A new jobs report, delayed by the Democrats' decision to shut down the U.S. government for six weeks, now shows that there were more jobs created in September than expected.

And Vice President JD Vance, in an interview, confirms it is Americans who are being helped by the economy under President Donald Trump.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics said the economy added 119,000 jobs in the month, and unemployment nudged up one-tenth of a percentage point to 4.4%.

Forecasters had expected maybe 55,000 new jobs.

"This jobs report confirms that you have the number of manufacturing hours worked in the economy is actually going up. You see, the private sector is really driving this economic growth and is driving the job creation. And this is really important, I know to you, Matt, but really to me, and it's that we are seeing the job growth go to native-born American citizens," Vance explained in an interview with Breitbart News' Matthew Boyle."

During the Joe Biden administration, jobs were going to foreigners, he explained.

"And what happened under the Biden administration is to the extent there was any job growth at all. If you looked at the data, almost all of the net job creation in the United States under the Biden administration went to the foreign-born," he said. "Now, of course, some of those people are illegal immigrants to the United States, but that means that a lot of the job creation was actually going to illegal aliens who shouldn't have been in our country."

The Washington Examiner said Dan North, an economist with Allianz Trade Americas, confirmed the unemployment numbers remain a concern.

Further, the report noted a concern for the looming October report as it may show job losses, in part because of the Trump administration's deferred resignation program for federal workers.

Additionally, other questions remain because of the president's immigration policies, which have deterred the mass in-migration that Joe Biden promoted.

The report said federal employment is down by about 97,000 since Trump took office less than a year ago.

There are a lot of damaging agendas in the United States these days, from promoting the industry that destroys unborn babies to the failed agenda of Joe Biden to bring in millions of illegal immigrants and the LGBT extremism of transgenderism, in which children are given chemicals, even body-mutilating surgeries to try to make them into something they're not – the opposite sex.

And at least part of the fault for those ideologies can be traced directly to "Christian" leaders who are using their own agendas to present "a distorted gospel message."

The comments come from Gary Bauer, who served in the Reagan administration as under secretary of education and head of the Office of Policy Development.

He was president of the Family Research Council, senior vice president of Focus on the Family, and was appointed by President Trump to the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom.

He has written online at the Dr. James Dobson Family Institute, founded by the late James Dobson, explaining that among Dobson's top priorities was boosting Christian participation in the "privileges and responsibilities of citizenship."

Christian involvement, he believed, is needed to bring about solutions for America's problems.

"But what if some Christian leaders get involved in the public debate only to throw the Bible away and instead side with some of the most radical forces in America? Two groups claiming to speak for Christians recently issued statements that are deeply disturbing," Bauer explained.

The first involves illegal immigration, which was addressed in a recent "special pastor message' from the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.

"It essentially took the side of open borders and opposed the enforcement of our immigration laws. The bishops' statement presented a distorted gospel message," he charged.

He noted the "compassion" for illegal aliens. "But there was no compassion for taxpayers, including Christians who are footing the bill. Yes, Christ loves immigrants, but He loves taxpayers, too," Bauer wrote.

"There was no compassion for the victims of criminal illegal aliens. During the Biden years, not only did the bishops not say anything about victims of criminal illegal aliens, but most of America's media also downplayed those stories. What about poor minority communities that are most at risk from illegal alien crime?"

He cited the leftist campaign now that calls police "fascists" and leaves officers compared to Nazi "storm troopers."

"Where is the bishops' concern for the men and women of our federal immigration enforcement agencies? They are following the laws of the United States, securing our border, and attempting to remove illegal migrants from the country. … There is a massive increase in assaults on law enforcement personnel enforcing our immigration laws, including attempted murder. Their families have been threatened, and the police have been 'doxed,'" he noted.

"Jesus does not love chaos and disorder. I can find nothing in the Bible suggesting that the teachings of Christ call for millions of people to walk into our country without obeying the duly passed laws of our nation. That would turn Jesus into globalist George Soros or Marxist Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani. It is a distortion of the gospel," he said, pointing out that many religious leaders in Europe also are adopting the agenda.

Vice President JD Vance has raised similar concerns, explaining at one point, "I believe the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, if they're worried about the humanitarian costs of immigration enforcement, let them talk about the children who have been sex trafficked because of the wide open border of Joe Biden."

