'Brittany had one condition for them'
A married Indiana teacher is facing dozens of charges after allegedly asking three underage boys to "gangbang" her while wearing a mask from the horror film "Scream."
Prosecutors in Martinsville, Indiana, say five more victims are accusing former Morgan County teacher Brittany Fortinberry of sexual abuse, with some of the boys as young as 13 when the alleged group sex took place.
The new allegations come after the 31-year-old former instructor was originally charged with sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy and sending explicit messages, pictures and videos to other children at Eminence High School in Martinsville.
The Daily Mail reports: "The boy told Detective Williams that Fortinberry, 'would always make him food and would buy him anything he wanted' including 'vapes, weed, and THC carts (cartridges)', according to his affidavit.
"He made claims about several instances where Fortinberry allegedly plied him and friends with mushroom pills before encouraging them to touch her sexually.
"'Brittany would peer pressure them if they didn't want to take the shrooms,' the affidavit reads. 'Brittany would grab their arm she would say, "just let it happen."'
"His mom told cops that her son claimed that, 'Brittany would put the shrooms on a peanut butter sandwich so they couldn't taste them.'
"The boy claimed there was once occasion where Fortinberry picked him and two friends up and took them to the mall, before calling their parents to ask if they could spend the night.
"Once there, the then 13-year-old alleged Fortinberry ordered him and his two friends to have group sex with her, despite the youngsters all being underage.
"'Brittany had one condition for them to have the gangbang with her and that was that they had to wear a Scream mask to f**k her,' the affidavit states. …
"The latest alleged victim claims Fortinberry picked him and two friends up from the mall and took them back to her home where they engaged in a 'gangbang'. The boy, who was 13 at the time, claims Fortinberry's husband Nicholas was aware of the alleged abuse."
WTHR reports Nicholas Fortinberry has been charged with intimidation and failure to report, and prosecutors have filed to increase Brittany's bond from $20,000 to $150,000.
The Metropolitan School District of Martinsville confirmed Fortinberry was hired as a substitute teacher Oct. 24, 2023, before resigning on Jan. 9, 2024.
The district issued a statement indicating:
"The Metropolitan School District of Martinsville was notified of serious allegations against a former employee. The District is fully cooperating with law enforcement and remains committed to ensuring a safe learning environment for all of the MSD of Martinsville students.
"This former employee was hired as a substitute teacher on October 24, 2023, obtained a State-issued Emergency License, and resigned from the MSD of Martinsville on January 9, 2024; the resignation was not related to sexual misconduct allegations.
"During the individual's employment period with the MSD of Martinsville, there were no identified reports of sexual misconduct to the administration or the anonymous tip line. We want to assure families that the MSD of Martinsville conducts a full criminal background check for all new employees, as part of the standard hiring procedures. The background check report indicated no criminal activity for this former employee.
"The safety of the MSD of Martinsville students is our number one priority. As such, the District encourages students and parents to report concerns through the STOPit anonymous reporting system for the MSD of Martinsville. Thank you for your attention to this communication."

'Hopefully they'll pay attention to us now they see the horrors of the country we live in'
A grisly discovery of charred bones, shoes and clothing in western Mexico has sparked protests across the nation as authorities investigate what appears to be an "extermination center" and training ground for a drug cartel.
CBS News reports that demonstrations recently took place in the western state of Jalisco, where the remains were found, and in cities across the country, including the capital Mexico City, Tijuana, Veracruz and San Luis Potosi.
Mexican families searching for the remains of loved ones gone missing made the discovery March 5 on a Jalisco ranch, a location thought to be where forced drug-cartel recruits had been held.
The Guerreros Buscadores collective – a group dedicated to locating missing people – described the site as an "extermination center" with "clandestine crematoriums," CBS reported.
Besides the Jalisco evidence, demonstrators are drawing attention to other incidents of cartel-related violence in Mexico.
In the Mexican capital, demonstrators placed candles and rows of shoes in tribute to the missing.
"I came to speak out for my son and for all the disappeared," said Aurora Corona, 58, whose son vanished in March last year in Mexico's northeastern Nuevo Leon state.
There are more than 124,000 people officially registered as missing in Mexico, mostly since 2006.
"Hopefully they'll pay attention to us now they see the horrors of the country we live in," Corona said tearfully.
According to the CBS report, the United Nations Human Rights Office on Friday described the finding in Jalisco as a "deeply disturbing reminder of the trauma of disappearances linked to organized crime across the country."
Last month President Trump officially designated drug cartels as terrorist organizations. March 4, before a joint session of Congress, Trump said, "Two weeks ago, I officially designated [Tren de Aragua], along with MS-13 and the bloodthirsty Mexican drug cartels, as foreign terrorist organizations.
"They are now officially in the same category as ISIS, and that's not good for them. Countless thousands of these terrorists were welcomed into the U.S. by the Biden administration. But now, every last one will be rounded up and forcibly removed from our country, or, if they're too dangerous, put in jails, standing trial in this country, because we don't want them to come back ever."

