman his bed, as long as she kept it a secret from his wife."

The problem is that while the suggestive and salacious were all over the statements, the facts that made it relatively unremarkable were not.
Fox News reported the woman in question was U.S. Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., and she was, in fact, offered to use the bed on Air Force One by Trump.

But it happened when Trump gave the invitation in front of Luna and her husband at a time when she was pregnant, suffering from undiagnosed pre-eclampsia.

It developed this way, according to the report, "Alex Isenstadt, Axios reporter and author of 'Revenge: The Inside Story of Trump's Return to Power,' made headlines with quotes allegedly said by Trump in a sneak preview published by Axios on Sunday. Among the quotes was one he allegedly said to Luna in 2023 offering her the bed on his jet when she was pregnant and feeling ill, though it included a joke about his wife Melania being jealous."

Trump reportedly said, to Luna, "If you need a bed to lay down in, there's one here on the plane. If you feel sick and you need to lay there, you can lay on it. Just don't tell Melania. She doesn't like other women on my bed."

Isenstadt noted that Trump was joking.

However, the Daily Beast left the joking description out of its report until later on, in the fourth paragraph.

Luna noted she seldom responds to "nasty headlines" so as not to give "trash" credibility.

But this one needed an answer.

She was experiencing complications, she said.

"As soon as @realDonaldTrump boarded the plane, being the gentleman and good person that he is, said if I did not feel well, I could use the back room. He did this in a respectful way and in front of my husband, of which we thanked him. He also assured me that they had a medical team on board in case anything happened and they were aware of how pregnant I was. This was the most compassionate thing that could've been done at the time. I find it disgusting that the author fails to recognize that. A few weeks later, I was induced because I did have pre-eclampsia . The author of this book never reached out to me for comment. Which means that this book is likely going to be a s— hit piece. If people in POTUS orbit are talking to this author, they need to be cut off immediately. This is gross."

The Daily Beast also was hit by Community Notes on X, with the explanation, "The woman in question was Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, who has responded publicly to the allegation. She claims nothing inappropriate occurred, she was not asked for comment, and this situation is being presented out of context."

Fox reported, "White House communications director Steven Cheung denounced Trump books including Isenstadt's as a 'desperate attempt to make money off of President Trump's name because journalism is a dying industry with reporters peddling lies and selling their souls in order to make a quick buck.'"

He said, "These works of fiction either belong in the bargain bin of the fantasy section in a discount bookstore or should be repurposed as tissue paper."

Booked into jail, then released on bond

An abortionist in Houston has been arrested and accused of providing abortions, and illegally running a network of clinics, without a medical license.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton explained the case is one of the first of its kind in the nation since the Supreme Court threw out the faulty Roe v. Wade precedent in 2022 and states were allowed for the first time in decades to charge offenders.

The suspect is accused of a second-degree felony for operating a ring of illegal and unlicensed abortion facilities with workers falsely posing as medical professionals.
In a statement, Paxton said, "In Texas, life is sacred. I will always do everything in my power to protect the unborn, defend our state's pro-life laws, and work to ensure that unlicensed individuals endangering the lives of women by performing illegal abortions are fully prosecuted. Texas law protecting life is clear, and we will hold those who violate it accountable."

It's not his first action against those who violate Texas abortion laws. He also has filed an action against a New York abortionist for illegally mailing abortion drugs to a Texas resident and practicing without a license. A judge has ordered that abortionist to stop sending those chemicals into Texas, and to pay $100,000 in costs.

Marjorie Dannenfelser, president of SBA Pro-Life America, said, "The pro-life state of Texas is serious about safeguarding mothers and their babies. Texas law, like every other pro-life law in the country, protects pregnant women's ability to receive life-saving care in a medical emergency. There is no excuse for illegal abortions that take the life of the baby and put women's lives at risk, committed by people who don't even have a medical license."

