U.S. Rep. Mike Turner (R-OH) just exposed the way President Joe Biden "lied" to Americans - using the Hunter Biden laptop letter - in order to win the 2020 presidential election.
Turner explained the situation to the Washington Examiner.
Turner is the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, and his committee has been investigating the infamous Hunter Biden laptop letter.
This is the letter that was signed by 51 former U.S. intelligence officials, who claimed that the New York Post's bombshell Hunter Biden report - which was published in the leadup to the 2020 presidential election - was "Russian disinformation."
Recently, Turner has learned new information about the letter. And, one of the most important pieces of information came from former acting CIA Director Mike Morell.
Morell has provided congressional testimony in which he has revealed that U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken was the driving force behind the letter. Blinken, at the time, was a key member of Biden's 2020 presidential campaign team.
Turner explained to the Examiner the significance of this.
Turner said:
The problem that we’re trying to address is that people who were formerly in the government [i.e. the 51 intelligence officials] used their position as if they had present knowledge of something that they had no access to, and it was received by the media and even used by this president [Biden] in a debate as evidence to discredit the Hunter Biden laptop.
What Turner says is worth repeating: Blinken, a member of Biden's campaign team, organized the letter, purporting to discredit the Post's report, that Biden used during the 2020 debates to sidestep the issue of whether or not he and his family are corrupt.
It turns out that Biden, during the debate, used the letter despite knowing that the letter's main point - to establish the Hunter Biden laptop as "Russian disinformation" - was false.
Turner told the Examiner:
[T]he president of the United States now [Joe Biden], when he was in the debate running for this office, knew the Hunter Biden laptop was real. So, he stood in that debate and lied to the American public, knowingly.
Turner also revealed to the Examiner that, after the debate, "Morell received a call from then-Biden campaign chairman Steve Ricchetti . . . to thank him for 'putting the statement out.'"
Multiple polls have shown that the outcome of the 2020 presidential election would likely have been different had Americans known the truth about the Hunter Biden laptop, namely, that it was not "Russian disinformation."
How many Americans would have voted differently had they known that Biden associates created the "Russian disinformation" narrative? How many Americans would have voted differently if they had known that Biden, at the time, knew that the laptop was not "Russian disinformation"?
