Democrats tend to be the first people to resort to violence, and the first people to deride others when they act the same way.
This time, a member of one of the top, George Soros funded, PACs in the nation is at the center of a scandal involving the assault of a member of President Donald Trump’s staff.
The incident occurred on Thursday, shortly after a House budget hearing, The Daily Caller News Foundation reported.
Right after “Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke finished testifying on the department’s 2019 budget proposal before the House Committee on Natural Resources,” a man approached looking to speak to him.
The unnamed man identified himself as a reporter and went to chase after Zinke.
In doing so, the man, who was not a reporter but rather an operative for the Democrat PAC American Bridge, shoved a female Interior Department communications official to the floor, The DCNF reported.
Interior communications director Laura Rigas told Politico that she was “greatly alarmed and extremely irate that a female senior member of my DOI Communications team was physically assaulted today by a Democrat staffer from the PAC American Bridge.”
The man, described as “an adult male,” was arrested “for simple assault against another individual outside room 1324 in the Longworth House Office Building,” an officer said.
“The suspect was transported to USCP Headquarters for processing,” the Capitol Police officer said.
The American bridge PAC is not your ordinary PAC.
It is founded and funded by a who’s who of the top echelon of Democrat politics.
It was founded by David Brock, who also founded Media Matters For America, in 2010 and has raised tens of millions of dollars for Democrat candidates.
Among the people it has raised funds from is Hungarian born billionaire George Soros who gave the group $2 million in 2016.
NextGen Climate Action, a group founded by Democrat billionaire Tom Steyer, famous for his commercials calling for the impeachment of President Donald Trump, also contributes on a consistent basis to the group.
In a statement, American Bridge said it was saddened by what had happened.
“We are appalled to hear of the events following yesterday’s hearing where a member of Secretary Zinke’s staff was victim to an assault,” spokeswoman Katie Schoettle said.
“These actions are reprehensible and have no place in this body. We thank the U.S. Capitol Police for their quick response and professionalism,” she said. “The USCP is now handling the matter.”
But when your party breeds an environment of hate and contempt for those who do not think the same way, these incidents are not only bound to happen, they are bound to increase in frequency.
From Antifa attacks on college campuses, to a pro-President Trump student who had his arm broken during the National School Walkout when he was attacked by liberal students, violence is a Democrat tradition.