The second distortion comes in society's promotions of transgenderism.

"Some leaders of so-called 'mainline' Protestant denominations and some Jewish groups issued a statement that tries to portray Christ as a supporter of the entire transgender agenda. They claim that transgender individuals are being oppressed and that Jesus certainly would not support their oppression," he explained.

"In fact, there is no 'oppression' of trans people. Instead, there is growing opposition to the policy demands of the transgender movement. Jesus would not want boys who 'identify' as girls being allowed to violate the privacy of girls' bathrooms and locker rooms. The American people do not want that either. They reject allowing boys to compete in girls' sports. They don't want their children indoctrinated with transgender ideology in kindergarten or any other adult sexual concepts in elementary school. Jesus would want our children's innocence to be protected," he wrote.

That particular belief system is based on "lies about God's creation."

"The Bible is clear that God created only two sexes—male and female," he said.

The "religious" leaders he cited include the leader of the Unitarian Universalist Association, a self-described "queer, multiracial, AfroLatine first-generation daughter of immigrants," as well as leaders of several other well-known denominations.

"These two examples of misguided leaders using the gospel of Christ to promote radical, destructive policies are reminders that Christians must be wise and discerning, because we live in an age of deception," he wrote.

A federal grand jury in Florida has indicted Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick, D-Fla., for allegedly swiping federal disaster funds, laundering them through various corporations and then using the money to pay for her 2021 congressional campaign.

"Using disaster relief funds for self-enrichment is a particularly selfish, cynical crime," said Attorney General Pamela Bondi. "No one is above the law, least of all powerful people who rob taxpayers for personal gain. We will follow the facts in this case and deliver justice."

The defendant could end up with 53 years in prison.

U.S. Attorney Jason A. Reding Quiñones for the Southern District of Florida stated, "Today's indictment shows no one is above the law. This indictment reflects our Office's commitment to follow the facts, apply the law, and protect the American taxpayer. Public money belongs to the American people. When FEMA funds are diverted for personal or political gain, it erodes trust and harms us all. We will continue to work with our law enforcement partners to ensure that American taxpayer dollars are used as intended and that the public's trust is safeguarded."

The indictment charges Cherfilus-McCormick, 46, and her brother, Edwin Cherfilus, 51, both of Miramar, worked through a family health-care company on a FEMA-funded COVID-19 vaccination staffing contract in 2021.

In that July, the company got an overpayment of $5 million in FEMA funding.

"The indictment alleges that the defendants conspired to steal that $5 million and routed it through multiple accounts to disguise its source. Prosecutors allege that a substantial portion of the misappropriated funds was used as candidate contributions to Cherfilus-McCormick's 2021 congressional campaign and for the personal benefit of the defendants," the Department of Justice confirmed.

Further, it accuses Nadege Leblanc, 46, of Miramar, of arranging additional contributions using straw donors, funneling other monies from the FEMA-funded COVID-19 contract to friends and relatives who then donated to the campaign as if using their own money.

And the charges also allege Cherfilus-McCormick and her 2021 tax preparer, David K. Spencer, 41, of Davie, conspired to file a false federal tax return, falsely claiming political spending and other personal expenses as business deductions and inflating charitable contributions in order to reduce her tax obligations.

Sen. Mark Kelly, a Democrat from Arizona who long has built a reputation as an anti-Trump extremist, is getting scorched online for defending a video he and other leftists, like Rep. Jason Crow of Colorado, made urging a military insurrection in America.

Specifically, they repeatedly warned members of the CIA, the military and more they do not have to obey "illegal" orders, presumably orders with which they disagree politically.

"Sounds like the bluster of someone just caught openly calling for a military insurrection!" one commenter said.

It was Stephen Miller who pointed out the Democrats' desire for an insurrection:

To which Kelly responded: "I got shot at serving our country in combat, and I was there when your boss sent a violent mob to attack the Capitol. I know the difference between defending our Constitution and an insurrection, even if you don't."

Kelly, who served time as a military pilot, was the object of scorn: "I'm ashamed of your representation of me in D.C. Urging people to go against the orders of their commander in chief, implying what he orders them to do is unlawful. Which orders? Trump NEVER sent people to do harm or damage on Jan 6 you're a liar," one said.

