On Friday, Sharon Osbourne, the well-known television personality and wife of Ozzy Osbourne, was rushed to the hospital, Fox News reports.
The latest update would suggest that Osbourne is going to be fine. But, the specifics of what happened to her remain unknown.
Fox News initially reported:
Earlier on Saturday, Santa Paula Police Chief Don Aguilar confirmed to Fox News Digital that Sharon was rushed to the hospital after a medical emergency.
The outlet added:
Ventura County Fire Department told Fox News Digital that their team responded to a “medical call’ at Glen Tavern around 6:30 p.m. Friday and transported one patient to Santa Paula Hospital.
The inside scoop?
What was not revealed by authorities was what led to the “medical call.”
Glen Tavern has refused to say anything more than that an “emergency” occurred.
TMZ, however, claimed to have the inside scoop.
The outlet reported:
Sources with direct knowledge tell us it all went down Friday night … Sharon fell ill on the set of the unnamed show at the Glen Tavern Inn in Santa Paula, California. It was not clear if the cameras were rolling. The hotel was once featured on an episode of the Travel Channel’s “Ghost Adventurers.”
Sharon, her husband Ozzy, their daughter Kelly and Jack also starred in the Travel Channel’s “The Osbournes: Night of Terror,” in which they hunt for ghosts and investigate the paranormal. Sharon and Ozzy are featured on another show on the Travel Channel called “The Osbournes Want to Believe,” where the family journeys into the “unknown” amid UFO sightings and paranormal activities. In 2022, Jack hosted a TV special titled “Jack Osbourne’s Night of Terror: UFOs,” which also featured Jamie Kennedy and Jason Mewes.
Jack Osbourne, the 37-year-old son of Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, has now provided an update on his mother’s condition.
“Ok, here is what I’ll say – first things first: MY MOTHER WASN’T FILMING AN EPISODE OF @ghostadventures,” Jack Osbourne wrote. “She was filming an episode of Night of Terror with me. Hahaha.”
Osbourne, here, appears to confirm TMZ’s reporting.
Osbourne goes on to say that his mother “has been given the all clear from her medical team and is now home.” He concluded his post by thanking “everyone who has reached out with love and support.”
“As to what happened to my mum,” he added, “I’m gonna leave it to her to share about it when she’s ready.”