She continued, "Abortion activists' reckless, criminal disregard for women's lives and unborn life is on full display. We thank Attorney General Paxton for his strong leadership to put a stop to this brutality, including taking on sellers of dangerous abortion drugs across state lines, and hope others will follow his example. Women facing difficult or unexpected pregnancies deserve real care and assistance, not the cruel exploitation of the abortion industry."

Ingrid Skop, of the Charlotte Lozier Institute, said, "As a board-certified ob-gyn practicing in Texas for over 30 years, I have cared for many women who have suffered at the hands of abortionists. We cannot discount the significant risks of harm these women face, including hemorrhage, sepsis, uterine damage, mental health complications and sometimes maternal death. As physicians, our patients must trust we will live out our Hippocratic Oath to do no harm."

report from the Washington Examiner noted the defendant is Maria Margarita Rojas, 48, and she is accused of owning and running three clinics in the Houston area, then using unlicensed individuals who present themselves as medical professionals.

The operations, Paxton charged, are a direct violation of the Texas Human Life Protection Act.

The report said both performing abortions and practicing medicine without a license are felonies in Texas. It said abortion at any stage in pregnancy is illegal except to save the mother's life or to prevent serious risk to her physical health.

The report said while Rojas' biography on the website for the Houston Birth House said she is certified as a midwife, court filings charge she's been representing herself as an obstetrician.

Court documents reveal Rojas was booked into jail on a charge of practicing medicine without a license, then was released on $10,000 bond. Other charges were added later.

Following phone conversation with Russian President Putin

After a nearly two-hour phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin Tuesday, President Trump reported via TruthSocial that the two had agreed to an immediate ceasefire on all energy infrastructure in Ukraine and Russia.

"My phone conversation today with President Putin of Russia was a very good and productive one," posted Trump. "We agreed to an immediate Ceasefire on all Energy and Infrastructure, with an understanding that we will be working quickly to have a Complete Ceasefire and, ultimately, an END to this very horrible War between Russia and Ukraine.

"This War would have never started if I were President! Many elements of a Contract for Peace were discussed, including the fact that thousands of soldiers are being killed, and both President Putin and President Zelenskyy would like to see it end. That process is now in full force and effect, and we will, hopefully, for the sake of Humanity, get the job done!"

In reaction to the news, the GOP-led House Foreign Affairs Committee stated, "President Trump got Vladimir Putin to agree that a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine is necessary," and that "Iran cannot be in a position to destroy Israel."

"This is called THE ART OF THE DEAL!" noted the committee statement.

National Security Council spokesman Brian Hughes said in a statement, "Just two weeks ago, both Ukraine and Russia were miles apart on a ceasefire agreement, and we are now closer to a deal thanks to the leadership of President Trump. The goal remains the same: stop the killing and find a peaceful resolution to this conflict."

'We don't want vicious, violent, and demented criminals, many of them deranged murderers, in our country'

Multiple district court judges across the country, many with reputations as left-leaning activists, have been busy since the start of President Donald Trump's second term, issuing nationwide injunctions to try to prevent him from implementing his policies for the executive branch.

More than 100 cases remain to be decided, with expectations many will reach the Supreme Court in one form or another.

But the courts' lawfare against the president has created what many analysts have suggested is a constitutional crisis, with the judges' deliberate interference in the constitutional responsibilities of the president.

Now Trump is responding, in one specific case, with a call for the judge to be removed.

On Truth Social, Trump cited the activism of James Boasberg, a federal judge in Washington who was appointed by Barack Obama, who had demanded that terrorists being deported by the Trump administration be returned to the U.S.

That order was unsuccessful in that situation, because over the weekend the planes loaded with deportees he wanted back in the U.S. already were in international airspace, so his ruling had no effect.

Further, investigative journalist Laura Loomer revealed there appears to be a huge conflict of interest for Boasberg, suggesting he should have, under ethics standards, removed himself from the case.

