Report alleges new book could result in massive pay day for Hunter Biden

Many on the right have long accused Hunter Biden of capitalizing on his father Joe’s political career. Now, the first son has just provided further evidence to support their claims.

A new report from Fox News exposed that Hunter Biden is likely set to make a hefty chunk of change off a new book deal.

One unnamed source in the publishing industry told Fox that Hunter Biden could pull in amounts ranging in the “high six figures” or more for the tell-all, which is reportedly set to recount the president’s son’s struggles with drug addiction.

A report from the Daily Mail, meanwhile, alleged that Hunter Biden is expected to receive an advance that could be as high as $2 million for the work.

“A family forged by tragedies” – and politics

It was just last month that publisher Simon & Schuster announced they were canceling a book deal with Sen. Josh Hawley, a Missouri Republican who faced heavy criticism for his alleged role in prompting an attack on the U.S. Capitol, The Hill reported.

“After witnessing the disturbing, deadly insurrection that took place on Wednesday in Washington, D.C., Simon & Schuster has decided to cancel the publication of Sen. Josh Hawley’s forthcoming book,” the publisher said in a statement, according to The Hill.

Now, however, it seems Simon & Schuster has found a new author to fill the void. According to Fox, Hunter Biden’s book, Beautiful Things, will be published by Simon & Schuster imprint Gallery Books in early April.

“I come from a family forged by tragedies and bound by a remarkable, unbreakable love,” one line from the book reads, according to Fox.

Being related to a Democrat sure pays well

Of course, while it may be earning him a lot of dough, Hunter Biden’s book deal won’t help him defend himself against those who believe he’s using his father’s influence for personal profit.

Reports published throughout the presidential campaign season shined a light on Hunter Biden’s allegedly nefarious business dealings in places like Ukraine and China, and the president’s son revealed shortly before his father’s inauguration that he was under investigation for his “tax affairs.”

According to Politico, “investigators in Delaware and Washington were also probing potential money laundering and Hunter Biden’s foreign ties.”

Only time will tell what, if anything, comes out of these investigations — but in the meantime, at least one thing is clear: being related to a Democrat sure is a well-paying job.
