Rudy Giuliani believes Biden victory ‘will get overturned’: Report

In the wake of the 2020 elections, President Donald Trump’s legal surrogates have yet to score any significant victories in court that would qualify as impactful enough to change the results of the White House race.

According to the New York Post, however, Trump lawyer and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani made headlines over the weekend when he said that because of bombshell evidence he holds, he believes Democrat Joe Biden’s apparent victory will be “overturned” soon enough.

Unfortunately, the mayor wasn’t able to share the proof of the evidence he allegedly has in his possession, presumably because he’ll soon be sharing it in a court of law.

What does Rudy have?

According to the Post, the former mayor made the claims during an interview on Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures, where he said in no uncertain terms that President Trump would soon emerge as the clear victor in several battleground states where voting software, Giuliani claims, “deleted” millions of votes that were supposed to be in Trump’s favor.

“In every one of those states, we have more than enough illegal ballots already documented to overturn the result in that state,” Giuliani said, according to the Post.

Giuliani claims that the ballots were “illegal” because election workers didn’t allow GOP poll watchers into the ballot-counting centers to observe, an assertion that has been widely and ferociously disputed by the media and many politicians.

“They didn’t allow Republicans in those key places to observe the mail vote. That makes the mail vote completely invalid,” Giuliani told host Maria Bartiromo, as the Post reported. “This has to be examined, Maria, beyond this election, which I believe will get overturned.”

As of this writing, there’s no word on when Giuliani and Trump’s other lawyers will be submitting the evidence to a court for further review, although given that time is of the essence, it will likely be sooner than later.

Trump weighs in

The president, for his part, posted a series of lengthy tweets over the weekend echoing Giuliani’s allegations that the voting software used in swing states like Pennsylvania and Michigan was corrupted and responsible for an inaccurate count.

The president also slammed the “Fake News media” for calling Biden the winner of the election, insisting that the U.S. Constitution had been “violated.”

Given that so many of the legal efforts by Trump’s lawyers have yet to produce any game-changing results, Trump’s tens of millions of supporters are certainly hoping that Giuliani can deliver on his insistence that this election is still not over.