She explained, "Less than 12 hours after I exposed Judge James Boasberg's conflict of interest with his daughter Katharine Boasberg, who works for a 501c3 called 'Partners For Justice' @PFJ_USA that gives criminal illegal aliens and gang members legal advice, Katharine Boasberg has DELETED her @LinkedIn page and her Instagram account. I have exclusively uncovered a massive CONFLICT OF INTEREST involving Judge James Boasberg, the Chief judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Judge Boasberg recently made the decision to prevent the deportation of criminal illegal alien gang members on planes out of the country. This is enough for President Trump's legal team to push for a MOTION FOR RECUSAL for Judge Boasberg."

It's not the first time such a situation has arisen for a judge working on a lawfare case against Trump. When Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg wildly claimed that business reporting misdemeanors, for which the statute of limitations already had passed, actually were felonies and put Trump on trial, Judge Juan Merchan allowed testimony from a former porn star and a convicted perjurer to be used against Trump to obtain a conviction.

It also was revealed that Merchan's daughter is a Democrat operative who was advising campaigns, and making money off the decisions her father was making against Trump in court.

Boasberg, meanwhile, has demanded the Trump administration explain why it didn't order the airplanes deporting terrorists and gang members over the weekend to turn around in the air as he had ordered.

In fact, he issued a verbal order, and then followed that with a slightly different written order. The administration said it followed the written order, but in fact, the airplanes already were outside U.S. territorial jurisdiction.

Boasberg claimed that the administration knew he was holding a hearing on those deportations, and presumably should have waited for him to make his demands known.

Democrats and other leftists hate what Elon Musk is doing with President Donald Trump's Department of Government Efficiency because they fear losing, essentially, a gravy train.

That's what Musk has explained on "The Verdict" podcast with U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, and Ben Ferguson.

"The single biggest thing that they're worried about is that DOGE is going to turn off fraudulent payments of entitlements. I mean, everything from Social Security, Medicare, you know, unemployment, disability, Small Business Administration loans, turn them off to illegals. This is the crux of the matter. Okay, this is the thing, why they really hate my guts and want me to die," he said.

He said the cost to American taxpayers could be estimated at $200 billion – all to pay off immigrants to vote for Democrats.

"By using entitlement fraud, the Democrats have been able to attract and retain vast numbers of illegal immigrants," said Musk.

He explained that Democrats and other leftists have used the federal tax money to provide benefits that attract and keep illegals in the United States.

He said if Democrats can bring 200,000 illegals into a swing state that has a right-left voting margin of 10,000 or 20,000, and get them voting, that state no longer is a swing state.

The goal, in explained, is to make America a deep socialist blue.

He said the Senate, House, presidency and Supreme Court all would succumb, and there would be more illegals brought in so that "you can't vote your way out of it."

Columnist Paul Bedard reported that Musk said he's found evidence of that strategy.

"We're clearly over the target. If DOGE was ineffective, if we were not actually getting rid of a bunch of waste and fraud and a bunch of that fraud, I mean, the fraud we're seeing is overwhelmingly on the left. I mean, it's not zero on the right, but these NGOs are almost all left-wing NGOs that are being funded, for example. So, they hate me because DOGE is being effective," said Musk.

He explained Democrats use government funds to "buy voters, exactly … Bring in 10, 20 million people who are beholden to the Democrats for government handouts and will vote overwhelmingly Democrat."

He noted, "And the Dems will win all the swing states just a matter of time, and America will be permanent, deep, blue, socialist state, the House, the Senate, the presidency and the Supreme Court will all go hardcore Dem. They will then further cement that by bringing even more aliens so you can't vote your way out of it," he said.

Andrew Bailey, the Missouri attorney general, has dispatched to the Planned Parenthood abortion business a cease-and-desist order instructing the abortion corporation to stop performing chemical abortions in the state.

Bailey delivered to Planned Parenthood Great Rivers-Missouri an order that instructed the company under penalty of law "not to perform any chemical abortions in Missouri," or possibly face felony charges.