Explained a commentary at Twitchy, "Sorry but anyone who claims the riots at the Capitol were an 'insurrection' immediately loses credibility."

Another likened Kelly to Hillary Clinton's aged, and false, claim that she arrived at an overseas location "under sniper fire," when there wasn't any.

Twitchy wondered, "Which illegal orders are they suggesting that members of the military should have disobeyed, or are they just playing pretend?"

In fact, no military unit could operate under the condition that every member could decide which orders are, or are not, illegal, and which they would obey.

The original call for a military insurrection:BREAKING: Elected Democrats just released a video encouraging members of the military to commit treason and DEFY orders from Trump and Hegseth

WND reported Democrats featured in the video are Sen. Elissa Slotkin of Michigan, a former CIA officer; Sen. Mark Kelly of Arizona, a former Navy captain and astronaut; Rep. Chris Deluzio of Pennsylvania, a former Navy officer; Rep. Maggie Goodlander of New Hampshire, a former intelligence officer in the Navy Reserve; Rep. Chrissy Houlahan of Pennsylvania, a former Air Force officer; and Rep. Jason Crow of Colorado, a former paratrooper and Army Ranger.

Others noted:

"This is seditious conspiracy. Arrest every one of them."

"That's a helluva way for the Dems to advocate for military members ending their careers."

"Every attempt to take over this country has failed. Now the Epstein documents are coming out. And coincidentally you're asking our military to commit treason, just as you all probably have. How fitting."

"Haha, these are the same people who voted against our military personnel and federal employees receiving compensation for their work."

Another scientific study, published at the direction of President Donald Trump, is breaking ground because now it's been peer-reviewed, and the potential critics were unable to find anything significant to criticize in the results that found there's almost zero medical evidence to support the agenda of putting chemicals in children, or offering them body-mutilating surgeries, when they claim to be transgender.

In a report from the New York Post, it was confirmed that the study, done by the Department of Health and Human Services after Trump issued an executive order that charged U.S. doctors with "maiming" teens with such treatment, was found by experts to have no significant failings or errors.

There were nearly a dozen critics who took on the job of commenting on the study's findings, and none was able to identify a deficiency.

"They were given the chance to show mistakes, show errors. And they were not able to identify any," Dr. Leor Sapir, a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute and one of the project researchers, confirmed in comments to the Post. "They had some minor comments here and there, but nothing that gets to the main findings about evidence and ethics."

Sapir pointed out that includes a former president of the Endocrine Society, a group that has been a chief proponent of the radical treatments for children.

When the report first was released by Trump last summer, it charged that gender-affirming "treatment" must be brought to an end.

"The subsequent report found that many of the studies that proponents of gender-affirming care use to back their treatments were of 'very low quality,' and that little is really known about the long-term psychological and quality-of-life effects of treatment, along with how often patients regret about undertaking them. The report also noted the UK has banned the use of puberty blockers and other treatments for minors altogether," according to the Post.

The report pointed out, "Exactly what the Trump administration will do with the report remains to be seen, but Sapir said he hopes that the medical community will take a step back from the culture war debate over gender-affirming care and look at the science. 'Let's reassess. At minimum, let's allow for open debate. Let's listen to dissenting perspectives. Let's do rigorous analysis.'"

A 7-Eleven clerk in Oklahoma who shot an attacker choking her and threatening to kill her in a dispute over counterfeit cash has now found herself out of a job, as the convenience store fired her.

The mayhem erupted Thursday night in Oklahoma City, where Stephanie Dilyard, 25, got into a confrontation with 59-year-old Kenneth Thompson, who allegedly sought to pay with a fake $100 bill.

"He threatened me, and said he was gonna slice my head off, and that's when I tried to call the police," Dillard told KOKH-TV.

"He started throwing things at me, came behind the counter. I tried to run off, but he grabbed his hands around my neck, and pushed me out of the counter space, that's when I pulled out my gun and I shot him."

Thompson, who was struck by the bullet in his stomach, fled the scene and was later arrested after he called 9-1-1. He was charged with assault and battery, threatening acts of violence, attempting to pass a fake bill and a felony warrant for violating parole.

Police cleared Dilyard of any wrongdoing thanks to Oklahoma's "Stand Your Ground" law protecting individuals who use force in self-defense.