There could be a new problem for a judge hearing a lawsuit brought by LGBT activists against President Donald Trump's decision that the United States recognizes two sexes, male and female, and being transgender and requiring various treatments and accommodations disqualifies someone from the military's requirement for combat readiness.
Trump's move reversed an agenda point for multiple Democrats to install transgenderism inside the U.S. military.
It's because the judge, Ana Reyes, has been a prominent financial supporter of Democrat political candidates and causes.
The Federalist explains its investigation of the judge uncovered a complaint that the Department of Justice has filed against the Joe Biden appointee, accusing her of "hostile and egregious misconduct" during a hearing in the case.
The DOJ said Reyes, "who is reportedly a member of the LGBT community," challenged Trump's order by claiming his assertion there are two sexes is 'not biologically correct."
She claimed, "There are anywhere near about 30 different intersex examples. So, someone who does not have just an XX or XY chromosome is not just male or female; they're intersex. And there are over 30 potential different intersex examples."
The complaint also cites Reyes' behavior in "questioning a Department of Justice attorney regarding his religious beliefs and then using him unwillingly as a physical prop in her courtroom theatrics."
The Federalist reported, "While unbecoming of a judge, Reyes' reported behavior is unsurprising given her fealty to leftist causes. From donating to Democrat campaigns to working alongside left-wing organizations, the Biden appointee's track record calls into question her ability to remain impartial on political matters brought before her."
The report said the Federal Election Commission records shows Reyes has adopted a political stance in favor of Democrats and has "given thousands of dollars to various Democrat candidates and causes."
For instance, she financially supported Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Kamala Harris and Joe Biden, in addition to congressional candidates Jon Ossoff and Alexandria Ocasio Cortez.
And she gave money to support leftist political action committees.
She even contributed to Democrat fundraiser ActBlue, which now is under investigation for allegedly allowing foreign entities to try to illegally corrupt American elections.
Reyes already has issued an injunction regarding Trump's executive order for the military, as the case just is getting started.
She is trying to overturn Trump's directive that explained the "medical, surgical, and mental health constraints on individuals with gender dysphoria" is "inconsistent" with the "high standards for troop readiness, lethality, cohesion, honesty, humility, uniformity, and integrity."
The Pentagon already has halted taxpayer funding for various treatments for those with "gender dysphoria."
The report noted her court biography also reveals her work before becoming a judge focused on various topics at a law firm that was devoted "to leftist orthodoxy," and included litigating against President Trump during his first term.

A Republican in Congress has expressed his surprise that Democrats are running around now, enraged and repeatedly filing lawsuits, over the fact that there's someone who has found government waste and fraud.
But they're not upset at the people who have been committing the fraud.
It's U.S. Rep. Wesley Hunt, R-Texas, who made the comments posted online this week.
He said, "I've seen Democrats on TV for the past week scream Elon Musk, Elon Musk, Musk, Musk, Musk, Musk, Musk, Musk. It's been quite invigorating actually. I'm really enjoying it. … But what's funny about it to me is you're mad at the guy that found the fraud, but not mad at people that wasted your money."
He added, "Here at Congress we clearly can't cut a budget. So I really thank Elon for doing our job for us."
In fact, Musk, through President Donald Trump's Department of Government Efficiency, has been slashing at programs the law does not require, people who do programs that are unnecessary, spending that is not justified.
He's already tabulated possible savings to taxpayers in the billions and billions of dollars. Of course, those many of those programs taking taxpayer cash for unnecessary projects have been created by Democrats.
Democrats have almost to a voice opposed the cutbacks, and in fact have filed well over 100 lawsuits against Trump's agenda to make America better.
Hunt also is the congressman who warned some days ago in a congressional hearing that Democrats are unable to get past the first step in the process of handling grief.
It's because Trump won.
He was addressing a plan to add additional federal judgeships to focus on the workload facing the current judiciary.
That plan had bipartisan support during the last Congress, but was vetoed by Joe Biden, in an apparent effort to deprive Trump of the authority to appoint additional judges.
The plan, since it was bipartisan, has returned.
He criticized the Democrat talking points about the judiciary and Trump. And the fact that Biden actually boasted of ignoring a Supreme Court ruling.
"But now we're hearing that if President Trump ignores judges, we're in a constitutional crisis. So if everyone is following along, it means that a constitutional crisis only occurs when Republicans ignore federal judges. And the left is using activist judges to not only legislate from the bench, but also to encroach on the executive branch."
He accused Democrats of "resorting to lawfare" and delaying democracy.
"The same party that raided the home of President Trump and weaponized the DOJ against President Trump is now using the limited power they have to delay, delay, and delay reality. What the left is experiencing isn't new. They are simply experiencing the five stages of grief," he said. "And unfortunately for them, they are stuck on stage one, denial. The American people really need to get them to stage five as fast as possible, which is acceptance, because that's exactly what the American people voted for, and that's exactly where the American people are."