"An investigation has revealed that you are not in compliance with § 188.021.2, which requires you to have a valid plan to treat complications from chemically induced abortions. As the FDA has recognized, up to 4.6% of women who receive chemical abortions are forced to seek emergency medical attention," the letter said.

"Missouri law requires you to adopt an approved plan to treat complications when using any chemical 'in which more than one percent of those administered the drug or chemical required surgical intervention after its administration.' … You do not have an approved plan in place."

Bailey then cited the company's history of illegal activities: "Any suggestion that there is no risk of Planned Parenthood violating this law is illusory. Planned Parenthood has established an uncontroverted track record of violating the law in Missouri in recent years. In fact, physicians at Planned Parenthood organizations in Missouri have recently conceded—under oath—to violating the law and have been found by investigators and tribunals to have violated Missouri's laws many times in recent years. These violations include repeated and knowing failures to comply with reporting requirements, to comply with informed consent laws, and to sterilize instruments."

He cited a long list of existing cases in which Planned Parenthood has been in violation of the law.

Mat Staver, chairman of Liberty Counsel, which has fought numerous battles over abortion, said, "Chemical abortions harm women physically and emotionally and cruelly kill defenseless children in the womb. The abortion industry has an agenda of death that disregards the life of unborn children and the health of their mothers."

Liberty Counsel explained, "In November 2024, Missouri made abortion a constitutional 'right' in the state, which nullified the state's near-total abortion. Since then, Planned Parenthood has resumed surgical abortions at several Missouri facilities."

But, the legal team noted, "Planned Parenthood officials have indicated that its Missouri facilities are not currently offering chemical abortions and won't do so until the complication plans are approved."

President Trump is suspending all Secret Service protection for Hunter Biden, the son of former President Joe Biden.

Hunter Biden has had Secret Service protection for an extended period of time, all paid for by the United States Taxpayer," Trump said Monday evening on Truth Social.

"There are as many as 18 people on this Detail, which is ridiculous! He is currently vacationing in, of all places, South Africa, where the Human Rights of people has been strenuously questioned.

"Because of this, South Africa has been taken off our list of Countries receiving Economic and Financial Assistance.

"Please be advised that, effective immediately, Hunter Biden will no longer receive Secret Service protection. Likewise, Ashley Biden who has 13 agents will be taken off the list."

As violence continues against Tesla vehicles and dealerships across America, DOGE chief Elon Musk is now addressing the matter.

The Tesla co-founder and CEO responded to a comment from Insurrection Barbie on X, who noted:

"The left cannot name one thing they hate Elon Musk for. They cannot name one thing the has taken away from them. Or one thing he has done to earn their insane ire. History will study this deranged cult like behavior."

Musk replied by saying, "My companies make great products that people love and I've never physically hurt anyone.

"So why the hate and violence against me?

"Because I am a deadly threat to the woke mind parasite and the humans it controls."

Musk responded to more news on X, as user Jacktron told him: "Yesterday I had an informant infiltrate one of the protests at Tesla dealerships and they told her a few things:

"1. These protests are only happening in contested congressional districts.

"2. They're being funded by 501c4 charities being given dark money from Democrat politicians of these districts.

"3. They're organized through facebook groups since X is monitored by pro Elon people."

Jacktron also provided a copy of their prepared anti-Elon chants, including "Hey Ho! Hell No! Elon Musk has got to go!" and "When Trump says YES, We say NO!"

Musk also responded to U.S. Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, who is angry about a federal judge's attempt to stop U.S. deportation flights of violent gang members who hail from Central America.

"Another day, another judge unilaterally deciding policy for the whole country," Grassley said on X. "This time to benefit foreign gang members If the Supreme Court or Congress doesn't fix, we're headed towards a constitutional crisis. Senate Judiciary Cmte taking action."

Musk told the senator impeachment is an option.

"The very worst judges – those who repeatedly flout the law – should at least be put to an impeachment vote, whether that vote succeeds or not," he said.