The saga took a dark turn when 7-Eleven terminated the clerk on Monday for using her own gun.

"They said that they were going to separate from employment because of a violation of policy," said Dilyard, who worked the overnight shift alone for more than two years.

"This was a situation where I felt like I was put into a corner between choosing between my job and my life, and I'm always going to choose my life because there's people that depend on me. Just, I'm going, I'm going home, you know. I need to be here for my kids."

"If I'd known that there's a potential that somebody could be for real in taking my life away that I will do whatever it takes. I hope that women see that, and they'll do the same thing. You have the right to defend yourself."

7-Eleven has yet to provide comment on the incident.

GoFundMe page has now been set up for Dilyard, as she went into further detail about her plight.

"As many already know, us overnight clerks are by ourselves. We have no security, and we are not allowed to carry self defense weapons, including mace," she explained.

"However, working conditions, it was not realistic for me to be able to follow policy AND be able to go home to my kids if a situation happened. That's is why I decided to carry in the first place.

"I never expected for me to be in this situation, but I did what I had to do to go home to my kids. I was a good employee, committed and determined, but in-between a rock and a hard place I had to make a quick decision – lose my life, or lose my job.

"If you can, anything helps my family and I while I take time to recover and look for another job. Whole reason I was working overnight in the first place was to save to buy a home and get out of the city, and now I want that more than ever. "

Some online comments include:

"7-Eleven has a corporate policy prohibiting weapons of any kind. The policy applies to corporate stores and Franchisees. It is a sh*tty policy, but the Franchisees have to live with it. Employees can get another job, if the Franchisee looses the franchise, they have lost their livelihood."

"Sadly, this kind of thing is not uncommon. A far better response from 7-11 would have been: 'In light of this incident, we have reviewed our corporate policies & have decided to encourage employees to lawfully protect themselves. Employee & customer safety is our top priority.'"

"I'm sure they would have paid for her funeral had she followed the employee handbook."

"7/11 wants their employees to let themselves be killed rather than defend themselves. Wtf @7eleven?! Give her her job back!!!"

A Democrat former mayor and current police sergeant who recently lost a close election for New Jersey State Assembly has been arrested for sexual assault of a teen he met online.

The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office says 44-year-old Andrew LaBruno, the former mayor of Dumont, New Jersey, and current police sergeant in Jersey City, initially chatted with the juvenile on social media before making arrangements to meet up in person.

Prosecutors allege LaBruno then "sexually assaulted and endangered the juvenile" at the victim's home in Englewood while no one else was present. He was reportedly snagged when the teen's father unexpectedly came home.

NorthJersey.com reports: "Before the assault, LaBruno allegedly sprayed an 'unknown substance' into his hand and put it over the juvenile's mouth and nose, causing dizziness, said an affidavit of probable cause.

"He was charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, the Prosecutor's Office said. LaBruno was remanded to the Bergen County jail pending a detention hearing."

His campaign website says he is "married to Meghan LaBruno and has two children … . He is bi-racial and of Italian and Puerto Rican heritage. Andrew was born and raised in Jersey City, where he became a police officer and ultimately a police sergeant. He is currently assigned to the Jersey City Office of Emergency Management."

"As a husband, father, public figure, and first responder, Andrew is committed to his family, town, and his brother and sisters in law enforcement. He strives for the very best and gives it his all," it states.
He had been endorsed by New Jersey's Democrat Gov.-elect Mikie Sherrill and reportedly volunteered for "Dumont Pride," a group promoting LGBT pride events in Dumont.

Some online reaction includes:

"More degenerate Dems? So business as usual then."

"Lock him up and spare us the excuses. Title, party, volunteer badge – none of that changes the fact he's responsible for his own crimes."

"This vile sexual deviance was very nearly normalized. Our children are at great risk, having been subjected to it far longer than we knew, and shockingly longer now that we know."

"Gay culture is a lot more cool about sex with children than hetero culture. I remember an old blogging scandal years back featuring a gay guy on a gay forum where the word, 'CHILF' was regularly tossed around & that is just what you think it is."

"The 'thing that never happens' sure happens a lot."

Multiple media reports indicate that a secret plan to end the Russia-Ukraine war has been drafted and just needs to be agreed to by the warring parties.

