When people call President Joe Biden a weak leader, especially on the world stage, they're not exaggerating.
That was made evident once again this week after it was reported that Biden actually apologized to Ukraine for the delayed delivery of U.S. military assistance.
According to Breitbart, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who continues to beg the West and especially the United States for military weapons and cash, met with Biden during an event in Paris where they attended ceremonies marking the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings.
Of course, Biden was making reference to the fact that Republicans in Congress are behind the holdup in the latest round of astonishing piles of cash and weapons for Ukraine, with the latest stalled package totaling a whopping $61 billion.
The U.S. president apparently decided to speak on behalf of all U.S. citizens in telling Zelensky that America is still 100% in support of Ukraine's mission, even though multiple polls tell a vastly different story.
"We’re still in. Completely. Thoroughly," Biden told the Ukrainian president during one of the ceremonies.
It’s downright shameful to watch the U.S. President get on his knees & grovel to Zelensky who’d funneled hundreds of billions in U.S. taxpayer dollars without saying where it’s gone. The apology should be in the other direction. pic.twitter.com/3JzV3t84Aw

President Zelensky even used the moment -- which was supposed to be honoring the 80th anniversary of D-Day -- to demand that all Americans support Ukraine's continued mission "like it was during World War II."
"It’s very important that in this unity, United States of America, all American people stay with Ukraine like it was during World War II,” Zelensky said. “How the United States helped to save human lives, to save Europe. And we count on your continuing support in standing with us shoulder to shoulder."
Biden's apology quickly generated heated discussion across social media.
Given that Biden hasn't apologized for his disaster at the southern U.S. border but was so quick to apologize to Zelensky for holding up his gravy train, social media users had a lot to say.
"Does Zelensky have something on our leaders? Does this seem like bizarre behavior to anyone else?" one X user wrote.
Another X user wrote, "I lost all hope for our country when I saw a majority of the members of Congress waving Ukraine flags on the floor our own Capitol."
The latest Ukraine aid package was mostly weapons-based. Additional reports suggested that the U.S. could be sending Ukraine military aid for the next decade.
