Queen Elizabeth called on to mend Markle family feud

Every family has problems, and the British royal family is rife with them. A tragic family feud has been going on for some time, and now, family members are calling on the Queen to mend disagreements.

This time, the drama comes from within the Markle family.

Markle family split

Fox News reports that “Duchess Meghan has been estranged from much of her father’s family since the news first broke that she was dating Prince Harry.”

Clearly, it created some kind of strain in the family that has never fully been explained. The Duchess’s mother, Doria Ragland, is the only one in her family with whom she still has a relationship.

However, Meghan’s brother, Thomas Markle, Jr.. believes that Meghan’s ties with her family are becoming even more strained.

The Express reports: “Mr. Markle Jr then went on to suggest Prince Charles should force her to get back in touch with her American family, otherwise, he fears Doria will be the next to lose contact.”

This family drama should serve as a reason to not have Americans in the royal family.

Elizabeth to intervene?

An appeal to the Queen to fix things was made. Members of Meghan’s family have been devastated by her apparent repudiation of family ties, and Thomas Markle Jr. is desperate for a solution.

The Express reports that “Meghan Markle’s half brother has told Good Morning Britain he would appreciate anything the 92-year-old monarch could do to help him reconnect with the Duchess of Sussex.”

“I would think she would want to resolve the family problems,” he said.

It would be in the best interest of the family to not have such drama to deal with.

Prince Harry’s decision to marry a nearly 40-year-old American actress was never going be consequence-free. Now, the drama created has to be addressed.