Steve Witkoff, President Trump's special envoy, hosted Kirill Dmitriev, an adviser to President Putin, for three days in Florida at the end of October to hammer out a 28-point peace plan.

According to the Financial Times, it demands significant concessions from Ukraine, including recognizing Russian as an official state language and giving up its stockpile of U.S. weapons.
Also part of the still officially secret plan is a requirement that Ukraine half the size of its army and surrenders the Donbas region in the eastern part of the nation.

Ukraine would also grant official status to the local branch of the Russian Orthodox Church, reports the Times of London.

Dmitriev said the Kremlin was likely to accept the plan because "we feel the Russian position is really being heard." He told Axios, which first reported the proposal: "It's happening with the background of Russia definitely having additional successes on the battlefield."

This includes a recent Russian attack on western Ukraine, killing at least 25 people, including children.

The talks between Witkoff and Dmitriev appear to suggest Ukraine and Europe have been frozen out of negotiations. "We don't really care about the Europeans," a White House official told Politico. "It's about Ukraine accepting."

To that end, U.S. Army Secretary Daniel P. Driscoll arrived in Kiev Wednesday to brief President Zelensky whose administration recently has been rocked by corruption charges.

Amid the ongoing wars over the failing Obamacare – the stratospheric costs, the huge co-pays, the high deductibles, the general lack of market competition and the huge and invasive government spying on procedures and patients, one state is working on something unique.

BearCare.

At least that's what officials in Wyoming are calling their plan to provide catastrophic coverage for events like an attack from a bear.
It is the Cowboy State Daily that explained the odds of getting attacked by an angry grizzly, or hit by a bus or some other rare event are low.

But they do happen.

The report cited the problems for Shayne Patrick Burke, 35, who was attacked by an angry momma grizzle in Wyoming's Grand Teton National Park. On social media he said it was the most violent experience of his life.

The new "BearCare" now is part of a series of proposals from the state department of health turned over to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

The idea comes from people who need the coverage.

"More than 1,300 Wyoming residents responded to an online survey addressing the health care priorities of rural communities," Cowboy State reported.

And Miranda Hinkle, of the state department, said there were concerns over accessibility, costs and such.

Also, about "BearCare," which isn't a replacement for routine health insurance but would kick in for catastrophes, like the one experienced by Burke, or the one for Celia Easton.

She was in elk hunting country when, because of a wet morning, pulled on her "muck" boots.

She saw a mama grizzly charging about three seconds before impact, the report said.

But when the bear chomped on her foot, the boot came off and the bear scampered.

The state plan covers things besides bears, such as "necessary medical services in an episode of care beginning with an emergency anchor event."

Islam's religious law, Shariah, has been trigger point for a protest that involved punches thrown, scuffles, someone stealing a Quran and more in the Muslim-dominated city of Dearborn, Mich.

The result was a slew of online videos showing the fisticuffs and other violence.

One report confirmed, "Violent Muslim protesters attack provocateur Jake Lang as he hits a Quran with bacon," the consumption of which is banned by Islam.

The protest was to oppose the advance of Shariah Islamic law in America, and Muslim demands for a higher level of protection for Islam than for Christian or Judaism or their components. For example, an "artist" years ago created a stir and won acclaim for submerging a crucifix in Urine and calling it "P— Christ."

The Shariah opponents clashed with pro-Islam radicals in Dearborn, a city now run by Muslims in government there.

CBS reported the "dueling demonstrations stemmed from when Michigan Republican gubernatorial candidate Anthony Hudson falsely claimed that there was Shariah Law in Dearborn."

Hudson later walked back those comments, explaining, "If we're going to bring these people together, then we're going to lead by example and come down here, put boots on the ground and walk with these people and show that we can come together."

Joining the protest was Lang, a candidate for Senate from Florida.

Lang challenged the status quo by trying to burn a Quran, which was ripped from his possession by a counter-protester. He then grabbed another Quran, slapping it repeatedly with a slab of bacon before it, too, was stolen from him.

Lang had promoted his activism ahead of time.

And it's not the only action Lang is taking regarding what he feels is improper Muslim influence, with his lawsuit charging that the incoming New York City mayor, a Muslim, is discriminating against Christians.