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has offered a simple solution that would allow Congress to fix the problem of leftist and activist judges blocking President Donald Trump's agenda to cut fraud and waste from government spending, secure the border and more.
Some of the judges hearing the more than 100 lawsuits leftists have filed against Trump already have documented leftist leanings. One even ordered jets carrying deportees to El Salvador be turned around in the air and the terror suspects returned to the U.S.
Members of Congress have talked about impeachment, or removing the funding for those judges.
DeSantis' plan is something else: Just have Congress withdraw the courts' jurisdiction over those issues.
A report from Fox News explains Congress actually can do just that.
"Congress has the authority to strip jurisdiction of the federal courts to decide these cases in the first place," he explained on social media. "The sabotaging of President Trump's agenda by 'resistance' judges was predictable — why no jurisdiction-stripping bills tee'd up at the onset of this Congress?"
He said the instructions simply could be added to a "must-pass" bill."
DeSantis was responding to earlier suggestions from Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas, that Congress defund the activist judges.

Extremists are vandalizing, destroying cars because of owner's work to help America
Anti-Trump radicals who have, sometimes violently, opposed the president plans to help Americans by eliminating waste, fraud, corruption, even criminal activity, from the government's spending, have been warned.
They could be subject to long prison terms for domestic violence.
Attorney General Pam Bondi has released the following statement:
The vandalism, or worse, has been reported in multiple states on Tesla vehicles, because Elon Musk, the owner of Tesla, also is working as chief of Trump's Department of Government Efficiency to shut down waste of Americans' tax dollars.
There's even a website that has purported to publish the names of Tesla owners, actually suggesting they express their "flair" for artistry with a spray can.
President Trump has explained it's likely not just random vandalism, but there is a strategy, and the presence of powerful and wealthy interests, behind it: "I do think this is an act of domestic terrorism. When we catch those people, you will find out that they were paid by people who were very highly political on the left."
The hit list announces, "If you're on the hunt for a Tesla to unleash your artistic flair with a spray can, just step outside—no map needed!"
The hit list, called DOGEQuest, comes "amid a series of violent attacks targeting Tesla vehicles and dealerships. The FBI and ATF are investigating damage to Cybertrucks at a dealership in Kansas City," according to HeadlineUSA.
Amid dozens of instances of vandalism, hundreds have rioters also have gathered at Tesla dealerships.

'The Constitution simply does not allow the military to punish those with sincerely held religious beliefs'
A legal team representing an Idaho Army National Guard officer who is suing over his removal over his Christian beliefs is seeking a default judgment against Gov. Brad Little and two Guard generals for failing to respond to the lawsuit.
Maj. David Worley's lawsuit, in which he is represented by Liberty Counsel, charges he was removed from his command for expressing his personal views on biblical sexuality in a forum that was outside the military.
Little has filed a motion to dismiss, but he and the two generals, Adjutant General of the Idaho National Guard Major General Timothy J. Donnellan and the Assistant Adjutant General Brigadier General James C. Packwood, have declined to respond to or oppose Worley's specific discrimination complaint under the federal court's timeline rules, according to the legal team.
Liberty Counsel is requesting the court find the three defendants in default and grant the injunction to cease all ongoing efforts to discipline and remove Worley from the military.
"By suspending and removing Major David Worley from command over his Christian beliefs, the Idaho Army National Guard informally adopted an unconstitutional 'No Christians in Command' policy. Major Worley was unquestionably the target of an unconstitutional investigation and removal. The Constitution simply does not allow the military to punish those with sincerely held religious beliefs or to specifically target religion for disparate and discriminatory treatment. This discrimination against Major Worley must stop and his record must be cleared and his career restored," explained Liberty Counsel chief Mat Staver.
The background is that there was complaint from an LGBT-linked individual when Worley, outside of his military duties, ran for mayor of his town years ago.
Liberty Counsel explained, "While a 2023 investigation into Worley revealed no wrongdoing, officials nevertheless recommended a policy to screen potential candidates for command for any 'concerning ideologies' as a way of 'rooting out' any 'extremism' in the ranks. Accordingly, General Packwood concluded Worley's religious beliefs were 'toxic' and removed him from command solely due to those protected religious views. With Gov. Little as the commander-in-chief of the Idaho Army National Guard, as well as General Donnellan failing to rectify these actions, the decision to remove Worley from command on this basis essentially shows that these officials put an unconstitutional 'No Christians in Command' policy into effect.
"Worley's lawsuit states that these discriminatory actions are penalizing the 'mere exercise and expression' of religious views and violate the First Amendment, Fourteenth Amendment, Religious Freedom Restoration Act, and the Idaho Free Exercise of Religious Protection Act."
Given the absence of a response, Liberty Counsel moved in the court seeking a default judgment.
For failing to respond to these allegations, Liberty Counsel noted in its motion that "silence is a concession" and that Worley is entitled to a preliminary injunction.
In Little's motion to dismiss, he has claimed immunity under the 11th Amendment, which protects states from certain lawsuits.
"However, the U.S. Supreme Court has previously ruled that lawsuits can move forward against government officials for violations of federal law," Liberty Counsel said.
It was during Worley's run for mayor of Pocatello when he expressed his religious convictions and moral objections to certain political movements, such as "Drag Queen Story Hours," pornographic material for minors in public libraries, and the medical mutilation of gender-confused children.
The comments were off-duty and in his private capacity, and before he was given command of the Idaho Army National Guard's Recruiting and Retention unit. The complaint came from an enlisted man, "who claims to be homosexual and is ideologically opposed to Worley's religious beliefs," Liberty Counsel said.
The complaint included that the enlisted man felt "threatened" because of Worley's biblical beliefs.

Says 10 police officers responded to her home despite no emergency
Late Monday night, Juanita Broaddrick, one of the women who claims President Bill Clinton raped her, says she was "swatted," with 10 law-enforcement officers and a SWAT team coming to her home.
Along with a video, Broaddrick posted on X: "Well, I just got swatted. About 10 police and swat team showed up. They said the caller said there were 2 masked men and people inside had been shot. This s–t needs to stop."
In the last couple years, there has been an increase in bogus calls to law enforcement, causing officers to show up at the homes of conservative politicians or activists, guns drawn.

'Both neutrality and objectivity were discarded years ago by many in journalism schools'
The media never were friendly to President Donald Trump during his first term, perhaps because their ideology aligned with Barack Obama's agenda, which was being deconstructed and replaced, and with Hillary Clinton, who was defeated in that presidential race.
Verbal violence against the president was common, and organized attacks were routine. Included were "reports" on the falsified "Steele dossier," the "Russia collusion" conspiracy and more.
It was during the four years between his terms that the media's attacks escalated, with its reporting on the various Democrat lawfare cases against Trump, the FBI raid of Mar-a-Lago and more.
But now, in his second term, the media "hostility" to Trump has "moved into hyperdrive."
That's according to constitutional scholar Jonathan Turley.
He said "as expected," the media's treatment of Trump "resumed where it ended in the first time in outright warfare."
Now the Gridiron Club journalism dinner has confirmed it will omit its traditional toast to the U.S. president, instead toasting the First Amendment.
And the "open contempt" has gone to the level that the White House Correspondent's Dinner has invited a comedian "who promptly declared that no one wants Trump to come because no one wants to be in the same room with him."
"The media is doubling down on its identity as part of 'the resistance.' In the meantime, the public is rushing to new and alternative media for their information," Turley explained.
While his criticisms have included Trump over some of his statements, "the media has also been wrong in its unrelenting attacks and hostile stance toward the Trump administration."
He called out the media's move into "hyperdrive" when Joe Biden left the White House and Trump moved in.
"The press's hostility has only grown despite Trump's unprecedented access to reporters. He has allowed the greatest level of access to the media in decades, giving long interviews and press conferences," he explained. "One would think that this change in access would at least produce some interest in covering the White House with neutrality and objectivity. However, both neutrality and objectivity were discarded years ago by many in journalism schools."
His warning?
"The gratuitous insults on both sides do not bode well for the future relations. However, there is a difference in yielding to such impulses. Trump is a politician. The press is an institution. Regardless of how the subject of coverage may treat the media, there remains a professional and ethical obligation to report on stories fairly and objectively. Moreover, there are legitimate gripes against the media for its fostering false conspiracy theories and over-wrought rhetoric against Trump. Again, that does not mean that Trump is right to call the media the enemy of the people or recently to suggest that coverage should be treated as a crime. Trump only undermines his own case with such extreme positions. Yet, the media has far more to lose in engaging in tit-for-tat insults."
Media, instead of using the annual dinners to build bridges, now has "decided to use the events as a way of slapping back at Trump like hurt school children."
Turley pointed out, "The press remains at record lows in trust with the public. This is hardly going to help. It is a virtual invitation for the public, like Trump, to go elsewhere. The media is increasingly writing for each other rather than an increasingly disengaged public."
